Hi Folks, it seems that finally the tourist destination of Bohol is following the natural order of things and goes from a sleepy beach resort that requires you to bring your own fun, to a more sophisticated approach that makes fun available on (some parts) of the island.

Spent a week in Alona Beach (most popular area of Panglao Island, where most of the beach resorts are located) and discovered that in the last year or so, three bars have openend their doors that are not that dis-similar to like establishments in Puerto Galera or Olongapo:

Aliens. This late night disco is a few kilometers from Alona beach, but a shuttle is available from Helmuts place. I couldn't hook up with anyone from CB so I went there alone and was anxious if I would find anyone.

The whole beach scene was dry no single ladies. I did flirt with some shop gals and came very close to one of them agreeing, but I did something not perfect because she excused herself saying her Australian BF was coming to pick her up in a while.

Aimes and the other one had been closed a few days before and the first night I was there. So I landed at Aliens too early like 9pm, very few gals mostly accompanied by their own group of guys and no FLs. So left by 10pm after a beer. I was told the crowd starts collecting after 10pm.

Finally got desperate and asked the motorbike taxi guys. (Lot of scammers the next day once the news spread that I was looking. Who offer to take you to Tagbi to find college gals etc and then demand 300-400p upfront for reseving a bike or fuel). One guy disappeared for half an hour then brought a lady pimp who was waiting in a dark corner outside the closed bar (Aimes). She showed me a local gal who had the habit of constantly twirling her thumbs and fingers together and didn't speak a word (imagine vintage classic shy gal). I thought she was deaf or dumb mute intially and wanted to refuse but they assured me she was just shy and never did this for money before. I took her to a beach restaurent for dinner, she refused to even sip the expensive drink I got her or eat the dinner I ordered for her. 300php wasted after a lot of exhortations! Her behavior improved once I took her to my room and offered a beer. Very plaint and cooperative and comfortable in love making. Waist length hair but scars on her breast (tried to burn out a tatoo it looks like) and forehead just around the hairline. Either from some serious abuse or an accident. If I were to live there I would keep her as a part time GF to roleplay bondage and submission. She was perfect on that front except that I think she took some serious abuse to turn out like that. She had the ability to smile and please though so I don't think she was emotionally scarred that bad. She just needs a little genuine TLC apart from the role play to make the perfect and cooperative game for an S&M faddist. This was the first night Aimes was open, and I was both - desperate not sleep alone, and determined to hit the sack early in that order, so I agreed instantly. But her face really reminded me of the martians in the hollywood flick Mars Attack and she was like 4ft nuthin! This report will be over very little or no use to an regular Manila visitor, and I say that so that nobody waste their time.

Manila in General: Manila is very expensive and difficult compared to the rest of the Philippines

Manila Hotel:

1) Royal Bellagio Hotel on Burgos St: This is a nice hotel on Burgos St. However, there are two problems with this hotel. One is that rooms do not have safes. The other is that the bar downstairs is fully of lady-boys and will lie to you. However, there are a few real women sitting in the lobby, but why take the chance. However a pro of this hotel is that the regular women in the bar will offer to spend the night for 2000 Pesos. There were also a few women offering to short term for 1000 pesos. However these women are few and far.

2) The Heritage Hotel: Nice Hotel. The room was much better than Bellagio and I saw numerous girls going back and forth, but none hanging in the lobby. The Heritage is on EDSA area. There are numerous clubs on the side of the Heritage hotels. You could walk but not really in walking distance.

Girls: Manila is expensive and I would completely avoid and go to Angeles City.

The girls along the side street along the heritage hotel are expensive. I am refering to the clubs about a mile behind the Heritage and about 3 miles below. There are numerous clubs. Initially many asked for 7000 peso but said would give a discount of 5000. I thought that was crazy.

I can't exactly recall but I think the Burgos St clubs were asking for about 4500 pesos.

If you ask a taxi driver to bring you to a place. Many times they will take you to a place with a white fence that looks like a garage. They are asking about 4000 peso. If you tell the taxi driver no he will usually drive you other places. He will ask you how much you want to spend and roll around showing you street girls. Some are crooks and some are not. You are taking a chance, but I would guess you would be ok. I saw one girl run with a guys money, so make sure you don't pay on the street. However everyone may not go along with that.

I saw working girls walking around Harrison Plaza Mall, but did not see any at the Mall of Asia. That doesn't mean they aren't there but the place is really busy.

LA Cafe: Used to be MBC did not have that many hot girls. I don't know the price.

In general Manila is expensive, traffic congested and a pain. It might be better for long term visitors (I was not) , but not very relaxing for a tourist. You might have to setup stuff before you get there or on DIA while you are there. Meet a girl on Burgos street who showed me her profile.

Angeles City.

The best place in all of the Philippines for price and selection. This place was jumping during early October. There were tons of girls and very few guys.

Hotel: Pacific Breeze: Good hotel about 50 a night. Nothing else to say about it. A new hotel is opening called the Penthouse Hotel. It had a soft opening and I was told there is a roof top pool and rooms were 50 a night, but I can't confirm anything about it.

All I can say is make sure you go to Angeles City. Essentially all of the clubs asked for about 2000 to 2500 a girl per night. There were a few clubs where the girl were 3000 a night. However, the selection is huge.

Took the Victory Liner bus. It was 300 peso each way. There are other bus companies. There are constantly buses going to and from.

Cebu:

Good and fun city. Much easier than Manila. Fly on Cebu air for about 60 dollars. Stayed at Quest hotel for about 65 a night. Really nice hotel primarily filled with families and business travelers. Very nice hotel for the money.

Girls: Many girl at the clubs in Mango. Also a taxi driver said let me show you where girls are, and he drove about 2 miles down from the hotel. Sorry I can't remember the exact location. Pulled up and there was a man standing surrounded by about 20 girls. Offered girls for 2000 each.

Bohol:

When you get off the boat there are numerous tax drivers. I walked up to a motorcycle taxi and asked how much to Alona beach. This was a young guy in his 20's. I said a girl was pretty and he said if you want a girl I can take you to see some at dormitories (which I guess is basically just a boarding house). He asked what type of girl do you want. I said not sure. He drove me to 3 houses and showed different women. The asking price was 2500.

Regarding the bars mentioned in the Bohol report, I can confirm I saw working girls at all. I also working girls at German owned bar. I think it was called Helmet, but can't remember exactly. There weren't any working girls on the beach but once you walked up the side alley leading to the bars (the alley before the information center) you will find working girls. I would visit the once mentioned in the Bohol report or ask a taxi driver (or bike guy). I think the bike guys are better because they are younger and they transport the girls who don't want to pay for a taxi.

Bohol is a laid back fun smaller city.

Boracay: Not much info. Stayed at hotel off the beach. Had to walk through the neighborhood was offered girls by guys. No price stated.

On the beach, any single guy will get approached as night falls. But I'm pretty sure these are all ladyboys. Actually they look pretty good, at least at first sight, but what marks them out is not so much the way they look, but the aggressive nature of their approach. I just avoided them.

There are girls around, but they are a little hidden. The Aluna Lounge Bar. Right on the beach pretty much central. Attracts some freelancers. But. Unlike the ladyboys. They are discrete to the point of near invisibility. They probably won't approach you, so you have to talk to them. And best to do it fairly discretely yourself, as some Philipina girls just seem to be there for a drink. Or maybe they just didn't like the look of me. Ha! It's certainly not the kind of place where you approach a girl and ask straight up how much to put it up the back passage.

This place is open till around midnight /1 pm, and then Pinarelle (away from the beach, on the main road) seems to be where they go next.

If you want a big choice and to be able to pick out your ideal Philipina dream girl, it's probably best to go elsewhere. The plus side is. The girls I found seemed to be local girls just doing this on the side for a bit of extra cash, not seasoned pros. When we got back to the room, it felt like they actually were making love, in their own way. So it depends what you want. If you want your ideal type and to f*ck in your three favourite positions, its probably a no. If you want a bit of passion and connection and individuality, it was pretty nice. Personally, I liked the novelty.

I wasn't looking for any girls because I bring a girl there, but from what I can see in the beach area mostly ladyboys. There was a bar in the beach that I went twice with my girl, and it was the only bar open very late around the beach. You can see some freelancers there dancing with foreigners but mostly they were either ugly or very young and short, like 17 to 19 yrs old, the adults ones like mid 20's to mid 30's not that pretty.

I personally don't like freelancers, so if I am alone and I want to pick up girls I wouldn't go to the beach area, I probably go to the local bar / nightclubs where the local girls go there, there are a couple of those in Alona beach (not around the beach), I forgot the names. My other option will be to go to the nightclubs in Tagbilaran City during the weekend and pick-up the local girls.

Overall I think Bohol is better to bring a girl there, or to plan online to meet a girl from Bohol. I was suppose to meet 4 girls from Tagbilaran City that I selected from Filipino Cupid and Pinalove, but I ended up not meeting them because I bring a girl from Cebu so I had to cancel them. Tubigon Friends homes were washed away and nothing to salvage. They are currently living in tents with literally the same wet clothes they had on their backs. People are panicking and bought up all the bottled water. People can not receive money from relatives because Cebuana and Palawan are closed down without electric power.

It is desperate there.

Parts of Cebu have been hit hard too.

Yeah. Not just power but cell tower side thus internet still down. Hard to travel to places with power or working cell tower or telecom infrastructure.

Heard the shore areas hit hard. Many roofs blown off. Some pictures and videos are supposedly circulating of social media.

Don't know how they posted so some places must be up with telecom infrastructure.

It is kind of interesting in this day and age where even naval ships are going electric. For those going solar, many use the electrical battery packs from Tesla cars to store the energy. They are also moving towards more stable types of metals in batteries.

With mini controllers the process is much stabler and safer. This from a person who melted a lead acid battery terminal by overcharging. Heh heh.

Desalination plants are now being deployed to places like Tonga. What is amazing is that it is taking so long for New Zealand to react. IMHO, they should have deployed earlier with basic rescue and desalination equipment right after the quake. Something like a US Marine assault ship. The deployment yesterday will take 6 days to reach Tonga.

I've read the limited mongering info available for Panglao, and I realize that they are recovering from the typhoon last year, but does anyone know what venues are the most likely to be productive? The only recommendations on ISG are pre-COVID. Looks like Aluna Beach Lounge and One 4 the Road might be good for freelancers. Hoping for any other leads you guys might have. I will try online, of course, but much prefer in-person window shopping. Anyone?

Tried to look up some information in this forum before going to Bohol but couldn't find anything. But now that I went I thought I should follow up and help out the future people going to Bohol.

I went to Bohol for a week in the beginning of Nov and have the following advice for looking for girls.

-Alona beach walkway: There is a short road that leads directly to Alona beach and there are a bunch of working girls that will approach you during the night (10 PM+). I met 3 girls this way but would caution people about the ladyboys. They are not truthful when asked and will insist they are female and turn off the lights when in the room. You need to insist to inspect the goods in light before paying despite them claiming that they're shy. I paid between 2-3. 5 k PHP depending on the length of time, shots, and extras.

-Bars: Lots of working girls in the bars, usually they wear a uniform which ranges from a full on coordinated shirt + blouse to a more loose dress code in the form of the color the club (red, yellow etc.). Like how others have mentioned since there isn't that many girls working they won't let them leave until their shift is over and you can't pay a bar fine, so just buy them a drink and get their number / whatsapp / telegram to contact you afterwards to discuss services.

-Tinder: found a lot of success on this compared to pinalove. The girls you want to swipe for have profiles that are usually short / empty, seeking "new friends" and have party oriented photos. The working girls will usually start the discussions and progress really quickly asking for another social media app to discuss more intimately. Ask directly if they're a working girl and you will get an answer quickly about how much to pay for the services. These girls tend to try to get a quick buck off the tourist that don't know the price market and will ask for ridiculous prices like 6 k PHP for one shot, ignore them or negotiate down because you should only pay those types of prices from a smoke show. Most girls will happily negotiate down to the 3-4 k mark with additional services and provide a very pleasant time. I would also recommend paying for tinder gold so you can match with normal local girls that are trying to go for a short fling. They all have looking for long-term partner but most only do that for appearances in case they see someone they know on the app. If you play your cards right these girls are completely down to party and have a one night stand.
