Just got back from 5 days in PP. Stayed at an all-inclusive place for $140/night (food and basic alcohol). Had good experience at Cristal's. Got there at about 9pm; I was 1st guy there. Swarmed instantly by about 12 girls. It was a little overwhelming at first. I wanted to chill out solo with a beer to survey the room for a little while but these girls weren't having it. I know I definitely overpaid, but since I live in Manhattan and Miami, I guess I'm used to paying inflated prices.
For example, to get a private room for 1/2 hour at Hustler club in NYC is $300 just for the room. Same goes for 1/2 hour for a room at Solid Gold in North Miami Beach. And that's just for the room. The girl likes to get $300 and you're very lucky if you pick a chick that'll give you full service. Doesn't really happen in those 2 clubs much. The host is right on other side of the curtain, and some of these dudes expect tips $100+ for not saying anything. There was just a major bust at Scores West in NYC for private room shenanigans so I think it'll become even more expensive for any action; at least here in NYC..
So for me, $120 to get laid by a hot chick is a bargain. And by the way I gave the Cristal girl a $60 tip, and u should have seen the look on her face; she couldn't believe it.

I returned late Sunday night from eight days at Blackbeards and it was again an excellent experience. There were some very familiar faces and a good mixture of new ones to spice things up a bit. On this trip there was also a wide variety of “older” experienced guys with a nice blend of some new young guys. Most of the vets had been to BB’s before but there was a group of 6 guys that were down for a Bachelor Party. At first I had reservations on how this all was going to work out but these guys were a class act from start to finish. They always sought advice from the “vets” before doing anything from tipping to meals to sightseeing and everything in between.
The trip started and ended with rain. I can honestly say there was one night that I have never seen it rain so hard before. Many houses were lost including the night security guards house. He and his wife lost everything and I mean everything. BB’s has started a collection of money and clothes through Charo. If you are headed down in the near future any donations would really help.
The Hotel is looking a bit nicer with the addition of a nice new bathroom at the entrance to the Volley Ball area and right across from the Jacuzzi. It is a nice addition. I brought a few gifts for all of us to enjoy. First, I brought a new set of large yellow Volleyballs. Some how Negrita thought the last ones I donated were chew toys! Second, I brought 12 beach balls for the pool area for water Volley Ball. Third, I donated a new wireless keyboard and mouse for the public internet. It was decided that it would be better to use the new stuff in the office and put one from the office out for public use so it won’t get stolen. The worn off letters were making me crazy and very hard to see. Fourth, I brought a new set of balls and chalk for the pool table. At least there was a full set when I left Sunday. These were bought by me for all of us to enjoy!
Here is a day by day report with information about specific girls for those of you that won’t be headed back for a while and for those that want to take notes to help prepare for your next adventure! A special thank you to Yanqui69 for all of the information he passed on from his last trip. This report does have most of the names but the spelling will not be accurate…sorry.
Day 1: the flight from Miami to POP was an hour late but at least my bags were there! I always bring so many extras and I slip the customs guy $10.00 and he waves me through. The BB’s arranged taxi ($40.00) was waiting. First night was with Morena as always. She is thin, has no children, shy and very quiet but a great experience. I like that she smiles a lot but is not to pushy.
Day 2: spent the day with Morena visiting a friend that used to work at BB’s as her boyfriend was in town from the UK so we had a nice home cooked lunch. Spent the night with Olga. She is very dark skinned but she is amazing back in the room. Great skills and is the perfect GFE. Her sister has recently started working there.
Day 3: Charo says I am a **** and I try to live up to the name. After saying good bye to Olga at 10:00 I did wait until 11:00 am to get my room cleaned and then Ilda spent some quality time with me. She has braces but her oral skills are amazing. She even moved the mirror over by the bed for easy viewing. Next Rosa thanks to Yanqui69’s recommendation. She was sweet and very easy going. Nothing was rushed. Glenee showed up and she looked great so I could not resist and off we went. I came down stairs had a beer and Miel and Yasi said they were leaving for the rest of the week the next day and both wanted to stay with me for the night….ok what the hell. We all had a very nice meal at the Hotel. My only complaint about the meals at the Hotel is they never change so it does get a bit boring. If someone could explain why they can not seem to get breakfast right I would appreciate it. It should be the easiest meal of the day. The girls make a very good pair. They both have great skills individually but the team approach could raise the dead.
Day 4: Had a nice goodbye with Miel and Yasi. Hung out for a while and could not resist India. I love to be with her because she never rushes with me and we spend a good amount of time just talking and hanging out in the room etc. Elizabeth and I had a date at 1:00 and she was on time. She is not the prettiest girl but she won’t stop until you say no mas! At 4:00 I had Romona and her sister. They are both new and Romona is shy and her sister is the opposite. They work great together, nice chemistry. Annie’s (dancer / car) sister Vickianna was just starting to work. I was her second date. She was so shy but relaxed as dinner and the evening progressed. In the room she was very nervous. It was only her second night. The night before she had stayed with her sister and her date so this was her 1st night alone. Annie and I have been together many times and she has trained her sister well. Nice night.
Day 5: Nice morning with Vickianna who is so sweet. I decided to take it easy as I had planned to spend most of the day with India. I see her at 1:00 and she has started her period…good news for her….not so good for me. I went with Yuri who was having her birthday. India recommended her so I said ok and we spent an hour in the Jacuzzi in the pouring rain…fun. I would never have picked her on my own as she is a little heavier than I like. Wow was she lots of fun in the room. Never judge a book by its cover. Took Glennee to Sol e Mio restaurant where we ran into Annie and her sister and all had great meal together. Glennee stayed the night and we enjoyed more Jacuzzi fun.
Day 6: Glennee was a nice wake up. Off she goes early to Santo Domingo for her baby’s Bday. Ilda shows up and off we go. She asks if I want a Happy Hour and I say no then ask who it is and she says Kersia. Ok off we go still not sure who Kersia is. Oh my….she is tall, very thin and the two of them just about killed me! We come down eat a bit have a drink. I ask the two of them if they want to go to the Jacuzzi and they say they want to bring their friend Johana. So we all are in the Jaccuzzi for about 90 min. It was wild…they were wild and I was in Paradise. That night Annie tells me that her sister Vickianna wants to spend the night with me again. Great! I told her we would go out to eat at Mymon a place with great sea food about 15 min. from BB’s. The rains came so that killed that plan. We still had a great night. I had brought a couple of bottles of Baileys with me which was a BIG hit at night. All the girls liked a drink at night.
Day 7: relaxing morning and had made a date with India for 1:00 if she was well, which she was…and horny as hell. At 4:00 I wanted to be with Johana one on one and was she a gold mine. I could stay with her for days she was that much fun. Morena stayed the last night as I usually do on my trips. She stays all night and then stays with me until I go to the Airport the next day. For dinner we went with one of the guests (Ricardo) and his girl friend who worked at BB’s a long time ago for about 2 days before he got to her. He had a car and we went to dinner in POP at a place called La Parrillada Steak House and Bar. GREAT food and the prices were very reasonable. Our bill for 4 people drinks, food, coffee tip etc. was $30.00 per couple. We then went to a locals night club right by the airport. There was a live band etc. The place was packed. Small cover charge, drinks very reasonable. What a great last night…Thanks Ricardo!!
Day 8: Morena stayed with me all day and went to the airport with me.
Over all another great trip and as usual I need a vacation from my vacation!
I won’t have an opportunity to return until the summer but will be there in June and July. For now I will have to rely of the posts of others to help pass the time.

That's a hard question to answer unless one is there regularly over a long period of time.
Yes, couples do go, though obviously that is much less common than the unaccompanied men. It is a common thing that the wife/girlfriend comes along so the couple can have three-somes with the girls. (Although a friend of mine had a liaison with one wife in the jacuzzi and in the room while her husband was occupied with one of the girls).
In eight trips, I have observed couples twice. I have heard other accounts from others, so it's not unheard of.
This is where Charo, the lady who assists guests with the girls can advise and introduce you to girls who "go both ways".

On my 7 trips since last June I have seen couples on 5 of them. Each couple I have met has been fun to talk to and hang out with. Come on down you will enjoy yourself. The beach is nice, the pool is cool and the Jacuzzi is HOT. You can get your nails done and get a massage.

The only problem for you, if you don't speak Spanish, or even if you do, is that you may not have anyone other than your husband to hang out with, unless you are OK hanging out with the guys, who may feel inhibited by your company. And if your hubby is having lunch with you, then maybe he won't be having lunch with the guys, or with a chica he is bonking.
If you are a gregarious kind of person, you may have a good time. The atmosphere at BB when I was there was always fairly decorous, and local expatriates would drop by for lunch just the same way you would at any restaurant without seeing any overt sexual activity in the public areas.

blackbeard's is located in costambar, a gated residential community just outside puerto plata. within walking distance there are beaches, bars, various restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, internet care and other small businesses, as well as residential apartments and homes.
there is no bank or atm, but there is an atm about 5 minutes away by motoconcho at the texaco gas station on the highway to puerto plata.
there are also pleasant walks around blackbeard's with minimal traffic. the area has many beautiful trees and flowers--jacaranda, hibiscus, oleander, seagrape etc, and pleasant breezes off the ocean.
the center of puerto plata is ten minutes away by taxi or motoconcho.

BBs is a great place to get your initial exposure. You'll learn a lot on your own. Look through the entries on the DR, and BB.
In particular for BB, the environment is pretty well controlled, so you don't have to worry too much about the problems of picking up a girl off the street. Have a chat with Charo, the girls' "mama-san" and she can help clue you in.
Speaking for myself (and strictly regarding BB).

Okay, here’s the first installment. I started writing this even before I went, and you’ll see that represented in the first few paragraphs below. I’ve been out of the country again for the last week and a half, and frankly, I’ve had more important things to do, but I’m finally getting around to this. What follows is the part I wrote before I even went:
Okay, here’s my Vikings Trip Report (finally!). Just to get a few things out of the way:
1. I’m going for 5 nights. I have the “Ultimate Fantasy Package” which includes a number of things, but most importantly a) TWO girls of my own every single day (and night) I’m there, and b) FIRST pick of the girls at the Reception each day, for the next day.
2. I’ve already posted “professional” pics from the Members Only portion of their website of the girls I expect to be there while I’m there. I’m bringing a camera, of course, and I’ll make a sincere effort to take photos of the girls while I’m there.
3. I’ve posted trip reports from around the world; from various countries in Europe, from Canada, from Mexico, and others, and on other forums I’ve posted reports from over a dozen U.S. locations, and every single time I post a report that says GOOD things about a girl or an agency, some JERK accused me of being a “shill”. I hope and expect to be able to say some very positive things about this vacation (I mean, why the fuck else would I be doing it?), and likewise, I expect a JERK or two to accuse me of being a shill. I will NOT be discussing the prices any more in my reports because a) it’s redundant, and b) I’m tired of hearing the “cash poor” amongst you complaining of how much I’m spending. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the skill, cunning, and knowledge which allow many of you to be able to find loving, sexy Chicas to spend entire nights fucking your brains out for $40, but this is a different kind of experience. If you can’t stand to read about it, don’t. If you’re sincerely worried about my financial situation, don’t be, as I have no trouble affording this.
First Night
I traveled here today with no problem. Got off the plane and a guy was there with my name on a placard. He brought me into the VIP Lounge and while I was drinking a beer, he took care of customs and immigration and getting my baggage. He came back and we walked right out of the airport, past all of the lines of people waiting to get into the country (totally cool!).
After a 25 minute drive, we arrived at the Vikings villa. Very nice place. Pretty girls started approaching me to introduce themselves. Apparently, I was only getting to actually meet the ones who were “available”. Everyone was really friendly, but I must admit I was a bit out of my comfort zone. I imagine that’ll change tomorrow (it’s 3:00 AM). The girls were all lovely and friendly and fun, though not quite at the level I was imagining. Most of them were 7’s and 8’s (but again, I only saw like 6 of them). There were 2 incredible Brazilian girls swimming in the pool (possibly 9’s,) but they were not available for tonight.

They were very approachable (especially Vica), and after dinner and dessert, things worked out quite well. BACK TO REAL-TIME
So, now it’s April 9th and I’m continuing this. Truthfully, being with the girls for so much of the day (and with so much fun stuff to do), I just never got around to the “real-time blogging” that I normally do when “reporting”.
During the evening, it became apparent that these girls were not “prostitutes” per se. I mean, they were fully available for sex, but they didn’t see themselves as just there to provide me with sex, and I accepted that.

It’s NOT an “all-inclusive” resort, and would be PERFECT for those of you looking for a place to spend some quality time with one or more of your favorite chicas. There’s NO PROBLEM getting girls in and out of the place (unlike an all-inclusive would be), and it’s very reasonably priced for what you get.
Anyway, Vica and Yulia showed up at 7:45 or so, looking spectacular! One thing you’ll notice about the Russian girls, they are frigging EXPERTS at putting themselves together. I mean, the pictures don’t do justice to how good they looked. As the saying goes, “they clean up real good”. Once there, they were ALL over me the entire evening. I mean, cuddling, holding my hand, hugging me, kissing me, like they had waited months to see me and were just so ecstatic to have me around. I must say, that was pretty nice.
For just like $25 per person, you can have the chef come into your suite and, using the kitchen there, actually prepare an entire meal, soup to nuts, for you. This is what I had arranged, and he made EXACTLY what I had requested, all freshly made right there. There was another person there to serve the meal and clean-up afterwards, all included in that price. It was GREAT, and if you ever stay at the Velero Beach, I highly recommend it. I gave both the chef and the server excellent tips, and they showed not even the slightest hint of disapproval (though they DEFINITELY knew what was going on). In fact, I had the feeling more like they admired me for being able to do this, and would be happy to do it themselves if they could afford it.
After an excellent meal, 2 bottles of champagne, and a lot of fun, the Chef and server cleaned up and left, and I was left alone with these two lovely and affectionate girls. The moment I let them know that I was ready, and tired of waiting, they became extremely responsive. DFK with each, while the other touched and rubbed against me. Next thing I knew, I had them both naked (lovely!) and in my bed. They were playful and sexy, and I had sex with each of them twice before finally collapsing into a deep sleep. In the middle of the night, I woke up with the urge. Yulia never really woke up, but Vica was totally responsive, and I had 2 excellent pops with her in the dark, without ever uttering a word. The photos include pictures of the resort, my room, and Vica and Yulia from throughout the evening. PonderosaThis is purely my own opinion so take it for what it's worth. No disrespect intended for anyone. I think the prices for this Viking thing are crazy expensive for the DR. IT's not completely fair to say that because the target customers for the place could just as well be traveling to any other place (Eastern Europe maybe during the summer? ) I'm reading this repoprt in the DR section so that's my reference point. THe girls I see in these pics are IMHO over the hill (especially the blonde) and overdressed and over made up. None of that matters as long as the guys paying to fuck them are happy. Truth be told, a little bit of game, very little, and about 1/10 the money spent here gets you so much more in the DR. I forgot to point out that Vica was the blonde, and Yulia the brunette.
Also, there’ll be some twists and turns in these reports, with a real kicker at the end (you’ll have to wait for the final report for that one). All I’ll say is that it will be very amusing, especially to the hardcore DR punters.
I didn’t mention it, but on the first day, I met three younger guys (other guests, in their 30’s) from California, who chose to travel together to Vikings for vacation. While they were friendly to me, they were obviously long-time friends with each other, and weren’t especially interested in socializing with me or anyone else besides each other. When the driver dropped us off at the Vikings Villa on Day 2 (The “Villa” from now on), they were still there, but getting ready to leave later that day. Three more guests were supposed to show up later that day, but I was going to be the lone guest for a short while.
I had had an excellent time with Vica and Yulia, but decided to keep with my original plan of changing girls every day. Walking around the Villa and briefly speaking with people, I realized that I was still out of my comfort zone. I mean, I didn’t know anyone really, except the 2 girls from the night before, and they had already retired to their rooms to unpack, unwind, whatever…. Also, even with all of my preparations, investigations, and imaginations (needed another word ending in “ations”), I still wasn’t sure how all this was going to work.
An excellent lunch was served outside, and this was the first of many very good, freshly-cooked meals prepared and served by Vikings’ staff, who were outstanding the entire trip. The pool and backyard area, while a bit smaller than the impressions one gets from the pictures, were well-designed, lovely, and comfortable. People were friendly during lunch, but it didn’t diminish the somewhat disconnected feeling I was having.
I walked around like an outsider (and feeling like one), watching other people interacting, laughing, drinking, caressing (the 3 younger guys with their current girls), and generally enjoying themselves. With my girls gone, I was drawn to the Resort Manager (who I will refer to as “J”) and his lovely assistant (“L”) who had been there previously as a girl, but who now was working as the “Girls Manager”. They were both friendly, but they had things to do that took precedence over hanging out with me. I eventually walked over to the private beach (just over a dune) and hung out there smoking a cigarette or two by myself.
Now, believe me, I certainly wasn’t feeling sorry for myself, but I found myself feeling somewhat alone in dealing with this new and unique situation into which I had so eagerly placed myself, and I needed to allow myself to slowly acclimate, like a diver moving slowly and in stages up to the surface.
Now, I’m not a bad looking guy, for my age, and I probably give people the impression that I’m 5 to 7 years younger than I am, but I could afford to lose a few pounds, and these 3 guys were in their early 30’s and totally buff. It occurred to me that I didn’t wish to spend this week being the “chubby older guy”.
Okay, my innermost fears aside, those Brazilian girls (who were both currently with one of the younger guys) were definitely on my mind, and I decided to go with them that night. I informed J of my decision, and he took care of everything.
These girls weren’t on my original list of girls who’d be there during my visit, so I haven’t already posted their “professional” pictures, so I’ll also post these, in addition to the ones that I took (which, again, are NOT nudes, - sorry – but the girls were not allowing such photos).
One of the younger guys was in my room, but when they finally left, I was able to take my luggage upstairs (someone certainly would have done it for me if I’d asked), get in, and unpack. It was EXCELLENT! It had a big, K-sized bed, a sitting-room with a nice couch and table, and a great big bathroom with a rainwater head and a full, 3 person Jacuzzi, and walk-in closet (with a safe). There were night-tables on each side of the bed, and each had a little wooden box filled with condoms sitting on top of it. I had brought my preferred brand, and there was no massage oil or lubrication provided (though one could probably request either), but no worry, I had brought plenty of both. There were also lots of candles spread throughout the room.
Speaking of massage oil, there’s a masseuse full-time on staff, and IT’S INCLUDED! You could have as many massages as you want (though a nice tip of $20 to $30 is expected and well-earned). Later in the week, I got a massage in my room, and it was very good. Little Johnny stood at attention at a couple of points during the massage, but alas, a Happy Ending was NOT on the menu.
After unpacking, I went back downstairs in time to meet the new guys who had just arrived. There was T, K, and S. T owned a Law Firm and had been there before. Also, he had struck up a special relationship with a girl his previous trip, and after 3 days here, he was flying to Kiev (although we’ve been referring to these girls as “Russian”, and indeed, that was the language they were generally speaking, they were mostly from the Ukraine) to spend a few days with her. T was just starting to get into punting in a big way, and he and I spent some quality time over the next few days discussing this subject. At some point, T and I will definitely get together to do a trip with each other. T was a talker, and one could hardly get a word in edgewise when speaking with him, but he was a very good, sincere guy, and I liked him a lot. T, at one point, indicated that he thought that K was “one of the weirdest people he’d ever met”, and while I’ve met weirder people, K was right up there. A typical thing would be, you’d go sit down next to him, say “Hi”, and he would sort-of acknowledge your presence, but then get up, without a word, and float off. In my mind, I began thinking of him as “The Ghost”, and if we’d all been together a bit longer, I probably would have begun to refer to him that way, and I guarantee you that others would have followed suit.
S was a regular Joe. Not wealthy, and this was a pretty big deal for him, cost-wise. He was divorced and venturing out of his comfort zone, and he and I became soul brothers. The relationship that I forged with S during this trip significantly increased my enjoyment of the entire experience, and frankly, having both S and T around (or for any of you thinking about doing this, having other “like-minded” people there to speak with, commiserate with, bounce things off of, and so forth) was a really great benefit of this environment. S, T, and even K, were in my generation, and each had come alone, so really, nothing got in the way of bonding with both S and T, except, of course, the time we spent alone with our girls.
Anyway, “cocktail hour” finally arrived, as did my new girls. Both from Brazil, one was a tall, lithe brunette (Giovanna), and the other, a shorter but equally lithe cherry blonde (Thais, pronounced “Tie-eese”). I’d seen them in their bathing suits both the day before and earlier this day, and they looked gorgeous from a distance. Being close-up did not disappoint. The girls were a bit flirtatious, but not quite as bubbly as Vica and Yulia had been.
An excellent dinner was served, and we all ate at long tables set up around 20 feet or so from the pool, the girls on either side of me. Afterwards, more drinking, talking, and getting to know each other. When I couldn’t take it any longer, I took the girls by their hands and led them upstairs. They came with me without hesitation. Once in the room, (after lighting some candles and shutting the lights), I began to take their clothes off, one by one, and they responded by kissing and rubbing both me and each other. Once again, DFK was on the menu, as it was with all the girls all week.

Yes, I’d had two excellent sessions with the two of them, but as those of you who know me from my posts, that wasn’t anywhere near enough, and I was looking forward to taking things to the next level, though just doing what we’d already done a few more times would have been more than sufficient.
Without them there, there was also no “late night snack” and no “breakfast of champions” either, and I was sorely disappointed. I spoke with S about it in the morning (he had had his own somewhat disappointing experience the first night), and we commiserated. The girls finally showed up, and I asked them what had happened. Giovanna looked me in the eye and said that they’d come back, but that I was asleep and taking up the whole bed, so they went back to their room. That was total BS for soooooooooo many reasons. When J finally showed up that morning, I spoke with him about it. He assured me that the girls are supposed to spend the night, and that he’d look into it. This became my only major complaint about Vikings. Even though J spoke with them about it, nothing was ever done to “make it right”.
I swear to you we were having a good time, with no conflict and only friendliness between us (I HAVE done this a time or two). I learned during the week that, while the girls stay with the guests, most of them prefer to sleep in their own rooms. Some of this is because they sleep better than sleeping with a stranger, and also, I suspect other reasons as well (perhaps avoiding both the “late night snack” and the “breakfast of champions” that I was so looking forward to).
At any rate, I was too upset with them both to spend time with them that day, though looking back on it, I should have brought them up to the room late in the morning and fucked the shit out of them for 2 or 3 hours, and I wished I’d done that. Oh well. The only thing I can think of that makes sense is that they thought, after those two intense sessions, that I was done for the night and decided to get a good night’s sleep. If that was the case, they were just plain wrong. Still, I had so much sweet beauty around me and so much time left in my vacation, I vowed to not allow this to put a damper on my time, and as you’ll see in the upcoming reports, I mostly succeeded.

I'm afraid to ask what the penalty, if any, is for high sticking (and if "low" sticking has a different penalty?). Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind 5 minutes in the penalty "box", but I wouldn't want to be the guy who has to spend the NEXT 5 minutes in there.
And just in case I haven't yet killed this joke, then I'd like to add that I'm curious about what happens if one enters the Goalie's crease? 20 game suspension?
And so begins Part 3.
But first, I want to tell you all how much I appreciate all of your kind words. Sorry if I haven’t responded to each of your comments individually, but I’ve certainly read each of them, and it’s made this effort all the more enjoyable for me.
I actually spoke with S yesterday, told him that I was posting reports about our time together at Vikings, and pointed him to the ISG to find them. I’ve since received an email from him letting me know how enjoyable it was to relive that time at Vikings through the reports, and how he is considering writing some of his own. S, if you’re reading this, I encourage you to do so. S has some pictures of his own, also.
Though I was still feeling a little down from the aftermath of Giovanna’s and Thais’ leaving and not returning the night before, I hunkered down and got to planning the third day’s debauchery. I want to communicate to you just how pleasant a feeling it is to be surrounded by all these lovely girls in such a lovely place, and to be in the position of having to choose which 2 of those lovely girls you’ll be fucking that day. By the third day, I’ve had the opportunity to observe most of the girls there, at some point or another, and the thought of having their naked bodies before me, at my whim, to do with as I pretty much (within reason) pleased, was more than compelling enough to make what little remained of my gloom a thing of the past.
In looking at the pictures before going to Vikings, 2 girls in particular caught my eye. They were Anya and Valentina, whose professional photos I have already posted. Anya was already spoken for, and I still had a couple of days left in my trip after this one, so there was no need to “pull rank” based upon my Ultimate Fantasy status. Valentina, on the other hand, was free, and while the Valentina in person wasn’t exactly the same girl one would have expected from her professional photos (for example, she’d probably gained 10 lbs or so since arriving at Vikings), she was still cute as a button, young and bubbly, and I felt lucky and excited at the thought of spending such quality time with her.
She was there with her good friend, Inna, who was, surprisingly enough, more desirable in person than I found her pictures to be. Inna too had gained a bit of weight since arriving at Vikings (both were at the end of their “tour”), but it sat very well on her (and as I later learned, went mostly into her breasts). Inna also was bubbly and always laughing, and I felt that the two of them would make an excellent duo. And it turned out that I was right.
J was not around, so I informed L of my choice, and she made it happen without a hitch. Because it was obvious that I was not going to spend the day with Giovanna and Thais, the switch was made early in the afternoon, and I decided to take the girls to town (Sosua) for some shopping and fun. BTW, Vikings is located on the northern coast, just a couple of minutes East of Cabarete. S wound up joining us with his current lady (who I believe was Vica), and the 5 of us were driven to town.
It was a lot of fun to be with both Valentina and Inna, but Valentina especially. They were both all over me; very affectionate and fun, but in a much more natural way than Vica and Yulia had been that first night, and I was especially comfortable with them. Valentina was wearing blue jeans and a halter top that displayed her lovely waist, and if it was a bit thicker than I might have preferred, it was still lovely. She’s also only like 20 or 21 years old, and her skin was tanned and smooth and clear, and putting my arm around her was a pleasure. Likewise, Inna was an attractive girl with a lovely figure (though again, not model thin like the Brazilian girls were, or the girls I often see are), and perhaps a couple of years older than Valentina. Inna also gave you the impression that she was pretty smart, beneath all the laughter and good-natured fooling around, and her English was better. Together, they were very silly, and I can’t imagine how a man couldn’t have a good time with them, under such circumstances. Oh, almost forgot, L came along with us also, and she had the English, Russian, and Spanish skills necessary to ensure important points were made when they needed to be, besides the fact that she knew Sosua’s layout better than any of us.
When the driver dropped us off, Valentina, Inna, and myself sauntered over to the jewelry store that had been recommended to me. Frankly, the prices were beyond what I had expected, and the guys working in the store saw me coming from a mile away (more on that shortly). We looked around, and the girls both fell in love with gold necklaces; Inna had her eye on one with a small star hanging from it, and Valentina was enamored of one with this cute little gold dolphin, which perfectly suit her I must say. One of the pictures I’ll be posting with this report shows the dolphin necklace clearly.
Well, after the girls chose their necklaces, I was like a fish in a barrel, and the sales guy had all the proper ammunition. Now, negotiating is part of my job, and I’ve been doing it effectively for well over 20 years; with customers, with employees, with other companies. But this guy knew what was what, and he knew that those two lovely girls who were hanging onto me were leaving that store with those necklaces. To their credit, the girls (after they heard how much the necklaces were going to cost), tried to act like they were willing to leave without them. They both said things like, “Oh that’s too much… it’s okay, let’s try somewhere else” and other such things, but this sales guy knew he had me by the shorthairs. He took 10% off, and that was it. I wound up paying over $300 for each of the necklaces. If I had had my wits about me, I would have left the store, and just passed by later on; sticking my head in without the girls just to ask if he’d reconsidered my fair offer. But, I didn’t and wound up walking out around $640 poorer.
Having said that, the girls went CRAZY! They loved me up to the point where I didn’t regret a thing. Valentina especially LOVED her little dolphin, and was never seen again without it.
Walking around the town, we met up with S and Vica and L, and wound up going to another little store (not a fine jewelry store) where I bought Vica a little bracelet that she liked (after all, I HAD fucked her 4 times my first night in the DR), and this served to smooth over whatever hurt feelings she had (I believe) based upon me switching to new girls after that first night. We had a lot of fun that day; we went for ice cream and we all licked each others’ cones, and we wound up at the Waterfront Hotel, sitting with a few drinks overlooking their beach. I will tell you that, without a doubt, I was the envy of almost every man who saw us as we strolled through town. Every male head swiveled on stretched necks as we passed, and imagining THEIR thoughts, MY thoughts turned towards Valentina’s and Inna’s naked bodies beneath their clothes, and how I was virtually assured of not only seeing them later that day, but of much more. I got turned on more than once during our walk through town.
The girls disappear each day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM to have some alone time, and get ready for dinner, so by the time we got back to the Villa, it was time for Valentina and Inna to depart. This was too bad, cause I was ready to take their clothes and have their naked bodies next to me. Still, that time went quickly enough, and they both came back lovely and refreshed, and after a nice dinner and a few drinks (and dancing…. Always dancing around the pool to –shudder- techno music, which the Russian girls loved – the Brazilian girls had much better taste in music I must say), we went up to my room.
Both Valentina and Inna were both very desirable in the buff, I have to say. The skin on their bodies was smooth, and tan, and young, and pliable, and fresh. Inna’s tits were superb and much bigger than I expected, and Valentina had delicious little breasts of the kind that God gives to 20-year old girls so males will marry them and procreate.
However, a realization began to dawn upon me; having both of them at the same time was getting in the way of really being with either of them. I mean, I REALLY liked these two girls, and would have liked to have engaged in extended intimacy with each of them; gazing into their eyes (forgive my melodrama), tender touching, whispering to each other about meaningful things, and so forth. But with the 3 of us all together, this was difficult to pull off, and I began to realize that this “2 girls all the time” package had its drawbacks besides just the price.
Still, 3 very good sessions that night and 2 more the following morning was a highly satisfying outcome, and I was able to restrain, if not forget, these misgivings. Valentina and Inna were an EXCELLENT duo, though they weren’t into each other sexually, which was fine with me.
All the while, except when I was actually alone with the girls in my room, on-going conversations with S and T (and other girls, and J and L and members of the staff) were happening. The time spent with S and T was especially satisfying, and allowed me more than anything else to achieve the level of comfort I had hoped for.
Another thing I noticed was that, in general, I wasn’t as horny as I expected to be. Now, I know that part of this was due to a medical procedure that, unfortunately, I’d had to have just prior to going to Vikings. Looking back on this, I should have scheduled it for afterwards, but, oh well. But another, perhaps even more significant, reason was that Vikings is really not a purely sexual experience. It’s a truly luxurious vacation in a beautiful place with interesting people and lovely (if not always drop-dead gorgeous) girls, one or more of whom will be available to you for all aspects of companionship, including but not only, sex. None of the girls at Vikings were dumb or bimbos or low-class ho’s. Many were students, and others were workers of various sorts. One of the girls was an executive in a large company and had many people working for her in her real life (but in a country where even heart surgeons get paid less than the guys who come to take my trash away each week). When looking at the pictures of the girls, please take that into account when comparing them to your expectations, as I (and the other guests) had. The Vikings recruiter(s) didn’t just go to the local “Models” or escorts websites and approach the most attractive prostitutes (which would’ve been a different but not unpleasant kind of experience for me). They really did look for, and find, regular young women who had the right kind of attitude (especially towards sex) to be companions of the nature I’ve previously described. So, this is not the pure sexual experience that some of us might have imagined it would be, though plenty of sex for most men’s tastes was available.
The feedback I’ve been getting indicates to me that many of you really want me to convey the real details and “ambience” of Vikings, rather than just the pictures, body descriptions, and intimate sexual exploits I experienced there, and that’s why I’m going into such detail as I have. That’s also why I’m about to attempt to describe this other, somewhat nuanced aspect of this place.
While it may not be immediate apparent to one upon arriving at Vikings, what you’ve done is to parachute yourself directly into an on-going, occasionally emotion-charged atmosphere of subtle and not-so-subtle soul searching and emotional self-conflict within this small community of young women. Think about what they’re really doing there. These are regular girls who, for very possibly the first time in their lives, are having sex for money. When I first arrived there, I spoke with 2 girls, one of whom was at the top of my pre-trip list (another Yulia, who I’ll refer to as “Julia” to differentiate her from the Yulia I was with the first night) for an hour or so, and was seriously considering taking the two of them for a night (certainly, I expected to choose the beautiful, young Julia at some point). S, in fact, chose Julia for his first night, and wound up with very mixed feelings (which he, of course, would do a better job of describing than I would). While she made herself available for sex, she obviously had a serious emotional conflict about what she was doing. For most of my time there, Julia and her friend, Sabine (both of whose website pictures I’ve included in previous posts) spent their time alone together, away from both the guests and the other girls. Eventually, they left the resort to go home. This just wasn’t for them, but they had to go through a fairly painful process before they came to that realization and gave up. There was a LOT more to this situation, but suffice it to say that each girl there had to go through a similar process, though most of them ultimately came to different decisions than Julia and Sabine did. I do have a nice picture I took of Julia, and I will include it with this post.
Yet another part of this phenomena is that these girls had not built up the prostitute’s defenses against rejection. Professionals learn pretty quickly not to take a client’s desire for another girl over them personally or at least, to not get overly upset over it. Many of the Vikings girls are dealing with this for the first time, so if a client doesn’t choose them, or chooses them and then changes the next day, after they’ve felt that they provided excellent companionship and gave of themselves both emotionally and sexually, it hurts a bit. Being very sensitive to such things, I’m certain that both Vica and Yulia felt this when J informed them that I would be changing girls for my second day. This, of course, was not an issue with Giovanna and Thais, as they knew exactly why I wasn’t going to choose THEM for my second day. Because I became aware of this, I was able to successfully manage the changeover from Valentina and Inna to whomever on this day, by letting them know in advance how wonderful a time I’d had with them, but that I was committed to changing every day. Of course, they loved their necklaces so much that they were probably going to think well of me regardless, but in any case, I felt no sadness or resentment of the type I had felt from Vica and Yulia on that second day (though I managed to get both of THEM past that also).
It was later on this very same day that I made the decision that, even though I was committed to being with 2 girls every day (I mean, I paid a shit-load of extra money for that privilege), I didn’t have to always have sex with BOTH of them at the same time. I decided that I would occasionally take one upstairs while, after very nicely explaining why, leaving the other downstairs. The few times I did this the remainder of the week worked out well, and I’m glad I made this decision. Unfortunately (though that’s too strong a word), I also made the decision to go with 2 new girls for the next night. On looking back at this, I think I probably should have just stayed with Valentina and Inna for the remainder of my trip, and I would’ve been very happy if I had (though, don’t get me wrong, the rest of my trip was still excellent, as you will see in Parts 4 and 5).
With this report, I will be posting various pictures of Valentina and Inna, the one picture I have of Julia, A picture of Vica in the store where I bought her bracelet, and some pictures of the Resort that were taken from the helicopter I mentioned earlier. I added some text to those pictures so that you’d all know where everything was.
One last note. I have a funeral to go to out of town, so you probably won’t see Part 4 until sometime next week.

I have wondered in the past if Viking delivered real value for the money. With your reports, it is clear that they do. Perhaps a tad low vis-a-vis cost on the optic factor and in the delivery of some services all things considered, but some of the girls' willingness did come across. FWIW, my evaluation based upon your trip - Viking needs to pay closer attention to their guests and monitor their experiences as the holiday progresses and be ready to make good if need be; there is value but the envelope may be being pushed a bit by Viking and they need a small re-think and perhaps adjustment.
I myself am doing a rethink about Viking following your report and coincidentally receiving this morning an announcement of a new lady at Viking - a very nice one.
Overall, I will move Viking a little higher in my "to-do" list again thanks to your report, Tripp.
P.S. Glad you did the update on which girl was who on your opening night. I was wrong when I guessed that Vica was the brunette. Shows once again that the all important chemistry and human interaction must be experienced in person and not guessed from the photos. Both cute girls with Vica having the more polish as per your description.

It reads like a carefully written script. Look at the moscow and kiev forums (where these girls are from) and no decent girl/doctor/medical student/economist. Would ever do this. Every girl in russia says she is a trainee doctor/economist. There is no health or economy!

I spent 4 days and 3 nights at Viking last year and stayed "in touch" with my favorite girl from the Ural mountains. I just got back from spending a week with her and thought I would post a couple of bikini shots. I applied for a fiancee visa with her and hope she likes it here.
BTW Ponderosa, looks like the Florida Gators beat Ohio State again, this time in basketball. I saw a sign that said "Ohio State is for lovers" and someone crossed out the "V" in lovers and changed it to an "S", now it reads "Ohio State is for Losers."
I prefer BB to Viking, if you consider the cost. I am not one to fuck the same girl 4-5 times like Tripp reports doing. I prefer one bang a day. While I like white meat instead of the darker meat of BB, I don't think the price of Vikings makes it worth while. I also think there are alot of hotties at El Bohem and Crystals in POP, so anyone with a little spanish should just get his lookers there. Tripp, thanks for the report and for putting up with some grief along the way.To those that think Tripp is a shill for Viking I would disagree. If he is an agent he is a bad one. From his description I get the impression that he paid a whole lot of money for a good experience. I was particularly interested in his description of being dumped by the two chicas that were suppose to spend the night and the lack of consideration from management. I took one trip that was a full package like Viking and had a similar experience in that the chicas disappeared on me also. They were great looking but they were truly no more interested in me than Tripp's chicas. I learned from that experience it was better to do my own planning and recruiting and have had a much better time on my trips for a tenth of what these package deals cost.
I thank Tripp for reporting and know now that I have no interest in ever doing a package like Vikings. Thanks Tripp !

Well, I'm just back from my funeral, and saw that some "genius" questioned my credibility (and I'm honored that he used the occasion of only his second-ever post to do so). This is as I predicted, and I am very grateful to those of you who stood up for me.
It's funny, considering that, once you take into account the "pre"-trip reports also, I've posted something like 100 photos as part of this report (each of which had to be individually re-sized) and written well over 20, single spaced typed pages of text. Shit, I even posted helicopter photos of the resort!
Anyway, I'll get back to finishing up my Vikings reports parts 4 and 5 later in the week, but wanted to take this moment, in light of the comments I've read today, to point out a couple of things.
Certainly, Vikings is not for everyone, even aside from the price. But you should consider the following before you dismiss it out of hand:
1. I will definitely go back there, at some point. I'll do it a bit differently (which I'll discuss in my reports), but I'll definitely go back. T sent me an email a couple of days ago saying that he's going back there THIS MONTH for an entire week to celebrate his birthday (and he's experienced other scenes.. he knows that there are other options). S is already saving for HIS next trip to Vikings, and K (as weird as he is) is already a regular. In fact, K extended his last trip an extra day. All 4 of us are smart people, and I'm a very experienced punter, so I have to say, you may be right that Vikings is not right for you, but I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss it as a possibility unless financially, it's just not possible.
2. There are different girls there all the time. The whole group changes over every 5 or 6 weeks or so. My terrible camera-work aside, some of the girls were very beautiful, some just attractive, but every one was fuckable. It's true that, if all you're interested in is pure physical beauty, you can pick and choose elsewhere for less money (and there's NOTHING wrong with that at all... I fully intend to continue to do that also), but as I've said, this is a DIFFERENT kind of experience. Also, and I'm not meaning to offend anyone, but there's something to be said for having a girl that wasn't fucking 5 different guys in the back of a seedy bar earlier in the day.
3. ...and lastly, don't forget that you have a beautiful room in a spectacular Villa with a private beach, with impeccable service and great food, and every little thing is done for you. Also, everything is included, even all of the alcohol you can drink and your massages. When I go back, I'll wind up paying, with everything, around $1,500 per day (not including airfare). Is that more expensive than going to Blackbeard's? Hell yes, but take a look at the pictures of the girls there.
Still, as much as I liked it and hope to do it again someday, it has not taken over as my favorite sex trip. I'm still looking forward to my next trips to Prague and to Montreal, and I look forward to planning trips to both Sao Paolo and Moscow. Also, I'd like to go back to the DR and try some of the high quality girls there, and I'll be looking for assistance from you all on how to find THOSE girls. - Tripp

This was my first time punting.
I had fully intended to stay with one girl the entire time. I had many emails with the Manager 'J' over the past year asking a lot of questions. I took the least expensive trip at $3900 for 4 nights and three days. This is for one girl with housing in the outer house (check out the pics Stadt posted with the captions).
I arrived a day early thinking I didn't want to waste an evening being exhausted from a long flight from California and had planned to stay at a local hotel, but after accepting their invitation to come to the resort for dinner to meet the girls, I ended up buying an extra night. Julia's pictures do not do her justice. She was stunning in person and overheard me saying "WOW" in her direction during a talk with J. J said she had been there 4 days and no one had picked her up. I was surprised and said that since we were both newbies that maybe it would be easier.

Actually, I think the 4 day 3 night trip is all about marketing. You think for $4000 you are getting 4 days. That's a $1000 per day. But, it is really a 3 night 2 day trip. Or maybe you could call it a 3 night 3 day trip where half-of-a-day is the first evening (I. E. , day 1) and the second half is the morning-of-the-last-day (day 4). I arrived at 3 PM on my first "day". And what did I get on my first day. The evening and night.
The girls head back to their rooms at 5 PM for a couple of hours (although J said it was optional, they all did this every day) so unless you were able to pick out your girl early and take her to your room for sex before she left to her room. All you got to do was meet her.
Since I was a newbie, on the smallest package, and didn't decide to add an extra day until late. I didn't have a girl to take back to my room and bang before she joined the other girls to clean up and get ready for dinner. And, I don't know if anyone else did either. Of all the participants, the winner gets a small cash prize (2,000-3,000 pesos).
2nd place half that, 3rd maybe 1000 pesos.
Girls participation is mandatory.
Each girl has to "ante up" about 500 pesos (which pays the prize money).
(Don't imagine that John, the owner, pays for anything.)
The girls also have the expense of having their hair done, costumes, etc.
A girl that doesn't wish to participate still has to "buy" her way out.
The winners tend to be the same group of girls, so the 7's just end up footing the bill.
Now that its twice a month, multiply the expense for the girls by two.

The girls do not like the contest as a whole. There is a cost factor as was stated before either because you buy your way out or the cost of getting your hair and nails done etc. Many girls are very uncomfortable to have their mid sections on display. C section scares etc. The top 5 changes very little each contest unless the judges are drunk or have another agenda or a combination of the two.
The pot is small where winning has little monetary value. Most of the girls do not like thier pictures posted on the web site. Little surprize there.
I have been there several times on the day of the contest and like it better on the "off" Saturdays. Well, I made my first trip down to Blackbeard’s this past weekend and I wanted to post up a review from the perspective of a “newbie”. A lot of the information on these forums is dead-on and really helped me out so, I wanted to put up a post that could possibly help someone else out.
I arrived at Puerto Plata on a Wednesday and had made arrangements with Blackbeard’s to be picked up at the airport. Coming out of immigration and walking into the baggage claim, there is an exchange bank located on your right. This being my first trip and having no idea where Jenny’s Supermarket is in relation to Blackbeard’s, I decided to exchange my money right there. This was my first mistake. Blackbeard’s was giving an exchange rate of 30.5 pesos to $1US. Jenny’s was giving 32 pesos to $1US. The exchange bank (which I thought was middle of the road) gave me 28.9 pesos to $1US.
So, after exchanging currency and claiming my bag, a porter immediately walked over to “help” me. With the porter in tow, I walked right past the immigration official (the guy who would rummage through your suitcase looking for contraband) and out of the airport to where all the taxi’s are waiting curbside. I tipped the porter $2US and walked right up to the fellow holding the Blackbeard’s sign. We hopped in his minivan and headed off to Blackbeard’s, I don’t wear a watch but I would say it was around a 30 minute drive. On the main highway you actually pass Field of Dreams, a go kart track, SUV tour places, etc, etc.
Getting off the highway, you go through the town of Puerto Plata on some HORRIBLE roads (I thought potholes in NYC were bad) and veer off onto an ugly looking dirt road that leads up to the guarded gates of Costambar. Once you get through this gate, you will pass Jenny’s Supermarket on your right and the local pharmacy on your left. There’s a pizza place here that I didn’t try (they were always closed when I walked over) and a little convenience store on your right that was open pretty late at night. An older European-looking blonde was working checkout there and she spoke English. There’s a fellow in the pharmacy who also speaks English and can help you out with any “assistance” you might be looking for. I purchased some La Pela, which is generic Cialis, and it cost 50 pesos/pill and they came in packets of 4 pills. My next trip down, I’ll try out some generic Viagra… I don’t remember what it cost but it was definitely more expensive than La Pela.
Arriving at Blackbeard’s, you walk past a fountain, through the lobby and ring a bell to get service at the front desk. Behind the desk is where the exchange rate is listed on a whiteboard, in case you need to swap dollars for pesos now. You pay for the room in full, up-front. Heading from the lobby to your room, you pass the bar/restaurant and the pool area, where there were always at least 5-8 chicas hanging around at any time of the day throughout my stay. I find my room, crank the a/c and decided to head down and grab a late lunch.
Walking down to the pool/bar area, the girls will turn and give you “the stare”. Since I just got there, I wanted to relax a little first and get some food in me so, I just ignored the looks and seated myself at a table. There were a few guys down there already but it appeared I was the only fellow traveling solo. Menu showed up and I ordered a burger and fries. I had walked to the supermarket and back in the dark and never once felt like I was in danger.

I charge breakfast to my room and I switch into some swim-trunks and hang out by the pool. Afternoons get really hot and I forgot to bring along sunblock, my face was already getting pretty red. I decided I’d go hit the pharmacy, when my second choice from yesterday shows up at the bar. This morning/afternoon it was pretty much the same group of 5-8 girls hanging out together and chatting as yesterday when I first arrived. I realized that Annie is definitely the loud talker out of the bunch, which lead me to wonder what she had told the other girls about me.
Anyway, I head over to the bar, buy a 100 peso calling card and check in with a few people back in the US. 100 pesos buys you roughly 11 minutes of talk time. After, letting everyone know I made it to the DR ok, I walked back to the bar and saw that the girl I was interested in was standing at the bar waiting for service. So, I introduced myself and find out her name is Johanna. Barmaid comes back and I buy Johanna a presidente. Although it was scorching hot out, I decided to take a walk to the pharmacy. Most of the way is covered with nice shade but it’s still brutal. At the pharmacy I buy some sunblock (700 pesos which I thought was expensive but I needed it) and packets of La Pela. Get back to Blackbeard’s and I jump into the pool. Now, the pool is probably ok but I think they need to add a lot more chlorine to it. The water should be crystal clear but it’s more green than clear and it’s cloudy. I spoke with Tim the manager about it and he said they test the pool every morning and that it was fine.
I decide that I want to see what’s out in the city of Puerto Plata so, I head out to grab a cab and just walk about town to take in the sights. I bump into the Canuck who needs to hit an ATM in town so, we share a cab ride out. We get dropped right off at Central Park, there’s an ATM across the street from it and while I’m waiting for him, an "official tourist guide" comes up to me and tries to start taking me around town. I try brushing him off but he’s a pretty persistent character. Canuck and I start walking across the park and we finally ditch him. You can see the ocean from the park so, we start walking down one of the smaller side streets to get Oceanside. Along the way, we’re getting people coming out of the woodwork who want to "walk with us" and show us the sights. We hear every imaginable sob story from, "I was in the US and got deported" to "I just lost my job" to "I have 5 kids to feed". Now, I’m usually a compassionate man but there’s a point where you just have to say N-O firmly and just keep walking. We finally hit the main road by the side of the ocean and start walking up to the remains of some old fort. There are new buildings and construction across the road from the ocean, and looking down from the road, you can see the shore which is heavily littered and the water does NOT look inviting. In fact, noone around here was even near the water.
We get up to the fort and pay the 150 peso to get inside. It’s your typical old spanish style fort. Nothing too special about it. It’s built right at the highest point of the natural harbor there so, you can see all the commercial shipping coming in and out, which is what, I guess, has destroyed the shores alongside of it. There’s a second set of ruins a little further up the hill that we go investigate. Right smack in the middle of the ruins is an enormous modern tower that leads up to, I believe a light. Why they would build something like that in the middle of these beautiful ruins is beyond me.
Walking down from the ruins we hit the main road running along-side the ocean again. We stop at a nice little restaurant by the name of Tam-Tam. Food was pretty decent and the drinks were cold. Sitting outside on the sidewalk, you get all sorts of street-vendors showing up trying to sell you things from CD’s, wood carvings, peanuts and even porn.
We finish up lunch and there happens to be a taxi stand right there. We make a deal with the guy and he takes us back to Blackbeard’s for 300 peso. Sit down at the bar and I bump into this skinny tight spinner by the name of Aldi or Albi. We chat for a little bit and I tell her, I want to run up to my room and take a quick shower. I needed to get rid of the grime I was covered in. Run up, shower as fast as I can, run back down and I can’t find Aldi now. Looking around, none of the other girls really interested me so, I just chalked it up to another missed opportunity.
I headed over to the beach again and I was surprised to see all the people hanging out there. It was a mixture of locals and tourists and I sampled some fresh coconut juice and some cashews. While relaxing and reading a book on a lounge-chair I was approached by 2 girls. The first one didn’t really interest me and after a little bit of chatting, she continued to walk on down the beach. The second girl was very cute and after a few drinks, we headed back to Blackbeard’s together. We agree on a price of 1000 pesos for a couple of hours but right as we entered through the gate, she was asked for her cedula, which she didn’t have so, they wouldn’t let her in. I had completely forgotten about the cedula rule. Apparently, there are a few places down the road that will rent to you by the hour starting at around 400 pesos but I decided to pass at this point.
I bump into the Canuck again and we decide to go hit the Italian restaurant down the street for dinner, apparently they have pretty decent pizza. Unfortunately, Blackbeard’s food is not very good. I only tried the hamburger and a hot dog there and I really didn’t like it. My first breakfast there consisted of what they call the Dominican Breakfast and I don’t know how you can ruin eggs but they came out burnt on the edges with running yolks. After that, I stuck to french toast for breakfast. It’s a little on the mushy side but out of everything I ate there, the french toast was the most palatable.
So, Canuck and I walk back to the Italian restaurant I had pasta at my first night and we ordered up some pizzas. Surprisingly, they were pretty decent. I’ve had better here in the States but considering you’re in the middle of the Caribbean, the pizza was good! After dinner, we walked back to Blackbeard’s and the Canuck introduced me to another fellow from Chicago he had been hanging out with earlier in the week before I got there. The 3 of us sat down at a table and traded a few stories back and forth over presidentes. Aldi showed up again that night and sat down right behind us with a few of her friends. I’m not sure if she was ignoring me or didn’t recognize me but Chicago was telling us all about her and after a few beers, the Canuck set his sights on her. I was scoping out the women but I didn’t see any that really interested me.
So, Canuck and Aldi go up to his room and Chicago and I move over to the bar. From the bar, I have a great vantage point into the lobby and discover 4 or 5 girls hanging out there that I didn’t notice before. One really catches my attention so, I mentally keep an eye on her. A blonde haired girl comes up and sits down at the bar next to me. She introduced herself but I can’t remember her name. I bought her a presidente and we talked a little but all the time I kept stealing glances back at this girl in the lobby. I ask if they want anything to drink and they all want fruit punch so, I make my way back to the bar and order 4 of them. At the bar, Chicago and Blondie have disappeared and I guess they went back to his room together. I pick up the 4 fruit punches and head back over to the lobby. As the girls are drinking, Gina tries to really start working on me. But from fellow mongers I remember hearing a few wild things about her and anyway, I’m interested in Yolanda not her. It’s getting close to bar closing time now so, I turn to Yolanda and tell her when she’s finished with her drink to come on up to my room. She catches up with me as I’m heading up the stairs to my room with a couple of bags in her possession. Yolanda doesn’t speak a word of English and it was a little difficult communicating with her. We get inside, she takes a shower and we jump into bed together. Yolanda is very pretty but she’s got a very small chest, she’s actually a little self-conscious about it and constantly covering herself up. She has one great looking ass though. We find a table at one of the locations on the beach and order up some fried fish. It’s great sitting there under the shade of palm trees, with a nice cool breeze blowing through, taking in the view of the beach. Food arrives and we dive in. The fish is EXCELLENT! I don’t understand how this little hut by the beach can serve up such great food yet, Blackbeard’s which is literally a minute’s walk down the road has nothing palatable there. So, Canuck and I hang on the beach for awhile, just sitting back and relaxing and taking in the view. A few new girls come by again and try to get us to take them back to our rooms. This time I ask about a cedula right away and none of the girls have one. I think about the rooms you can rent out for an hour but decide to pass on them again. Maybe next trip I’ll try them out.
Canuck and I discuss trying some deep-sea fishing but this is Canuck’s last full day, he’s got to check out tomorrow at 1PM, then head out at 7PM to catch his flight tomorrow so, he wants to take it easy. We head back to the hotel and I try and see if I can get in an activity or tour. Most of the tours are just riding through sugar cane fields and the snorkeling, scuba and fishing trips, you need to arrange a day in advance. There’s a big attraction not too far away called Ocean World and I think about heading over there for the evening. Apparently, it’s a marine life park with a casino and an all you can eat steak and lobster buffet. They will pick you up, drop you off at your hotel and including entrance into the park and buffet dinner it’s $65US/person.
I head back up to my room to think about it and I run into Chicago who’s getting ready to leave tonight. So, I sit down at the bar with him and knock back a few beers. We’re discussing the wait staff and how they are off-limits. Apparently, Chicago was getting pretty friendly with the bar/wait staff and he was up late one night and hung around while they closed the bar down. There’s a tip jar at the bar, that I didn’t even know was there until Chicago pointed it out to me. The night he stuck around for the bar closing, he watched as they counted out the tips for that night’s shift. It ended up being roughly 500 pesos that needed to be split among the 4 staff working that night. After a little discussion with the barmaid, he found out they make roughly 7500 pesos a month, which is just enough to cover their rent so, they really rely on their tips to live. At that point, I realized that I was just charging everything I was eating and drinking to my room and I hadn’t tipped the bar/wait staff at all, which I think is a common occurence. Most people just automatically charge the check back to their room and they are done with it. So, after that night I consciously remembered to throw 100 pesos in the tip jar everyday if I ate or did any significant drinking there. The bar/wait-staff do notice this and your level of service goes up.
Estrella comes up to me while I’m at the bar with Chicago and she’s trying to drag me off to the Jacuzzi. I read a few things about her (again from the forums) and I pass her off. She’s REALLY not my type. I buy Chicago one last presidente and then he’s off in the cab to head back to the airport. I then run into Canuck who’s got Morena on his arm and is obviously really into her. Morena introduces me to Jackalyn, a very dark skinned short girl. She’s heavier than I normally like with an ENORMOUS bubble-butt, usually not the type of girl I go after. But I figure, what the hell, you only live once and variety is the spice of life so, the four of us decide to head out to grab some dinner on the beach. We find this medium sized place painted yellow, a little past the Harley Cafe, well lit and they are getting ready to setup some karaoke for the night when we get there. We order food and Jackalyn actually knows enough English to hold a little conversation with me. Dinner arrives. Just in time for the Karaoke to start. Dominicans like to listen to their music LOUD! It was too much music for dinner and we all hurriedly ate to get the hell out of there. The food ended up being only marginally better than Blackbeard’s. It was honestly, the first time I had food outside of Blackbeard’s and I was disappointed with it.
We get back and Jackalyn and I head up to my room for TLN. As I was saying, she’s really not the type of girl I am normally interested in but man, she was great in bed. Nice BBBJTC to begin with, then she rode me like a champ. A few more positions and I finished off behind her. GREAT view of her bubble butt. Exhausted, I fell asleep with her only to be woken up in the middle of the night again by another BBBJTC. Jackalyn has to leave to prepare herself for the day and Morena heads out with her. Canuck and I just sort of hang around the pool all day and watch as more and more traffic starts filtering in. I was amazed at the amount of people who show up for the bikini contest, they really do come out of the woodwork for it. Well, I decide to swing by the beach again and pick up some souvenirs. There’s a row of blue huts/shacks on the beach where people are selling magnets, paintings, some clothing, and typical souvenir things. I find a guy who’s willing to sell me a box of Cohiba cigars for 1000 pesos. A box of Romeo y Juliet cigars for 1200 pesos. The Cohiba’s are branded made in the DR but the Romeo y Juliets are branded made in Cuba. I tell him I’ll be back later, I need to think about it. Then I plop down and grab some lunch on the beach again. Like I said before, the fish is excellent.
Afterwards, I make my way back to Blackbeard’s and the Canuck tells me he needs to make one last trip into town to hit the ATM. I tell him that I’m interested in finding some cigar shops so, we split the cab ride into town again. We get a pretty decent English speaking driver this time who stops at the ATM where we wait for Canuck to get his money, then he drives us to a cigar factory. I walk inside and take a look at their Cohibas. They are branded as made in Cuba but I work in the graphic design industry and I can tell when something printed is a knock-off. The labels on the Cigars were OBVIOUS knock-offs, letters didn’t line up correctly, the printing wasn’t uniform, etc, etc. I inquire how much for a box of Cohibas and they tell me it’s normally 4500 pesos but if I bought 2 boxes, they would let them go for 4000 pesos each. I just nod and walked out. Now don’t get me wrong, DR cigars are probably JUST as good as Cubans but because Cuban cigars have such a great reputation, they charge a premium for them. Or in this case, they rebrand DR cigars to look like Cubans so, they can get more money for them. So, Canuck and I return back to Blackbeard’s and I head back over to the beach huts to pick up some cigars. I ask for the 2 boxes of cigars and cut a deal, both boxes for 2000 pesos total.

Head back to my room, drop them off and I get back down to the pool area just in time to grab a table for the bikini contest. The place is filling up real fast. I find out there are 16 contestants today, the 3 judges are selected and seated and the fun begins shortly after 4PM. Canuck and I took a bunch of pictures and honestly, I was expecting it to only last 30-45 minutes. But they do multiple rounds and they trim the number of girls down each round. The contest continues and towards the end of the 2nd round where they are down to 6 or 7 girls, Canuck and I decide to grab a table over in the restaurant area to get away from the crowd abit. We both grab our laptops and are copying each other’s pictures onto our hard drives. The bikini contest begins to wind down. Another round has gone by and now there are 4 finalists. They were Annie, India, Johanna and one other girl up there, I can’t recall her name. India wins the contest again this Saturday.
So, as I’m finishing up copying my files over, Gina and Yolanda appear at the table. Gina’s trying pretty hard to get me to ST with her. I’m really not interested in either Gina or Yolanda but Yolanda is pretty drunk at this point and she’s actually got quite abit of character to her tonight. I tell them both that I’ll come back down, I just need to put away my laptop so, I start walking up to my room. Yolanda follows me across the pool, latches onto my arm and grabs her overnight bag. Now, I can be firm when I need to be but like I said, she was pretty drunk at this point and actually quite playful. So, I decide maybe I’ll try ST with her now and I can always call Charo up if I have a problem with her later. I pass Canuck by the pool, he’s getting ready to head out and catch his flight. We exchanged e-mails and cell numbers the day before and I now know a good wingman to have around for any future trips.
Up to my room we go and although Yolanda was mediocre my previous time with her, she was COMPLETELY different this time around. Literally ripped our clothes off and jumped on me. We immediately go at it in a variety of different positions and after about 15-20 minutes I pop. I’m normally good for one pop and then I need to recharge for 15 minutes but Yolanda would not have that. I order up some ravioli, which is again excellent, and Yolanda orders a conch salad. Finishing dinner, we sat around the pool at Blackbeard’s and had a few more drinks. Head up to my room and I begin round 2 for the night. She’s not as crazy as before but she was definitely better than our first night together. I fall asleep and wake up before her and with a little coaxing, I get my morning pop in. She’s back to her normal mediocre self.

Shower, dress and today is my last day so, I begin to start packing up. We head down, grab some breakfast and I clear my tab at the front desk. Talk abit with Yolanda and she agrees to accompany me into town and show me around a little. I haven’t really had a guide yet and since my flight doesn’t leave until 3PM, I figure I might as well try and get some last minute sight-seeing of the town in. I run into the English-speaking cab driver again and he takes us into Puerto Plata. Well, we end up in the same basic area I’ve been exploring, right by Central Park. There really isn’t much around here in the city itself. Narrow streets with shops on either side here and there. Lots of boarded up and abandoned buildings, people selling coconuts or other little trinkets. I take Yolanda into a little jewelry shop and buy her a pair of earrings and some shoes. She had lost one of her earrings and a pair of shoes she wore at the bikini contest went missing the previous night. Total damage was about 800 pesos. With Yolanda on my arm, I wasn't bombarded with people like my previous excursion into town but there were a few guys who tried to follow us around. They all spoke English and tried to strike up conversations with me. A few curt replies back and showing them that I'm obviously not interested, they soon left us alone.
I heard the weather was bad back in the US that morning so, I decide that getting to the airport earlier rather than later would probably be a good idea. We drop Yolanda off at her place and the cab driver proceeds to take me to the airport. It’s a good thing I decided to head out early, there was a car accident on the highway to get to the airport and traffic was backed up pretty far back. Took us roughly 45 minutes to get through and as we passed the accident, all it looked like was a simple fender-bender. But with the crowds of people around, you’d think someone had died. It was insane.
Anyway, I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare, check-in and after a hellish flight because of the weather finally made it back home.
Now, when I began writing this post, I didn’t really think I was going to go into this much detail. But I wanted people to know that you don’t have to go down to Blackbeard’s to bed as many girls as you possibly can and see who comes out with the highest tally count. I went down primarily to relax and vacation. Having the girls there was of course a high secondary priority but you don’t have to concentrate on them exclusively. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, had my fill of women and still got to explore the country abit. This was my first trip down and I never felt threatened or unsafe. I enjoyed myself so much, I’ve already made arrangements for my 2nd trip down in a few weeks. Blackbeard’s was already full so, this time I’ll be staying at Field of Dreams.

There is bug spray behind the bar but I really wish I had brought along some aerosol spray that I could just douse myself in. The mosquitoes were eating me alive at night. Sand fleas out on the beach can really chew up your feet and ankles too. I forgot to bring Sun-Block and if I didn’t pick any up at the local pharmacy, I would have turned into a lobster. I should have brought down a baseball cap because I couldn’t find a hat that would fit me down there. I’ve got a pretty big noggin.
The other thing I noticed while down at Blackbeard’s that isn’t talked about much on these boards is the fact that the girls seem to be VERY clique-ish. You’ll see the same groups of 4 or 5 girls hanging out together, with clusters of 2-3 girls here and there and a few girls who are constantly hanging out by themselves. The couple of girls I met that were part of the "IN" crowd were pro’s. Knew what they were doing, it felt great but at the same time. Mechanical. The other couple of girls I had were ones that hung out solo and for whatever reason, they were more fun in the sack for me. Multiple pops and smiles all the time, much more of a GFE experience. The girls are all very nice and civil with each other but you could tell there’s quite abit of politics going on behind the scenes. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but I thought it was funny that there’s "office politics" in even the oldest profession in the world.

Sensacion cabanas are less than a mile west of the intersection of the Costambar road and the main highway. Like most cabanas they have private garages that so guys can get in and out very discretely. Cabanas are used mostly by dominicans. Wouldn't want the wife, the girlfriend or the secretary to find out about that afternoon quickie you just picked up. A bit before you get to Sensacion on the right, you pass a couple of bar/discos on the left. Both are pick-up places you can get chicas to take to the cabanas.
Chicas at BB's come and go and also work at other clubs around Puerto Plata so getting them outside of BB's is usually not a problem though at a particular time they might have some commitment to stay for awhile.
Chicas also sometimes hang out around costambar beach. I have heard that BB's will rent rooms for ST which would be a lot easier for BB's chicas or those you may pickup in the area.
If you see a chica standing by the side of the road you'd like to get with, try asking if she wants a ride. This is not an unusual or alarming thing the way it might be percieved by some girls in the US. Many will happily say yes.Pretty chicas don't look forward to publicos or gua-guas because they often get groped and fondled in the crush. Be respectful, ask about her. Compliment her. Ask if she'd like to go with you to a cabana to relax and get to know each other better. If she says no you may still get her cell to try later. Otherwise pleasantly take her where she wants to go. I know Dominicans and extranjeros who have very high success rates with ordinary chicas doing this. They typically give them a regalo of 500 or 1000 pesos if the sex is good.

Shower, dress and today is my last day so, I begin to start packing up. We head down, grab some breakfast and I clear my tab at the front desk. There really isn’t much around here in the city itself. Narrow streets with shops on either side here and there. Lots of boarded up and abandoned buildings, people selling coconuts or other little trinkets. I take Yolanda into a little jewelry shop and buy her a pair of earrings and some shoes. She had lost one of her earrings and a pair of shoes she wore at the bikini contest went missing the previous night. Total damage was about 800 pesos. The other thing I noticed while down at Blackbeard’s that isn’t talked about much on these boards is the fact that the girls seem to be VERY clique-ish. I have been to Barba Negra 5 times and stayed there from August to September 2005 for 17 days. Your observations hit the nail right on the head. The political nature of what the chicas do there is very interesting to watch. There is constant undercurrent of game between them. Competition is a norm among most of them in varying degrees. Even the ones that you dont think are hardcare are actually just that. A number of expats take the gua-gua out to FoD for breakfast every day, and since the Irish pub got torn down a while back, I can easily imagine them becoming the local hangout both for the expats and for regular visitors like me who enjoy the North Coast scene in Puerto Plata but don't particularly care for the all-inclusives.
I agree with EK and Dijinn, Billy and Chris are great guys and extremely knowledgeable. As soon as they get settled in to a new place I plan on heading back down right away to check it out.

This is the fifth and final part of my Viking’s Trip Report. Sorry for the delay, but given the absence of responses to Part 4, I didn’t get the impression that anyone was holding their breath waiting for the next one.
After my morning’s dalliance with Anya, I was ready to plan the day’s fun. The girls were ALWAYS happy to get away from the Villa, but I didn’t want to stray too far or for too long, so I planned to leave just for lunch. So I have made all the arrangements for my first trip to BB's I will be there May 11 for the week (looking forward to it after a cold winter I will be the pasty white Canadian who has not seem the sum in 9 months :) ) but had some last min questions.
1 - What is the standard price for ST and LT with the women.
2 - Are the women ok with photos and or videos taken of them and if so what is the extra.
3 - How big is the saftey deposit box? will it hold a Laptop or not.
4 - Is it better to convert dollars at the airport or is there a bank near by.

The prices are 1500 pesos and 2500 pesos (st-lt)
The girls are not 100% with the pictures because they know that the pix end up on the net . But i took a few in my room and the jaccuzi .
The best way to change $ is at Jennys supermarket (ask your ride to stop there when he brings you to BB)

Dick, to answer your question, while I didn't take advantage of it, one can engage in sex in a variety of places at Vikings outside of your room; on the beach AND by the pool are outdoor beds. In the hot tub (so I've been told, but the hot tub was busted while I was there), and at night, pretty much anywhere (again, as I've been told). However, it would NOT have been proper to fuck in broad daylight right in front of everyone else. Not only would none of the guys have done it, I don't believe any of the girls would have allowed it either.

4) Do NOT under ANY circumstances convert at the airport. The airport exchange rate SUUUUCKS.
Jenny's was converting at a 32pesos to $1US rate. Western Union (which is in Puerto Plata and between the airport and BB's) was exchanging at a rate of 32.2pesos to $1US. Worse case scenario, exchange at BB's... they were offering 30.5pesos to $1US which is still better than the airport.
BTW, don't be afraid of asking the driver to stop at Jenny's or Western Union on the way to BB's. If you've arranged transportion from the airport to BB's, the guy isn't about to drive off with your bags because the BB's staff knows who he is. And you don't have to worry about paying the guy extra pesos for stopping off. If he asks for something extra, just tell him that you will settle everything at BB's and when you get there, just grab your stuff and walk into the lobby. BB's pays the cab and tacks it onto your bill so, there won't be any extra charge for the ride.
I got back late Monday night from Blackbeards. I am originally writing this report just for me to get it out of my system, but if it makes the board it is only because I thought there may be a few things that contribute to the banter there. I had a blast but this was a different kind of trip. I think I may need to take a break from this for a while as may become apparent as the report writes itself. (Obviously I have decided to post, so be warned, if you don’t like sappy stuff, stop here.)
I met up with a few amigos from the board. Third World, Left Coaster and Mayor. Great guys. Spent some quality time with both LC, and then with TW at the bikini contest and I was amazed as they wanted to look me up too. For the life of me I don’t know why. I also got to hook up with four friends from the East Coast and they made me feel like I could join up with them at anytime on their various excursions. I also befriended a few guys from the Baltimore area, and we would always make time to talk. When you fly solo like I do, this is a good thing.
Why Groundhogs Day? There is a classic movie with Bill Murray about a guy who lives a single day, Groundhogs Day (GHD,) over and over again and he is the only one who realizes it. As his day ends he is always awoken the next morning to the SAME day and he lives it multiple ways. Some days he goes crazy, some he is depressed, some days he kills himself, some he is a complete ass, all days he tries to bed the beautiful Addie McDowell. This trip I lived out GHD on many different levels.
Every day was eerily similar with the same food, same surroundings, same music, same people, same craziness, same beautiful chicas, same everything but the weather, and even that started to repeat itself. Don’t misunderstand me, I am not complaining or telling you the place is getting stale for me, but rather that I would look around and understand that I could live that same day over and over but I was in control of how I wanted to approach it, and that effected how it would all turn out. I would look into the mirror each morning and decide what kind of attitude I would bring to the table. I would then see how it would play out. I could be a buddy, a romantic, a letch, etc. and no matter what happened that day, I would wake up the next day and it would start all over again. GHD. That is what it was.
My first day, I was playful. Bedded a couple girls and then did TLN. I figured I would sample some of the talent and then see if they were “TLN worthy”. Great way to start things off and enjoyed two nice girls in separate session’s right off the bat. This always frustrated me because I wanted to please her. I would tell her this is a “date” and my dates pick what we want to do that evening unless I have something special planned. Actually the guys in question who were partying were a nice bunch, just a bit too open about what was going on. Bringing in cases of presidentes and drinking them on their porch set John off.
The second incident involved a local who almost came to fisticuffs with Tim over the bartender not pouring over generous shots. John went across the street to his house while this was happening and brought his pistol back with him. Things diffused quickly, but I think this incident pushed it over the edge. I did not say we were treated poorly..... and I know you are not talking about my friends and I when you mention lack of class... the girls love us... I have bought them bikinis at house prices, we bring candy and baseball caps and t-shirts for them - we feed them, buy house drinks as well as drink our own - tip them for silly things....
there are cheap people who figure they can have a really cheap trip by bringing their own booze, eating from the vendors etc....
Its not cheap to bring your own drinks to bb. Whats cheap is 5 or more guys come in rent a room and they all f**k in that same room THATS CHEAP. Hell when you bring your own drinks they are for you the ladies and friends. As for food who want to wait a hour and a half for a cheese burger and fries. When we went in nov 06 and feb 07 we kept are drinks in the room and when we came out we had are drinks in a cup. Point is if bb had a problem they should have approach the person or persons about it. When id had my music playing loud they told me to turn it down and id did. I guess next mth when we are there we won't have a taxi to pick us up.

I have been coming to Blackbeard’s since a few months after it opened. 6 or 7 trips. It has been a great place in my opinion because David and Tim do care about their guest having a good time. John drinks too much, has a very bad back and takes pain pills for it. Alcohol and pain medication can be a very bad combination.
When Blackbeard’s was just getting started and occupancy rates were lower, I think they appreciated our business more. They are a victim of there success. I had a friend that had been coming to Blackbeard’s for years too, making 12-15 trips. This was not a trouble maker; never bought his beer at Jenny’s and brought it in. There was a misunderstanding as to how many days he was to spend. He pre-paid for 6 nights at check-in and only stayed 5 nights. He figured it was no big deal; the extra night would be applied to his restaurant and bar bill. It wasn’t. He has not been back since. $50.00 or $58.00 with tax is not a big deal, but it put a bad taste in his mouth.
I am going to be at Costambar from June 8 – 18. I am saying at a hotel/racquetball club for $30.00 a night with no tax. (I will arrive with 3 small green peaces of paper with Ben Franklin’s portrait on them). So I will be paying less than one half of what I would pay at BB’s ($600.00 x 16% = $696). The rooms have air conditioning and king size beds and safes and Wifi internet. The owner of the place does not want too publicize the rate I have been offered because he is asking higher rates on his web site. So I will not name it or post the website here. However if you PM me I will give you the name and contact information.
I am going to stay in a nice place. But it is about a 1 ½ miles away from Blackbeards. Walking distance for many of you but for this 300 pounder in the mid-June heat it is actually too far for me to walk. So I was planning to book again at Blackbeard’s because it is more convenient, and BB’s is still cheaper than a Holiday Inn in Kokomo, Indiana.
But the only rooms BB’s has that have 24/7 air conditioning are the D-rooms over the bar. The D – rooms were booked for half the time would be there. In the other building the air only works when the electric is on. In my opinion John’s money would have been better spent on improving the generators for the larger building so the air would work all the time. Instead of building a volleyball court and a clothing optional sun bathing area (which sounds good, but I have never seen anyone actually use).
This is the first time that I will be an outsider coming in to BB’s. I will report how I am treated. I will buy food and drinks at BB’s and take some of the girls back to my hotel. I may try the motorcycle rides for the first time…”fat bald guy on the back of motorcycle, News and 11:00”.
I may have added to the confussion on this. The incidents I reported just put it over the top. It didn't help that David was on vacation when I was there and John took over for him. John just saw first hand that stuff was going on instead of just popping in and walking around like he usually does.
Really I can't blame him, and EK, it wasn't you. They are experiencing record occupancy rates and I think they know they don't have to put up with some of the stuff they have had to put up with in the past because of that. Part of the raising of the rates is due to their success, and some of it is to weed out the "cheapskates". Although prices are climbing, this is still a great value.
I talked to John a bit this trip and he understands that he can't stock everyones favorite brands. Traveler is right. As long as you don't call attention to yourself and put it out there for everyone to see, John had no problem with that.
By the way they made a couple of nice changes at BB's. A new computer (the old one finally fried) and for the first time there I actually had hot water for a shower (Yahoo!).

I was in Dr. from the 20th to the 27th of April and before boarding i paid 20$ us at the POP airport as a tourist tax .

Well, I just got back from my second trip for a week down in the DR. I won’t be making it back there again until June so, I really needed this trip. I ran into Dpilzbo, El Drunko, J-Man, Silicon Surfer and another fellow from Jersey (who’s handle I can’t remember) on this trip. Hanging with these guys definitely was an experience.
My previous stay down in the DR was at Blackbeard’s. This time I decided to try something different and stay at the Field of Dreams Inn instead of being cooped up constantly in Costambar. I heard good things about FoD, Billy and Chris and wanted to broaden my horizons abit. This ended up being the best decision I made.
Thursday was my first night there and I struck up a conversation with Chris at the hotel, who was more than glad to show me around. He drove me first to the Western Union to exchange currency and then to an Orange wireless provider to buy a sim card for my cell-phone along with a handful of 100peso cards. I’d never been extensively outside of Costambar but I got thrown right into the mix as we headed straight for Sosua. We stopped off at some small neighborhood bars where a few of Chris’s local friends hang out and eventually, we ended up at La Passion on my first night. The girls there are great-looking, lots of variety to choose from and I took one into the back on a recommendation from Chris. She turned out to be a GREAT recommendation, a lot of fun and very playful. I didn’t take her out for the night though because I prefer to have a good night’s sleep my first day of a week long mongering trip. Need to charge up the batteries!
My second day there, I had scheduled two dives in the morning with a local dive shop that Billy recommended. I come back that afternoon to find Silicon Surfer and Jersey hanging around the bar area. They had both just arrived and were about to hop into a cab and head to downtown Sosua. I figure, what the hell and I decided to go along with them. We split the cab fare (500 pesos divided 3 ways) and ended up walking down Sosua’s main street. Going with these guys turned out to be a wise decision. Both were veterans, had been to Sosua multiple times and were CRAZY. This ended up working out great because all the girls would flock to them like wildfire and I wasn’t having to constantly fight chicas off of me, I would just let them do it. Between the 3 of us, we were picking up girls’ cell numbers right off the street. We eventually make it to Rocky’s to grab some food (Great ribs! Although, a looooong wait for them) and then continued the trek back up the street we just came down. Somehow we ended up at La Passion’s again where the guys picked up two girls each. None of the other Passions girls really interested me much but I went home with a girl I met the previous night at the locals’ bar with Chris. She’s a "non-pro" who was just interested in having a good time with me that night. Although, she’s not technically a "working girl" they do still expect some form of compensation the following morning so, I made sure to take care of her. Very sweet girl, GFE all the way, even invited me back to her apartment to cook for me.
Next morning (it’s now Saturday) I get two morning dives in again and I meet a Canadian couple on the morning charter. I learn they are staying at one of the all-inclusive resorts down the street. They were down here on vacation and really had no clue about anything going on outside of the resort area. When they asked me what I was doing down in the DR, I simply told them that I had a few friends who lived down here and would occasionally visit them a few times throughout the year. After a nice lunch with the couple, I head back to FoD, where I bump into the other guys just getting up from their previous night’s festivities.
We decide to go hit Sosua Beach and see what girls we could find along the shore. Lounging on the shore, under the shade of palm trees sipping a pineapple is the life! There are these guys who will hussle and get you anything you want: food, drinks, cigars, girls, etc. Tony Macaroni is a fellow I will be seeing again my next trip down there. Dpilzbo shows up abit later on his own and we all spend the rest of the afternoon on the beach. The guys get a few numbers to call later but again, nothing that really interested me out here, just a lot of eye candy and young under-age girls. I ended up being pretty disappointed with the beach.
By late afternoon, we all start heading back to Field of Dreams and make a quick pit stop at Crystal’s. It’s only around 5PM and the club portion isn’t open yet, only the bar/pool area. Well, SSurfer scoops up a girl here as well as Jersey, who ends up with a pair of identical twins! Actually, SSurfer paid for one twin and I paid for the other, it was Jersey’s birthday today so, we figured we’d have to make it memorable for him. Dpilzbo made arrangements for that night and I didn’t really find anything interesting at Crystal’s. We make it back to the hotel and after a quick shower, we all head out to grab a steak at El Toro. I haven’t had good beef in the DR and although El Toro’s steaks were decent, it’s still not the same as we have here in the States. BTW, don’t order the Surf-n-Turf here. The surf portion of the meal is just 8 pieces of TINY shrimp with no lobster in sight. And taking girls out to a nice restaurant really doesn’t impress them. They would just as soon stick with Pollo con Arroz for dinner over a nice juicy filet. Good thing I didn’t bring a girl along with me tonight!
After we finished up with dinner, we all headed on over to Classico’s. The place was really hopping: alcohol was flowing, music was going and good looking girls everywhere you looked. You couldn’t walk around without constantly bumping into people and I was told that it was actually a slow Saturday for the club! We spend an hour here and I pick up a lovely girl by the name of Everly who has her own car. So, we leave Classico’s and end up back at FoD for some fun. We were up til 4AM, when she she tells me she has to head out to take care of some family obligations in the morning. I didn’t really mind at that point so, I walked her out to her car and then got a few hours of deep sleep in.
I’m usually an early riser so, I’m up at 8:30AM the following morning. I decide to see what’s across the street at Playa Dorado and end up jogging past the golf course, down to the beach, up along the shore, cut through the resort area, then onto the highway and back to the hotel. I’d say it’s around 2-2. 5 miles if anyone else wants to try and do it. Along the way, motochoncos and street vendors were pulling along side of me left and right, asking if I needed a ride, smokes or a girl. I guess going for a morning jog in the DR is NOT a common occurrence, especially along the highway. It was interesting to see what the inside of these all-inclusives look like, it really is a whole ‘nother world in there and I can see why people come down to vacation there. But my interests lay more in mongering so, I’ll stay away from the AI’s.
I get back to the hotel and apparently, there was a little bit of drama as one of the twins that Jersey brought home decided she wanted to leave during the middle of the night. The other twin was happy to stay with him and was a lot of fun all night. So, guys, if you goto Cristal’s and see the twins, stay away from the bigger chested of the two. She’s the one who walked out on him.
Jersey is going to be leaving tomorrow morning so, we all decide that he should pick where we go tonight. Jersey decides he wants to go to El Bohene over in Puerto Plata tonight. Not wanting to make the trip back and forth from Sosua to Puerto Plata, we decide to just spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool. It was nice to not be running around for an afternoon and just sit back. Dpilzbo is able to free himself up and decides to join us tonight.
We head out a little early right after dinner and begin by hitting the local spots in Puerto Plata, first Crystal’s: noone was around and the club portion wasn’t open yet, then Frank’s: there were a few girls there and we had a round of drinks but we didn’t stick around for too long and finally, El Bohene. We were the first guys in the place and they seated us right next to the stage. Of course the girls come up and start pole-dancing right in front of us. We spend a little over an hour here bullshitting and having drinks. Both Jersey and SSurfer each have 2 girls in-hand with Dpilzbo and I having selected 1 girl each.
We head back to the hotel where El Drunko and Jman are nekkid in the pool with 3 girls. Showing up with 6 girls in tow, it didn’t take long for all the girls to end up topless in the pool/jacuzzi areas. I hung around with my girl for about a half-hour before retiring for the night to my room with her. I know the party was still going strong at 4:00AM and the music didn’t get turned off until 6AM because it kept me up all night. The next morning while we were sitting around having a super-late breakfast, I overheard one of the other older guests complaining to Billy about the racket all night long. There was also a commotion with a few of the girls from El Bohene and apparently 3 of them had left. The 2 that were with SSurfer and 1 of the 2 that were with Jersey. There was a lot of finger-pointing going on and in the end who knows what happened. I’m sure some of the guys got a little out of hand and the girls didn’t like it so, an argument started which snowballed into 3 of them leaving that night. I didn’t have a problem with my girl, in fact I had a great evening with her and I don't really have anything bad to say about her or El Bohene. If you do goto El Bohene just be careful as YMMV depending on which girl you pick up.
Anyway, Jersey heads back to the States today and the rest of us head off to Sosua late in the afternoon to see what’s around. Today is now Monday and apparently, it’s the Dominican Republic’s version of Labor Day so, a lot of businesses were closed. There were also a lot less people walking about on the streets of Sosua today. We stopped off at Bailey’s to grab a little bite (The girls here are ALL knockouts! Too bad they weren’t on the menu! ) and then walked on down to Passion’s. Dpilzbo hooks up with 2 girls here and we order a whole bunch of pizzas to take back to the hotel with us for dinner. SSurfer and I were both looking for some fresh girls so, after the pizza arrived we all jumped into Chris’s minivan and headed back to Puerto Plata. SSurfer and I get dropped off at Cristal’s while Dpilzbo and his girls all get driven back to the hotel. This is the first time that I’ve made it into Cristal’s club portion of the establishment and I gotta admit, it’s great! SSurfer knew a bunch of the girls there already so, we were constantly surrounded by them. The girls get up one or two at a time to dance on the elevated stage and after being there for about a half-hour, this one girl really caught my attention. Absolutely amazing dancer and a rock-hard tight body. As soon as she walked off the stage, I called her over and I knew I found my girl for the night. SSurfer already had a girl sitting in his lap and we turn around to find Chris chatting up a girl behind us. With Chris back, we cough up the salidas for the girls and everyone heads back to the hotel for a pizza party! Compared to the previous night, it’s actually pretty tame, no naked twister/pool party tonight and after about an hour I head in with my girl for the night. All that dancing she’s been doing really paid off for me, I had the best night out of the entire week with her. In fact, her performance was so good, at breakfast the following morning, I decided to have her stay with me for the rest of the following day too. It’s the first time a girl down here actually wore me overnight.
Tuesday, we lose SSurfer and it’s now just me and Dpilzbo. Dpilzbo had to clear the two girls he was with out early because he had a new girl scheduled to show up at noon. I decide to do some "touristy" things today and make plans to head over to Ocean World with my girl. Dpilzbo thinks Ocean World is a good idea and decides to come along with his girl also. My girl heads back to her place to get a change of clothing and returns later that afternoon. Meanwhile Dpilzbo’s girl showed up right on time (amazingly enough! ) and once my girl was back, we all take a cab ride out to Ocean World. We got a late start to the day so, we missed all the dolphin shows and attractions but got to see the sharks, tigers and seals. It was an interesting day. But it really doesn’t compare with what we have back here in the States, although the girls really enjoyed themselves. That said I will probably make it out here one more time on a future trip to actually try a dolphin swim. After a few hours at Ocean World we took a cab back into Puerto Plata, grabbed some dinner along the Malecon and eventually made our way back to the hotel. It was a nice relaxing day and I got to do something other than prowling around the streets all day, which does tend to start wearing you down after a week of constantly doing it.
I spend one more TLN with my Cristal’s girl and then the next morning I pack up and get ready to leave. Dpilzbo was supposed to be on the same flight with me back to the States but at the airport, he decided to extend his stay a few more days. I wish I could have arranged to stay longer but work seems to always get in the way of fun. My second trip down to the DR was just as much fun as my first trip and I’ve already got my flight booked for the middle of June!

"the one and only" reporting......are you certain he purchased fod from billy? when i was down there talking with billy, he mentioned that lino was agreeing to take over "management" of the place, make improvements with his own money and essentially paying billy a monthly "rental" fee for use but not outright purchase of the property. if things go well for lino then there would be talks about purchasing later on.
the number i heard being batted around was also $200. 00/night all-inclusive. apparently, lino was also going to finish off and add a second floor to the property, similar to the way billy originally envisioned fod. but the second floor units would all be part of the all-inclusive rental package and not for condo or time-share sales like billy wanted to do.
i wonder how lino is getting around the "illegal to pimp" in the dominican republic law with this venture. i'm sure blackbeard's would have started selling room/girl packages if they could have figured out how to circumvent the law too. hell, maybe when lino gets this new place up and running, blackbeard's will have to start offering similar packages to compete.

It depends on whether one likes downtown Manhattan or not, my friend!
Its all a matter of personal preference.
Sosua is just not my cup of tea.
My experience with Europa Plaza was that while a studio apartment was cheap, it was pretty rundown and the other amenities couldn't compare to BB. Voramar is more expensive.
I also prefer the quiet "nowhere" surroundings. The beach at Costambar when I have spent time there was only being used by a few locals and expats. Rented a cot, laid it out under a tree with a beer and a girl and a cigare and had a great time.

When i went in Dr. last month i was at BB and i found the place soso but the fact of having grisl on location was great . I didint stay long enough (2 days at BB) and it was my 1st time soi cant say if i would repeat a 3rd time but i will go back a second for sure .
As far as FOD it's a really nice place and Billy is a verry nice guy . I passed by with a friend from the US . Billy showed us the place . Since i liked Mangou club waht i liked about FOD is that they are verry close by .
Billy talked to me about changes at FOD but didnt get into any details if he was selling the property or renting the place out .

I want to check out FOD and a some other spots but I love BB's sooo much! The love there is unbelievable. Everytime I go it's a couple new chicas I have to get and if I don't get them then, it just gives me a reason to go back.
I just returned from Costambar Monday April 30th and just got another ticket for Noviembre.
I think I'll post my report from last week now that I think about it.
Billy is out, Lino and his partners are in. They purchased the hotel, and also all the land in front from another party for expansion. The difference is, Lino and his partner are born dominicans. Blackbeards cannot get away with what Lino can. Having the balls to open this establishment across from Playa Dorada is amazing in itself. Although this location is quite "far out", it is , in my opinion, close enough to attract the sosua monger (one who rents a car anyway).

I totally agree, Different strokes for different folks. But when you are dealing with room rates, they are typically higher in a more convienent area. I, for one, hope that more and more mongers discover and fall in love with Blackbeards. That way I can take a little bit longer nap at night before going out, and more girls will be available!!

About three weeks ago I'm having lunch with my chica (from BBs) at a side- walk cafe on the Malecon in Puerto Plata. The owner of the restaurant, an American expat, comes out and sits with us. Yes JJ that can quickly become no fun. I was lured by my chica into my novia begins to act like a wife situation. I try to treat everyone fairly and I was giving her the benefit of the doubt until she began trying to dig too deeply into my wallet. That is where I have to "draw the line". Well, I believe they have had some problems with the Costambar residents' association and certain issues regarding privacy fences, noise etc. On the other hand, clearly Blackbeard's does bring some economic benefits to the neighborhood and hotels in this kind of area are not going to flourish without some form of niche marketing.
As far as the Field of Mustang Ranch and Wet Dreams goes, it amazes me that the ownership would think that they could pull this off. Clearly they must have thought that the fix was well in at the local level, but perhaps did not anticipate that Big Business (i.e. Playa Dorada hotels) would take the issue right to the national level of government.
IMHO the chances of sticking up a sign saying "Cristal Mustang Ranch Brothel--Get Laid Here" right across the road from the main gateway to Playa Dorada is very, very slim.

As Frannie noted, their have been some complaints from Puritanical types in the neighborhood, (I doubt it was the Europeans, though) BB has managed to avoid closure due to its (relatively) low profile.
Aside from the obvious benefit of jobs to lots of locals other than the chicas, the place IS well-hidden.
The prostitution in Sosua can exist because it is not centered on one "house".
Its all individual girls on the streets and clubs.
It was staggering that this place

could have existed so blatantly right across from Playa Dorada.
And it is no surprise that BIG money had its way with the Tourism officials.

June 8 Day One
I arrived in POP on time with an uneventful flight from Columbus, Ohio on Delta, changing planes and layover in Atlanta. This is the first time that I have come the Dominican Republic in the summer, there is no time difference this time of the year. When I come in December I gain an hour, must have something to do with day light savings time. I land at 2:00 PM and Steve (name changed) who I met in Sousa on my last trip, was there at the airport to meet me. Steve is from New York, but lives here now. He owns a restaurant in Sousa and invests in Real Estate. He takes me Costambar, we stop at Jenney’s Market where I can change some money and get some supplies. I get an exchange rate of 31.5. Not as good as December when I could get 32.5 or even 33. I get two large bottles of water and a large bottle of diet Coke and a large bottle of Dominican Rum. Then it is off to L’oase.
Jose owner of L’oase greets us and checks me in. I through my bags into my room and the three of us have our first Presedente about 3:00 PM. The temp is only 83 degrees but it is humid. The room is nice, however the air only works when the electric is on, the same as at the larger building at Blackbeards and the electric has been off a lot according to Jose. This is not good.
Off to Blackbeards about 4:00. Steve and I are the only men there when we arrive. There are about 15 – 20 girls setting in the bar area. We order up another beer and I began checking out the talent. Several of the girls remember me from past visits and greet me friendly. David sees me and greets me. I have been coming to Blackbeard since a month or so after it opened. He is a little surprised that I am not staying with them, but he does not have much of a problem with it. In fact when Blackbeards is full(they only have 22 rooms) they send people to L’oase because it is close and guest friendly. John is in Florida. Tim returned with 8 to 10 guys he had out fishing about 5:00. Mighty hot to be out on the Caribbean waters, but to each his own.

June 9 Day Two
I started my day my typing my report for day one. Doing some work on line Loase has WiFi that works fairly well. The good news is that the air conditioning has worked at night and I have turned it off during the day. I am ok in the common areas of Loase and BB’s with the fans during the day. It is hot but maybe not as bad as I have feared.
I left Loase and headed for BB’s about 3:00 PM. The Bikini Contest started a 4:00 PM. I had a late lunch at BB’s. I had the mixed burritos that were quite good. I brought my video camera and filmed the first round of the contest. I found the girl that I wanted to marry, well marry at least for the evening. She was number 8 in the contest, 20 year old Yoka. Or if you're in a hurry, choose between the girl hanging on to your arm, the one hanging on to your other arm, and the one clinging to your belt. She'll take you upstairs, either to her own room or to one of the other rooms they have for this, it will be a bed and a fan and not much else but it will be clean. If its her own room it might be a bunk bed, but she probably won't take you there unless the other rooms are occupied.

I guess it depends on the parties involved. I find that "taking the edge off" things with communication, a massage, compliments, small gift, etc.

There are many places in POP to find girls.
Once you have one, there are several cabanas on the west side of Costambar, (west of POP). These are "love nests" where you can disappear with a girl for a couple of hours. Showers, usually a jacuzzi, bed, condoms, etc.
If renting a car, just drive into an open garage and its self-service.
The girl can help you there as to what to do.
Or take a taxi and simply have him drop you off and walk into an open garage. They link to motel rooms with everything included inside.

Portofino Guesthouse 1-809-586-2858 is on Hermanas Mirabal, the street that runs from the main highway past the stadium to the malecon. It's a couple blocks up from longbeach on the east side of the road. Crystals is a couple blocks away on the west side. This is a clean cheap chica friendly hotel with a pizza restaurant.
There used to be some bars and restaurants on the corner of long beach that were a major chica pick-up spot. They all got torn down within the last year. It would be good to have a recent update but I would be surprised if you wouldn't have a reasonable selection of chicas riding through on motoconchos or hanging out at some of the surviving spots in the area.
Before they tore down the longbeach bars I would have confidently recommended to just take a taxi to longbeach pick up a chica (perhaps vetted by a bar owner) and walk or take a moto to Portofino. All very close to Playa Dorada and very inexpensive.

From outside Playa Dorada take a public taxi to Sosua (about 15 mins, costs $1). About 6 p.m. would be a good time. Take a motoconcho to Hotel Europa (75 cents). Look around there for a girl, and if you don't find one, walk slowly towards the beach checking out various bars en route. If you encounter a girl you like (she will probably approach you) offer her 1000 pesos and have her take you to Calypso (300 pesos for room). Fuck her. Take motoconcho back to parada de taxis. Take public taxi back to Playa Dorada.

Don't eat at the restaurant that is for gates 6-10. It had more roaches that a little bit. I even saw one crawling out of the top of the hot ass coffee thinggie. Make sure you are good and full before going to that airport.
