1 . I am 55 yrs. Take penegra 25 MG prior to session mostly. Gets full erection last for hours. But the pleasure during ejaculation is sub dued as compared to past. The best method would be to use a combination of all three.
1. If your Bush is large and thick, you can use a good trimmer to remove all. Be careful not to run that near your balls area as it can lead to trouble.
2. If your Bush is not thick, you can use trimmers to trim that to comfortable level.
3. Lastly after you have used both trimmer and scissors, you can apply some good hair removing gels to get a clean surface.
Remember all hair removing gels have sensitive chemicals, so it may or may not suit your skin, better to try on a small patch of skin and if you don't get any itchiness or redness you can apply on hairs.
Note- These gels contain chemicals which are meant for removing pubic hair, but don't use it to remove hairs from from anus area, because it will burn like hell. I once tried veet and regretted forever.

I think you need to have a good foreplay before the act. Ensure that you get good BBJ and nice foreplay to get properly aroused and then only enter.
If you were having unprotected sex, your mind was used to get pleasure from the skin to skin contact.

For me the issue seems psychological as of now. I am continuing my research and will keep updating the forum. There are a few facts to be shared:
1. Well my thought that with wife its due to loss of interest. Seems correct. I found that when I start the foreplay, I am quite erect. But as I progress into it, the erection slowly goes away and penetration becomes difficult. Although ejaculation still happens as then I do it between the thighs.

I have heard that these 2 are broadly unrelated. Also I have had anal fissures since many years. It comes and goes. But recently my fissures has become worse since last few months.

IMHO, there is no straight forward answer. It depends on your assessment of WG/partner hygiene and the extent of risk you are willing to take. Don't perform DATY if you observe any blisters/sores in and around vaginal area of your WG/partner.

I think I am fearing that pcr test for HIV was done only for HIV 1 not for hiv 2.
My condition has improved a lot.

I think I will calm down only after window period of 4 weeks passes and I see negative test.

It seems you had exposure of unprotected oral-sex / Blow-job for 2 minutes on 7th Feb 2019 (18 days back).
Few points that I would like to mention which might help you:
i.) If you don't have any cuts / sores / wounds on your penile foreskin, the risk of catching HIV is very very negligible. Also if the WG also doesn't have any cuts / sores / wounds / bleeding-gums then also contracting HIV is very very negligible. Also HIV virus is very fragile and can't sustain in Saliva. They say that no HIV cases reported / recorded due to unprotected oral sex (remember above exceptions).
ii.) Two weeks is a decent window for P24 Antigen and PCR test for HIV-I&II. I'm unsure in Delhi, but in Bangalore HIV I&II PCR plus Antigen costs you around 8. 5 K. You can google dr safe hands.
iii.) About Herpes, IgG indicates early infection. However, sometimes it is not accurate / equivocal. Did you take HSV I + II composite IgG test, if yes, better to take separate tests and also like HIV, for HSV also there are PCR tests, PCR tests should give you a clear idea.
iv.) HSV is not curable but manageable, during outbreaks you can take the anti-viral medicines, if at all if the doctor says you've contracted HSV.
v.) Lastly, you seems to have severe anxiety disorder, please seek professional help / counseling and also you might want to do PCR tests to get fair idea, confidence and peace of mind. Of-course you can take ELISA / ELFA, STI panel, CBC, [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) Routine & Culture test after a month of your exposure.

1.) Are you circumcised or uncircumcised?
2.) If you're uncircumcised, could you retract and release your foreskin with out any pain or discomfort?

You need to first understand that precum is bound to be released if you are sexually excited.
But in your case it is not clearly known whether it is precum or not because in general conditions it is released when the tool is fully erect. However, since Dr. Lal provides combo/composite result, it is good to isolate:
1.) Whether Test results are equivocal or false-positive.
2.) Type of the strain HSV-I or HSV-II.

As far as I know PE can be cured only by Kegel and breathing exercise. As a hack you can mastrubate two hours or an hour before the deed to reduce PE impact.
Please note that I am not a doctor so my advice is based on my research for my problems or what I have discussed with mongering friends. But Kegel is a time tested method which has cured PE for people. However, like all exercises the impact stops when you don't do. So 3 to 5 days a week is a must.

I'm unsure in which lab you got tested in Chennai, 13.5K is really costly. You may refer to my earlier posts during last year-end in Bangalore forum, I usually get tested through Dcotor Sfae. In-fact, their affiliated lab in Koramangala, Bangalore has Head-office / reference-lab in Chennai which does back-end processing for majority of the hospitals in Chennai and it is NABL accredited. By doing online payment, STD Panel costed me 3.9K through the aforementioned portal, which includes separate tests for HSV-I & HSV-II. Alternatively, you can also get tested at Lalaji's pathology lab where basic STD panel costs 2.8K and they provide combo result for HSV-I&II. Both of these labs provide privacy by online reports. I simply furnish my mongering name, phone and e-mail while registering and signing HIV consent form.

Actually I was wondering why they charge 13 k actually sexually transmitted disease we have to worry about is Hepatitis B (50 Rupees), Hepatitis C (100 Rupees), HIV (200 Rupees) and syphilis (50 Rupees) it usually cost you around Max 300-400 rupees including lab charges and these are main concern because these will have the major consequences of affecting life. Other test include herpes, chlamydia, Gonorrhea these test done to avoid spread of infection it's also usually around (700-800 rupees). It's good to check around 6 months once if your sexually active person.

Though I'm not a urologist but can share my experience with you, how it helps. Kegel are good exercise and should be done on daily basis if one has PE problem it really helps in controlling ejaculation but results are visible after a month or two. I was facing PE problem too and was very embarrassed to get physical with any woman. For controlling ejaculation one needs to physically (by kegel) and psychologically train our mind. Either of two won't help much but both of them will do the job. I restricted my self from watching erotic content completely and focused just on real thing. A bit of.
Controlled breathing during intercourse is necessary. Follow with 4 shallow and then 1 deep thrust. Practice at least 40 sets of these. Remember whenever you feel to ejaculate stop there itself and start again. In few months your body and mind will accustom to it. Then try achieving higher goal of 8 shallow 1 deep. This will increase the stamina.
The process will take time (about year) but will work wonders. Also keep doing kegel exercise regularly.

Thanks for starting this important thread. Not only hepatitis or HIV, there is one more std which we all should be careful about. Herpes. It is a non curable std and once you have it, it becomes your companion for rest of the life. Condoms cannot protest against herpes. It can be transmitted even when an infected person is not having an outbreak. There is no vaccine for herpes. Worst thing most people having herpes is not aware that they have it. The symptoms of herpes are so generic that most people think it something else. While doing std test one should always test for hsv 1 and 2 igm and igg as well to know his herpes status.

Above mentioned std tests would cost you approx 1 k. Chlamydia test is bit expensive (700) and very few pathology lab do it. You can get it tested at any branch of lal path lab. Search JD or google maps for its branches near you. If you want to get tested for herpes oral and genital then it would cost you 500 to 700.
Add above mentioned price if you want to get tested for all of them at once. It would cost you 2.5 k approx. And can go up to 3 k including inflation because these were the price when I got tested a year and a half ago.

From my own friends in my college I know some who used to get high academics and use to watch P but sparingly. However, the highest achievers that I've noticed all look introverted by nature and were quite serious. I will suggest going to a doctor and explaining all the symptoms correctly. You may consult a doctor online as well (although its not a replacement for a real life doctor) using app like practo, you can get tests prescribed by doctor online and also get prescription for any medicines required. For tests you may also get online test from 1 MG, dr lal path labs, etc, where they visit your address to take blood and report is delivered online usually same day or next day depending on tests. Usually the cost of tests at these places is much less compared to big hospitals like Apollo etc. Usually a doctor will ask you to test for the following at 4 weeks after exposure:
Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).
Hepatitis b Antigen (HBsAg).
VDRL (RPS), Serum.
HIV 1 & 2 antibodies screening and P24 combo Test.
Complete Blood Count.
Urine Examination, Routine, RE.
Urine Culture.
Please note that this is not a replacement for professional advice. You may get these tests done for your own peace of mind and report the same to a doctor for confirmation. Also note that there is a window period for all tests. You may test 3 to 4 weeks after exposure (in general). Testing before 2 - 3 weeks may give false negative results. I see that there are a lot of new ones so I wanted to share a scary experience that I had to go through due to my inexperience as a monger.
So long time ago when I had no clue of ISG or any online escort service, I used to get contacts from local friends.
Long story short, I ended up with the cheapest village girl.
Now the looks were good, didn't find any issue with her hygiene as well and being inexperienced with mongering, I had no idea about STDs except AIDS which I only thought would spread if a person has sex without protection. So didn't hesitate for DFK, fingering, DATY etc.

HIV antibody test, HIV nucleic acid RNA test NAT and HIV antibody. Antigen test.
