I did not mean to generalize; I thought you also said a few times that Sharks girls on average had better bodies and Oase girls had better faces. Sounds like you did not meet any of the really pretty (to my taste) slim girls. Not sure how that is possible. I guess you have not attended recently, making a comparison very hard. There are a number of tourists that plan to retire or have a holiday home in Germany. For example, You can pick an apartment or a small house in Bruggen for 100,000 to 150,000 euro or go into a share with a friend putting 100,000 euro down each (so 200,000 euro budget) for something in the Cologne area to be in-between Dusseldorf clubs and Frankfurt clubs. When you retire you can spend some times in the southern countries like Spain or Italy where you have one home and also one home in Germany for the clubs. This is the plan and it is doing well.
Then indeed, the FKKs are a place to relax as your third space as opposed to running around all the clubs like a fuck monkey to see as many girls as possible. The relax aspect comes to the fore and it becomes a leisure activity rather than a stress activity.
The pension has to be good. The baby boomer generation got a lot of benefits and good incomes that some of us coming up to retirement will not get so one needs to consider that they have sufficient provision for those twilight years to pay for the FKKs.

So then, the question remains: What are the easy ways for an American to be able to retire in the EU?
One way to accomplish this would be to marry a European. I'm not sure there are any other easy ways to gain the right to stay long term in the EU and in so doing, be able to retire in the EU.
I think Americans in retirement will only be able to visit the EU 3 months at a time and not be able to return until having spent 3 months outside the Schengen area.

Also, I don't know about you, but I could not live in Europe permanently, nothing against them and not looking to start a culture war or anything, but if you spent all your life here, have your friends (family?) here, used to the culture, sports, food, life, politics, etc here, it is tough to move over permanently somewhere else, I am assuming. Dunno for sure, as I never tried of course, but when I am in Europe, other than business (or Fkks) it does get boring. I walk around, sight see, etc, and occupy myself as much as I can, but still it gets lonely. Perhaps it would be different if you make friends over time there in retirement.

I am not an immigration specialist.
Even for our plans the idea is to only live some months in Germany in the holiday home, maybe in summer.
Other times in Winter we can have the home in Sicily or Puglia or Alicante for the winter months. Now maybe not so Greece.
For shopping is Milano and London for brands. Germany is for FKK.
So even for us we are not living permanently in Germany. It gets too cold in winter.

One way to accomplish this would be to marry a European. I'm not sure there are any other easy ways to gain the right to stay long term in the EU and in so doing, be able to retire in the EU.

Made in China a / see costs about 300eI agree entirely with what you say: Who's making the decisions at this club?? From my view, it would have been higher priority to re-furbish the rooms with air-con and mirrors instead of spending lots of cash on the Dampfbad, etc.
Interestingly, we are seeing a real and intense decline in attendence at Sharks since it has started to get hot. I compare visits during very early June (when there was cool, wet weather, to late June / early July: Early June, the club was rocking with extensive girl line-up and lots, and lots of men going to rooms. Now: Well, read the recent reports.
Parallel to this: Oase, a club with better rooms in terms of tempretures and mirrors, and more extensive outdoor fucking possibities, is offering an ever-expanding line-up with a few prominet girls from other clubs suddenly migrating to BHH and enhancing the line up there. Funny, I remember the same swelling of Sharks' line-up with girls "defecting" from other clubs back in the winter months.

Yes, Sharks' rooms are too hot in the summer, especially with the hot period we are faced with right now. Yes, they should focus on AC instead of a new steam bath. But 8 out of 12 months (or more) there is no need for AC in Germany. I just don't visit Sharks if it is too hot and go to Oase. Palace is not an option with no garden, Mainhattan is off my list due to decline in service levels, rooms at World can also be very hot. Bahama actually is equipped with AC.

I will be taking the airliner bus from the airport to Darmstadt. Now I am planning to book a hotel in Darmstadt. It looks like hotel Contel, Pallas and Atlanta are the nearest one to shark. Another option I thought is hotel Intercity. However from the map, it is not clear whether it is walk able distance (google map shows 900 meter though in the site it is specified as 20 m). I have heavy luggage and if it is not far from the airliner bus stop, I prefer this place. Do you guys have any recommendation? Also, do anyone knows any of the hotels provide an early check-in as I reach by 10 AM?

Its OK to be a newbie. Just control yourself. Take your time to decide. Newbie mistake is to go fuck the first girl that comes to sit on your lap. Could easily be the worst girl available. Number of girls early could be lowish. Many arrive hours later, but always the number should be increasing till 10 pm.
Regular guys could spend several hours in the club before taking a girl. You are not expected to wait that long of course.

It is 7 minutes' walk from FKK Sharks. If you visit FKK Sharks on Saturday, you can get in at 11 AM and enjoy your breakfast first. The girls won't bother you when you are eating. After breakfast, you can rest in the garden. Few girls will bother you in the garden.

The best hotel near FKK Sharks is the Rose Garden Hotel. This hotel also has a restaurant attached to it. It is 7 minutes' walk from FKK Sharks. If you visit FKK Sharks on Saturday, you can get in at 11 AM and enjoy your breakfast first. The girls won't bother you when you are eating. After breakfast, you can rest in the garden. Contel is the closest. However no air-conditioner. Pallas and Atlanta cheaper. Some rooms in Pallas have AC, however walking is longer. I always stay in be&be because of good wi-fi and AC. But I always rent a car.

Don't know about other hotels but intercity in right next to the train station in Darmstadt. Take a taxi from there to get to Sharks and it costs about Euro 8-10 for a 5 min drive.
Intercity has good rooms and cost about 80-100 euros per night. No noise from the trains, absolutely peaceful. Clean and hygenic with air conditioners and heaters.
I suggest go to sharks around 3 pm. If the weather is good you'll see a lot of girls in the afternoon and outside pool area. Enjoy a couple of hours here and in the evening around 6-7 pm go to the train station take a fast train to Frankfurt (13 euros, 20 minutes journey) from there take a taxi to one of the FKK in the city like palace or mainhattan, both are good. Taxi would cost about 8 euros for a 10 min ride. Enjoy a couple of hours in one of these 2 places and take the train back to Darmstadt.
This way you can do 2 places in one day, get more choices in terms of girls, 2 x fun and absolutely doable.

I will be taking the airliner bus from the airport to Darmstadt. Now I am planning to book a hotel in Darmstadt. It looks like hotel Contel, Pallas and Atlanta are the nearest one to shark. Another option I thought is hotel Intercity. However from the map, it is not clear whether it is walk able distance (google map shows 900 meter though in the site it is specified as 20 m). I have heavy luggage and if it is not far from the airliner bus stop, I prefer this place. Do you guys have any recommendation? Also, do anyone knows any of the hotels provide an early check-in as I reach by 10 AM?
What time is best to reach shark? If I reach at the opening time, 11 AM, will I be alone and noticed? As I am a fresher newbie, is it better to wait some more time and the place get a little crowded?

If you want to really enjoy & have more fun and afford an extra €100, I strongly advise you to take a taxi directly from the gates of sharks to either palace or mainhattan. Most taxi drivers would be willing to drive you there, just cut a deal with the taxi driver for return trip, should be €50 each way. After 3-4 hours in one FKK you might feel the urge of a new environment.

When I read reports, I use my best judgement to gauge if the person writing is merely hyping up or it sounds neutral. Ideally, I find negative reports as useful as positive reports. So we have different opinions on this. I've seen some of the girls as described, and that reveal whether to take anything that's overly emphasized to be warranted. I consider people's opinions on matters negative or not. If negative, and I agree, then I would take those posts more serious. If only positve, and don't agree, then will not take them seriously. Some of the negative reports I find them to reveal more and are truthful than reports that are missing some info. We all have reasons for posting in the way we do.

I have good experiences, but I don't post it all the time. What I post is not accounting for all that happens on my trip. I personally don't write every detail of what happened. There are reports of tops girls or gems that I find throughout various visits if you search around. Usually if I recall the names the reports are in more details. May not be on this thread that you often look at, but in other threads in this forum. Lots of my posts are just what I observe and what I hear, and some conclusions based on that. Just providing my perspective based on my visits. No way are people's visits to be assumed based on mere posts here. I censor somewhat on some stories I tell to not reveal too much, but other than that just bits of my experiences of trips that I've had.

This has been discussed already. Some senior posters have come out and stated that it is never a good idea to be known as an Internet poster (some seem to hint at first hand knowledge of this, some just err on the side of caution). I guess the less you say, the less likely the girl can correlate you Internet handle to your face. Dear all,
I was reading this forum and asking questions for last couple of months and was so excited to have my first FKK visit.
Anyway, I landed in Frankfurt on last Saturday morning, took airliner bus (8. 5 euro) to Darmstadt, went to hotel be&be which is walkable from the railways station. After check-in and taking rest, I headed to shark, catch bus are (which was free as the airliner ticket include the local transport also). My travel and my stay was much cheaper and convenient and easy than I thought of.
I saw the board of shark FKK and my heart starting beating heavily. I went inside, pay the fee, changed the dress and came to the main room.
