About 130 girls list their contacts in district 10 and work out of 2 clusters of hotels on LE Hong Phong and Su Van Hanh. They are all probably within half a mile radius.

Here now long enough to sample both. I've been trying out NPK based on some posting here. #68 did not live up to its review, but #84 is a keeper. Haven't had a bad experience there yet. My statement, re hotels Cathy and Hoang Ha on LE Hong Phong, seemed to have stepped on some toes of people with business motives.
To clarify my previous statement, the hotel does not maintain their own stable of girls on premises for clients to screw, literally as termed "room service. " But If you are in a hurry, don't have the girls' phones, are not selective and can take any girl available, the reception girl knows which girls just checked in and are ready to work. She can ring and send 1 of them to your room. Most girls are sexy and fun enough for a quick roll in bed.
Or you can hang out at the little cafe behind these 2 hotels and check out the girls who come out for coffee. Some were young and very good-looking.

Hotels in the 10 like Kathy, Hoang Ha, Dung Hanh, Cali ect. Agoda steals 25% of the rents from the hotel, so the popular hotels would naturally not list vacancy until the last minutes if they are desperate. I called these hotels direct by noon and got rooms every time. You can call to book, don't have to walk in.

First review is of Nguyen Phi Khan Street. There are at least 10-15 Hot Toc places all along this street. That seem to start opening around 11 am, but you will get more options as the afternoon progresses.

This is what locals pay in NPK, they would pass the girl 150-200 k then pay 150 k at the counter, but for all you non Viet speakers or those that look like they can be scammed they will either ask 500 k upfront, and depending on how gullible the guy is they will settle on 400 k. Massage works on a similar manner, you buy a ticket of 100-500 k depending on the type of room you want. Then you will tip the massage girl a similar amount as to the ticket you bought. After the deed you would tip the girl get changed then pay the counter on your way out. In all these circumstances you tip because she doesn't get a wage from the shop, the word is TIP but its actually a payments for their service, there is no need to further tip the girl. Its fairly complicated and hard to understand and its not a uniform system, so its often more easier to get a local to show you, then later you will be recognized as someone who knows the correct price and procedure thus you won't be ripped off.

Some history:
I've actually been to Vietnam before (twice) but this was over 6 -7 yrs ago. Didn't go back since as I had hard time finding places for a good "release" and not get scammed as I almost never got the proper prices, or when I got close to correct price but had to mostly decline as they were not to my standards, meaning they were either old or fat or ugly or all the above.
I did have a reasonable good time mainly as a tourist as the city had enough tour sights to keep my interest. I also rented a motorbike so half the fun was riding around (although it's not for the newbie riders as traffic was shit and I truly hated the traffic circles).
I will be back maybe end of this year to give it another try.
Also been to Hanoi and liked the city better with the various surroundings as a tourist but hated it as a monger as I couldn't find any actions at all to my liking or on my budget. Hired a taxi and asked for action places but only took me to 2 places (brothels) with FS but that had all fat and old fruglies. Remember even 6 yrs ago it was $35 but IMO, wasn't even worth paying $5 what they had on offer. No need really as one look at them and no way I could get my equipment to work.
Stayed at the backpacker area in both HCMC and Hanoi with many guesthouses that had small room with private BR renting for about $6 a night but finally gave up as they kept doing switch and bait on me. Moved to a budget hotel instead for about $15-20 a night. Funny thing was some of the backpacker rooms were actually nicer than the budget hotels but didn't like the scams there.
Again, may give Hanoi another chance if I could find reliable action.
But in the meantime, it's back to reliable Angeles and Pattaya to get my release as Indonesia is no more for me after shutting down Dollyworld in Surabaya and now Kalijodo in Jakarta.
Side note, I Had just recently started mongering in Jakarta as I loved the RLD at Kalijodo. Many young and cute girls for FS for only $11-15 US and no tips required. Real budget brothel places with basic rooms and bucket and barrel showers. Conditions not for everyone though but damn some real hottie to be found there as turnover was very high.

On De Tham, at the corner of Bui Vien, there are a couple bars and and cafes worth checking out.
The newest and swankiest bar at that corner is the Crazy Buffalo. You can sit out in the sidewalk and drink beer, coffee or have food. The Crazy Buffalo looks legit, but next to it is the smaller cafe Lien and cafe Lily's across the street. Both places have a few very hot young girls, and half dozen other older women in sexy clothing, who will sit and chat with you and drink whatever you will buy.
The 2 cafes have tables and chairs on the sidewalk all night for mostly Australian guys to sit with girls, chatting away with their broken English. These girls don't always go to the hotel with every guy, but they will go with certain guys for about 1 M the ST, depending on how much they like the the guy and how he negotiates. But there are bars on BV etc where you can get drinks alcoholic and coffee, and the girls will sit and chat with you and quickly drink their Lady drinks, and most will be willing to go with you, though I have on occasion met a few that said they are there just to entertain but unless you are a regular there, expect to be pressured for a bit of money in form of their drinks before they agree to go out with you. Don't expect a drive thru experience and be warned many aren't real girls. The cafe on Detham, well they can only be called cafe because they don't have the set up look of a bar they also offer beers and coffee, there are mostly older bigger girls, and the younger hotter girls aren't really girls, I have heard guys sitting next to me being offered takeout and I have had offers made to myself directly, but I have never taken any myself. Found it today on what I would call the south side of the street, the address says 110 and there is a smaller sign as reported by Dragonfly.

If you decide to go to these places, please please please don't pay more than 3-400 k. I've been frequenting various spots along Truong and Huong Sa for 3 years now and never pay over 300 k and would rather not have the girls start expecting more. Thanks to the detailed report by Viking, my trip to HCMC was a lot more interesting than my previous trip.
As soon as you land, (and when you leave), the time between the plane and your hotel can easily be 3-4 hours! The immigration lines both ways are insane and if you are doing the visa on arrival, hours will tick by waiting for them to give you the stamp ad then standing in line again for immigration. Then there is the traffic (even on weekends and odd times). So one needs to be prepared and have a little Zen.
I decided to get things started with the cafe om experience and ended up spending a few lovely hours at different shops on Pham The Hein. The easiest way to recognize these places is that they have an exterior room / entry area and an interior room that is not visible from the street. In the entry area you will see some of the motorbikes of the local customers and a couple of big potted plants. At the entrance to the interior room also you will see the potted plants. So easy to spot them.
Cafe om experience is more about making out than sex, at least that's what my experience was. Depending on the girl and chemistry can actively participate in the make out session or just be passive. Share your experiences!I just spent 2 weeks in Saigon. Some notes about current pricing and my experiences. Prices mentioned are inclusive of any payments to girls, fees to the houses and tips I. E. Total paid. I think almost all of the venues have already been mentioned on this forum.
Kim Yen had 4 women, one being the mamasan I presume although they all could have been mamas. Quick agreement to 300 k BJ upstairs but I had no interest. I found 4 similar places nearby, but all stocked with mature fatties. I had previously tried one on the other side of the canal up from the COOP (300 k) and found it unerotic. You can find shops like these on almost every street in Saigon, like NTT.
For that matter I had a thorough look at NPK (about 7 shops, all now asking 400 k) and found current talent pretty poor. Even the line up at Tuan Tam was unenthusiastic. I did get decent service from one new girl, but overall the vibe was down. Afterwards I walked over to Thien Ly at PN and it appears to be closed (was 900 k FS, school uniforms). Several hot girls around the cafe oms near the bridge at night however.
Re. Cafe oms I was dragged into Arabica on SVH one afternoon. Too loud and bright for me, silly girls doing the DJ thing, hostesses in denim shorts and fishnets. Evenings might be better. Plenty of hot girls however. Reportedly available but no confirmed kill.
AT LHP I didn't notice if China is still open. Kieu Moi seems to have replaced Tops from across the hem. They are now asking 1,300 k (as reported here) FS, the spartan rooms have massage plinths, not beds, and poor showers (access by lift). Hai Yen is also charging 1,300 k for similar accommodation. As to the women in these places, they are just not worth it. Mid-20's to early 30's, so much make up they look photoshopped in real life. Some are definitely doable but the simple fact is that they are sitting there waiting for a message on their phones to meet a punter in a 50 k ST hotel for a 400-600 k fee. At least 600 k of the Kieu Moi charge goes to the entrepreneurs, which is of no benefit to the girls or the punters.
Incidentally, on my last two visits I have tried to book a room at the desk in Ka Thy and have been refused. They told me 'no room'. Maybe all the rooms were already occupied by girls? Or perhaps they are worried about too much attention from foreigners on the internet following the Lin ShiSha debacle?
Hoa Ha Lan at PN is still a better deal than the FS shops at LHP. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good towels fans aircon, about 15 women in various ao dais. Price was 900 k now 1,000 k. The women are well-presented but not hot.
These prices are of course considered absurd by locals, given the quality of the women. A local contact took me over to Go Vap one evening and we visited three FS venues where the price was 300 k (100 k ticket, 200 k to girl). The area was full of them. The rooms were surprisingly ok although not luxurious, with massage plinths, showers and baths. But no fish bowl selection, so you got to see one woman at a time. Consequently I saw very few, and would put the quality at about the average of a BV hostess bar I. E. The heavy-thighed type you sometimes see walking behind a foreigner to a ST hotel, not the hottest younger girls who pull you in to buy drinks.
The small MPs on BV seem to be pushing more for 150 k / hour (I have only paid 100 k). For topless HJ relief with kissing I paid 100+300 k, fully nude BJ 100+500 k. There are some cute girls. DV is being torn up and resurfaced. With the rains this really put a damper on the MP business, but the small beer shops were still full of cute Vietnamese girls every night. Unfortunately they don't work in the bars.
To put these prices in the perspective of regional Vietnam, I got a BJ in a hammock in a ca phe om in Di An for 100 k plus 40 k for drinks. In My Tho a BJ in a cafe om was 150 k including my coffee. I'm fairly sure I was charged a foreigner supplement, as my guide told me it should have been 100+20 k. FS price in SD, LG, LC, tx etc. Is still 200 k for foreigners, although there is an upward pressure on prices in sd with some girls charging 250 k.
Finally one afternoon in the park at PNL a hot babe maybe around 28 yo planted herself on the bench opposite mine and lifted her skirt by way of advertising. No need to over-advertise the relatively unspoiled regions. I mention regional prices just to give a sense of the current going rate. Of course Saigon and tourist rates will be higher, but it's getting out of control.
All of these places are 300 k for BBBJ and two them FS can be had from 5-700 k. Use Google Maps if you don't know where Truong Sa and Huong Sa are! They are the street that run along the camel.

855 (look for the red sign that reads "Massage Mat", park you bike inside. FS available here for 500 k.
