I have decide to create a new user thread with the name "For the first time male tourist who is looking after Moldovan women", and then put together all my reports in my series. The first 12 parts in this series of reports have I already have made public in the Chisinau thread. There may be a few small correction compared with the original report.

I am private person, so I will only write in generally. I will never post photo of girls I meet in Moldova. Because personally do I think this is part of the girl and my private life. I do not want to make it public on Internet. In many ways are I am a private person. Because I am private person, do I only write in generally, and there will be no photos of women I have met. But I have been many times in Moldova, so I think I have some "know-how" about Moldova.
I am not putting photo on Internet. Instead is I am doing that I am willing to personally at meet with other men from ISG Moldova Forum in Moldova, when I myself are in Moldova. In the past 8 years have I met with 8 friends from ISG Moldova forum. All 8 meetings have been very nice and it has been very good to share experience about women in Moldova, and drink a good drink together. All 8 meeting was in Chisinau.
How can you know if my "expert principle" will work? You can not know. Of course can I not provide a guarantee for success. I can just say that I personally after visiting Moldova many times in the last 10 years, have I in the last 4 years meet and "have action with" more young 18 to 29 old Moldovan women, then I did in a 4 years period while I was a young man (and meet young women in my home country). It has been odd and a bit strange for me to experience this as a 50+ old man. In the last 4 years period in Moldova, have I had 2 long-term girlfriends in Chisinau, and I am still together with the last one. My current long-term girlfriend is 20 years old. I did meet her while she was 18 years old. I am a 50+ man. So for me, have my "expert principle" worked very well. Every year do I several time visit Moldova, and every time I am in Moldova is it very nice to meet my long-term Moldovan girlfriend again. I very much like Chisinau, and I do always have a good time in Chisinau.

First when you plan to go to Moldova, you shall choose to live in an apartment, because Moldova girls very much more prefer if the western male tourist is living in an apartment then in a hotel. Many girls will not go to a hotel room. Apartment is much more private and cheaper then hotel. And I have never have security problem with my apartments. It will be best if you choose apartment in the centre or in Botanica district (in Chisinau). But apartments in other district can be cheaper.

Finally, I have 2 tips. First before you get visit of (hopefully many) women in your apartment, put your money (and thing like this) in some few safe places. It can happen that girls try to steal 100 – 200 $ from you. It only happen rarely, I have only try it 1 time in Moldova, but it can happen.
Second, be careful if you go on the street together with a Moldova woman who is 20 – 30 years younger then you (you 45 – 55 years old, she 20 – 25 years old) , and you look like a tourist. Moldova police are making a hard work on prostitution, especially SW. If you go hand in hand or just close together on the street, you risk that the police stop you and ask the girl if she is a prostitute. If she not is a prostitute then you can have an unpleasant situation. I have personally tried this situation 2 times in Moldova. If she is a prostitute then there often is a way to fix the problem (the Moldova way, if you understand).

There are 8 main places where you can meet women.
1. Internet.
2. Disco.
3. Nightclubs.
4. Shopping centre.
5. Café and bars.
6. With the help of male hotel guards.
7. On the street.
8. Makler.
I have only tried to meet women in Internet, disco, nightclubs, shopping centres, café and bars. I never have had a very big success in shopping centre, bar and café; in these 3 places have I only meet few girls (but I have meet some few girls). I have never try hotel guards, Makler and the street model. For the last 4 places in the list will I include information from some good reports in this forum and I will also add some observation I have made in Moldova.
The reason that I not have mentioned the "special clinic" and street walker as place number 9 is that traditional prostitution does hardly exist in Moldova. There are simply few hardcore prostitutes in Moldova. Most of the hardcore prostitutes have simply gone from Moldova and work as example in Moscow, Kiev, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey and UAE. Street walker does only rarely exist in Chisinau, because police make a hard work on SW. There are only very few "clinic" in Chisinau, and it is difficult to make contact with these few "clinic". There are some few prostitutes in the hotels, or hotel guards know some few prostitutes. You can also use Makler (later more about Makler). So if you want to make contact with a traditional prostitute is Moldova a very bad country to visit. I can not recommend Moldova as a country to meet prostitutes. About Internet.
In the Internet can you use (dating and chat) web site in English, Russian web site and married agency web site.
The English language web sites are in general expensive. But they are good to meet women on. I have actually meet women on this kind of web sites and it has been fine. An example on this kind of web site could be luckylovers.
The Russian web sites are cheap (or free) , but they very often have server problem, so they can be very slow to work on. Russian web sites are written in Russian language, so if you not speak Russian, do you need a translation program. Both Google and Yahoo have good on-line translations program. They are both free. If you want to use a Russian web site (dating and chat) will I recommend you to go to the Russian section of this forum. Under the Russian section, is there a directory with the name "Russia Websites". In this directory is there a lot of good information about these Russian web sites. I have also meet women in Russian web sites. I think the 3 best website are Vkontakte (now VK) , Mamba and Badoo. Both Vkontakte (now VK) , Mamba and Badoo are now also in English (Badoo have always been in English). I have show link to the 3 web site just below.

In general will I not recommend married agency web site. They are very expensive; there can be a lot of scam with this type of web site. As example do many women with children "forget" to tell you that they have children. Many of these women can also directly lied about this and tell you, that they not have children, while the true is the opposite; they have 1 or 2 children.
How useful is the Internet? I think it is very useful. More then 1 out off every 2 girls I meet in Moldova have I met on Internet. In reality are I am using a very primitive Internet model. I simple using a lot of time (very big time) on Internet chat and I am using different web site. Then before I go to Moldova will I normally have got 20 telephone numbers to girls by the help of Internet chat (if I am not in a long time relationship). When I have arrived in Moldova do I begin to call the girls. Now the problems begin. First, when I call the girls, normally around 10 of the telephone numbers will not work. Either are the cell telephone close down, or the girl does not take the cell telephone, or maybe the girl do not speak English which make it impossible to make an agreement about meeting on a date (I do not speak Russian or Romanian). Then there normally are 10 girls left. Of these 10 girls will some of them not like to meet me on a date. They have simply got nervous. Remember western tourist have got a mix reputation in Moldova, so some girls simply think it is to "risky" to meet me (or other western tourist). Other of the girls is simply not home in Chisinau, they are home in the village and visit there parents. So normally is there only 5 to 6 girls left who want and can meet me. With these 5 to 6 girls will I make a telephone call and make an agreement about meeting on a date. Of these 5 to 6 dates will 2 to 3 girls normally not show up to the date. I will then make a new telephone call to these 2 to 3 girls that not have show up to the date; sometimes are it possible to make an agreement about meeting on a new date, but typical will the girls also not show up to the new date (I will later in the future make a report about the 'date problem' in this series of reports). So the 20 telephone numbers will typical end with 3 dates where I actually meet the girl. Of these 3 girls will there typical situation be: that 1 girl do not like me, or I do not like 1 girl. So 3 girls will end with 2 girls I like and 2 girls who also like me. With this 2 girls (sometimes only with 1 girl, it depend about how serious I am) will I typical start a kind of long time relationship that include sex.
Now the big question is, is it a good or bad resultant to have 20 telephone numbers and end up with "a kind of long time relationship that include sex" to 2 girls. I think it depend about what your goal was. If your goal was to meet and make sex with 14 different girls in a 2 weeks holyday, then the result is very bad. Especially because you have use big time on Internet and maybe also some money; you are spending a lot of time on calling girls who is not taking the cell telephone; you also use a lot of times on date where the girls do not show up. Also is I am not sure that it would be possible for a 50+ year old male tourist to make sex with the 2 young girls (18 – 25 year old) if they did know it only was a "one night stand" and a very short-term relationship (1 to 2 times sex). Finally do you also have the problem; you shall have time to find 12 other young girls. The question also is, is it possible to find 12 other girls to a "one night stand" and a very short-term relationship (1 to 2 times sex) in a 2 week holyday. I do not think so. On the other side, if your goal is to establish some kind of "long time relationship that include sex", then the result would be good. Because now you have found 2 nice girls. And maybe you can find 1 or 2 more girls on the disco. Then you have 3 to 4 girls you can call next time you are in Moldova. This is one of the methods I am using myself. I simply think that all the work with telephone call to girls that not are taking the telephone; the problems with making the date, the big time spend on Internet chat. All this work is only worth if we are talking about long time girls. Remember, in this situation, next time I come to Moldova, I just need to call the girls, and they will come and meet me. I do not need to use time on Internet chat and date problems.
Finally do I want to mention the Internet problem. If you are meeting girls on Internet shall you be very careful about scamming. Many young Moldovan women will simply ask you for money, and make big promise that they will meet you when you arrive to Moldova. I have personally tried this many times, and I have also said "no" many times. Off course when you arrive to Moldova she will not meet you, not take the cell telephone and so on. I must admit that I also have tried to send money 1 or 2 times. So this is also a personally experience.
There is simply one rule that exist. You shall never send money to Moldovan women on Internet and off course you can say more general, you shall never send money to Moldovan women you not have meet when you was in Moldova. Simply do not send money in front, before you arrive to Moldova.

About disco:
I have been at disco "City", disco "Star Track", disco "Military Pub", disco "Faro", disco "Drive" and disco "People", disco "Dance planet" and disco "Flamingo", disco "Crazy Horse", disco "Sargon", disco "Deja-vu". Personally did I best like disco City, Star Track and disco Military Pub. In some few of the disco have I actually meet girls. I think that there was all too many men and to few girls at disco Dance planet. Now disco People, Star Track and disco Military Pub are closed and I do not know if they will be reopened.
Some few of the girls in disco are pro, some girls are semi-pro, while the rest of the girls are totally "normally" girls. Many of these "normally" girls are in company with there boyfriend.
Before you go and visit a disco, are there some factors you shall take noting of. First, personally do I think it is very difficult to look if a girl at the disco is a pro, a semi-pro or a single "normally" girl. Especially, do I think it is difficult to look the difference between a semi-pro girl and a single "normally" girl in the disco. So you need to be a little carefully at the disco. Secondly has it only been rarely that I have been able to take the girl directly from the disco home to my apartment "for a drink". Most normally have I just got a cell telephone number from the girl at the disco, and then I call her the day after for invited her on a date. Even if you meet a semi-pro girl at the disco will you must likely only bee able to get a cell telephone number. Another factor is that many of the semi-pro and "normally" girls looks a lot more "business minded" than they really are. So be very carefully about asking "how much do she cost". My personally experience is that is much better to ask for her cell telephone number and / or ask her if she want "a drink" home at my apartment.
When you arrive at the disco, what tactics shall you use? That is a very personally question, but personally do I use 2 tactics. First do I choose to go alone or together with 1 to 2 male friends if I am looking after a girl in the disco. I never go to disco in a big group of people if I am looking after a girl. Second, I go to the bar and try to come in talk with some of the girls who are sitting up at the bar. Or I take a table and sit at the table and look very carefully on whether there are some girls who are coming with signals. Signals can be if a girl shows a big smile to me, or anything like this. If a girl is showing a signal do I simply go to her and try to begin to talk with her.
Personally have I some few times look when western male tourist have use another tactics in the disco. These few western male tourist have simply use a tactics where they simply go to many (nearly all) girls at the disco and begin to talk to her. Funny enough, I have also seen that these few western male tourists sometimes have had success with this tactic. But personally are I am an all too private man to use this tactic. I would guess that this also applies to a majority of the Western male tourists visiting Moldova. So I would like to quote from a report of Haiduc that describe this typical situation in a very good way.

But that's just my personality.We all need to remember that Moldovan men are much more aggressive then western men when we are talking about making contact to a Moldovan girl.
When you have meet a girl at the disco, are there some factors you shall take noting of. First of all; many of the girls at the disco are simply party girls who only want sucking money, food, drinks and club from you. They in no way dream about making sex with you. The problem with this type of girl is simply that she can cost you a lot of money on the disco, and you also using a lot of time you could have use on another girl at the disco. So if you meet a party girl at the disco, shall you simply drop her, and you can not drop her to fast! I have personally met many of these party girls, and I have learned to drop them very quick in the "hard way". My guess is that many women in Chisinau are party girls. How do you look if a girl is a party girl? It is a difficult question to answer. But there are 2 warning signals; if she starts ordering several really expensive cocktail (over a short time) and expect you pays for them in the disco, or if she insist to sit on an expensive table at the disco.
You shall also note that there is rumoured that some of these party girls are getting kickbacks ("secret commission") from disco and bar, depending on how much the Western male tourist buys of drinks to her. Personally, have I no evidence for this, but I would like to quote from 2 reports in this forum who has mentioned this problem.

Even my good friend, a very experienced hunter, is being scammed sometimes. Or atleast the girls try to scam him. In New York my friend started to get suspicious when she ordered fresh juice instead of normal juice. My date for the eveing already had left me and tried to scam me to pay for a bottle of white wine she had finished. Then she sneaked away to talk with the boss from her work. Then she came back to me and give me a couple of deep kisses and went away yet again and later telling me some silly lies on the telephone that she had to go home. Total scam but I refused to pay New York for her wine. After this we went to disco People together with my friend and the beautiful girl he had in company. Tall, slim but with a nice large rack! Fantastic girl! As I wrote. He already suspected this girl to be a scammer!
Inside of People, which is a stylish and cold snobbish club where the jet set in chisinau tries to flash their wealth in the fanciest possible way. We stood up at the fence on the terasse. He asked her if she wanted a drink and she replied that first of all she has to sit down and then she wants to drink. She insisted on a sofa for 250 lei. When my friend told that he want to stand up she became colder and he could not touch her anymore. She then took of her jacket to show her revealed large assets under the blouse. Not even this made my friend toss up cash for a sofa and all of a sudden she told him she had to go home. She insited him on following her to the outside but my friend wanted to say goodbye inside. Knowing that she only did this to get money from him for the taxi back home (or to her boyfriend). This is often how it can be and the girls knows about this game very well. They want you to spend money on them! Otherwise not even a kiss! And a lot of these scammers get 25% commission of what the stupid foreigner pays for her. Its hard business!In a report did Lars04 also mention the same problem (from 09-01-08) where he did write quote:
"Rumours" are, that Deja Vu pays a kick-back to girls for expensive drinks. But this needs to be verified.I would like to stress that I have no evidence for these rumours. It's just a problem we must be aware of.

Another more "funny" problem then the party girls, is that you also risk meeting "give me a drink" girls. Unlike party girls are they not a "money problem" because they only ask for normally drinks, but most likely will you not get there cell telephone number, or it will be a false cell telephone number you are getting. They are easy to spot, just try to kiss them or something like that (I am doing "something like that") and they will most likely fast disappearing from you. If you are getting a cell telephone number from her, just try to call her while you still are in the disco. They can sometimes be a time problem if you need to use a lot of time on "give me a drink" girls. If she not disappearing from you when you try to kiss her or you tries to do "something like that" then just drop her, if you think she only is a "give me a drink" girl. But if you're bored at the disco then you at least can have a nice talk with her. Just be aware of the problem. Personally have I also met these "give me a drink" girls in the disco.
If you are talking with a girl in the disco, do not be shy, just ask her for her cell telephone number and ask her if she want "a drink" home at your apartment. I have never meet a normally Moldovan girl who became angry because I did ask for her cell telephone number or I did ask her if she want "a drink" home at my apartment. They simply expect that I will ask her about this. Only party girls will sometimes act as if they were angry. But then you simply drop her.
How big success can you expect with the young women (18 to 25 years old) at the disco if you are a 50+ years old male western tourist. I personally get a cell telephone number to a girl, or rarely take the girl directly home to my apartment for "a drink" in 1 out of every 4 times I am at disco (when I am looking after a girl). But please note that I only have success with 1 out of 2 girls that I have call the day after I have got their cell telephone number. So actually do I mostly need to go up to 8 times at disco to establish some kind of "long time relationship that include sex" to a young women (18 to 25 years old).
Just as in Internet chat, can you discuss, is that a good result or a bad result. If your goal is to establish some kind of "long time relationship that include sex", then the result would be good. Because now you have found 1 nice girls. And maybe have you also found 2 more girls with the help of Internet chat. Then you have 3 girls you can call next time you are in Moldova. This is one of the methods I am using myself in the past. Remember, in this situation, next time I come to Moldova, I just need to call the 3 girls, and they will come and meet me. I do not need to use time on Internet chat, date problems and long trip at disco.
But if your goal was to have 14 "one night stand" (short-term sex relationship. 1 times sex) in a 2 weeks holyday then the result would very bad.

About nightclubs:
I have only been at 4 nightclubs in Chisinau. The 4 nightclubs are; nightclub "Caligula", a night club, just 1 floor (upstairs) up to the old disco "people". This nightclub is now closed; nightclub "Bacardi" and nightclub "Tornado" (now named RAI). I have forgotten the name of the last nightclub I have been on, but it was located at the main street in Chisinau.
Common to all 4 nightclubs, are that they are very bad places to meet women on. If you come alone as a man to a nightclub in Chisinau, will 1 to 3 dance girls come to you and try to make "private dance" for you, and make you company and drink together with you. The problem is that these "private dance" cost a lot of money, the dance girls will usually choose to drink very expensive drinks, such as expensive cocktails, so the drinking will also cost you a lot of money. And you can not expect that the dance girls will go with you home "for a drink" when the nightclub closes. In fact, it have never occurred to me that one of the dancing girls have gone home to my apartment "for a drink" when the nightclub closes. So normally will you easy could use 300 Euro for a night at nightclub and then go home alone. I have only one time been lucky where I did meet a girl from another group of individuals (in the nightclub) , but that was only "big luck". I have sometimes been in nightclub where I was together with 1 or 2 girls. In these cases is it much more relaxed and you will only use a normally level of money, because the dance girls are very shy and carefully if you are in company with 1 or 2 girls, so they will not come and make you company. I will strongly recommend that you only visit nightclubs in Chisinau if you are together with 1 or 2 girls. Nightclubs in Chisinau are not a place where you easy can find and meet girls for dating and relationship that include sex. I have been in some shopping centre in Chisinau. I have been in "Sun City","Grand Hall","Jumbo","MallDova","Elat". In general are the shopping centres not a place to visit for meeting girls. But if you live in an apartment close to one of these shopping centres, can it be a good idea to make most of your shopping in this shopping centre. After 2 to 3 weeks will you begin to be a well known person in the shopping centre and it can happen that 1 or 2 girls will begin to make signals to you that they would like to begin talking with you. I have been at a long numbers of pubs, bars and cafes in Chisinau. From cafe like "Nostalgie" (now closed),"Crazy Horse","Cherry Café","Robin Pub","Taxi Blues Cafe" (located right in front of the closed disco Star Track),"Havana Club","Deja-vu" and "Andys Pizza", to the big numbers of cafes and bars that are located inside or just outside the shopping centre at "Sun City","Grand Hall","Jumbo","MallDova" and "Elat". In general do these pubs, bars and cafes in Chisinau have a good quality with good drinks, good cocktails and I always have had a good time when I visit them. I have also met some girls in these cafes, but in general was these girls I met, basically found by coincidence and lucky shots. The pubs, bars and cafés are very good places to take a girl on a date. I also frequently visit the cafés in Chisinau together with my girlfriend and friends in Chisinau. If you have good time, and stay long time (at least 4 weeks) in Moldova, is it possible, but absolute not sure, to met young girl (-s) between 18 to 25 years old in these places. I have to metion first that I was not in the hunt. I was actually with my Moldavian G / F so I did not test the market and I will explain below.

She grumbled, made up some story about how she had to sign a lease for an apartment tomorrow etc. I stood my ground and finally we had sex but only for a short period because she wanted to leave. When leaving she once again asked for money, this time 50 euros. I gave her 200 Leis (around $20) taxi money and booted her out.About male hotel guards and taxi drivers.

Conclusion about the different ways to meet young women in Moldova.
I clearly personally prefer to meet Moldovan women on Internet or disco. But as you can se in my series of reports are the many other ways to meet Moldovan women.
I know that some western male tourist, Moldovan men and Moldovan women (party girls, golddigger and scam-girls) are making lies and false promise. I think that this is the main reason that the situation (man – women) sometimes can be a little bit chaotic in Moldova with a difficult rules of the game. I simply think that there are some big looser in this game. One typical loser is the shy western men or the "nice" first time male tourists who are coming to Moldova and are looking after a long-term girlfriend or wife. They simply risk being cheated on a large scale, both emotionally and financially. Another very big loser in this game is the honest serious girls who are looking after serious long-term boyfriend or husband, because she also risks being cheated on a very large scale, particularly in the emotional area. The last losers in this game are the western men who actually married a Moldovan girl he love, but the girl does not love him. She is "Green Card Girl" and she has only married him so she could get the Green Card to her new husband homeland. Quite obviously, is there a high risk of divorce in this type of marriages, when she has obtained permanent residence in her new husband's home country. The big winner in this game is the experienced western male tourist who also speak Russian or Romanian and have a big "know how" about Moldova and also know "the rules of the game". Another big winner in this game, are the Moldovan women who are party girls, gold-digger and scam-girls (but remember not all girls are that).
These game problems is the reason that I have created this series of reports where the target group for this series of reports is the first time 50+ year old male tourist who are planning to visit Moldova. So these group of men better know the "the rules of the game" in Moldova.
But the big question is, are Moldova a good place to meet women? This is much more difficult question to answer. First Moldova is different from many other countries. Second you must realize that there are big different between young Moldovan women. In reality can you split young Moldovan women up into 6 groups. The 6 group is:
1) The prostitute.
2) The party girl.
3) The "Milkmaid"
4) The liberal girl.
5) The moderate girl.
6) The conservative girl.
About the prostitute, will I say that traditional prostitution is rarely in Chisinau. There are simply few hardcore prostitutes in Moldova. Street walker does hardly exist in Chisinau. There are only few "clinic" in Chisinau, and it is very difficult to make contact with these few "clinic". There are some few prostitutes in the hotels. So if you want to make contact with a traditional prostitute is Moldova a very bad country to visit.
The party girl; is the girl that very much like going to disco, restaurant and night clubs. She likes to drink expensive drinks and go on expensive restaurant. The big problem with the party girl is that she only like to party with you, and that you most likely never will make sex with her, even after 6 or more dates. With the party girl will you only have a good party, no sex and you will use a lot of money. So be careful. Some party girls do pretend that she like you and want to be your girlfriend and later make sex. You have 3 – 4 dates (romantic dates) and then when you want to begin to make sex she "just want to friends" or she simply disappears and you can not make contact with her. With party girl you will only use a lot of money and spend a lot time, and you only get "no sex".
The "Milkmaid" does not milk the cow, no she milk your wallet. And like a good "Milkmaid" do she likes to make your wallet dry. The "Milkmaid" include girls other call for simi-pro, amateur, gold-diggers and girls looking after a sponsor. The conservative girls; as western tourists will you most likely not meet this type of girls in Moldova. There father and mother run them very strictly and they are much more nervous then the moderate girl. The biggest problem with this type of girl is to make the first contact.
When Moldovan women choose the man, do I think that the 10 most important factor is these factor I mention now:
1) First, they look at how often you have been in Moldova. Here is it best if you at least have been 2 – 3 times in Moldova (before you meet the girl). Many Moldovan girls are getting very suspicious if a western man is in Moldova on holydays for the first time, and they think he is a "typical sex tourist" that appear as a stereotypical sex tourist (to the girl).
2) The second factor is, do you live in Moldova, or how often do you visit Moldova in a year. The best is if you live in Moldova (as a western man) or you are coming to Moldova on a regular basis, which would say that you visit Moldova at least 3 times in a year.
3) The 3nd very important factor is that they also look on why you are in Moldova. And again here is it best if you are in Moldova because of business, visit family in Moldova or visit long-term old friends living in Moldova. You shall have known these the local friends in many years.
4) The 4nd very important factor the girls also look at is in what extent you're willing to a long-term relationship with a girl. It does not need to be a serious long-term relationship, and you can have relationship with several girls at the same time. For example, you can have a relationship with 3 girls at the same time. But the willingness to making a long-term relationship is a big plus. Long-term can in this connection be 1 year or more. Willingness to making a marriage is an extreme big extra plus.
5) The 5nd very important factor the girls also look at is the socio-economic status of the man. A good socio-economic status is a great advantage. Many Moldovan women do even prefer if the man is the boss in the relationship. Moldovan women do very much dislike if the man has drinking problems.
7) The man's marital status. For many Moldovan girls is it very important that the man is not married.
8) It is my personally experience that factors like race, age and appearance (how he look) only plays a minor role compared with the 7 factors I first mentioned. But of course does it means a lot to the girl that you enjoy a good health and have no disability. It is a plus if you speak Russian or Romanian, but it is my personally experience that it is possible to make it if you only speak English.
9) It is very important that girls the western male tourist as a trustworthy and credible person who speaks the truth and not grossly and serious make lies, and crook in relation to the girls. So do not tell lies in a serious and roughly way, and do not deceive the girl in a serious way. This will give you a good reputation. And in the long run is this a great advantage.
10) It is also very important that girls perceive the western male tourist as stable, very responsible, experienced and definite in his needs. Especially is it very important that men are stable and very responsible. Many Moldovan women have heard (or try them self) about local young Moldovan men who have run long away if a young women got pregnant, and also heard about story where local Moldovan men have end as a runaway dad. In Moldova is there also problem with many divorces because the men not are stable and has drinking problem. I guess this is the reason that many Moldovan women find it important if the man is stable and very responsible.
For the first time 50+ male tourist to Moldova will I strongly recommend that he does not have to big expectations because he could very easy get disappointed. Most likely would he not make sex with Moldovan women on his first holyday in Moldova. Making sex with Moldovan women will most likely first come after 3 holydays in Moldova. In general shall he consider the first 2 years in Moldova as investments years where he gets some experience about Moldova and Moldovan women. The 50+ western male tourists shall only expect little sex the 2 first years he is in Moldova. My personally experience is that if a man actually meet these 10 central factors I have mentioned in my report, will a 50+ western man actually easy could meet a young Moldovan girl / women 18 to 25 years old (and have sex with her). I still remember 10 years ago when I visit Moldova the first time. It was a totally disaster with "no girls" and "no sex". Then it from my holyday number 2 in Moldova slowly and very slowly did become better and better. And the last 5 years in Moldova have been very good for me in Moldova (when we are talking about girls and sex). For me, the first 2 years where I visit Moldova was an investment, which has made a good payoff the last 5 year, where I have visit Moldova many times.
It is easy to meet young Moldovan women on a first date, but after the first date do you risk to run into a lot of problems. I will also say it is difficult for a first-time short-term 50+ male visitors and tourist to meet and make sex with young Moldovan women, at least in Chisinau. It is a very big plus if you come regular to Moldova or live in Moldova. It is just my experience that the girls prefer to meet men who are coming many times to Moldova. It is also my personally experience that is take some time before a person finds out how things works in Moldova.
Please also notice that Moldovan women, when they begin a long-term relationship with a western man often want "something back", which could be marriage, economy support to there study or something else. In reality is it not that different from western women in western countries. Just think about, how many young good looking western women do you think married to a poor unemployed young man without money? At least in my home country is it really very rare to happen.
It is also important that you have planned your trip in a good way. You shall make a lot of chat on Internet. So you have some telephone number on Moldovan girls before you arrive to Moldova. Also make sure that you have a lot of money with you to Moldova (mix both in cash and in credit card). I have unfortunately sometimes, but luckily only rarely, meet western male tourist who had no plan, no telephone numbers and too little money with them. On the top did they drink all too much alcohol. And quite obvious did there holyday of course end in a total disaster.
The thing about Moldova is that it's really a country of contradictions. Outside of Moldova you can find Moldovan prostitutes everywhere, and often in droves. Inside the source country, they are nowhere to be found, at least not publically of officially. Prostitution is illigal and very strictly enforced, there are no brothels, no massage places like in Bucharest and just a few rip-off strip clubs. Streetwalkers can sometimes be found yes, but like the women who advertise in Makler they really are of a quality that one surely doesn't go all the way to Moldova to get?
So, with this in mind, what options does a short-term visitor have? Since there is practically no point-and-click or dial-in service like in most other countries, one is left with the dating game, which can be rather time-consuming with no guarenteed results or one could simply go to a strip club and offer to pay an amount that in my mind. And just like with the street walkers. Makes me question the idea of going to Moldova in the first place, since you can surely get a girl of the same quality and / or for the same price at your local scene. Lastly, you can obviously go about bluntly propositioning girls on the street or in stores etc. But again, realistically speaking, it's not likely to get you the desired results within your available time frame.
Moldova is very much an insiders scene, and once you get beneath the surface, start making local connections and friends it all changes, and soon you will have more girls than you can manage. So, to answer your question, yes, it very much depends on having good friends, as with most things in life. If you are still not convinced I invite you to come to Chisinau for just 3. 4 days and make your own impression.

In a country like e. G. Colombia I can literally get 100 times the girls for 1/10 of the effort, personal as well and financial. You can ask me, why I come to Moldova. First at all, I have long time friends living in Chisinau, so I visit them while I am in Chisinau. Chisinau is a very safe city, there are many very good disco, restaurant and night clubs. Many people in Chisinau does speak English. And Moldova is still cheap compare with West European countries. I do have a very good time when I am in Chisinau.
All in all will I say said that Moldova is a very good country to visit, if you do not expect Moldova "to be Bangkok", if you are will willing to invest at least 2 years with visiting Moldova, come regular to Moldova every year and you do make the 10 factor I have mention in this report. If these conditions are met, can I only recommend a 50 + single man to come and try Moldova. But I can of course not provide a guarantee for success. I can just say that I personally after visiting Moldova many times in the last 10 years have had a great personal pleasure in these visits to Moldova.

i have decide to create a new user thread with the name "for the first time male tourist who is looking after moldovan women", and then put together all my reports in my series. the first 12 parts in this series of reports have i already have made public in the chisinau thread. there may be a few small correction compared with the original report (this is itself one correction).
i have of course be thinking over, why the first years "was so dead", and my conclusion have simply been that it is strictly necessary to meet the 10 factors in my list of requirements i have describe, and to have a good plan where it also is necessary that you strictly meet the 10 topic in my "help list" (to the man). i think a man shall remember and use the "help list" in connection with a good plan, as i have mention in my reports. this series of reports about moldova, where the target group is the 50+ "first time male tourist", is simply the conclusion of this thinking. so today will i talk about what it means to have a good plan, as a 50+ western man who want to visit moldova. i have made this "help list" with good ideas and points.
"help list" of topics a man should remember in connection with a "good plan":
1) you shall have read a lot about moldova, before you arrive to moldova. you can begin with reading a lot of reports in isg-moldova. do also rent an apartment in chisinau. of many reasons is apartment better then hotel (se also my report, part 1 in this series).
2) the second point is to make a lot of chat so you have a list of telephone number of moldovan girls before you go to moldova. if you want to use a russian web site (dating and chat) will i recommend you to go to the russian section of this forum. under the russian section, is there a directory with the name "russia websites". in this directory is there a lot of good information about these russian web sites. (read also my report, part 2 in this series). one very important thing is that you shall never send money to girls you never have met "face to face", but only meet on internet. also when you made chat with moldovan girls are it very important that you not become obsessed with "one girl" you made chat with. there is simply a risk that some of the girls on internet are scam-girl, and they will try to benefit if you become obsessed with a girl. i have personally met western men who of these reasons became victim for scam-plot made of moldovan women (none of these men was men from isg moldova forum).
3) be aware of, that the local moldovan police rarely once in a while can cause problems (see also my first report in this series on this issue). typically will you be able to solve these problems in the "special moldova way". in general would i say that a western male tourist shall be aware of the risk of police problems when he is together with 1 or several young moldovan women. 5) consider the first 2 years in moldova as investments years where you gets some experience about moldova, moldovan culture and moldovan women. expect no sex in your first holyday to moldova. do not act like a sex-hungry western sex tourists. remember moldova is an insider country that gives new commer a lot of different problems. use the first 2 years to learn about moldova.
6) make a group of local friend (both moldovan and western people) who lives in chisinau, or regular visit moldova.
7) remember that some moldovan girls do make a lot of tricks. there are many party girls, golddigger, and scam-girls in moldova. this is a big problem, but do also remember that they are the minority of girls in moldova. if you meet a girl, shall you keep your money speeding under control.
8) you shall also remember that some girls are multi-boyfriends girls, so do not be naive. please also notices that although moldovan girls like stable western men, may they themselves well behave in an unstable manner. if you are a 50+ man who has an 18 to 25 year old moldovan girlfriend, can you easily run the risk that she drop you after 1 to 2 years. it is important not to be naive. (i will write more about this topic in a later report in this series). but i will also like to say that i very much like moldovan women, many moldovan women are easy going girls, with which it has been a big great personal pleasure for me to be together with (these moldovan women).
9) western men are expected to pay for joint activities and are expected to take the initiative in relation to the moldovan woman. so the moldovan girls expect men to pay for things in restaurant, disco, swimming pool and so on. moldovan women also expect men to ask them for a date or a telephone number if the western man is interested. moldovan women also expect men to ask them "if they like a drink home in his apartment" (or something like that) if the western man is sexual interested in the moldovan women. on all these issue is there no "modern time" in moldova.

In the past (many years) have there in this forum been 2 groups when we talk about women in Moldova. One group did look as Moldova as a heaven where you easy could meet and have sex whit Moldovan women. Typical representatives of this group are Essi and Prosal. The other group did look as Moldova as a hell where it was very difficult for western male tourist to meet and have sex whit Moldovan women in Chisinau. Often did they also say that many Moldovan women was party girls, gold-digger and scam girls. Typical representatives of this group are George Red and Nolies. In the beginning of 2009 was there an "all out war" between these 2 groups. The "all out war" was so severe and extreme that it also withdrew other people inclusive myself. The "all out war" was a very hot tempered discussion. It did first end when Jackson did start a cleanup process, and simply ask people to stop the "all out war". Now have Prosal 2 times come with hard personally attack on me (after the "all out war") , so I have decide to write a report in this series, where I try to explain the reason to the widely different experiences in Moldova.

I have personally in the past 10 years met several inexperienced middle-aged Western male tourists who were victims of games and tricks performed by scam-girls, party girls and gold-digger. I have also meet western male tourist where there first holyday in Moldova did end with "no girls" and "no sex", they did just have some few date with Moldovan women.
3) I think Moldova is both a "Heaven" and "Hell" place. Moldova is both a "risky" country but also a country where you can get a good rewards. I was there last time in summer 2009, and to be sincere I saw fewer foreigners that in the past, and I think that in summer 2010 there will be fewer than in 2009.
Foreigners have hardly understood that it is not worthwhile to go there to loose time tring to hunt average and unpolite girls.
I saw, in the past, many young average boys to stay there one week without any success. I think that maybe staying in their country on some seaside centre they would have much more success.
Of course they will not come back, never, and no friends of them will be reccomended to visit this country.

Moldovan women do also not like just to be a 1- holyday girlfriend where western male tourist are in a 1 or 2 week holyday in Moldova where he is together with the Moldovan women, but he never return to Moldova. Again because Moldovan women hate to be "fuck and forgotten". This is one major reason why it is difficult for a western middle-age male tourist to meet and make sex with young Moldovan women in his first holyday to Moldova.
You must remember that in the end does the Moldovan girl have as a major goal to get a husband and get children, just like in western countries. This put me to the other major reason. Western men and Moldovan men and Moldovan women in Moldova are obsessed with, if Moldovan girls who are together with western men are prostitute (or not are). I have many times when I was together with a woman in Chisinau city had episode where Moldovan men (unknown men to me) had said "not nice thing" like "she is a prostitute" to the Moldovan woman I was together with. It already happen with my first Moldovan girlfriend many years ago (She is now happy married with a Moldovan man) , and it happen last time in last July (now July 2 years ago) , where I was on a date with a Moldovan women (and that date did not end with sex, and the date was before I met my current long-term girlfriend). I think this is a problem. In general do I think that western men, Moldovan women and Moldovan men in Moldova are all too quick to say that young Moldovan women who are together with western man are a prostitute. For the Moldovan girls are this a big problem, and this problem is also a reason that Moldovan girls are carefully about not being together with too many different western men. They simply want to keep a good reputation, so they can find a good husband and get children. In general are Moldovan girls very interested in western men, so if there is a possibility for some kind of long-term relationship will many of them like to be together with the western man. The long-term relationship does not need to be serious. But there is "no free lunch", so either shall the relationship be very serious with a wedding in a 1 year timeframe, or alternative you find an apartment where you live together with your girlfriend in Chisinau, which makes it necessary for you to move to Chisinau and permanently live in Moldova. Alternative to this kind of serious relationship is that you need to make compensation with some kind of "sponsor element" or other kind of "help" to your girlfriend. The "sponsor element" is the compensation for not being into a "marriage 1 year, fast-track mode". So you can say that "helping your girlfriend" is "paying" for not being into a "marriage 1 year, fast-track mode".
Second do I also help my different long-term girlfriends because I feel a little bit strange, when I go home to a good life in my home country while she is staying in Moldova with only few money to make the living and lives hand-to-mouth, so I simply want to help her a little before I go home.

I think the 2 major problems I have been talking about are the main reasons that young Moldovan women not just run to the western man when he arrive to Moldova for the first time.
But there can also be some other reasons. In Moldova do many Moldovan people have Romanian passport, which would say that they do not get impress of a western passport, because they already themselves have an western passport, where they free can travel and live in other European countries. In Moldova is there also an upper class with a lot of money (as in all countries). Other Moldovan people who speak good Russian and have a Russian background have good possibilities to travel to Russia and get a work there. These factors may also contribute as additional reasons for the behavior where those young Moldovan women in Chisinau not just run to the western man when he arrives to Moldova for the first time.
The "dating pool" of Moldovan women who want to make "one night stands" is very little in Chisinau. Most young Moldovan women do prefer long-term relationship, especially if the man is old. The young 18 to 29 years old Moldovan women who are in interested in 40 to 69 years old western men, are Moldovan women who are looking after "social security" and "social status", and they are looking after a long-term boyfriend who can "help them". So it is important that you have a good socio-economic status, a good job and a good education. The thing about Moldova is that it's really a country of contradictions. Outside of Moldova you can find Moldovan prostitutes everywhere, and often in droves. Inside the source country, they are nowhere to be found, at least not publically of officially. I have decided in this report to examine whether this position is true or false.
One of the most common misunderstandings is that the main reason to Moldovan women interest in western men is the western men's money or the western men's passport. I disagree, when talk about "normally" women (women who not are prostitute). The main reason why Moldovan women are interested in western men is that there are too few "good" Moldovan men in Moldova. In the last 10 years have I am been talking with many Moldovan women, and common for many of them, is that they had bad experience with the local Moldovan men. They simply have had big problems with finding a "good" Moldovan man. How can it happen that Moldovan women in Chisinau have so difficult to find a "good" local Moldovan man?
First at all does Moldovan men doing badly, when we talk about higher education. Regarding the gender distribution among students, does Moldovan women prevail and Moldovan women share of the total numbers students at higher education was in the education year 2007/08 at 59% compared to 41% for the Moldovan male share. In 2007/2008 was the actual numbers of male and female students respectively 50500 and 72400 students. This means that there are 21900 more female students compared with the number of male students. This is such a big difference, so this may in fact give an advantage to the male tourist who visits Chisinau, Moldova. On top of these problems is it also true that many men in Moldova simple drink all too much. Moldovan women winds "hands up", but at same time is the result that Moldovan women have very difficult to find a "good" local Moldovan man.
Secondly dose it looks like there is a tendency that more Moldovan men emigrate compared with the number of Moldovan women who emigrate from Moldova. Moldova has a massive labour migration, which has pushed around 30 percent of the labour force into working abroad. A good guess is that around 800. 000 persons have emigrated from Moldova. It look like that around 66% of the Moldovan emigrates are men, while only 34% of the Moldovan emigrates are women. The average age of migrants is 34 to 35 years. This would say that the Moldovan women simply have very many good men in a good age because of emigration.
All in all can you say that the emigration from Moldova simply has reduced the "dating pool" of Moldovan men. The socio-economic problems for Moldovan men with lack of education and drinking have further reduced the "dating pool" of "good" Moldovan men. The result has simply been that Moldovan women in Chisinau have big problems with finding a "good" Moldovan man. This has resulted in that Moldova's women do outnumber "good" Moldovan men. The consequences of this are that there's more competition among Moldovan women for those guys. You can say the "sexual market" in Moldova is becoming very competitive with so few "good" Moldovan men. This means that Moldovan women has raise their game, which in Moldova means that Moldovan women have increased there willingness to perform premarital heterosexual sexual relationships. Most likely have Moldovan women also made an increase in premarital sexual partners. It also look like Moldovan women have lowered their demands to the man's age and appearance, which I guess is the reason that it has been possibly for me as a 50+ man to have had several young 18 to 29 years old Moldovan as my long-term girlfriends in the last 5 years. This competitive environment has also increased Moldovan women's desire to meet and date western men. It looks like young Moldovan women because of this competitive environment are willing to have to long-term relationship including sex with 40 to 69 years old western men if they in return can get attention, care, social security, social status and a long-term perspective on the relationship, which would say a long-term relationship which last at least 1 year or more. At least this is my personally experience. You can say that in Moldova do the hard law of supply and demand rule in Moldova's "sexual marked" for men and women.
So in answer to my opening question, what would I say to Essi's claim, which was that there are many more female students compared to the number of male students in Chisinau. In addition, did he say that the difference is so great that it would affect the situation positive for the male tourist who visits Chisinau. In response, would I say, that I actually think his claim quite basically is true. In addition does it also look like the emigration have reduce the number of men in Moldova and this does also look as it has affect the situation positive for the male tourist who visits Chisinau.
Now you must not think that this kind of competitive environment only exist in Moldova. You can just go to USA; on many US College campuses today have women outnumber men. Only 43 percent of American undergraduates today are men. These have resulted in a competitive environment with a "hookup" culture on many US campuses.

Best advice is to re-read older posts here. You will get a lot of information needed but my prediction for your freebie hunting is not great! It takes a trip or two to get "street and girl wise" in Chisinau. And its true that once the student girls are gone the city can be very dead! I was there over easter this year and it was DEAD! If you look like a horny newcomer in town and got no reason to be there (ofcourse you should tell semi-lies about you're there for work and will come back several times in 2007) you will have a hard time hitting on sweet young girls. Looks and age doesn't matter that much! But skills with EE girls does! I knew some foreign students, who are young and ok looking and ofcourse knows all about Chisinau, and they have to work hard for their girls. They go home single from the clubs nearly always! Its true that you can spend loads of cash on the girls like some guys do, take them out to a disco, and try to charm them and you will have a better chance. Your wallet get hut and it will probaly still take 2-3 dates to shag. It is also frequent to be taken for a ride, like when the girls "give you a kiss and say thank you very much for a good time and we meet tomorrow my boyfriend" and they have to go home from the disco. The day after they won't answer when you call them. And the girl can go to the bar or disco and get her profit on the drinks you bought for her.
Its true like it has already been told so many times that its not that easy anymore. If you're lucky you might bed one freebie, because it takes 2-3 dates to shag her and this takes a week. If you get someone who can recommend you some semi-pros this is your best option. Or try a banja. Be careful about the scammer girls in sun city and the central discos.

I guess that there are many reasons. I guess that some girls want to meet western men, but when they have made a date with a western man, do they get nervous and end up with not coming to the date. I have also been thinking that some girls maybe are busy with meeting many men or simply very busy with work and housework. Many young Moldovan women do still live home together with there father and mother, and I guess, that this also sometimes can give girls problems with keeping times and appointments. Another main reason to this problem is if the girl does not speak English at all, and you do not speak Russian or Romanian. In this case will the Moldovan girl typical try to find a girlfriend who speaks English. If she not can find a girlfriend who speak English will she most likely not show up to the date, because she in this case will be nervous about how the date shall go if she not speak English and you not speak Russian or Romanian. So one way to reduce the number of girls who does not show up to the date is simply only to make date with girls who at least speak some little English or alternative to say to the non-English speaking women that you will take a friend with you, who can make translation while you have the date. At last must you also not forget that some girls, who make chat on Internet, are "chat junkies" who only just want to make chat and do not have an intension about meeting you at the date.

In New York my friend started to get suspicious when she ordered fresh juice instead of normal juice. When my friend told that he want to stand up she became colder and he could not touch her anymore. She then took of her jacket to show her revealed large assets under the blouse. Not even this made my friend toss up cash for a sofa and all of a sudden she told him she had to go home. She insited him on following her to the outside but my friend wanted to say goodbye inside. Knowing that she only did this to get money from him for the taxi back home (or to her boyfriend). This is often how it can be and the girls knows about this game very well. They want you to spend money on them! Otherwise not even a kiss! And a lot of these scammers get 25% commission of what the stupid foreigner pays for her. Its hard business!
By the way I can not recommend people at all! Its a snobbish place where girls almost are ashamed of talking to foreigners! Its a place for the rich local elite! Very hard to approach girls! How they try getting money and present from male tourist with giving big BS promise to the male tourist. Off course does she not keep her promise and only thing the male tourist is getting is "an empty wallet" and "no sex". Please note the typical layout of the scam; the woman promises a lot, the man believe the woman's promises, giving her a lot of money and / or gifts. Women keep naturally not her promises, and runs far away, so the man can not come in contact with her.
About goal number two, to find out to what extent the Moldovan woman's goals match the goals he has, is just to say that I sometimes need to make directly talk find out if this is the case. All will depend of the situation. You shall notice one problem. It is my personally experience that Moldovan women can be very tactical, so it actual can take me very long time before I actual have found out what intension the Moldovan women did have. I have often only found out what intension the Moldovan women did have, after I have made sex with the Moldovan women. This have lead to the screening process and goals match process both can be very time consuming and burdensome, and make it necessary to meet and "have action with" several Moldovan women before I have found a good long-term girlfriend.
About goal number 3 is it important to try to find out if the Moldovan girl is a nice, tender, lovely, kind, sweet, simple, open-minded, relaxed, well-balanced, honest and easy-going women. But of course shall you also try to find if the women you are dating is a heartless woman, rudely aggressive, lying and telling lies, manipulative, emotionally unstable, big drinker who drinks a lot, has big mood swings, cold personality. All this can put up the red flags. Other factors who I also think can set some red flags, are if the girl not have been working or studying in long period (1 or 2 years). About goal number 4 that is to find out if the Moldovan woman is a "Green Card Girl". This is a very difficult goal. The problem with "Green Card Girl" is that it is a very a very serious and dangerous kind of scam, where the Moldovan women pretend that she love you and want to married you in a one year time frame. The problem is that she from day one plan to divorce you when she has got her citizenship or permanent "green card" in the new country. A "Green Card Girl" can be the beginning of a nightmare for you. There can be some warning signs, but I must also admit that I am not an expert in the "Green Card Girl" problem. But some of the warning signs could be:
- If she insist on a very quick married, and will not accept that you have a boyfriend – girlfriend relationship in at least a 2 to 3 year period, even if you offer to "help her" in this period.
- If she very much want quickly to move to your home country.
- If the Moldovan women have several (2, 3 or 4) divorce behind her.
- If you not are introduced to her friends and / or you not are introduced to her family.
- If you pick a woman off a dating and marriage web site especially made for western men in English can this increase the risk for her being a "Green Card Girl". The same problem can also occur if you pick a woman off a sex-chat-porn web site.
- If you find out that she still is meeting her "former" boyfriend. This could mean big problems.
When you made the date shall you also try to find out if she is a "400 euro sponsor girl". With this do I mean that she demand very big "help" from you, and want that you help her with something like 400 to 500 euro every month. First at all is this level (400 to 500 euro every month) a stupid high level, which is not at all necessary. A normally level would be 100 to 300 euro every month (all inclusive). The problem with the 400 to 500 euro level is that attracts the wrong type of Moldovan women (party girls, scam-girls and gold-digger). A type of Moldovan women who very easily can transform your relationship into a "living hell", and you end up with a relationship with no GFE and only having a "bad" time.

The truth is that this city does not work for fast moves on local girls due to the massive flow of international guys having stopped by here and had their share. I have decide that I will make a series of reports about Moldova, where the target group is the 50+ "first time male tourist" who is thinking about coming to Moldova and meet Moldovan women.

It is a disappointment there aren't more reports about Transnistria! If I lived in Europe this tiny ""country"" would be on my top frequented location. I wish our fellow Europeans would spend more time there and report more often.
It's not a monger destination by any stretch of the imagination though. But if you don't have to spend 20+ hrs between 3-4 flights just to get there, and you live in Europe, you can make it a regular GF destination. It is amazing to me how this is not done.
