I have pulled a musle on my lower back, I have see a physio and been told do squats and wait for it to heal.Out of topic, but if you've been asked to squat, most likely an issue arising from the glutes, which then pulls the lower back / hips. Research shows that nothing is as effective as regular stretching. A few minutes multiple times a day works far better than a one hour stretch session once a week, for example.
For the massage as well, ask them to focus on the hips and glutes rather than the lower back, the latter may make the injury worse. Imagine your glutes / hips being far too tight, and thus would pull down your lower back muscles.
Source: am a powerlifter who insists of lifting far too heavy for my lifestyle, and have to deal with these little niggles far too often.

My first report on this thread after a few good years of enjoying the treats of Dubai.
Having finished early this afternoon, I decided to explore the massage options in the Citywalk / Al Wasl vicinity. A quick search on google and a few calls later, I was at spa. The name of the spa contains three words, two of which are care and spa. Settled on the Tunisian lady working there. The cost for the massage was four reds (inclusive of the AED 50 for the VIP room) for an hour and thirty minute.
The place is easy to find, secluded and clean and the VIP room was immaculately clean. The Tunisian lady was friendly and welcoming. The massage itself was good and the lady knew a thing or two about various techniques and the appropriate pressure for the various parts. Forty minutes into the massage and she pops the question. We decide on going all in with a b2 b and then the full deed. We agree on eight reds for everything (I knew it was on the higher end of the price spectrum). That being said, the lady was fairly attractive, clean, pleasant smelling and very enthusiastic during the deed. There were no requests to hurry up and certainly no fake noises!
Overall, it was an enjoyable afternoon and whilst slightly above the normal price that one would pay for such an experience, it was worth it.
She's leaving for Tunisia in a couple of days and will be back post Ramadan.

Thanks to you Fellow Mongers I had a great trip to Dubai, Thanks to all your suggestions.
1st Encounter.
Went to the spa next to maktoum bridge in a famous hotel name starts with F to the Indian masseuse, name starts with M and ends with A, four letter.

Well its been a long time between reports, but I've managed to sneak out and visit a spa that I don't believe has been reported on here.
I stumbled across this joint named after a messenger from a higher spiritual being and what part of the body a masseuse would use to carry out their task. Small, typical type spa. Does not appear to be over frequented (I went during day time hours, and no punters around). 1.5 reds at the counter and was led to a decent sized room, with a raised futon type bed. My masseuse is named after Paul McCartney's wife (L), and she was leggy and wearing a very tight uniform. In the room I was pleasantly surprised to find a shower cubicle.
Stripped off, blue shorts not to be seen, however towel was provided. Clean sheets on the bed (plastic mattress) - overall the place seemed clean, without being ostentatious. The massage was a combination of a more western style, relaxed massage and a typical Thai, stretching and firmer pressure. Masseuse skill was just above average, however lacked confidence in the language department, which led to almost running out of time after the flip before services could be negotiated. I opened the subject, and had to google translate. HJ for 1.5 reds was the price and as time was almost up, I couldn't be bothered to negotiate down. However, upon the start of the action, L immediately went down on the old boy and offered full access (albeit clothed), so a bit of fumbling around under the clothes to find a nicely manicured and damp playground. As I was pressed for time, I let L go to town and it wasn't long before I was done.
So not too bad of an experience. If not for the rush at the end, I believe I could have really relaxed into the action. And I feel this place has some potential. I will be returning to fully appreciate L and try some of the other offerings. Will report back on my next trip. Hopefully with a complete list of services.

The rooms are big with lockable doors and shower inside. It was mauvbe the 2nd or 3rd day after the spa was open and since I had her contact asked if I can come at 3 in the afternoon. Also asked her is the rate same as of abuhail. She said to visit the spa and then she will say the price. Parked near the kacha and went in. She was the only one in the spa at that time and she gave me a spa tour explaining the luxury they are providing. Asked me to select the room which I like. Took a shower and was ready. I should say for those who likes chubby women, she is the one exactly my type. Considering my previous experience I was not expecting much. Decided the damage well in advance 1. 5 reds on the counter and 2. 5 r for B2 B with BJ.

Instead of criticizing a fellow poster, why not write an informative post of a recent encounter you've had?Am sorry to the original poster and anyone who felt slighted by my former post. It wasn't really intended as a critique but more of an observation of wonder and confusion.
My most recent encounter at an AMP in Dubai wasn't really great unfortunately. Long story short, I either dropped my money in the spa or I got robbed there.
Later down the week, I plan on exploring a new AMP and reporting. For now though, I'll just share a few things I've learnt that could be of use to customers, particularly the noobs on the scene.
1. Entry Cost & Extras.
Typically, entry cost correlates with quality of parlors. But quality in my experience peak at 1.5 reds per hour. You're really not getting any better experience from parlors charging more than this. For instance, Arab Massage Parlor or European Massage Parlors exist that charge 3 to 5 reds for entry. And what do these parlors offer beyond parlors charging 1.2 reds for entry? Nothing really. It's nothing more than Arab or European girls. You won't necessarily go in and come out of them more satisfied than the AMP charging 1. 50 reds.
On the flipside too, there are dirt cheap parlors costing as low as 0.6 to 0.7 reds. I've not found any in Dubai, but I've a few in Ajman. You could be offered FS here for less 1 red. Like in everything, the lower you go on cost, the lower the quality. You're more likely to find yourself in stuffy and stale smelling massage room with broken bathroom in these lower end massage rooms. The girls tend to be unkempt and often less attractive as their tips are meagre and their living condition is poor.
That said, there are exception. I know of a parlor in Ajman with 0. 6 red entry fees offering as decent or better massage rooms as some Dubai parlor I've visited that charge 1 red for entry.
Before you show up at the spa, text them to confirm their hour rate and the nationalities of ladies available. This is one way to avoid wasting your time or being getting finessed at the spa. If you turn up at the spa without these information, you may be forced to pay more than you can afford and settle for less than you wanted.
Plus, carry only as much money as you can afford to spend. Negotiate before the massage is complete, not at the end of the massage when you're already rock hard and she's grabbing and teasing your junk.
2. Choosing a lady.
Everyone mileage varies. The girls in AMP are mostly East Asians typically short to average height, some skinny, others normal and a few skinny fat. If your taste fall within these range and East Asian women are your preference, you're good. If you're more into taller women, thicker and curvier women, AMP may not be your spot. Most women in AMP are short to fairly average height, even the among the Arabs, Indians & Africans. It seem taller girls tend to stay off AMPS. For thicker, curvier and fuller figured women, you may find more luck with Moroccans & Black Africans.
Some spas will send you pics of the ladies on WhatsApp if you want to book before you arrive. But don't be fooled. Many times the ladies look less impressive than their pictures. It is usually better to stop at the spa and request to see a line up of the ladies in person. Another thing I've found is that it sometimes pay to let the mamasan chose a lady for you. Especially, if like me, all you want is an erotic massage culminating in prostate massage and handjob as extra.
I say this because sometimes, the quality of your experience depends on if the girl likes you. You can pick the prettiest girl or the girl with the biggest ass but find her boring, unfriendly and withdrawn from you. Meanwhile the plainer women may actually go out of their way to arouse and satisfy you. The mamasan, I believe can choose the best girl who she believes would be compatible with you.
Quality of massage. Thais provide the best massage. Period. Arabs and Blacks give crappy massage. Indian, I've only tried once and it was forgettable. Also, Thais tend to be more humble and they are reasonable with charging extras than say Arabs who are often full of themselves, will rush you to finish and think they deserve more money by just being Arabs.
That brings me to an ugly aspect of AMP & sex work in general. There is this racist hierarchy that pervade the scene. Where, the entry cost to see an Arab and perhaps European at the spa is often higher than Thais, Indians or Blacks. I've looked closely at it, and I concluded it has very little to do with the law of supply & demand or the stronger taboo against sex work among Arabs, but much more to do with perceived superiority of one ethnicity of women over the other.
3. Extras. HJ, BJ, B2B, FS are the extras.
The most cost effective and safest is of course, HJ. BJ if done with condom may be cheap but I generally don't do BJ. [Deleted by Admin]
I never really cared about B2B, it's suppose to be a massage on it's own, not an extra. FS, l generally don't ask for. But get more of it anyway than BJ because the ladies sometimes push for it. Whether it is because they want more money or are just attracted to me, I can't tell. But if I had my way, I'd avoid FS in the spa, as I seldom find the ladies attractive enough for sex. Plus, I'd hate to deal with starfishes, dry vaginas, vaginal odors etc.

I just want to add couple of pointers. , about the pricing yes you can find spas around the city that will go for as low as 80 aed for the 1 hour, the thing is that the pricing on their crappy price list cards are just sucker prices, they always expect you to haggle and bring the price down by at least 30-50 aed so you always have to ask for a discount at the counter at those low-tier spas (you are a sucker if you don't do so).
If you are not sure about your pick just ask mamasans to choose for you is a great advice, however they might just push the girl who didn't have enough customers that day.
When you see the lineup choose the one who makes strong eye contact, avoid the one who looks disinterested or unconcerned.
Once in the room do not immediately strip and get on the bed. Strike a convo first with the girl and flirt to make sure there is chemistry going on. If she is cold and not warm & giggly or she feels indifferent about you do not hesitate to call the mamasan and ask for a replacement.
Lots of spa girls are not salaried, which means they only make bucks off of extras they provide, those are the ones that will charge the least because they are so desperate.
Do repeats. You have no idea how amazing experiences can get when the intimacy between you and the girl builds up by multiple visits.

Had accumulated a few spas to check out. Decided to WhatsApp them and check what's on the roster and 3 happily sent pics. Opted for Ms L from a spa which has the name similar to good fortune and headed up there. Building had access to paid parking.
When I arrived. The menu had all options including FS at the reception. Never saw this in Dubai before and went for the basic oil massage. Which was the right choice as could see the lady and decide then what options you want. Ms L arrived and for me was a 6/10 at max. Was the girl in the pics but the pics got the best angles. Have a decent massage and opted for what was an underwhelming B2 B for 250 . Plus 200 at entrance.
Will pass on this place going forward. Have another promising venue to try out beyond the regulars.

That brings me to an ugly aspect of AMP & sex work in general. There is this racist hierarchy that pervades the scene. Where, the entry cost to see an Arab and perhaps European at the spa is often higher than Thais, Indians, or Blacks. I've looked closely at it, and I concluded it has very little to do with the law of supply & demand or the stronger taboo against sex work among Arabs, but much more to do with the perceived superiority of one ethnicity of women over the other...Thanks for writing a post of substance on your second post.
For what it's worth, the hierarchy that you describe exists all over the world. For example, the massage spas that are located on the side roads of Kowloon, Hong Kong have sandwich-board signs outside that provide a list of prices by race / ethnic background, with black women on the bottom (or not even on the list at all), then Thais, Filipinas, Indonesians, Cambodians, mainland Chinese, Hong Kong Chinese, Japanese / Korean, with "European" meaning white women (usually from Russia and Ukraine) on the top with the highest price, usually four times or more the price of the Thai ladies. Some of it is supply / demand but some of it is perceived superiority.
A similar hierarchy exists in Singapore, where the bottom rung of the ladder is occupied by dark-skinned ladies from the southern part of India. I found it interesting that does not seem to be true in Dubai, at least on MR where most South Asian women cost at least 800-1,000 dirhams per hour yet are complained about for providing indifferent service.
Hey, this even takes place in New York City where I grew up. One can get sex from Dominican and other Hispanic ladies for well under $100 US in Queens while the highest-price escorts in Manhattan are predominantly white.
Yes, it sucks and is not fair, but that's just how life is.
One way to benefit from this hierarchy is to be open-minded. The three ladies I had sessions with during my recent visit were all short, attractive Vietnamese women with small-to-medium-sized breasts who cost between 400 to 500 dirhams a session, and I'm sure all of my sessions were just as good as the ones provided by some of the MR ladies who charge 1,500 dirhams or more per hour.

Had a girl on repeat for a while in this spa that she agreed to go FS (never did with anyone else). I concur with the views on repeat. I have had three such experiences, one was with a girl (Ms B) who was in a spa in JLT and then moved to Jumeirah to a place where even a HJ was out of the question. Feeling the need one weekend, I got in touch with Supersonic BBay to sample one of their new therapists. They confirmed the timing and I drove over. 125 for moroccan bath after much talks. The girls were Indian, Phili, Thai (other girls told me were was also phili), Chinese and afro.

Second trip to Dubai. In my search for a spa within walking distance found one in a building opposite mine in Business bay. Name of the building. Think another synonym for Royal. Went to the spa with a name similar to the nursery rhyme.

Wanted to scratch an Indian itch that I have been having for sometime now. Decided to visit this place based on the previous reviews. Went there only to find that it was one that I had gone to and reviewed several months ago with a diff therapist.
Asked for the Indian, and paid. 8 red for a 1 hour session. The guy at the counter, who took me to the room, called for the girl, and while calling her, I overheard him telling her to provide FS as well. Was a bit surprised about that.

I don't think FS is allowed, which is actually good since masseuse will try to please customers in other ways, namely providing a good massage and developing a different level of skills for HJ, BJ etc. , than just lying on their back in the starfish position as it seems the standard now.
Miss L is as described, petite and chirpy. Quite cute to be honest. Her massage skills are top notch and she has quite an extended repertoire of massage techniques. The advantage that Miss L has though is that the overall damage is less although the house charges 180 and offers an additional 15 minutes foot massage at the end.

Ambiance: 7-8 functional without being too much fancy, modern design which maybe lacks the obsolete but muffled charm of other venues.

I got tipped off by our International City (aka SPA-radise City given that there are so many spas there) expert CHAAMP about a couple of very affordable SPAs there that he said could help me find an outlet for my CIM urges (pun intended). He negotiated short term for a dirt cheap price with a few SPAs there: a purple (AED 50 as per the newly issued notes) for 30 minutes. The providers there also offer rock bottom priced services: 1 red for FS. I fount that arrangement quite interesting whenever I travel along E311, a 30 minutes pit stop to flush fluids, buy some snacks or juice and hit the road again. Both SPAs are decently clean and had showers in the rooms I was given.

With regards to the counter fee, I found it excessive even if they offer 20 minutes foot massage extra on top. I raised that to miss L and suggested that I could buy a package of 4 sessions for 560. That brings down the cost to 140 per session which is more reasonable. I did not upgrade cause with summer I will be travelling soon but I will certainly consider the option once back.

In Marina except pure massage place like Dreamwork which are very few every other spa will offer you extras and a good massage as well. There is famous Steps behind Byblos near Yatch club. (Hope it is still there). Behind the hotel there is back lane. In the corner the Steps go down. It is there as you take your last step. Everything is on the menu around 300-400 for one hour for girl and 150 for reception.

There are many and most have the same pricing structure, same offers, same style of posts, same style of photos of the therapists etc. Some are even sharing therapists. They all have different phone numbers, but I message some and get the same messages back. Two reports from places I've been to recently:
- My usual place in motor city:

Most will accept. See caveats below.
• Desk Prices: Diera, Karama, Ajman, Abu Hail, International City AED80 will suffice. Marina, Motorcity, BB, Jumeirah more likely to pay AED150. DIP, JVC, Arjan, Al Barsha AED100. This price at the desk gets you a massage – nothing else.
• Extra services are available at every single AMP you will see, find, drive by. Most (95%) FS is available.
• Don't waste your time with blue shorts. Cast aside on arrival – along with the plastic flowers.
• Get a shower on arrival. Show some respect to these girls. The girl also knows you are looking for a full service if you pre-wash and she is much more willing to provide the same.
• No need to waste time on 45 mins of wishy washy massage before getting down to business. Lie on your back, towel can provide modesty and talk business with the girl immediately. Plenty of time for a massage later if that is what you want.
• Some shops pay the girl 10 or 20% of the reception price if you book ahead. Others don't. The 'tip' you negotiate with the girl for extras is hers to keep and is her only source of income.

I always wondered what percentage of the reception price the girl got. If it's only 10 to 20%, that's so damn low. I thought it would be close to 40 or 50%.

No need to waste time on 45 mins of wishy washy massage before getting down to business. Lie on your back, towel can provide modesty and talk business with the girl immediately. Plenty of time for a massage later if that is what you want.

These quoted rates are still more than what 90% of customers are willing to pay. Most Joe's arrive expecting to pay only 50-100 for FS. If a girl is desperate for the cash then she may accept. But no sense in depriving the lady of a living wage IMHO.

While your post is chock-full of good advice, three items stood out to me based on my experience from visiting AMPS regularly throughout the world since 1989.

Hi, this is my first report after reading this site. It seems only fair to give back with some reports.
This AMP is in Jumeirah, on the second floor of 2 buildings in glass.
1) Miss J: I booked her through fresha as it allows me to pick the girl. She seemed the most pretty one. I booked her for 90 minutes at a cost of 370. On the high side, but it was a convenient location and I heard about this place from another reviewer and he was quite positive.

After reading about this spa based on one of the four elements, I booked a timing for my return while I was on vacation back home. I ask to take a shower first, as I am nice and ripe from a 7 ish hour plane ride, and one thing that strikes me is the shower is a properly built shower, not a cabin lazily installed, their towels are nice and thick, they have Q tips and a hair dryer, all nice stuff.
Then my therapist mentions there's no need to be shy and takes the towel from me (there are no disposable shorts), and I lay on the massage table, which, added bonus, has the opening for your head so you don't strain your neck while you're being massaged. Then starts a very nice massage, and around half way attention is brought to the nether regions which get a nice massage, before flipping over and full attention being brought to a particular part of the male anatomy. Things eventually reached their natural albeit explosive conclusion with the help of a little bit of fondling and FK, and then I got a nice and relaxing head massage. I then took a shower, paid the recommended tip and headed back home for a very relaxing night's sleep.

After reading the forums recommendation of Miss L at the water place, I contacted them through whatsapp and asked for Miss L (name synonym for fortunate / blessed). Went to the much talked about. Most common liquid on earth. Named spa in the J beach area. Landing in DXB early AM, checked into the hotel and headed out around 11.
