Was disappointed my first couple of trips to Mexico. Took some reading and some research but I found a couple of reliable places that I can now use as a last resort. I like trying to find the Street Walkers (SW) but those places are always on stand by.
It has been a couple of years that I have been to Morelia, but it is a great city. Downtown is amazing... the architecture, the plaza.. and the chicas! hehehe... LOTS and LOTS of college girls in this city!!! University students also moonlighting as call girls :)

Fellow mongers, my trip to Morelia was a raging success. Sharon's Massage is awesome! Make sure you ask for Krystal and/or Marcela. Both are so good, it is almost impossible to judge who is mi favorita. I wish I could marry both of them! Krystal is the younger of the two (20 years? ) with no kids. She is also the more energetic. But Marcela is no slouch and you'll find yourself completely drenched in GFE. Marcela has a child and is around 24 or 25. Both are not too keen on BBBJ, preferring to offer CBJ. If you were living in Morelia and visiting them on a regular basis, I sure you could convince them that you were a regular, careful client and that BBBJ with you would not be a problem. In the short time I was there, I simply concentrated on their other services. Suffice to say that the massage was excellent and everything else was even better!
If you can't pin down either Krystal or Marcela, there are other chicas available but they definitely could use some lessons from Krystal and Marcela. Plus they are on the chunky side. Diana and Jenny were fun but we finished either in Russian (Jenny – between her large chi-chi's) or Italian (Diana – between her buns). Although full service was available with Diana and Jenny, I didn't accept their invitations. Prices were very reasonable. I'm not quite sure of the exact prices but I think the base massage was $25. A massage + hand job is $35, massage + CBJ was $45 (? ), massage + Russian/Italian was a bit more at ($50? ), and massage + full service was $80. There was no pressure for a tip, but I tipped at least $5 to the second-tier chicas and $10 for the full service sessions with Krystal and Marcela. I always paid in pesos so I don't know if the chicas would balk at you giving them dollars but I don't think they would be upset as money changing services are readily available in the center of town. But if you are going to Morelia, it would make sense and would certainly show courtesy to the locals to change your money.
Many thanks to Mill Just (a. K. A. Miller2K) and the others on this thread that helped me with my planning. There are many other esteticas advertised in La Voz de Michoacan but I didn't feel the need nor did I really have the time to search out any others. For the many years left in my mongering career, I could easily frequent Krystal and Marcela and never feel the need to visit another chica again.

Discrete is the word, the address which is in various threads should be sufficient. If possible you should look into deleting the picture from the thread.

I imagine this place still goes by the name of Sharon. The number is the same. New girls have come in a month ago, better looking but pricier. I don't know of any similar MP in Morelia. Speaking of Asians in Mexico, I am always amazed at how many Mexican girls have strong Asian features. There were many Asians that arrived to Mexico in the 19th and 20th century as contract workers and migrant labors. The result of those migrations are seen pretty strongly in so many Mexican people. They are totally assimilated into Mexican society, and they see themselves as ethnically Mexican, but they have a very strong Asian anthropology with little or no awareness of the details of their Asian family heritage.

I concur with Cupido Morboso that most of Mexico is quite safe for a prudent person. Particularly in border areas, shit can happen- when automatic weapons are being used and you are unfortunate enuf to find yourself present, good luck! Tourists are seldom targets of criminal activity. The tourist biz is too important to the economy, and any robbery or other assault is seriously investigated by authorities. If you are involved in a traffic accident and have insurance, you will not be arrested (I speak from personal experience). Have travelled extensively in Mex for more than 40 yrs and have lived here full-time for the last ten.
I thank all of your post and it helped me have an enjoyable time today even though my spanish is elementary at best. I second the comment that Mexico is safe as long as you use your head. Don't flash lots of money and stay away from the bad parts of town after dark. I found that a simple google search for "Morelia escorts" gave me lots of choices in which to choose from. It has been too long since I have visited Morelia and this forum about Morelia (which is arguably the most informative forum available on Morelia. Thanks, Mill Post!). Morelia is my absolute favorite Mexican city. But I have been visiting other cities in Mexico and hope to check out Central America soon. It sounds as though things are changing but the P4P scene is still active.
GranJefe, there are a few Spanish language institutes that have families that will house students. Some are very relaxed and you can come and go as you please. (Other families are more buttoned up and want you to be home by a certain time. You do not want one of these families. Be sure to ask.) I did most of my mongering in the afternoon and early evening. The prices in Morelia for almost everything are very reasonable, especially when you consider that it is very comparable to a European city in many ways.

One note about the tirade below against Mexico: For the most part, as a tourist, if you keep your nose clean, don't get too drunk, too rowdy, too stupid, too aggressive, etc, you will be treated very well, sometimes like royalty. The Mexican people and culture are very warm and friendly. If you look for trouble, you will probably find it quickly. That is not to say, as mentioned before, that all is peaches and cream. It is not. In fact, Morelia was targeted by some of the drug kingpins as a special message to President Calderon since Morelia is his hometown. That seems to have died down but it is still something that must be remembered.

Look for the old bus station not far from the central plaza. Around that area or two blocks from the old station are SW's with hotels nearby. $30/35 should be the norm for a standard session.
I believe there are strip clubs outside the immediate city limit but are pricey. Lots of drug money in that area. The immediate area around the old bus station had a few weird bars the last time I was there.
Lazero Cardenas is another city in Mich that you should *inquire about. I passed through there on a bus and it gave off a seedy vibe to me. I can't verify anything though just going by instinct.

I almost feel like I am writing a private diary. Nevertheless, I have made contact with the 'Yummie' Latina described by Mark Landa a few years ago on one of his two postings here. She sent me her photo and explained she looked a bit chubby because her client wanted her to put on weight. Whatever! Well, she did appear somewhat chubby but I have decided to proceed as her general attitude, honesty, and reasonable prices have won the day. This is an update on my post#296 from several weeks ago. I had arranged with a chica recommended by a fellow poster from last year to meet me at the bus station in Zamora. From there, we would adjourn to my hotel to pursue some fun.
She also agreed to reserve my hotel at this nice location outside of Zamora. When I arrived in Zamora, she was not there so after waiting 15 minutes I took a taxi to my predetermined hotel. By then, my second thoughts about this escapade had really developed. Since the only picture she sent to me indicated some chubbiness, I was concerned the photo might be an understatement of her actual physical appearance.
She finally showed up at the hotel and knocked on my door. When I saw her, I immediately decided that I was not interested as she was easily 40llbs heavier than she should be. I pretended that I was upset about her tardiness at the station and declined all further offers by her to begin the proceedings.
Later that night, I went into Zamora for dinner. It was a Monday night but I asked the taxi driver anyway if he could recommend a table dance club. As it turns out there was a club open within walking distance of the main square. I arrived at about 9:30 and saw several attractive women. Some dancing, and some hanging out. There was a 30 peso charge to enter and a beer cost 40 pesos. A beer for the girls cost 100 pesos and they were the small beers easily consumed. First, a rather chunky girl came over. When she realized that I was not interested, she invited a few other girls over. I quickly made my selection rather than get into the beer drinking trap.
My choice was a thin, strawberry blond of about 22 years. The price for a private dance was $300pesos (about $25US) , however full service was $600m for twenty minutes. Once we got in the private room, I realized she had some red rash on her chest and legs so passed on the full service. The lighting was different in this room so did not notice beforehand. The room was also disgusting. No sink or even a bed, just a bench and a full size mirror. She also seemed a little bit nervous and jumpy and I thought she was on something. Maybe coke? Anyway, she had no problem with DATY and my fingers were allowed everywhere. But she was reluctant to play with Mr. Happy since she was trying to entice me to full service and presumably did not want me to blow my wad thereby losing a customer. This basically turned into a stalemate and I finally decided to leave the room.
The manager told me I could take a girl to my hotel for an hour but it would cost 1500mexican or about $115 USD. Since my hotel was about twenty minutes from town, I passed on that option.
One other thing, this dreadfully fat girl also came over before I selected the other girl. She kept pestering me to buy her a drink, which I repeatedly denied. I wondered how a girl that fat could get any action in a club like this. Later a taxi driver told me that a lot of Mexican strip clubs have fat girls that are only there to solicit drinks from customers. Sometimes, the dancers are only there to dance too and don't do privados.
I am now in a small Mexican beach town on the Costa Alegre basically between PV and Manzanillo. I was told that the town has several clubs and one specifically has been noted to me. It is open tonight so will probably check it out as prices seems reasonable.

Morelia has changed quite a bit in the last several years-- and not for the best when it comes to our hubby. I was there in March of last year. Really, my sense was there was very little action there and did not find the women attractive. In fact, the city has a reputation for unattractive women with Mexican guys. On the plus side, it's a nice safe town with good winter weather and a few things to see and do. However, English is not widely spoken.
I stayed in a small hotel across from a park and the nunnery. Around this area are several nice outdoor restaurants and bars where people hang out in the evening. Unfortunately, the hotel I stayed in, which had a beautiful view of the church and the nunnery, is also the main transportation route in the morning or evening into town. It was tranquil when I checked in but all hell breaks loose during rush hour. On the opposite side from this park area, more or less the cathedral side, there are quite a few inexpensive guest type houses or small hotels. The city seems to shut down by midnight. But if you cruise the side streets on either side of the main drag (where the cathedral is located), you should find a few refurbished colonial house turned into small hotels.
I do remember some not very attractive sw's who hang on a certain corner and street in the old town. They usually come out at dusk. Ask around as I think it's common knowledge. Maybe you will get lucky and find a gem. In fact, I stayed at the hotel there on that corner for one night whose name I forgot but it was cheap. It's basically walking down hill a few blocks from their nice indoor market area and main drag but further down from the cathedral. This particular street with the occassional tricks running the other way goes up to the park where the nunnery and church is situated. Both hotels were about $20 to $30 per night.
There are some girlie clubs in Zamora about two hours from Morelia away mentioned recently by a prior poster. I went there one night and messed around with a cute girl in one of their private rooms but think the price was too high for takeaway. Zamora is a bit bleak though. The only reason to visit this town is to see a really cool little park with a nice lagoon to swim and hang out. There is very nice hotel there and it's within a small national or provincial park. It's about 20 minutes from Zamora, which I recall is the reason I did not take the girl out because it was such a hassle and expensive to arrange transportation back and forth for the girl.

Just a head's up to my brothers in the hobby-- Masaje Sharon in the colonia Prado Verdes has been shut down by the authorities on [CodeWord908] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord908) charges. I call BS on the charges and think that it may have something to do with the bosses not paying off the right people in the right positions. I've been going to Sharon's for years and have made friends with several of the girls. None seem coerced or forced into their jobs and, really, the whole atmosphere of the place is very casual, with girls coming and going at will. I don't buy the charges, but that doesn't matter. Knowing Mexico and how these things work, I wouldn't be surprised if they re-opened at some point, but I wouldn't risk going back, at least not for a long while and after trusted friends give the green light.
This is really, really bad news for hobbyists because Sharon's was real class. The girls were hot, friendly, accommodating, and the whole place had a nice, cozy feel to it. In recent months, they even upped the quality by bringing in more girls and higher-end workers. Before my trip I gathered a lot of information about the city. A couple of my sources informed me Morelia was a dangerous city. I found it to be the opposite. However, the rest of Michoacán has a dangerous reputation.
Morelia is not a conservative city; it is unlike Toluca and San Luis Potos. I would say around one-third of the people wore masks outdoors and taxi / Uber drivers had masks, but never wore them.
Why Morelia?
I'm up and traveling again and one of my goals is to travel to every state in Mexico. I'm making progress; slowly but surely.
Note: I flew to Morelia out of Tijuana and back only using my passport card. A passport book is not required!
All the money I quote is in pesos, unless you see the dollar sign.
I used CBX from Otay to the Tijuana airport and back; I highly recommend CBX. CBX round trip was around 36 bucks. Because it was a Friday morning, CBX was packed with travelers. Now I recommend filling out the FMM at CBX. I had a couple of problems recently with filling out the FMM online, printing it, and trying to use it at immigration.
After clearing immigration at the Tijuana airport, I went to the VIP lounge. Those bastards raised the daily pass to 690! Returning, I did not see any VIP lounge in Morelia after security. Just a small crappy restaurant where I got a bite to eat and some shitty wine to drink. However, I did not check if the lounge was before security; I might have missed a detail.
Getting there:
I flew Volaris non-stop to Morelia and I flew back using Aeromexico. I used two different airlines because I did not like the round trip schedule of either one. I also pay different prices, because I like boarding first and sitting in the front of the plane.
The taxi to the hotel from the airport cost 485! But I did not realize the hotel was around a 45 minute drive. Returning to the airport, I used my trusted Uber driver and I gave him 400.
Getting around town:
I used taxis when I had to and each damn taxi driver had no idea as to where in the flying fuck he was going! With each driver, I had to bring up my Google maps and show the dumb fuck where to go! How does this happen? How do they stay employed? I have so many unanswered questions!
I found an Uber driver after dinner the first night and he stayed with me for both nights and the airport return as well. His name is Antonio and I have his permission to give out his number if you need his services. I had eight clubs on my original list, but he knew of two more!
Hotel:
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Grand Hotel. I have always booked through Hotels.com and never had an issue with any of my bookings; until this pinche hotel. I booked a Suite, 1 King Bed, for $120 a night. When I arrived I was informed that room was not available and I was pissed! But, they did say they would upgrade me to a Non-Suite with two queen beds. I told them I failed to understand the upgrade and fix it! That didn't happen. Thus, I stayed for two nights with a fantastic view of the parking lot in a room I didn't want and paid for!
Another issue, I was supposed to receive a free bottle of wine with my stay. The bottle turned out to be a small split of wine that was no better than Boones Farm's crap. Yep, I really was not happy with this hotel; can you tell?
Communication:

Every-damn-body told me I have to try the Corundas, a specialty of the state; Michoacán. It's just a small tamale with corn filling. For me, it was nothing special.
Spanish:
Because Morelia is not a gringo destination, very little English is spoken. There was only one person at the hotel that spoke English and no one in the restaurants. This also included the taxi and Uber drivers.
The mongering scene:
This city was easy to find information about the venues. I started out with 8 clubs on my list; Antonio helped me find 2 more.
Strip / table dance clubs:
In each club, I asked several questions and did my best to write the answers on my NEW trusty note pad. Thus, if I am wrong with any of my notes, feel free to correct me. Because I drank various things in the clubs, I just wrote down the price of the cheapest beer. The fichas were various prices; I am quoting the lowest ficha price.

Comments: This was my favorite club in Morelia! All the girls were great and non aggressive, except for one which I will discuss later. Let's chat about the chica from Veracruz. I named her "Vera" because I don't remember names, including mine when I'm club hopping! After I sat down and ordered a drink, within 20 seconds, she was sitting at my table and putting my fingers in her panocha and slapping my face with her tetas; I fell in love, but it didn't last long.

Street scene:
There are two streets where the girls stand and they are around Plaza Carrillo. The streets are Abasolo and Manuel Muiz.
I was told they hang out from five to midnight. I went there at 8 on Saturday and saw seven; four of those I talked to. It seems they are all in the same union. All four quoted me the same prices: 550 for 15 minutes and 850 for thirty minutes. Two positions and the hotel were included. Kind of pricy for a street girl!
I had a really timid Uber driver. When we got near the girls, I got out of the car to ask questions. The pussy driver got scared and fled the scene. So, I walked to Manuel Muiz to seek out more street girls. Yep, same union, same prices.

Tomjacking: I visited Morelia in the winter of 2014. I must have taken a bus there as I don't rent cars in Mexico and had been traveling around Sonora and spent some time in Guadalajara, Guanajuato, San Miguel del Allende etc. I was actually not aware of any strip clubs there and thought the city was incredibly boring and frankly found the woman I saw walking around the city to be quite unattractive. I did find that street with the SW's you mentioned as it's fairly close to the center. The talent, at least when I visited, was abysmal and the taxi driver seemed just as nervous as your driver. Perhaps, the police patrol the area or there was a recent bust but not sure.
I walked around the town a lot but never did see any strip clubs so made a mistake in not asking someone about where to find chicas. It just struck me as a conservative city. Also, I had a Canadian friend who came at another time to see the Monarch butterflies who arrive in this area at a specific time of year, every year. That's a major tourist attraction there though the actual location to view them is a fairly good distance from Morelia.
Unlikely that I would ever return, but if I do, I will know about these locales thanks to your reports.

I'm currently located at the Hotel Mission Cathedral (approx 70 $ a night as of writing but one of the only hotels that I could confirm had AC in the centro historico). He did mention that it was best that I picked them up in the lobby. I decided not to shit where I eat due to the amount of families around and thus took an uber to one of the many short time hotels.
