It's probably some bacterial or fungal infection. Take doxycycline twice a day for 7 days and metronidazole once a day 7 days. Don't take a single sip of alcohol with metronidazole. It will lead to a very bad reaction.
Or just consult any random doctor (urologist) online through 1 MG. They offer membership with one free consult at 350 only.
Again I'm not a doctor and the medicines I've written is just from my very limited knowledge.

Contact urology department the duty doctor will exaine and issuse you your prescription.
If need be he will ask you for urine culture which depends of volume at lab.
Its only half and hour to one hour process.

Tadalafil + dapoxetine combination works brilliantly if you have an issue with early cum.

Most likely you have got an UTI for which you will have to do urine routine test and a urine culture. Urine routine test report you will get within a day. Urine culture will take 3 days of time. Dr Lal PathLabs STD panel test doesn't contain all kinds of STD test like gonorrhoea, chlamydia. STD panel test reports will come within same day. Better to visit an urologist and get yourself physically examined.

HB.Unfortunately, "so far, feeling fine" can only take you so far. There are STDs which do not show symptoms immediately, worst of all being HIV. You could get a full spectrum of tests done for STDs. For HIV, if your doctor recommends, you could start PEP treatment within first 72 hours.

Check for any abnormalities ie fever redness itching warts (cauliflower like growth) or discharge from p.
It takes 3-4 days for fully blown symptoms to appear.
If anything out of ordinary is observed then get it checked and treated by urologist.
A pep course can be started for complete peace of mind but it should happen within 72 hrs post that don't do pep.

1. Kegel exercise to make penis and pelvic muscles strong. Google it. You can even do it while working etc, avoid doing it while peeing as many sites suggest. Don't overdo it. Start slowly.
2. Avoid masturbation completely or practice edging. Google what is edging. Again, don't overdo it. This may not work too if PE is all due to too much excitement. Basically regular masturbation makes your brain and penis get habitual to ejaculating faster, so either you change the muscle memory or make your brain forget it. This is really hard to do.

Try using some water based lube like KY Jelly; should improve the odds. But I have heard the modern version has less side effects. PEP should be started within 72 hours of contact but earlier the better. Always consult a good doctor before taking PEP. Usually they will ask you to do liver and kidney function tests as it is a powerful drug. For the time being, if it helps you can get the bird to do a STD test if you can convince her. Ofcourse there is the fact these tests will not reveal any STDs she has acquired very recently. But then that is too much excessive thinking. Just try to relax and go see a good doctor and then you can decide based on the risk perception.

Sorry to know that. Don't worry or panic it's shows that you had a exposure in the past and your body had developed antibodies for that. When was your last exposure? This test result is known for high false positive results I. E shows positive even negative due to some other factors so consult a venerologist to rule out active disease and to confirm further with some other tests and to have expert answers for all your questions. Go to a venereologist and discuss symptoms. You are either having antibodies for hsv1 or it's a false positive. With anti viral drugs hsv can be controlled, though virus will remain forever and outbreaks can happen time to time.

I noticed atleast some of you use over the counter use of sildenafil and our group mostly have people in their 40's or even 50's. Lots of infections spread with skin to skin contact so you'll have to be cautious because in most of the massage parlours they switch off lights and you won't be able to see any genital lesions. Best thing to do is keep the lights on so you can see if their genital area is clean or not.

Anyways, now I'm a bit scared that I might have potentially caught an STI. I know chances are less, but anyways I'm Planning on taking tests in lab to give me mental peace.
Please help me out in what, where, how, when I can test myself for potential STIs. And Also, when is the optimal period after exposure to take tests.

This happens mainly because of the excited state of mind and the reverse psychology of fear of cumming early. For PE and erection issues I have found cordycep capsules very effective. I am 51 yrs but still can go long. Sometime don't get any ejaculation after first round. If I feel I am about to come I will pull out and change position that helps a lot. I have almost got in to 4-6 hrs with such intermittent breaks. I am gym goer for 20 yrs but not more than 3 times a week. Hope it helps. Two brands I have found very effective are available on amazon. Second one I had recently bought on amazon but seems no more available.

I visited a sexologist who counselled me on my test results. He also said the same thing that 70% Indian men will have IgG positive result and advised me to drink water for the burning sensation.
The tingling and burning sensation that I had automatically went away after 2 weeks. I had also visited a urologist who found nothing wrong and suggested painkillers which I did not take.
However after a gap of 10 days, I once again started feeling burning sensation in penis. It has been more than 2 weeks now and there are no signs of improvement. Its almost 80 days post my sexual incident. I am planning to take a complete STD test from DrSafehands which also tests for gonorrhea. This is just my curiosity or someone else has also experienced this.
So this other day I had a date and at the same time had my sciatica flare up. To combat that, I took 1/2 tab of a muscle relaxant named Intagesic MR. After about 45 minutes of taking the muscle relaxant, I popped one Avanair 100 tab about 1 hour before action. What followed was just amazing. My time was 2 x and Full Rock hard erection, more firm than usual. By 2 x I mean twice the time, I would get with just avanair.
