It is the amount we eat. Plain and simple. We take in more calories than we burn. People try to make it complicated and its not. So let's do our duty and try to help those ladies burn some calories.

I second that but I prefer the ones with less to burn.

OK guys, finally something worth reporting on from Marilyn. The owner, Sergio, opened the door, shook my hand, and had me sit down. There was a 6 ft+ bruiser on the couch, but he ran back and produced quite the opposite. Damn if I can remember her name, “Dabanda” or something like that, definitely a strange Mexican name. She’s no knockout, but petite (5’1” max), cute, and slender enough to take back to the room. 27 and 4 kids, you-know-who (who can’t post here anymore) would definitely not touch it. Yet, she was very fun and giving, a very GFE experience and quite a joy. I asked if she would give a BBBJ: she said no, and I said how sad, which made her laugh. She asked why, I explained intensity of pleasure heightened without the shower curtain etc., and she definitely made up for it with excellent skill and much ball wash.

This brings me to a question for you: I’m wondering what mongers prefer: BBBJ or CBJ? While the heightened pleasure factor of the BBBJ is a no-brainer, there is the disease factor to consider. While HIV/AIDS is not transmitted orally, Hepatitus-B certainly is. Thoughts or comments would be welcomed.

I would recommend her, she was fun, but still really not worth the trip out to Marilyn. Speaking of which, the busses apparently have gone up to 4 pesos and 50 centavos (formerly just 4 pesos). On the trip out I paid a fitty-cent 5 peso piece and received a fitty centavo coin in change, which I wrote off as a driver scamming on a gringo. But the return trip, on a separate bus line and driver, cost was the same. Makes me wonder if Pemex has gone up lately like everywhere else. It rarely changes, always a bit high, but these days, not so much. Anybody have any insights on this? Thanks,

Spine

Fellow Latina lovers.

Will be in J-town and El Paso Thurs night thru Sun. We are planing on starting early on Friday and eventually hitting Jokers on Friday eve. If you see two well dressed guys (one gringo, one latino) with a bunch of ladies on our laps in the VIP room in the back, stop in and say hello and let me buy you a drink. I am looking to see if anyone is interested in partying on Sat in Juarez or El Paso too as my bro will not be able to go on Sat. I need some more fellow mongers to hang with when I am in El Paso on business. Email me at [Email address deleted by Admin].

Peace and good luck with the chicas!

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. government on Friday said that effective January 8, 2007, citizens of the United States, Canada and Mexico must present a passport or one of two other approved documents to enter the United States by air or sea from the Western Hemisphere.

The plan, which must undergo public comment before going into effect, moves the deadline back a week from its original date of January 1 to accommodate holiday travel, the Department of Homeland Security said in a statement.

Under the rule, which implements part of a 2004 law and also covers Bermudans, the government will accept a Merchant Mariner Document, issued by the U.S. Coast Guard to merchant mariners, instead of a passport.

Some Canadian and U.S. citizens enrolled in a pilot program called NEXUS Air can also enter the country by presenting the identity card they have been issued that includes a computer chip with a photograph of their iris.

Previously, U.S. and Canadian citizens were allowed to enter the United States from the Western Hemisphere if they presented an identification document like a driver's license. Some Mexicans could also enter without a passport if they had a special border crossing card.

A second stage of the program will be implemented by January 1, 2008. It will require similar documents for citizens of the United States and Canadians, Mexicans and Bermudans arriving from the Western Hemisphere through U.S. land borders.

The program is separate from another effort to photograph and fingerprint visitors from most foreign countries when they enter the United States.

Good idea to have anyway, takes very little to get the first one then almost nothing to get it renewed. Mine was expired but just sent it with the form, pics, and fee, got a new one good for 10 years. The first one has to be applied for in person, and you'll need an original birth certificate, no copy permitted, and pics, no big deal..

As I mentioned above I had started my search in El Paso to no avail. But as a man looking at women’s things it kind of makes a guy feel like he is being watched and snickered at. Amazing how one feels when he crosses the border. Here I feel scrutinized and judged at anything I do but feel so liberated in all aspects across the border. While shopping a friend called me and we spoke while I was shopping in one store, The Milano. I got some looks then because I was speaking English, but not harsh looks, friendly, curious looks.

After shopping in centro, I headed to the Soriana mall. I found some good stuff there too but at American prices. Next time, I know where to shop.

Mugroso

I gave up shopping in J town for clothing for my girlfriend and her four daughters. Subpar quality without price adjustment. So guess where I go - to the ladies dept. at KMart. They've got some real bargains and [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) on what people think. I usually ask a cute clerk to help me and it gets interesting at times. So I bought my gf's 16 yr old daughter her first bikini (from KMart). She has a bod that gets nicer everyday. So in the ocean, she got used to the "naked effect". And I took a good number of pics of her - pant, pant. Then on the last night at the ocean, my gf and all the girls were there getting ready to go to bed. And I'm there and suddenly noticed the 16 yr old in her panties - the short-short type and underneath she had on a thong. Noone, I mean noone, acted as if I was intruding. And the 16 yr old pranced around and I got some damn good eye candy without making it obvious (I'm good at that except I cannot disguise my dilated pupils). So, I'm a diry old man. That's the only way to go at my age. So anyway, pick up a nice bikini on sale at KMart before they put the Christmas stuff out. Good luck.

I am going about my business, taking my time, I don't have any place to be or do anything so I'm cruising along Paisano, the part that hugs the river. Damn, when it rained a couple weeks ago I know the river went up to the banks and in some parts it threatened to go over the levy on the Mexican side.

Today for the first time I saw it. I have never seen the river with so much water in it. Since that heavy rain I have been over the border but always driving and not much of a view. I remember as a kid, there was always a steady flow, some parts could not be crossed by wetbacks coming over, only certain places were safe for crossing. Now no part is safe.

Last summer I snapped some pics and there was no water in the rio except for a couple of puddles.

Tomorrow I will break out the LOJ cam and shoot some video. Of the rio that is.

I thought it must have been the rain, but now I see it was because The Filthy One was there......

I figured I would go ahead and beat the rush and re-upped mine for another 10 years, since it was about to expire anyway. Any of you amigos who do not yet have one can start here (http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html). It's a LOT easier if you already have one and it hasn't been expired for too long, more than 5 years. If so then you can re-up by mail by sending you old passport in with the check for $67 and some passport pix. If you have never had one you will need to present your carcass at one of their "acceptance facilities" (http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/), which may include post offices, courthouses, ect, in addition to the federal building, along with the appropiate documents to prove you are really you along with the requisite fee of $97. It's really not all that big a pain in the ass, best done soon while the wait is still acceptable.

P.S. Oops, I should have read a little further ahead before replying. My bad.

Last year or two, when I was looking at homes around Santa Teresa, I stopped and took a few pics here & there along the Rio. One thought that kept crossing my mind was how sad it was that it was so empty and weak - like so may 'famous' rivers are nowadays. Same thought that I usually had when walking over the bridge. Being an old dude, I remember school teachings of these mighty rivers.

Now, sitting in NE Las Cruces I'm so glad I didn't end up on that westside I-10 corridor but I AM a little pissed by how much I'm not cashing out from football. It's a little scarey, with a 2300 pound car, to make the trek but would love to see the Rio for myself....

So as promised I went to Juarez but not till late, around 7pm or so. I snapped a couple pics from the top of the bridge and pasted the 2 together as you can see in pic #1.

I then entered Mexico and hung a right to snap a pic of under the bridge. You see, when I drive I go by the free bridge then to Malecon, cross Fransico Villareal, under the bridge then Mariscal St. Well I won't be doing this for a while.

While I was in Juarez I cruised by the neighborhood and ran into Laura. She wanted to hang out for a bit so we went to this "new" club called Faustos. Ok, new my ass. You see, Faustos is now called Alice & Charlies. So the new club, right next door to A&C is called Faustos. I don't get it but I'm not the boss. Becareful here if you have bad knees or something, the stairs are steep. There were 5 girls working, Daniella of Rancho Grande, Angie of Hollywood, Garrabi (sp?) of Hollywood and of course a couple of fat chicas. I will pass more time in there tonight and post a full report. If they stay open for more than a month I will include them in the reviews on my website.

Laura went back to work and I headed to Las Palmeras. On the way, in front of the Del Rio convenience store a guy was taking a shit. Actually he wasn't taking because when I passed by on my way back he left the terd there. I didn't see any paper so if I see this guy again I will be sure not to shake his hand.

Not much else to report except while on the bridge back I snapped a couple of night shots that didn't turn out so well so I'm not gonna post them. While snapping some security lady on the American side put the flashlight on my and told me not to snap pics. Fuck her, I was done anyway so I didn't smart off at her. I was still legally on the Mexican side so why she had to impose her ass on me from across the border I don't know, maybe she has a pair.

I then crossed the border so I will post the rest on the usasexguide.info.

All service to be provided in “tolerance zone”

July 26, 2006

50 hectares minimum suggested by the Downtown Juarez Clean-up and Moral Standards Project

Horacio Carrasco
El Diario

The zone of tolerance, if approve, will have at least 50 hectares with adequate parking, public services such as police and firefighters, handicrafts market, bars, money exchanges, hotels and restaurants, said Juan Federico Fernandez Ordonez, coordinator of the Downtown Juarez Clean-up and Moral Standards Project, who was designated to this position by mayor Hector Murguia.

It will also have beauty salons, health clinics, emergency room, city bus terminal, telephone services, show rooms, taxi site, medical attention for the prostitutes and daycare for their children.

It should be thought of as a “mini-Vegas”, that is a well designed tourist attraction, with no access to minors, rather than a dungeon or an ugly, unhealthy corral, all of this with the goal of taking advantage of the sexual tourism of Americans, he added.

Fernandez Ordonez also works in the project for the Prevention, Detection and Control of Sexually Transmitted Disease and Reduction of Prostitution for the region of Juarez, in which the creation of a tolerance zone is being considered.

He stated that, “it is not a question of satanizing or persecuting prostitutes, but rather an attempt to help them. We have the duty to provide them with a way out of this activity.”

He added that other municipal administrations have done public works that fixed sidewalks, walls, facades or sewers, but that what the Juarez public really wants is to be able to walk freely through the streets of the downtown area.

It is urgent that the center of the city be restored to a family environment, not one that belongs to criminals, prostitutes or the forces of chaos, rather one of respect for commerce and tourism, he stated.

“I am not opposed to prostitutes, female or male. I believe that they are people who need to be spoken to, guided, and evangelized. Various churches can play a role in that,” he said.

It is important to show the world what we have here, such as industry, art, and family values, not just prostitution and alcohol, as has been perceived for decades.

Juarez’s image needs to be dignified. Family principles and basic values need to be established to allow people to walk around downtown with freedom and without fear.

Cities are known throughout the world for their culture, architecture, monuments, museums, industry, education, art, commerce, health, and transportation, not for their bars and brothels, he added.

“We have to face t he problem straight on; we can’t ignore it,” he said. “What is needed is a tolerance zone outside of the city, far from the city.”

He said that a zone of tolerance is feasible because it is a necessary evil, but that it should not be in the downtown area, but rather outside of the city where it won’t affect our children, our wives, and our families.

It should be a respectable zone, clean and cared for both in terms of safety and health, something which is organized and well made, he added.

Nobody is scared off by decent bars where the family can go to get a pizza and the adults can have a glass of wine. A brothel with child prostitution, pornography, or uncontrolled homosexuality is a different story, he said.

Our rights end where those of others begin. Certainly these people have rights and duties, but their rights end where the rights of the community begin.

The problem of prostitution, a necessary evil, needs to be moved somewhere else, Fernandez said.

I believe in regulating it. It can’t be left loose because it causes public health problems.

He stated that it is a serious problem which should be solved rather than worsened. These people need solutions, guidance, care for their children, and new activities.

He stated that there are several proposals to establish the zone of tolerance: in colonia Waterfill, in San Jeronimo, and one to put it at a kilometer from the kilometro 20 traffic circle along the road to Casas Grandes where there is an appropriate space.

“To avoid losing American sex tourism business, it should be put along the edge of the Rio Grande or on the border with New Mexico, but not in the downtown where it is a point of infection and insecurity,” he added.

just back and had a good time. i'll post the full report later.

had 3 and 2 were no good. i should post the other 2 girls names here since i found out chico has read this board and they were his girls. but i won't. (i took them to my hotel without asking chico which is a no no for the girls) little tramps want their money first and then whine and moan after 5 minutes about how long its taking.

tip:

if you take girls around the club l area to your room and they are chicos girls talk to him first, tell him what you want and let him tell them. otherwise they will screw you on time or anything they can and they don't care. but they don't want to screw chico. i learned that lesson this time. chico treated me right, he was a cool cat. he was the opposite of what i read about him here. i talked to him and he told the girl to go with me and stay for the whole damn hour. he got in her face and said don't come back until the hour is done. she did exactly that. i gave him half up front. the girl did her job better for half money than i paid her before. which just goes to show me i need to go through him otherwise these chicas will try and screw you over if possible.

obviously he doesn't want his girls going "off campus" as he can't keep an eye on em, but i told him i wouldn't use his rooms so he agreed.

i want to note again that some of these chicas are younger, be careful. there are a couple which i would be very cautious of, obviously getting down to range where you couldn't tell if they were ****. stick to the ones in their mid twenties at youngest. edith below looks young but i know shes in her mid twenties even though she has that sweet young thing look.

spent some time with the 1 girl i had wanted to for a long time, edith. damn why does she have to be a shooter? she is a gem. that smile of hers is priceless. and as posted before she either enjoys it or is a great actor. i was happy to tip her and wished i had spent the money on her that i kinda wasted on the other two.

i just wanted to repost this beauty. photo courtesy of gntlman monger:

Chito is the dudes name, and he is a two faced lying bastard, don't trust anything he tells you. He's all about money, and tell you what you want to hear. And you can take that to the bank. He hires druggies and supplies them with the drugs to keep them hooked and in debt working for him. That is a fact.

Haven't been to Sirena in quite awhile, mainly to avoid Racquel. Can you (or anyone else) tell me if she's still there? She's a sweet, pretty woman, upper 30s though, with considerable baby damage. She's called me her novio for quite some time, which doesn't bother me, but she'd probably get upset if I didn't pick her. The last time I was there, about 8-10 months ago, she warned me not to touch her head or hair because she'd recently had some kinda surgery on her head. Creepy. I feel for her and have done a considerable amount for her in the past, but feel that chapter should now be closed. I'd appreciate any reports on whether or not she's still there before I go back. thanks.

oh and btw, the large madam does indeed ring the bell at an hour for a jacuzzi session. This really sucked and I complained to no avail that half the allotted time was spent filling and dealing with the jacuzzi.

Hello everyone, I am just posting my experience from a short visit to Juarez to check out the MP.

I went there with my mind set on going to two places that I have found info about on WSG and here. These places were Sirena and Genesis. First I went to Sirena since is the closes one as you get off the free bridge. Sirena is located in the corner of Panama St and Hermanos Escobar. The door is close and as soon as you approached they will come and open it for you. The day I went was a wednesday at around 4pm and there were like 6 girls there, but I saw one call Arleth that everyone recomended in the other site so I decided to go with her.

She was very cool and we talked for a bit while she was massaging my legs, she then moved on to give me a quick BJ with rubber on and I have to say she was not good at it. However, the FS was nice as she is in good shape and knows what she is doing. The price was $40 and she never try to get anything else and never ask for tips or anything. Multiple positions was okay and she aim to please. I told her she was recommended to me from a friend and I don't know if that had something to do with it as she told me afterwards "I hope I didn't disapointed on what your friend told you". Which she didn't and my recomendation was you guys post around here. Thanks. Only downside is that you have to come out from your little room to shower, showers are outside of rooms.

I forgot to mention that I park behind one place call El Encanto which is another MP, on this one you must go up the stairs and I walked in and saw about 5 chicks there but none caught my attention and walk to Sirenas instead. The parking was okay and paid $4 for a guy to look over my car. After my time at Sirena's I decided it was still early as it was like 5:30pm and I headed to Genesis. Genesis was a little cheaper as it was $30 and I don't know if it was because it was wednesday but the girl selection there was not all that great either. I did go with a girl name Kelly just because of the way she was looking at me. She was not really my type as she had a little more meat than I like but she would do. She was a little freak as she was grabbing my ass and telling me how she liked a man with a little ass to grab. All went fine there and no trying to ask for a tip either, I was impressed by now cause I was expecting them to try to upsale me, get more and shit.

Bear in mind that I am fluent in spanish as it is my first language and I come from a third world country as well in the caribbean, so even though I am not experience with the whole MP and scene I am somewhat street smart. Afterwards I went back to Hermanos Escobar to get some food at a little place that is about a block from Sirena's on Hermanos Escobar. Food was okay nothing to be bragging about but I spend less than $100 bones and I got a meal, couple of sodas, and my freak on twice. I had not much to complain about.

On my way back I just headed back to the free bridge as it is the only area that I know for sure and shit. Traffic was not heavy and there was only like 4 cars in front of me becuase that afternoon it rain quite a bit. When I got the the port of entry the officer there asked me if that was my car, if I was a an American citizen, and where I lived and what I was doing in Juarez. I answer with Yes officer it is my car, I am a United States Citizen, I lived in east El Paso and told him the address and then I told him that I went to Juarez to eat. She then walked to the cars trunk took a look at my license plate (I do not have a front plate in my car, I should huh. lol) and he type something on computer and said had a good evening. and I was on my way home with no problems whatsoever.

All in all, I think it was a good experience and I will definitely go back again when I have a chance to get a second taste of Arleth, she was a 6-7 in my opinion.

I like to thank Mugroso, spina, treewalker, coyote, and cienega for all their insightfull information on all your post.
When will the next mugrosopaloonga happening, I am new to El Paso and by the time I found this site and got to reading and catching up with all that is here it was too late.

So there I was sitting in my underwear surfing the net looking at the clock. Oh shit, I need to get ready to go hook up with zootv for his monthly tour and all of a sudden Laura logs on to the yahoo messenger and says, "hola".

We chat for a bit and invite her to the Pink Ladies and she accepts. I throw on my "uniform" and boogie out the door.

I hook up with zootv and tell him Laura is coming with us and he agrees. We wait for longer than we should have (after all, it is his dime). We ran into Yessenia from Queens Place on the street and as she walked away after saying hi and kiss, kiss we watched her wiggle her ass up the avenida. And so did everybody else.

We spoke to Jerry, a taxista and he walked away and this other taxista approached us and this is what he said, “What, don’t you want a fucking ride from that guy”? I responded, “No, I have my own fucking ride”. Humorously of course. He took offense to my response which tells me his comment was meant as disrespect as he did not like mine. I told him that I give tours and he says I need a license. Fuck him. We waited long enough for Laura. As soon as we gave up and headed off to go to my ride, Laura turns the corner. Let the party begin.

So we head off to the Pink Ladies expecting to see one particular hottie but she was a no show. Everything else was slim pickin’s, no pun intended. I lowered my expectations a notch and didn’t still didn’t see anything that made Mug Jr. twitch. Some guys at the table next to us started eyeballing Laura and at first I took offense to it but I realized I shouldn’t be offended. What healthy male wouldn’t eyeball a fine woman in a brothel? They later apologized but there was no need as I already understood. Nice guys though.

We later headed off to el centro. We didn’t hit to many places, just the Año Nuevo and the Hollywood. Laura gets a kick out of how I call it the Ano Nuevo. (refer to our English/Spanish dictionary) Rancho Grande is up for sale and the “new” Faustos is already being renovated. We popped our head into Queens but it was dead. They are putting up some effort though, they are advertising for new girls. Lets wish them luck, I’d hate to see that place die off.

I know I have posted about this before but this reinforces a previous post about creating a zona in Juarez. The latest rumor is presentation. A bar is going to have to meet certain standards so far as appearance or shut down. I hope this doesn’t happen, some of us like the atmosphere of dingy little dives. All in all, its just an effort to improve appearances for the sake of tourism.

Chito is the dudes name, and he is a two faced lying bastard, don't trust anything he tells you. He's all about money, and tell you what you want to hear. And you can take that to the bank. He hires druggies and supplies them with the drugs to keep them hooked and in debt working for him. That is a fact.

He pronounced his name as sheeko or perhaps sheeto to me. I know what he does with the girls. He owns a crap bar in a crap ghetto in a crap town in Mexico.... of course he does that...what else would he do?

I just needed him to get his hos under control, which he did, thats what a good pimp does.

He keeps that pimp hand strong. :D

Its a shame that someone is so dysfunctional that they would rather leave that behave respectfully.

If so and so's posts had not been removed or edited then new comers would know what led to "the other" thread.

Am I glad he is gone? Not really. Why you may ask? Because he just could not see what a fool and arogant ass he was. I see his inability to adjust and be respectful to other posters and the ladies as a failure.

Oh well, lets party

chito, pronounced cheeto, with the mexican accent, the "ch" comes out like "sh", so sheeto is prolly what he said.

notice how some girls only work outside?? cause they are either **** or don't have id. i have personal knowledge of a girl that was available, by request to chito, that was definately not 18, i won't post the real number.
i will say her mother worked with chito tho.
once you know him, there isn't much he won't or can't provide.

making deals with girls that work there, outside of going thru him, is not a good idea. these girls are low life, drug addicts, liars, and thiefs

hi guys!

i trying to get to juarez this labor day weekend and was wondering everyones top 5 massage parlors. i haven't been to juarez in about 18 months so i'm out of it. so for all you regular, which mp would you go to 1st once you arrive in juarez, and so forth.

thanks!for me and my mates, we like hitting up the genesis first, have had some good looking girls there lately and some good times to go with it. its pretty much a straight shot down ave americas as you come down the bridge. if that doesnt pan out, we usually check out felinas and corpus and then hit the luxxor, they are all in the same general area. we also try and check out encantos and sirenas on the otherside of the 16th, with sirenas being the best of the two. i wouldnt bother checking out michaels on americas, its too hit or miss. venus is just on the other side ave lincoln which has had more hotties than usual lately. cleopatras in the downtown area is ok, but if you prefer to check out a variety of mps without having to maeuver all over town, the mps mentioned above are all within close proximity. there are some smaller mps/casas of course, but these tend to be the main ones in the general area.

if you could, i recommend driving. the cops are not too bad in that part of town, in fact they actually enforce the law, so watch your seatbelts, speed and california-stops if you drive in that area. most of the time, if they pull you over and see texas/american plates they just scold you and such, the might ask for a quick 10 spot but it sure beats the hassle of them taking your license of a plate off your car and then having to get it back, trust me, i know about this.

i recommend driving, mainly because the taxiistas in this part charge a fortune to get around and act ignorant when you ask them to take you to mps. its a huge hassle and waste of money and time, but then i dont know what your situation is.

as for getting back across, ive never had any problems with the customs agents on the free bridge, but then i never give them a hard time or attitude either, the hardest part about it is waiting in line. ive been sweated more going across the santa fe bridge that i dont even bother crossing at that point, even when i am stuck on that side of town.

what my buddies and i usually end up doing after our mp excursions is checking out some of the strip joints on the other side of town, and then hitting the centro strip joints, or just cruising on to colorados which has had some excellent eye candy lately. if nothing else pans out, we usually end it and pink ladys of course, or even begin there.

here would be our recent 5/8 in no particular order

1.luxxor
2.masajes sirenas
3.genesis
4.venus
5.romas, marylins or tiffanys (since these 3 are in the same general area)

happy trails!

editor's note: i certainly hope that the author or somebody else will post a link to this report in the reports of distinction thread. please click here (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/announcement-reportsofdistinction.php?) for more information.

the entry to hawaiian is in plaza mariachi near fausto's, las vegas, dia y noche, etc. they can't seem to figure out what kind of club they want to be; every time i go in there it's something different. last night it was karaoke and dancers. it wasn't open mike karaoke, but hired 'talent'. there were a couple of tables of nice looking ladies dressed like you might see in a nice disco. a few were real babes. they didn't seem to be mixing with the customers, but i asked one to join me for a drink. she accepted right away, so i thought i might be buying her a ficha, but her drink was normal price. she invited me back to her room, but her low price made me suspicious, so i dropped some change and took a discreet peek up her miniskirt. definitely female. i had to get going, so i didn't take her up on her offer.

this place is showing some promise. i'll be back to check out some of the other chicks. it may turn out to be a good alternative to the strip clubs. beers and cokes are a buck and mixed drinks are two.

The Hawaiian has always been a straight up bar but the way you describe it sounds like the way Noa Noa used to be before it burned down.

In all my years of going down to Wazoo I've only been in the Hawaiian once. I will check it out next time I go down.

When you register at the Holiday Inn, register for 2 people, price is same for 1 or 2.
Parking is around back in a guarded lot. I have only stayed there a couple times, not worth the price, never had a problem.

interesting link. . .i'm not sure how it's going to affect the provider scene though. . .maybe somebody will be motivated to build a big, decent mp so we won't have to go trolling at all the small places.

juarez, mexico - just a year ago, this was wild, open desert, home to nothing more than rep001tered shrubs and the occasional funnel clouds that kick up blinding dust storms.

now, a $100 million factory rises from deep black asphalt. a young tree is planted near the entrance, and teresa rios waits anxiously under a sliver of shade it casts.

rios, 27, is late for a court hearing. she is in the middle of a custody dispute with her ex-husband; for now, she and her two children live in a shelter for battered women.

still, there is hope. she is two weeks into a job that pays her about $10 a day. like the tree against the sun, she is rail thin, her life a modest but full effort. and she sees the electrolux refrigerator factory as a path to a far better future.

"my dream is to be a top executive," said rios, who did not earn a high school diploma. "i don't know if i'll make it, but this is one of my dreams. really just to be free."

crucible of capitalism in chihuahuan desert
the electrolux plant has done many things: it has sucked jobs from greenville, mich., where electrolux closed a plant before moving here. it — and others like it — have transformed juarez and the chihuahuan desert into a bustling crucible of capitalism.

but more than anything else, the planta electrolux has transformed the lives of people like teresa rios and andres lozano.

lozano, 27, was hired in december at electrolux, employee no. 2319. already the plant employs slightly more than the greenville operation and promises to be twice as large. based on an exchange rate of about 11.5 pesos to the dollar, workers in juarez make in a day what workers in greenville made in an hour or less. for corporate numbers crunchers, the math was easy.

lozano supports his wife alma, who does not work outside the home, and two young children, iban, 4, and evelyn, 6 months. his pay, which has risen quickly to 100 pesos a day, is enough to support the entire family. in another month he will earn 130 pesos a day.

in his old job, as a meat wholesaler, he made about the same amount of money but worked twice as much, usually 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. he sold and delivered processed meats, ham, bologna, franks, mostly to large grocery chains, working on commission.

because he works less now, he has fewer problems at home. he has time to shop, see friends, see movies, go to flea markets, repair things around the house. he is a man more at ease, his posture relaxed, with a smile that comes more easily. with his salary, and with help from a government loan program, he was able to purchase a two-bedroom home for about $20,000.

"my kids will have what i didn't have," he said. "they'll have more of everything. they'll go out more. they'll have more things.

"i had the chance to go to college, but i had to work. i want my kids to go to college. i don't want them to be operators."

maquiladoras, are a magnet for workers
electrolux and the other factories, known as maquiladoras, are a magnet for workers. since 1990 the population of juarez has grown from about 800,000, to 1.3 million, and about a third of its residents came from outside its state of chihuahua.

with a growth rate that is almost three times the mexican average, juarez is now mexico's fourth largest city, growing much faster than the american city across the bridge, el paso.

and there is no reason to believe the growth will end soon. juarez is bound to the north and east by the u.s. border, and bound to the west by mountains. but the south, where electrolux lies, presents no barriers, and land there is plentiful. it is expected that electrolux's many suppliers of foam, plastic, electrical parts, will build their own plants nearby.

once, juarez was a small farming town; the growth of industry began in the 1960s, and increased steadily until the turn of the century, when competition from china cost the city tens of thousands of jobs.

items like clothing and luggage are made more cheaply in china. but certain goods, refrigerators among them, benefit from being manufactured across the border.

a landmark victory for juarez
the construction of the electrolux plant (the company is building a second factory nearby to assemble washers and dryers) was a landmark, economic victory for juarez, the return of good times and plentiful jobs. the near-term forecast is a shortage of workers, not jobs.

angelica espinoza was one of about 100 people hired by electrolux in june. she is 33, a single mother of two teenage boys, her hair already graying at the edges. hers was a difficult and lean childhood spent caring for her frail grandmother and doing chores for neighbors for coins to buy milk.

her job at electrolux is to wipe clean finished refrigerators coming off the line. by the end of the summer, she expected to make about 100 pesos a day.

as it is, when she gets home from work at 4 p.m., she cooks dinner, takes a 30-minute nap and cleans the house. her washing machine has been broken for a few months, so every day she does a little laundry by hand in the back of the house, in an outdoor, concrete sink with a built-in washboard. it is a small, dirt backyard, strewn with bicycle parts.

extras come hard. unable to afford a dress for her son's graduation party, she didn't go.

'a very hard life'
"i had a very hard life," she said. "i hope god helps me to have a better life."

like most who took jobs there, she has the equivalent of a middle-school education. and like the others, she said she was drawn to the better-than-average pay and the possibility of quick advancement. by the end of the year, electrolux will hire almost 1,000 more people, giving employees like espinoza quick seniority.

with earnings from his new job working in the repair department at electrolux, leonel soto, 26, bought a new refrigerator, and a used, big-screen television, christened during a family viewing of mexico's world cup match against angola.

he and his wife yasmin's home has just one bedroom, which the couple shares with their two young children. a bed in the living room doubles as a sofa and guest bed and takes up nearly the entire room which leonel painted light pink. the floor is still bare concrete, but he'd like to tile it soon. within five years, he hopes to have a second floor added to their townhouse in the newest neighborhood in juarez. soto is ambitious and always volunteers to work overtime.

"i want to give my kids the best and i think i'll get it here," he said.

the boulevards that these workers traverse on their way to work — the paseo de la victoria, the avenue de las torres — are lined with the signs of development and commerce and chaos.

once planted fields of cotton and tomatoes are now los angeles-styled blocks of giant supermarkets and shopping malls. the missiones mall houses a multiplex equipped with a vip room where customers can order sushi while watching the latest, subtitled hollywood blockbuster.

american brands abound in juarez
on one side of the boulevard is a gated neighborhood of domed, stucco homes painted soft desert hues of saffron and tan. on the other side is a graffiti-covered, cinderblock slum of two-room shacks.

american brands like home depot, wal-mart, wendy's, costco and kfc are so generously represented that stretches of juarez look more like america than mexico. one of the city's oldest landmarks is the plaza de toros, an old arena that still hosts bull fights as well as concerts and wedding banquets. it will soon be torn down to make way for a new wal-mart.

gloria lopez, 55, came of age during the ascension of the maquiladoras. a teacher, she taught english in the factories. her husband, an engineer, also worked in the maquila all his life.

"we have more money and there is more what you'd call progress, and i'm not against it," lopez said. "it's good for all the people who come for the jobs."

but she can't help but long for the juarez of her childhood, a place of smaller streets, shorter walks. chinese immigrants grew fruits and vegetables and cotton on rented land. juarez was a city of trees back then.

as the city grew, wealth and literacy grew, as well; juarez now has one of mexico's best colleges.

with growth comes problems: drugs and murder
at the same time, juarez also grew as a center for the trade of illegal drugs. drug-related shootings are common. and it became famous for the unsolved murders of hundreds of women, factory workers, their bodies left by roadsides.

in her circle of friends, she said, only one or two out of every 10 people are from juarez and she wonders if they can care about the city the way she does.

andres lozano wonders, too.

his father used to pull leaves off the eucalyptus tree in the park, the same one young andres loved to climb, and make them into a tea as a cough remedy. it always seemed to work.

the tree is still there, although lozano hardly recognizes it. the rims on the basketball court are bent. the grounds are marked by litter and graffiti.

"kids don't care about the park anymore," lozano said. "parents have to teach their kids, 'this is yours; don't destroy it.' "

maybe, lozano suggests, it's because "a lot of people are not from here and this is not their city anymore. they just come here to see what they can get, they don't care. i'd like to go back to my old times. i've thought about trying to move to el paso. but i prefer to visit. juarez is my city."

I have been reading the forum here a bit and it seems all I read about is Massage Parlors. I went to Juarez once 20 years ago and I remember crossing the bridge from downtown El Paso and going 2 or 3 blocks and turning right. In that area there were a lot of bars where you could take a lady upstairs for $15 dollars. Is that area still going? If so what is the going rate these days? I will be driving from San Antonio to Los Angeles in a couple of days and have been thinking of stopping in Juarez for a short rest.

Nothing like 'The Alley' of TJ.

You'll find SWs out & about in Juarez but it's a lower class game - lots of crackheads, or as I call them "Crank-skanks", and the like. You might find a decent one from time to time but there's also a chance of minors as well - which I'm sure you know is nothing less than a shitload of problems.

I sure did like 'The Alley'. Now that's window shopping at its finest!

It's been a while since I've crossed the Rio, and with the break in the rain and week 1 in the NFL waiting for me, I felt it was time.

Hit the book (which used to be a 10 minute drive back in Vegas and is now 100 mile roundtrip) and then hit the streets. The activity at this time (10ish) can be described in one word - NOTHING. I couldn't remember if it was Friday nite or not. Chelo at Virginia's said she thought it was because of school just starting, as far as the lack of girls/customers anywhere and thinks it'll get better in a week or two when the truckers hit town. Her words not mine.

On my way back to the bridge, I figured I would check out the Hawaiian. Guess it was 'guys in dresses singing' nite. One was actually pretty good (couldn't let that 'XX' I ordered go to waste) but the crowd was thin and I couldn't figure out who was what, outside of a couple or two watching the show.

But at least my college games hit so it wasn't a total loss...

She's definitely not the same Claudia who worked at Luxxor back in the day.
Sinena's Claudia is petite, 30 yo (but looks younger), reddish hair, maybe a "C" cup, unshaven kitty.

Be nice to her.

After you cross the free bridge, they had a huge traffic jam.
Police were redirecting traffic for some reason.

I crossed the free bridge around noon and kept driving south, down Avenida de las Americas, until I hit 16 de Septiembre. I turned left and headed east until reaching Adolfo Lopez Mateos. I turned right to head south on that street until I reached Roma, right next to the Church’s Chicken. There was nothing but fat, but-her-faces there.
I kept heading south until reaching Ejercito Nacional, turned left and did a u-turn at the next major intersection, Ejercito Nacional and Plutarco Elias Calles to check out Marisol. Saw a slight improvement in the ladies there, but the only doable girl I saw there was Vanessa, who I had already sampled when she worked at El Encanto.
I proceeded west on Ejercito Nacional until I reached Tiffany’s. Paloma was the only girl working at the time. Nothing against her, but I did not want to repeat with her.
I headed north on Juan de la Barrera until I reached Del Ejido, where I turned left and stopped at the corner of Juan Escutia at Marilyn’s. They only had three whales and I passed.
I went one block north to Ninos Heroes, turned left and kept going west until the intersection of Paraguay. I finally found the Musas MP in a yellowish shopping center. They did have the 30 for 20 and the threesome for 40 deals. But, to call the overweight women there whales would have been an insult to real whales everywhere.
I headed north on Paraguay until I reached Jose Borunda and turned left until I reached Corpus. I saw Liz there, and I would have gladly hit that again, but she was looking very sick and not appealing at all. The other girls there where nothing but 3s.
I went one block west to Felinas and I found Diana, a very cute, 23 YO, blonde. Price was 30 for an hour and I took her for a test drive. She was a real firecracker, CBJ, 69, multiple positions. I actually had an amazing, full hour of straight up service. At one point she was laying on her back on the table, and I as doing her standing up. She started sucking my fingers while I fucked her. She almost bit my fingers off when the rhythm intensified and she came, or pretended to cum. At first she was reluctant to let me take pictures of her, but before I left she was asking me to take more pictures of her. She really got into the posing.
I went a couple of blocks north, to 16 the Septiembre and one block west to reach Luxxor. There I found Azul, she looked very hot and her eyes just captured me so I chose her for 40 for one hour. Almost immediately I knew I had made a wrong selection. She took almost 20 minutes to return to the room after I handed her the money. I asked her if she would let me take some pictures of her and she agreed for 40, but I could only take four pictures and none of her face. She gave a poor CBJ and was very reluctant to change positions and wouldn’t do 69. She kept rushing me and saying I was so big I was hurting her and we couldn’t do it anymore. During reverse cowgirl she dismounted me and removed the cover, without asking me or me finishing! She said she couldn’t take it anymore and she would finish me off with her hand. I think her hand job was worse than her CBJ. Afterwards she still wanted her tip for the pictures. I told her she was crazy and she was not going to see a single cent more from me. She then said the CBJ was extra and I owed her an extra 10 and she would report me to management. I told her to go ahead, since I did not receive full service. We argued for a while until she stormed out of the room. I went out and asked to talk to the person in charge, but he/she never came and Azul dint return to the lounge either. Azul has a great body, has blue eyes, and is 19 YO, but avoid her scamming ass at all costs. I wish I had taken a picture of her face so I could show you guys who to avoid.
From there I headed north until I reached Hermanos Escobar and then headed east until I reached Sirenas and El Encanto. There were no doable girls at the time, so I called it a day.

Pictures of the girls will be in the pictures thread shortly.

Thanks for the info and the photos. I was also over at Luxxor a couple of days ago and almost wound up with Azul. I confused her at first with another girl, Mia, who I took to the room. Mia, 25, was unspectacular, but she had a nicely toned body and I enjoyed my session with her.

I also spent a great deal of time cruising around J in search of the perfect one, an ideal that apparently does not exist.

A suggestion... shrink your photos before posting. They download much more quickly.

Luxxor is/was great when Stuart was in charge.
When Soriya is in charge, be prepared to get pissed-off & pissed-on.

At least this is the way is was--I haven't been there in a year.
Please tell me Soriya left.

Sorry to hear about your experience.

On my way back to the bridge, I figured I would check out the Hawaiian. Guess it was 'guys in dresses singing' nite. One was actually pretty good (couldn't let that 'XX' I ordered go to waste) but the crowd was thin and I couldn't figure out who was what, outside of a couple or two watching the show.
...
I also had a problem figuring who was what. My guess was that most of the flashy ones weren't real although they were pretty good fakes.

[QUOTE=Svtlord]I crossed the free bridge around noon and kept driving south, down Avenida de las Americas, until I hit 16 de Septiembre. I turned left and headed east until reaching Adolfo Lopez Mateos. I turned right to head south on that street until I reached Roma, right next to the Church’s Chicken. There was nothing but fat, but-her-faces there.

Excellent, complete report. You just saved me a lot of driving around this weekend - now that I know which places NOT to hit.

I was only there long enough for 2 'singers'. The last part of one who was fairly gruesome and the next (Lupita?) was fairly obvious but did do a pretty good show. The small crowd I thought was confusing until the three linebackers in skirts walked in. My confusion comes from some of the younger lez or bi chicks trying to act "neutral" or even a little butchish.

By American standards, between Vegas and L.A., I've learned that if it's in a floor length shiny dress doing kareoke(sp) it's a 99.999% gimmee that it's a guy.

I feel like the MP's in Juarez are going downhill. The girls are getting fatter and fatter. The skinney ones you do find are more interested in upselling you for additional tip.

The good ones I've managed to find have all disapeared. I miss the days when I could get a relaxing massage for 10-15 minutes followed by BBBJ/FS finish then additonal massge followed by a second pop.

I guess the hunt will continue.

I'll be crossing the border next week. I'll share any findings.

That is the question, right? I am coming on biz to El Paso next week. It will be my second visit in a month, and my second visit ever. Last time, I did my research and walked over the border from my hotel accomodations at the Camino Real. I was shocked at the bars and price of beer. Hawiian had the best deal with 2 beers for 3$, of course you'll need to endure the entertainment. I always received my change in Pesos, wasn't ready for that. Being from California, I've been to TJ many times and I'm pretty good at getting around there on a budget. Mariscol was easy to get to and walk around. I feel though that I'm missing the real entertaining places. Could somone help me - please tell me what to tell a cabby so he takes me to another area of seedy bars where a guy can walk and see a bunch of places close. Every cabby wanted to take me "to the ladies" but I know that game well. I have done alot of reading here, but all I can find is names of places not on Mariscol, not another area where places are close to each other - help a fellow monger out.

I'd download that map a monger posted about 2-3 months ago.
Then I do a little treasure hunting--closest bridge to the MPs is the free bridge.
I've had only bad experiences on Mariscol street--really bad.

Trolled around a little, after hitting UNO. Pretty dead, overall, but lots of large flags flying out of car windows and red-white-green painted faces.

The Green Lantern looks to be on its last legs, IMHO. Closed at 9 on Friday nite - not a soul in the joint - 2 Fridays in a row.

Virginia's looks like it's in competition with Las Palmeras - as far as the tonnage.

Las Palmeras...
The good news - the girls are back to pulling their bottoms down/off again.
The bad news - the girls are back to pulling their bottoms down/off again.
But I have to admit, I don't see as much tummy damage any more. Read between the lines (or rolls) for that one.

Night & Day had what looked to be a few little cuties there but time was running short and I was hungry so off to Tacos Lucas. While sitting there with my meal, the crowds started showing up, walking down the street. I guess they were all at the park for the celebrations.

I didn't really feel up to partaking in anything other than a little lookeyloo in a few joints, a plate of food and the sports book.

I know it sounds unbelievable, but up to until last weekend I'd never had a mongering experience. It's not that I have ever had any serious objections to the idea, but it it took me quite a while to get used to the the idea of just walking into someplace saying hello to a girl and going to a back room with her. Also, the options available in the US had always put me off (skanky hos, your picture may end up on a billboard, etc.) But thanks to all the great info. You guys have posted here I decided to make a stop there on a trip from AZ to NM.

Well I had been thinking of getting a room in El Paso and just heading over for the afternoon or evening, but then decided I'd walk over and try to stay somewhere on the other side. I wasn't too sure about leaving my car down in one of those parking lots by the border. I had some valuables that I couldn't really take with me and I don't know how security is in those parking lots near the border at night. I decided to take my chances parking in a somewhat nice neighborhood about a mile away from the border. I arrived in CJ via the Santa Fe bridge and headed up Av. Juarez to 16 de Sept, over to Panama and down to the Hotel V. Manport. With all that walking it was already pushing 9pm. I quickly found Sirenas across the street, but sort of wanted to check out a few other places before I decided which one to patronize.

I checked in at the hotel, and found that it would only qualify at most as a one-star hotel in the US. There really isn't anything wrong with it but it's certainly nothing fancy. I was somewhat disconcerted to find a fairly large group of teenage boys staying in a couple of rooms a few doors down. These guys were whooping it up and having a great old time chasing each other around the hotel. In the US I might've gone to ask for a different room, but I put on the air conditioning it drowned out most of the noise. This hotel does have a pool out back which is a nice feature but the pool looked a pretty murky and was mostly taken over by that group of boys while I was there.

I decided to go for a walk and ended up walking east on H. Escobar I then walked down Ave. Americas, all the way down to a square with a big hotel called, I believe, the Colonial. That place looked more like a 3-4 star establishment. I took note of another hotel called Jose Marti Suites (or maybe Suites Jose Marti), right on Ave. Americas that you guys might be interested in. I didn't look inside but this hotel has the appearance of being a quality establishment. One plus is that you can access all the rooms without going through the front desk area. The price was posted as 300p for one or two people, same as the Villa Manport. This place might be more convenient for some people if you are walking from the "free" bridge which connects with Ave. Americas. Someone should check that place out and report back as it looks like it would be just as good as the Manport. It is also right across the street from Michel's massage place.

Of course as a result of my walking around and getting the lay of the land (so to speak) it was now too late to go to a MP. Ah well, maybe better to go in the daytime anyway. On the way back I got a delicious fruit drink at that fruit-drink place on Ave. Escobar. (there are lots of places like that all over Mexico, always a good choice for some refreshment). Finally went back to the hotel, watched some Spanish flick for a while and went to sleep.

The next day I walked around quite a bit, still not 100% sure I wanted to lose my monger-virginity, but finally I thought, this is ridiculous, I came here to have a true Juarez experience and didn't want to leave until I had one. Towards the end of the day decided to check out the Luxxor. I walked in and was met a friendly guy in his 30s or 40s who seemed to be a native English speaker. He said they had just one girl available, her name, I think was Erika. This girl was pretty good looking, not one of the whales I keep hearing about. When the host guy presented her I thought I detected a faint momentary look of displeasure. I think maybe she was hoping she was done for the day and wasn't all that happy to have another customer. She proceeded to give me an unexceptional massage, told me to turn over and then started the most important part of the massage. It wasn't long before I was ready for more, so she told me about the two options, oral, or fs. If you want both it's a $10 extra charge. I chose to go for the fs and we started in with me standing up, her lying down, then changed to her on top, and finally some missionary. She did some moaning while I was pounding her that didn't sound very realistic but at least she was trying. I guess I was still a little nervous, this being my "first time" and all, and just couldn't finish that way so I took the cover off and had her finish up by hand. She did let me shower with her for a couple of minutes, which was a plus. She was not really a gfe but I did have a good time with her and she did give me a full hour, did try to rush or upsell (except for the $10 upsell for CBJ, which apparently is par for the course at Luxxor.) Overall I'd give her at least a 7 or 8 for looks and body, maybe 6 for sex, though admittedly I don't have much to compare to yet. It was not bad at all for a first mongering experience and overall I was pretty happy.

I left wondering why on earth something that gives someone pleasure and makes money for the other person should be illegal in the US. Doesn't really make sense. Seems like making this legal would be a great benefit to society.

Well that might have been the end of my Juarez experience right there but as it turned out my night was just beginning. I was walking down by the plaza when a woman standing in a group of people said hello to me. I said hola and kept walking. Then I stopped, and thought, now that was really stupid. I come here to meet women and then when one talks to me I just keep on walking? So, I decided to turn around and head back that way. Well as soon as I did I got into conversation with this girl and she asked if I wanted to go drink something. Well I certainly wondered if she was really on the level. Not sure if I was being set up to be robbed or something, but I decided to to go with it and take my chances. We went to a small bar on Ave. Juarez and I bought beers for her and a female friend. Talk about GFE. This was instant GFE. We all started in dancing and I discovered that one of my newfound friend's favorite ways to dance involved me doing her "de perrito" on the dance floor. Same thing for her friend. At one point there were a couple of girls up dancing on the bar, one of them flashed us a few times. This was straight out of Girls Gone Wild. Needless to say, the bartender didn't seem to mind.

Well after an entire evening of this it was finally two am, the bar had closed and we were standing around outside. I had been planning to go back to EP and start driving, but by that time it was way late. Just when I was sitting there my friend goes over to some other gringo guy she'd apparently met earlier. I caught some snippets of conversation and realized he was trying to get her to go to a hotel. I couldn't believe this guy had the balls to try to pick up my girl right from under my nose. Four of his friends were standing around nearby, all of them apparently in the military. (If they were from the nearby base they were probably in violation of military regulations too.) I overhead them something like, "where's the wh----house". Fortunately I was able to drag her away from these guys, telling her she should come with me since I'd decided to stay in town for the night. I ended up getting a room at a hotel called Hotel Sevilla on Ave. Juarez and my friend came with me. On a hotel rating scale of 1-5, I'd say this place rates about a. 5. The shower didn't have a nozzle so the water just poured out like a faucet. The drain was so slow that the water started spilling over onto the floor of the bathroom. It is a room with a bed and that's about all you can say for it. Still, if you are in a hurry to find a cheap place conveniently located you might check it out.

Well no sooner did we get to the room than my newfound friend lies down on the bed and falls fast asleep. We did cuddle and kiss during the night and the next morning which she seemed to be into, and she'd let me play with her, but didn't seem to want to go "all the way". Not sure what was up with that. Maybe she is saving herself for marriage. I still had a good time nevertheless, in fact in some way an even better time than I had earlier in the MP. I think the GFE if what I was really after and I certainly found it with this girl. We laid in bed until almost check out time, then I took her to breakfast and afterwards headed back over the bridge, very happy with my trip to Juarez. Thanks to all you guys who have posted valuable info. And got me to check it out. I will be back!

Anyone know if Europa is still open? Is Jovanna still there?

Well the big horse piqued my interest because yes indeed, Govanna was so sweet (beautiful, slender, green eyes, pale skin; she looked more italian than mexican...be on the lookout please!). So checked out Europa (still exists) and Venus (owner also owns Europa) and even swung by Michel to check out all the possibilities within that 6-7 block radius yesterday. Bottomline=Govanna long gone, though a sweet young 24 yr old, Mili, smiled, no, beamed at me for all it was worth and asked why I was interested in Govanna at Europa. I explained that she was an old friend (somewhat true I guess...I did help her celebrate her 21st b-day as best I could), and did the rounds. Well, Venus has always given me the creeps. Pretty girls, and yes slender, but always the hassle, always the upsell, always a bunch of crap.

Several of you complain about Luxxor, and its women when overseen by Soirya. Yes, she's a #@$&#, but I've never had a bad experience there as I always have had at Venus. I like Stuart alot, have had lunch with him, and by in large he runs a class place with pretty, slender, young girls. (hint: try Jennifer, she's starting to spread a bit, but a tight young body, she's a jewel in my book.)

Anyway, got off topic. Nothing extraordinary and all practically glaring at me at both Venus and Michel's "lineups" yesterday, so remembering that sweet smile of Mili at Venus, I returned. I told her I couldn't find my old amiga and needed a new one. She was glad to oblige. She is petite and slender, but was dressed in jeans, a flannel shirt and Chuck Taylor knock-offs, nothing sexy. She insisted on jumping in shower and washing after massaging my back. Sexy, as she smiled at me but pretty weird overall. She did have a rather smelly kitty. Might've been the first shower of the day. Anyway, then came the usual Venus/Europa upsell. $50 for BBBJ and fs, $20 for CBJ and fs...went with latter, although the cbj was not worth it. She climbed on and grinded me, I swear coming repeatedly, or at the least the best acting job I've ever seen. I asked for cambiamos just before it was completetly ground meat, and pounded her perrito for all it was worth. She couldn't get enough of that either, got lower and lower, until I pushed her flat on the table and had my way. Wow.

Afterwards in the shower, she insisted I join her, we lathered and washed each other, and before I knew it she had my dick in her hands and my finger inside her, was moaning and begging for more. Well, I backed out of the situation, as I'd already spent all the money I intended to spend on her, but, wow, that girl likes sex bigtime.

The downside...although she's only 24, she's had 2 ninas and they've taken their toll on her body. I always argued against whats-his-name in the past that this doesn't matter to me and ultimately it still doesn't. She's just no where near as firm and tight as Diana of Genesis, Arleth of Sirena, or Jennifer of Luxxor. But if this doesn't bother you, you have lots of money to play, and want a romping good time with a chica that really wants it, Mili just might be your girl.

First went to Sirena's.
Four ladies working. None I wanted to pay for.

Headed over to Venus II on Abe Lincoln.
(still can't find Venus I).

Haven't been there in about 2-3 years, and from the negative reviews I've seen on this board, I wasn't sure what to expect.

About 8-9 ladies were working! Most looked good, except they go a little heavy on the make-up.

MugrosoThere was a mug shot a few days back online in the EP times, will have to try and find it or something. I think when it gets so far that you have to rob banks in order to get your nut on at juarez MP's, ones hand would probably do just as well most of the time

Been out of the loop lately, strep throat will usually keep you out.

From what my buddies have been reporting is that there has been an unusual upsell in almost all the MPs lately, so they have tended to herd around colorados or trying their luck with a chica from one of the out-o-centro stip joints, but mil de pesos is still pretty steep for any little thing coming out of placeres, afroditas, erotics, etc.

Well, hope to back on the trail soon

Cheers!

made a quick trip to the zona but there wasn't much worth writing about.

Started at Fausto's and the girls there were just ok. Saw one chick with an amazing body, but the baby damage was significant, so I passed. There was little blonde there though that I would rank an 8. Couldn't get her away from 2 thugs at the bar, so skipped over to Queens.

Nothing special at Queens. One or two decent girls. Chino did confirm that Yvette works there on weekends. So, if you're a tit-man, do yourself a favor and give her a look. Just be nice to her and she'll be very nice to you. You'll spend a little extra, but will be glad you did.

She wasn't there.

First lady I chose argued about everything I asked for--she wouldn't even turn down the music!
I requested another girl, and they gave me a lot of shit about it.

Ended up with Irene, who was average in looks & attitude. She offered a $20 upsell, which I didn't take her up on.

YMMV a lot at Venus.

Sounds like you're fishing at the original Venus (Venus I) on Lincoln behind the Scotia Bank next to the Montana Steak House. Venus II has been Europa now for awhile, west on Hermanos Escobar about 4 blocks, just west of the gym in the back of a loncheria (a block east of the Chinese Restaurant followed by the park).

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE
Office of the Spokesman
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This information is current as of today, Wed Sep 20 14:00:32 2006.
Mexico

September 15, 2006

This Public Announcement alerts U.S. citizens to the rising level of brutal violence in areas of Mexico. This violence has occurred throughout Mexico, but has been particularly persistent in the city of Nuevo Laredo within the state of Tamaulipas. This Public Announcement expires on March 15, 2007.

U.S. citizens residing and traveling in Mexico should exercise extreme caution when in unfamiliar areas and be aware of their surroundings at all times. Public sources suggest that narcotics-related violence has claimed 1,500 lives in Mexico this year. In recent months there have been execution-style murders of Mexican and U.S. citizens in Tamaulipas (particularly Nuevo Laredo), Michoacan, Baja California, Guerrero, and other states.

U.S. citizens have also been victims of random shootings on major highways outside of Mexico City, Nuevo Laredo, Tijuana, and other areas throughout Mexico. In recent years, dozens of U.S. citizens have been kidnapped in Nuevo Laredo, with more than two dozen cases still unresolved; recent incidents indicate a possible resurgence of kidnappings for ransom. Mexican police and other government figures have been murdered in Guerrero, Nuevo Leon, the Federal District, Tamaulipas, and other states. Drug cartel members have been known to follow and harass U.S. citizens traveling in their vehicles, particularly in border areas including Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros.

Though there is no evidence that U.S. citizens are targeted, criminals look for every opportunity to take advantage of unwary travelers. U.S. citizens who believe they are being followed should notify officials as soon as possible. U.S. citizens should make every attempt to travel on main roads during daylight hours, particularly the toll (“cuota”) roads, which are generally more secure. It is preferable for U.S. citizens to stay in well-known tourist destinations and tourist areas of the cities with more adequate security, and provide an itinerary to a friend or family member not traveling with them. U.S. citizens should refrain from displaying expensive-looking jewelry, large amounts of money, or other valuable items.

For the latest security information, U.S. citizens traveling abroad should regularly monitor the Department's Internet web site at http://travel.state.gov where the current Worldwide Caution Public Announcement, Travel Warnings, and Public Announcements can be found. Up-to-date information on security can also be obtained by calling 1-888-407-4747 toll free in the United States, or, for callers from Mexico, a regular toll line at 001-202-501-4444. These numbers are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except U.S. federal holidays). American citizens traveling or residing overseas are encouraged to register with the appropriate U.S. Embassy or Consulate on the State Department's travel registration website at https://travelregistration.state.gov.

For any emergencies involving American citizens in Mexico, please contact the closest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. The U.S. Embassy is located in Mexico City at Paseo de la Reforma 305, Colonia Cuauhtemoc, telephone from the United States: 011-52-55-5080-2000; telephone within Mexico City: 5080-2000; telephone long distance within Mexico 01-55-5080-2000. Is she a bleach blond, kinda like a very skinny version of Shakira? If so, I test drover her this past weekend. She wanted $25 for everything. No massage, extra $25. You want to just fuck, extra $25. You want multiple possitions, extra $25. You want me to moan, extra $25. You want to fuck the full 45 minutes you paid for, extra $25

Anyone know the exact location of the Dolce Vita mp, I know its somewhere near the Zaragoza bridge but that's about it

No dude that’s not Evelyn.

But I think I know who you’re talking about. She has curly bleached blond hair? Dam, glad I didn’t choose her!!

Isn't it such turn-on when you find out all she's thinking about is how to bleed more money out of you?

Evelyn has reddish hair, very petite, about 30, and has a tattoo of the Grim Reaper on the small of her back. Be nice to her ‘cause I want her to stick around!!

I would guess about a mile from the bridge. Go away from the bridge until you see the first main street(4 lane if I remember correctly). Go right about one block. The place is upstairs, if I remember correctly over an auto parts house.
Went by last fall, one employee, 40 to 50, so ugly she scared me.

That said, we all know the employees change on a regular basis and I would look one more time if I was in J. town.

Give us a post if you make on the current talent.

I used to drink beer with Elvis at the old Texas Bar (now Texas Auto Sales) on the Gateway and Vulcan in northeast El Paso years ago. He insisted he wasn't an impersonator but I saw him at a fund raiser on TV once. Cool guy.

Oh yeah, then there was the Jim Morrison look a like that went to another bar I used to go to on Dyer street.

Any indication that things are picking up a bit in La Ciudad? The last few trips it's been pretty dead all across the board in El Centro.

Yeah, Toni Ten - that Lucas Plate is a winner, ain't it? Good find by The Filthy One. I just miss the guacamole like the Kentucky Club has but they're always too jammed when I go to Juarez. Taco Lucas is open all nite, by the way, according to the pony-tailed waiter, and convienently located.

The Filthy (remember when we were in Africa?) OneAfter 25 years in Vegas, I've seen more Elvii than I care to remember. Short ones, fat ones, Chinese ones, all sorts of ones with parachutes on (I watched them make that scene in Honeymoon In Vegas with the Flying Elvii). The main point is - I'm so sick of Elvis I'm thinking of buying a hound dog just for an effigial beating.

As far as Morrison goes - I've never seen a lookalike in these parts but I have seen his ghost a few times in his old room 32 at the Alta Cienega 'Motor Lodge' in L.A. (where I've passed out on more than one occasion over the last 15 years) and I've had the pleasure of swinging a few beers with his old bodyguard (lives in Vegas).

The nite I checked out the Hawaiin, the 'doorman' was wearing a Morrison t-shirt, tho'...

I thought Centro would be hopping with the bars open until three, but the place was pretty dead - dead enough that the cops had time to hassle me. Everyone must be taking in the culture at Festival International. The cuties I saw at Dia y Noche last week weren't there last night. Rancho Grande and Virginia's were both closed. Funny Face is back working at Virginia's.

If you think she has a funny face now, you should see how funny it gets when she orgasms.

Saturday night was a bummer that could have been great if I had run into at least one of you guys. Friday night wasn't much better.

I also had a shake down from the cops. I had just left Las Palmeras and popped my head in Fatty Central and was headed to the Del Rio when 2 cops got this ATM look on their faces. I discretely kiss my money good bye but all they did was look me over asked then accused me of drinking and handed back my wallet intact. They pressed that I was drinking and in mid sentance told me to stay away from bad girls and walked off.

I still can't figure it out.

I thought she looked familar when she came over and suckered me out of a $10 Dos Equis. Wouldn't have been too bad if she didn't keep walking over to some guy friend of hers and/or fuck!ng with her cell phone (strapped to her arm). That was the week before last. This time I just sent her away.

Haven't posted in a while, but I guess I will chime in on these shake downs. I was in Juarez a couple weeks ago and one of the transitos pulled me over while I was walking down the street. It was about 3PM on a weekday and I was just north of the coliseum on a path from Cleo’s to Laura’s. Yeah, I was slumming..lol. So anyway, I got searched and frisked, cracked a few jokes, and survived without any loss. He did try to take $20 out of my wallet which held $200. When he handed it back to me it was under the wallet. I grabbed it all and made another joke. Then we talked a little bit after the official business was done. The main reason I got stopped was that I was carrying a back pack. That is consistent with nearly every single time I have been stopped in the past 7 years. I just couldn’t get it to the hotel soon enough. My bad.

As for my visit, it was good. Hit Cleo’s a couple times with happy results. I’m not too picky and usually will never pick the cutest girl at the MP. I will take a chubby girl that aims to please over a hottie that just lays there every time. Hit a few other bars and somehow managed to arrange 2 girls that I knew to come to my hotel around midnite for freebies. Unfortunately, they both showed up at the same time and were not expecting the other to be there. Hell, I wasn’t expecting either of them to show up. My spanish negotiation skills were obviously below par as they both left in tears. What a jerk I am. I felt bad for a few minutes then went to the Panama. I am terrible with names but there was a hottie who looked like Pilar Montenegro. I was spent, but I took her to the room at closing time just so no one else could have her...lol. That’s how I roll...BR

I've had fairly good luck at Cleopatra of late. A little short mama with reddish hair has been there the last couple of times. She is a little chubby but cute and sweet. She appears to be sort of the dorm mom. I usually go mid afternoons and I have never felt rushed. Last time was as close to a GFE as you can get with an elevated massage table that has very little recoil. As you say BR, some might consider it slumming but you can’t beat the price and convenience. Park off El Paso Street, take a ten-minute warm-up stroll over the bridge, get a shot of JQ at Yankee’s and you’re there. If I’d lived here in my prime I could have avoided at least one marriage.

Drove south last week it's about 3 hours each way and banged my favorite girl bout 2 in the afternoon. Visited the eye doctor and the pharmacist, ate some good food and just made a day trip. No motels this time.

I was headed out down Ave Juarez to walk across the Santa Fe and shop a little on the U.S. side. Bein a guy I always like to check out the ladies no matter where I am and can never thank God enough as I admire his handywork shake down the street. On occasion I might curse that I can't have em all. Its probably a good thing I don't follow Islam or I might do a suicide bomb thing just to get to those 72 hot virgins....mmmm...I'm rambling.

Anyway on the way out I see 3 total hotties headed my way. Young, in shape, 18-25, belly shirts, tight pants, low cut tops etc. Just pretty young women you might see anywhere in America or Mexico but the kind that makes a man twice their age like me walk into traffic without looking both ways.

As they approached one walked up to me smiled and asked me a question obviously flirting with me. Probably wanting a date a drink or whatever from an obviously out of place American walking around spending cash. I was on my way out and don't know what she asked me and was kinda in a hurry to get back to New Mexico and she took me by surprise. Plus I just had a full blown GFE with one of my "Juarez GFs". I just smiled and said no thanks.

I was wishing I coulda had her instead of the one I just did. Cause she seemed like just a regular college girl or girl next door but hotter.

It just seems odd even after all my experience in Juarez to have a beautiful young woman half my age approach me on the street in broad daylight like that.

I can't help but think that would never in a million years happen in the US. I'm not a bad looking guy or anything like that. But a young, attractive, 20 year old stranger with a hot bod and 2 hot friends would never walk up and just ask me if I wanted to take her out and have sex afterwards. :D

I think moving closer to the border was the best move I ever made. Now if I could just stop putting off the damned Spanish lessons .......

I have to say too I've been kinda on a roll in the U.S. too with Mexican women. I started seeing my neighbor for a couple months who is a pretty hot 35 year old MILF but a coke head. Not a bad girl but like I said before I don't touch drugs or alcohol any more so I wouldn't take her seriously. But she loves sex and definitely has the latin passion. Theres another 19 year old neighbor hot as a pistol tryin to play me but I havn't closed the deal yet.

One more 40 something who wants me and I havn't gotten around to yet. In fact the 35 year old told me they were arguing when I moved in which one was going to take me first.

In fact I havn't had a white woman in quite a while and I don't particularly care.

Sorry if I'm too far off topic but I gotta say this whole latin thing is working out just fine...

Yes you read right a Club Report of Scoup!! Had sometime this weekend and just started my trip to Juarez early. I started to pop into all the clubs just to see who might be in there. Wow, most of the places where dead. Maybe 10 guys at the most in each of the places. The only one that was happening was Hollywood.
Well, after checking most of them (Fasto's was closed) I headed to the streets. Hey, it Scoup. I'll always hit the SW's. After getting some news and gossip from the ladies of the streets, I headed back to see if the Clubs was getting better. The whole place was dead except for Hollywood.
Inside Hollywood, you could not get a sit. There was some very nice looking girl inside. It really looked like all the girls were working there for the night.
I decide to head out for some air and who did I see was Mugroso and friends. A pleasure to meet and see all!!
After some time I headed two see Angela and had a nice BBBJ and CFS with her. She still gives some of the best BBBJ that I have had. Well, I started to head west of the Gym and where did I bump into? It was Club Laura's. Just 10 feet away were some very nice looking girls and their Mother? MA asked if I was looking for some girl? Of course, I'm always looking for girls. Well, I picked Jasmine. Very nice body under her clothes.
OK, here is how you get the price down. They asked for .40 or 400. That for CBJ, CFS, room and Cover. Well, I told them I had 220 pesos. I had more but ... I told them I'll be back and MA said it's OK but next time it will be 400 pesos.
Well, she was very good. Great CBJ and CFS. Body was petite and had some b cup titties. Her picture doesn't do her good. I'll try her sister next time.
Ok, back to the Clubs. I still check with the clubs going back and still the same. Went inside Hollywood again, sat and just relaxed. Couple of guys gave me 3 XX beer for $3. They bought a bucket.
The girls there were hot. I had Janet, Ana, Maribel, and I believe two other but can't remember the names. All the girl came up to me and just sat on my lap, hugged and and being all lovey-dovey on me. Maribel did more. She was the only one I bought a drink for. She gave me kisses, hugs, put out her Titties and I played with her Kitty. Great body and face. Oh, I smell like stripper now.
Well all and all the total damage was about 50. Oh I forgot the tip at Hollywood ... 20 pesos!! Well, I had my hand on a Kitty and my mouth was sucking Titty. My little head took over.
Oh I need your opinion or comments on the second Picture? Just tell me what you think?

Cienega32...yeah, the Manport down the street from the old Pink Lady's is not too bad for 280 peso. They didn't say anything when the girls showed up, so I guess they are cool with that.

Funny, I was headed back to the border at 0700 and was thinking how nice it would be if the MP was open this early when I spotted a young semi-naked girl on a balcony waving to me. I did a double take, paused, and got invited in. I thought it might be a set-up since it was too good to be true. Another girl buzzed me in and $25 later we got busy. I kept one eye on the door and the other on my wallet. Cute young teen blonde who I’m guessing was barely 18. Very submissive and accommodating, she was the best of my whole trip. Since I won’t make it back to Juarez for a while, I will say she was located just across the street from Tommy’s bar. That’s around the corner from Panama towards downtown. Oh yeah, when I was leaving a super cute teen morena walked in and asked if I wanted to go again. I was late already or I would have.....BR

After meeting up with, and later leaving Mugroso and another unmentioned member here, I sauntered over to Virginia's and came across Jerry (the only customer) from the Green Lantern. He's done. It's closed for good. Last week when I poked my head in there it looked like it was on its last leg, as I had reported - and it was. That was his last weekend. I sort of liked that joint. Friendly girls and people, pool tables, fun goofing around between everyone and a lot of Creedence Clearwater on the juke. Oh well... NEXT?

And like Scoup said - the only place with ANY thing going on was Hollywood. And that little dive across the street - caddy-corner from Queens. That joint had 5 or 6 chicas in it. All big mama types.

Guess I should've held out a little longer eh, Mugroso?

I had a hankering for big fat bouncy titties, without concern over who they're attached to (big or old - I don't care. I do that now and again) and took a pair of older doorway broads up for 40 total, which turned out to be a total waste of time and upsell but I hit the two basics with them and got my big bouncy tittie fix for the nite. But after looking into that little dive joint, I could've had a field day! It also was the first time I've ever seen any more than 2 chicas (of any size) in the joint.

What has happened to our fair lady, The Ciudad?

Another reason why I asked if it was Manport was to determine if a walk down Juarez to Sept and then over to the hotel would be 'safer', as far as the reasons you experienced, if and when I decide to check that place out.

How is the walk from the clubs to the hotel at nite? Any obvious things to be noticed? I try to stay on the more beaten paths pretty much at nite time so I know nothing about that area.

Narrow hips and the brow seems a little big. She just looks so petite and the arms so small....I don't know. Jeez it is Juarez so who knows....

so here i am, walking with laura to an internet cafe when all of a sudden a camper cop drives by and one of keystones finest bangs on the side to signal a stop. i get a phone call from a guy a mile away and he tells me, "hey, i'm a mile away and i see it coming".

3 cops surround us ask the usual questions being rude and acting as is laura and i were wearing bomb belts and carrying rpgs. nothing was taken and we were let go without incident.

something is up downtown and i don't know what it is. but imagine if this is happening to us, what must be happening to the ladies when they go and get off work.

maybe the rumors are true that they want to "improve" downtown by getting rid of us and the ladies. this is the second time in as many weeks that i have been stopped on the street. if they want things shut down then they need to march in there and do it rather than harrass us and the ladies.

we are not the trash that needs cleaned up downtown, its the street trash, the **** peddlers, etc. the situation is getting out of hand in my opinion.

so anyways, i was taking laura to the internet cafe to show her, her very own website i constructed for her. there is some hot stuff there but not much, its new. she loved it and sees it as a great opportunity. just go visit spicy laura and see for yourself at her xpeeps page at xpeeps.com/spicylaura for a video and link to her site.

thx for listening guys

I got hassled three weeks in a row. The second time, like an idiot, I had my money in my pocket, and they stole $100. Maybe it wasn't wise, but there were a lot of people around, so I got loud, saying I was being robbed because I'm a gringo, and that my kids wouldn't eat this week because they robbed me. They said maybe they should take me to the station, and I said that was a good idea. One of them reached into my pocket and said I was mistaken, my money was there. He put back $80, so I ended up losing $20. Now I've got a hiding place for my money when I'm in that area.
A few weeks ago the cops were insulting the girls as they were leaving Las Vegas. One of them took the bait and started hitting a cop and spent a few hours in jail.

Sounds like a trend. This all sounds like the prelude to a shift in 'politics' for the Zona. Maybe they're trying to get the word on the street about their actions to slow things down? I'm thinking about that acticle about the "clean-up". I noticed last nite that a few of the them seemed to be glued to a SW here and there as well.

I haven't been stopped as of late but I DO duck into doorways when I see them on the prowl and the last few weeks I'm usually just pretty much in & out anyway.

Hello all! I've traveled to many places outside of the US and can't believe the amount of hassles I got when I went to Tijuana. Don't get me wrong the women are hot as hell, but the cops will not leave me alone, so I have vowed not to go back. I want to try Texas now, but which is the best border town there? Should I fly to McAllen and then go to Reynosa? Should I fly to Laredo and then go to Nuevo Laredo? Or should I fly to El Paso and then go to Juarez? My main focus is 1. Which place has the most abundant and hottest women. 2. Which place is the cheapest as far as how much women want and hotel accomodations, food, etc. 3. Which place is the safest as far as criminals and unfortunately cops as well. (don't know which are worse!) All info would be appreciated.

Thanks guys

If you are sober, go straight to the police station, Calle Oro and 16 de Sept.
Report them you WILL get action. Take someone that speaks good Spanish to help. Gather all info you can, names badge numbers, car or bicycle numbers. Report it, word gets around and it will help everyone.

Thanks guys

Can't go wrong with Reynosa. I personally prefer NLBT (distance from me and my familiarity with there), but Reynosa is a great choice for all you inquire about.

Marilyns (green building) is at the southeast corner intersection of Del Ejido and Juan Escuita. I think the address is 2700 or 2900 Del Ejido.

If you go by taxi get dropped off at Del Ejido and Cadetes Del 47 so the driver doesn't follow you into Marilyns and try to get a kickback.

Anyway,at the intersection of Del Ejido and Cadetes Del 47 walk east on Del Ejido for about 2 or 3 blocks and you will cross Juan Escuita. I don't believe there are no street signs for the roads crossing Del Ejido so look for a green one story building with a door that is catty-corner from the corner. There is a convenience store (red and white building) across from Marilyns as a landmark.

Taxi always quote me $7 dollars, thats high I don't know how to get there by bus. However, getting back to the downtown is know problem.

After you are done at Marilyns, walk west on Del Ejido towards Cadetes Del 47, back from where you came from. Just one block west from Del Ejido and Cadetes Del 47 there is a bus stop. If you have any problems just ask someone on the street.

Hope that helps!

I'm going to edit this post for the safety of fellow mongers. The link that was up gave too much info like the name of the drug and how to knock out a guy. I know at least one of the girls I've been with has been on this forum.

Keep an eye on your drinks, your money, girls work in teams, they can even put drugs on their nipples.

There was mention of 5 deaths in Mexico City due to a certain drug used on mongers. I don't know the accuracy of the article and I havn't heard of any such problems in Juarez

nuff said.

Now we need to find out if the drops can be easily had "over the counter". That would be a cruel tool for the SWs. But being that the story is dated from over a year ago...

Shit. I would not put anything past he street girls of Juarez. Once they find out about this trick, look for it to be a problem. Their need for drugs and the money to get them outweighs any logic or respect they have for anyone.

OK, if this happens here then the SW's are spending their money on the wrong drugs. A town that you can get high with as little as 50 pesos? The SW's have other ways to "jack you" from your money. IMHO

EDIT: On the way over, the Santa Fe bridge, the Mexican side was in full swing getting a make-over with new paint and cosmetic repairs. I came back at about 2:20 at they were still going strong.

After the book I head to Virginia's (very slow) and chit-chat with Chelo. She tells me about a whole bunch of Policia down the street by Irma's. She's knows not why but feels drugs is a probable. I head out and and they are lined up and down the street - had to be 9 or 10 units of all flavors- for Ano Nuevo.

I head to Palmeras for a quick beer and while I'm trading pleasantries with Manny some drunk Mexican comes up an starts talking to Manny trying to find out if I need to be thrown out. What the fu*k? Manny straightened him out, he apologizes a few times and crawls back to the corner. That joint seems to be getting very local/cliquey and have some big dykie broad who seems to be a floor manager of some sort.

Anyway - on the way back up the street, all those Policia are now at Centro Laguernero. Policia, Delta, everyone. Ano Nuevo was now closed and these policia were like roaches everywhere tonite.

Talking to a bar person/mamager (not a working gal) I was told that they feel the party will be over in a year and the word "casinos" was mentioned a few times. Not that they have a true meaning for casinos - they call the sports book a casino. Anyway - refer to the "Plans for the future" post about the clean-up. It's coming... and I'm convinced this policia presence is a part of it.

Be careful out there - the times they are a changin'.

I live next to the casinos 2 hours north in Ruidoso. The Mescalero Apaches rake in major money with Inn of The Mountain Gods, Ski Apache, Ruidoso Downs (horse racing and casino) , and couple others casinos.

Add women into the mix and I can see it could really be a money maker if Juarez could do a real casino. It wouldn't exactly be a family atmosphere more of a man thing like Boys Town with gambling. It could reallly boost the J-town economy.

I like it like it is though, course I don't live there.

Can anyone give me directions to the Panama? From Santa Fe bridge?

Thanks

ThanksThe one major problem I would see with casinos would be in regulation. They're (Mexico) corrupt enough as it is. Gaming, other than the rinky-dink slot machines like they had at the old Turf Club would be a nitemare, IMHO, for them and be yet another large can of worms.

PANAMA - if you go thru the Plaza and head towards the Virginia's/Queens corner - make a left towards Virginia's and keep going thru some seedy area until you see it on your left. Or if you know where the gym is just go the far corner of it (relative to Ave Juarez) and make a left. I think the name of the street is Degallado.

NUEVO LAREDO, Mexico — High-pitched rings, spinning lights and the overlapping rise and fall of electronic tones marked the video slot machine room at Juega y Juega.

In an adjoining room of the casino in this border town, Mexican men smoked cigars and drank beer as they eyed betting sheets and a row of televisions airing live broadcasts of horse races, American professional sports and jai alai tournaments on the other side of the world.

The casino is the result of a rare approval of gaming permits by the Mexican government last summer. Dozens of others are on the way, particularly in border cities.

While not well-known to many Texans yet, their expected success could have an impact north of the border, as well. Mexico is the just the latest of Texas' neighbors to bring in government revenue by expanding gambling.

Casinos or video slots in Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and now Mexico form an ever-tightening gaming belt around the Lone Star State. In Arkansas, a vote to add electronic gaming machines to a horse track passed, but it now is under legal challenge.

With Mexico's entry into casino gambling and with at least four facilities planned along the Texas-Mexico border, more than 35 gaming sites are now within 50 miles of the state's boundaries.

"We're completely surrounded, and it's just putting so much pressure on us," said Joe R. Straus, chairman of the board of San Antonio's Retama Park horse track.

In Texas, the most recent gambling debate in the Legislature considered allowing video lottery terminals (electronic slot machines that can be centrally monitored) at licensed horse and dog tracks, but the bill was shot down.

VLTs or similar forms of electronic gaming at competing racetracks near the Texas boundaries leave Texas tracks lagging, gambling proponents say.

"It wouldn't become more profitable, it would become profitable," Straus said of the Texas racing industry.

"Here we are, with these big investments on these very expensive racetracks, and all the horsemen and the horse farms in Texas just trying to hang on until we get some legislative relief," he said.

No VLT bills survived this past legislative session, but the border casinos are adding fuel to the debate.

More competition

At the new casino in Nuevo Laredo, the parking lot is full of Texas plates, but in Mexican border cities, Texas tags aren't an indication of residence. Sure enough, on a recent night there were no U.S. citizens to be found.

Juega y Juega, or Play and Play, is marketed to the locals. And, at least for now, the casino does not advertise in U.S. media.

Tourism has been lagging in Nuevo Laredo for some time because of violence with an ongoing drug cartel war. However, a second casino near the bridge that opened last week likely will draw Texans.

The gaming permits in Mexico allow betting only on "numbers" games like keno or bingo. The video terminals in Nuevo Laredo, for example, look and feel like slot machines, but a tiny bingo card in the corner of the screen draws the numbers that determine wins (or losses).

"I think (Texas) is losing a lot of money by not having these types of gaming that is going on in other states. It's obvious," said Sergio Cano, general manager of Juega y Juega. "I know it's competition for me, but I think they should approve it."

If this first casino isn't putting more pressure on Texas to look at expanded gambling again, then the second, or third, or fourth border casinos will, Cano said.

If Texas becomes the next domino to accept gambling, though, the Louisiana casinos, of which there are a dozen in the Shreveport area and bring in more than $2.7 billion a year, would be worried.

Very worried.

Texas gamblers

Even without casinos in Texas, except for the Kickapoo Tribe facility near Eagle Pass, the state's cities are prime areas for regional casinos, according to a gaming study.

Houston and the Dallas-Fort Worth area ranked 20th and 22nd nationwide, respectively, in number of casino trips taken nationwide, according to a 2003 survey by Las Vegas-based Harrah's, the most recent profile on gamblers available.

According to the study, 3.2 million Texans gambled in 2003, averaging about four casino trips a year.

The majority of those gambling trips were to Louisiana casinos in Lake Charles and Shreveport.

So how much are Texas gambling dollars worth?

In 2003, Comptroller Carole Keeton Strayhorn's office, together with the Texas Lottery Commission, released a report on VLTs in the state that estimated Texas would have profited more than $700 million immediately, and between $1.5 billion and $1.8 billion by 2007.

A study by the Perryman Group of Waco that same year estimated VLTs would draw Texans to spend $10.9 billion gambling in-state, again resulting in a $1.5 billion cut for the state.

Proponents of expanded gambling have inflated that number even higher nowadays.

State Rep. Kino Flores, D-Mission, said VLTs would rake in more than $3 billion a year.

Texans are willing to gamble their money, something the state should capitalize on, Flores said.

It's no coincidence, Flores said, that "there's only one direct flight out of McAllen, and that's to Las Vegas."

Interesting.

I know one thing - the few flights that I took out of El Paso during my move from Las Vegas, were always packed.

And just a thought, IMHO, gaming would be a can of worms with all the internal corruption. In a country that seems to desire such a dividing contrast between rich and poor, I wonder what will happen with the take.

But, more importantly, I think they'll just be a prime target for the cartels and ripe for the taking.

mmmm. No shit. I'm always thinkin on the positive side. Like how good for the town a real casinos could be but I forget its Mexico! and Juarez at that!

I was gamblin last night fer sure. I don't know how I get away with it but was roaming at 11:30 PM in the worst of the worst. And believe me no one is more obviously white than me. I did it for two nights straight and no problems with the policia although most of the locals roaming at night look at me like I'm loco...

The only advantage I might have is I don't drink and my senses are heightened from the adrenaline (also known as fear).

Even the cutthroats watch me and probably think "WTF! poor gringo....he has no idea!" :D

hahah....

I had soooo many women. A record for me, I can't even count right now until I write it down. In fact the managment at The Manport told me no mas. They never complained before but they said this time the traffic was too much. White boy is tryin to set a record! :)

I apologized and promised the manager no more girls up and down. But I had 3 more women knock on the door I didn't ask for, had to go down again and try and explain I wasn't calling these girls up. This morning one more little babe knocked and asked to take a shower as I was leaving. It was raining and I had no umbrella so we laid down and slept a while. So beautiful and young she is angelic.

Left her sleepin in the room when the rain let up...oooh God...if only I coulda put er in my pocket and took her home......:D

I'll report on the trip later....

Went to La Juerga looking for someone I'd played with before but found it had shut down. The waiter at the attached bar suggested Cartier. I'd been there once before and it was dead, but the night was young, so what the hell.

This time the parking lot had a few more cars, and the staff was happy to see me and waived me in. There was a dancer on stage and about 10 ladies and 4 other customers. I sat at a table about 3 rows from the stage and told the waiter I didn't want anything because I hadn't decided if I would stay or not. He was cool with that. After about 5 or 10 minutes of watching the stage a cutie came by and asked if I wanted company. I've learned to watch for the ficha drink hustles and send the quick hustlers on their way, but she had a pretty smile and nice body, not approaching from behind where you can't see what you're getting till they sit down. So I met Pamela.

After a little bit of chit chat she suggested we move to a table further back against the wall, toward the privado rooms, where the company and dances could be more cachondos (nasty, in a good sense), so I agreed.

Once in the back I ordered drinks for us - $3 for my beer, $6 for hers - and we visited for about 30 minutes, talking about clubs, about services available, girl hustles, waiter hustles, and customer hustles. We were clicking good, so when I asked and she told me her salida was $ plus .4 for the house, I knew I was going to go for it. BTW, according to Pamela dances are $20 at the tables and $30 in the privados, where anything goes. She said only lame dances were allowed up front where I sat initially. A couple a tables over in the back some big guy had a spinner blonde on his lap and he was going to town on her tits.

At one point she was talking about putting her locker key inside her bra, so I took the opportunity to say, Where? Here?, and pulled out and nibbled on a nice little chichi, and she didn't mind. After a couple more songs I pulled her close and we DFK'd. Mmm, she passed the Gino minimum qualifications test. I asked about the motel that's behind the club and she said the charge was .2, so with all the preliminaries out of the way I told her I wanted a salida. She was up next on stage, so we would have to wait, and I got to admire her nice rear in a small tanga from a distance.

After her set I gave her the $.4 and she paid off the house, deposited her share for safekeeping with the cashier, and went into the locker room to change. She was back in a jiffy looking good in a nice light-blue denim pants and jacket with flower patterns sewn in and a pink sweater. We held hands as we walked out and around the back to the autotel. Once we tracked down an attendant (they come out when they hear a car approaching) we went into a nice clean room. We started kissing and undressing. She backed into me and bent over giving me a nice preview, sort of a lap dance. Damn, what a beatiful hourglass figure ending at a great rear! We finished undressing and cleaned up in the shower.

Once in the room I pulled down the covers and we jumped in. Some passionate DFK led to her nibbling me all over. I turned her over and reciprocated, ending with very fresh DATY on a smooth shaved kitty to a couple of bells for her. When we turned back around she wanted to CBJ but after a little insistence she agreed to BBBJ if I promised not to CIM. No problem there, I was saving myself for the main event.

Good eye contact and smooth operation got me going good. When I asked for her best position to come in she chose sidespooning. Slow and steady into a nice tigh kitty, wrapping my hands around her to squeeze her boobs, nibbling on her shoulders, neck and ears. She was very appreciative and we developed a good rhythm in this unusual position and we both came very hard.

We stayed there for a long time until finally it was time to clean up. After showers she was very playful on the bed fully dressed, very GFE, kissing, squeezing. As we walked back to the bar we exchanged info for future encounters without a house fee. We'll see if it pays off, but I definitely want to be with her again where the house time clock won't be ticking.

I went to juarez 3 weeks ago heard about the luxxor so much I deciced to give them a visit. The place is not that far from the international border. I walked a little bit of the way down ave. Juarez then got a cab for $5. 00 and got there.

Upon arrival I was greeted by about 4 girls and the owner. The owner is a great guy and fun to talk with. I made a selection her name was Mia and she was about a 7 nice firm body easy on the eyes. My spanish was enough to get us going but I still need a little work it helps to know a little as most of the girls do not speak much english. We went to the room and she started with a massage and then on to many various postions followed up by a shower with her washing me.

I Recomend any one in the area visit the luxxor it is a very laid back atmosphere with no worrys of being robbed or mugged.

Not to mention I walked all over juarez for nearly 3 hours in the daytime with absolutley no problems. Be aware of where you are and act like you do it all the time and you will be fine.

A friend of mine and me went to Jokers Gold Thursday night for the first time. Nice looking place, no cover but the damn drinks are 5 bucks which is ok I guesss considering thats what it takes to get into Tequila Sunrise in El Paso so I'll stop my bitchin'.

Really nice place and the chicas are alot better looking than downtown but so are the prices all around. Ladies drinks are 10 bucks, private dances are 2 for 30 behind a curtain which is within eye shot of the DJ, so not so private. I was quoted 150USD for a trip to the balcony which includes everything.

My friend bought 4 "private" songs and then went up to the balcony for an extra 100 which sort of goes with what I said, 150.

A couple of Queens Place ladies are working at Jokers Gold.

The best way to get to Jokers Gold is to cross the Zaragosa bridge into Mexico, follow the curve to the right and keep going. When you see an approaching intersection keep an eye left and look for the Casa Blance drive in motel. Jokers Gold is just passed that. I recommend.

Now for some bad news. I know I have mentioned this before but now I am hearing this from more people. The plan is to shut down the clubs downtown in December and move them to a zona similar to boystown in Nuevo Laredo.

Last night I hit downtown and did some investigating and I am now hearing the word on the street that this will happen. I was told the zona will be south of Juarez outside of town and its not even built yet. So that means there is gonna be some lag time between the shut down and construction of a zona. That sucks.

It is not know if this will affect the brothels, Panama Club, Casa Colorada, and the Pink Ladies since they are a bit off the beaten path. But then so are the clubs we love so much.

All this in the name of improving tourism. The plan is to clean up downtown and increase tourism and keep decent folk from being exposed to the bad elements which makes no sense. Tourists go down in the day time when the clubs are mostly closed.

But this won't affect my website, I plan on providing the best information and entertainment that I possibly can, my feet will always be on the ground. I will be keeping my eyes and ears open on anything that might be of interest.

Damn the Bob Dylan for writing that song, "oh the times, they are a changin".

This sucks

Sorry to hear it could be as soon as Dec. Last I heard was 'next year some time'.

I went down today (Sat) in the afternoon to catch a game or two and decided to wander around a bit, being I haven't seen daylite there in a while. I figured I would wander around the old Mercado - where they rousted the vendors a while back. Thought I would wander around and enjoy the area and was shocked that I had to dodge cars. No more street vendors, new roads thru-out - some nicely bricked and without traffic and filled with people - some roads being excavated. Policia in bunches at every one of the old entry ways to the old setup. The Reforma is where they seem to have gone - pretty filled up in there. It definitly lost its 'charm' but it was nice to be able to wander around the cathedral area, tho'.

Wandered down towards the Manport ($26) for the first time and was pleased to see they had a parking area, behind big metal gate doors, that led to the hotel. One interesting thing was passing by what seemed to be a pet store but it had a dozen or so roosters in cages for sale.

The Green Lantern had its doors open and some guy trying to drag people in. It didn't feel right so I passed. At Palmeras, Isella is gone on holiday and Miguel is back at Virginia's. Too early for anything anywhere.

Not much of any kind of a report - a quickie over by Lauras, a Lucas plate and I was gone by 8pm but I could feel the winds of change slowly blowing thru the streets.

Is there a diplomatic way to ask a girl to go wash her crotch? Daniela at Dia y Noche has a nice slender body, pretty face, and really knows how to move. She offered a good price, even with the bar fine and room fee, but when she table danced it smelled like a rendering plant. If the clean up starts with her pussy I will want to take her to the room. Angie was working there; I think she abandons Virginia's when there are no clients. She did a beer shower dance that was pretty hot. Nice body.

Articles in Diario have mentioned the area south of town, near Santa Theresa, and near the Central Camionera as possible locations for the 'zone of tolerance', with south of town being most likely. If it's south of town it won't happen fast, because electricity and water end about a mile south of the airport. Some officials think it will promote sex tourism, but it will sure kill the local trade because of the hassle of getting there.

From todays paper.

A cuatro meses y medio que el gobierno municipal decidió retirar a los comerciantes con puestos semi fijos y ambulantes del primer cuadro de la ciudad, los vendedores irregulares nuevamente comenzaron a operar en la zona adoquinada del centro.

Do I need a passport to visit Mexico?
Until January 8th, 2007, U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico are required to present either a passport or two other forms of official identification. If you don't have a passport, your best bet is a birth certificate and driver's license. From January 8th, 2007 on, U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico by air will need a passport to return to the United States. Those traveling by land or sea may travel without a passport until June 2009, when a passport will be required for all travelers.
This is how the rules stand at the moment, but they may change again. It's a good idea to get a passport if you're planning to travel to Mexico, whether or not the U.S. will require it upon your return to the United States. Having a passport may help you to avoid hassles and it's the best form of identification outside of your country.

Passport Deadline Extended to 2009.

From todays paper.{SNIP}Says some street vendors are back.
I guess that's why the policia were so visible Sat afternoon? There were vendors quite a few blocks further in but much further in than I usually go. I know I couldn't find that little row of small bars for a while without my 'landmarks'. Pretty surprising to see where some of the things within the old labyrinth actually are.

Wow Juarez getting nasty, this one happened at 2:30 in the afternoon, close to the monger district.

Judging by the late model vehicles involved, I'd guess cartel business.

Hey all,

I'm a regular TJ monger (AB's BABY!) I'm in EP for a few days and thought I would check out Juarez. Where's the best places to hit?

I figure nothing probably compares to AB's or Chicago, but other border towns usually have a club that is close to it. Like for instance Algodones has the the green door. So I figured Juarez has to have something similar. So where's the best place? What's the standard rate? What do I have to look out for?

Thanks!

I have been going down during the daytime. I am caution about going alone at night. Any of you regulars have trip planned this week end?

I did notice a lot of cops (Federals??) for the last couple of days. Since I do not read or speak much Spanish I did not know there was a "war going on". I did drive through the downtown section, around the church and main streets. There were plenty of people out.

MAN, what a hassle getting back across the border. It is a 45 min to 1 hour wait. No problems, just a lot of people going north.

I went by Genesis today. The girls are about average quality, at least two doable. I met Sergio, the owner. Nice guy. This is the cleanest M.P. I have been in. The girls really work to please. Too bad he only has three this week. I will go back to try the other "do able".

Leave me a message here tomorrow if anyone has a trip planned Friday or Saturday.

By the way, I am working up street addresses of some of he M.P.'s.

Yes, the second comment was on Maryins. My Dang computer hung up. Could not type anymore, just sent what I had written and shut it down.

I was kind of disappointed in Genesis this year. Went by Mereceds yesterday. They had a sign that they opened at 12:00. It was near 1:00 and they still had not opened. Building is nicer than most on the outside. I am going to try to check it out this Afternoon.

I checked Corpus and the next one down the street to the West, Felinas I believe yesterday. There was a very good report on a Dian at Corpus. I asked for her and they did not know a Dian. Only a couple of dark harired gorditas. Nothing doable at Felinas.

I went down to Mercedes in mid afternoon. It was open then. Three girls available. They ranged from a 6 to a 7 on a M. P. Scale. I took the 7. Name was Diana but she was a brunet. Mistake. I would guess in the 20's with at least one kid. She must have rubbed my back above the waist for 10 min., with her fully clothed. She smiled and readily changed positions when asked. Fair cbj. When she got on her back I thought she had died. Placed her arms across her chest and did not move any.

Rooms were clean. Shower was cold only.
$35 for an hour.

Thee was nothing of interest at Felinas.

I may go back to Roma today. There was a young dark skinned girl there with the best body I have seen in a Jaures M.P. There will be more reports when I get my photos and info organized. This small laptop keyboard is killing me, sorry for the errors.

Have only hit one MP and everyone here knows by now all about Luxxor. But I have to say, there are some real hot women working there right now, especially at night. Sofia, Yvonne, Ericka...all very hot. YMMV on massage and performance, but if you want a tasty-looking girl...start at Luxxor.

Downtown, I started at Faustos. Some all right girls there, one real sexy blonde stood out. The rest though aren't better than the other bars for the most part and they do cost more.

Rancho Grande...avoid like the plaque unless you have a real grudge against your dick and need to punish yourself. Miserable.

Queens, same old girls with one exception but I couldn't get to talk to her so I left.

Las Vegas was dead but there was this really tall, gothic-looking girl who was really good looking. I couldn't get the other girls to leave me alone long enough to talk to her though, so I got pissed and bailed. Still, she might be worth one more attempt. She's tall with a real curvy body.

Hollywood was where it's at. I couldn't even get a seat. Many FINE girls, especially Paty a little blonde from El Paso. WOW. Amazing. But the place was so crowded that I could only take it for a little while. I'll bet that on a Thursday or maybe Saturday it won't be as packed but the same fine girls will all be working. I'll try to hit it again tonight and let you guys know. But seriously, if you don't mind fighting the crowd, there are some A+ prospects in this dump.

Finally ended up at Dia y Noche and settled on a sexy little girl named Daniela. I wanted to post this about her because she's a nice looking girl kind of reminds me of pornstar Jenna Haze, rail thin with LONG black hair, but she's not worth the trouble. She's nice in the bar and seems like she'll be fun...but in the cuarto it's RUSH RUSH RUSH. Worse than any girl I've ever been with. She even snapped at me to hurry.

So, don't waste your time with her. She's hot, but not worth it unless you have a real Jenna Haze fetish.

Thanks for taking one for the team. If you saw my earlier report you know I was hot to go with Daniela but she had a bad smell about her, so I hoped to catch her another time after a recent shower. She was fun in the bar, and only wanted .20 plus bar fine. It's good to hear the room report.
If you like slender girls a fun one in Hollywood is Elizabeth, although I can't give a room report on her yet. She wanted to go after only one drink.

I've been crossing the river earlier on Sats and not later on Fridays lately. Gives me a chance to wander around a bit. Anyway, a little thing going on by the Cathedral related to the Oaxaca events and one of the indigineous Indians doing his show.

Head over to Laura's and played a bit with "Suzy". Cute little thing that claims to be 20. Perky nips on small but acceptable mounts and tight as a drum. Almost too tight. No rush, sweet, eager, fun. $40 and I tossed her a 5 for her enthusiasm. Only problem was when flipping her from cowgirl to a scissor, one of the 'low spots' in the bed and jammed my antiquated hip which, of course, interfered with the plan. Suzy was a trooper and went to some handwork while the nerve twinge settled. Anyway - she was a good time with no rush, no attitude other than good and open to many positions. No problems at all.

On the way out and headed to Virginia's via the Sh!t Ditch path, the crowd alongside of the Green Lantern made me think I would be better served by cutting thru that one block behind Virginia's. It looked empty - no people and then out of the shadows 2 Policia were doing their thing. I told them where I was going and why I was going this way while they were going thru my pockets - one on one side, the other on the other. Both shooting questions at once. It was a lot of work keeping up with them, a few of my bills hitting the ground (one ending up under a boot but I got it) and what they were handing me to hold. Their main concern seemed to be with drugs. They pulled everything out of my wallet and looked thru each thing, probed into my socks and sneakers, along the waistband of my pants, etc. I haven't had such a complete shakedown since I was a 16 yearold punk back in New York. No cash lost but the one fuc#er took my last cig and then bitched about it being a menthol.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the flashlite aimed up the nose and the mouth check, under the tongue and being told to spit. They also were just stopping anything that moved. They had finished with one before me, stopped a vehicle during mine and went to another walker when they were done with me.

I know the one thing that worried me was with the first sock probe. "You have no drugs in here?" "No, no - no drugs - nothing." Then while he was going to the other foot he says "Are you SURE about that?". To me, it felt like the fix was on but no problema other than something to think about in the future.

Anyway - this was about 7pm by the stairs that come down from that top exit inside Virginia's. Not a soul in that joint so I went to Taco Lucas for my regular and headed home.

OH - 'Que Bueno' - The Hotel Rio - if it's the one across from the Plaza - is a dump. I've stayed there in the past a few years back for todo la noches and it was ok for a pinch. Not anymore. Pure dump that suffered from the rainstorms. Ceilings missing, bad fans, etc. Not worth the price of admission at all. Thanks for the list - it's helpful to me

Saturday night was almost as crazy as Friday night. Lots of dudes standing on the sidelines. Again the line-up was impressive, lots of terrific looking girls. Had to get the hottest one though IMHO, named Perla. Two drinks and lap dances and I asked her to go to the cuarto with me. She says no, she doesn't do that. But, she'll do a privado in the closet in the back of the club for 30 a song. I figure that's what I'll pay at Jags so I go for 2 songs. Then they hit me with 10 for the club. Damn it, 70 for 2 songs. I'm getting ripped off and I know it. But this girl is 19 and SO INCREDIBLY FINE. I've got cash but little time and it's already 1 AM so I just go for it.

It stinks in the closet and it's dirty. There's barely room for the plastic lawn chair. But she grinds right off the bat and it isn't long until she's pulled those panties away and let me finger her for the whole song. For song 2 I decide to whip it out and put on a condom and see if she'll let me go for it. But before I can get the wrapper off, she tells me no, she won't go all the way. But she does get on her knees and jerk me off all over her AMAZING tits.

I have to say, this was the dirtiest/hottest experience I've had in a J-town club in quite some time. And yeah, I spent too much money on her when I could have had a girl at another club for half that and gotten much better service. But sometimes you see a girl that you just have to have and she was it for me. And give her a little time, in a few months at that club if she stays there, she'll be doing cuartos for sure. They all do.

Incidentally, I had another friend tell me that he got a quick half & half in the Hollywood closet from another girl. So, I guess that's how the girls are working it in the club. They don't have to leave, they spend less time and they make more money. Not the best overall experience but fun in a pinch.

I remember The Cave. It was the place to go in the late 80s but went down hill from there and really went to hell when Fernando passed away. His sons just didn't have any business sense.

BTW, never heard of La Cava. I would love to find out where it is. I doubt it was a reference to The Cave since it has been closed so many years.

Keep us informed on any findings.

Juárez looks into prostitution problem (3:11 p.m.)
By Louie Gilot / El Paso Times
Article Launched:11/15/2006 03:10:33 PM MST

JUAREZ -- The city of Juárez is inviting residents and experts from both sides of the border to brainstorm solutions to the city's prostitution problem.

Juárez Mayor Héctor Murguía announced today an online poll on prostitution and a forum titled, "Prostitution: Anarchy or Tolerance?" to be taking place Nov. 27, 28, 29 and 30 in Juárez s ProNaf area.

Prostitution is resurging as a problem for the city since officials launched an ambitious plan to restore the historical center of the city to its past glory. Two of the three most important red-light districts are in downtown Juárez -- one on Mariscal street at the foot of the Paso Del Norte Bridge, and one on La Paz street, near the Juárez cathedral and mission. A new flourishing prostitution corridor is on Paseo Triunfo de la Republica, near the ProNaf, officials said.

But Murguía said that just raiding those districts would not be a lasting solution.

The mayor said officials must take into account the social and public health dimensions of the problem. He said that

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
he was recently in a downtown Juárez bar where a dancer -- a woman who gets paid to encourage male customers to drink and who dances with them -- recognized him.
"Now, I don't know if she was a prostitute, but she said to me, 'Mayor, don't kick me out. I need to work,' " Murguía said.

Murguía did not outright reject the idea of a zone of tolerance for prostitution in Juárez.

"If the citizens want this, this is what we will go for," he said.

City historian Felipe Talavera said there have been five consecutive zones of tolerance in Juárez since 1927, including one near the Zaragoza Bridge that was a center for entertainment during the American Prohibition.

Anybody can voice their opinions on the subject at http://www.juarez.gob.mx/foro/encuesta_opinion.htm. The online public opinion poll will be up until Dec. 15.

City officials declined to release an estimate of the number of prostitutes working in Juárez so as not to influence the poll, they said.

Part of the program of regeneration of the Historical Center of Juárez City, the Municipality and the Government of the State will buy 300 properties located in the first block to be demolished or to be renovated in the case that have historical character, indicated the secretary of the City council.

Los inmuebles se ubican en su mayoría sobre la calle Mariscal y están ocupados por los llamados giros negros, y por algunos negocios de estética y hospedaje, indicó el funcionario.
The majority of the buildings are located on the street Mariscal and are occupied by the unfavorable, and by some businesses of estetica and lodging, it indicated the civil employee.

Señaló que la totalidad de los propietarios ya fueron contactados y se está a punto de iniciar la celebración de los contratos de compraventa en favor del Municipio.
It was indicated that the totality of the proprietors already were contacted and it is on the verge of initiating the celebration of contracts of transaction in favor of the Municipality.

“El programa va sobre ruedas, va muy adelantado, yo considero que se han visitado ya casi la totalidad de los dueños de las fincas de la zona Centro, estamos hablando de la zona de la Mariscal”, refirió.
The program is rolling, getting very advanced, I believe that the most of the owners of the property of the zone have been visited already, we are speaking of the zone of the Mariscal.

Indicó que en ninguno de los casos se ha encontrado oposición lo que ha facilitado el avance del programa.
He indicated that in none of the cases there has been any opposition which has facilitated the advance of the program.

“En cuanto a la venta de esos inmuebles hemos encontrado un gran eco favorable al Gobierno Municipal. Yo estimo que pronto vamos a ver muchas escrituras de compraventa, se están ya ordenando, creo que tenemos un número importante de fincas que se está formalizando”, dijo.
As far as the sale of those buildings we have found a great favorable echo to the Municipal Government. I consider that soon we are going to see many deeds of sale, I believe that we have an important number of property owners that are becoming serious.

Álvarez Compeán señaló que una vez obtenidas las escrituras, se procederá en breve a la demolición de aquellos edificios que no tengan ningún valor histórico para la ciudad.
Alvarez Compeán indicated that once obtained the signings, it will come rapidly the demolition of those buildings that do not have any historical value for the city.

“Ya se tiene evaluado todo, edificios históricos nada más hay una marca histórica, el edificio ya no es histórico, se encuentra sobre la Mariscal, pero se va a ver con mucho detenimiento. En la demolición se tomará en cuenta el valor histórico de las propiedades”, apuntó.
have already had evaluated everything, and found only one historical building, nothing else is an historical mark, it is on Mariscal, but we are looking thoroughfully if others exist. The demolition of the historical value of the properties will be taken into account.

Explicó que la mayoría de las propiedades están ocupadas por giros negros los cuales serán reubicados a la zona de tolerancia para dar lugar a espacios de esparcimiento familiar.
He explained that most of the properties that are occupied by unfavorable businesses which will be relocated to the zone of tolerance to give rise to spaces of family use.

“Hemos hablado de alrededor de 300 inmuebles, no necesariamente considerados los giros negros como lugares donde se venda licor, alcohol, sino adicionalmente aquellos lugares que tienen una relación directa con la prostitución. Estamos hablando de hoteles, casas de hospedaje, hasta algunos negocios de estilistas, etc.”, refirió.
We have spoken of around 300 buildings, not necessarily all considered unfavorable, like places where alcohol is sold, but additionally those places that have a direct relation with prostitution. We are also speaking of hotels, lodging houses, and some businesses of estilistas.

Señaló que las compras se están realizando con un fondo de 100 millones de pesos creado exprofeso y a partes iguales por el Gobierno del Estado y el Municipio.
Properties are being bought from a fund of 100 million pesos.

“Los dueños de las fincas ya saben el interés que tenemos de adquirirlos y se está negociaciondo sobre bases justas. Nosotros queremos que vendan las propiedades, no se ha pensado en alguna acción de fuerza por parte del Gobierno del Estado o el Municipio”, manifestó.
The property owners know we are interested in buying their property and we are negotiating on a just basis. We want to buy the properties and have not considered any force of action.

“Yo creo que aquí los dueños de los predios deberán estar convencidos que esto es por Juárez”, añadió.
The owner should be convinced that this is for the betterment of Juarez.

Says they are buying up properties in El Centro, so it has begun.

Asking for a little advice. I planned my trip out west for an overnight stop in EP. Need a place to stay, so should just get hotel in EP or Juarez? I'll be hanging out in Juarez, but are there any decent places to stay, or should I just get a cheap hotel in EP??

Best place for girls? I heard the high class strip clubs are are very expensive and I should hang around the border bars. Are those strip clubs worth the hassel?

Thanks

It will be a sad day when fun will no longer be found in centro.

Heard the same story everywhere - The clubs will be closed by January. Aracely said a lot of the Hollywood girls would be going to Cesar's Palace on Bolivia when that happens. That's good to know because some of the Hollywood girls are real babes and Cesar's is a nice club, but fichas are $10. Ouch!

No, the clubs are the target. They are starting on Mariscal and will work their way out. The city wants that area cleaned up and looks like they mean business.

All the girls will find work in other bars, no doubt, they still have to eat. I expect prices everywhere will be higher than El Centro.
There will still be action is Juarez, just not in Centro.
I wonder about Pink Lady, it's away from that area, will they remain open??

Someone needs to do some recon, talk to meseros and bar owners, post their findings. I can't make it back down until the 1st or 2nd week of December or I would do that.

Has anyone tried these out? Some are definitely doable. I had to do some conversions to know what I was looking at. Here are the stats, for the metric-impaired like me:

Jenny = 35-24-43
Jasmin = 43-24-37
Yadira = 35-24-37
Claudia = 35-24-37
Miriam = 35-24-39

The cups look like A and B, not much, except for Jasmin. DD?

They all have different phone numbers, so it doesn't strike me like an agency that would bait and switch. I haven't checked on rates. I just might call Jasmin for fun, but she's a daytime girl...

Have fun, play safe,

No argument explaination needed, I just posted what they did.
I also was, some time ago, shown the clinic where the girls supposedly got their cards. Some clubs supposedly require them, I gaurantee not all do.
No way you can tell me all Lauras(Chitos) girls have cards.

Well sunday night went to Romas at about 8:30 pm. only 2 girls available. A slightly thick blonde and a skinnier cutie named Leslie. anyway to make a long story short, I chose Leslie. she was decent, maybe 5'4" nice body with nice 34b tits. 30 bucks. then asked for 20 bucks oral which was way too shore. Good but short. then was clock watching. she did work hard to get it done. but was rushing a bit too much. I will go see if I can see Arleth at sirenas tomorrow and maybe the next day too...hehehe

Hey guys
I have decided to stick with Sirenas. Been to romas, EL encanto and Europa, but have not been as happy as when at sirenas. I think they not only stress great service, but I think they actually train them how to massage as well. Arleth was not there yet so I decided on a sweet woman named Lorena. She is a little thick with nice 36 c tits and fantastic legs. She keeps her high heels on throughout the session too. Nice touch. She has a pretty face and dark hair. She gave a very very good massage like a cmt for about 30 min, then gave a fantastic cbj while playing with the buddies and licking them. She gave cowgirl and reverse cowgirl then nice mish. Couldnt finish with pen only (3 other women in two days) so she finished with a little more oral then uncovered hj. all in all it was a fantastic experience. I highly reccomend her

Hi Everyone,

I drove down to Juarez on Sunday for a quick trip to the MP's. I crossed over into Juarez at around 10:00 pm got a taxi to drive me to Villa Manport (Hermanos Escobar and Panama). The taxi cost 5 dollars and the room at the Villa was 32 dollars. Sirena looked closed I guess they close around 10:00 pm.

Anyway I got a good nights sleep and bright and early Monday morning I went out looking for some action. It was around 9:30 am and again Sirena's looked closed. In fact everything looked closed.

So I headed down to my favorite place Marilyns by foot. As I was walking south on 16 De Septiembre I ran into a parade! It was great! Lots of young people in costums and cheerleading uniforms. I stayed and watched for about 45 minutes. I'm not sure what they were celebrating but there must have been every middle school/high school student in Juarez there.

My walk from Villa Mansport to Marilyns felt like it lasted 35 minutes at the most so its do able and the weather was great that day.

I only manage to go to Marilyns. I got there nice and early about 11:00 am. I was the first person there and the selection was not great again. But Sergio is a nice owner and I know I will get good service from his chicas. Anyway the selection wasn't great but I picked a girl name Valeria a short brown chica under 5'0" and average weight with some tummy damage from a couple of babies.

Since I'm driving down from ABQ I'm horny as hell and as long as I get good service looks aren't that much of a big deal for me as long as she is cute.

Anyway, i had a good time 600.00 MXN for two hours which is $54.00 USD, had two pops and lots of kissing and exploring her body.

After that I was spent, so I took the bus (Linena 6) from the corner of Montemayor and Del Ejido. Just walk west from the front door of Marilyns for 2 blocks until you get to the storefront with sofa and furniture on the corner. Just ask the girl you just screwed and she'll tell you which way to head out the door. The bus only cost 45 cents so its a great deal.

I got a map of Juarez with about 10 MP's on it. A friend gave me the map in a computer file format. Its about 10 mb. I had to print out 11"x17" to see everything on one page. If anyone has an idea as to how to share the file let me know. That's all and keep on sharing!!! Thanks to everyone who has shared in the past!

If anyone has an idea as to how to share the file let me know. You can send large file download link to multiple emails with:

http://www.yousendit.com/

Your recipient(s) will get an email notice with a link to download the file. Trick: you don't need to use real email addys, just enter fakes for sender/recipient, it will still give you a download link when it finishes uploading, e.g.: download.yousendit.com/9C109455Fxxxxx. Post link here and anyone can download it within 7 days of when you uploaded it.

But JZ has been mapquest-able for a while now. I like to zoom in on an area of interest, then hit "printer friendly", highlight only the map section, then print > selection. This prints only the map and not the advertisement. Here is a direct link to JZ:

went down with a friend and we spent maybe 20 minutes in centro. quick report on my observations.

rancho was completely dead even though the 2 ladies working were somewhat passable.

queens place had a decent crowd but it may have only appeared that way since alot of the heavys were there. couple cuties though, jessies ass was looking as round as ever. nice.

virginias, closed. we weren't there long enough to find out why.

las vegas bar, nice crowd and a couple of nice looking new ones. one new shorty was on stage when we walked in and she was smoking hot. a bit shy but she is on the list.

noche y dia, daniella of stinky pussy fame was there. stinky pussy or not i will fuck her one of these days. all others there i would pass on.

faustos (alice and charlies) was going good.

hollywood was hopping good and the usual fight your way through crowd was going.

now, when i use the word good in this report, i mean as in better than it has been in recent months not compared to the hay day. we may be witnessing the last final gasping breath at life in centro before things close down. in the past for the holidays some girls leave for the holidays and new ones come out of the wood work looking for christmas cash.

after centro we went to the pink ladies. we entered to a good crowd. makes a guy wonder if he is using enough soap when he showers. i was told later by a familiar chica that alot of the girls left to give support to a chica who lost her baby the night before. i quickly asked why did all the pretty ones go and the fatties and uglies stayed. no answer so i will give my thoughts. i think some of the girls do the hit and run. they make their money and rep001ter when they think they have made enough. could it be?

First I would like to thank everyone that has posted directions, maps and other information. I have used this as a starting point. I purchased a Juraze map at a Juraz Wal Mart. I used information from the PM magazine and El Dario that street venders sell.

This is not intended to be complete as I am a relative "newby" to Juarez. I have been down 3 times, from a few days to a month. Those of you with more knowledge of the town, feel free to add to this list.

I have thrtee pieces of advise for those driving into Jaurez:
1. get a map.
2. expect to get lost.
3. Expect to get lost.

Many of the main streets, and some others are one way. They are not like in the U. S. where you go North on one street, go over one block and go back South. You may have to go several blocks to find a main street going in the other direction.

Main streets are well marked. Many of the smaller streets are not marked. Those that are generally have the sign on the side of a house or building at the corner. Many of those are missing.

If you find mistakes, I may be able to correct them. I have a jumble of notes.
I will have a later posting of photographs of many of the buildings. This will help a lot. My digital camera died and I am waiting to get a roll of 35mm out of my camera with these photos.

I will also have a post of the girls I saw and ocosionally met during this trip posted later.

Happy hunting

I've recently posted about Hotel Del Rio. It's a bit of a dump and for 25+ a nite I would pass if possible. By dump I mean this: I had one room and asked to be moved to one with a whole ceiling. The one I ended up in had the ceiling fan from hell (noisey). Moocher chicas hanging in the lobby in the evening hours grubbing a few bucks and trying to get action.

Seems the recent heavy rains took its toll on the building. I've stayed there in the past - a few years ago but I won't now unless I have to, like for needing to hit the sports book early.

In El Paso a group of people want to renovate downtown by stealing property and giving it to another group so they could all make money. This is legalized theft by use of eminemt domain.

So give credit where credit is due.

At least it is in better shape than an earlier report indicated. Rooms are small but comfortable. The evening manager speaks a little English but during the day you’ll have to wing it if you are not a native speaker. Stayed there last evening and would have felt safe making it toda la noche but had to wrap things up early and get back over the bridge to work a night shift. Incidentally it is within range of T-Mobile in U.S. for those of you who are subject to call. Only complaint was the small electric heater but mi novia and I soon made things very warm in the room.

Hotel Del Rio is on Av. Juarez right next to Yankees Bar on the east side of the street just north of the intersection with Ignacio Mejia. It is one block catty-cornered south from Club Kentucky. $28 U.S. per night (didn’t try to haggle this time) is no bargain, compared to Hotel Villa Manport but the place is conveniently located in Central for a fast 4-block from the bridge get away when the revolution breaks out. Tell them Guillermo Billy from El Paso sent you.

I received no compensation for this endorsement.

Happy hunting,

So after I hit UNO (Saturday), I wander past the still-closed Virginia's over to Laura's, which was empty, of course. Talking to Chito, he tells me what has been mentioned here - that the funds just aren't there to buy these buildings for this renovation of El Centro and that those plans, in general, are on a back burner - if they even happen at all.

On the way back to Taco Lucas, I ran into Chelo from Virginia's. She pretty much confirmed it that Virginia's won't be back as we know it and also said that a few of her "people" have moved over to Irma's.

It seemed to me that there were a lot more of the Cholo types walking around and hanging in doorways than usual. Maybe it was just me but it felt a bit uncomfortable and I was fairly content to limit my activities to UNO, a Lucas plate and a cold walk back across the bridge.

It's been a little disheartening to me as of late and perhaps it's due to the holiday season as well as these previously mentioned plans for the area but it is also my first winter season here as a regular "week-end warrior".

After a year long absence, I made a lightning trip to CJ this past weekend. Had a GREAT time. Hooked up a morena named Alejandra at Casa...tall , moves like a well oiled machine, and really GFE. Very nice. Also saw a ghost from my past, but never hooked up.

Met Angie at Ano Nuevo...look up spinner in the dictionary...I literally picked her up and carried her to a table from the front of the bar. She has that crazy laugh that has never failed me in el cama. Very affectionate, liked kissing during the deed. Really liked her.

Same evening, after having numerous people tell me my love/hate chica was gone, I went to Queens, get two steps into the door and SHE runs up and attacks me with hugs and kisses on the spot. " I can't believe you are here! I can't believe you are here!" That led to a session unlike any I have had with her or anyone. God, what a nite.

Why did I stay away?

When returning from Juarez last night, my friendly CBP officer asked me if I had already gotten an application for a passport.

I said, I thought I still had a year for entry by land.

Yes, he said, but in the last month the time lapse has doubled from a 3-week wait to a 6-week wait. We're encouraging everybody to get a jump on it.

So there you have it. The early bird gets the pussy!

Have fun, play safe,

Gino

i rented an interesting movie today. it is called “the virgin of juarez”. it is a fictionalized account of a survivor of the juarez murders. ok, it’s a bit more than fictionalized, it gets out of hand. but it revolves around the killings of women in juarez. the movie was made straight to dvd, meaning it was never released into the theaters. what a shame, the killings haven’t gotten a lot of press lately and if it had made it to the theaters with some fanfare it would have left a big shit stain in cd. juarez. a well deserved shit stain.

on the isg a couple 2 or 3 years ago, we had a discussion about the killings. oh boy, all the statisticians came out and laid down the numbers how other world cities are worse and how mexicans a great people, what a great society mexico is and their rich culture. they blamed the media for all the attention and negative press juarez was getting and how they wished it would go away. they wanted to hear good news from across the border. they wanted to hear about rainbows and puppy dogs. well they got what they wanted, no more press and attention. yeah, that really makes the problem go away. women are still being killed in juarez. the current number is over 300 killed and 3 times that number are missing and it keeps on happening.

i live just across the border from juarez and i visit with virtual impunity. most of you who read and post on these forums live away from the border with very little concern about what happens locally, and why should you? why should i? after all we are not women who work in factories. but if it were american mongers being raped, mutilated and having their nipples bitten off, these monger forums would be filled with completely different posts wouldn’t they?

you can jack off on your statistics and numbers all you want it doesn’t change a damn thing for the women of juarez. it has nothing to do with numbers and everything with the way they were killed and will continue to be killed. there are too many commonalities with the way they were killed. no one group or one individual could be responsible, but one thing remains. every law enforcement agency is completely impotent at solving let alone stopping the killings.

these killings are racially and economically motivated. the victims are darks skinned, meaning mostly indian blood. they work in maquiladoras, meaning the do not prosper as well as other mexicans. not one downtown puta has been found decomposing in the desert. the families get no help from the police because they cannot afford to pay for justice.

suspects over the years have been arrested. some are locked up, others released and a couple have been killed within hours of being cleared of charges. some of the accused have had their lawyers gunned down in broad daylight by the police. one lawyer was shot with an ak-47 at a busy intersection during rush hour. yet no witnesses.

the least anyone can do about this is to at least pay a little regard to the victims and their families suffering and leave your statistics in the shit can where they belong. stop adoring mexico and mexicans as the greatest thing since corn tortillas. i already know not all mexicans are bad, hell my family came from mexico so i have an inside look at the good and bad. let me tell you, the good is better than you think and the bad gets worse.

This is the Minnie Driver version of the same thing. The one with J-Lo is called "Bordertown". Lots of info at www.imdb.com

You hit the nail on that. People call the USA racist, but it's got nothing on Mexico. Maybe not race exactly, but skin color. You can be talented, intelligent, and personable, but if you got dark skin tough shit - there's jobs you just won't get and places you shouldn't be.

A couple of my girlfriend's nicknames at the maquila are 'chola' and 'morena'; maybe not exactly insults, but skin color based names. She thinks it's funny, so I guess it's ok. When she told me about it she said 'I'm a morena'. What a newsflash! I guess she thought I hadn't noticed after two and a half years. People have told her within a half hour of meeting us that she should have a baby with me because it might have blue eyes. There's a good reason to have a baby!

Another factor in the murders is they tend to be young and a lot moved from the south for the jobs, so they're naive as well as powerless.

That alone, sadly, speaks volumes. Almost as if it's a badge of shame.

Many streets in Jaurez do not have complete numbers from building to building. Many intersection street do not have signs. To aid newbys and possibly an experienced traveler in finding a particular location these photos should help. I posted an attachment page with walking/driving directions a few weeks ago. It is listed as Mexican Restaurants as the attachment name. It is printable to enable easy usage.

Hope this helps you. Just trying to return some of the help I have found on these pages. I would not have found all of the various locations without it.

After the fall series finale of Battlestar Galactica I muddled around and finally hit the road at 10pm. I headed to the bottom and worked my way up as usual. Last week Las Palmeras was doing ok but this week must have been beached whale night. Centro Lagunero wasn't much better but for some reason I stayed. I sat down and no one came to take my order. Every time I go in a waiter will follow me around waiting for me to take a seat but I leave. So it finally catches up with me. Oh well, a dollar saved.

I then decided to do the unusual rather than the usual and hit Irma's and stayed for a coke. A complete waste of time but refreshing to break the routine. Next stop, Noche y Dia.

I took a seat and had a good view of the entrance from a distance. It was interesting to watch other people do what I usually do here. Enter, look over the wall for a bit and leave. I'm a real people watcher. Angie came over to sit and I bought her a drink an immediately stuck a finger up her **** and had some small talk. She drank slow and I diddled fast. When she finally asked for another I sent her on her way. Up next was Daniela of stinky pussy fame. I had changed seats in favor of the blowjob corner but no luck as they had a light on in the corner. Daniela suggests we go back to where I was. She said it was better even out in the open because the bar and Dj can't see. Well damn it, someone took my former seat so no stinky public pussy for this kid. I left.

Hollywood had a good crowd but I just can't hack the cholo scene in there. The chicas hustle too much and I am too hip to the game. Queens was dead and Rancho was even deader. Virginias is still closed.

I'm trying to figure out the name of an MP I visited some time back. See if any of you guys can identify it based on this vague description. It was located, I believe, in a two-story strip mall. The MP itself was two stories. Actually, the business looked like an old hair salon, with the salon downstairs and the actual massage rooms upstairs. I actually went there twice. The first time I entered through the front, and the second time through the back door. That's the best desciption I can give. I went there in a cab, and don't remember where it was located or the name of it. So if any of you guys can give me a hand in identifying this place, please help me out.

Thanks

EL Encanto, perhaps? It is the only one I can think of with 2 doors. Narrow stairwell to second floor.
On Hermanos Escobar, near the Villa Manport.

Not much of an MP guy but that was the first thing that popped in my head. I guess the Papaguayo's (sp) bar next door would be the big clue?

Maybe Corpus? On Jose Barunda. The description fits it until the back door part. There's also that one I can't think of the name of on Ninos Heroes kinda near Marilyns which is very cheap, frequented by locals, and the one time I went in, practically ran back out. Again, don't know about a back door, though.

Where is Mercedes in Old Rebel II's pic?
