I've seen some people get kicked out of the bar for taking a pic. I take most of the pics myself, other times I will hand over the camera to waiter buddies and they snap em, tip them a buck :)

I don't know this new manager, I believe used to be manager of Tropical. Who knows how strict he will be with camera policy.
