Yesterday I posted for the help in the forum and many have responded. I hope other senior members will also extend their help.
I was just scrolling down the pages of this forum and found a lot of confusion regarding STI and infection. I would like to put my two cents across, as I consider myself to be one of the best person to advice on this ongoing issue due to my profession.
Friends, vaginal infection or any other type of STI is very common now a days and easily curable if you take medication in time, but prevention is always better than cure. I think the WG is suffering with "Candidal vulvovaginitis" which is a yeast infection and is easily curable if medication is taken in time. If delayed, the yeast infection can go up to Cervix or Uterus. In that case electrocution (killing yeast / bacteria by electric charge) or extraction of Uterus has to be carried out.
Now advice for my dear monger friends:
1) Before starting the deed, just see and smell the vagina. If there is odor or you find white discharge or skin rashes near genitals, be alert. In that case either use hand job or blowjob (since you have already paid or committed to pay).
2) Always use condom during sex even for blowjob. You should never trust WG even if you are regular to her.
3) Condom give around 90% protection from STI / STD, so watch for your genital for around one week. If you get rashes or small bumps near your genitals, be sure you have been infected.
4) In most of the cases infection is due to Human papillomavirus (HPV) and is easily curable. Please contact me through PM or any of the dermatologist as early as possible.
5) For ongoing corona virus problem, be sure that the WG is vaccinated. Ask her to take bath before the deed if possible else sanitize her.
6) Always use sanitizer and don't forget to take soapy bath after the deed as early as possible.

PM me.It is called a std panel test and is available at many labs. It is listed in dr path labs at 2800 rs. You can get it and it checks for 7 or 8 ones I think. But remember these tests all have a window period so tests may give accurate results only after that. For ex HIV takes anywhere between 2-3 weeks minimum (ideal is one month or more) or more to be detected after acquiring. If you do before that you can still be infected but get a false negative.

IgM is for newer infections and IgG for older ones. With time IgG antibodies would go up as the body would have gotten used to internally fighting the virus. Keep in mind that even in the US, 50% of the population is thought to have HSV1 (oral kind) and most don't even know that they have it or see any symptoms in their lives.
Don't try to self diagnose this from the internet. It'll only wreck your mind.
Talk to a doctor that specializes in STDs and discuss your results and any symptoms.

I had similar symptoms and the issue was a fungal infection called candida or thrush. Candida is always present on uncircumcised penises, but during some favorable environment conditions, it multiplies. It makes the foreskin rigid and it cracks when expanded.
I just had to apply a fungal cream for 2 weeks and it was already better. I was also prescribed a steroid cream to reduce the inflammation and make the foreskin soft and stretchy.

(1). Keep emotions low. And try to enjoy the moment. We usually tend to think of only the climax. So involve in fore play etc.

I will list out my process which I have created over the past year.
1. Carry a small sized Listerine bottle and rinse mouth along with the therapist (Thais are usually much more hygienic and carry their own mouthwash which they use to rinse mouth before and after the deed, I learnt it from them).
2. Take a shower with the therapist prior to the deed or at least wipe them with a wet towel. Many non-Thai therapists are lazy and do not clean themselves after the deed, so if she had a client before you she might be dirty.

The chances of catching HIV are very low for unprotected PIV sex. You should be fine, just stay clean and wrap it up better next time if you don't want the scare. Be aware of any symptoms if they occur. For peace of mind, you can get an STD test after a month or two.

Don't be panic. Don't research much on internet else looking at the disturbing images you will go in depression.
Just visit a Urologist or Dermatologist and take their advice. Some of my friends also got infected after BBJ.

PEP only works if you start medication within 72 hours and have it for 28 days without missing any single day. Few pointers:

Avoid anxiety. If no improvement meet an andrologist. You can search online for one. He will usually do some tests to see if this is a physical issue.

Keep calm as the chances of catching HIV is very less with just one exposure. Just go see any doc and show him the reports after the test. Hope this helps, you'll be fine.

PM is open, desperate for help.First thing first is to calm down. Get a STD panel test done from any reputable lab, and repeat it after two weeks as at times gestation takes time. Look for STD panel test of Dr. Lalpath as they are economical, and fairly accurate.
Although chances of catching HIV from WG's is miniscule, but still it's better to get a Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) after visiting any sexologist, for peace of mind. Get PrEP within 72 hours of exposure, as the delay will make it ineffective. Do remember that there shall be initial side effects from PrEP, which generally go away within few days.
Remember, Time is of essence here so don't waste time & visit a Dr.

Most physical pharmacies don't stock plus sized condoms from international brands as their demand is low.
If STD is not a concern, I prefer contraceptive gels, creams or suppositories, combined with a diaphragm, or female condoms.

A lot of information on the subreddit about condom sizes & other problems we face. For myself I ended up getting skyn elite large at 53 mm, I'm 14.6 cm in girth & 17 cm in length. They made a huge difference mainly for the girth were I was like OJ struggling to get the damn condoms on as I was simply too big.
