3) Tulip seems the friendliest oily around, with polite ladies and reception staff. English was easily understood, the reception staff helped me make a booking & although there was a slight mix up for the booking, the lady was available at 4 pm per phone booking. I was even able to ring back later to ask to speak to my masseuse to say thanks, with no issues from reception.
