Caribe Paraiso is a nice, clean hotel, near the public beach and the bars in Juan Dolio. Room prices start at $40. I rented a studio room, with a balcony facing the beach, that had a kitchen, for $50 per night. The less expensive rooms may not have a view of the beach. http://caribeparaisojuandolio.com/

I have stayed at both and Costalunga is much better for the length of stay plus it has a pool open until 8pm.Is Hotel Madejra where the actions at?
OK, I have never stayed there but know where it is. Boca Chica is a small town but do you have a Google map? My favorite hotel is Costalunga. You might want to take a look at both hotels before you pay for your room. This time of year it probably won't be difficult finding a room on the weekend as long as you don't arrive very late at night.
Costalunga is further from the beach but much more a relaxing type of hotel than Hotel Madejra. Just my two centavos but I don't like Hotel Madejra's location. Costalunga is a 8-10 minute walk to the beach or just hop on one of the many motoconchos.
If you want you can spend a day in Santo Domingo just doing the tourist looking around thing. You can either find a chica to escort you and your wingman or it is not that hard to do solo.

ThanksI checked in with a GF. I don't think it would be a problem bringing in chicas. Caribe Paraiso has two buildings on the beach. One building is about a 4 story building, the other building is a two story building. I stayed in the 4 story building. When I checked in, I was given two keys on a key ring. One key was for the room, the other key was for the entrance door on the first floor. There was a watchie man (security guard) downstairs outside at night. I entered and exited the building several times with my GF, I said hello to the watchie man and gave him a small tip. I don't think you would have a problem bringing in chicas.

Mozart (after dark) has no valid info posted on this board. I was in Mozart a few months ago and the place was empty. Others told me you need to go after calle duarate closes down at night. If you are up and about late, late at night see if you can stop in and give us a report.

I totally agree, Costalunga is nice, real nice and double chica friendly with no problem. Stebo419 is planning on staying at Hotel Madejra which I don't think is a good choice. Hotel Madejra is located on the same street as Europa. If walking towards the beach once you pass Europa Madejra is on the next block other side of the street. You familiar with this place?
I suggested Stebo419 take a look at at least two hotels before paying for a room. I would take El Candil as a second choice.

i had fun in the massage houses in boca chica. i have not mongered at night in boca chica in many years. i have hung out at the beach a few times during the week, within the last few years and saw nothing great walking around.
bq ribs offers good advice, befriend a moto driver and ask him to retrieve chicas who want to make some coin. appears bq ribs has done well with that approach in boca chica.
juan dolio during the week is very quiet. i have seen older mongers with some very pretty chicas walking around juan dolio. on the weekend, juan dolio gets packed and driving on the beach road near the public beach is not fun.
i saw a few cute street chicas standing outside caribe paraiso hotel one night. other pros that i have seen walking around and in the bars near the public beach were average. i have seen pros outside the barcelo capella hotel and the coral costa caribe, nothing special.
showgirls in juan dolio had a few cute chicas. each chica in showgirls got up and danced for ten minutes on the dance platform, they got nude. always nice to see how a chica looks nude before you pay to be with her (you can see if she has any nasty c-section scars or other skin abnormalities). showgirls price was 2000 or 2500, i forget. the night i was there, my wingman and i were the only customers in the place with about 6 chicas.
caprichios had two above average chicas, the other chicas were doable, i don't know the prices for caprichios in juan dolio.
boricua online knew a cute chica from santiago who used to work at el caucho in juan dolio, i tried to visit el caucho a few times, but i was always there early before they opened.
juan dolio is getting a lot of investment money for new construction. near the barcelo capella all inclusive hotel, there is hemingways condominium complex, which is very nice and across the the street from hemingways are some nice restaurants.
there are two bedroom condominium apartments in nice buildings, with a pool, on the beach, that you can rent for $100 per night, if you were to travel with a wingman and split the cost of the apartment.
metro country club and guavaberry country club are two large, gated complexes with expensive private homes and golf courses in juan dolio. if you have a car you can drive into metro country club and check it out, there is a hilton/embassy suites hotel in metro country club.

There is a colmado 1/2 block away where you can buy ground coffee, to make coffee in the room, as well as milk, sugar, soda, beer and other food items for the room. Near the parking area for the 4 story building is a small popular restaurant. No free wifi when I stayed there. There is a strong wifi signal in the area of that hotel (you will pick up the signal in the rooms at caribe paraiso), you can connect to that network for a fee, you can pay online with your credit card, not expensive. I sat at a bar near the public beach and connected to that network, to go on the internet, after I had paid for access.
The next resort area after Juan Dolio going east, that I know of, would be La Romana. La Romana is about an hour from Juan Dolio. Klimax casa in La Romana had some very fine chicas. The chicas in Klimax are super aggressive, groups of them will fondle guys as soon as they walk into the place.
15 minutes from La Romana is the small beach town of Bayahibe, very nice beach, with some all inclusive hotels.

Actually I don't remember anyone posting information about this hotel on this forum. I thought I read some where else awhile back it was guest friendly. When in doubt the best thing to do is pick up the phone and call them or email them for information.

Hi Bq. I stayed there for 5 nights in Dec 09 with a Venezuelan MILF I befriended on a previous trip to Margarita Island, VZ. Anyway, it was chica friendly at the time and owned by a local Dominican lady. My sense is that you would want to kick your chica out before daylight and not bring her out back for breakfast, that the owner cooks and serves till 0900. I ended up staying in this really funky apt right out front with a rickity metal spiral staircase one climbs to get to it. I felt it added to my security actually. The night watchman was posted right below me and there was parking for maybe 3 cars right in front where he could keep an eye on your car. I like the location as its a 5 minute walk to Calle Duarte and the looking presence of the Hamaca all inclusive screens you from the rifraff. If I ever return I would stay at Neptunos again. Expensive rest/disco right across from you and a cozy little bar right around the corner where, if I had wanted to, could have probably banged the semi good looking bartender after she got off work. I was alone my first night waiting on the MILF to arrive...lol.
Use discretion and don't bring any putas around during the day (unless you go str8 to your room) and you should be fine. Very little auto traffic on the street its on too which is a plus. Have a good trip.

Discretion would be the reason not to have her with you at bkfst as there was mostly a non-mongering type there. The bkfst was basis but ok. eggs, toast, fruit, juice, coffee, nothing crazy but cheap. I'm not familair with any other BC hotel, only this one. Prefer to sleep away from Duarte Ave and I planned it that way. The funky apt was clean and has a partial view of the water from the tiny terrace out your door. I liked it and it had a bit more room thaen the other rooms I toured out back. I understand they have a few larger apt like rooms upstairs but i didn't go in those and they were booked. Enjoy.

I stayed there for almost a month in Jan/Feb of this year. The hotel staff is great but the owner, who is rather butch, is kind of crude. Never ate breakfast there as I shopped at the new market on the highway to Las Americas and cooked everyday. Although I was with my Dominican novia, I did see others bring girls in and owner/management seemed nonchalant about it. Great swimming pool and the larger 1 bedroom apts have nice decks.
Very good value for the money and close to everything. If you're renting a car in the DR ALWAYS use your seat belt and have your PASSPORT, CAR RENTAL INFO and VISA with you whenever you are behind the wheel. The police will invariably stop you, but if you have your proper stuff, they will not harass you for dinero.
From what I read here in the forum, maybe it's better Costalunga $ 45 or $ 40 if I stay two weeks.

You can't go wrong with the Costalunga. Completely chica friendly and very affordable. An unreliable wifi signal is the only negative.

Are you sure you want to spend two weeks in Boca Chica? Most guys will agree that is way too much time to be in BC.

Boca chica hotel normally cost $20-30. 20-25$ without air condition and 25-30 with air condition. Renting room from italian owned apartment begin with 10 $ without air condition. If you speak or want to speak spanish, just walk round, you will find it. If you do not speak spanish or you want to speak english, just go the hotel recommended here which geared to english speaking tourist and cost at least 50$. I just returned and stayed residencia elizabath beside hotel mango. The apartment hotel room consists of one bed room apartments with air condition, kitchen, and cable tv. The price is 25$.
There is free wifi in residencia Elizabath.

Report back and let us know how they work. Last hotel I stayed at in SD I had a room on the 3rd floor and the farthest room from the hotel router. I kept losing the signal in the room. I ended up having to leave the room door open or step out into the hallway. The hotel promised to change my room the next day but most times it is just a pain to lug your stuff from room to room.

Take the guagua to SD (50 pesos). You catch it at the north side of the parque central, it's free shuttle to the guagua station on the main road - you transfer to the express to sd there. On the express you pay the cobrador.
You get off in the zona colonial, get a taxi (200 pesos) to the Caribe Tour or Metro bus terminal. There are more runs by Caribe but Metro may be a bit better. Tickets to Sosua are a couple hundred pesos and there are lots of departures daily.
The caribe bus lets you off across from the entrance to Charamicos. Metro at the gas station right in ElBatey.
Buses have cold ac, tvs. Very comfortable reliable service - cheap. One of the best deals in the country. Also a good place to meet chicas in my experience. There is no reason to rent a car just to go to Sosua.

Good info Marc, and I agree definetly don't rent a car just to go to Sosua. It has been a few years since I took the bus from Boca Chica to Sosua but the total travel time was about 5 hours from my hotel in Boca Chica to the hotel in Sosua.

I left SD on Thursday morning 6:52 AM flight to Panama on my way to Canada. I left my Novia at about 3AM she was sick the night before and was unable to have sex or give me a BJ. So she made me coffee and gave me a HJ.

Ive yet to see anyone give a straightfoward this is what it looks like now report. I was planning on taking the trip soon and need to if i should consider Sosua as an option but I prefer the girls from the Capital.

I don't know how the nightlife scene is in Boca Chica presently. To me Boca Chica was not worth mongering in at night. I drive past boca chica and go to juan dolio, which is cleaner and there are pros in juan dolio.
If you are interested in freelancers, your only choice may be Sosua now.
The authorities in santo domingo want to get rid of freelancers, some mongers will stay out of santo domingo because of that. Some restaurants and hotels in santo domingo will lose business.
BC was closed down in 2005 but as far as I am informed it is up again - not as before, but back to business. There has always been periods with the police running campaigns against girls in the street. This may as a matter of fact be to your advantage, the girls are more negotiable.
Due to ticket prices I am flying into DR a couple of days early and do not relish the idea of driving in the capital. I was thinking it might be better to stay in Boca Chica and take the bus to SD if I wanted to go.
I have looked at the BC map and was wondering if somebody could recommend a good hotel in BC or Jaun Dolio where parking would not be an issue. Being on the beach would not be an issue since I will get plenty of sun and fun on the North coast.

I spent two weeks there last year at the Affordable Adult Resort and the Costalunga is about a block from Carlos's place. I didn't have to find my own woman last year since they were provided by the resort but there were some nice looking women working the Hamaca Casino and I remember a bar on the beach where the waitresses wore Santa hats and red bikinis who flirted a lot.

I don't know how the nightlife scene is in Boca Chica presently. To me Boca Chica was not worth mongering in at night. I drive past boca chica and go to juan dolio, which is cleaner and there are pros in juan dolio.
If you are interested in freelancers, your only choice may be Sosua now.
The authorities in santo domingo want to get rid of freelancers, some mongers will stay out of santo domingo because of that. Some restaurants and hotels in santo domingo will lose business.
A Swiss couple was killed yesterday in hotel Mar Paraiso in Boca Chica. A couple of guys were arrested in relation with these murders. Both escaped from jail not so long ago. Four laptops, two dvd players, two cameras, three watches, two cellulars among other things were stolen by the guys. One of the guys admited 10 other crimes against foreigners in the Boca Chica-Juan Dolio-Guayacanes area.

I think BC has always had lots of chica providers wandering around, they just chased them off Duarte at night. I stayed at Costalunga about a year ago and they hung out along avenida del sur and up that road a block or so east that runs up to the main highway.
Not very many english speaking tourists or mongers, mostly italian or other euro.
I'd be interested in hearing from someone who has been there since the SD crackdown.

I spent two weeks there last year at the Affordable Adult Resort and the Costalunga is about a block from Carlos's place. I didn't have to find my own woman last year since they were provided by the resort but there were some nice looking women working the Hamaca Casino and I remember a bar on the beach where the waitresses wore Santa hats and red bikinis who flirted a lot.
I will give a report on my short stay in Boca Chica.The drive into Santo Domingo is for the most part fairly easy. You can stop at Pacos, 2 minutes from near the airport (5-7 chicas), then you can stop at Gran Paradise Massage and visit Yanni, a very sexy chica. You could have been groped and grabbed many times before you have even entered the city hahahah.
In Santo Domingo the Hotel Riazor has a parking lot for cars. Hotel Maison Gatreux has a guard who sits outside all night, so your car should be safe if you park it outside that hotel in the street.

Ofcourse SW came up to us very quickly, the problem was the the "owner" of the chairs did not want to quote a prices for our 4 simple drinks, and presented a bill og 5250 pesos. Since we were not going to pay and some threats of them police arrived. We ended up paying 2500 for 4 sodas (As an order from the 4 policeman on site) Small loss and entersting experience which could be avoided easily by drinking on the regular bars in BC. SW can till be found easily, especially on the weekends.

Was in Boca Chica last Friday and it does not seem to be much different than last year when I was there. Of course I was only there for 1/2 a day and cant really speak to the late night street action because I was a little wiped from the flight. Stayed at the Costalunga for $40 a night and the room was ok but the electric sockets shocked me when I plugged in my computer and phone. Luckily I did not ruin either of them. Funny the ungrounded extension cord in the same socket worked just fine.
I walked down to the main street about 9:30 just to look around and several chicas ask if they could walk with me and the security (police?) at the beginning of the street really eyed them when we walked up. I am guessing women alone would be treated different. Walking down Duarte it seemed the good looking women were mostly with guys. When I got ready to go a couple of other chicas latched onto me and walked with me for a couple blocks before they said goodbye. Of course they all offered to play un mil para mucho freaky freaky.
Sitting in the hotel room I figured I couldn't leave Boca Chica without at least a little action before leaving town. This has happened in Boca Chica to people I know since the 90's. I never buy anything in BC without knowing the price. You got an over 50% discount thanks to the police or paid a 1250% premium, depending of the point of view you decide to take. With 2,500 you can pay a 3some in GBP plus a single , or for 2500 you can look inside a cleavage of one of the Caribe Escort chicas.

I arrive at the Santo Domingo Airport about 8:30pm from the US. Despite all the increased security measures, I notice that there isn’t anymore any outbound passport control by CBT. There is not much line at immigration, $10 entry fee then I am waved through customs.
The main car rental office is in the parking lot, where I have a reservation with Budget. It comes to about $20 per day, and I sign two authorization vouchers, one for the charges plus another for $600, having declined optional insurance. They give me an Hyundai something that looks OK for my purposes. From my previous trip I decided that having a car can make a good difference. Actually I would have been OK with a scooter also, but the cars was too much a bargain to pass on.
At the parking lot, this guy Elia is helpful, as I ask for directions he offers me to ride with me as he ends his shift at 10pm. I accept and off we go. It is actually very simple to get around, once leaving the airport, there is a single highway, left to the City, right to Boca Chica and other places. The highway is not lighted, lanes are unmarked and you are better pay all you attention to the road when driving. We go to change money to a liquor store that was closed already, for p. 36.80 to the dollar. Then for some meat at the food stand.
Elia suggest that we go to check out Boca Chica and I accept. It is a just few minutes drive, turn right at the Shell pump and you are in there. It is a small town, poorly developed and messed up just like the rest of the county. I notice only one single beautiful building but at this time I don’t know what it is.
We stop to check out a hotel and the asking price is $45. In front and close there are bars and/or brothels with girls hanging out outside. Knowing I can get better than that, we walk back to the car while the tourism middleman still tries to sell. Wherever you go, there is some tout approaching.
We drive further down by the beach where two hotels face each other going to the beach, Europe has a sign for $30 but I go at Madjera for the same price. I bargain with the guy to not charge me for a guest and the final price comes to p. 1,300. I think I might find cheaper but that’s ok for the first night. Turns out, there is no wireless and I have to hook up by the desk with a cable.
At the corner there is a “walking street” closed to traffic, just one short block with few bars and a disco. Now that I think about, everything in Dominican Republic seems to be of reduced size except some girl’s asses and bellies. I sit with Elia and chat at the Karaoke bar. The woman singing is quite good at it and there is no pressure from hookers, although they are strolling in front of us. The waitresses are willing to chat but as for most girls here, it seems like one half of their brain has not awaken yet if it ever did.
Elia leaves and I give him $10 tip as he has given me a real service with courtesy and patience. He also patiently listens to my rap about being a world pussy tourer, with signs of approval.
I check out the girls on the street and few are quite attractive, varying in complexion from light Morena, to quite Morena, to dark Morena. There isn’t much people overall with the usual amount of punters. I notice a young skinny one simply dressed and looking OK - Malena. After, I find that possibly 1,500 are missing from my pocket, but in these situations one can’t be really sure of not having made a mistake before, and I force myself to stop thinking about it.
I spend the day driving to Santo Domingo and I am impressed by what shithole that city really is. To make it easier for everyone, they also turned off most traffic lights. If you’re not used to aggressive driving, by all means don’t drive here. I keep thinking in my mind about what is that I want for a vacation and find that having been to too many places, I am kind of spoiled now and prone to see excessive prices or lack of quality into anything. That sucks, but it’s but still better than be stuck in most western cities.
Another thing that amazes me is lack of decent food for a reasonable price. Your choice for eating economically is pretty much limited to fried chicken at the stands. I walk in the colmadon by the plaza and it’s empty of anything useful to buy or attractive to eat. Beer is also not cheap at p 40 the small bottle.
I call Malena and her baby is crying so loud, maybe to make credible she can’t join me tonight. I think I want to see her again, knowing that the alternatives are potentially much worst. She is probably a good candidate for in-house company, we’ll see.
Not in the mood for partying, I retire in my internetless but otherwise OK room , wondering how is that having too much freedom, a new lightweight laptop and money to spend, good weather and decent health is not doing much good to my mood.

Unless things have changed these hotels do not have in room WiFi. You need to take your laptop to a common area to pick up a signal.
Boca Chica can be fun but two or three nights is about the limit. Try going to the beach during the daytime to pick up chicas. You need to get away from the strip to find the more enjoyable chicas.

I go to San Pedro to see Malena. I buy food at the Iberia supermarket then we go to her grandmother's home. That is an hard reality check experience in itself. They have no light, and live in precarious conditions. We sit and chat with her cousins. They say that being observant Christians they don't drink. Everyone appears educated and respectful. We then go to see the other grandparents, they "enjoy" barely better standards, at least I can see a fridge. One of them is 94, still going strong. Same story with drinks so I buy malta.
After a while we go looking for an hotel to spend the night. The best in town is p. 2,400 for a couple. We go to the short time motel and is true a piece of shit even more for p. 700. Then I find down the street there would have been a more normal one, with windows, for 350.
Anyway, I am thru with the girl. Nothing is wrong with her, but I can't take the implications of this anymore, will have to revise my expectations.
I go back in Boca Chica to steal wireless signal. As I write this, I can see the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in DR, at the cafeteria popular on Duarte. Tall, slim, busty and very pretty face with short hair. Whoever can get her, should report here!

Hotel Zapata gives you a printed sheet of their do's and don'ts. El Candil gets a little funny if you want to bring back two chicas. Costalunga has always been my favorite. During the day it is an easy walk down the hill to the strip or the beach. At night take a motoconcho back and forth.
Costalunga has always had a wireless signal. Unless they have made changes the signal can only be picked up on the third floor open hallway or the first floor by the reception desk. To the best of my knowledge you can't get a signal in the room. This has always been my one and only gripe with Costalunga.

As BQR indicated, I also think Boca Chica can be fun for two or three nights the most.
Here in Las Terrenas I find a much more beautiful nature, the town is nicer, accommodation is cheaper and there are a lot of good options for the nightlife. See my report in "Other areas".

Boca Chica is a very small town so do some reading on the Santo Domingo forum. It is not that difficult to catch a guagua to SD to spend the day. Looks like you speak the lingo so it would be pretty easy for you. You might also meet a fairly decent chica in BC who would give you a guided tour of SD. Well not that great of a guided tour cause most of them chicas don't know squat about SD other than El Conde, Plaza Lama, and La Sirena.

Anybody else going to be there?Do not forget the method that Bq and other guys employ in Boca Chica and in Santo Domingo, get local guys to bring you semi-pro type chicas. In Boca you may be able to get the motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) guys to bring you some good chicas.
In Santo Domingo the guy named Santo gets high marks and his phone is in a prior post. You may want to try Stanley "The Pastor", his number has also been posted before.
To save money on phone calls you can buy a local cell with minutes for about 500 pesos ($13 US).

Are they any inclusive hotels in Boca Chica that are chica friendly?Don Juan Beach Resort, Be Live Hamaca, Hotetur Dominican Bay are three all inclusive hotels in Boca Chica. An all inclusive hotel by its name provides all you can consume food and drink and as such room rates are based on the number of people staying in the room (one person will consume less food and drink than 2 or 3 people).
Hotetur Dominican Bay this time of the year is about $50 per person, double occupancy room.
Hamaca is more expensive.
Most all inclusive hotels you can check in with whomever you want (chicas must have cedulas). Most all inclusive hotels will not allow you to swap out chicas on a daily basis. The chica you check in with, generally will be with you until you check out.
There are places to eat in Boca Chica if you choose a non-all inclusive chica friendly hotel for your vacation.

OK, let's get started. Boca Chica and Sosua are nothing, nothing at all like Punta Cana. True I have never been to Punta Cana but I have read enough about it to know it is way, way different.
99.9% of the guys on the DR board are here to help. What is your main reason you picked Boca Chica? I am one of the few posters who like BC but I wouldn't spend more than 2 or 3 nights in BC. Boca Chica is NOT miles and miles of white sand, beautiful tourists, lovely 4* and 5* hotels. Boca Chica has been called the armpit of rep dom, a dump, a shithole, seedy, and a lot worse.
Give me an idea of what you are looking to do? What type of hotel you want to stay in? You looking to score with tourist chicas, local Dominican women, or putas?
Like I said I like Boca Chica but I don't want you to go into shock when you first arrive in BC.
Santo Domingo is my favorite city. I usually suggest newbies to go to Sosua. Only thing with Sosua now is a puta crackdown is going on. December 3 a new law takes place so I would give it a week or so to see what really happens.
Do some reading on the Sosua forum and also read up on BlackBeards in the Puerto Plata forum. If you like the city also do some reading in the Santo Domingo forum, SD does not have a beach.
There aren't too many guys who post in the BC forum so I will help you the best I can. You should also read some of the previous posts in this forum as a couple of recent trip reports were posted.

I don't know any short term stay inexpensive hotels in boca (or cabanas). You may want to get more info about where you can get a good short term stay room in boca, if your main room is in the hamaca.

There are also mangroves off the beach, I did snorkeling near the mangroves, I paid a Dominican guy to take me to the mangroves in his boat.

There seems to be a few more chicas in town. Maybe some of the chicas are previous Sosua girls. There were plenty of 6's. 7's. One thing I have noticed over the years is Boca Chica always has a demand for dark skinned fuglie, uglie Haitianas, and there were plenty.
For the most part the dime pieces have not arrived from Santo Domingo or Sosua, if they ever will.
For what's it's worth you can still drink Presidentes at open air bars. You can still eat in the middle of the street after 8 when Calle Duarte is closed to traffic. There are still "tourists" who come to BC. Boca Chica hasn't changed due to the Sosua and SD crackdowns.
One bad point is they removed all the benches that were in the small park where the guaguas stop. That was always a good spot to sit and wait for the arriving chicas. You could intercept them before they made it to Calle Duarte. Just about every hotel in BC is chica friendly except for the three AI.

The sign is on the side of a wall near the street, then there is a medium sized parking lot, a security guy sits at the door entrance (no sign above the door) , I am color blind so I have no clue the color of the lights. The casas that I have seen that cater to mostly Dominican guys, in those casas I have seen mostly chicas having thick bodies. In boca chica the casas are usually open 24/7, usually if you get to some casa early in boca chica, you have to ring the doorbell until they wake up.
You may want to go and check into your hotel first and secure your belongings in your hotel room. Then go out for the prowl. If you don't see anything walking around early your first day, you can ask a motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the massage parlors (casas). I would usually say to the motoconcho "Quiero casas con chicas" (kee air ooo) , I want house with chicas.
Bq Ribs has had good luck in Boca Chica by asking motoconcho guys to bring him chicas.
If the motoconcho guy drives you around to a few casas you can pay him 100 pesos.

I am also using MOPM but first time users beware. When saving the resized picture if you are not careful you will lose the original size photo.
There are two ways to avoid this.
1) Copy all your photos you want resized to a new directory. Save the resized photos in this directory while still having the original size in the original directory.
2) If you want to save in the original directory use File Save As and rename the file. There is still one glitch. When closing MOPM you will receive a dialogue stating there are files that have not be saved."Do you want to save these files". Click NO.

Most larger hotels are not chica friendly, good to see that you had no problem bringing a chica into the Quality Hotel near the airport.
There is one Holiday Inn in Santo Domingo on Avenida Lincoln, room rates over $150 and probably not chica friendly. Holiday Inn is part of Intercontinental Hotels Group.

First I'll like to say that I had a great time. I stayed at Be live hamaca and it was great and near all the action. What I noticed is that it isn't hard to find anything. Women, beers or a hotel room. Mostly because once you exit your resort every living body aproaches you offering adivce on any and everything. I met 3 chicas that was fairly attractive. One dark brown, one medium brown and one very light. Brought them a beer and we discussed price. 30 a piece. Went to a room and wasnt too fond of the room but it had a clean bed and the women were eager to please. Yet I did all 3 at the same time. Fantasy? Well sought of. Ultimately they took turns blowing me before out of fustration the tall dark skinned one said no papi. Ficky ficky. She got on top and rode me. Until I wanted to switch girls. Thank you. Bounce around to different towns if you have the time. Bq Ribs was in Boca recently and said there were many Haitian chicas, if you want Haitian chicas then you will enjoy Boca.
Juan Dolio 10-15 minutes east of Boca Chica, has two public beach areas. The first public beach is Gauyacanes and then playa juan dolio which has street parking. Around playa juan dolio you will find chicas for p4p, usually not in great quantities. Showgirls was across the street from the public beach and had 5-7 chicas who would do strip shows, they were available for in house or take out, prices starting at 2k. Not sure if Showgirls is still open in Juan Dolio. About a block east of showgirls on the Boulevard is El Caucho which opens around 6pm with chicas for p4p. 1/2-3/4 mile east of El Caucho is Caprichios with about 5 chicas available for takeout. On the main highway near Juan Dolio is VIP.
You will be there during high season, so prices might be higher because more tourists will be in town. There are street chicas in and around Juan Dolio.
Boca Chica is a little rough and you have to be careful in Boca Chica, it is Not very dangerous, be careful and you will have no problem in Boca Chica.

girls: bc is a dead, the place is on the end of its life cycle. in fact dr is dead and the number of tourist in the country and bc.
so, during week days the place is very boring with virtually no girls but ugly pro. still it is possible to get some of the

How long is the walk from Hotel Costalunga to Calle Duarte and is it safe to walk at night.It's 3 or 4 blocks downhill. At night it's pretty dark in spots and mostly empty. I don't have any real data but it doesn't feel very safe to me by comparison with say a similar night walk in Sosua to Pedro Clisante from a few blocks away. I would be inclined to take a motoconcho back and forth at night.

Hey Dw1987 I was in B / C 12/31-1/3, I was taken to this casa next to Hotel Mozart. The girls to me are 4-5's I was told 500pesos to the house then 2000 pesos for the chica, they would even bring her to my hotel room, check the place out if you have time and post a report. Also the guys on the street corners keep trying to get me to go too some yellow house they gave no name plus I was not sure on what street it was on check it out if you can thanks.

How many minutes is the walk can you or anybody and recommend a hotel that closer to Duarte.5, 10 minutes? I don't walk very fast usually. It really wouldn't matter to whether it's safe. I personally like Costalunga over any other hotels in BC. Candil around the corner toward Duarte is also good. I think you will still find a lot of chicas wandering on avenida del sur right outside, or even using the internet or hanging out in the lobby. Duarte may be disappointing. Motos hang out right near the Costalunga entrance or at the corner and are convenient for that short hop. Another alternative is to walk a couple short blocks east to the street that goes out to the main highway before going south toward Duarte, that street is usually better lit and more occupied than the most direct walking route past Candil and the casa de chicas across from it. It's also worth wandering north on that street as there are quite a few bars and restaurants as well as chicas. The police attitude is really only tough on unescorted or employed chicas on Duarte itself, the rest of the town they seem to mostly let them be. I just find the direct route past Candil to be a little dark and spooky the next few blocks.

Girl 2 I met on latinamerican. She was a fine mf. I never got a chance to meet her in person. We would be on the cam together and she would be drinking Hennessy. I gave Boca Chica a second look as I was flying out Santo Domingo after flying into Santiago. Different airlines One way tickets saved a few hundred and got the schedules I wanted where I wouldn't waste a whole day each way with layovers.
Boca Chica I stayed at the Boca Hotel Playa for 2045 pesos per night.
Mostly wanted to to some exploring this trip. My nephew wants to go on trip with me soon so wanted to do some scouting. After the current situation in Sosua I knew I would not take him there.
I wanted to check out beach scene there and see if the proximity to Santo Domingo there would be alot of college girls there- the answer is no.
But there was alot of pros on the strip there with few men.
Alot of Haitians.
Would I go to Boca chica again? Probably not. I wanted to check out Semana, Rio San Juan, La Ramana and Bavaro but had rental car flat and didn't want to journey too far without a spare.

since delta is going to discontinue the pop flight, me and a friend decided to fly down to sosua, make the drive to boca chica and leave from sdq. this being my 48th trip to the dr it seems it was full of rookie mistakes and pitfalls that made it mentally draining.
sosua.
the flight.
arriving from atlanta we land around 2:30pm and since it was a big push we were parked at the pad and had to deplane on the tarmac and escorted to customs. at that point we realized we had no cash on hand to pay the jack tax when you enter the dr. spoke to the passport officer for him to escort us to the change place in baggage claim to make a withdrawal. that place raped me 5 dollar fee to withdrawal 20 dollars. i felt like it was a bonehead move to show up without no cash. was walked back to jack tax booth paid the 10 dollars and went thru passport control and customs. i assumed it was the worse that could happened but i was wrong.
the transportation.
two days earlier i made my car reservation thru orbitz and found a good deal with sixt rental car. it was 107 dollars for 2 days and the drop fee. they finally moved the rental car booth back inside. i went straight to sixt rental booth and there was nobody. i called the office number and nobody answered and called the cell phone number written on the counter and no answer. the hertz booth told me there is nobody working there that day. the only person there is sick and is at the doctor. i was like wtf i have a reservation and need to pick up a car. they said call santo domingo and see what they could do. i called the santo domingo office and was told tough shit buddy. i was pissed beyond my limits. i started to talk to other companies to see if they could match the price. they all started with the drop fee alone is 120 to 150 dollars. i said hell no and called my hotel. luckily the hotel i was staying at offered free airport pick up and drop off. while i was waiting the payless rental car told me he can rent me a car for 70 dollars a day including drop fee. i told him i will take his card and call him back the next day. went to atm machine by the bank and took out money. ban resevas doesn't charge atm convenience fee.
the hotel.
the hotel i stay at is villa chessa it's near the playa chiquita casino. i recommend this place if you want to be away from the noise and bullshit that is around the main drag. for 50 dollars a night you get free airport pickup and drop off, free breakfast, free wi-fi, and they will drop you off in sosua during daytime hours. they are currently remodeling the rooms and installing flat screens tv's. the place has a bar, pool table, swimming pool and a bbq pit if you want to have your own bbq. the manager's name is shannon white cat from indiana and the owner is mario. they can arrange car rentals there for 40 dollars a day which you pick up at the hotel. the hotel number is 809-571-3412. tell them i sent you and they will try to accommodate most requests. they can even call the hoes to come over if you don't feel like going out. since i was still carless i called orbitz to complain and it was a moot point talking to india. i made another reservation with alamo for 107 dollars and went to the airport the next day to pick up the car.
the restaurants.
asked mario from the hotel to drop us off at bailey's to eat. the restaurant has a bar with some of the finest chicas working. the place also has free wi-fi. it's next to the banco popular and a stone throw away from new garden and hotel sea breezes. another spot to get some good food to eat is susana's. it near hotel europa. this restaurant is most of the hoes go to eat since its only dominican food they serve and they are reasonably priced. if you go get the fried fish it's like eating butter on how good it is. you can also try the chicken place about 30 feet down from susana's. the hotel has three options for the free breakfast. fried eggs with bacon and potatoes, omelet plate, and pancake plate.

so walking down we noticed a new place called cmp (caribbean men's paradise). the place is supposed to be a passion's competition. walked in and saw two girls that use to work from passion's working there. got a beer chatted her up and noticed the place also had free wi-fi. there were 15 girls working and the girl i was chatting up introduced me to her sister. they wanted me to do a threesome. even though i never have done sisters at once i decided to pass. i had to go passion's after all the rage. when i got there i was blown away. i couldn't believe it. the place has been expanded to the point i almost didn't recognize it. the place has over 30 girls working and the prices are still the same from my last visit of 14 months ago. fish tank bar counters. second floor with a plexiglass floor so you can look up the girls skirts. the pool was enclosed and now indoors with a vip seats by the pool. the place has 3 stripper poles. to many fine hoes there i honestly could not make up my mind. damn is all i can say. i picked a qt from santiago and just did the massage. i always have a rule to test drive the girl with the massage to see if she is really motivated. if she isn't all i have lost is 1300 pesos. if she is motivated i get her number and check her out later or call here after she gets off work. by this time it already 10 pm and went to the chicken place to eat. contacted rafael since he was there to meet us at latinos around 11 pm. once we got to latinos there were a lot of girls there and ran into kenny from rio. if you have been to rio you know who kenny is. he did the boat thing in rio. i was drinking my beer and this little 23 year old from santo domingo came by and caught my eye. my wing man was commenting how pretty she was. rafael finally came by and we decided to go to classico's. this place was packed. i mean i had to wait over 15 minutes in line to buy a ticket. went up there and it was standing room only. the place reminds me of help somewhat. rafael found himself a future ex-wife and was laughing when i asked him when is the wedding. the crazy part about it was i was just asking her for her name and homegirl got mad at me because she said i already boned her and kicked her out of the room. i was like i did? i didn't remember her so it must have been a bad fuck. by this time it getting late and i need to bone.
the girl.
so we agreed on set price and thought home girl was cool. we rode motoconchos to the hotel. since i didn't have change the dude told the other dude that i need to pay 100 pesos a person. i am like wtf. i told him he was crazy and i am no regular tourist and that he needed to give the other bike 50 pesos change. he said no and that he took a risk by driving me at night. i told him he was crazy. i was making such a big scene that the hotel watch man came out asking what was going on. the motoconchos didn't want to budge. the watch man had to point the gun to their heads before realizing they couldn't rip me off. the accepted the offer and speed off. i was livid. home girl realized i wasn't one to mess around with. we get to the room and both take showers. we get on the bed and get busy. the broad was a lazy fuck and i had to destroy her since she wasn't motivated. well once i nutted she jumped up and went in the shower. then she said she had to go. i told her she agreed to be with me for 2 hours and not 30 minutes. she said she was on the clock since she met me. at that point i threw the money at her and pushed her out the door. i wasn't going to argue with her since she was being a damn trick.
last day in sosua.
woke up the next day and went down to the bar area at the hotel to eat breakfast. had the scrambled eggs with bacon wasn't to shabby by my standards. i called payless rental car to confirm with them the rental car for 70 dollars. well homeboy changed his story with its 70 dollars plus a 200 dollar drop fee. i just hung up i wasn't going to argue with them. luckily i had made another reservation with alamo for 90 dollars including the drop fee. shannon gave me a ride to the airport so i could pick up the car. thank god i had the reservation printed out because they couldn't find the reservation in the system. what i found amazing was this was the same company that quoted me $150 drop fee and i was able to book it online for only $50 dollars. well my luck was changing because they were out of economy and compact cars. they upgraded me to a bigger car. did the final walk around and signed the papers on the car. i headed back to the hotel to pick up my wing man. we went by passion for one final pass over but found the place to be dead and bolted out of sosua.
the trip to boca chica.
so we headed on the freeway 5 east towards nagua. there is plenty of scenic views when taking this road. we drove by the nudist resort called caliente club resorts. i have always heard of a nudist resort but never knew where it really was. as soon as we on the outskirts there was police check point stopping cars. well the police asked if transporting firearms or drugs, i responded no. i told him we are tourists driving to santo domingo. then he asked if we had money to give him. i told him that i only use my card and didn't have change. he let us go and continued our drive to nagua. once we got to nagua the city was kinda crazy with traffic. didn't know where to go but kept going towards the center. we stopped to get gas. from the gas station we found the signs that pointed to santo domingo. well it was somewhat crazy following the sign because it was going west like i was heading back to sosua. once we left the city found the new hi-way to santo domingo. once we got on the road it was easy sailing from there. very scenic of the countryside and mountains. the toll total for this road is around 300 pesos. it shaves around an hour off the drive going the other way to santo domingo. it also puts you by the airport outside the city. we finally get into las americas and head over towards boca chica.

well my wingman wanted to stay at mozart hotel because its, suppose to be an after hours spot. also it's next to the yellow house in which you can find some nice 8's and 9's working. the price of the hotel was 750 pesos. all i can say the room was pitiful. one door from the closet was missing. no tv, no shower curtains, ceiling fan made hella noise and only one towel. i had to call down to complain about the shower curtain and extra towel. i told my wingman never again to stay there. since we were staying for one day i said fuck it. at least the bed was comfortable. took a shower and headed to the casa's.

started by going to yellow house next door. they had over 18 girls working but i wasn't impressed by the selection. since i knew the manager there i asked her if she had any more girls and she said no. we left and went to the pink house. the selection there was only 6 girls and it wasn't to my taste. we walked over to the playboy club and when we walked in the place smelled like a porno theatre and musty sweat shop. even though there was some nice girls there i couldn't take the smell and we left.

at that point we walked to avenida duarte and found a drum chicken spot on the street and grabbed half a chicken to eat. after eating we went to the piano bar to hang out and see what strolled thru there. there were at least 4 chicks i would hit but was all about business and wanted like 2000 pesos for one hour. i am like bump that. after 11:30 we went to the club across the street and it was dead. we went back the piano bar and stayed until they kicked us out. ran into a chick another wingman hit and she told me about a new club that opened up. batey club it across the street from the boathouse. we went there and the place was packed. the bouncers were holding people back from going up. had to wait for 10 minutes before they let us in. now don't get me wrong the place was nice but it was full of locals and the ratio was off. like 3 dudes for like 1 chick. i guess the hookers didn't make in there. we left and called it a night. after that 3 and half hour drive i wasn't in the mood to bone.
the next day woke up ate breakfast at tucantu bakery and went to the boathouse to drink a beer and see what was on the beach. by that time it was noon and had to check out and go to the airport.
all in all this trip was less then ideal and its going to be a while before i think about doing dr again.

Big Fire on Duarte last night (Burned the Motorcyle Bar. Bar 69) smoke damage to real estate place and Beauty Parlor and appearing to effect Pizzaria-But they opened later-what's a lttle smoked mozzarella. Less action (on beach or streets) then I have seen in the 15 yrs I have been coming here.
After spending all my travel budget on Sosua these past 2 years, on my next trip in March I need to be in SD, San Juan de Maguena and Punta Cana.
I'm only there for a week so I booked the Hamaca AI in Boca Chica, which is centrally located. I usually check in with the chica for the whole week.
I've searched the forum but can't find much on the guest policy at that hotel.
Since, as they say, I'm "wifed up" down there I was wondering if I could check my chica in for the first night, then again for the 4th and 5th, then the 7th, or would I have to book her in for the whole week?
Since we will be visiting her family and my buddy for three nights, I was looking to save a few bucks on her daily rate.

any info or suggestion would be appreciated. i have been in hamaca 3 times. last time i was with 3 cousins in the same room, three of us stayed free with a voucher, the 4th guy paid $60 per night. two of my cousins met a couple of chicas in el conde and took them to hamaca. one of the girls was still with the wristband from a recent stay in hamaca so my cousin do not pay for her, the other chica was $60 more. the girls stay there one day. you can book for a guest on a daily basis, no problem. i believe single / double rates are the same so cost is irrelevant here. you can get daytime passes on sundays so you can bring anybody to enjoy hotel commom areas. the hotel as most ai's are no guest friendly.

Can someone chime in and mention which casas are open on Sundays.The only casa that I know of that closes on Sundays in santo domingo is GBP, all the other joints will be open. Sunday night all the people who went to the beach should be back in SDQ.
Saturday and Sunday are very quiet in SDQ but there are still available p4p options.

I have stayed about 3 times at the Hamaca. They have done a lot of construction to the place since I stayed there. To me it is a little overpriced. The beach near hamaca is OK, nothing spectacular. I am not a big fan of boca chica so maybe I shouldn't comment much.
I have stayed at the Barcello Capella All inclusive in Juan Dolio (15 minutes from boca chica) and the prices I saw for the Barcello were about half that of the of the hamaca. The Barcello is less expensive.
An alternative to the all inclusive is to rent out a condo that has a full kitchen. If you stay at an AI generally you will not be able to bring other chicas to your room.

I'll be staying at Hamaca and taking lots of gua gua's, taxis and buses to get to and from Boca Chica, SD, Punta Cana, and San Juan de Mageuna near the Haitian border. It has been almost a year since I have stayed at Costalunga. Several years ago you could sit in the open hallway area on the 4th floor and pick up a signal. The last time I was there you couldn't get a signal anywhere in the hotel. I got the usual answer, It's not working today. Needless to say the pay by the hour computers were working just fine.
I would like to see one of the boca chica hotels offer in room WiFi. I would be very glad to pay a few bucks extra a night for free in room WiFi. It can be a pain in the butt to have to use the internet cafe all the time.
The boat house has free WiFi but that too is a pain as you not need to lug your laptop down to the beach. Three things I need in my hotel room, A/C, frig, and WiFi. Missing any one of these and I will stay elsewhere.

I was recently in Boca Chica, because I like semi-pros, and it seems like the kind of place where I could meet girls who were interested in picking up some extra cash, but were not professional prostitutes. I was correct.
My first night, I went to the piano bar on the main drag, and asked a girl at the bar out. This girl was exactly the type that I hunger after in the DR: innocent face, nice clothes (sexy, but not the type that say, fuck me please) , very little excess body fat but nice tits and ass nevertheless, and easy to make smile. She was a waitress at the piano bar on her day off, and she let me buy her a coca cola. When I asked her out, she told me she had to go home first, because her mother was sick, but she would see me later. I picked her up at home at about 5 pm, and took her to my rented apartment, but then she said,"I don't just have sex with men I don't know. I thought you wanted to talk with me and get to know me, not just have sex " and she asked me to take her home. I was surprised, a bit embarrassed, as I thought my intentions were pretty obvious. But I took her home without anymore discussion.
A few hours later, I went back to the Piano Bar with a friend, but at one point I left the bar to go to the bathroom (which is outside and behind the Piano Bar). As I walked to the bathroom, I passed a little clothing store, which I entered, because the girl behind the counter was very pretty. After about 5 minutes, I invited her out. She said she had to work until midnight (it was around 10 pm). I turned to her boss and said,"if I buy her a dress, will you give her the night off?" 1900 pesos later, I had a new girlfriend who was dressed in a stunning tight cotton white dress. She spent the night with me in Santo Domingo. The next morning, I gave her 2000 more for her troubles before sending her back to Boca Chica by bus.
The next day, I called the first girl I had met in the Piano Bar. She told me that if I paid the owner 1500 pesos, she could take the night off work and be with me. This was a surprise to me, as the Piano Bar does not really look like a h*ker bar: most of the waitresses are very pretty, but do not have the appearances of pros and the girl had turned down a chance for sex for money the night before. I told her that I was interested if this meant she would spend the entire night with me. She agreed, and I returned to the bar to pay the bar fine, took the girl out to dinner and then straight to bed. The dynamics of this interaction were, to say the least, quite confusing for me.

If this is the Piano Bar you are talking about then that bar is Puta Central. Any chica in that bar is available. The waitresses are available but they need to get to know you first, like telling them your first and last name.
This is a pic of the Piano Bar I am talking about. The pic is 5 years old and the bar has since removed the gas pump and installed a bar counter in it's place. Boca Chica always gets a bad rap but that is because guys just don't know how to find the "good" chicas in Boca. Guys see boca as seedy with nothing but hard core fuglies which is partially true. A little stroll off the beaten path and some lovelies are available.

Waitresses if that's what you want to call them seems to me there is more Pro's hanging out there then anything. Bq Ribs is correct there is some hidden gems in Boca Chica you do have to go off the beaten path to find them.

The only Piano Bar I know of in Boca Chica is on Calle Duarte diagonally across from Europa Hotel. If this is the Piano Bar you are talking about then that bar is Puta Central. Any chica in that bar is available. The waitresses are available but they need to get to know you first, like telling them your first and last name.

thanks rit teach, i saw costalunga had updated their website but i just didn't believe mario had spent a few bucks to provide in room wifi. it has been almost a year since i have stayed at costalunga. several years ago you could sit in the open hallway area on the 4th floor and pick up a signal. the last time i was there you couldn't get a signal anywhere in the hotel. i got the usual answer, it's not working today. needless to say the pay by the hour computers were working just fine.
i would like to see one of the boca chica hotels offer in room wifi. i would be very glad to pay a few bucks extra a night for free in room wifi. it can be a pain in the butt to have to use the internet cafe all the time.

I used to split my trips between Boca Chica and Santo Domingo up until about two years ago. Whenever I stayed in Boca Costalunga was my choice of hotel. Only thing I didn't like was the walk upstairs to the fourth floor to use the Wi-Fi.
A few years ago not everyone traveled with a laptop. Today that is very different. There have been several times I considered a few nights in Boca Chica but believe it or not the no WI-Fi in the room was the deal breaker. If I knew of any hotel in Boca Chica with in room Wi-Fi they would probably get my business. I have three things a hotel must have for me to stay there, in room Wi-Fi, a frig, and A/C.
There are hotels who charge a few bucks extra if you want A/C so I don't see why Costalunga wouldn't consider charging a few bucks extra a day for in room Wi-Fi. The room rates at Costalunga are very reasonable so a surcharge would be no problem with me. I hate using the call centers and am not too thrilled using computers in the hotel lobby.
I know it doesn't mean much as businesses in rep dom don't seem to care about customer satisfaction but Costalunga has lost a few bucks from me simply becasue they can't get their Wi-Fi act together.

First Night.
My plan was to stay around SD because it's central to San Jean de Maguana where my novia's home is and Punta Cana where my buddy and his family were vacationing for spring break.

A wild guess, the street you were sitting on was across from the colmado on one corner and Europa Hotel was on another corner. There are a few nice restaurants on calle duarte and a really nice one is on the street heading to the beach by the park.

Walk into town for a beer and it looks small and dingy during the day, but a few putas in the bars, some 7-8s.
Hell, they've closed the street to traffic (around 10. 00 pm?) and the place is wall to wall chicas, just like Sosua in the old days. I pass a couple of the most beautiful young things I have ever seen and look for them again as we walk back, but they're gone. Too many chicas and not enough mongers. WOW! There was even Coolie's midget there (selling hats). Yes, I was in Boca Chica fairly recently and in fact I will be there again this weekend coming. It is a pleasant enough little beach town, at least at the weekends it is so, and I enjoyed the general atmosphere of everyone selling food or souvenirs and generally trying to make a buck off tourists without too much annoying harrassment. In some ways I prefer it to Sosua. There certainly aren't as many chicas, but as long as I can find one or two good ones, I am perfectly contented. If you are there on the weekend, I would recommend going on one of the day trips to get away from the bar scene a bit and meet other people. When I went to Saona Island I met guys from Paraguay who were on leave from working with the MINUSTAH crews in Haiti, vacationing Germans, Russians, Canadians, Ukrainians-quite an interesting bunch.

Anyway my novia was there at the Hamaca at 6 pm, with her brother and Boca Chica amigo cousin, and I didn't show til midnight. I always book DBL occupancy everywhere I go. The last AI (Barcello Capella in Juan Dolio) I used last July I booked via AA and used my reward points. When I booked online I knew who would be staying with me and wrote the girls name on the registration. It was east of Boca Chica and we had no problem checking in. I fact they did not ask either of us for I'd's only the confirmation sheet I had printed out from AA before I left.
As interesting was the fact that I saw at least 6 other gringos that were doing the same thing I was.

Oasis is managed by a bunch of thieves, they tried to book me a 228 USD room just after tney cancelled my 116 USD prepaid online booking without cancelling my payment. Hamaca now offers Suites for about $200 more, above the standard rate. Maybe the suites are in the new section they built there.

Far as the food. No way is hamaca better then Casa marina! Hamaca was soo bad me and my chica vowed to never return. I mean yuck! And the late night chicken made me sick!

You stayed in a hotel that charges you 116 dollars and 220 dollars? My god! Why not stay a cheaper hotels that is only 30 or 40 dollars. You will get much better service.
