Among the 3 choices you provided, I'd definitely select the Maritime Plaza Hotel because it's closer to the center of the city and the subway station. It has the same star rating as DuFort. I stayed at Hotel Du Fort my first time there, but I wouldn't stay there again. Although it's a nice hotel, it's too darn far to the South of the city and very far away from the center of actions. I had to walk 8 to 12 blocks to get to the downtown area which is where most good strip clubs locate. I think Delta Montreal is too far to the North of the city. Two good "regular" strip clubs are Cleopatra (1230 St-Laurent) and Downtown (1196 Ste-Catherine W.). Downtown has a lot of eye candy, but private dances are low mileage. The girls at Cleopatra are not as good looking, but their dances are much better.

I agree with Greenleaf on the agencies (Asservissante and Satin Dreamz). With both, you will get accurate descriptions, without bait and switch. The girls from both agencies will give you the full time, and if you have special requests (GFE/whatever) you can also ask about that.

I've had good success in dealing with Martin at Asservissante. Call him around 6PM to 6:30PM and he should know the availability of his girls for that evening. Probably the closest hotels to that intersection are the Les Suites Faubourg or the Days Inn, both on Rene-Levesque, 2 short blocks east of St-Laurent and 1 block south. Also very close is the Hyatt on Jeanne-Mance. The Hilton Bonaventure is a few blocks away, but many think it is overrated. Most all of the downtown hotels are close together, and the Courtyard would also be fine.
