Since the new President for life in China and the new cameras everywhere, most places are running scared. I have not been back to my favorite area in China since late 2019, but hope to be able to make another trip in summer. I am 80 years old and don't do message or quickie places. My idea of fun is KTV and singing, dancing, games, drinking, and a couple young ones to play and joke with, then take one oar both back to the hotel with me for a finish off the night. Sometimes keep for the night or send one or both home after two or three hours.
Even during these tight days, some of the KTV's are still open via back doors or no lights inside until you actually get into the KTV area via a dark elevator going to the upper floors. But now during the virus days I am not sure if that is even viable. With a bit of luck, things should open up mid summer, I hope!
