Here's some info on the 'peg. Never try to pick up anything on the street. The police are very vigilant and trying to stamp out the outdoor sex trade. Every year they seize the cars of numerous Johns. Best advice is to go to one of the Massage parlors. The law turns a blind eye to their operation so long as they aren't too conspicuous and hurt the neighbourhood. I have 2 recommendations.
1. Nevada Relaxations -- Located at 791 Sargeant (not far from the Airport) it is a safe and fairly clean establishment. They are listed in the phone book, but you must be a member to use the facilities. Lifetime membership is something like 5 or 10 bucks one time and you don't have to leave your real name. After you rent a room or jackuzzi for 30,45 or 60 mins you pick your attendant. They usually have at least 5 or 6 to choose from. HJ, BJ and FS are all available from all attendants. Of course, some offer a much better GFE than others. Everything is always with a hat on. Because the club is designed for repeat customers nobody tries to rip you off. After you've paid 30-60 bucks for the room, tipping for the girls goes up to 100 or 120 depending on what your looking for. My last 2 experiences were this summer and both good. Be very careful where you are going here. There are certain areas of the city that are NOT safe at night (the areas around the U of Winnipeg, N Main St, Ellice, etc).

To the best of my knowledge (anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), EB is one of the places that has strict rules that their service providers not engage in FS. If one does allow it, they risk being caught, and if they are, they are immediately fired (apparently, from what I've heard). So generally, there really is no "going rate" for FS at EB. I would agree that the streets are risky (to me the main risk is the LE, but you could be referring to a number of things that would make it an accurate assertion), but it's the only place I've managed to find satisfaction of late.

Hi everyone and sorry for the delay in my posting. I hope to post more messages here in the next days. I hope this report gets posted in time to help you out. If you're looking for street action here in Winnipeg, there are some pros and cons.
Good news first, prices are pretty low. Most girls on the street will give anything from a BJ ($20 CDN) to FS ($40-50). There's a variety of places you can go to find them. If you look downtown, you will usually see some on Ellice or Sargent avenue between Arlington and 2 or 3 blocks east of there. They can be found even a 8 AM in the morning if you're an early riser (smile).
The bad news, prices are low because the quality is low. Many of these girls have issues such as drug, alcohol and solvent abuse. Most of them are not, repeat NOT good looking. On top of that, they have fairly high rates of diseases such as herpes, genital warts, Hep C and of course, HIV. This was told to me by a long-time friend who is a public health nurse.
LE isn't too much of a problem for an experienced monger but you still have to watch out. Just park a couple of blocks away, walk over and engage in the usual preliminary conversation. Otherwise, give the girl the eye as you drive by, pull over just up the street. Then let her come to you and make the offer first. If she refuses to talk money, just say sorry and drive away.
All in all, for safety and better quality women, you're beter off using one of the escort agencies here. You'll pay more, $150/hr is standard. The benefits are cleaner girls, less ugly and no worries about LE. They all have ads in the yellow pages and some of them even have ads in the classified section in the Winnipeg Sun.

Actually, from my experience in the past, the MP scene can be pretty good, and as far as I know, the places that were my favourites are still in business. That said, I have shyed away from them myself since the apparent busts of some of the others. You really should check out Nevada, after visiting every other MP in the last two weeks other than Executive on Ellice (apparently no FS provided,) it really is the only one that is clean and looks professionally run. I went to take a look at 610 Broadway. It's been mentioned in a couple of posts, so I thought I'd check it out.
Well, it looked kind of dumpy from the outside but I didn't let that stop me. As soon as you open the front door, it has that stale cigarette/ old taxi smell just like the other place on McPhillips. A nice dark, grungy looking stairway awaits.
I got up to the office and there was some phillipino looking guy working. This place must have a requirement for opoor teeth because he had this one front tooth that was sticking waaay out. Just like the old hag that Big Bob was talking about, I tried not to stare at his tooth too much.
No pics were available of any of the girls. When asked about what they look like, the best answer the guy could give was "They look ok." He claimed that there's usually 5 or 6 to choose from at any given time. Rates are $27- for 30 mins (massage only) and $45 for 1 hour. For a massage and hot tub, the rates are $38 and $65 for the full hour.
I'd rate this place as being roughly equivalent to Moonlight on McPhillips in terms of prices, cleanliness and equipment. The level of "service" is similar as well. It goes without saying that you'll have to work out whatever kind of tip with the girls.
Personally, I wouldn't want to go there. It's located in one of Winnipeg's dumpier neighbourhoods. Just my opinion.

I haven't been to any MPs in quite some time, but my favourite MP previously was Broadways. An attendent named Monique was my favourite, but I don't know if she's still there. This was just on the news. The Wpg police have this thing going on called "Operation Snapshot". They are targeting our favourite areas and videotaping guys making pickups.
These taped actions are then being offered up for the public's viewing pleasure on their website. The news item showed a clip from King and Flora, then another one from Sargent and Home street. The faces and plates were blurred out but that may have been for broadcasting legal purposes.

I've been to moonlight on McPhillips. They definitely have what you want, BUT it really depends on when you go. The one time I went, there were only 2 girls working.
There was an older blonde, big tits, 40ish and a little out of shape. Also, there was a younger girl, early 20's, a bit taller, better looking but her tatoos kind of gave her a "skanky" look.
The older one showed me around the place. They have the hot tubs and a bed in each room. You should be able to get what you want while you're there, but you'll have to work out the details with your girl (if you know what I mean).

I went to Excutive last summer and no FS provided there. Everything was great there and each host cleans their room themself. Again, what I disliked on my visit, it was the LE car parked right in front of the front door. Since I didn't use my car to go there (West-end is not exactly reputed to be the safiest borough in the 'Peg and I don't want my car tag number being taken by the LE.), I waited for the bus and I can tell, I was quite happy to see it arriving after so long minutes waiting across the stree from that unwanted car.
Before choosing who I will really visite, I went to almost every SP just to take a look on the premises and the hosts. I didn't ask anything to them since that's what our LE buddies don't like. Some of them are just terrible. Sorry, but Moonlight was too weird and dirty for my confidence. After going in the nearly remote area, you gotta find the right door (no sign or hint at all. I understand that they want to remain low-key, but they have to give some indication to find our way too.) and walk some sort of stairways to the back of the building. After that. you gotta wait for the door being opened and you see everybody pissed off and waiting for the end of their work shift. The mats are so used and everything else I remember is not too good. Lots of other SP was similar to this experience.
On that Operation Snapshot thing, I don't like it too much. I don't live no more in Manitoba, but I used to have a quite public job there. So, it could me make serious damage to my business.

Had nothing else to do today so I popped by Rainbow to check things out. The outside of the house looks like an absolute dump, but once you go in through the front door it's not too bad.

That's a pretty good question! Here's how I see things. You can bring a friend, but it has to be someone you trust. The best way to suggest it would be to work the idea into a conversation sometime. Preferably when your friend has had a couple of drinks and might be more open to "the adventure".

The whole thing about GFE is not so much something that they do, but more like the way they do it. It's more of an attitude thing. For example, a typical pro will show up and do her thing, all the while keeping an eye on the time and making sure she's in control of what you're allowed to do with her.
That really sucks for a lot of guys because it kind of kills the mood. The GFE is supposed to be more like a hookup with a regular girl, except that you're paying for it, of course. The interview will take about ten minutes and if you are okay, you pay you a membership fee and you'll be punched into their database and be given your lifetime membership number, the name and address - You know the procedure, don't want to insult you. I was told that not all get to be a member but I was nice to the big lady Mamasan.

Sounds like a HME for a regular visitor, even if you only visit once per month or better if your addicted like I am.

Prices went up at Nevada Relaxations and it just turns me off: $.4 for the half hour regular, then $.2 in increments for 3/4 hour and 1 hour. With the Gold membership being offered in April for $.75 per month, I don't not see myself going steadily by paying a flat fee of $9 per year to mamasan, plus $1.2 per visit to the SP for the FS. Time for alternatives!

Actually I have been to those clubs. Its what you would expect. Spent the last two weeks in Winnipeg on business. First time in about four years. Checked out the street scene and the independents. Wow, I was surprised. Didn't pick anyone up from the street, but from my observations it is actually better than Calgary or Edmonton, but not as good as Vancouver. Although on my trip to Vancouver last month it has really died down compared to a few years ago.
You guys in Winnipeg have some great independents. The price is better than any the above cities and there are some gems. Hometown of Calgary really sucks compared to Winnipeg. Prices here are about half of what you have to pay back home. Will be partaking of the hobby now only in Winnipeg or Vancouver.

I know that makes me look like a chicken. But Winnipeg isn't really THAT big, especially not amongst the MP visiting crowd. One thing I will say, she doesn't work at my favourite place, which is Exec.Bath/Time out.
