Curious about this strip place you mentioned called Andromeda. Are the girls there available for more than just dancing?
Also, you wrote it's near the Sheraton Hotel. Can you tell me in what area of PV the Sheraton Hotel is?
I've never been to PV before.Stripclub with about 10 to 15 girls normally, and also depends on the time of year, with rooms on the premises and for takeout. It is expensive, and it is located in the downtown area is how I would classify it. 5 minute taxi ride to the main entertainment district which is referred to as the Malecon area. They do have a Facebook webpage. The address is Sierra Aconcague 150 A Col. Olimpica, Puerto Vallarta.
Mamacitas is now open 24 hours, at least as of last week. This is an upscale stripclub that I believe is located Pitillal, but it does have rooms on the premises for those interested. They generally have a very good selection of girls. It is located next door to where El why Ellas was. Check on the cost of ladies drinks before you purchase one. They also have a price list on the tables.Is Mamacitas and Mamita's the same place?

My suggestion is pay as you go, and on each table is a price list, including prices for ladies drinks. It is my favorite place of this type in Puerto Vallarta.

Otherwise you might have to pay a fee or no guests allowed. If you look online for RED ZONE Tours you can purchase a PDF file of the PV guide. The owner used to post on here. I usually don't recommend tour guides and the sort but this guy did it right IMO. I think I paid $10 for it.

I've never been to PV before.Andromeda is my favorite strip club in Vallarta. I've been there many times and never had a problem with the waiters trying to cheat me. Everywhere else I've had a problem, even when I tried to pay each time instead of running a tab. The most common trick used at other clubs is switching bills. You hand them a 100 or 200 or 500 peso note and magically it turns into a 20 using sleight of hand. They hide your bill and say you only gave them a 20. To avoid this problem say out loud the amount of the bill you hand them and ask if they can make change.
Last year at Andromeda beer was 65 pesos. A lady drink cost 120 pesos and you got a lap dance at your table. Private lap dances in the back were 250 pesos for 10 minutes. FS in the back room was 850 pesos for 15 minutes, 1550 for half an hour and 2200 for an hour. That is less than other strip clubs but more than places like Las Antorchas, La Botana and Las Alazanas. I haven't been to Mamita's so I can't compare prices. Andromeda is older and probably not as fancy as the new Mamita's. I heard that El_Y_Ella has reopened beside Mamita's. It used to be good.
The Sheraton is in the southern end of the hotel zone, not far from the center of town. I suggest you use Google maps to check it out and also read previous posts on this thread where I have posted maps showing where the clubs and bars are located. I prefer the romantic zone because everything is within walking distance: bars, restaurants, the malecon. The gay area is only a small part of it, so don't worry. Just avoid the Blue Chairs hotel and Abbey hotel. The only problem with the romantic zone is the hotels are smaller and older. If you must have a 4 or 5 star hotel then stay in the hotel zone, or even the marina. However, you probably won't be able to bring a girl back to your room and be prepared to use taxis a lot.
The red zone tour is no longer in business but there is something called boyz night out. It is expensive but could be a good guided tour to the strip clubs for a first time visitor. Just google boyz night out vallarta. I also recommend Rogelio the taxi driver, who has been mentioned in previous posts.

Also fuk Rogilio as I am the one who brought him to the board, and helped promote his taxi business, only to learn after knowing the motherfuker for 20 years that he decided to be a thief and a fat piece of chit. What kind of guy takes pics of you with other girls and then sends them to girls you are dating in hopes he might get some pussy, or goes stabs you in the back to girls you are close friends with in hopes of getting a little by making himself look good. This just did not happen to me, but The Sex Hunter, and 3 other posters from the board here who are frequent visitors to Puerto Vallarta or actually live in Puerto Vallarta. When are you planning on visiting PVR George? Right now it is torture time in Vallarta because of the 100 percent humidity combined with the temps in the mid 90's. Actually going this month (August). I have booked a hotel in the Romantic Zone, not sure the name at this point. At this point I just wanted a clean, cheap room. Someone else recommended this area on the forum, and also by a friend. Mongering is not the primary reason I am going, but, I do plan on having at least a couple of evenings of being in the company of a woman by whatever means that happens. i did not go on this trip primarily to monger. it is a great place for vacation. good food, cheap massage, but a little harder to find talent. i am sure if you are a regular visitor, you have have more info. if the rooms hadn't been a dump, the other club would be consider a bargain.

I think the lady I saw at Las Antorchas when I was last there in December (High season) cost me $1500 including the extra for BBBJ.
Ought to be cheaper this time of year without lots of dumb gringos around willing to pay the same price as at home. (Or more!

Tapanko is a favorite of mine. Always a good number of girls. Currently they have open bar (beer only I believe) for $280 pesos. Not a bad deal if you're spending some good time there. Lady drinks were $130 pesos for a glass and $550 pesos for a jar (if I remember correctly). I don't really think the jar uses up more than 4 drinks worth of a girls time, but it might depend on the girl. Going to the room, I was given two different prices on two different nights. On a weeknight I was told $1300 pesos, on a weekend night I was told $1500 pesos. I don't know if some girls can charge more or if the price changes based on the night. Its can be a fun atmosphere there with the dj doing some games / contests on the weekends. Its not a club full of knockouts but there's not really any dogs and always a couple of girls that I'd like to get with.

I stopped by Harem on Friday night at 11 pm and it was very quiet. I only had one drink and left. Went to Mamitas at 3 am and it was very busy. I did pay as I go, and because of the post by Ocean976 I kept my eyes open to how other tables were paying for there drinks, and found some paying as the waiter served there drinks, and obviously some tables were running bar tabs, so it is whatever you elect to do. My thinking is possibly the waiter that Ocean976 had just wanted to try to rip him off.

The only reason I can see to make a guy run a tab is so they can pad it if the opportunity arises. I suppose it does cut down on them having to continually make change, but I still will not run one. Once, in Monterrey, I was with a guy, for lunch at one of the strip club buffets, he ordered a girl a can of beer, supposed to be $8, well, when tab came it was $24.

I've used Marina Del Sol a few times. It's actually pretty nice for a no-tell motel. It's right beside the Home Depot a few minutes drive north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. They also had a few porn channels on the TV that I kind of enjoyed.

"Tourists are always looking for a strip club when they are travelling. Andromeda is walking distance from the hotel zone. It is a smaller friendlier men's club with approx 10-15 dancers per night. The prices are lower than other clubs because the owners want your repeat business".
It is a smaller club, not new and fancy, but cozy and friendly. In the dark it's hard to see the worn out furniture. There always seem to be English speaking staff there when I go, sometimes including the dancers. The prices are good for a strip club and they have never tried to cheat me on my purchases or change like so many others have done.

I see that Google maps was updated July 2014 at the centro location in Vallarta on Insurgentes by Farmacia Guadalahara where Mi Fantasia used to be. Now it shows as Diablitas show girls. Has anyone been there? Is it still open? They seem to have a lot of turnover at that location.

I see that Google maps was updated July 2014 at the centro location in Vallarta on Insurgentes by Farmacia Guadalahara where Mi Fantasia used to be. Now it shows as Diablitas show girls. Has anyone been there? Is it still open? They seem to have a lot of turnover at that location.Was open when I was there last month.

I will be in Puerto Vallarta soon, from Nov 30- Dec 10. My first trip to Mexico.
For the other clubs. What frustrates me is its hard to find out what is available and at what cost. Taxis are worthless since they are probably promoting places with the best kickback. Taxis can tell you about a few clubs, maybe their cover, and will drive you there. I did visit a few to get their prices:
Taboo was 2700 pesos for 30 minutes. Harem was 3000 pesos for 30 minutes. Candy was 3400 pesos for 30 minutes. The 15 minute sessions were not much less than 30 minute sessions for these clubs. My taxi driver had said Taboo was the most expensive, maybe he was talking about a different service maybe he was vying for a different kickback. Each of these other clubs had a entrance fee above 200 (taboo was 280, the others may have been the same or maybe something like 240). The lady's drinks are also over 200 pesos at those places.
I did try Taboo for a bit. The meseras were pretty pushy there, and insisted on a tip, so I bounced before taking a girl. They said they had 20 girls there but I only saw 5-6, and 1 was doable for me. The mesera vibe ruined it, there were probably more girls worth seeing if I waited.
I think King George asked for 2000 pesos for 30 minutes. I skipped at the time since it seemed expensive compared to Andromeda, but that's a better deal than the other strip clubs I saw so maybe I'll go back. It did have some cuties during the day, I think I saw one of them at a different club I checked out at night (sorry I forget where).
Last, I guess some girls start to gather at Bolivia and Guatemala after midnight. When I checked it out (shortly after midnight) there was only 2 girls and a lot of trannies. They were honest / friendly about what they were, so it wasn't a bother to check.
My questions for the community:
- any other places I should check out?
- have you negotiated better rates at any of the clubs? In particular I am wondering about King George. (I wasn't taking notes when I checked it out).

However, the door guys still try to get you to give them a "tip", which can amount to the same thing. I haven't been there recently, but that was how it was when I was there. If they reinstated the cover charge, there is a way around it. There are guys out on the main drag who are handing out promotional brochures for the club. I think they used to include a waiver of the cover charge. You have to be there at the right time to get the brochure.
The prices you quoted are for FS in the back. You can also get a lap dance in the same rooms. It was 250 pesos for ten minutes the last time I was there. That is another way to test the ladies' performance. They leave the door to the room open or slightly ajar for the lap dances, but the rooms are at the end of a dead end hallway, so nobody can really seen in. These lap dances tend to be higher mileage than the ones you might get at the table when you buy a lady drink.

What I like about King George is the quiet well lit environment where you can see and talk to the women. It is a classy place. However, they had the air conditioning turned too high and I got cold and wanted to leave.
I agree with Henry R. The women at Andromeda look better. Out of abut 15 women only one was chubby. They have a lot of spinners. It is not a fancy place, but at least they have now replaced some of the bench seating that had holes in it. After a few years without change they have now increased their prices, at least for gringos. It is now 1150 pesos for 15 minutes, 1850 for half hour and 2500 for an hour. You don't want to spend an hour in the tiny rooms in the back, so take her to a hotel for the same price. The lady drinks are still 120 pesos for a small one or 240 pesos for a large one. Lap dances are 200 pesos for 8 minutes. Its bad business too, there are a couple girls there I would have tried for their actual prices.I confirm the prices mentioned by Henry. The taxi driver said that 30 minutes in Aquah costs 3000 pesos, so 2200 seems like a discount for the same girls. I find it hard to believe 1200 pesos for 30 minutes at King George though, since that would be the lowest price anywhere, at an upscale place no less. If it were for 15 minutes I might believe it. Maybe there is a two price system; one for gringos and one for locals. Maybe it depends on your Spanish skills.
OldParr: please check the price again next time you're at King George. Ask them if they have a different price for gringos. If so, please mention they are losing business because of it. If they charged everyone 1200 pesos for 30 minutes, they would take most of the cruise ship business away from Las Anthorchas. They would also gain a lot of business from tourists looking for a day time place.
When they quoted me $20 for the lady drink, I said I only had pesos and they charged me 200 pesos, so they are only giving a 10 to 1 exchange rate on the dollar.

There has been some confusion about the cover charge at Andromeda. Some people say they were charged 100 pesos cover. According to their Facebook page there is no cover. I had a lengthy discussion with one of the waiters about it. He said they have to compete with other strip clubs, which forces them to follow some of the same practices. The most well known is the taxi driver kick-back. The clubs pay the taxi driver for bringing them a new customer. Some clueless tourist gets a taxi outside his five star all inclusive resort and asks the driver where the girls are. The driver then takes him to the club with the highest kick-back. If the tourist asks about some other club but that one doesn't pay the driver, he will tell the tourist it is closed. This scheme exists in other places like Las Vegas also. The bottom line is that Andromeda will charge you 100 pesos cover if you arrive by taxi. They don't know that you asked the driver to take you there.
Andromeda is located half a block in from the main road. There is often a tout standing on the corner that works the same deal as the taxis. He will promise you a free drink and free lap dance for the 100 peso cover. If you let him go to the entrance with you, they will charge you 100 pesos cover. Once inside, the staff there don't know anything about the free drink or dance. Those are lies made up by the tout.
If you arrive on your own, are a tourist, don't speak Spanish and have never been there before they will try to charge you the cover. In this case the doorman gets the cover fee instead of the taxi driver. Your options are to pay the cover, start to walk away and see if they drop the cover, or boldly say "no cover" and walk in. Even better is to quickly open the door yourself and walk in before they even have a chance to say anything about a cover charge. If you walk in without paying the cover, the doorman will then think you know there is no cover, so he probably won't follow you inside. If he does, you can mention that their Facebook page says there is no cover. If you pay the cover charge the first time you are there, you can usually get them to not charge you when you return the next day, since you are now a regular.
For locals and regulars, there is no cover charge, just like their Facebook page says! Typical Mexican double standard.

Total cost of the yacht including tips to the crew is about $1,500.00 dollars per day. Yes this hobby is expensive, but it is a lot of fun, and you are getting the best, so it is well worth it.

OK. I am glad this is popping along. Conversationally. Admittedly as massage hound. Love the slow build up and would like to find a FS massage place closer to home. Bucerias. Very hard to find attractive talent.
Bucerias offers he but the talent is frightful and a towel over the eyes is not a bad idea. Anything in Nuevo would make it better for me. The south side of PV is a hike. I generally leave early to get there for 9 am and back into Bucerias for 11 am for work.

I agreed with him I pay what he consumes (food and drinks) but in case if he wants a girl or anything extra he has to pay it himself. In return he pays for the gas and drives. Worked great for the 1st two times I used him. On the 3rd occasion I payed him to take me to the airport. He took me to a plaza which is located near the marina and there he dropped me off explaining me he can't enter the airport as it's not his area! This was leading to the result that I had to walk for 15 minutes with my luggage and for him to be pissed off as I gave him 0 Cent tip for this shit he pulled on me. A few months later I returned to PV and used him for the last time. We went for a few places. At the restaurant he wanted to go first he started to invite a guy he knew and expected that I pay this guy's bill which I told him it will not happen. Next stop was a puta bar. There he started to call a girl over he liked and invited her for like 10 beers in about 2 hours. When the bill arrived I struck the 10 beers off. He then got mad and started to argue but I did not care and it took this guy like 10 minutes to put the missing amount in the basket. When we left we decided to go to Antorchas as he recommended me that place. On the way to the place he turned into a gas station and filled up the tank. I took the red zone tour with Chris a few years back and thought it was good value for someone who doesn't know the scene or speak much Spanish. Sure Chris pushed his girls but I figure cab fares and the rip-off entry fees that I wouldn't have known how to avoid would have cost me as much or more.

I did not do any research before going here. It was primarily a business trip and I was notified 1 day prior to trip.
I originally hired a taxi (Walked away from hotel and tourist area to a shopping complex). Speaking Mexican Spanish helped with not getting ripped off.
We tried many all the clubs (that most taxi drivers get bribed to take you to). I was let into all for a free viewing. Mostly was over priced girls. Good quality looking but not for tourist prices they were asking. After no success we tried the street girls and the houses known for having girls. I was not impressed with the quality but price was local prices. Next we called the taxi drivers friend who had numbers to call for girls. One guy convinced us he had several girls of the type I described. We set up a meeting and about 15 minutes later 3 girls arrived in a car where we were waiting. All three were exactly what I asked for and price was right for quality. Hard choice but I picked one and was very happy. Girls were same as from one of the clubs. But now better price since not targeted as tourist now.
We went back to room (no hassle for extra money bringing girl into all inclusive hotel). She provided great service but was very young and shy. Paid for her and she said she had to return to the club until closing. I told her after she finished she could come back and stay with my for the night but I was only willing to pay for 1 hour (this time all money going to her pocket because she would return independent). She decided to come back as no action at the club because now it was 1 AM. Second round was perfect GFE. We were exhausted after and she fell asleep on my chest. Slept until ocean woke us up in the morning and spent some time on balcony watching the waves.
Other than one Iranian girl she was one of the best GFE I have had. Unfortunately she use the name Rosa so will be hard to find since such a common name. But I highly recommend calling girls rather than searching for them if you do not want to over pay.

You stand out in the South if you talk like you are from California or a Yankee! If you speak like a local you are always treated better. Even I have been discriminated against when with friends from DF because Northern Mexicans tend not to like people from there.

Happy hunting!I went to Antorchas Last Wednesday. Antorchas has the front "bar" area, which has a pool table and a mixture of plastic patio furniture on dirt / concrete floor. Has anyone been to the massage place in the same building as where the AA meetings are held on Basilio Badillo? I was walking by there a few weeks ago and the owner gave me a tour of the place.
