Am a regular member here but had to create a new account as my previous one was lost.
I am planning to get myself screened for HIV. From the previous posts here, I believe Vijaya Diagnostics seems to be a good option. Can someone please tell me what are the names of the HIV tests that I have to tell them?
Is it simply called HIV test? Are there multiple ones?

Insted you can ask them that you want viral screening test for surgical procedure, they'll test you for HIV 1 & 2 antibody. That'll do the job.
Additionally they will test you for HbSAg and HCV, it's always good to get that tested too.

Play safe.The most easy way to ask for a HIV test would be to go for a pre marital medical check up. They have various packages in which you can ask for what you are specifically looking for. They will do the tests according to your need. Another way is to go to any diagnostic centre and tell them that you need to undergo a medical test or blood test for employment purpose. They will immediately do it in one day. Other option is for higher studies abroad.

This is more like psychological problem than physiological. You did not mention your age. Are you into too much of self-help mode? There is something coming into your subconscious mind which is preventing erection. Only a good psychiatrist can help you. But stop getting into 'self-help' mode, do some meditation and yoga.

The chances of she coming with a child for ransom is as you rightly said remote. So just get that thought away from your mind. But yes, to be on safer side, just get tested. Get tested every 3 months if you are regular. There is nothing as hiv treatment but today we can manage hiv quite well.
Hiv was first seen in 1990's. Initial antiviral drugs used to cause a lot of side effects. Today a lot of safer drugs are present. The newer hiv patients are living a normal life due to newer drugs.
So, knowing that you have hiv early is very important so that you can start your antiretroviral treatment.
If sometime you discover your parter was positive and you had unprotected sex, there is POST EXPOSURE prophylaxis . These are drugs that prevent you from having hiv. Consult your doctor and have them.

Look Man the earliest the better. As you mentioned it's your last stage stretching and oils won't help much. In young boys mother's bring with complaints of ballooning of penis during urination. That's the common symptom. Next one s frequent urinary tract infection. You better go and consult a general surgeon or urologist. It's a very simple day care procedure. I undergone circumcision at the age of 6. My cousin at the age of two. And almost all the Muslim guys undergoing below the age of one. So tell your parents that you are getting frequent urine infection and doctor found you have phymosis and you need a minor situation procedure. That's it. Stay cool. And with phymosis it's difficult for sexual activity. So better do soon. Enjoy the life.

That's the advice I have been given and I am aligned with him. So, I am now starting with 2 km a day, and the target is to hit 10 km a day with healthy eating.

I am new to mongering in Delhi. Active from last one month. I wish to seek the help of seniors about the safety precautions they follow while mongering.
I would like to start with mine. The first time I had sex with a WG, while pulling out after ejaculation the condom slipped and got stuck in the kitty. Although condom easily came out from kitty but I got worried about any exposure which I might have. Learned a lesson to always hold the base of condom while pulling out.
Also I check for ejaculation material in the condom after pulling out to confirm that there has been no breakage.
Please note down any other safety precautions which you take during mongering. After all our health is precious.

Don't mean to scare you or anything but it's better to get your tests done. See a doctor immediately. A PEP administered 24 hours after exposure can drastically improve chances of not catching HIV. It's not a morning pill but serious toxin you will have to take for a month. Read up on it. But don't hesitate to go to doctor and tell him the truth.

Waste no time. Meet an Infectious Diseases Doctor immediately.
I had a similar incident 2 years back. It was condom slippage and I did not notice. Was shared shitless.
I was in Bangalore and this forum helped me find a very good doctor. Dr. Gifty Immanuel at CSI Hospital Bangalore.
He had a PhD in Virology and he spent an hour with me explaining how HIV works and how taking PEP medicine within 72 hours of any exposure messes with the replication cycle of the virus and thus controls the virus. It is best advised to take it within 24 hours of exposure. I was 48 hours after exposure and he prescribed Viropil (see attached picture) - once a day after food. For 4 weeks without missing even one day. He asked me keep myself active with exercise and drink lots of fluids. I followed his instructions completely and tested myself after 4 weeks, then again after 3 months and 6 months and I am HIV negative! Usually PEP medicine has some side effects like dizziness, tiredness, headache etc. But there were absolutely no side effects from Viropil for me.
Now, I don't know if the WG was positive or not, but it was not a chance that I could take.
He said all other STDs could be treated one way or other. Except HPV (penile warts or mouth warts) which don't have treatment in Allopathy and keeps recurring. However, Homeo has effective medicines for this condition too.
So, don't delay. Meet an infectious diseases specialist and get started on a PEP course immediately.

We all write FR with our encounter everyday but we rarely write about the issues we face due to mongering especially sexual health. So today I am writing about it.
As we all know that offices closed last year due to covid and we all have to work from home. It has put a tremendous mental pressure on most of us as we are single and need emotional as well as physical support. Due to closure of office most of our friends have also moved too their hometown and our outing has restricted to only mongering. So ii search in the internet and found some support groups for t. If you go to any Urologist or dermatologist then they will recommend circumcision for it. But we know that there is some cultural issues due to it and if my family will found out then wiith will definitely cut my head before my penis. Also I have lot of fear of operation. So I searched lot in the internet and in Reditt, I found out a support group which has some alternative therapy for it.
First try to heal your swelling by applying steroid cream and the apply coconut oil couple of times a day and massage it and also stretch it little bit a time in lukewarm water. It will take some time and over as month you can see some result. So was also to pull my foreskin back in January and then also I was back in Gurgaon and started to visit WG. Then in the end of Jan. I visit one of the thai for full night and applied lot of baby oil in my penis and then condom and next day I forget to clean or take bath due to cold. Then after couple of days I noticed some infection in my penis and lot of swelling with pain urination. I clearly remember that I have used condom so it was not any STI then I consulted a urologist he told me that it is Balanitis and given some anti-biotic pills abnd cream. I have taken it for some days but there was no benefit and the infection got worse. Then I consulted another Urologist and he also given some other antibiotic pills. He told to stop using cream. He recommended circumcision. But I used it for some days and there was no benefit. Then I consulted a renown dermatologist and he also recommended circumcision. According to him its was fungal infection. He has given some anti-fungal cream and anti-fungal pills. According to him the reason of my fungal infection was my high blood sugar. And it will keep coming back until I reduced it. He told me that he can do circumcision next day without any test and that also laser and it will not cause any pain but I have read someone experience some days back and how much pain he has got during laser circumcision.
I told him that I am taking pills of it and it has reduced and if I can avoid circumcision for some days. Now I was feed of these doctors. I searched internet again and I found out that if you apply black seed oil in your penis then it will kill all fungal infection. I immediately ordered via amazon and started applying it along with the doctor medication. After few days I am started to see the result and now my swelling and infection is come. Yes, I am not able to retract my foreskin now but I can do sex. I have visited couple of WG last week and able to do sex with them.
I will start my foreskin stretching after some days. Anyone who is facing such issues should message me. I can guide him. All the best.

I got these before turning 18 and before any sexual activity. Also Hep see doesn't have a vaccine. Gardasil is given to girls for HPV and again recommended before their first sexual encounter.

I have been in a similar situation before and I am associated with the Healthcare industry so I could may be give you some inputs:
1. For future, always remember to wash your penis glands with a soap and thoroughly soon after your realize the condoms have broken. That itself would be a great step to begin with.

Please immediately meet a good infectious disease specialist and explain to him the encounter you had and ask him to start you on a PEP. The PeP medication should be done within a time frame from exposure and I think it's 72 hours. Don't waste time mate and you never know what disease these girls may have. I don't get into an argument with others in this forum. Since this relating health and some other persons life I forcing my self to respond. The issue is, you are bringing in science in some part of your argument and others parts of your arguments are non scientific. To explain.
1. She is 22 and not a pro so she won't have HIV: HIV has no age mate and it is not driven by profession. In fact, with a Pro you may be careful and wear a rubber. These are done based on studies on already HIV positive patients and they would use a questionnaire which will give the doctor insights to evaluate the risks.
If the window is open please speak to a doctor and start PEP. Scientifically, that's the only chance you have. If that window is passed and if this your first encounter with out rubber, please meet that girl and get her HIV status checked. That will give you atleast peace of mind.
