I sent Fredzed a polite note. Fredzed responded he would look into it. I never heard back and he never responded to any of my polite notes after that. I'm guessing Fredzed doesn't know how to rein in his Mods. They are either minority partners or he's afraid of losing free labor.
My opinion is that the most important constituents are the member participants and the advertisers. The Mods? The Mods can be necessary, but the less the better. They are not completely critical to the business model especially in the political threads. The advertisers want as many people following their ads and their girls. They don't want people alienated by Mods. Perhaps cloudsurf, Jalimon and some others could mention to Fredzed that some of the Mods can be too assertive / aggressive and it really doesn't make sense from a business perspective.

1. They are a bit older and more mature. Less likely to cancel! I had 3 cancellations on the same day with an agency. You can get pissed, but really it's life. I would like to think I was a 20 yo some time ago and would cut out on work to hit the beach or go out on a Friday night!

I was going to be heading to Montreal this Thursday. From Reading here I see that I might have a hard time actually booking a top girl with one of the top agency's. XO puts the schedule out way in advance. If there's a girl you want to see text Sam and ask, if he can get her to come in if she's not on schedule he will. He will be pretty blunt if he can't. Same with euphoria, James will do the same. With euphoria, they will text you roster night before.
Vogue- schedule is out and updated constantly. All bookers are cool and you can text to see if the popular girls have given their availability periodically. If there's one you want to see, never hurts to ask if they can get them to come in. I ended up working with Celina and max, both amazing. Didn't get to see who I wanted but they pointed me in good directions towards alternatives.
Points to note.
A. No girl is going to come in on her off day for a hour outcall session, you got to make it worth their while.
Be. Montreal bookers all rock, all are great individuals. They can work a lot of magic. But in the end it's up to the provider to show up. Be prepared for alternatives!

Mind you these are conservative figures. There's guys who spend waaaay more and let's not forget about the locals.

I've described what I was looking for in terms of looks to James, he personally recommended Khloe and she didn't disappoint with optics and service. Same with Sam and Amanda when she used to book. Elena, and Aisha were pretty cute. So for me, not getting pics is not a big deal.

I went randomly a few weeks back and had no issue making dates on the day saw indys and agency girls mostly vog. Got to give it to vog saw some of their top girls no issue like Lucia and OMG Elie wow. Stefania too but not my cup of tea, a lot of complaining and service was not good. You are over analyzing. You will have no difficulty pre-booking earlier in the week by simply checking the schedule page and contacting the agency. But there are so many similar ladies at the large agencies that have received excellent reviews that there are always going to be more ladies that you want to see than there is time to see them. If you prebook, just remember to delete the text message string before you go through border patrol. Vogue cranks out a schedule a lot of times ahead of the week, but there is such a fluctuation in terms of how each individual provider readily gives their availability. Ie, Lucia and Khloe give pretty good advance notice, but someone like Alison doesn't. Elie sometimes you'll get a 2-3 Day window. Even with XO, Some of the popular girls would add on day of.
I can't emphasize this enough, if you really, really want to meet someone, ask the booker to set it up. You may get lucky. Mind you don't expect them to set up a one hour outcall with Alison of vogue or Lola of XO at 5 pm in downtown, LOL. You got to make it worth while for SP to come out. Just be prepared for the possibility of having shitty chem with a provider though, I may be in minority but I think it would be a dick thing to beg a booker to call in a provider for a 3 hour session and then if and when things go south (and it can be through no fault of anyone) be like "oh I'm only going to do one hour and pay you for that."
