Ehhh. That's not been my experience. The girls pictures are heavily airbrushed and in many cases outdated. If you are lucky enough. You may get a diamond in the rough, but I wouldn't bet on it. Sorry to be late with this report. I was in Tijuana on Monday and Tuesday last week and stayed at the Ticuan. I had two girls from Mileroticos, one on each night; although they claimed to be independent on the site, they actually came from nameless agencies, I. E. , the girls I talked to on the phone were not the ones who showed up. Eva (664-498-8456) claimed to be 18 and a student. She was the girl in the photos, but heavier. Long overdue report.

I am by no means an expert in Mexican law. But, zona norte is the zone of tolerance. Pretty much anything goes with regards to SGs and BGs. Yes, Ticuan for example, is outside the tolerance zone, as are many other hotels you'll read about here. I have not ever read of any legal issue within Tijuana regarding an escort. Some hotels are more girl-friendly. And depending on where you go with a girl in Tijuana, you may get some disapproving looks from some. But legality of prostitution should be the least of your concerns.

I will say this though. I have heard of issues with picking up girls along Revolucion. I think that is frowned upon. I have been approached there twice and declined both times. But the first paragraph stated "persons trafficked against their will. " The second paragraph then conflates those coerced into it and those who do it voluntarily (a favorite tactic of the left). So, who can say without the text of the law in front of them.

However, just to clarify for anybody who cares. Prostitution in MX is, technically, illegal. But it's been decriminalized and regulated. So, even though they're not supposed to be doing it, there's no punishment. The regulation part, more or less, is that the girls have to get a health card and renew it regularly. There is no penalty for contracting for sex for money, assuming everybody is consenting and of age. The Zona Norte, aka the Zone of Tolerance, permits the girls to stand on the street and go psst, psst. And so much of the scene is in your face. Tijuana has plenty of other hooker bars, but they are more discreet, and you won't find paraditas anywhere else.

There are anti-brothel laws, at least in Baja. I think other states have similar laws, but I've heard that some states don't. Regardless, they exist in Tijuana.
