Some have higher prices posted for all-night stays. There is no universal policy for all-night stays. The only ones I can think of offhand that post the two rates are Villa Dorada and Motel Otay.

Yes, all motels that I can think of switch to 4 hour shifts on Friday. Sunday. Motel Via was offering all night weekend stays via hotelsl.com but I've never tried booking that way.

You've asked (and not been answered) this silly "make a list of all motels" question on other threads. Do you have any idea what you're asking? Tijuana is awash in motels. There's one for every budget. All are safe, I have no idea what you mean by "shady practices," and virtually all of the rooms have a window somewhere. They all have a garage or similar (in the case of Motel Paraiso in Centro it's a common garage). None allow in-out, although I've read that for proper tips one can arrange an in-out. I'm also told that at Motel Otay, if you rent the super-lux swimming pool room you can have in-out privileges, but that's hearsay. Your best bet is to get off your ass and go drive around and check motels out for yourself. Craigslist and other sites are chock full of girls who will meet you at a motel. Go try a few and report back. You can then compile your own list and post it here.
