Good info. One thing to know about the massage places, especially at the Marina. Ask to see the "menu". They will show you a price sheet with differing prices for different types and times of legit massage. Ask to see the "other menu". They will either show you one that will list a HJ for about 45-50. A BJ for about 90 ish and FS for 150-175 or pull you in to the place and shut the door and tell you (not sure why, because it isn't illegal). If the place doesn't have that menu or tell you the prices, it is probably a legit place.

I would stir clear of the strip clubs, they are crazy expensive to begin with but then they make you buy drinks for the girls and some even charge for rubbers etc. Probably looking at at least $500/ per there. Went to massage parlor scene in the Marina during different times 11 AM and 3 PM on two different days last week.

Was in PV for a week. Stayed at Fiesta Inn. I researched different web resources. I was surprised how little information was available, had to go through forums, including this forum. I usually post on places I've been to but in your case it was just an insight I wanted to share with others that might be able to learn from your experience. Also people usually don't go that far back when reading posts about a certain city and soon my post would never be read unless I repeat the same thing over and over.

In general if you read posts from others on this board that go to other cities they say the same thing but you'the have to read each destination in Mexico and since you only cared about PV it didn't show up on your radar.

Now you know what to expect if you go back or it will help someone else that is traveling to Mexico.

What I can say from reading these boards and experiences in ficha bars where all girls might not go upstairs is that a lot of it depends on the customer.

If these places are somewhat regular bars and the waitress can make some extra money by sitting with a customer I wouldn't assume that means they are available to have sex with any customer. So the guys that supposedly did see them outside of work for sex might of just been a normal attraction the girls had to these customers to agree to see them.

I'd imagine if you are drinking with a girl and she is interested in making more money she might give you some hints or you could do the same. Maybe mention you are bored eating alone and ask her to go to dinner or if you just want quick sex politely ask her if she would want to go to a motel. It's not the US where your going to get a sexual harassment case against you. If your respectful in how you ask she will either accept or she will say she doesn't do that.

If you want to translate what you said into Spanish I'the just use a translator app. My Spanish isn't perfect. Also you seem to spend lots of time in Spain so I'the think you would know some basic Spanish that you could get the point across. Also in Spain the Spanish is different compared to Mexico so you might want to use a translation app that specializes in Castellano. I know when I talk to non Mexican girls they quickly understand that my Spanish was learned from Mexico.

If on the other hand you are just asking about a generalization on how to bring up the question I'the say it's hard if I'm not in the conversation and seeing what her body language is and evaluating how she would take such a question. Depending on the situation I might say sweet things to her or just tell her I don't mean to be disrespectful but would you care to come back to my hotel or go to a motel. Like I said the way I would approach the question mainly depends on how the conversation is going and her attitude.

One last thought is that if asking a question about going to a motel I might suggest to try and just make it from the heart and not a line that you have memorized. I think the girl would appreciate you making the effort in your poor Spanish as compared to some guy that doesn't speak much Spanish yet has this particular line memorized perfectly.

Well I'm going to make my suggestion in English just because it's a basic way I think to be polite but you might want to word it differently and then be able to use a translator. Also by using the translator you will be able to have it pronounced.

If talking with a girl and you think she would be open to going I'the just tell her " I want to ask you a question but I don't want to offend you. ".

That's a pretty basic way and one I've used in the past when I wasn't sure if the girl was working.
