The problem is with payment processor at SA's end, as it's not enabled for OTP transactions, which is mandatory in India. Just write to them and they will fix it. You can also try to use a different card, from a different bank and also call your bank to unblock the transaction, as some banks do block the transactions if they are not sure about the payment processor at the other end or if it's not a trusted one. Once your payment goes through, please make sure that you disable the auto-renewal option in SA. Happy hunting bro.
