Hi Friends,

I know that Location wise, this may not be the right forum for asking these questions. But wanted to Know from a Mumbai / Indian Resident. And this info will be useful to many mumbaikars as expenses for Hotel and girls in Bangkok are almost same as Mumbai. I am planning a Sex Tour in Bangkok for about 4-5 days. I will be travelling alone and for the first time. So wanted to know experience of other Indians. I read in many forums that many Go-Go bars and nightclubs in Bangkok do not treat Indians well and there are many incidents of cheating / theft. Is there any tour from India which is especially for Bachelors. ?. I found one "Bangkok Hangover tour" that operates locally in Bangkok and they take you to all best nightclubs in a single night. They have a web-site. For sex tourist, is Bangkok any different from Pattaya and Phuket? Necessary to travel all 3 places? Which is the best / safest place for sex tourist?. Bangkok? Pattaya? Or Phuket? Which is best hotel in which I can walk to Red Light District. I heard Nana Hotel in Bangkok is next to Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy Street. Thanks in Advance.

Vivek.Hi Vivek,

Njoy your tour de Bangkok, I have been to Bangkok more than 10 times and every time I have felt more safe than Mumbai. So just thought I can provide you a little advice which might be helpful to you.

1) No need to book any tour for mongering in Thailand you will end up spending more money just go on your own and have your share of fun.

2) If you're going only for sex then Bangkok and Pattaya are the places for you Phuket is comparatively a little more expensive and more of honeymoon destination than mongering. Three main areas in Bangkok. Patpong. Nana. Soi cowboy. Cowboy the best of them all (my preference), and walking street in Pattaya best of all.

3) Take any hotel most of them are girl friendly but still they will charge you a fine for getting girls.

4) Money speaks every where bro. Show it and get the best treatment. I love go-go bars and got best treatments always, yes but true than indans get a little less attention than the white guys. (cause $$.

www.bangkok.com . You wil get all the required info from here for all 3 places you mentioned.

I am into mongering for more than 12 years, but new to the forum, as a nri don't get much time to monger now a days.

My advise you don't need a tour guide / website etc. All three are safe places for sex. If it is a 4-5 day trip then go to Pattaya (2 days, can stay in Walking Street or nearby) and Bangkok (2 days, can stay at Cowboy Street).

Hotel depends on your budget. But most of them allow night friends in the apartment. Also in Bangkok do go to a club called bossy. You will have fun there.

Vivek.Hi Bro,

It's very much true Indians are looked down in Go Go bars. But I won't say the same for night clubs. In Go Go you get low cost beers and semi nude dance. So our Indian friends would buy 1 beer share it with three and be there till the dawn intimidating the girls. Believe me I have seen this. The business purpose of Go Go is to buy drink for self, probably lady drink and bar fine girls. But when you're are not going to do any of these why would they Let you in. But there are chances when you travel solo you may sneak in probably you show some sort of richness. They believe Indians in groups are the worst behaving lot. Even Arabs are no different there.

Some of the best encounter I had were in the soapy massage parlors. These are safe and generally you get all class of girls right form models. As you pay upfront money when you pick a girl in soapy papasan will welcome you with both the hands. Even in night clubs you will not see much discrimination as you pay for the cover charges on your entry. The point here is you just need to show you will spend money and then you get better treatment. In Bangkok it is just the 3 areas where you find the attraction and Bangkok is filled with soapies. Where as in Pattaya the whole place is vibrant and definitely worth a visit. Puket is no different unless you need to spend romantic outings. Better save the money on Pattaya airfare for 3 soapy visits.

Cheers

If you're going only as a sex tour / want to maximise on the sex factor --take a direct cab to pattaya from the airport -- Bangkok is more expensive than pattaya in terms of the girls / bars / hotels. If you're open to some sightseeing --then yes Bangkok is fun. Pattaya also has hidden rave parties etc which you can attend. I did attend one that was exlclusive to whites -but I was with white friends so I got an entry -- everyone was naked and stoned!

Hey Bro!

So you are heading to the holy grail of mongering!

Well here are my recommendations based on my recent personal experiences.

You can find much better girls in terms of quality and service in Thailand that Mumbai.

You won't be able to enjoy your stay if you try to do all the cities I. E. Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. Instead opt for a Bangkok. And Pattaya trip since Phuket is further south and requires a separate flight trip expense.

I would suggest heading straight to Pattaya after landing as that's the cheaper location. Bangkok requires two days max in case you want to indulge is some. Shopping and sightseeing (which I would recommend for a first timer). Spend more time in Pattaya. I would suggest staying a Nova Platinum Hotel in Pattaya. Decent rooms at good prices and girl friendly with no joiner fees for guests, and has a lot of Indian guests in case you need company. Another advantage of staying here. It's got a lot of Indian restaurants and is a ten minute walk from walking street which is a 2 km long Street and mongers heaven.

On Walking Street look for Tony Disco (popular place for Indians) where you will get a great choice of Thai to Russian women.

For a safe massage and erotic experience with FS look for PP massage parlours. The MPS there are as big as three star hotels here LOL. Costs range from 6 k INR onwards based on class of women. But these joints are safer than picking up women off the street.

Few warnings:

Avoid the only Russian clubs since they are very expensive and you can only take then out after spending a lot.

In case you visit a pub / club. Do not run a tab. Pay for each drink as soon as it arrives. There have been instances of clubs over charging and running huge tabs.

STAY AWAY from the beach. I have a friend who on a solo trip got mugged on the beach.

Over all am sure you will have loads of fun and enjoy your experience.

Happy mongering! Have a safe trip and pm me in case you need more info.

Cheers,

TheEnigma

Vivek.

If you going only for five days. Follow this itinerary (if you are not on a very tight budget) to get the best out of your trip. First get a visa from India itself (saving time at airport for visa on arrival). Directly head to Pattaya from airport. Best idea is to prebook a taxi online (google Pattaya taxi for references) They will charge you around 1000 baht including tolls and gas. Assuming you are reaching late in Pattaya, I will suggest you to head to Devil's den (google for reference). Book Cory and Apple for best services. After that If you still have energy left. Head over to Ibar (walking street) for picking up a decent gal for short time in your room.

Day 2 - After breakfast. Head over to one of the soapies. Sabai room / Sabai Dee is one of the better ones. You can also go for coral island tour for sight seeing. In the evening go for one of the BJ bars like telephone bar. Late night you can just stroll in the walking street area. There are many places to visit. Trust me if you are alone. Hardly any management will stop you. If you try to go in a group of 5-6 stags, you might be stopped. Some of my favorite joints on walking streets are Babydolls, Whatsup, Baccarra, etc. Avoid all Russian clubs. They are there to rip you off.

Day 3 - Go for nice massage and check out Pattaya. Head over to Bangkok. You can use the prebooked taxi for a better price. After checking in the hotel. Go for a soapy. I like Annie, Nataree, or Posiedon. In the night go to one of the night clubs. Insanity, Mixx and Shock 39 are some of my favorites. You can pick up a nice Russian chick around here for change of scene.

Day 4 - Go to Club Eden for a nice threesome action. Eden is similar to Devils Den Pattaya. In the evening you can head over to Nana Entertainment Plaza and just walk around. Best gogo bars in Nana Plaza: Rainbow 4, Angelwitch, London Calling.

Day 5 - You can try other soapys and then in evening head over to Soi Cowboy. Best gogo bars in Soi Cowboy: Baccara, Crazy House BKK, Country Road.

Basically there are adult oriented areas in Bangkok. Nana, Cowboy and Patpong. If you alone than avoid Patpong. Just stay in this two areas.

Word of advice. While picking up girls from street. If you have slightest doubt of them being lady boys, just follow your instinct and avoid them. Follow your instinct and not your little brother. Google for the current prices for Short time and Long time. Don't pay extra. Make sure you keep checking your bin when you are ordering drinks for the girls. Those drinks can get real expensive real fast. Don't spend too much on hotels. You can get a nice room for 3000 Inr in both Pattaya and BKK. Book hotels in Pattaya. Closer to walking street and in Bangkok. Closer to Nana. If you have any questions. Send me a message.

Hi.

Been to Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket several times, Yes, its true that some places in Bangkok and Pattaya mainly BJ Bars and some fetish areas are fussy about letting Indian Visitors in. Some places will mind group of young Indian guys also, but over all in major places no issues. If you are travelling for sex any place Bangkok or Pattaya will get you as much as girls that you can handle, both the places have all possible age type and style of women that you could think of. Please express on what exactly you are looking for. If its just sex you could either call any massage place or escort place and call a girls / girls at your hotel. If you like mongering then there is Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy and Patpong just take a cab be there and move around you will see what's in there, you can get a girl barfine and get her to your hotel. You can go to several fish bowl places or Oileies at Sukhumvit Soi 24 and get a leisurely time with one of the girls, alternatively you can go to some free lance places at Thermae, Grace, Nana Disco etc. To fetch free lance girls, If there is some special things you are looking for PM me and it will advice you on where to go for what.

I have traveled to Bangkok and Pattaya several times and I have experienced at times in some places that Indians are not welcome I do get access to this places as I have a local friend with me and then its all fine, on talking I have been told that a lot of time Indians when travelling in ground misbehave and act very rude funny and mischievous, All Indians travelling to Thailand must know that Thai people are the most gentle, polite, friendly, and Honest people anywhere on earth, Also note that prostitution in every city in the world I am a world traveler and there is hardly any country in which I feel that there is no prostitution even in some gulf countries, I think Bangkok is one place where it is more open friendly and on top it very safe and with no fear of being totally ripped off. So I personally would say to all fellow citizens who visit Thailand that understand the country respect the people especially the nice girls who come with you and meet you and please do not spoil the name of the nation.

I have traveled like 8 times in the past 5 years am so sorry to tell you Indians are hated everywhere in Thailand! Blame our-self for it we get drunk and behave bad! Most of our Indian brothers are not taught to respect a women!! Around 5 years ago when I was in my early 20's I visited Thailand with a friend for a week in BKK and Pattaya you won't believe this I literally cried the second day of my trip because we were hated by most Thai people (we were not dressed well) especially in Pattaya especially when we go shopping and clubbing we were denied entry in most club girls walk away when you tell them that your from India am talking about the regular girls not the pros! Mixx club in walking street never let you inside if they find out if your an Indian we never knew about all this when we first visited Thailand!! Even in the airport visa on arrival section is filled with smelly Indians Thai officers the lady especially are so rude and yell at us for no reason!! Top it all.

In agoda.com they are few good budget hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok where you can't book online if you have an Indian passport! Yes I ain't lying about this you can check out yourself.

1. Get visa from India that's the first thing you should do if your planing to visit Thailand.

2. Travel solo never travel with your friends Thailand is so safe I lost my purse, my passport, my sunglasses I got everything back thanks to kind Thai people, they are very loving and affectionate.

3. Get your best clothes, dress up as if your going for work, wear your best shoes, especially if you go to Mixx Club) smell good invest on a good perfume, buy branded beach wear, if your planing to go to the coral island in Pattaya, smile at everyone, don't stare at girls on BTS Bangkok and comment about their booty most Thai people understand English, I have seen so many Indians doing that, only Chinese and Indians are so loud when they speak be polite to everyone.

4. Carry dollars from India get enough money at least 100 $ a day for food travel, girls if your planing to visit sopies in BKK its 2000 BHT (100 $= 3500) BHT if you pick up any pros from Pattaya above avg looking ones are 2000 bht to 3500 BHT for full night and the Russians are 3000 bht onward!!If your picking up a regular girl from a bar the entry fee is nil in Mixx Club but cost cost 300 to 500 BHT in BKK and beer cost around 200 BHT so buying a drink for the girl it depends upon what drink she like!!

5. Avoid falang food eat Thai food its so much cheap and tastier!! Find a falang friend if your into picking up girls like me it will be so much easier.

6. Carry a phone with internet connection with google translate in it most regular girls speak very little English.

7. Avoid Indian groups and don't make friends with anyone travel solo, google map is you best friend and google search is your best guide you don't need anyone.

8. Avoid telling your from India, I usually tell them am from Dubai as I speak decent Arab and I have a fair skin then your good to go!!If you follow all these you will be happy in Thailand! Only issues is with the hunk falangs they are a big competition if your into picking up regular girls! But they are so cool to hang out with all the best! Thailand is an amazing country I love their king I love the Thai girls I love everything about Thailand I'm in love with Thailand! Thai people are the best people I ever know!! I hope you have a nice trip and have fun in Thailand!

All the best happy mongering!!

May I as a British citizen intrude on this thread?

My family and I have decades of service to India; we gave you democracy; we gave you a common language; we gave you a legal system; we gave you a solid civil service; we gave you a world class railway system; we gave you industryand agriculture base. In return we gained mutual respect; we gained the best of polite behaviour based on personal respect; we accepted differnt cultures.

What has happened? Why now does India export the worst of its citizens to Thailand as tourists?. In fairness there are some Indians (generally couples) who are scrupulously polite?

But to what I can only call "gangs of brash pushy Indian males," who show little or no respect for the Thais or the Thai culture, are a bad, very bad for the country I love. They are not living in the crowds of Howrah sation or the suburban railways on Mumbai but in a modern civilised country with it a different less frenetic culture.

Maybe Indian women are subservient. But then in Thailand women dominate (unobtrusively) business and commerce. Thais do not respect loud mouthed Indians describing in public their likes and dislikes of the country. Nor of personal remarks about their women.

Indians, cool it and respect the Thais.

Hi Friends,

Carrying Passport and all cash / Credit Cards may not not be safe in Pattaya Massage Parlors and streets. Is it safe to keep them in Hotel's Safe Lockers? Most hotels have safety lockers in each room or in reception?

I might will be going to BKK / Pattaya in next Feb / March. Will definitely try to make them (with whom I'll come in contact) fell that "Not all Indians are the same. And who behaves good should be treated equally."

This thread is really helpful for better planning.

Keep it coming fellow mongers.

Will come back with questions if any I get.

And to make it worse, you thinly veil it by appearing to be fair abd concerned! That takes your post from plain arrogant to contemptuous.

Take your head out of your arse. You, and your parasitical family, gave nothing to India. You created a nation of poor, uneducated, impoverished people by systematically eroding the value system of the people, exploiting its weaknesses. And you want to know what happenened!?

Do everybody a favor, and don't share your concerns or advice.

I had been to Thailand nearly 20 times and have traveled extensively from Hatyai, Yala near Malaysian border to Chiang Mai & Chiang rai up north near Myanmar & Laos. Nakhon and Khon in the Center including Not to mention the Bigger cities of Bangkok and touristy Pattaya & Phuket. Never I have encountered any negative attitudes nor sultry treatments. Thai people were always friendly to me and I have commanded highest reception in many of the GoGo bars and clubs. It's true that few would have encountered some bad treatments but to generalize it as "Indians" looks pathetic and gives negative vibes in public forum. Guys with bad attitude and who doesn't know to behave experiences negative treatment any where in the globe irrespective of his own nationality. May be there are too many Indians (almost 1 to 1.2 million out of 25 million tourists are Indians) visiting and definitely there will be some thugs in it who are visibly noticeable. If Indians are not welcomed in Thai then why the hell Thai tourism conduct tourism expo in Various cities in India to attract more Indiank Tourists. This forum is much exaggerated and make us feel shun in an international forum.

Note to fellow Indians: Guys remember that you are posting in an international forum and it's better to double check for your self respect and esteem before making a post.

Indians, cool it and respect the Thais.Visitors from China are a bigger nuisance. It has gotten so bad there are now signs in Suvarnabhumi Airport informing Chinese to "respect Buddha" and "not you-rinate in Public".

A big chunk of these Chinese live in the rural areas in China. When they visit Thailand it is their first international trip and it shows.

The reason you do not hear about this is because these folks do not speak English; and they certainly do not post on ISG!

Oh, I almost forgot - the British gave something back to China too. They gave an island called Hong Kong.

This should motivate you to translate your "cool it" message and offer free advise to the Chinese.

I know there are people all around the world who behave like they are the king & all there bad behaviors should be ignored. These kind of people deserve the equal kind of behavior irrespective of their nationality.

At the BritishGuy who replied below: Dude don't be so rude when behaving in a public forum. If we'll start the tell about what you take from India in the disguise of Ruling then it'll be another chapter. Let's not go to that discussion since that will be utter waste of time. Just chill & enjoy mongering.

And to all others, I know since Tourists from India are more compared to other nationals the behaviors (let's say bad behaviors) of Indians get noticed more frequently. What we can do is try our part to behave as a human being & think about our nations image before making a scene in public.

The second most imp-important points is when going for mongering treat the women as a normal human being you meet in your daily life. I know in India prostitutes are treated very badly, which is not right. Again in Thailand it's completely different & prostitution is treated as any other normal profession. Be gentle & polite and I'm sure you'll get the best treatment.

We were charged 50 o Baht entryfee into craxy house gogo.

Although didn't find such discrimination at other gogos like shark. Baccara had a board outside members only.

At NEP We didnot find any such entry fee but at one gogo we had to pay advance cash for ordered drinks.

Planning a trip to patayya soon don't know hows the scene there.

Actually I think, moustache is an identifier for either Indians, pakistanis or Gulfcountries.

Baccara had a board outside members only. When I was in Thailand, it was the start of the busy tourist season, and Baccara in Bangkok would so get packed to the gills! So packed some nights you could barely move. Both downstairs and upstairs! I would imagine that we're in the heart of the tourist season now, and the place could be getting so packed that they could be trying to exercise some crowd control. Too bad they feel they have to do it with this bogus "members only" bullshit. I made a few posts involving my door policy "incidents" in Thailand. Here's the general summary:

1816063

And here's what was going down at Baccara in Bangkok when I was there:

1812408

By the way, I am not Indian. I am African-American with a skin tone such as Barack Obama.

Our western counterpart includes smile while starring which makes it all good.

Also Thai people have that thing for white skin.

Remember to respect girls in gogo.

And it's all business there, white people can spend more money than us.

And even if they behave bad (few) and yes they do. They cannot do same thing with them as that industries thrive on them.

And we can be easily differentiated among them. So we are easily categorized and target.

There is no problem taking money at entry in this way they can insure they are running business not a free entry museum.

Remember Indian subcontinent gave them "The Great Buddha".

And they love Indian culture.

Everything else is all business.

Guys,

I've a real tight situation over here. I'm into deep confusion.

I planned a trip for BKK / Pattaya for the very first time with my friend sometime back, but he dropped himself few days back. I decided to continue alone.

Now I got a contact from travel buddies site who is asking me to join with him. All the things can be sorted out but only one confusion I've in mind.

1-I spoke with him & he sounds okay. He already has gone to LOS for 5 times, thus knows every in and out. But he is completely unknown to me where as he can be great help since I'm new. Will it be a risk?

2-I can continue solo like I planned. But again since it's my very first time some unexpected situations might occur. If going with somebody who already has experience could be some help.

I've only couple of days to decide since flight tickets are going to be hiked. Some help would definitely be welcome.

As for the travel buddy no harm in meeting them at a neutral location once or twice before moving around with them.

I agree to some extend and mostly it's due to behavior of people. They go to gogo but don't buy drink and the way Indian look at girls and myself had that problem "we stare".
And it's all business there, white people can spend more money than us.
There is no problem taking money at entry in this way they can insure they are running business not a free entry museum.
Everything else is all business. You hit the points. Most likely the 50 baht entry fee, which is peanuts, serves to show the commitment of the visitor as a (spending) customer.

Those guys run a show, good or bad, rent a place, pay electricity bills, pay service staff, arrange for girls and they obviously do it for a reason: earning money just as any business venue.

The earning comes from drinks, bar fines. Period. Nothing else. Why should they allow someone to peep for free?

You don't need a buddy to hold your hand.

But it can be nice to travel with a friend and go out together.

However, doing this with someone you don't know yet is always a risk. Maybe he is someone who likes to sleep until noon and go out late and you get up early and want to pick up a gogo-girl more early in the evening. Maybe he gets drunk everyday and you stay sober.

I suggest that you arange your own trip and meet him in Bangkok. Then after you meet, you can still decide if you want to do things together or not.

Personally, visiting clubs and bars together is nice, but picking up a girl to bring to your hotel can be somewhat awkward. What if you find a girl you like and your friend not yet? Will you abandon him or trawl more bars until he finds one? Your girl might not like that. Difficult situation which I like to avoid.

Hi Vivek,

I just came across this forum, its good that this forum was created to help many of us get info to visit Thailand. In fact, the subject of the forum must be changed. We just need to delete the word "Indians", as these advises and tips can apply to any nationality visiting Thailand.

I have given you most of the tips on PM. You just need to collect the best info from all the tips you got, and head to Thailand.

OR you can, screw the tips, just go with the flow, Thailand is very easy to explore, and people are helpful. Just like some senior mentioned below, google would be your best friend, as most of the tips we give, is our experience, you can either learn from them, or create your own experience.

Do not research too much, as you may get confused when you're in Thailand. Things might have changed in reality.

Here are some tips again;.

1. Carry Dollars. There's this online site called Travellex, where you can book your dollars in advance depending on the best conversion rate you get for that particular day. So keep watching the site, and book your dollar as per the best rate you get, and collect the money later; that way you can ensure you get good value for your INR.

2. Book your hotels online, use a credit card to make payments to hotel, and flights, so that you can pay them back at a later stage, and this would not affect your current cash flow;.

3. As soon as you land in Bangkok, (maybe around 4 or 5 AM), go to the lower floor at the hotel (Don't know if its ground floor or lower ground floor) and book a taxi to pattaya. You can also take a bus to Pattaya, which would be much cheaper and preferred if you are going alone.

4. As mentioned in the PM, make friends with a taxi driver, he will give out all the info about where to do what, and what to avoid. Most of these taxi guys have menu cards with them in their car, and they can take you to many of these places without additional charge. They get paid well by the establishments for every customer they bring in.

5. I find Go Go Bars boring, so make sure you don't spend loads of time at the go go bars. But having said that, do visit Moulin Rouge at walking street pattaya. They have the best Russian and European women, they give you a hot lap dance for a tip of 100 THB. The idea to get as many lap dances from different girls. You don't need to call them, they come to you, give you a sensual dance, and the standard tip there is 100 THB.

6. You do not need to go to an escort service, instead go to the discotechs like Insonmia, on walking street. At these clubs, make friends with the dancer girls, tip them with lady drinks which cost about 100-200 for a shot of tequilla or I don't know what's in those shot glasses. These girls would introduce you to freelancer girls. There are also some new discotechs opened on walking street, I do not know the name of the club, maybe some brother out here can mention the names of new clubs in pattaya.

7. These freelancers are similar to Indies that we have here, they do not sleep around on a regular basis, but only during weekends or when they are free or even when they are broke. Most of them own businesses like small shop / salon / laundry or work for one of them. They are not full time call girls. You can get the best GFE experiences from them, and also they will give you a lot of info about scoring in Thailand.

8. At the club, try not to make friends with other male tourists, especially people from our motherland, as sometimes these freelancer girls avoid men who come in groups, so this would spoil your chances with this girl.

9. Bangkok is usually more expensive than Pattaya, but you get all the fun with better girls in Pattaya, so why visit Bangkok and waste your money, there's lots to see in Pattaya itself. Plus Bangkok has a lot of traffic during evening hours, so you would end up spending a good amount of time on the road.

10. Dress well, look smart, smell fresh, these are the things thai women are particular about. If you want good service, you need to work towards it. Nothing comes as a package, unless you visit a brothel, where the services might be mechanical. You can say you're from India, but also give an impression that you are a classy indian and not part of a group tour package.

The experience is so fresh in my mind, that I enjoy telling it to people, and when talking about it, I feel like I am re-living the experience all together. I am sure most of the menmbers in this thread feel the same.

Now the next post from you, we're all expecting an FR and not another question. LOL.

Vivek.

Hello,

I would be having a one night stop over at Bangkok in the last week of April and would be staying mostly at Hotel Amari Watergate.

Would be coming in the early morning from Koh Samui and my return flight is at 7 pm on the next day.

Would really appreciate if anyone can give some advice so that I can hope to soak in as much fun as possible. I would definitely wish to sample a mix of the massage parlors / go-go bars in the short time that I have.

This would be my first time in Bangkok.

Many thanks,

Mark

On the agogo side of things in Pattaya, I would highly recommend Sensations on Walking Street for Indians.

I see them in Sensations all the time with no issues.

On one visit, there was this one persistent Indian fellow. By persistent I don't mean in a negative way, but someone that doesn't let a few bumps bother him. He wanted to buy a drink for one girl on stage, but she refused him. But he eventually found a girl that would go with him and he barfined her (a hottie by the way).

I see them in Sensations all the time with no issues.I've been to Sensations well over 50 times (likely closer to 100) since June and I don't recall seeing a single Indian man in the bar. Barely even see Farang at Sensations some nights. However, I'm not really looking for Indian men when I walk in to the club. On the contrary, I have seen East Indians turned away at the door at Sensations and just seeing the bouncer point at the sandals the Indian man was wearing. Not sure if that was the reason or not.

I haven't seen them all times I visited Sensations. Like yesterday, the club wasn't that busy and it was mostly Asians and later on groups of white guys came in, but no Indians.

But on Friday before week of Christmas was when I saw the Indian guy, and on previous visits I have seen groups of them in there. Once I even saw a group that included an Indian couple.

I notice these things because, as you know, Indians seem to be unfairly stereotyped and maligned when it comes to gogo's in Thailand.

I have visited this country 5 times so far and my accent and fair look gets me inside most of the places. Sometimes they ask and I don't say I am from India.

I have a dark skinned East Indian friend visiting me soon. He mainly wants to go to gogo bars. Which Walking Street and LK Metro gogo bars currently have no restriction for East Indian guys? He doesn't mind being turned away at gogo bars but I'm trying to save us time since his trip is short.

I notice these things because, as you know, Indians seem to be unfairly stereotyped and maligned when it comes to gogo's in Thailand.Thailand is one of the few countries that has Visa on arrival for Indians so it attracts a lot of visitors with limited incomes who land up at go-go bars and the like for window-shopping instead of buying even drinks, let alone what's on offer. Needless to say, they waste the business time of the go-go bars which is why many either ban them outright or charge them an entrance fee to "test" their ability to pay. In addition, many WG's specifically state on their web-pages that they don't want to be with Indians so it also leads me to believe that either they cheap out with them or annoy them in some other form. So I doubt it is just stereotyping.

Spent more than a month in whole of Thailand including Pattaya and I do not see any racism against Indians specifically.

This is hyped mostly by other race of guys who are a minority in shear number and see it as a threat due to their personal bias.

Entire western world is caught in some sorts of "white supremacy" movements.

Indians are among the largest tourist contingent in Thailand and you are a VIP there.

There is a racial mix balance that the bars try to achieve or a hooker has a preference for a certain race of males.

This mostly due to a client in the past of a certain race mis-treating her etc.

Hookers like money. Flash money and show off.

If you are blocked entry into a club, bribe 50 or 100 bhat to the security and they will let you inside. And buy drink or get a table dance to encourage the bar owner.

Majority of the Indians visiting are rich. There is also small proportion of blue collar and workers from India on a small budget.

Compared to most old western tourist, the Indians spend more money overall.

Also the Thai people running the sex clubs or hookers are not the best of citizens to get offended due to their racial preference.

Be sensible and leave your emotions behind.

Never let anyone mistreat you or put you down as a race or from a specific country.

Standup, pushback and tell him Thai or English to show respect if he wants respect.

Never get into any fighting match in a foreign country.

The only place I Got hassled and ripped was clubs like "Nasha" or "Tony's" by the Uzbekistan and other 'stan' middle aged hookers that were 30+. Give them shit and put them in their place if they mistreat you.

Thai women as a whole where mostly gentle and lower priced.

But then the Indian men will need to live behind their childhood, Bollywood fetish for white women and Persian looking light skinned big nosed women.

So to all you Indian men.

Standup to your kind.

Have self respect and don't take shit from anyone.

You are not inferior in anyway or being racist to you. They are isolated incidents.

Loosen up on your white fetish. Fuck them if you get them.

But don't ignore the beautiful cheap Thai women.

And above mingle and marry out of your race when get a chance. Don't act exclusive.

FalangForLife

Entire western world is caught in some sorts of "white supremacy" movements.White supremacists stand against any sexual relation between white and non-white people, and their definition of "non-white" includes a lot of people you would probably describe as white.

Therefore, I can assure you, it is very unlikely for you to meet one of them with a thai lady.

Also, I can hardly think of a plot of a group of white men trying to take Thai women away from you, not only because this idea does not look serious to me, but also because there are many women available, so it just does not make sense.

I do think, however, that some ladies might have preferences when it comes to ethnic background of the men they are willing to sleep with, and I don't think that is racist, it's just their freedom.

Top Thai masseuse in Dubai, with extreme Whoppers Delights recommended by me to many.

7 white European fellas all got SPECIAL, confirmed by PM / FRs.

4 India no SPECIAL the from same lady, 1 FR, 1 PM & 2 friends.

What gives!?

Incidentally, I'm half Indian, British and pretty much grew up as a Westerner. So could be the reason why I personally had no trouble with the woman in question.

Many gogo bars in Pattaya and Bangkok have refused me entry. But they are about 10% of them. Most places will welcome you provided you are polite, clean and not in a pack of 20. Just remember cash is king, pussy is on sale and don't be cheap. You will get everything Japanese and gringos get. And for fucks sake please learn to say 'please' and 'thank you'. It helps a lot.

It helps a lot.Nice words, carries much weight. Let me put some other facts here, it may not sound pleasant but truth is truth.

1- A good number of visitors smell due to lack of Deodorant / Perfume usage. This is not only the case in Thailand but in India as well. Advice here is. Try to maintain a good smell coming out of your body when you go anywhere in public.

2- When going out of your Hotel, wear some decent cloths. Decent doesn't mean full pants and long sleeve shirts, it could be anything looking decent. I have seen many men wearing pajamas and shorts which are very old and not decent at all.

3- Whenever talking with someone, try to maintain your politeness. After booze it might be impossible to have control on self, while not boozing you can do that. Travelling in groups and shouting / laughing out loud is something Indians are stereotyped as doing. Better try not to do it.

4- When I asked a girl why ladies don't prefer to go with Indians, she said many times it becomes very hard to control a man because they believe they own the lady since they are paying. Advice. Treat ladies well, even if you are paying.

5- When coming to GoGo Bars, it's history that Indians used to spend very little and create havoc inside bars in many instances after having booze. It's not that western people doesn't create a situation, but they pay well so havoc by them is tolerated. I know up-to an extent the behavior of Indians has improved a lot but it'll take time to become streamlined. So, if you are planning to go a GoGo better go alone, dress well, smell good and most importantly look rich.

Apart from mongering scene, I don't think racism exists anywhere else for Indians. Hope this helps.

Totally agree with all 5 points especially with being presentable. Guys please shave your armpits, use deo / perfume, use mouthwash for bad breath and dress well.

Few more.

1. don't hold hands or put arms around each other. It might be okay in India but is very awkward for straight men to do in rest of the world.

2. If you have to travel with a large group, try to split up and go to different nightlife establishments. You won't get lost and no one is going to eat you up. A gang of 10 intimidates everyone and no one will approach you.

3. don't fight over 50 or even 100 bht. Its just not worth it. It will ruin your holiday experience or worse. Just smile and let it go. I saw a couple getting into a loud argument with a bell travel agent at suvarnabhumi because they were charged 300 bht to Pattaya for booking at the airport. If you book online fare is 260 (with an extra bag). Guess where the couple got off in Pattaya. Amari Ocean! This is textbook definition of being cheap.

Common guys most of you who travel to Thailand are part of a growing indian middle class with disposable incomes. You don't have to throw away your hard earned money away but please don't be cheap.

Thanks.1 avoid visiting gogo or club in big group.

2 use good perfume.

3 avoid shorts, cheap round t-shirt and pyjamas.

4 don't bargain or haggle much.

5 don't act over smart.

6 please don't try to spend whole night in club or gogo with 1 drink in hand.

7 remember you can flirt with girl but be gentlemen and avoid touching her without her consent.

8 paying up girl dosent mean she is your property, treat her with dignity.

They are there to rip you off..Quite elaborate and useful.

What I have noticed is on Walking street, the problems where Indians are being treated badly has been solved by many Indian clubs popping up to cater to their own kind. If you can't beat them, open up your own clubs. And it's working too as many ladies frequent these places and more and more Indians are making the trip here.m

I too have noticed this change in behavior when serving Indian men.

In Bangkok, Women in fish bowl did not even make eye contact with me when the mamasan asked them to assemble. Out of 30 women only 2 women made eye contact with me.

The Thai women definitely discriminate Indian men. On bed too the women tend to finish off quickly and leave the room. They don't satisfy Indian men. They do not do the standard service they offer to other nationality men. They seem not interested in Indian men.

I felt bad and upset.

I've been reading these accounts of overt racism in Thailand with interest for sometime now. Why do Indians allow themselves to be humiliated by Thai hookers, doormen and bar owners like this? Why not just take your money and go elsewhere? The world is full of mongering zones for you to discover. Just boycott Thailand for a while and let's see how Pattaya copes with 500,000 less mongers a year.

The Thais you will encounter on your mongering holiday will be in the lower stratum of society. Poorly educated, economically disadvantaged and ignorant of world issues, they are unlikely to change their perception of Indians anytime soon. Just give them the finger and walk.

I accept with your views. It is high time that Indians should limit their visit to Thailand and should look at other alternative countries where they are treated well.

I got very upset after my visit as I have spent more money for less satisfaction. Even on streets Indian men get harassed by brokers, pimps, hotel waiters and taxi drivers. I too was harassed and shouted at. One could even see ad in websites where the escorts and girls say "No Indians". Overall my visit to Thailand was a bad experience as racism is at rife against dark skinned people.

Thanks for your support.

Madesh.I wouldn't worry about it. If you have the means to go to Thailand for mongering, you can go to a 100 other countries for mongering. Just think that the hooker that refused your money will be pushing a food cart along Soi 6 in five years time after her looks go south. That doorman that denied you entry on Walking Street will have full blown AIDS in five years time. Meanwhile, you will be banging 10 chicks a week in some exotic location.

Even in my country, Indians have a poor reputation, so I can't quite blame the Thais. Indians don't go out of their way to blend in and adapt to the accepted cultural norms of the country they're in. There's enough advice on this thread.

If not Pattaya which other place do you recommend for mongering with Thai like experience. Would love to hear from fellow mongerers on their thoughts on Vietnam / Brazil or Columbia. If I knew that a whole nation of people would be treating me with total disdain and contempt the minute I landed in their country, I would not ever go there. Your dignity is all you've got, so don't go losing it to a bunch of Thai rice farmers' daughters, tuk tuk drivers, food cart pushers and doormen. Thai pussy is not worth that much, and you can't really mount a case for it being cheap anymore. If they don't want your money, don't go giving it to them. Thai people are incredibly ignorant of anything outside of Thailand. Even if every Indian monger immediately started to behave like a polite Japanese monger, it would take a whole generation for you to see any change in their attitudes.

I would think that your reputation has preceded you in neighbouring Asian countries, so your suggestion of South America is fine. Medellin in Colombia, Sao Paulo in Brazil and Sosua in Dominican Republic are universally accepted as some of the best mongering zones in the world. RTFF, it's all there.

Least Indian friendly place would likely be Germany where men do not get entry to clubs based on darkness of skin. Even Turkish and dark skinned Italian or Greek men are discriminated against at some FKK clubs in NRW.

It should be interesting to see where the one million male, muslim refugees inside Germany now go to get relief. I wonder if Merkel saw this problem coming.

Even Turkish and dark skinned Italian or Greek men are discriminated against at some FKK clubs in NRW.I think that was probably true 10 years ago, but I am not sure it's true anymore. I have been going to German FKKs every year for the past 13 years and I have seen many Indian mongers having a good time there, as well as Turkish mongers. However, I am limited to FKKs in the triangle Frankfurt- Koeln-Dusseldorf. IMO, in the mongering environment, the ability to spend money trumps all other characteristics, such as ethnicities, looks, language abilities. These are overrated IMO.

For Asia, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta are likely much more Indian friendly than Thailand.I have mongered in Jakarta last couple of months, definitely a lot of options to choose from. And the girls seem to be a lot more eager to earn, not always as a source of income to live. One of the most interesting girls I met was in this business to pay for her college. Studying Masters in Law. Working in a firm, came to hotel after a Japanese class she had to attend after office. I even saw her office ID card. We had chatted for almost a day and it was a true GFE.

Did not feel any racism or difference in service in all varieties. Hotel spa full service, independent escorts, and SP.

Incidentally I will be in Bangkok in a couple of weeks, plan to monger a bit. Will watch out for this. Good tips.

Definitely agree on looking and smelling good, the first impression matters a lot.

I always say if somebody doesn't want these fists full of money, then I will find somebody else who does! The thing is, some of these places you are mentioning are a hell of a long way away from India! I have not seen many Indian mongers in Latin America, but I have in Germany, and they seem to do just fine there. Don't know about The Philippines.

Hi guys,

This forum looks quite informative, so I'll shoot my question.

I want to get opinions from India expats living (or had been living) in Thailand for 6+ months. (preferably recently in 2018).

I want to get a good idea of what the lifestyle can be for an Indian guy in Bangkok, EG living in a Condo in Sukhumvit area, how is the dating scene (are Thai girls often interested in meeting Indian guys? Are nearby nightclubs good to hangout, Is it easy to find people / friends to mingle with.

I have had 2 trips to Thailand and the last one was purely for boom boom, 2 days in BKK, 4 days in Pattaya, overall a good experience.

I have been following a few YouTube channels (kingepic / davidbond / bangkok112) of white / European expats and the cost of living for a month seems expensive enough that a job (or business) is almost necessary to continue the lifestyle for longer periods of living in Bangkok.

I don't own much and can probably burn through my savings relatively fast living in BKK under 50 k Baht per month.

I've been to Thailand for like 6 times. I'll be visiting next month for 7th time. Just remember there is no place like Thailand in this world black white green yellow blue. Whatever your colour is. The basics remain the same.

Nobody gives a fuck about your race, speak politely, watch your body language, don't scan each women's whole body.

Ask the lady price then quote your price if she disagree share her your cell number. After boom boom treat her beer or any beverage. I bet you have to kick her to get rid of her. They are not prostitutes, nor call girls. They are real ladies who wants to be with a man and gave him good time. Every time I discuss all the rate and stuff. She doesn't want my money she want my company. Believe me same applies to every Asian girl. I've been with Vietnamese, Cambodian, Australian, black American (when I was in us).

White fat American, African (Angola, Nigeria) , central Asian (Uzbek Kazakh Turkmenistan), Turkish. I can't say about Russian and Ukrainian because they are not one night stand type, can't say about Spanish, Brits, Canadian, French, Middle Eastern. There is no girl like Thai. The only race is kindness and green leaf in your pocket. Yeah and some slaps on ass won't cause any trouble.

Can you please name a few Indian Clubs on the walking street?Kamaa club, Nasha club, Tony's. Go on fb and check their videos. Let's face it Indians are obsessed with white skin. That's what you will get there. 300 400 only central Asian freelancers. Punjabi songs lots of dance. Cheap girl also. I'd say 8 to 10 k night. If your kind 15 k for 2 nights. If your monk 15 k for whole trip 6 foot white blonde 36 c the. Bareback or with condom.

I've been with a Indian man who had 51 Thai stamps on his passport and his friend had 40 something. No youtubers or blogger can imagine the fuckagethon these guys have through. With money they had they could go anywhere in the world for mongering. Don't get discouraged follow the hotels Indians stay in. They'll get you the best feast you can imagine. And there are thousands of them. The most spectacular sons of bitches in Pattaya are Indians. Just say this one word bhaiii hai (not bhai hai).

The last report is of 2020's. I hope Indians are treated well as they are the biggest group and.

Rupee is inundating Thailand. Pre Covid there were many places Rupee was exchanged, Are they doing it now?

Can recent travellors throw any light on this?

Hello everyone,

First post. I have been mongering in the UK for a long long time and am thinking about stepping out of my comfort zone and travelling to Thailand (probably to udon). Just wanting some / any advice from my fellow mongers on what to expect being a non-drinking vegan obese Indian (175 kg 5'6') in Thailand. What should I expect and anything to watch out for?

Money is not really an issue and I will be traveling alone meeting up with some friends (non mongers who live there). How should I conduct myself when bar fining a Thai lady or in general and what kind of treatment should I expect?

Thank you in advance for your time and replies.

Let's not beat around the Bush but skin color is a major issue for many Thai girls. However, there is a minority group of Thai girls who prefer Indian men. What you have going for you is you're traveling alone and not in one of those Indian Wolfpacks and you are willing to throw money around. Just don't be cheap and try offering them below the going rate.

I have known plenty of Indian guys who used to visit me in Thailand. Let me just say Thailand has not been their favorite destination for some years now. Unless you must go to Thailand I'd recommend you to go to greener pastures like Phnom Penh, Jakarta, Angeles City, etc. KL too if there's still anything there.

Reread your post. Not sure how big a hobby scene there is up north in Isan.

175 pounds or 175 kg? A five and a half feet guy won't call himself obese if he were to weigh 79 kgs (175 lbs). It's the latter.

the weight isn't the issue ...as long as he doesn't try out the man-on-top positions or tries to give her a B2B!

Should be fine otherwise.

I was in BKK few weeks back. First trip after 2019 / Covid. These are my views.

- Most street forex places take INR (I was in Asok / Nana area mostly), not an issue.

- Indians are treated well in select places. Restaurants, local massage parlours, by street vendors.

- but if you try to get into a Club you will see a difference, like asked to pay more or take premium option only (full bottle and table for 2000+ Baht versus a cover charge of 200+ Baht).

- Lot of service providers including MR, sidelinethailand, fiwfans have some girls that refuse to meet Indians (this is largely true in Singapore also). Many Thermae girls do not make eye contact with Indians. Esp the younger and good looking ones.

- Go to a high end massage parlour and some of the girls might suddenly "get a headache" after you choose them. Lame excuse to reject Indians.

- Money talks. Throw money around and no one will notice you are Indian. Best place to see this happen is in Nana plaza.

But given the options it has, it is still the best place in Asia.

Thank you in advance for your time and replies.#1 Don't be a cheap charlie. Respect the fact that she is sacrificing a part of her in exchange for your money and treat her accordingly.

#2 Dress well, smell good! The number of reports you hear of smelly Indians tells you a lot!

#3 Don't fall in love! Her job is to milk as many drinks as she can from you before milking you.

#4 Read through 30-40 pages of the main forums of the places you are shortlisting and more importantly, understand that the perspective of a long time / resident monger will be different from that of a tourist monger. You are the latter, so will end up making more mistakes, paying more money. Accept that and have a lot of fun. That's what it is all about.

Have fun and do report back.

Cheers / Pulse.

In my experience, you are sized up in the first minute or so and it's important to not be classified as 'the Indians' in that first minute. How you do that is up to each person, but in my experience, being respectful, funny, smelling good, dressing smart etc goes a long way.

Cheers / Pulse.

I have gone Thailand twice and I am going 3rd time next month I have not seen any problems in getting gals in go go or anything like racism against indians I have visited a lot of go go in pattaya soi cowboy Bangkok and almost all in phuket I have no problems in any only money rules if you have money spend them or go go is not for you and the racism thing is circulated by white peoples who fears Indians that Bangkok is not affordable for them which was 15-20 years ago all tourist places plays Indian songs they want Indians not like foreigners who spend only in drinks.

Largely agree with you. What's off-putting to most girls (and other tourists including me, I might add), is the herd behavior that is so common among Indian groups, the holding hands, the excessive bargaining, the not generous tipping. You rightly say that one needs to spend money to have a good time #thumbsup.

Unfortunately, too many Indians have behaved badly and so all are labeled as cheap charlies. Establish that you aren't one in the first minute and you will not have any problems.

Indian Don't spend desperately so, Thai people focus business to those desperate Whites hence this inequality.

Although, skin color dominates which comes next after money, especially south Indian who looks more dark, browner than North Indian.

I may be wrong about color observation, as it always plays my mind where am being ignored.

I had a short trip to Bangkok last week of December. As this was my first and solo trip to Bangkok, had to look for proper inputs.

Thanks to ISG and special mention to at pulse0101, at MickeyDuck1208 who gave valuable inputs. Summary is as below.

I took some dollars & TBH from India along with some INR. At airport as you exit and junction where you move to MRT, there are exchange available at reasonable rates & found around 2 TBH / Dollars difference to one inside airport. Exchanges are within city and one near the Hyatt Regency (Asok BTS) had good value for dollars. Withdrawing from ATMs may be expensive as I understood from online (charges like DCC etc.) & I considered this as last option if required.

I took sim at the airport though my stay was for couple of days thought this was useful. If you need to use data for maps using Taxi will be helpful.

I stayed in a hotel near to Asok BTS. There are good hotels to stay which one can find from Agoda around Asok / Nana. This gives closer to region of interest.

The transport is really user friendly MRT and BTS makes easy to commute. There are Apps like GRAB which can be used for Taxi.

At local pharmacy one can buy Viagra without prescription and seen advice on not to rely on roadside medications.

Coming to experience was limited to MP and online connect.

I did not spend much at gogo bars, though visited, spent some on Lady drinks and tips. Most Bars ladies were not interested to welcome as was seen in their behaviour in contrast to farangs & I was not in mood to check any further. I would do some more bars if I happened to visit next time. Use of translator will be helpful when conversing else one has to struggle to get the message clearly.

Freelancers are available and few were postops. I had a chat with one Bangladeshi lady, who was ready for 1000 TBH with room but did not find her interesting that night. Saw one farang chatting to a Burqa lady, he was running his fingers around her pussy. There were many Afros but nothing of interest.

I will write separate report on my encounters.

Thanks again for the pointers. Hope another visit soon.

Thanks.

DP.
