Walking to the hotel after a beer with queers at Barbaro, I noticed the police amongst a crowd of Germans. In the crowd was a cute curly blonde, her parents, and another white guy. Riding up to the scene was her 20-something Latin Lover.
The Gringa and the Gringo had superb Spanish-speaking skills and narrated their robbery to the police.
The Gringa had her purse and cellphone stolen by 5 assailants. One of the delinquents used a treet branch for his armed weapon.
Walking down the street at the wrong time was a brown Nicaraguan wearing a baseball cap and yielding a stick. The local neighbors sequestered the Nica.
The police interrogated the young man of 19 years. He said that he has a job at the neighborhood bakery. The white German parents inspected his finger nails for signs of employment.
The police and Germans escorted the youth to his residence / place of employment for verification.
The entire scene took 30-minutes. It took the police 30-minutes to arrive on the scene although it was only 3 blocks from the Cathedral.
Being Black USA, I know how it goes. I was detained for an armed-robbery and placed in a sidewalk lineup. This occurred as I returned home, 2 blocks away, from the 7/11. The victim said it was not Meat Loaf, but another Black guy that robbed her at gunpoint. Meat Loaf returned home.
So, I know how it goes and how race enters the picture and racist practices are executed such as the German parents inspecting the Nicaraguanīs nails for signs of employment. As if being employed matters. Itīs immaterial.
In Nicaragua, you are better off protecting your person and property with violence than to rely upon the criminal justice system.
The police didnīt care about the robbery. The police only care about the dollar value of stolen items. And then it doesnīt matter and especially not if you are forienger. Those from overseas can afford to repurchase the losted or damaged items is the mentality.
entering the city of esteli one is impressed at the modern, paved highway with commercial enterprises lining both sides. i did notice the pussy cat club, but didnīt visit.
this town is a nice refreshing break from managua and gringo-granada.
to win in this town one must be a resident. reason being, their remote location elevates the existence and structure of family. to develop friends, get a female, or accomplish anything requires you completing the family application. you must get approved by the grandparents, parents, siblings, and the girl herself. you must live here to win here. and you must speak spanish.
tons of cigar stores are located throughout esteli. what was most amazing to i, meat loaf, was that the nicaraguan males actually have jobs / employment. unlike managua where they steal and kill; or unlike granada where they wait for gringo-gifts; the esteli males actually hold / maintain employment in agriculture and / or industrial activities.
i had my first beer at 0900 hours in a restaurant. the waitress attempted to not sale meat loaf a beverage, but my spanish put her in her place. a few minutes later a self-employeed nica entered with his employee. we shared conversation and he informed me that the putarias are closed until mid-afternoon. and then itīs nothing to write home or on isg about.
tons of handmade cowboy boot and saddle stores exist in the city. this is great as i prepare to become a new-and-improved black usa cowboy. the hippico in esteli is a major event since these people are rural.
at the hotel i attempted to engage this chela employee, but she was too presumida for her own damn good.
i went back outside after taking a nap. i befreinded some chavas working at a restaurant. one, the ownerīs neice really grew a liking to meat loaf and gave me a freindship bracelet. she will be visiting the meat loaf mansion after my tour of nicaragua is complete. he co-worker, a big tittie chela wanted meat loaf, but i must follow the money which lies with the niece.
they wanted to go party- meat loaf pay for the expenses- at the las vegas karaoke bar, but i declined. drinking several glasses of red wine made me tired.
all-in-all, esteli is an okay town, but not an easy victory for old-gringos that donīt speak spanish and do not live there and do not pass the family application. they are not impressed by gringos.
i did meet two 40-year old gringos who confirmed their lack of success in esteli and they were anticipating much more fertile grounds in costa rica. i did meet two 50-yera old gringas who perform the gringo hook.
the gringo hook when nicaragua is concerned is helping the poor. gringos collect money from g8 and come to nicaragua using donations as their justification. they actually contaminate the nicaraguan by not teaching them how to fish, but giving them fish. granada is 100% gringo hook. leon is almost as bad with the gringo hook.
in my opinion, gringos should / need to live in the over-populated gringo headquarters of granada where there is a peer-group. leon as well. if gringos attempt to venture outside of these two towns other than 100% occupational activities they will not survive the society and culture and language.
to win in esteli requires residency and investing in your social structure and class, otherwise you will get nowhere.
What you will find is every house has an outhouse for bodily functions.
What you will witness is every home appears to be 1,000 sq. feet.
What you will witness is abject poverty. The poverty that makes one question the oppressive tactics of the USA in their involvement with the Sandanist War. Likewise, the other G8 countries for their role in the war too.
What you will find is 3 generations of family.
You will witness males working in agriculture and construction.
You will witness females performing domestic household chores.
Every house appears to have a wooden stove for cooking and an adobe hut for baking bread.
Every house has Claro TV satellite or rabbit ears.
All-in-all, you donīt want to date or reproduce with a girl from the countryside īcause when you and she break-up, she will return to the countryside where nothing exist. No schools, no jobs, no exposure.
Itīs not pretty to witness how they live in the countryside.
Nicaragua is an agrarian society. 80% of the population lives in the countryside.
I understand the populace a lot better now after seeing the countryside.
while writing the previous post about esteli, i asked the patrons at the cyber cafe what is happening in the city. they replied absolutely nothing.
traveling around the town, i saw mostly nothing.
this is an agricultural part of the country where they trade / grow coffee and everyone is involved in agriculture.
the girls look dirty and dusty. i did not see one stunner.
the city sits in the valley surrounded by mountains and pine trees.
from the mountains the city looks very pretty with the big catholic church serving the cityīs only skyscraper.
100% spanish is required. and no gringos in sight.
this area is too much work to develop for hoes.
What makes this town memorable is their pretty Catholic Church.
The city is nothing but dirt and reminds me of the Mexican border or the Texas-side of the border in the colonias. Colonias are where illegal Mexicans reside, without electricity and plumbing, and work the fields and farms of the Texas-boder.
Again, I did not see any stunners in this town.
This town is suppose to have all of the white hoes, but I see / saw a mix like the rainbow.
The town sits in a valley and it appears that Jinotega and Matagalpa are competing on who has the largest, cleanest, best Catholic Church.
The town has houses built up the mountain-side and reminds me of the favelas in Brazil where houses are stacked one-upon-another.
They informed me that Matagalpa is boring except for the weekends. I was bored at night and found a restaurant to have a beverage. In the restaurant were two ugly and fat Gringas spending time with a drunk Nica of 50 years. They were nice and we shared conversation. It was hard to find anything to do the entire day in Matagalpa.
This town has potential and I like the opportunities of hunting for p*ssy there, but would never reside in this boring town.
Everyone asked if I was from Puerto Cabeza and shared conversation about Bilwi.
I found 5 putarias in Matagalpa all located within a few blocks of each other. I rolled up onto some vagabundos wanting to get drunk and bought them some caballito for US $1.10. They told me that one of the putarias got robbed the night before for C$ 3,000 which is a lot of money.
I visited one putaria yesterday within the city and they had 5 sl*ts working of 5 - 6 quality. The skinny one looked pretty good due to her youth. The others had the typical Nicaraguan Kangaroo Pouch from too much gallopinto. They were charging C$ 150 per hour for the wet muscle.
A few Matagalpinos were looking at Meat Loaf hard, but a quick a*s whooping will calm them down. Generous Gent, a can of whoop a*s always works.
I will open-up Matagalpa. The hoes look good and it is a pretty scenery, but boring. Hence, one must develop their social circle so they can have some companionship.
This notion / myth that Gringos are / will leave Granada and San Juan del Sur for Matagalpa is false. It is too far from the Managua airport- 4 hours, and no other Gringos are there to converse with. If you include the travel time within the USA and TSA security measures of 2 - 3 hours plus travel time to the airport this will be a 8-hour trip just to reach your destination. Too long for Gringos pulling caballo and wanting vacation homes. Gringos really donīt retire in Nicaragua anyway. Gringos simply want to spend some money in Nicaragua and buy second and third properties with the illusion of it being an investment. If you add-up all of their days in-country it probably would be less than 30-days per year that they are here. Being generous Iīll give them 180 days per year in-country.
All in all, Matagalpa has possibilities if you live in-country.
These two cities are located in valleys. You travel from one valley over the mountains to enter the other valley. It is a very pretty view. It takes about 1-hour or so to make this trip.
The church serves as the cities main attraction.
This is just a town, but a memorable one because all of the women in this area can be seen washing the familyīs clothes by hand in the rivers that run through the county.
The scenery reminds me of the rolling hills in San Angelo, Texas.
With 80% of the population living in rural communities, it is no wonder that they have no education and are elementary-school drop outs.
Traveling through the country one will be amazed at how far and under what conditions these people live / SURVIVE. Itīs no question why they drop-out of elementary school to aide the family farm / share cropping / subsistence farming. Besides that, they have no transportation beyond the buses that travel every 30-minnutes to 3-hours. The schools that do exist are about 2,000 aq. feet in size for all grade levels and far away
Itīs pathetic.
Whatīs worse is that they are poor and bored and sit around all day talking with 3-generations of family members. By the time the girl reaches 15 years of age they have their quincera which is when a girl becomes a woman. At this age the family begins telling the girl that sheīs a woman īcause of her period / menstral cycle. The guys start trying to f*ck the girl, if they already were not.
With these campesinos working with animals / livestock they begin to immitate the reproductive practices of the animals. Empregnate and leave. Even worse, these campesinos, both male and female, live far from the city and are too irresponsible to travel to the city to purchase birth control. Even more than that, children serve as entertainment. And the illusion that the children will support the older generations within the households. Additionally, the Catholic Church promotes no reproduction and the government too. The government banned abortion which keeps them further oppressed. And still we have the Spanish mentality of conquest.
With all of these social pressures and systems there is no reason why 50% of the girls have children before age 19. And when we Gringos arrive, they are already ruined / contaminated. All a Gringo can / will do is pull caballo for her campesino family. And worse for you old Gringos At least I am young and they think / get confused into thinking that I am Nicaraguan too.
They will be poor and f*cked up for at least 2 - 3 generations to come. I know one thing, I am not going to pull caballo for their life decisions and have my caballo status enforced by USA legislation.
P.S. Learning English is not the saviour for these people. Learn Spanish; learn to be creative; learn to be independant; learn to shape and create your personal destiny and not be pressured into pulling caballo for the 2-generations earlier is how they can improve their situation.
throughout the countryside you will witness european union flags on various projects as they attempt bribe the population. you donīt see as many usaid or usa flags on projects.
you donīt see that many venezuela flags, iranian flags, or cuban flags on projects, but they somehow are suppose to have the big infrastructure projects like oil refining, electricty plants, military weaponry, etcetera.
all of these countries from around the world using nicaraguans as pawns in an international game of tug-of-war, [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) and pillage, and economic exploitation.
nicaraguans have no chance at every getting to 2-world status due to all of this interference and lack of education.
The biggest problem with this city is that their internet service is horrible. You have read about Meat Loaf internet problems for several years that is with Meat Loaf residing in thee countryīs capital and Granada, but here in Boaco it is worse. Yesterday, I spent two hours attempting to open-up email accounts, crm, and other web-based applications and the pages never loaded. In fact, the horrible service has forced me to delay my next destination.
Solution? Pay US $500 per month for satellite internet and hope that it works.
I like Boaco. It is a pretty town with 0% Gringos. In fact, the population wants to be Mexican. I know, LOL.
The town sits upon rolling hills and is knicknamed the city of two floors. Itīs best to describe the structure as that of San Francisco, California. It is a very pretty scenery of green hills and houses spread throughout.
Entertainment wise there is nothing. The people are okay, but with no internet service how will you SURVIVE?
These people want to be Mexican. They listen to Mexican music, use Mexican vernacular, and listen to more obnoxious Mexican music. Having lived in Cd. Juarez, Monterrey, and D.F., that b*llshit music created and played by Mexicans will tire you. Iīve listened to that b*llshit for over 20 years and truly canīt take too much of it. With this being said, I found myself watching Banda Max all night on the television and remembering my years in the United Mexican States. At present, I maintain a corporate office in Monterrey and earned my Masterīs Degree in Mexico.
For starters, I went to the two putarias located in town at high-noon. They had garbage. One girl was cute and chaparita with a nose ring, but real slow on the conversation. Instead, she liked to associate with the regulars. I asked if she was selling the wet muscle and she said no, but that she could telephone her female friends. I denied īcause who knows how they look and this would be sure sign of financial exploitation. I drank a liter of Tona and overlooked the city.
I feel that Meat Loaf will thrive in Boaco. They aint seen nothing like this P.I.M.P.
The town is not that far from Managua, but of course, they will never go to Managua. Instead, one must rent a second home in this town and meet to campesinos.
I went to the bar next door and pulled-up a chair. The waitress looked good with her dark brown skin and lowrider jeans which perpetually showed 30% of her a*s crack. Her 34C titties were busting out of her shirt too. Her hair was nice and long, but maintained in a pirana. As time went on and she saw Meat Loaf befriend the cantina she began to warm-up to Meat Loaf.
Nicaraguans have no culture. They have no music; they have no food; they have no idea. Hence, they listen to music of yesteryear regardless of language. They love Vicente Fernandez and Antonio Aguilar. Garbage music.
At first, the waitress was playing nothing but Vicente Fernandez. I asked for pesetas for the rocanola. The barachos complained that she didnīt have any other music to play. I got tired of hearing that bullsh*t music and played a few songs.
Here in Boaco, it served as a memory to my time in Mexico. Rolling the streets of Cd. Juarez and the hundreds of narco-bars that it maintains; drinking Carta Blanca on the riverwalk in Monterrey; and socializing in D.F. were the memories I gained.
P.S. I saw two groups of Ladder Day Saints walking the streets attempting to corrupt the populace.
The songs I played to change the atmosphere were those boys from Corpus Christi, Texas,- Kumbia Kings-; Lupillo Rivera; Alicia Villareal; and el Chapo. The cantina of two tables, 8 chavos looked at me as if I were an alien, illegal or not.
I then got some more moneda for more music. By this time, the Tona was making me feel good and I was having warm memories of Mexico. I changed the game and played some hip-hop and merrengue. They started to complain. They stated that Boaco is a ranchera town. Although they didnīt want to hear any more Vicente Fernandez, they are Nicaraguan, and Nicaraguans only do what they know to do.
Of course, everyone thought I was from the Atlantic Coast. I dropped a bomb shell on them and pulled out my government issued identification stating Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Hay Huevo.
Comaraderie was maintained. I pacified the fellasīand played some Cornelia Reyna, Conjunto Primavera A Mi Tierra Chihuahua, and other nortenas. I even played some bullsh*t K-Paz. As each song played they exhailed gritasos. Que Naco ellos son.
Bored, I left, but only after I bought the cantina a bottle of Ron Plata for US $5. I told them this is how we do it in Mexico, but only wished I could have bought them some Buchannas o Chivas Regal. Meat Loaf, the Blaxican.
Next door, I saw some wh*res with gutts that make you, ISG Lurker, look skinny. They looked like some garbage and were all 3 - 4. We shared saludos and I left to eat some comida Nica.
All-in-all, Boaco is boring; has a pretty landscape; has some hoes; and is a want to be Mexico. All over town you hear people and cars playing Mexican music.
Viva Mexico o Chinga Su Madre, Guey.
Their internet service is superb.
Chontales is the beef producing state on the other side of Lake Nicaragua. In fact, you can take your boat from Granada to Chontales. It only take about 3 hours and you will be going against the current. The price of this trip alone in gasoline is US $50. You can purchase a private island in this area. (We think B.I.G. in Nicaragua.)

These people arenīt Mexican Lovers like Boaca.
They have some hoes here, but there is nothing to do besides play cowboy.
The town has about 4 putarias, open at night, and I visited one. The owner had me working construction as she remodeled the bordelo. The employees began arriving and I saw nothing but slop. Good for most of you guys, but bad for Meat Loaf. Iīm talking about big bellies from too many enchilladas and fried queso. These hoes, almost all of them, had chipped finger nail polish on their hands. If an unemployed prostitute canīt paint her nails, what do you think the p*ssy is going to look like / smell like / be infected with. Some of the putas had more tattoos than Tommy Lee from Motley Crew, and they were done with prison ink. All around bad.
Chontales has nothing, but considering I like agriculture it is tolerable.

I have submitted several reports to the USA forums in different states and try to support others with good information in their travels and quests. You'll find my reports outside LA (San Bernardino, etc.), El Paso, Northern Indiana, and Chicago-land. I always helped other people because I could.
I do not begrudge Jackson or this helpful website $20. But I have no way of giving the money right now without making a record of my identity. I would like to keep these activities very private. That's the same reason my forum name actually has no relevance to my life. Except I do regularly look for girls when I'm in Chicago.
If those reasons to offer help are not satisfactory; no worries. There was no harm in my asking.
Yes. There are many, many lengthy posts in these Nicaragua forums. On average, they contain a tidbit of the information I'm seeking and are often contradicted by responses of other users. I was looking for something up-to-date. I admit that I never looked past July of 2008.

After four (4) years of residency, only four (4) locations / regions / cities have not been explored by Meat Loaf. The cities are: Somoto, Ocotal, Puerto Cabeza, and Bluefields.
I can honestly say that no city in Nicaragua is truly endearing and worthy of international travel. If it wasn't for my residency in Managua and knowing the streets, I couldn't even recommend Managua as a destination.
It's sad when you return to the "Gringo Friendly Confines" and others ask if anything exist throughout the entire country and I must respond, "no."
I truly didn't find anything to justify continued residency or to recommend for others to explore. Why am I, Meat Loaf, still here in Nicaragua? I have legal commitments that don't expire until 2011. Other than this, I would bounce from this country and find something better. I've spent a total of four (4) months outside of Nicaragua in four (4) years.
P*ssy exists all over the world so to stay here for some "cheap" p*ssy is foolish. The definition of "cheap" is poor quality at a low price whereas "inexpensive" is quality at a low price. Everything in Nicaragua is "cheap:" Nicaragua is "cheap."
May the next Gringo produce better success, but I doubt they will last beyond the typical Gringo lifespan of 1 - 3 years and that is with many outside vacations for sanity and caballo.

A few months ago I went to San Juan del Sur. Not being a fan of the ocean or beach, SJDS is not a priority on my destination list.
It is a beautiful bahia with an imitation statue of Jesus Cristo in an attempt to replicate Rio De Janiero.
In the sea are small sailboats holding anchor.
All of the bars and restaurants are located on the beach with a few more located within the city of a few blocks.
The drive from Granada to SJDS is about 1.5 - 2.5 hours, thinking the latter.
Lots of white girls are present: Lots of white guys are present. And a few Nicaraguans are sprinkled throughout.
ADVISORY: White girls in Nicaragua are not f*cking. Why? 'Cause they are only here for 1 - 3 days. More so, they come to Nicaragua with their significant other from their G8 country of residence. They come as couples. In contrast, Cabo San Lucas and Cancun get the single, drunk-and-sloppy white girls that suck d*ck for a jello shot.
I, Meat Loaf, am not a big fan of SJDS due to it being a tourist destination and lots of spoken English as a result. But I must admit that it is pretty and nice reprieve or locale to take and present to tourists.
When Gringos go overseas they tend to carry this "higher than the populace" persona and mentality. It's even more offensive when these Gringos cannot speak the native-tongue and therefore resemble the modern-era of Conquistadors.

Gringo received 150 stitches along his left forearm and arm, a punctured lung, lacerations to the face, and other stab wounds to the shoulder area.
The three assailants fled the scene: The Gringo has changed his modus operandi.
ADVISORY: Don't be frontin' and acting like a bad a*s and maybe you'll be able to enjoy your retirement "worry and risk free." Then again, Gringos are carne molida.
If you've been suckered by touristic hype into thinking Granada is a place to see and to be while you are transiting Nicaragua, at least you will be able to have sex while you are there. Locations are: Calle Calzado around area where tables are set-up outside for eating and drinking; in and around main square park; and block between the cinema and the main square. At night. For the un-discriminating. Finding a thin one, without children, and with all her teeth is a challenge.

Last time I visit restaurant Piratas. Never have I had a plate there that was worth half the money they charge. Took a nice Nica Indian gal to eat there tonight. She looks good, no beau, no kids. Her plate was one of the worst I have ever seen: Labeled Fajitas and Jalepenos on the menu. Being a fan of mex cooking, I said yeah, that should be terrific. What comes is a plate of 2nd rate Beef Stroganoff, more like dog food. She couldn't even eat a third of the plate, refused to take my Chicken Ceaser Salad from the get go, being polite. Her half plate of dogfood ran 230 Cordobas. Ready to flush a few dried-up condensed sponges down their toilets.

I'll talk about El Rama first, but this applies only if you taking the bus, rather than flying. I stopped there in July of this year and I stopped at what I thought was a regular bar with a couple of waitress. Neither of them seem interested, except in serving tables. I believe the bar was a couple of streets west of the street that you walk down to go to the dock. I just drank, because I had nothing else to do in El Rama. If you're flying then you only have Bluefields. Bluefields seems like a nice mixture of cultures with a long history dating to the pirates days, but underneath the surface is an incredibly f-ked up place. I have a girlfriend in Bluefields, so she tells me the low-down. Service is definitely available, I haven't because of my girlfriend. I have been to Lala bar, which goes by a different name, but everyone knows where it is. There will be girls there, one of them was eyeing me when I was there. There may be a few on the street near this one place named Texas Casino, which isn't too far from the dock.
Other opportunities, is that many cruiselines hire people from Bluefields because they speak English (Creole) , so there are many lonely housewives during cruising season (September-May). Many of them hang out at Four Brothers (not near downtown, but everyone knows where it is) , but be careful-this place is known for fights. Its a reggae club, where women will approach you and ask you to buy them a beer, however pickup is available.
And at last resort, always just ask a taxi.

IMO Granada is worth a visit for 1 to 2 days. Visited he Masaya area via Tierra tours. Excellent tour with a very good English speaking tour guide. The volcano and lake are beautiful. The shopping was mildly disappointing except for the stop at a pottery school. Great pieces made in the traditional manner. Overall IMO shopping at Mercado Roberto Huembes in Managua is better.
The weather is hot and humid unlike Managua that is just warm. Town square area is nice. Food is cheap. Its nice to wander around to the local markets and sample the food offerings. Highly suggest a room with air conditioning.
Never attempted to monger. Failed to notice any street walkers in the square maybe due to policia. While wandering around a chica with big tits was available. Failed to inquire.
Its probably best to chill in Granada and monger in Managua.

I did take your advice. Actually, I am staying at the Hotel Spa Granada. Well, I fell for it. Sort of. Got ripped off that is for sure.

Well, there are a couple of not that exciting casas in Esteli where you will find fat chicks asking 200 or so. One is
Bar Rosy in el rosario and another is bar marena which is from INISER three blocks east and a half block north. I wouldn't really recommend either. Someone who might be worth talking to is the guard in the central park. His name is Pedro and he has hooked me up a couple of times. There is also a taxista named Tono that could be of some help. His number is 86997012, he's a bit crazy but definitely has connections with pros and nonpros alike. In either situation expect a finders' fee to be charged. If you're looking for a hotel to take a street girl also I recommend el Economico which is on the carretera but fairly far north past la pelota. Generally the most dangerous part of town is the carretera between the Esso and The Shell Esquipuljas in particular the stretch right in front of the dance club Axis.
Your best option is probably the strip club south of town. The girls are always super hot and there are rooms on site. However, the better of the strip clubs closed down recently (the pussycat) leaving only the higher pressure, more expensive la pasadita. It opens around 6pm or so and I believe a half hour is 350 or 400 and for a ridiculous house fee you can take a girl home with you. All the cab drivers will know it and don't let them charge you more than 100 max for the ride, also be sure to get their number for the ride back as it's a ways out of town.

A quick report for Corinto. It's a working port town that is sometimes visited by big cruise ships that drop people off for a few short hours during the day. Word on the ship was that Nicaragua was scary, dangerous and should be avoided. Uh huh. When I was there I saw a good number of lone males who looked as if they'd taken opportunity to get away privately and try and find some action.

Not much of a sex report, but I do have some insights for Corn Island.
This is my 4th visit there, and I think this island has the best value of any other Island that I have visited. I always stay at Picnic Center. $45 a night on the best beach on this or any other Island I have seen. Kind of reminds me of Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda, but without the mountain. No seeweed rocks or jellyfish, and the water is clear, and very calm.
For an Island the food is not expensive, and I got a nice lobster dinner for 200 cords. This was at Comedor why Hospedaje Maris.
Taxis are cheap here also. The cost from MGA by small plane is around $165 RT.
One major drawback is after 10 PM there are no cabs running. My Novia had a medical problem, and we had to call the police for transport to the hospital. As it was raining the truck got stuck in the sandy beach. After much time we got one of the hotel workers to call her boss, and then we walked about a quarter mile to the road, and he took us to the hospital. I can only imagine what would happen if a bloke got a heart attack here at night.
As far as the P4P here on my first trip there was a few workers in the bars. The girls are dark, and not expensive, and a BBBJ is a given.
I will not return as the medical situation here is not to my likeing.

But we did check out a few places. We did not go to the Malecon at night, but here are some photos of the clubs.
They get hot only on the weekends.

For more down-at-the-heel discos, you need to go to the Complejo Turistico Cocibolca, near the waterfront. Here there is a strip of bars and nightclubs, the best of which are Pantera (no phone) and Cesars (tel. 505/552-7241). Be warned however, this part of town at night is for the young, adventurous, and even foolish. If you do fancy seeing this part of town, make sure you get a taxi back as the walk into the city is through a notoriously crime-ridden spot.
We also checked out places that were mentioned in previous posts. A few are:
Coco Berry Salon and turn south. At the end of the block, walk into the gangway. Walk for a few minutes / steps and there you are. Could not find anything near Coco's
Streetwalkers of Granada congregate and the bar is called,"Ranchitos." It's located 1-block south of Parque Central. We check at night a few times and asked a waiter, he said no Chicas.
In Granada the least expensive I have gotten is 300 cordobas from a girl at central park but most want $20-$30. But we did check out a few places. We did not go to the Malecon at night, but here are some photos of the clubs.
They get hot only on the weekends.

For more down-at-the-heel discos, you need to go to the Complejo Turistico Cocibolca, near the waterfront. Here there is a strip of bars and nightclubs, the best of which are Pantera (no phone) and Cesars (tel. 505/552-7241). Be warned however, this part of town at night is for the young, adventurous, and even foolish. If you do fancy seeing this part of town, make sure you get a taxi back as the walk into the city is through a notoriously crime-ridden spot.
We also checked out places that were mentioned in previous posts. A few are:
Coco Berry Salon and turn south. At the end of the block, walk into the gangway. Walk for a few minutes / steps and there you are. Could not find anything near Coco's

Does anyone have any info on a place called Dinas night club in Masaya. Its located right in front of El Volcan Santiago AKA Volcan Masaya in Carretera Masaya. I went there about a year ago and was wondering if its still open. I plan on visiting in late August. Any info would be great.

Cesar disco is a little better and safer, stays open until about 7 am. I have never stayed there so I can not know with certainty, from the looks it probrably is not chica friendly but a few cordobas might change that with the night guard or staff. The regular working girls hang out in front of the alhambra all night, I will ask them tonight about the hotel policy, they know it better than anyone and if it is possible to circumvent it.

On a Tuesday kind of hard to find anything open that late plus they have this new law in granada about beer and alcohol sale after midnight, so even the ESSO (gasstation) won't sell. About the only place I know will be open at that night is Cesar disco bar in the Inturismo area but I definitely do not recommend walking there, take a cab at the best. Cesar disco bar is also the hangout place for a lot of the Calzada working girls once they are done for the night and many can be picked up there. That is what I like about cesar disco many gringos go there for the late evening partying and no hassel. I do not know about Valeria but its pretty much a given you will find the four amigas (angela, carmen, maria and mariana) in front of alhambra up to about 4 o 5 am. I recommend Angela or Mariana, Maria is the least attractive but easy going and Carmen is ok but seems mechanic.

A great Island if you like things laid back. Stay away from hotel food. It is OK. But it is a little cheaper to eat at the native resturants. I got a good lobster dinner for 200 cordobas. I don't remember the name of the place, but ask any cab driver to take you for good lobster.
Areana's beach is the best by far. Clear calm water with no rocks, seaweed, or jellyfish.
Best to bring your own girl as the pickings are slim.
From MGA on the local prop planes it is about $162 RT.

Masaya street money changers appear to me to give the best rate. I got 23. 8 for a buck yesterday.
There is a good dentist there who speaks pretty good English. I had a problem where I did not know if it was a tooth or a sines infection. He gave me a detailed exam, and then also filled a cavity. No waiting, and the 500 cord charge was very good for me to hear.

The above is a old saying my Father quoted me often. I have found this to be in my life 100% true. Of course if you are walking down the street, and get hit by a meteorite than that would to me be the rare exception.
Anyway I was all set to go to my favorite Island (Corn Island) when for once I decided to call ahead to my hotel to make a reservation. To my surprise they were booked solid. As this hotel is my favorite I decided not to go. A few day into the time I would have went I ended up with a root canal needed. This also was a tooth that was capped. Now corn Island is described as primitive at best. There may have been a half ass dentist there, but I was able to go to my English speaking dentist. For the root canal and the new cap will cost me $300. The procedure started Monday, and will be completed on Sat. No waiting in the waiting room, and my dentist took great pains to educate me on the process. Funny my root was dead so I needed no needle

Is there any hobbying action in SJDS? If so, I would get a hotel in town. If not, then I would probably get a room in the northern beach boonies, closer to the surf.

I just got back and there is action in SJDS.
I could not find the brothel bar next to Disco Crab. Was it the building with a barred patio? It looked like a shop of some sort? Looking at the Crab Disco, to the right. Skip one building and the following one. I didn't stick my head in there since I didn't see any signs. I did see some people sitting out in the front next to what looked like freezers.
Disco Crab didn't show any action.
I did hit the jackpot in front of the Iguana one night. It is the start of the rainy season, so I didn't see too much more action other than on my initial weekend. It could've also been timing. When I got lucky, it was on a Saturday night after 11. A group of 3 in front initially. All around 21. There was another group roaming across the street, then strolled up and down the street.
I checked again the following Saturday, it was raining and between after 9 but before 11, no action then.

Today I traveled from Managua to Leon. Before going to my hotel I went to Cerro Negro. It is a volcano where you can slide from the top of a volcano. It was a fun experience. After that I wen to my hotel and took a shower because I was fucking dirty as fuck. Then I went to get something to eat. After eating I catch a cab that took me to Venus. Don't stay at Hotel Plaza Colon. They don't accept chicas at all. I also stayed at Hotel Granada and their policy states that you can have company in your room until 10 pm. I am not sure if they enforce the 10 pm rule. I didn't take any girls to my room. I saw some very nice SWs. One of them look around 18 or 19 yrs old and I was tempted.

I have no clue the exact location. I was there only one night. Just pay a taxi and follow him. The are looked safe. The taxi driver told me that you can take them to an auto hotel nearby for 130 cordobas. He also took me to a place by a "mercado". In front of the "mercado" there are rooms with girls. You can have a beer with them and then it is up to you what you want to do. You have to go in the evening. The girls leave around 8 pm.Does it look safe? I usually rent a car when I go to Nicaragua.
The place looked safe to me, but I am Mexican. I can blend in. Then again there are a lot of white tourists in Leon and Granada. You should be fine.

In granada there are only three short time motels: Los Faroles, Jasmine and Cocibal. The only place that fits the bill next to the central park is Nuestro Mundo which is a two story building next to city hall that has a restuarant on the bottom and advertises rooms for rent. As far as the girls you are dead-on, the girls here are all business, its about getting the deed done and moving on to the next client so they can make as much money as possible. Don't pay more than $30 for short time, $20 is ideally, most nights these girls do not score clients.

It just is not as prevalent. There are always a few girls in the main park after dark. On Calzada there is a lot to be found. They do not just stand on corners. There is usually a group at the far west end.
The others will walk up and down or sit at the bars. They are no obvious, but typically groups of four girls with a young guy. Just approach them and see if they are friendly. You will be surprised.
Bluefields had a complete street scene (a block down from the Aberdeen Resturant) there is a "Zona Roja" in town. There are a couple of nightclubs within the same two block area. There is the Anabas Hotel, the Mini-Hotel, the Caribbean Deam, and Oasis Hotel. The Mini is probably the best for costs and location. The Oasis has more higher end tourists but not my kind of place really.
If you are smart and really want to see Nicaragua, and you want to do the Caribbean sea as well. You should go to Corn Island via Bluefields. Take the early flight on a Friday from Managua. Arrive in Bluefields early morning. Get in the hotel. Start drinking and walk around. Have a big lunch. Walk some more. Pass out. Wake up when the sun is down and head down to the few blocks they have in town where the action is and pass some time with someone. Totally different experience, and then the next morning pop over to Corn Island and just find a Taxi driver and ask him where do you find chicas on the Island. HE will take care of you and you rent him the whole time you are there. 2 nights tops (remember you would be there for the beach), and rent a taxi for the bulk of your time and have him shuttle the weed and women to you and tour the island and hit local spots. They say my home country people from Canada have a nice place on Corn Island. I went by. Lovely hotel (Hotel Canada), but no beach. Stay at the Arenas Beach Hotel. It is worth it, but I do not know about Chicas. Just take the girls to the beach and then buy them food and drink and then slide them into your hotel. Who cares.

Wait until the sun goes down. Walk around. It is a Miskito and Creole town where the indigenous Nicaraguans dominate and represent the Northern Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua. Beautiful people with many mixed with African and Spanish blood. Lots of interesting looking people. Amazing place. Nothing at all there to do but wait until the sun goes down and hit the little bars and little discos and pluck what you want to pluck out of them and have at it. It is a different world and I would not recommend it to anyone who is not living in Nicaragua or to someone who likes comfort. If you want to see different looking people and you like a cultural exchange, hit the Caribbean Coast (Bilwi & Bluefields) and be amazed. People keep talking about Nicaragua from the context of Managua, Leon, Granada, and San Juan del Sur. There is SO MUCH MORE to this country than the bars in Managua. HOWEVER, if you are visiting the region, Managua is PERFECT for the hit and run. Don't get me wrong, Managua is a wealth of fun if you dig deep. Hit Corn Island as well. It is another place where the girls are all over the place but you just have to reach out and find them. Just link up with younger taxi drivers and they will always link you to "friends" and weed!

It is not hard to find a freelancer. They will find you. On both nights I was approached many times.
Even during the day I was approached in the park. You have to be careful though because I seen a ladyboy. And one is just a gay guy dressed as a man.
I said no to the first lady that asked me, she said there was a hotel for $10. She and another lady said my hotel, Hotel Colon Plaza will not let girls in. It is a nice hotel, but no ladies allowed.
But I did notice a weakness in their security. On the left side of the hotel is a caf. If you go in this caf which has no doors, you can walk from the caf in to the hotel, totally bypassing security. They have loots of cameras though, but the worse that can happen is security says no.
The girls tend to walk in groups of 2-4, they walk from Parque Central and up and down Calle La Calzada. Some just kind of hang out at the park. A couple times women would call out at me in the park, but they were standing with some local men. Well, no way I am talking to women that are hanging out with local dudes. One lady approached me when I was eating. She said the price is $60 for an hour. That was my target price, so I didn't try to go lower. I said I'd see her around later. This was a short 25 yo woman. She was about 4' 9". Service was only OK. She started the I have to play extra for this or that. She wanted $40 for BJ with no condom. I declined. I think she also asked $5 too much for the room. Because earlier a girl said a room in $10.
So this girl kept $5 for the room.

Any recommendations for a hotel in Ometepe? It will probably be for 3, so I'm hoping to be as discreet as possible.
The girls are easy to find in the Parque or walking down the major touristic roads, and they will approach you. There is a Autohotel (200 CDB for 2 hours) within a 5 minutes walk in case your hotel is not chica friendly- they will bring you there.
However, the quality of service is not outstanding, the girls try to go for a five minutes service. The damage is minor.
