Here are some responses to questions asked about my recent trip report.

1. Did you/ could you consider meeting the repeat girls elsewhere? They'd make more money and you'd spend less.

Yes, of course, I consider this, and I've done it frequently with termas girls in Rio. It just didn't work out in SP this time.

2. Did anyone use the pool at Milenium?

I did not see anyone in the pool.

3. Was the customs thing random in IAD?

No, it wasn't random. I think the passport control agent thought it notable that I was vacationing alone and not visiting anyone in particular in Brazil. He asked me some questions about this, and his tone suggested that he thought it was a little strange. Not hugely strange, but strange enough to consider a search. I think he was the one that made the decision to have my belongings searched, not the customs agent. And I think the suspicion was around sex trafficking or child porno, not drugs or terrorism. Or perhaps it was what I was wearing (brown shoes, black socks, dirty trenchcoat, fake Rolex).

4. Can you give me more information about the nightclubs, such as, are older guys welcome or do they cater mainly for youger cliental,also the cost of the girls,you told us how much the one you did not go with but not how much for the good ones.

Sao Paulo is a little more "uptown" than Rio/Copacabana. Leave your white socks and tennis shoes at home. (Don't take them to Rio either.) You can still wear jeans and a tee shirt to Millenium, but you'll be better off if they are clean, free of holes, and nice looking. A funny thing about SP in May is that the locals think it is pretty cold. The nightclubs have lots of security guards. Some of them were tall black guys looking very sharp in long navy blue topcoats (and a few were even wearing scarves). But it was 15 degrees centigrade outside, and I felt perfectly comfortable in my tee shirt. I think older guys are welcome everywhere in Brazil including SP nightclubs. I'm over 50 myself, and I have never felt out of place in a nightclub, terma, MP, Help or anywhere. This last trip I met a girl (Ellen) outside of Help who told me she had recently split with her Swiss boyfriend because she caught him cheating on her. Then she told me he was 73 years old.

In the SP nightclubs, I was prepared to pay up to R$200.00. I don't like bargaining very much, especially when there is a language barrier. If I thought the girl was really hot, I didn't bargain at all. R$200.00 was my first and final offer. I know some of you are pissed at me for paying too much. Please keep your flames civil, and I already know the "you are ruining it for everybody else" argument.

Mercure Jardins (Alameda Itu & Augusta) is quite close. From this hotel, walk ~5 blocks (away from Centro) on Augusta, and you'll come to R. Oscar Freire.

Thanks for answering my other questions. From my experience, 200R is quite fair in the night club venues. I like the 200R or nothing strategy. Haggling for a sombrero or a blanket you don't need while waiting to cross the border from TJ is okay, fighting with a girl you want to love you dearly in a matter of minutes isn't always the best idea.

Now, some girls HAVE to test the 300-400R waters. In those cases, I usually don't even counter directly, I just tell them that's more than double what I'm comfortable paying. They either counter their own offer or leave. Either way, we didn't argue.

In LoveStory, I've paid 100 (each for a dupla), 150 3 times, 200 twice. All tln, or whatever all morning is. Frankly, I haven't picked the stunners. They've been young, cute, fun, energetic and in shape, but I'll leave the girls who only negotiate in dollars to you guys.

For some reason, I have tried only the nightclubs in Sao Paulo that have rooms on site. These include Millenium, Bomboa and Bahamas. I started to go to Eu & Elas once, but changed my mind on the way. Went to Millenium instead. I have never tried Kilt or Love Story. Maybe next time.

I will be in Brazil soon and make a short stop in Guarulhos airport. I'll arrive early in the morning and I will have minimum 7 hours (probably ~15) stop at the airport.
Is there anything close to monger that you can recommend? I don't think I'll be very successful with nightclubs at this time and I also don't want to drive very long.

It will depend on where you wanna go to. There is a bus that will take you to the downtown airport. In the past they used to have a bus that stopped at Praca da Republica and Paulista on the way to the other airport.

I was sitting in my hotel room this afternoon and the levitra from this mornings encounter with my "namorada" was still kicking in. Around noon, I decided to cool things off with a quickie. Even though a few other massage places had fancier surroundings, I have an expensive night date with two girls and I was not interested in big dollars.

The only down side to Clinica Kim is that it is 25 minutes by taxi from the Mercure in Jardins.

I arrived and was served a beer in a small waiting room. If you need privacy when shown a line up, this place is not for you. Meanwhile, the girls came in one at a time letting me know what a pleasure it was to meet me. The Madam at the desk also handed me a book of photos. Prior to leaving the hotel, I had spent 15 minutes doing my homework on WWW.GPGUIA.NET, and knew which girls to avoid (of the girls who are reviewed, only one got a bad review because she refuses to kiss/oral without/anal; as far as I could tell, this is on the menu for all of the other girls, except that anal is extra).

I chose a really beautiful girl named Luana, age 24, great body and beautiful face. I think most guys on this board would give her an 8 although I always withhold my own ratings until after the blow job. So, she is now a 10.

When we got up to the room, I was expecting a message with a happy ending. Nope. She immediately started DFK and after about 3 minutes politely requested that I also invite her friend Isa in the room (they are best friends, and made a pretty good show at lesbianism, but I doubt either is really bi). The cost for one girl was 130 BR and 180 BR for two so I caved in to this upselling. Isa joined us and before you knew it the two of them were affectionately using their mouths in ways that most guys never experience. Things progressed, I got myself covered and in about 15 minutes I was in need of some time to recuperate. At this point, they did oral on each other. I think Isa actually had an orgasm while Luana faked hers, but they were clearly having fun. After another 15 minutes of watching I joined in and killed the rest of the hour trying every position that I could think of. The possiblities with two girls make this exercise particularly interesting.

Total damage: 180 for the girls, 20 for the beers, 48 for round trip taxi. Of course the fun I had was priceless.

I have to admit that this was one more example about how the amount one spends never seems to translate into the quality of the fun. If I had been at Bahamas, and had spent 1000 BR (as I did my last time there), I would not have been any happier whatsoever. Clinica Kin is a relatively cheap way to have a lot of fun.

Just back from SP: found a new club named AEnchanter (pronounced like the French word Enchante') Almost right next to new Romanza. The owner is a young lady named Sylvia who was the original owner of Romanza before she sold it several years ago (i.e. before it became a rip-off place).

The new club is very nice: live music, great service, with a few rooms upstairs. Many of the girls are former Donna Caffe. No admission charge: best deal, as in other places, is to buy a bottle of scotch and leave it there for when you come.

I was there most days last week. Very good every time. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to supplement Forest's fine report a few posts down.

This place can be hard to find, what with street names changing as you drive through SP. Even Map 24 gave some confusing information, and it can be a real challenge for Taxi drivers. In brief, from Avenida Roque Petroni Jr, you turn onto Rua Rondel. This street is only one block long, and it dead ends at Prf. Jose Marques Da Cruz, which is where Clinica Kin is located. As you head down Rua Rondel, you will see a large house number "235" on the cross street where it dead ends, which is the place. There are usually a few parking attendants around there, and a table with an umbrella out in front. But there is no sign, just the number 235 in big red letters.

Also, I experienced slightly different pricing. $120 for one girl, $160 for two, at least that was what was offered at the front desk. A local guy did some translating for me, and if you're reading this, thanks much! I also wasn't charged for the beer.

I had one session with Camilla and one with Sabrina (two different days). Both were great, despite the language barrier. Both happen to be enhanced, which isn't my preference, (Camilla's was done quite recently), but when they come out in the line-up, they're wearing (brief) clothes, so it's hard to tell. Anyway, a super experience, and regardless of which price you get, it's a very pleasant place, including the people who run it.

You pay on the way out. It appears that Credit Cards are accepted, although I preferred not to go that route!

has anyone been there? does it have high speed internet access? is it "girl friendly", etc? being in the congonhas area might be a great advantage for the working traveller- there are simply lots of places nearby for midday entertainment.if you mean the blue tree mourumbi - yes it is girl friendly, yes it has high speed internet but i found it of a lower standard than other/newer blue tree htls. my roomm was small and a bit run down. hilton murumbi is another story, and another price!

I hope it was my reports way below that prompted the visits. They deserve the business.

There are dozens and dozens of massage places, but none has higher reviews than Kin.

The bus is only 2R each way and takes about 10 minutes longer.

I've never been charged for drinks. Either that's new or I have finally achieved VIP status somewhere in the world.

BandySorry for the delay in responding, but I have been travelling.

Let's take your questions in order:

- "how much the girls cost": Price (while always negotiable) is similar to what I saw at Donna Caffe and Movie Cafe. "Quotes" begin at 400 reals and drops quickly. Both times I met young ladies there, I paid 300 reals --- once for all-night take-out and once for on-site.

- "take out options, if any": There did not seem to be any "take-out" charge (again, just like was the case at Donna and Movie).

- "onsite prices": There are 3 on-site rooms. Two of them have large king-size beds in them. The third has an absolutely huge bed that (so they tell me) can accomodate 5 couples easily. I spent some time in one of the smaller rooms with a young lady one evening. The only charge appeared to be what I negotiated directly with that young lady. There did not appear to be a separate charge for "on-site". I do not know for sure if that is "standard policy" or not --- perhaps I was just lucky that night!

- "drink prices": I find drink prices to be about the same as at most similar clubs. The best bet appears to be to buy your own bottle and keep it there. I purchased the "standard bottle of Johnny Walker Red" for about 200 reals (although I heard higher prices quoted sometimes). There is no time limit to how long they will keep/maintain the bottle for you. After you have a bottle, all you pay for are ice and set-ups (soda water, etc.). A full night drinking from an already purchased bottle might cost 30 reals tops including tip for the waiter. When girls drink from your bottle, there does not appear to be any separate or additional charge.

Again, as I said earlier, I spent 4 nights straight there last time I was in Sao Paulo. I found the girls to be very gracious and attractive. Both the owner and staff were very friendly and accomodating. The live music was very good too.

Highly recommended.

I posted in the Travel Plans area already but here goes . . . I will be in Sao Paulo for about 1 week beginning August 8th. (then 1 week in Rio) Probably will be staying at Comfort Hotel Downtown*on Rua Araujo. If any guys will be in town, maybe we can hang and share some costs. (ie. taxis, etc)

I am also interested to know if anyone know about inexpensive managed apartments for rent. Probably not much difference in price versus the aparthotels or hotels (since Sao Paulo is relatively cheap compared to Rio)

Maybe someone knows of a huge Playboy mansion type place that rent out rooms or short time hotels like Vips that can hold mini orgies. Would be an eye-opener to check out.

I usually have a few mobile numbers to try by the time Sunday rolls around. If you are going to be there only for 1 day during the day, I would keep your expectations low so when something happens you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Your options are . . . a) clinicas by the airport that might cater to the traveller and therefore open on Sundays (personally I don't know one)
b) try trolling Rua Augusta and Kilt Show area. Those clubs will be open Sunday night but might be open by 4 or 5pm so you can still partake but don't expect the best quality.
c) the prives or casas - I would like to try this myself, never been to one. Do a search in this forum and you'll find a lot of addresses - I can think of Chingon doing a big write-up several months ago.
d) call the website escorts . . . SexDreams.com.br, MClass.com.br, Chantily.com.br, etc. YMMV.

Good Luck, and if possible just change your plans to stay a couple of more days = at least Sun thru Wed.

I have been reading these threads and I have nothing but gratitude for everyone posting this great information.

I am currently in Sao Palo in Murumbi and I am staying at the Hilton. It's very nice and I am a repeat visitor here.

I would love for anyone to give me some guidance. Would you go to a club like Bomboa (been there before and had a good time), do a Clinica or maybe get a girl privately for the weekend?

My portuguese is not great, but I can get by quite well. I am looking for something local to Murumbi.

From the Murumbi Hilton, You're a 10-minute taxi ride to Clinica Kin. That would be my choice for an afternoon's enjoyment: One hour/one girl for 120 rs, one hour/2 girls for 160. Plus if you'd like a beer or two, no charge for that. You can see the lineup and select what might appeal to you.

Clubs are going to be more expensive and likely the action will be better a little later in the evening. I need my beauty sleep!

Escorts seem to be risky: What you see may not be what you get. The non-pro alternative may take more time to develop a GFE than you have to spend.

Clinicas seem to provide high quality without a huge expenditure, and no potential hassles with hotel security (which may or may not be an issue with the Hilton; I didn't stay there, but at another hotel in the same complex).

The ladies of Clinica Kin get consistently high reviews, as does the establishment itself.

Again, your preferences should be the guide. But whatever your choice, your feedback here would be appreciated!

I was doing a little impromptu research for a monger today. Of the reviews on a local board, Clinica Kin girls provided BBBJ 480 out of 550 times (roughly). Another high profile clinic that gets generally favorable reviews revealed that only 75 of 450 girls gave the BBBJ.

As soon as I find a clinic with a better ratio for positive experiences, BBBJ vs. CBJ, anal and DFK, I'll let you know. Meanwhile, where's the Sto. Amarro bus 577?

For the weekender: All the clinicas are closed Sunday that I've found. Not sure about Francebel.

I visited Clinca Kin yesterday (Saturday). It was a bit difficult for the taxi driver to find, but I had complete directions for him.

Gloria (the Manageress) was extremely kind and helpful, although english was not in the cards. After bringing me a drink, I was presented with all the available ladies. I was intrigued by both Camilla and Luana, so I decided to arrange for both at a price of R$160.

The one-hour session was outstanding. Both ladies are beautiful and enthusiastic. Luana, expecially, was a breath of fresh air. BBBJ is the standard fare to get things going. It was certainly a unigue experience to watch them both competing for "Jr", and then to watch them playing with each other.

I strongly recommend this Clinica, You will not be disappointed.

By the way, taxi fare from my hotel in Jardins, was about R$30 each way and took about 30 mins.

Many of the establishments open around 5PM, but I wouldn't bother until 10pm at the very earliest.

Regarding Kin, a couple of things I should mention. Typically, I'm able to go there early afternoon. The ratio of customers to girls is perfect. There are just enough patrons to keep a healthy flow, but 75-90% of the talent is available. Once, I arrived around 7PM. Totally different. Too many guests.

Also, to avoid the 30R taxi each way, consider the Sto. Amarro bus that goes down Paulista Ave. Get off at the Enrique Petroni Jr. stop (about 30 minutes vs. 20 in a taxi). The return bus says "Term Princesa Isabel." Net savings 56R. I've made the walk, also. Around 8 miles is my guess, but mostly down hill. When you get to Ibiripuera Park, you're about 35% of the way. So far, my bus hasn't been blown up, but YMMV.

Regarding other clinicas, I find the ratio of BBBJ vs. CBJ as reported on the local forum most helpful. It's not just the BBBJ itself that is important, it is the gage for how wild the overall event will be. August 8, 2006 = just wanted to state some brief facts.
Arrival on Continental was pretty much on time (8:50am) however the line at passport control was horrendous. I think it's probably Michele Matos because the description of Michele Silk (1m75, which is 5'8'') doesn't fit with the description given by Forest. Michele Matos is 1m65 (but it's still a little bit taller than 5'1'')

I think it depends on the Clinica as in Rio it depends on the Terma (I believe more than one pop is allowed at a place like 4x4 but not at Centaurus) So comparably would be saying that it might OK at Antares, Cherry & Kin but not alright at FranceBel. IMHO you are over reaching.

As in life, one mans dream boat may be another mans nightmare. I have been following your thread and your time constraints!! My suggestion is that you do go to the Bahamas Beach Club as you can check out the girls on-site. If one takes your eye you can take her upstairs on the premises. In fact, you can do that several times with several different ones in one night!! Your budget will stand it and it is top-notch talent. The other alternative is Cafe Photo where you also have a lot of choice of high quality talent but you have to go next door to slip the sausage.

I think Pluto2 has given very good advice and the chance of a "problem" are high if you book TLN on an unknown girl. If you check the merchandise out at the above clubs you can do them there - or decide to repair back to your hotel. BUT I advise sampling first!

I think the W.E. guarantees TLN (until the next morning, not just until 4 or 5am but at least 9am) for $R1,000 which might be negotiable. Short time, 2 or so is $R600 I think. I have no experience with this place so YMMV. Search the board for reporting on W.E., I think many of them are by Genghis Khan. You will have time to get acquinted with the 'nice girl' before sealing the deal.

Good advice for most. One thing I've noticed is that the Sao Paulo girls often only kiss on one cheek rather than two. At least, that's what Ibiza and I decided after visiting several places. Our theory is that there isn't time for both cheeks in Sao Paulo 'cause it's so busy.

IMHO, I don't think Swiss wants to make the effort to go to an MP or 3 to do research in the afternoon. I think he wants the fantasy of the girl of his dreams showing up to his hotel, leaping into his arms like a long, lost lover, then sharing a perfect evening of romance.

Greetings, my fellow São Paulo gentelmongers!

Sexplorer has now officially ended his first day (ever) in São Paulo and is filing his field report. Despite deviating from his original plan, he is happy to report that all went well on his first day.

To begin with, let me mention that this “stop” in São Paulo was completely an afterthought, and a mere result of (non)availability of mileage award tickets and as such only hastily researched. Sexplorer was simply checking for mileage award tickets to Buenos Aires and found out that on his preferred return date, no direct flights from Buenos Aires were available whereas one was available from São Paulo. Arrangements were then made to spend today, tonight and the entire day tomorrow here before heading back home around 10pm tomorrow night. I am glad things worked out this way.

Thanks to the direct and to the point recommendation of our friend Bandy (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/search.php?do=finduser&u=11103) on this board and also in person, I had arranged for (and am now sitting in) a very nice, new, and modern (albeit rather small) room in Meliá Confort Paulista hotel. Even taking into account that Sexplorer has no previous experience in this city and hence no real frame of reference beyond what is said in this board, he still thinks that at US$62 a night (breakfast included) and only one block away from Avenida Paulista, this hotel is an excellent value.

Unfortunately, given that my flight to here from Buenos Aires was at 6:30 in the morning, and that no self respecting monger on a mongering trip to Buenos Aires ever goes to sleep before 4 am, I had made the grave mistake of not sleeping at all the night before, and hanging out with the crowd at the Argentina Private mansion until 4:30 in the morning when I was picked for the airport. Unfortunately, 5 chicas in the prior 24 hours and no sleep took their toll on me, and on the 2 hour TAM flight from B.A. to here I might just as well been hit with a sledge hammer. I simply crashed and allowed my corpse to make it into town. At 9:10 am, having gotten off the plane a complete zombie, I made my way to the pre-paid taxi stand outside of the arrivals hall. Incidentally, I thought pre-paid meant just that, but it turns out that the ride is rather “fixed price” as opposed to pre-paid. One simply pays the driver a set amount upon reaching his destination, which in my case (Jardins) was 75 Reais. I can certainly see why this system has been developed, having been offered rides into town from Rio for twice what the metered price ended up being.

On the ride from the airport, the young friendly taxi driver reaffirmed his suspicions of the mongering intention of the zombie he was carrying in his back seat, and offered a suggestion for later in the day. His suggestion was Berrini Massage (http://www.berrinimassagem.com.br); more on that later. The Sexplorer zombie was then dropped off at the hotel. As soon as he took a shower, he realized that he is in no shape to follow the rigid, detailed itinerary suggested to him by his friend Bandy, and that he will simply not be doing any sightseeing this trip either. He went right to sleep, waking up around 4pm still quite tired. An escort delivery to his room seemed like a bright idea given his absolute lack of stamina at this point, and as such, he decided to act on his fantasy of the last 10 days.

The fantasy was in the form of a bubbly, little, and just ever so pleasantly plump blonde (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=51057), of the type of which, by the way, Sexplorer can simply never get enough. He had just chanced upon her pictures during a cursory review of these pages. This garota’s name was Gabriella, and her pictures appeared in the Eros Guide. Somewhere here there was a mention of her speaking English. Well, it ended up that my pathetic kindergarten Portuguese was probably better than her English. Still, she was very eager to accommodate me on the phone and we were able to make the arrangement for her to come to my room in 30 minutes. Sure enough, in 30 minutes there was a call from the front desk, and she arrived in my room nice, perky, fresh from the shower, and with a great smile. Now, Sexplorer is used to the escort pages such as Platynum and EscortsBaires when he goes to Buenos Aires, where in general one should take 3-4 points off from the picture to arrive at the “real” girl who shows up in flesh. Well, let me say that I was pleasantly surprised when she showed up. I would say the difference between the pictures and the real Gabriella was only about one point. Somewhere along the way the two of us had completely skipped the part about discussing the price, and although I know better to handle the situation differently, I simply decided to ask for it. She asked for 250 Reais, and not having any meaningful frame of reference I accepted. Now that I am a little bit less of a zombie and my head is cleared, I would say that the price above probably included at least 50 Reais worth of Gringo up-pricing. Please do give me feedback on this! The performance was wonderful, offering BBBJ, lots of DFK, multiple positions (and pops), and lots of tender conversations. I am sure that part of me enjoying myself that much was the fact that I simply adored this type of girl. About an hour and a half later she was out the door and Sexplorer was hungry.

Gabriella had suggested a nice churascaria. This restaurant was Vente Horagano, a rodizio style churascaria where the accordingly gaucho dressed waiters bring loads of various cuts of meat to the table until you simply explode. There was an enormous salad, cheese, and cold cuts buffet, in addition to the 7-8 types of very yummy accompaniments that they brought to the table. The meats, the fish, and the barbecued chicken were fantastic. I also had a caipirinhia, and later a papaya pudding type desert (mediocre) and a cup of coffee. My bill including the service charge was 110 Reais. Again, despite not having any prior frame of reference , I think this was rather on the high end, but the quality and the sheer quantity of the food justified it.

Later, having been fed to the point of explosion (mind you, I wasn’t exactly starving in Buenos Aires in the days prior either), I got back on the street and hailed a cab. I told him the address of Berrini Massage (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=51479&stc=1), Av. Roque Petroni Jr, number 245. To him, the address might just as well have been on the moon. He had no idea, and also had no maps or any other idea how he can find out. I hailed the second cab and got a similar reaction. I said to him why don’t you ask your dispatch! Long story short, he finally found out where this very large, obvious street was, and drove me there (God bless the taxi drivers in Buenos Aires, they seem to know the smallest little streets and are about a third of the price of the taxis in Brazil). The ride took about 25 minutes and cost 35 Reais.

Once inside, the receptionist offered to explain thing to me in English (not something that I usually volunteer for, but I did appreciate her effort). For massage alone the rate was 60 for half an hour and 80 for the hour. For massage and sex the rate was 100 for half an hour and 120 for the hour. They presented at least 10 garotas, all of whom Sexplorer found imminently doable. Of special interest to him was a gorgeous mulata, Bruna. We went upstairs to a common hall which opened into 7-8 average sized massage rooms, each with a small bathroom and shower. There was a massage table in the room, but there was absolutely no pretence of a massage at all. Bruna’s attitude couldn’t be better. This girl was simply a delight, and absolutely tried hard to please me as much as possible, She apologized, saying that the place usually closes at 10 pm (I had arrived there at 9:55pm), and that even though we will be spending more than half an hour they will still charge me only for half an hour. We did lots of DFK, BJ (CBJ…alas), multiple positions on the floor, standing against the wall, leaning on the massage table, etc, and finally the “delivery” was made. I gave her a 20 Reais tip (Again, please do comment on this; is it expected? She did certainly more than earn it), and went together with her downstairs. There, the receptionist asked for the half an hour price of 100 Reais (altogether we had spent about 50 minutes). They then called a taxi for me and I left. Overall, recommended.

If this was your first time in Sao Paulo, you did well. Better than I did about 1 week ago. I found the boites expensive when you add the entrance fee, room fee or takeout fee, drinks = bottles, etc. Even if you stick with the 150-200 price range for the girls, you will still end up with a 300-400 tab for about 60-90mins of sex. Of course, you might find some exceptions but while I was in Sao Paulo, none of the girls I was with wanted TLN.

You lucked out with Gabriela, did you take any photos of your own that you can share? The photos on the website seem to me heavily retouched, but since you liked what arrived at your door and you had good chemistry . . . that's all that matters.

I missed sessioning at the massage parlours because I did not prioritize my schedule. I did check out Berrini and Kin which is opposite each other on the same street. I found the Berrini's lineup prettier but supposedly at Kin you get a lot more BBBJ! If you don't mind on premises sex, the clinicas are a great economical option.

As far as you worrying about people commenting on your paying a bit more, don't even worry about it. I believe it truth in reporting but when in doubt leave it out those specific details. Who needs to flamed for that. There are always going to be guys that will nickel and dime themselves out of a good time. P4P pricing averages out, right now the Euro is stronger so the European mongers will probably pay more because they can afford to. There are going to be spikes in the pricing so paying more on a few occasions will not 'ruin' the whole city across the board.

One recommendation that I have is to visit the Ocean Club which is the spot where Cocktail used to be (on Rua Nestor Pestana). I found some nice talent there and there are nice comfortable rooms next door for $R57=60mins next door. My second favorite is My Love followed by Kilt on this street. Never did make it to the lower priced options on Rua Augusta.

Gabriella's pictures are about accurate, and as I said, you can take off about one point in general to arrive at reality. I have found, over the years, that my taste is more for the "pleasanly plump" type, of which she is certainly one. Most North American mongers prefer the taller, leaner type, so to each his own! I did take one picture which really made her uncomfortable, and since it really doesn't add much I'll probably just keep it private.

One more thing: although she speaks very little English, I found out (quite by accident when a few words slipped out) that she speaks Deutsch very well. My Deutsch is certainly a lot better than my Portugese, and that was how we communicated.

I too am not much of a "club" person either. For one thing, I do not like smokey and lound environments, and as you said, once you tack on the entrance, drink, and room prices, things add up quickly. A lot of that money goes towards things and people who do not matter to me (i.e. the club owner), and as such I usually prefer the escort (or take out from privados) type of mongering.

I asked GK for advice and he recommended his services.

I have come to Sao Paulo several times and I know my way around, but I decided to call Sampa Guide to see if he could help me learn a few new tricks.

He delivered.

He was puntual, very polite, honest and very attentive.

A friend and I had dinner with Sampa Guide (he picked us up at our hotel at 9 pm) and he gave us all the information you would have taken a long time to gather in less than 2 hours.

He new everything by club, prices, quality of girls, quantity of girl, cost to enter each club, how many drinks are included in the entrance fee, how much for those clubs that have rooms inside, how much to take girls out for LTN.

It would take you serveral hours of analysis and reading reports to figure out half of the information he can provide.

In addition, he drives you around and helps to translate everything. I do not need translation since I can communicate in portuguese but still he was very helpfull.

The cost for 2 people total 200 R (100 usd).

The cost of a hotel taxi to take you around for the same amount of time ( from 9 pm to 2 am) much higher and no information. (I mean if you use the hotel taxi and have him wait for you in every place which if you have the money I recommend it since Sao Paulo is not a safe city.

I recommend Sampa Guide to any body that wants a crush course in Sao Paulo. Then you do not need to read a lot of posts and you save time and money. He can get you a nice hot girl and take her to your hotel or he can take you around and show you the therma, massage places and clubs.

By the way I brought with me the list of restaurants created by GK and is excellent I tried 3 restaurants out of this list and the 3 of them where good restaurants. Thanks GK

The two best Japanese restaurants are without a doubt in my mind Jun Sakamoto and Kinoshita but it is of the greatest importance to reserve the menu degustacao a day ahead at both places - the bill with sake, dessert and coffe will be about R$400. You will get the chefs full attention at the sushi bar.

The place was very good just one comment on your list the telephone reads 3079-7533 I called this number but it is not the restaurant's the restaurant's number is 3079-7553. Just a small typo.

I liked the restaurant it was full, is small and many japanese brazilians clients we were the only foreiners.

Following your recommendation I will try Jun Sakamoto or Kinoshita since I am leaving tomorrow. Thanks for the tip.

Sexplorer often wonders how his life would be different, if only upon waking up each day he knew what would be in store for him later that day. The sad truth is that on many, if not most days this knowledge would make little or no difference to most of us. That is, on many, if not most days…

Sexplorer’s second day in São Paulo, my friends, was not one of those days!

At around 10am Sexplorer woke up to the tune of his alarm clock and immediately noticed the tremendous “tipi tent” effect under the bed sheets. In that “oh not quite awake, oh not quite asleep” twilight zone, the image of Gabriella’s butt from yesterday flashed across his visual cortex and the tipi continued to get larger. His tired mind, desperately clinging to a few more precious moments of slumber, kept replaying that image just as a television station would do in the case of an “instant replay” during a football match. Oh, what a fun time it was… Oh, I would do it again in a heartbeat if I were still there… BUT WAIT!!!! I AM still here in Brazil! I have one more day left! I won’t have to go back to Sex Prison until later tonight, and with these reassuring thoughts, Sexplorer jumped out of bed and picked up the phone and called the same girl. Finally she let me out in front of her building, which on the way back I discovered was only about 3-4 minute walk(!!) away from my hotel. The building was a akin to an extended stay hotel with a reception desk, etc. As directed I went to the receptionist and after a few minutes she put her card in the elevator and sent me up to the 21st floor. There she opened the door wearing a nice one piece dress and smiling as bubbly as yesterday.

After a little bit of chit chat, I got right back to the action and went through the alphabet soup of mongering, BBBJ, FS, Doggy, CG, RCG, etc… and finally delivered a load, while looking into those amazingly beautiful eyes. I lay there on the bed beside her and we talked for a while. Then the two of us dressed to go down, and I forgot to pay her!!! first and foremost, sexplorer wants to express his appreciation for the all the kind words of this fine community of regulars. thanks for putting up with the musings of this newbie.

second, for the benefit of those of us who have to speed read the forum for useful information (just as i had to do before coming), i’ll have to mention that the report below is simply a long narrative some might enjoy reading. it does not contain any significant new factual information.

continuing on where (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=498814&postcount=377)we left gabriella’s apartment around noon, a 3 minute walk put sexplorer smack in front of sol meliá, as though he was caught in a time warp. what had earlier taken him about 15 minutes in a genuinely clueless taxi and on the previous day, a 30 reais round trip “taxi fare” (ka-chingggg$$$) for gabriella, ended up being so close that it would have probably been meaningless to get there by any other means than just plain walking.

so, off went sexplorer to his first são paulo metro ride starting from the paulista-consolação metro station, less than a 2-minute walk from his hotel. the metro system of this city is phenomenal. not only is it clean and rather new, but most importantly, very efficient. sexplorer’s ride from paulista-consolação station to república station involved three metro lines and 2 transfers, yet it took less than 25 minutes. the frequency of trains in mid-day, was even better than that of paris. in essence, sexplorer didn’t have to wait for a train more than one minute at each transfer point. if there is a metro station nearby where you are going, sexplorer highly recommends this mode of transport, not because of the money, but rather because of the time savings involved.

at the república station, sexplorer left the metro system and visited edificio itália (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=51451). he went up to the top floor to the building, to the rather touristy terraço itália (http://www.terracoitalia.com.br/eua/default1.htm) restaurant. they featured an o.k. lunch buffet, but that was almost beside the point of this restaurant, for the expansive views were absolutely astounding. sexplorer nursed a caipirinha while enjoying the milanesa of veal, the one item he found most tasty among the other mediocre offerings in the buffet. the bill was 67 reais, certainly reflecting the touristy nature of this place. nonetheless, the overall experience was very pleasant, and after lunch he went outside to the terrace and watched the fantastic skyline (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=51452) abuzz with helicopters ferrying the (undoubtedly mongering) executives from one building roof to the other.

descending from the heavens, sexplorer walked around downtown a little bit more and took some pictures (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=51453&stc=1) as alibi for the serious nature of his trip. before long, he could no longer hide his true self and the ferocious, sick beast inside him, let alone the other “cialis”ly emboldened one in his pants. out came the printout of bandy’s pm, and down he went back inside the metro station at república. he back-tracked to the vergueiro station, where a 5-minute cab ride took him to termas eu e ellas (http://www.sperotico.com.br/eu/index.htm), at rua pires da mota 494 (http://www.sperotico.com.br/eu/loca.htm). at 4 pm, sexplorer had about 3.5 hours to avail himself of the multitude of the garotas of the house, rush back to sol meliá, dump everything in his suitcase, and be in a cab to the airport for his 9:50pm flight back to sex prison. with that time frame in mind, he paid the 79 reais entrance fee and was ushered upstairs by the friendly guy at the front desk while all the rules of the casa were explained to him.

at 7:40pm i left the hotel in a taxi, having negotiated a flat 80 reais fee. we hit a few small pockets of traffic, but overall the ride went smooth and i was at the airport by 8:30pm. i was traveling first class (on miles, of course!), so there was nobody in front of me in the line and i had my boarding pass in my hand in less than 2 minutes. it took about 35 minutes to get through the security, and i was at the gate around 9:10pm. i boarded the plane, settled in my seat, and fell asleep. about an hour later the flight attendant woke me up for some food, which having worked up a good appetite i needed and enjoyed. i am usually a united flyer, but this time i was flying american and i really liked their first class product to south america compared to that of united. thanks to the flat bed, i slept comfortably until literally 5 minutes before landing in miami.

and then, just like that, i was back in the sex prison, and it was all over :(.

I know I didn't really have too much in the way of substantial information to contribute, but I thought given that I had learned so much from this board I'd spend some time writing a few reports with at least some entertainment value. I was thinking for a long time to visit SP but due to the recent not so safe environment in Sampa, I have decided to postpone it till now where I was sticking mostly to Rio. After checking the sites kindly posted in here, I am truly just louco to go to SP. Now, a couple of questions gents:

Get into S/P around 8:00 pm.. I'am staying at the Parthenon in Moema which is now called the Mecure hotel in Moema. It is still girl friendly, no charge for guess and it is only 5 minutes away from the airport.

I check in and wait for my buddies to get in. I'am a little hungry since all I had was the lunch at the by the kilo place back in Rio. I walk out the hotel and to my right is a pizza place call Saturno. I noticed it on my last trip because it has a great big brick oven which they cook the pizzas in. Pizzas are not my favorite dinner but since the guys will be here shortly, might as well give it a try.

I got the large pepperoni and it was very good. It is a thin crust pizza and I guess I was more hungry than I thought since I ate half the pizza.

At around 11:00 pm. I got worried since my friends have not showned up yet. They finally arrived at the hotel around midnight. Their flight was delayed and since planes can't land at Congohas after 10:00 pm., they had to go to the int. airport, then bussed into Congohas.

I was just about sleeping when they called. They still wanted to go out so I said let's go to Bahamas. It is in Moema but it might be a little upscaled.

We get to Bahamas around 1:00 am and since it was our first time there, we asked the receptionist what the prices were. It was r$123 to get in with no drinks included. She said the girl asking prices started at r$300 and up. From the doorway I could see some of the hotties inside but my buddies didn't want to come in because of the entry fee and no drinks included.

We told the doorman we would come back tomorrow only we would be there earlier. He said no problem and gave us cards for a free drink when we came back. Pretty cool on his part.

We then went to Akaza. We were there last year and the place was packed with a party going on. What a difference a year makes. Last year the price to get in was r$79 with 8 drinks included. This year r$80 with only two drinks included.

The guys wanted to stay so they could chill and drink some beers. From what I saw, there were only two doable women. One was with a customer, the other with a friend of mine.

To make a long story short, we closed the place down. My friend was going to take the chick back to the hotel but she wouldn't come down from the r$400 she was asking for. At the end we all went home without any company.

I was the first to the cashier when I noticed my bill was more than the r$80. I didn't drink more than my limit so I asked my friend who speaks perfect Portuguese, to ask the cashier why my bill was so much.

The cashier said it was a service fee. I then asked what the heck is a service fee. It turns out, this is a tip for whoever it goes to. The cashier saw my look and then immediately said it is not mandatory and she could take it off. I said yes take it off. In fact everyone took the service fee off but don't worry we still left a tip in cash. Just not an outrageous one. After this, every club we went to we made sure there were no hidden service charges.

Took a quick cab back to the hotel and rested up for day 2 in S/P.........

Today one of our members isn't feeling to good so he decides to stay in and sleep. Around 1:00 pm we leave the hotel and head for eu & elas. There was hardly any traffic and when we pulled up something didn't look right.

The place wasn't opened yet. It opens at 3:00 pm.. To kill time we went to the restaurant across the street and had lunch. The lunch was actually pretty good. There were many locals in this restaurant which is always a good sign in my book. For r$11.00 I had a pichana plate which included salad, fries and rice. Very tasty. By the time we finished, it was now 3:10.

We enter the building and the prices are the same as last year. r$79 to get in and r$100 for the girl and r$59 if you use a private room.

They change things up since the last time I was there. The open room is now on the other side of the stairs and where the open room use to be, it is now the mens locker room. The womens lockers are now located upstairs also. It is kind of cool to see the girls changing. They are not bashful in the least.

Besides the pricing, what I like about this club, the feel of an orgy going on. When I took my girl upstairs to the private room, there were two couple in the open room getting it on. When we finished, as we past the open room again, a girl was giving a guy some head.

After going downstairs I went to the bathroom in the back. walking past the movie room where they play constant pornos, I see a girl giving a guy a hand job.

Still going to the bathroom near the sauna, a guy is going down on a girl on those lounge chairs. Then finally, reaching the bathroom, a guy is fucking the shit out of a girl at the hand wash counter. Unreal.

Since they liked help alot, I suggested love story. I told them it didn't open up until 1:00 a.m.. They like the idea of going to a smaller version of help. They said they would leave around 12:45. I was tired so I told them I would stay at the hotel and rest up.

I didn't see them until the next day when they told me love story didn't open until 4:00 a.m.. I could have sworn the place opened at 1:00 last year.

Anyways, the guys didn't want to wait around so they ended up at Kilts. They said a barker told them it was r$35 to get in and it included two drinks. When they got the bill, not only were they charged the entry fee, but they also got charged for every drink they had. The drinks were not included with the entry. They also said there were some hot women in there and the live sex shows were cool, but they felt very ripped off when it came time to pay the bill. By the way, in the s/p directory, it does state, if you like to drink, don't go to kilts.

The issue of Rio vs São Paulo is continuous and unending. But I agree with almost everybody that Sampa is far less dangerous than Rio. It is true that there were three or four waves of terror conducted by the PCC since mid May, but it is are relatively quiet and safe right now.

When I was younger, im my early twenties to be more precise, Rio was my by far my favourite destination. But Rio of the early 1980 is not the Rio of today...the crime rate is higher nowadays, more American and European tourists flock to Rio, the beaches are polluted (I wouldn't dare to swim in Copacabana today!!!!), and so on...

São Paulo is a monstruous city...but you can find there fine restaurants, fine hotels, a vigourous intellectual life (museums, shows, bookstores, cinemas, etc.).

Finally, I prefer the GP in Sampa because, in general, there are more good looking and very educated. I know that to some of you it doesn't make a difference if a girl has an university degree or not (sex is the most importan tpoint) but when you spend a TNL a girl with culture and a good conversation is a must for me.In Rio, there is more party girls or B-girls...since I am in my late 40 this is not really my cup of tea...or my glass of pinga I should say!

Today we are going to try something different. Since we went to Somalia in Rio ( see my rio report ) we decided to go to the famous 8 story apartment, which is really 10 stories.

We take the metro and get off on Republica. A short walk later, into the doorway we go. Since none of us had been there before, it was quite exciting to see what awaits us.

As you enter the building a women sitting at a desk waves us in. Up ahead is a spiral staircase. Two steps up and we see the first of many gdp. You walk up one side of the stairs while the girls are up against the wall on the other side of the stairs. It kind of reminds me of the street girls in tj. When you walk past the girls, they grab your shirt or crotch trying to get your attention.

Since I was in front, I just kept walking checking out all the ladies until I reached the 10th floor. Some of my guys were out of shape and needed a rest there. We tried to buy some drinks, but all the lady had was beer. So instead of buying the beers, I gave my guys a little time to catch their breaths and headed down two floors.

On the 8th floor, the lady there had water, beers and sodas. We stop to have a drink on this floor. As we were drinking our refreshments down, we called over one of the girls so she could explain the place.

This place was more like an american strip bar. It was kind of like photo's where the girls can't sit with you unless they are called over to you. I kind of like this method.

The girls here were definitely my type. Tall thin and beautiful. There were about 20 girls in the club and about 15 were my type. First 15 minutes the three of us just relaxed and shot the bull. After that I called over a hottie and again, I can't remember her name.

She was tall, thin, dark and young. She had the look I would have paid anything to have her, but I still negotiated. She wanted r$400 but I told her I wouldn't go higher than r$300. After a while she said okay and we were going to the hotel but first had to pay the bill.

Again the service fee. We told them to take it off and one of the mgrs. came over and said we should tip something. We said we agreed but we would pay the tip in cash. He didn't like that answer but oh well.

Now it is pouring outside but the good news is, the girl has a car. We get to the hotel and because she is so hot, I thought I would get the trophy fuck treatment. Instead, it was a good time from start to finish. She stayed for about 2 hours and I have to admit, she is the hotest girl I have had in Brazil up to this point.

About a half hour later, we meet with my friends and we go to dinner. We ended up going to the Jardinera grill. Another fine dinning experience. Ale is a very social person and all my friends were impressed, and we all had a great time at dinner.

Back at the hotel, I told Ale my time was limited because I promise the guys I would take them to a club and since we had newbies , I wanted to keep my promise to them. She actually looked saddened but understood.

She is just as sweet in bed as she is outside of it. I had a great time with her. But now the surprise. Due to some miscommunication, I thought her rate was $500usd for half a day and $1,000 for the whole day. She told me it was $250 per hour including the time we spent at the restaurant.

Now usually in Brazil, the time spent at a restaurant or movie is not counted. In fact when a girl down there says so much for an hour, it isn't a strict hour. Most of the time the hour turns out to be 3 to 4 without any mention of extra pay. Ale scale is more slated to the American pricing. Nothing wrong with that except I'am in Brazil where you can get exceptional value for the dollar.

Do I regret seeing Ale? No, I had a great time with her, I just wish she would adjust her pricing especially in Brazil.

Since time is running out I only had time for one pop. We said our goodbyes and she left. I met up with my guys looking for a highend club to go to.

I do have to mention, she did say if we met up back in L.A. she would make up the time I lost with my friends and she would adjust her pricing a little bit. So if that happens, that would be pretty cool.

I decided to take them to w.e.. I had a good time there last year. We get there about 11:30pm and one of the guys in front approaches our taxi and says they are closed. They said it was a slow night and they were closing early. At least they let us know outside instead of paying entrance and then finding out there were hardly any girls there. This still is a class joint.

So we then decided to go to Bomboa's. I haven't been there since they were closed last year. It looks the same. Entrance was r$150 but you could drink up to that amount before getting charged anything extra. Rooms went for r$80 and if you wanted take out, the bar fine was r $100.

You negotiate with the girls and since this was a slow night, most of the girls were happy with r$200.

As it was, there were three girls that I wanted and of course they were with a customer. Later I see them walking out the door with the customers so I guess I'am shit out of luck. All my friends hook up, but for me, it wasn't meant to be.

I do give this club two thumbs up. I did speak to a guy named Vanderly. He speaks English and I told him how my last visit was about 4 years ago. He said he has been with the club the last 2 years. Very friendly guy and for those of you new to Brazil and can't speak the language, he will go out of his way to help you.

We leave the club about 4:00 a.m.. All the guys used the rooms at the club and three of my lucky friends got freebies after we left. The three guys brought their girls back to the hotel and the girls charged them nothing.

I start packing before going to bed as I ponder going back home later that night....

Last day in Brazil. I had arraigned a meeting with Leticia, I got her number from Sui generis a year ago but ran out of time to see her. Her apartment was just 4 blocks from my hotel and we were to meet at 3:00 pm..

Just to qualify this statement. Sampa is just as dangerous as Rio but the difference is most of the trouble occurs away from the areas you are likely to stay in Sampa. Rio is a strange city in that the wealthier suburbs are surrounded by favelas which in turn, because of the related poverty, bring crime to the areas a tourist is most likely to stay. Sampa has the more normal city layout in that there are nice middle/upper class areas away from the slums and hence just as safe as a normal suburb in a big American city.

Sui Generis: I am in no way criticising your post, your posts are excellent, I am just illustrating the difference to those that may have only travelled to Rio or Sampa and not both.

I know this might sound strange coming from me, but I will try to explain why that post made me speculate even more than before.

US $500 for half a day or US $1000 for the whole day is not a rate normally charged by freelancers who don't have a known name or have a spread in a magazine in Brazil. It could very well be a reasonable price for her in the US, but once she is back in Brazil her market value will drop. Freelancers without a magazine spread or a known name charging this much in Brazil usually have to pay a fee to a pimp/madame or club. That is part of the reason why the prices are at that level.

This girl might have a magazine spread or be a semi-celebrity, but we have not been informed of this. She might also be working out of a club or from a pimp/madame, but we have not been informed of this either. If that was the case I would like to be in personal contact with the pimp/madame/club every time I wanted company from this girl. That way I could work up a personal relationship with her boss and that could lead to discounts or improved service in the future.

I certainly agree that she looks good from the photos posted and it seems that Quackup had a good time with her but my radar would really be on high alert on this one, especially since she changed her price to a higher one after they were finished without informing of this before the session.

Maybe this will explain a little more about why I took a chance with ale. I live in L.A. and I figured if I met up with ale in Brazil, when she came back to L.A., I could have that gfe right in my back yard. At $250 an hour in L.A., that is pretty reasonable.

I tried to stress the money was more than I usually pay in Brazil. Gk, it was from your great reports I found w.e. and last year when I went, I paid r$800. At the time I thought that was alot. But the bottom line was, on both occassions I had a great time.

Like I stress to my friends who came along with me on this trip, no regrets. I do have to admit, if ale doesn't change her pricing in Brazil, there are too many alternatives to turn to.

Because the way you calculate $500 divide by 12 hours and for the price of 1 hour or $40 bucks you would use her for 3 - 4 hours, and you would think that its OK, and there is no reason to negotiate or get in to Verbal Agreement, not only about fuck, but also about pay! Therefore, did you actually intended to use her for 3-4 hours and pay for one hour?

And wanted tryed an old trick to ask afterwards ? And you estimated it would be reasonable to give her FORTY BUCKS for 3-4 hours with you. She said it was a rainy day, traffic jam at 6PM (your request) so it was 1+1 more hours for her for the road. A total of 5-6 hours of her time, you wanted to buy for Forty bucks?

GKI think that it would be reasonable for her and it would make sense to ask at least US $ 250 an hour with 2 hour minimum, (this is what Bahamas Garota will cost you) only in Bahamas you use their facilities / cabins and in this case you enjoy her in the privacy of your hotel. Therefore, it is reasonable. In addition, for mongers it would make sense to give a US $ 1, 000 for the whole 24 hours. Again, that is very reasonable and not expensive at all for Sao Paulo or LA. Lets see, if you spend US $ 1, 000 (you go out together, she entertains your friends, all go eat, drink, sex, sleep, whatever). First - there is something you don't understand. You are trying to push an "international girl" with "international pricing" in Sao Paulo - Brazil. This must be a top five city in the world as far as price vs. performance/beauty is conserned. US or Euro pricing doesn't apply here unless you have something special that makes your market value rise in Brazil (not in Europe or the US).

Second - you are trying to convert her price into an hourly rate. In Brazil the hourly rate is commonly dropped when you go for a longer session. They normally have several rates - hourly, several hours and TLN. The competition among the girls in Sao Paulo is hard. So if she senses that the customer has got a good time with her, she will not be strict about the time. I've seen a number of reports on here about these two clinicas, some who disagree. I went to both this past week, and thought I'd add my 2 cents.

Quackup, thanks for your great reports. I am a little confused about cerdit card use at Bahamas where I have always [negoitiated and] paid the fee directly to the girl. I didn't think the club got involved with the girl's fee in any way. Just came back from my trip to Rio and Sampa. Here are some of infos people may want to know:

1. Bomboa is rocking as usual. I guess their little problem last year did not effect their business. Current price: R$ 120 for house, R$ 80 for room, R$ 200-250 for the girl.

I assume that most members who read the Sampa thread also spend some time on the Rio side as well. For those that don’t cross-pollinate, I should probably explain that Ibiza and I became friends in Rio. The entire meal and drinks probably cost less than an appetizer at a GK-approved restaurant, but I don’t think I’ll go back.

Around 10PM, we went to All Black, a cool Irish Pub owned by a very nice girl and her New Zealander husband. Peixoto Gomide 1972 and R. Oscar Freire 137-163 block. Though shocked by the 25R cover charge (15R for women), the beer is good, the service excellent, and the classic rock band sounds like the original artists. By midnight, the place was packed with people, including dozens of beautiful girls. Historically, this place has been inhabited by semi-pros, but that really didn’t seem to be the case this night.

We then parted ways with my colleagues, and headed down to “Deep Augusta.” I know there is something wrong with me, but I really love this area. We only went into The Balneiro Club and the place to its right. While they all want you to commit to two beers on your way in, they always settle for one. I’m sad to report that beers have gone from 5R to 7R. Nova Maison and Night House are the two best places, but we skipped them for the time being and headed down to Kilt. It’s interesting that there are a number of places (My Love, Vergao [or something], Oceano [formerly Cocktail] and others), but Kilt is busier than all others combined. There were tons of girls and many guys.

Talent was so-so and prices were sky high. Entrada is listed as 45R including 1 beer. Subsequent beers are 20R or 25R, meaningless numbers since I would never buy a second drink at those prices. Ibiza managed to extricate himself from a pushy, chubby girl. I had a great make-out session with two dark girls. I liked the spinner, but the taller one was more assertive. The PLAN was to go to Love Story, so I used Ibiza’s first visit to Sampa as reason not to take any girls. This backfired when Ibiza stopped by to say hi on his way to the onsite rooms with a girl. Ana Carolina smiled as she walked by, but we were talking to one of the dark girls who was visibly upset that we were walking AWAY from Love Story. Oh, well. For strategy purposes, one could probably do well by choosing a girl at Kilt, then lying in wait for her between there and Love Story. One could avoid the exit drink that way.

Made my first trip to Brazil and I can't wait until I return. The Brazilian garotas are the best in the world.

I arrived on Saturday morning and made an appointment with Sampa Guide Fernando. It was well worth the R$ 150 and we met at 9 PM and headed for the Cafe Millenium. I totally -and personally- agree on this. The place is very user friendly, no money hassles and the rooms upstairs are very clean with private baths, fresh towels, etc.

The R$150 entry includes ~6 drinks. A room costs R$80 for an hour, or you pay an exit fee to take a girl home before 3:00 AM of R$100. The girls are negotiable, supposedly with a R$200 minimum, probably R$200-300 for an hour inhouse typically. (roughly half the R$ amounts to get US dollar equivalents)

The girls were mostly 6 to 8s, walking around in bikinis or short skirts. Some of them spoke English. It seems a lot are students, they get to leave early if they have classes. Sweet, horney girls out to have fun and make a few bucks.

There was a dark beauty from Rio named Vivian. She took R$250 for an hour of BBBJ and just about everything else...totally laid back and friendly. She speaks English as well. Highly recommended.

The two former Parthenons (Privilege and Times Square) in Moema, now named Mercure Apartments, are also a VERY good alternative. Times Square is newer and more confortable.

In fact, I will stay at Le Corbusier on Lavandisca Avenue, another former Parthenon. I like the Mercure Apartments because you have a microwave oven in your room and it is close to where my friends (paulista hobbyists and some GP) live.

You'll find two-bedrooms apartments in the Mercure Apart Times Square Colonnades, which is located Rua Jamaris in Moema (at the same location you'll find also the Times Square Diamond which is a few clicks behind). It's from what I know the most luxurious Mercure Apart in town.

The apartments are bright and clean, with wooden floors, nice bathrooms, modern furniture, safety boxes, ect .... really nice. Yet swimming pool is so-so and shaded.

It's in front of the Music Hall where there's often good MPB concerts, and at walking distance to the Ibirapuera ;) Mall, very convenient for day-time strolls.

You can't be wrong with the location.

The Mercure Apart Privilege is on the other side of the av Ibirapuera, and even closer to the Mall. A bit older but nice, with a convenient 24 hours italian restaurant (EXCELLENT feijoada on Saturdays) on the ground floor. Yet I don't think they have two-bedroom aparts.
