If I do a test at a doctor's practice in my home town, then the party might be over until I get the result or the test might not be current enough anymore.
The only options I had so far to get a written test result were driving 70 km to the nearest lab in the early afternoon, then kill 3 or 4 hours until the test is finished, go back there around 18:00 to pick up the result, pay the parking ticket and drive home again. Costs at least 20 € on gas and parking plus the 20 € for the test and takes at least 5 hours. Very unsatisfactory, unless you are already in a city that has a lab. That's why I prefer the 2nd option: Have the test done by Sexy-Susi's doctor-husband at one of her AO-gangbangs and combine the test with a party. The AO clubs are either pay-per-session or like '3 sessions for a fixed price'. AO Flatrate Events are only happening sporadically, like Spermagames, GB01, Spermastudio, Spermabang etc.
What happened to the AO maps? Near Frankfurt only Dietzenbach is a reasonable AO option, near Cologne much more choice (La Luna, Bernds, all RTCs like Romankita, Arabella, Villa Venus, F39, etc. , most closer to Dusseldorf in fact).Thanks everyone for the info. I'll start my research!

Looking at spending 3-4 nights hitting:
- La Luna.
- Villa Venus.
- Grimberg.
- Arabella.
Trying to figure out where to stay.
Looks like Gelsenkirchen is the closest town to all of them, but also appears not much going on in that town (for regular nightlife / food etc).
Also appears a few other towns that aren't too far (less than 20 k).
- Essen.
- Duisberg.
- Oberhausen.
- Bochum.
- Dortmund.
Few of them (Essen) seem to have better hotels and more stuff going on. In case I can't hold out in the AO clubs non-stop.
Any suggestions? Looking for a city that has bit of nightlife, or at least a bit scenic.
Just don't want to stay in a storage unit ferrying myself back and forth to AO clubs without seeing anything else.

Humbly suggest that my posts were not full of a 'long list of questions'. Each post was about a specific question:
Post 1: My history in the Paris RLD scene and asking for anything 'unusual' that's now available.
Post 2: Thanking contributors on the board and asking if there's anything equivalent to AO in Baden-Baden or Berlin.
Post 3: Saying it would be cool if there was a Bareback Europe forum that would aggregate hot spots. Like Belgium etc.
Post 4: You're right with this one. There were a lot of questions. Having never been to an AO club I asked: Do guys bring their phones in, can we bring alcohol, robes or towels, are the lockers safe, advice about hotels near AO etc.
Post 5: Asked specific questions about Dietzenbach. Because this club appears to be the only AO club in this region. So figured guys would already have strategies for getting here and where they prefer to stay.

Yes, it is The Saarland's "hygiene by-law" states in §6 that a condom has to be used in cases of prostitution. I and my wife did something several times quite a few years ago.
