I always find the strong reaction to this question. Strange. First off, BBFS is much more dangerous to the girls than to us. So the idea that avoiding BBFS is for self-protection seems suspect. Also ask yourself if you'the expect a sugar baby to insist on safe sex? Hell, For the right amount of money I'the INSIST on BBFS LOL.Better you ask doctor if no risk for guys but only for girls?

Just looked it up. Transmission rates are double for male to female (. 08% or 8 times in 10,000 fucks) while it is. 04% (4 in 10,000) for an infected female to transmit to her male partner. Frankly I thought the spread was bigger so would modify my earlier statement a little. But the chance of getting HIV from a random BBFS is quite low. When AIDS was a death sentence the stakes overwhelmed the odds. But that's not the case any longer, HIV is a treatable manageable disease now. I'm not suggesting that everybody start going raw but find the strong reaction from some quarters a bit irrational. I think BBFS represents the last moral frontier that can't be crossed for many.

If a WG proposes you or sell you this kind of sex, it just mean she use this service to get more business and she will propose to others.
