Hi everyone,
I've been a member for a few months and have learned a lot from all the posts.
Thanks to all for the great information. I am a complete newbie and have scanned and read the various area forums absorbing all the info like a sponge.
Since signing up I've used the info learned on a couple of trips.
Here is the report of the first one, a quick business trip to Guatemala back in February. Not much I know, but you have to start somewhere.
Before the trip discowered the forum and not being a big fan of strip clubs, I decided I would try and visit the highly recommended Lady's Vip or Exceso.
I arrived around midday and headed straight to a business meeting that finished late. By the time I checked in at the Clarion Suites it was well past the closing time for both places.
I initially decided to call it a night and settled on the couch to do some learning on the forum.
Of course this got me worked up and having noticed some street activity marked on the maps as just a few blocks from the hotel I decided to give it a try.
Sorry for the abrupt ending of the previous post. Not sure what happened there.
So, I walked a couple of blocks and sure enough, right across the street from the Intercontinental there where a couple of ladies hanging around at the corner. Nothing to write home about: a 4 and a 5 at best.
They where friendly however and while eager, not pushy so I decided to see if I could negotiate it down to a price that would have made it worthwhile.
They started at $100 but quickly worked it down to a reasonable $50. And off we went.
At the Hotel, she greeted the staff and walked right over to the front desk to register.
The clerk explained that it would be $20 for the guest, but after looking at my reservation explained that my room rate was for up to 2 people so no fee.
In the room, the lady cleaned up and got ready while chit chatting.
We started with a nice massage, followed by a covered BJ and then a variety of positions.
She worked hard to please me without rushing, the only negative the exaggerated porn star type moaning which I don't like.
At the end, she cleaned me up and after some small talk she got ready and was on her way.
Too bad she wasn't a looker, but she totally made it up with personality and professionalism.
The final touch was a call from the front desk to make sure I was alright before letting her leave the Hotel. That alone would have been worth the $20 guest fee if they had charged me.
Day 2 was a not her long work day that ended past 11 pm, so I stayed in.
On my last day, I had a few hours in the AM before having to leave for the airport so at 9:00 am I hopped in a cab and headed to Lady's VIP which was the closest to the Hotel of the two Casas I wanted to visit.
For some reason I expected the place to be dark and dingy, instead I found it to be clean and welcoming.
Due to the time the line up was limited to 3 chicas who walked in one at a time, introduced themselves and walked out. One of them had just walked in to work right behind me. The whole thing was a little rushed and none of the girls seemed particularly eager.
The time was a factor I'm sure. The attendant then explained the rates (which where exactly what is listed on the map) and asked me for my choice of girl. All three where in their early twenties and 6-7, I picked the only one who had smiles during the intro.
The attendant collected the fee upfront and after a minute or so, the girl showed up and escorted me upstairs to a very large room, clean, well lit with a nice cool breeze coming in from the open windows.
The session was a repeat of my first night with the street walker: massage, covered BJ and a variety of positions to completion.
The girl was much prettier though and most importantly had w.
An amazing body. I was not rushed and she was friendly enough, but not as much as the previous one.
After a quick rinse in the shower (cold water only), we chatted while getting dressed and I took off. Had a nice breakfast at the Hotel and headed to the airport for my flight.
All in all, it was a great way to start my day.
So, this is how I eased in to my first official mongering experience. Since then I've had a couple more adventures and as I get more comfortable the fun and pleasure also increase. I will post these in the days to me.

Is it safe to walk?. Well, that depends. How do you look, do you speak Spanish, do you have that target look in your eyes, are you timid. The internet and sometimes locals will tell you how dangerous it is, but I walk everywhere at anytime. Especially in zone 10, I don't see it being a problem at all. Truth be told, I find it to be the exact opposite of what the internet says, people always offer me free beers / Food and are usually happy to help me in any way. I would honestly say USA Major cities are more dangerous. Use your own discretion.

I was in Guatamala City for 3 days last week on business.
Although I intended to just go to a massage parlor, could not break away from the business group I was with (could not slip away for 90 minutes) plus.

Thanks,Ladysvip is in Zona 13, also known as Pamplona. The address is 5 a avenida 1-75, Zone 13. Google maps works for this address. It's in a plain white building with a black garage door. The only marking on it is the "1-75" address. You just knock on the door and get buzzed in.

Visitor to GC, looking to unwind. Took a walk down Av de las Americas and found Di Massimo no problem about three blocks east. Actually in a pretty upscale looking neighborhood and felt perfectly safe. Was shown a parade with about 5 or 6 chicas, all high quality and mostly under 25, and given my choice. A couple of months back I visited Guatemala City again and having been to LadysVIP on my previous visit, I decided to try Exceso based on the many good comments on the forum.
The cab ride from Zona 10 with a taxi seguro from the Hotel was 60 Q. Unfortunately I hit rush hour at 5:30 pm and the ride was about 20 min.
The place is in a quiet road, no signs outside except for the building number and the omnipresent guard.
It didn't look like it would be easy to hail a cab on the way out, so I asked my cabby to wait for me (withheld payment so I was sure he would be there).
I walked in a small "living room area" with a few couches and videos playing on large screens. Nothing fancy, poor lighting, but clean. The Host was courteous (can't remember the name) and asked if I wanted a drink. After fetching me a beer he asked if I was ready for a presentation.
One by one I was introduced to about 5 girls, 3 to 5 at best.
Looks are important, but in my opinion personality personality matters just as much. I have learned to look at them in the eyes and avoid the ones that avoid eye contact completely, so I was really bummed out as besides not being anything special none of them showed any sign of even being a little fun. As the last one walked out I was ready to leave, but the host told me 2 more girls would be out in less than 10 min. And since it was getting late (to late to head to LadysVip, I ordered another beer.

First time in Guate and enjoyed both places today.
Both seemed to have the same price, 400 Q for one 1 hour, 200 for 1/2 hour.
Liked Lady VIP overall better, as they have a line up on some stunners and the room seemed cleaner.
However the guy at Excesso spoke English and was friendlier.
FYI, from Zone 10/9, getting to either place is a pain in traffic time. Grinding halt at most times.

Had some business during the time Guatemala inaugurated new President Jimmy Morales, airport and hotel areas were covered with security, metal detectors at hotel entrances, streets were filled with soldiers and police. I went to DSM twice, the cab I took was recommended by my hotel concierge who waited outside for me. Most hotels have cabs who they know the drivers, to ensure safety for the guests who don't want to get into just any cab. Arriving at DSM, I was directly asked if I wanted massage or full service. One hour FS is 1450 Q's. Thirty minutes is $850 Q's. Its a bit expensive but the quality of chicas is great. Lots of choices, most are in early 20's, mostly 6. 5's to 8's. I saw Adriana and Catarina, both pretty, thin, skilled. Everything is covered, no hard up-sell. They expect a tip but expect you to offer it. I would repeat based on the superior quality of chicas.

I think they also do some companion travels if you want a girl for a few days to go to the beach. Might try that one of these days.

I stayed at the Barcelo which was by far the nicest hotel I stayed in during my three country tour last week at $100 US / night. Uber is not available in Guatemala and I took a standard taxi at $10 to the hotel.
I walked 20 minutes to Lady's VIP and was disappointed by the quality of the girls and the surroundings. The sheet on the bed did not look very clean. Landed with two coworkers. They were connecting into my town from out of state, and they just walked past me to board and did not touch base at all. So they decided to get sim cards and buy local currency at the airport! For 6.3 per dollar!
(Should have left without them. I was hungry.)
After check-in, I went to the mall. Pharmacueticals, then to the 3rd floor to the branch of Bank of Industry. I kept walking 12th street, hoping the map or my memories were wrong. I walked past a non-descript black obelisk of a corner building simply marked Passiones. I did find a Paradise, but it was an aquarium, and since I was now by the fenced in strip mall and the pedestrian bridge that led to the WalMart, I turned back.

It is across the street from the Argentine restaurant, NI-FU, NI-FA, and around the corner from the Korean House restaurant on Avenida 4 (no "A") between 12th and 13th calle. You will hear the music coming out of it if you are anywhere near the building.
While not directly across the street from Plaza del Sol it is just 100 meters or so away.

I went there last week to do a recon, and was smitten by one of their non-dancer Salvadorans. The prices were as advertised (400 Q for the hour), and from the forum here I had learned that I would be asked for 100 Q more for a BJ. I was in USA for this week and have to return to Europe on Tuesday of next week. So my window of opportunity (long weekend) is shut given three times booking / cancellation / rebooking / cancellation that I am giving up. Lost $ on Expedia non refundable hotel as well. So is Guatemala worth bypassing all the other countries mentioned for a short trip or should I not bother?

Guatemala 11.1-11.8. 17.
TRANSPORTATION:
Drove to Houston for an AeroMexico flight from H-town to Mex. City to Guat City. The flight was $320 or so, about $5-600 cheaper than UA out of My home town regional airport. The tipping point for me is about $300 meaning if I can get a flight for more than $300 cheaper, I will drive to IAH or MSY. Flight there and back was fairly uneventful. One thing I don't understand is that in Mexico City, you are forced to clear customs / immigration then re-enter their screening (TSA equivalent) coming & going. I have no clue why? If MexCity is not my final destination, why do I need to clear customs? Anyway, just more lines to wait in. Thankfully my connections were not tight so I had plenty of time. Casa Vieja Lodge (CVL) shuttle guy waiting to pick me up & I made it to the lodge in Puerto San Jose, on the Pacific coast about 9:30 pm Wed 11.1.
LODGING: The rooms at the Casa Vieja Lodge in Pto. San Jose were 5 star minimum. Plenty of room, hot water was sketchy at times, wi-fi was perfect, a / see more than cold, daily laundry & maid service, 6 am cup of coffee brought to the room, . All-star service all the way around.
In Guat City, I rented an AirBnB from Herbert in Zona 9. Very modern apartment complex, 3 security gates / doors to get thru, 24 HR security inside & out. No problem with guests. IDs were held at the front desk. Herbert was a very nice host & knew the game & was ok with the short term GF bit. Uber is very easy in the city.
FOOD: Again, 5 star meals for dinner at the CVL. We had Lomito (tenderloin I think) that was over the top one night, Huge sauted shrimp one night, Mahi-mahi one night with a salad, all the sides & a desert. First class meals & you never went to sleep hungry. Open bar for beer & bar brand hard stuff. All inclusive. Breakfast a-la-carte every morning, & hot lunch prepared on the boat each day. Hamburgers or chicken sandwich prepared on a plug in hot skillet by one of the deck hands.
In Guat City, I cooked breakfast every morning in the apt. For Lunch / early dinner I went to a steak house called Rincon Del Steak on Av 5 ta in Zona 9. Very good service, steak was above average but not the best I've ever had, appetizers were more than sufficient. The 2nd day I went to another steakhouse right around the corner from Rincon del Steak, called Donde Joselito.
Again steak was very good, probably a little better than Rincon & again, the appetizers were more than sufficient. Couldn't finish all of it so got a to go box & had steak with my eggs the last morning.
THE CITIES:
Puerto San Jose was quite run down, obviously a Port town, big coal redistribution plant next to the marina. Very dirty & very poor. The CVL had armed guards that would open a huge gate to let the shuttle van in or out then close the gate behind us. I went outside the compound 2 afternoons after fishing & went to a little hole in the wall side of the road cantina and had a beer with the locals. We were warned to not leave the compound but I didn't like the landlocked feeling so I busted out just for one beer with the locals. Very dirty, very dusty.
Guatemala City was quite a bit more modern than PSJ but I did not feel safe there. Every ATM, bank, grocery store, shop, tienda, delivery truck, apt complex had armed guards with a pump action shotgun & several shells on their belts. Not a very cozy comfortable feeling. I was ok walking around Zona 9 during the day but did not venture out at night, not even in a cab. I just got a bad feeling about it so I stayed put at night.
FISHING: Finally a trip that I pay someone to put me on the fish and they do. Thu-Day 1 of fishing, I landed 4 Pez Vela (sailfish) & the other 2 guys landed 3 each. Day 2 Fri, I landed 8 of the 25 sailfish our boat landed, Sat I landed another 8 of the 24 the boat landed & a YFT to boot. Total for the boat, 59 sailfish landed with 2 YFT. I had brought a Yeti soft pak to carry some fish home so I had the lodge freeze & vacuum pak the tuna. I was worried that someone would confiscate the tuna along the way, but it made it back with me. Customs in Houston asked what I was declaring & I told him, "Sport caught fish for personal Consumption" & he was fine with that answer. In Guat City there was a big hul-a-baloo and 2 -3 supervisors had to come look at it but they eventually let me thru. In Mexico City, they just looked at it asked a couple of questions and let it thru. I had heard some tales of fish being confiscated in MexCity, but I made it thru ok.
CHICAS: Sun pm, pulled a little 90 lb spinner, Yakelin from ymas.com, which I can no longer access here in the states. I think that ymas.com is the latino version of backpage.com as the format is the exact same & had the same posters. I was able to access ymas after backpage was shutdown here in the states but not anymore. Anyway, her driver delivered her to my apt & I had to pay him Q600/$82 USD as she got out of his car. Great attitude and an even better performance. Just what I needed after 3 long days of fishing and drinking beer. I asked her if she would come back on her own without going thru her 'friend' and she said sure. She told me he got half of the Q600 & she got the other 300. She was thrilled to get the entire Q600 & well worth it again when she came back Monday night. Great service including BBBJ.
Mon 10 am Had Uber bring me to LadysVIP. Only 4 in the line up. Chose another little spinner, Daniela. Very cute, petite with classic Mayan features. Dark skinned, dyed red hair & very short. I'm glad I went, but probably will never return to Guatemala. If you are thinking about Guatemala as a mongering destination, go elsewhere. If you have to be there for business or fishing, then yes, it's an OK place to monger.

Currently in GC I decided 2 days since the 1st day was to explore the City, getting info the locals, and nightlife. Took a huge chance and made it Guatemala City amidst all the chaos in USA. Now the the challenge is to get out of here and make it home after just 2 quick nights. Have my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
Got to the Radisson hotel 9 pm last night. Went to Layali for hookah but their kitchen was closed. Had a hookah and a couple drinks. Took Uber and went to Box Lounge Groove club, good techno music but the crowd nothing to write home about.
Took another Uber and went to Madonas strip club. It was OK busy. Had a bunch of girls swarm as soon as I entered. I suddenly made a unscheduled trip to Guatemala City.

LE Club seems permanently closed. Was #1 by a distance.
Madonnas opens only 5 nights a week closes at 9, If you are inside you can stay with the ladies longer. The average talent is 5-7 maybe one is 8.

Excessos is also opened but it should be avoided. Besides the right to pay for their drinks you get nothing in return from the ladies.

I did some internet research, copied down some phone numbers, some names, etc. And walked to the cab drivers in front of the Westin Camino Real. I asked them to call the numbers to see if any of the places I found were working massage or monger places. They obliged, and none of the numbers were working any longer. So I have been living in Guatemala for several years and I think the reason Guatemala City does not get more attention is because the city itself is not anywhere you want to spend time. I avoid it as much as possible, and it's too bad the airport is there. There are some good looking escorts in GC, though, mostly from other countries.

Been going down to Guatemala City for a couple years for work, and unfortunately most of the places I've gone have all but dried up or gone out of business. I did some internet research, copied down some phone numbers, some names, etc. And walked to the cab drivers in front of the Westin Camino Real. I asked them to call the numbers to see if any of the places I found were working massage or monger places. They obliged, and none of the numbers were working any longer. I have used wanuncios.com in the past there, and though I have enjoyed a good delivery of a beautiful Venezuelan (see a previous post), it was stupidly expensive for that part of the world ($300 USD).

I'm far from the World Travelling monger that others are, but have found that everyone has their own method of pleasure and pain (the cost).
The Guatemala thread has been difficult to gain information from due to a lack of mongers posting, but that's the beauty of having this site and sharing info when available. In the past, there were two places that I really liked. One was "Lady's VIP" and the other was "La Barberia Spa for Men". In each of those places one could enjoy sport fucking for an hour for about 400 Q total. Sadly, each of these places have closed, even before covid. I've posted about both of them in the past, and had descriptions of the fun parts and the costs.
Covid killed everything for a bit, and when I went down earlier this year with a couple buddies we did the fun yet stupid thing of going to Club Excesso. Fun because we had a room and it was like a fabulous session that could have been a great porn movie, but the cost was ridiculous (but they didn't care because of the fun we had). There's a report on that as well.
Then I have a report on using wanuncios.com to find someone to show up at my hotel. Ended up with a beautiful Venezuelan that I've seen twice. But was expensive again. But worth it because she a knockout and liked watching herself in the mirror get fucked. Keeps her high heels on even.
So without any other info, the Royal Spa was next, and is half the price of the import, and 1/3 the price of Club Excesso. I just saw the same girl yesterday and we went right into to a very sensual and nearly romantic experience where big time cuddling was her idea at the end. So yes, I got screwed. And it was a great time. If there is someplace else other than the place an hour drive away I'm all ears and am willing to try. So please, if you know of something else I'd love to know about where, who, and how much.

It all depends. I've written reports a few years ago of an experiencing fucking a girl that was "like fucking a wet paper bag" because she didn't give shit about anything. So I have been living in Guatemala for several years and I think the reason Guatemala City does not get more attention is because the city itself is not anywhere you want to spend time. I avoid it as much as possible, and it's too bad the airport is there. Antigua is really nice, warmer than GC, but it is a pain to drive in. I rented a car versus taking a bus there. But yeah, it is very nice. I wish we had spent more time there.

We were there for a day and I wish it had been a week. Before I settled down, I had an epic trip where I took three sugar babies to Cancun. If I got unattached and called them up again, this is where we would go. If I were still playing and did not have said women, I would be looking to score in GC and bring the women with me to Lake Atitlan.
The last thing I really wanted to do but did not was a tour of the volcanos, but that will happen in the future.

I've day tripped to Antigua a couple of times and like staying in GC a bit better as there is more to do. I agree with another poster about "The Market" in the Intercontinental, as it's super good. I also like Casa Escobar just past El Establo on the same street as the Intercontinental. My fave "go to" is the Wagyu carpaccio (melt in your mouth), then the Entrana Importana with sides of guac and frijoles. Ask for a couple of tortillas to go along. Or start with the Fondue de Queso with Portobello why Ron (mushrooms and rum). A couple glasses of wine later and it's like a culinary heaven (note: don't order all the previous in one sitting or you'll be too full to even have a drink, let alone have some fun).
You can of course hit up Club Excesso and have a pick a girl to chat with then take to a room there, but that can be quite a bit more expensive than the above, and they are more beholden to the Club than the massage ladies I've encountered. There is a review from February 2022 on my Club experience. Go take a look.
You'll enjoy your stay. Focus more on the tourist things and the fun side business can work itself out eventually. .

I live in Antigua and the temperature for both Antigua and the city appear on my banner and are almost always the same, and are the same now (16 in both places). And a car is a liability in both Antigua and at the lake. Absolutely no reason to rent a car in Guatemala and hundreds of reasons not to.

Staying at the Westin Camino Real. Went to check out the Moulin Rouge. The Uber over from the Westin each way cost 30 Q. The current exchange rate from the Hotel is 7. 40/ dollar. The place is maybe 10 - 13 minutes away from Zona Viva, an easy and short drive. The girls at the place are mostly 7 and 8, with an occasional 9. They all have a little belly, much, much smaller than mine. Although I have not been to Exessos or Madonna's or Pasiones, I was told they were very expensive. I drank the local beer "Gallo" which is Ok and costs 35 Q, the girls beers are 115 for a small Coronita, or 195 for the full size. Felt very safe as there were two guards with shotguns at the door. I ask the waiter who indicated the girls charge 660 Q for 1/2 hour or 990 for the full hour. Not sure is that is the gringo price or the local price. The place is dark and poorly set up so you cannot see the girls either when dancing or across the room. Biggest drawback is the girls were not having a good rotation, so one girl would come up, do her two songs, and then there would be a large gap where you could look at your phone or check out the neighbor with the lap dance going on. This forum is slow but was definitely helpful. First place I tried was Moulin Rouge (Molino Rojo). A quick cab ride from the Westin. Cab charged me 60 gtq (too much. Uber is cheaper). First impression. It's dark, not a lot of girls and definitely not a lot of hot ones. Unless you like them on the heavier side. Then this is the place for you. I sat at the bar and the first girl to come sit next to me was a local. About 100 lbs, small tits, shoulder length dark hair. For me, this was the best option. I had a Corona (30 gtq). Thanks again.It helps if you speak Spanish. One of the massage girls spoke a little English, but the other none at all. On Wanuncios there is a link at times to open up the phone number. Many are a service, so that once you use WhatsApp to contact you'll get a bevy of pictures of girls to choose from. Though more expensive than the Spa, they come to the hotel. I always meet them in the bar (if it's open) or in the lobby off to the side to make sure all seems good. That one terrified chica I wrote about before was just giving off bad vibes, so sent her away and used a different service. The SquareMouth web-site will give you over 50 quotes from over 50 different companies. I chose Trawick from National Mutual. It was for 7-days and cost $140.
Flight:
I flew United Airlines round trip from San Diego to Guate. Three hours to Houston and another three to Guatemala City. Returning, there was a VIP lounge called, "Casa del Ron. " It was a great lounge.
Hotel:
I stayed at the Westin Camino Hotel in Zona 10. The hotel was outstanding! My room, the service, and location were top-notched. Was the hotel chica friendly? Yes, I had one of the bar chicas meet me in the lobby on Saturday afternoon.
Customs / Immigration:
I was unaware of the Electronic Traveler Affidavit immigration form. But, I quickly learned about it when I tried to enter the country. They had these large blue signs with a huge barcode in the middle.
I was required to scan the barcode on my phone and suffer through answering all the fucking questions, and of course, I was wrong with a few answers. I was not the only one, there were several travelers suffering as well.
Returning, I and several others suffered through the same pinche process. When I completed the form and when I was departing, I asked the agent if the form could be completed before the travel date; I only heard crickets! If anyone has more information on this matter, please chime in.
Communication:
I have the T-Mobile Go5 GPlus55 plan; no worries whatsoever.
Money:
I use the Oanda web-site whenever I travel. The currency in Guatemala is Quetzal. When I looked at the exchange rate online, it was around 7. 70 to one US dollar. All I did was divide the amount of Quetzals by 8, and it seemed to work for me. I brought a lot of cash, but that turned out to be a bad move.
I cashed in $300 for Quetzals at the airport because I got in late. The rate at the airport was quite shitty. It was late, so I tried to exchange cash at the hotel. The rate was 7 to 1 and they would only exchange 100 US a day. I thought, "What in the hell can I accomplish with 100 bucks a night?
I asked the hotel clerk if there was an ATM nearby and she told me it was near the casino; how convenient for gamblers. My Charles Schwad card pulled through for me and saved the day! My ATM rate was 7. 25 to 1. I used ATMs the rest of the trip. All prices will be in Quetzals, unless you see the dollar sign.
Transportation:
My trip from the airport to my hotel cost $10 US. I took an Uber from Guate to Antigua and the cost was 230. My Uber back to the Guate airport from Antigua cost 250.
While riding to my hotel from the airport, I asked the taxi driver if he would be interested in an hourly rate. His name was Rodolfo and he quickly accepted my offer. We explored most of the filth in Guate for two long days and nights.
In Guate, I only took a few taxis with no meters and the prices were reasonable. Ubers were abundant and the prices were also reasonable. All the Ubers I took required me to provide a PIN; that was new for me.
Locals:
I found the locals were overall very friendly! The locals seemed pretty laid back, which I found in conflict with the high crime / murder rate in the city. But I was not there long enough to really judge the people and city. But the people I did have contact with, seemed quite warm and friendly.
Spanish:
During my stay, I heard very little English, which included in the hotel, restaurants, and Ubers / taxis. If you really want to have more fun when traveling in Latin America, you might need to step up your Spanish game.
Restaurants:
I did a lot of research before I left and here are my thoughts on the food scene:
Hacienda Real. Excellent.
Ricon Steak Very good.
La Tavola Excellent.
Casa Escobar Outstanding.
Overall, the food was pretty damn good. I was completely content with my restaurant choices. I saw many street food venders scattered throughout the Zonas.
La Linea:
First, this was quoted by WikiSexGuide, "La Linea is in Zona 1 of Guatemala City and runs along the railroad track north of 10 a Calle between 13/14 Avenida and 15 Avenida. It's considered as Guatemala City's Red-light district. For a landmark, it is just across the street at the east end of the Edeficio Central de la PNC (the national civil police central building) on 10 a Calle. Prices are very cheap: Q25-100. Best hours on brothels in this area are from 9 am to 5 pm. Be careful in this area, especially when it's dark. Remember that this area is not for beginners or mongers who are not use to the dirty places and nasty girls. ".
I must say, I've traveled a lot since 1977 and never, not ever, have I seen a place like La Linea. The place is in Zona 1 and it is about the most down and dirty place I've ever seen; I loved it! The place runs along railroad tracks, and there was quite a police presence. There are shabby rooms after more shabby rooms on both sides of the tracks. The rooms were large enough for a bed, night stand, and a bucket of water. Many of the rooms had girls laying on the beds waiting for their next customer. Most of the women were large, but there were a few that were thin, but butt ugly. One could dump his load for less than 7 bucks. Prices were 50 for 15 minutes, 100 for an hour, and so on.
It's quite simple; you just walk and instead of window shopping, you go door shopping. Some of the chicas stood in the doorways, but most were laying and showing their goodies. The rooms were horrendous, but I just had to play! Once I was in the rooms, I did touch a damn thing! I just unzipped, yanked it out, and she sucked her heart out for 15 minutes! The first chica was chunky, but had a great attitude. The second chica, believe it or not, was very pretty and had a great body. I still wonder why she worked in that shithole. Both chicas were from Nicaragua.
Strip / table dance clubs:
First off, I have never seen this many clubs in one city in Central America or South America! After my research, I had 22 clubs on my list. Some of those were closed, but I found a few more. In the end, I visited 16 clubs. Hence, the long trip report.
Once again, in each club, I asked several questions and did my best to write the answers on my trusty note pad. Thus, if I am wrong with any of my notes, feel free to chime in with the correct information. I wrote down the prices of the cheapest ficha and beer.

Comments: This was a very nice new club, but there were only a few chicas on station. Nobody approached me except the mesero; go figure. So I asked the mesero, "WTF?" Then he went upstairs and fetched me a chica. I thought 310 for 30 minutes was a great deal, so we rushed upstairs like newlyweds.
Before we entered the room, she told me we would have sex in the room. Once in the VIP room, she would not let me completely close the door. Then, the mesero showed up with a bucket of six beers. I started to drop my jeans so the little sailor could take a peek. She stopped me and said, "No sex!
Fuck me to tears! I headed down stairs, spoke to the manager, and told him I would only pay for my drinks and the one ficha I bought for the chica; that's it! Yes, I learned how to complain and argue in Spanish. The manager adjusted my bill and I was satisfied. Bottom line; skip this place!

I thought the price was right so I took her up to the room. In the room, she did not seem interested in sex. Next, the mesero popped in and dropped off a bucket of little beers, which I did not order.
All of a sudden, this chunky and ugly chica came in the room and sat next to me. Once again, the mesero popped in and dropped off another bucket of little beers, which I did not order as well. Yep, I was pretty pissed at that point. I walked out of the room, said a few kind words to the mesero and the chicas, and headed downstairs.
When I arrived downstairs, I was greeted by three meseros, security, and the manger. I told the manager what happen and told him I would only pay for my drinks and the one ficha I bought for Fabiola earlier. I handed him 300 and quickly walked out of the club. Luckily for me, there was a taxi waiting in front of the club. Stay clear of this place!

Street girls were scattered throughout the zonas. Because we were headed to La Linea, I briefly chatted with 3 chicas on Friday around 4 pm. They were on 11 & 12 Avenidas, cross road 2 A calle and near the entrance of.
Cerrito del Carmen. All three had the same union pricing, 100 for 20 minutes and 30 for the hotel. I was told there would be more chicas out in the evening.
Escorts:
I really had zero time to bring an escort to my hotel. But I did research the scene on what little down time that I had. Shokka was my primary source; I did not try other service providers. Bottom line, there was a wide range of prices:
One escort was 700 for 1 hour. Another one quoted 600 for 1 hour, 1000 for 2 hours. Another was 1300 for 1 hour, 1600 for two hours. And one special chica asked for 1200 for 30 minutes and 2500 for 1 hour.
Final thoughts on Guatemala City:
It was a seeking putas and eating great food trip. I thought the city was half-assed safe and I only felt threaten in those two scamming clubs. Would I ever return to Guate? Fuck yeah! The large city kept me completely occupied during my three nights and I still only scratched the surface of all the smut that was available. Overall, I had a great time! Would I recommend it to other mongers? Absolutely!

Thanks for the detailed trip report. Noticed some of the clubs had high ficha prices ($25+ USD). Did you purchase any at those places? If so, how long did the chica stay with you? Hopefully, she stayed at least 30 minutes.
