This is what happened to me earlier this year. I am not 100% sure, but I think they advertised them as Young Buddies as well:
As I did not want to wait too long I decided to head for a 141 service. Now I believe in quality and sometimes have the faint hope that price has something to do with it, but man was I disappointed.
I tried the TST 141 where you book an appointment and they advertise Japanese Ladies, they are advertised for 2 K. I know kind of a crazy price, but I do not mind spending it for a very outstanding time with a very special lady and a very special service with everything included.
So I called for Honeysa #24399. A lady answered and asked to meet in Mira Hotel Kimberly road. She made me wait for almost 45 minutes. A taste of things to come. When she finally arrived she took me next door to Champagne Court.
Went up the stairs to the 1st floor. A short term hotel setup disguised as a spa. Went into a room and there was the supposed Japanese model Honeysa.
Looked like an owl, totally saggy breasts and probably 30 if not 35 yo. Total scam! I told the lady this is not the advertised girl and there is no way I will spend this amount of money for this girl. So she said never mind, I have many model waiting. 5 minutes later she rolls in with another 35 yo Japanese with a surprising good looking face for her age, but sagging big tummy. She said I should pay her now, she is agent and need the money upfront, so of course I left.
So don't waste your time with this total BS!
If you search 141 there are many listings where you have to call for an "appointment" and generally they are a lot more expensive, all have different numbers listed, but after trying out one my wild guess is they are all scams.
Might be hit and miss, let me know how it went for you. But in my humble opinion they are all more or less the same, just trying to push up the price for tourists.

I just returned from another trip to Hong Kong and I was glad to see things back to normal. I was there in June and noticed a little drop off that I associated with the China wide crackdown. Thanks very much for your advice. I am a 'tourist' but will be very careful not to fall into a Scam trap in HK. I can understand why scammers target tourists, but don't they know forums like this open the window to fresh air on their activities?
Personally, I would not pay more than about HK 800 and that would have to be someone really special.

Some reports on here suggested K-Pressure has closed. I was in Hong Kong a couple of weeks ago and it was still open.
Head north up Nathan Road to Jordan. Turn left into Jordan Road then right into Woosun street. Googled for it and looked at Google street view but that hasn't been updated. The pin on Google map is also wrong. Its too far inside Woo Sung Street.
For the benefit of those who hasn't been there and want to look for it, let me give some clear instructions.
For the seniors who have punted there often enough, please bear with this old information for the benefit of newbies.
Location:
Its next to the junction of Jordan and Woo Sung Street. Opposite a SASA outlet.
Look for Woo Sung House. Standing on Jordan looking down Woo Sung Street, to your left there is a small doorway with sign Woo Sung House on top after two shop lots.
Go inside and walk up the stairs and you are in what looked like a karaoke joint. That is K-pressure.
Modus Operandi:
There are a couple of managers there, I saw two ladies and a man. Mabel (came over and she could speak basic English. Fortunately I am conversant in Chinese so we chatted away. There was no cranky old woman like what some punters have mentioned. Maybe they frown as they find it difficult if you don't speak their language. Sometimes they are cranky not because of you but due to their own insecurities and the hassle of dealing with non-canto or Chinese speech.
They will bring you to sit in a room and she will send the ladies in one at a time. Each will sit with me for a few minutes. You are not supposed to send them out, that would be rude.
The mamasan will come back after 2-3 minutes and ask you for your decision. If you don't like she will send in another, then another. Each lady will sit with you for 2-3 minutes and try to make a connection, then leave. You will be able to have an honest discussion on your selection with the mamasan after each girl.
Once you select the girl, you will have to pay the mamasan HKD410 on the spot. The girl will take me upstairs where you will need to pay HKD120 for the room. All in all HKD530 for 45 minutes of B2 B and FS.
A couple of tips to punters to get good service:
- Smile, no matter how grouchy the mamasans appear, always smile and be cheerful. It rubs off on them, they also tell the girls you are not a difficult frowning customer. I suspect they have had many demanding and unhappy customers, so they are more likely to want to please someone who is cheerful.
- Dress in shirt and pants, avoid the t-shirts and bermudas. If you look a bit more presentable, they treat you nicer too.

A158.It is corner Argyle and Fah Yuen street. Google Maps says Fah Yuen. There is a Yonex sport shop and below the Yonex and Wilson sign there is a small entrance. On Google Maps it is left hand of a Josef Seibel shop but as far as I remember that shop does not exist anymore. Go inside, a few stairs up and you stand in front of two very old elevators. Press floor 13 and walk down or directly o to floor 3, as you wish. I though the building on Argyle is well known since it is one of the biggest WG houses in HK.
