New to Russia

I have traveled extensively through Holland and Germany, mainly sticking to the more notorious clubs that are managed well. I am looking for some advice on clubs similar to the FKK Environment in Germany (Word, Oase, Palace) and Sauna Clubs in NRW area (Goldentime).

Can some of you veterans of Russia send me a few suggestions? I will be in Moscow for a week in March and want to incorporate some Sex Tourism in Russia, I have heard great things about the beauties from this area.
