This is the second largest city in DR. It is about halfway between Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo.

There are many clubs here. Passions and Casa Blanca are my 2 favorites.
Caribe tours bus line runs between the 3 points. It costs around $2.50 one way. It takes about an hour and 40 minutes. You can take a taxi for 900 pesos.

There is really nothing to do here but shop and visit the mentioned clubs. Most of the people living here are not poor and won't really bother with you, unless you speak Spanish. There is an area located by the monument, and there are many restaurants to choose from.

The two nicest hotels here are Hodelpha Centro Plaza and Gran Arimante Hotel & Casino. I usually stay at these when I stay overnight.

I must now add this, that I just discovered the Cabanas. Wow.
There must be dozens of these hourly hotels in this City anone.

For anyone that has been to both Remmington Palace in Santo Domingo and Passions in Santiago.

I have been to RP in SD and luved it....I liked the club like atmoshpere and the selection of girls there was awesom....I personally like lighter skin and younger (18-25) girls.....that look like JLO, Penelope Cruz, ...etc..you get the picture.....

My question is how does Passions compare to RP? I have heard there are like 100 beauties at Passion...which is more than RP. How is the quality of girls compared to RP? As far as looks and attitude and price?

Any info would be nice....in addition what hotels in Santiago allows girls?

Thanks for all the help!

My brief 2 day trip in Sep: Took a taxi(6 times more exp. than a bus from sosua), got violently sick half-way up the mountains, and didn't fully recover until i left the following day by caribe tour bus; much cheaper, only 1 hour 20 minute ride.....Didn't particularly like passions. Was exp. and most girls were lite-skinned, 6-6.5. I froze my ass off in the place, it was quite dark, and the guy waiters expected tips on top of the extra service tax they were already billing you for...Also went to a disco real late on tuesday called Boomerangs. mostly played merengue and Bachatta. A nice place. But unknowingly arrived for the start of the male burlesqe show which my female companion really liked; as soon as it ended all the women quickly dispersed. I stayed 1 nite in Santiago with my gal-friend from Sosua in a hotel called Consorcio Colonial de Luxe, C. por A. It was on Salavador Cucurullo No. 115. Phone:247-3122. Clean, ac, cable. Ask for top floor, nice view of city, and there's an open sun-deck by the roof. I paid including tax.. 476 pesos, not knowing it came with 2 beds(1 queen). But for just i queen bed with ac. it's 95 pesos less; and you'll get a room located where the ac supposedly won't turn off so often....Santiago was definitely a change from Sosua, as absolutely no girls approached me for money, not even in the strip club; and no-one else even asked me to come in their shops to buy anything!

As a gringo who once lived in Santiago, let me set the record straight. Passions Club sucks. Last time I was there the girls were all a bunch of old pros. Most worked in Puerto Plata or Sosua ripping off gringos before migrating to Santiago seeking fresh meat. They were all cokeheads and wanted 2500+ pesos. This is double of what they wanted only a few years ago. I didn't even see anything special there, mostly 5's. Casablanca and Riverside are smaller and might have a little better girls.

But why go all the way to the DR to pay $150 for fagged-out, drugged-up *****? And why stay at the Gran Admirante for $100 / night. Your best bet is to stay at the Hotel Puerto Rico (tell Tony that you are a friend of Dan's) for $8 / night and chase the girls in the Plaza Valerio. Prices there are like 200 pesos ($11 US).

But why give these ****** your money at all? I prefer to spend my time with normal dominican women. What makes the DR special is that 90% of the dominicanas are available. All you have to do is speak a little spanish and let them spoil you.

Hello fellow mongers,

will be in Santiago on 12/24 through Jan 5th for some heavy -duty -hobbying. Have heard conflicting reports about Passions and Riverside clubs. Can anyone shed any light on these. I speak some spanish and have spent a lot of time in SD but never in Santiago. I will be with some local guys but I'd also like to meet like-minded hobbyists who are in the area at that time.

Hey,

for Hotel check MSG #1081 or take a "Cabaņa" (try Zeus or better
HELIOS, they are both close to Passions Disco/Night Club)

Clubs/Discos
Passions
Casa Blanca
Riverside (heavy airconditioned)
Plaza Merengue (It's more a local place/disco but great girls around)

and try ZOILAS, it's a little hidden but they have about 15 girls
there and 2 or 3 have been really good looking, and its inexpensive
cover fee is 260 pesos, a bottle of Absolut Vodka with Orange Juice
about 400 Pesos (YES i couldn't believe it!!). They do Shows there
during the night...Haven't had time to go there this year but last
Oct. it still has been a good place to go.

Ask the Taxi Drivers, Taxi Fares within Santiago should be around 100
Pesos.

Have Fun

What's a car wash? - It's a car wash! drive in, drop it off, they wash it. there will also be a semi-open air restaurant/bar with dance floor to practise your moves on.

you don't have to get the car washed if you don't want to.

Santiago is a different beast from, say, Santo Domingo, Sosua, Puerta Plata etc. Not a touristy town at all, so the gems are not in your face as much. But, boy, the women in Santiago are awesomely beautiful. For a tourist, you really need to take more time and have an ex-pat or a Dominican you can trust (which, sad to say, is basically an oxymoron) show you around, 'present' you to a certain girl. There are massage parlors etc but they won't be used to seeing that many foreigners. Just a different approach, all around.

Was in Santiago passing thru. Hit Passions and Casa Blanca.
Didn't like Passions at all ... chicas not so bonita and very aggressive ... waiters very aggressive too.
Casa Blanca was just the opposite ... some nice chicas and no one was real aggressive. There was the occassional hard sell chica but most were cool.
One chica at Casa Blanca tried to over-charge me for a session. The cost is 1500 pesos normal and she told me I had to pay an additional 500 for the room. The guys behind the bar who take the money all played up to it too.
Luckily, I had made friends with one of the managers earlier that night and he raised the BS flag. I dumped this chica and got another ... I like to tip and take care of chicas who do a nice job but i hate cheats.
By the way, say Hi to Reyes at Casa Blanca. He's the manager who help me out. He's a great guy and good to know.
Casa Blanca is a good place especially on the weekend after about 11pm, but beware of the scam.

Any ideas how much it may cost to have a driver with a car on permanent basis for two-week period? And where to hire one?

Member #3407

Mirco,

With respect to getting a driver and a car for a 2-week period, it will probably be prohibitively expensive. You might do best to rent your own car and find a reliable person to accompany you. Otherwise, you might consider hiring a motorconcho (motorcycle) which will be much less expensive.

In Sosua/Puerto Plata, they tend to take advantage of foreigners, so you might inquire in Santiago where the people tend to be less dependent on the tourist trade.

I used to live in Santiago and found the people to be quite honest and reliable as compared to the capital.

Good luck and let us all know about your adventures.

One of the best places to stay in Santiago is the Hotel Colonial. The people are wonderful there and the accomodations range from basic to luxury. Ask for Lazaro and tell him that Dan from California says hello.

I made a web page for them that you can find at:

www.geocities.com/hotelcolonialsantiago

Another good choice for a very inexpensive place is the Hotel Puerto Rico. Again tell the manager (Tony Reyes) that Dan sent you and give him my greetings.

Santiago is great if you want to see the real DR without the influence of tourists. It's a great place for girlfriend action.

Enjoy the chicas of Santiago!

Hi all. I will be in DR for the last 2 weeks in Oct. Does anyone here know any areas in this particular town where older street women can be found during the day? Also, are there any safe rooms that charge by the hour?

Thanks,

Does anyone have any updates on the Santiago scene?

Does anyone have information on how the recent earthquake may have affected various venues in that city? Apparently a number of buildings were damaged and I am curious if that has resulted in the closing of any of Santiago's clubs, bars, etc.?

Fellow mongers,

I am finally making it to DR. ON the first of hopefully many trips. Please post current info on hotel and chica status.

I live in San Antonio. So the only way to travel to DR (to avoid an overnight stay in the US. Is to fly to Santiago before going to Sosua. JDR has me convinced on Sosua.) I will arrive on the 5th of Nov in Santiago, stay a night and then proceed to "Monger Heaven"?

I am a veteran of Brasil trips. Can speak medio culo spanish/portugues.

Where can I find a chica friendly hotel for the night and a chica rich environment? Would like a wife for the night. Or a few hours. Not looking for the full Santiago experience, just a babe for the evening.

Thank you and happy hunting,

Falcao

P.S. If you live in San Antonio DO NOT USE the internet for your travel. Their bookings suck. I saved time and money going to Escapade Travel, 11761 Blanco Rd. 210-340-6100/1-800-955-6716. Very very low prices (my ticket was cheaper than what the internet (travelocity/orbitz) offered). And talk to Mary Lee. She starts to work as soon as you call her. Personalized service. She makes you feel like your vacation is her goal in life. And she will help you no matter where you call from as long she gets the business. Best $26 I spent. Yes, $26 dollar commission. Every other place in town wants around $50 and treats you like crap. And she is the one who found me the trip without spending an overnight in Dallas or NYC/NJ for more money. She is good. If you are not in San Antonio it will probably involve credit card and e-ticket or credit card & FEDEX.

Oh and for those that think I get a profit from this NO! Just met her today and thought I would share this with my fellow monger brothers. Besides I don't like women who speak english. :) Well except of course, Roxane.

Hi guys,

I will be in the DR and I am interested to visit Cuba. As far as I know there are only 2 direct flights from Sto Dgo 2 La Havana (Sundays+Thursdays). As these days are not convenient with my agenda , does anyone know about boat / ferry / velero from the North part of the Rd to the east coasts of Cuba, such as Santiago de Cuba.

How long it takes+$$$

Greetings,

I'm going to be exploring Sosua in late January 2004, and want to take a trip into Santiago to see the scene. I'd read a few posts about tour guides taking you into town, and wanted to know if this was indeed a viable option, or a waste of money. What are the chica options out there? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

J-stem,

I was in Sosua in OCT 2003 and flew in to Santiago. I only stayed there for a short time to eat. The ride from Sosua is 1 and a half hours costing 30 to 40us by cab. Everyone says that club passions and the carwashes are hot and loaded with chicas. I hope this help. BTW I will be in your mongering town of curacao on Jan 9 to 12. Then in DR on jan 16 to 19 at the sosua palace stop by and ask for blue.

I'll be returning to DR to visit the south coast, but will be spending my first and last nights in Santiago.

On my previous trip, I visited the following places:

Hotels:
Hodelpa Centro Plaza
Colonial

Nightclubs:
Casa Blanca
Ilusion
Pasion

I'll likely checkout Porky's(Riverside) and Diversion this time. Any suggestions on other places to visit in Santiago?

If you have private contacts to share that you don't want posted publicly, please send me a private message.

The Vladimir Chronicles - Dominican Republic
Chapter 06: Santa Came Early (Or So She Said)

I packed up my stuff in the morning then walked outside to make sure my driver from Sosua didn't come to wait for me. He wasn't around so I called Jonny who had offered to take me back to Sosua for 600 pesos, 200 pesos less than the standard charge of the Costambar drivers. Jonny said he'd be over in 20 minutes, so I grabbed my stuff and went to check out.

I waited at the front desk while the bartender went to get someone from the office. One of the cuter but slightly heavier ladies was playing pool with a gentleman she had been with since I arrived. She had been checking me out a lot and came to tell me she was sorry to see me go while her date was in the restroom. I ended up having to wait for a while to get checked out, I don't know what took so long, but it was slightly annoying. Another driver had arrived and was waiting in the meantime, when I finally got checked out he mentioned that Jonny had sent him because he went to Santo Domingo.

We were already in the car when I thought I should double check on the price. Of course I was being charged the standard 800, but at this point it wasn't cost nor time effective to find another ride. During the ride, I had mentioned that I would be going to Santiago later in the day. The driver handed me his business card and offered to take me for the "special" price of only 1200 pesos. Twenty five minutes later, I paid the driver and carried my backpack into the Voramar.

I headed to the Palace around 2pm to see if anyone was around. Nigel was there, and had his bags packed up to go to Santiago. He was taking the Caribe Tours bus which was only 70 pesos, less than $2 US while the other driver wanted $33 and the standard price was $35 US or more. I was initially concerned about the comfort and quality of the bus ride, but Nigel said the bus was very nice, so I decided to go that route. Nigel didn't expect the taxi for another 40 minutes to an hour, so I told him I'd go with him if he wanted to wait while I ran a few quick errands. He said he wanted to be in Santiago before 5pm, but if I was back in less than an hour he'd probably still be there. I then went to change some money and use the Internet, but he was already gone when I returned about 45 minutes later. John was there and gave me a few tips on Santiago. Nigel had written down the name of a place called Helios where he was planning to stay, but John told me that was a short time Cabana that sold time in blocks of four hours, nice but expensive to use as a 24 hour hotel room. He recommended a place called Hotel Hodelpa. He asked if I knew where to go, so I mentioned that I knew of Casa Blanca and Pasion. He recommended Ilusion as one of the better places.

I wasn't in a rush now, so I walked over to get tacos again at La Roca. I then headed over to the cheap taxi stand to get a ride back to the Voramar to grab my bags, then on to Caribe Tours. The buses leave every hour, and I arrived 10 minutes before the next bus was ready to leave. I just finished paying when they announced that the bus was boarding. We all walked outside and to the left where a large, air conditioned bus was waiting.

I was impressed by the quality of the bus. The seats were larger and more comfortable than I had expected, and they had two mounted televisions connected to a video source to play movies. They also supposedly had a bathroom, but I never needed to use it so I didn't check it out. We were off on our way soon, so I sat back and watched the movie that was in progress.

We stopped in Puerto Plata to pick up more passengers. A few cute ladies boarded, taking the seats behind me and across from me. When we continued on, the ones behind me patted my head. Soon the one across asked if she could sit next to me, of course I obliged. We talked off and on during the ride. She was very pretty, better looking than most of the ladies I spent time with, but unfortunately they were headed to Santo Domingo, so I bid them farewell when we arrived in Santiago about 75 minutes later. I grabbed a cab outside the station to the Hodelpa Centro Plaza for 80 pesos.

Hodelpa Centro Plaza is located in El Centro, and the streets were very busy at this time. I checked in at the rate of $50 US per night and went upstairs in the only functioning elevator, which in fact was only partially functional because the doors would not open from the first floor without inserting a firm piece of laminated paper between the cracks of the door to activate the sensor. I put my stuff away, then returned downstairs and outside to check out the immediate surroundings while there was still some light out.

A Citibank branch is directly across from the Hodelpa, but they didn't have an ATM, but there were a number of ATMs around the corner and on nearby streets. A Pizza Hut was a block away, and a McDonalds and fast food chicken restaurant a block away in the other direction. An Internet Cafe and money exchange place was also around the corner. Besides the three restaurants I mentioned, there weren't many places to eat nearby except for hole-in-the-wall type joints, I found that surprising. I ate some chicken and used the Internet for a while before returning to the room for a nap.

I got back up at 9pm and walked downstairs to see mostly dark and lifeless streets, a stark contrast from when I arrived. Nothing appeared open except for the Internet Cafe around the corner, so I returned to my room to get ready for the evening, then found a cab to take me to Casa Blanca. We passed Ilusion on the left while driving down Juan Pablo Duarte, and less than a minute later turned left onto a small street at a Casa Blanca sign, then made another left into a large parking lot.

Casa Blanca was open, but virtually dead at 10:30pm. A cute but slightly heavy lady sat by the entrance, and two older ladies were sitting with another gentleman at one of the tables. There was a small bar to the immediate right past the entrance. Past the bar were double doors that led to the main building. To the left of the entrance were a couple small semi-private gazebos, with a large gazebo past that. Straight ahead past most of the tables was a food counter with a small bathroom to the left of it and a short-time room next to that. A pathway to the left led up some stairs to a building which appeared to be residences for some of the ladies.

On the inside there were raised platforms leading to seating on both sides. Staight ahead was a dance floor after some tables, with some space available for a band and a DJ booth past that. A path to the left of the dance floor led to staffed restrooms and the inside bar.

More people started to show up around 11:30, but it wasn't until 12 or 12:30 that it really seemed to pick up.

As the crowd built I already confirmed that the lineup of ladies appeared better than what I had seen in Sosua and Puerto Plata. The first lady that really caught my eye had a beautiful face, but she had a slight stomach and didn't return a smile. I spoke with a petite lady that seemed to be checking me out, but her personality cooled over a beer for some reason, so I let her go. My third option was a lady named Barbie, she was darker with a fantastic body, but the 2500 pesos she quoted was higher than I expected, so I said I'd get back to her later.

Uncertain of the standard pricing at Casa Blanca, I soon struck up a conversation with a Dominican gentleman that I had heard speaking English earlier. His name was Roberto and he was very friendly. I asked him about pricing, but he didn't seem to understand exactly what I was looking for, or maybe he did. He told me to just come to him and he'd work out the best deal for me instead of giving me a standard pricing range to shoot for.

I saw a few other ladies that struck my fancy, but they were either occupied or didn't seem very interested in working, then I met Sonya. I recalled the name Sonya written on the piece of paper that Nigel had and concluded that she was probably a recommendation from John. She was attractive, fit, and friendly enough, so I decided she would be the one.

While we were talking and drinking near the bar, Roberto was passing by so I said hi. I mentioned that I finally found a lady in Sonya, which he must have took as his cue because he started brokering our deal. That wasn't my intention but it worked out and I had her short time for 1500 pesos. Roberto left, so I walked with Sonya to the outside bar to pay the fee, then we walked to the short-time room by the kitchen.

The room was nice, large, and comfortable but slightly chilly. Sonya turned on the TV and put it on the Cartoon Network. A Pokemon show was on and I could see her mouthing the words.

Sex with Sonya was relaxed and enjoyable and up to par with most of my others thus far with kissing and BBBJ included, but the temperature of the room was a slight detraction. I was hungry after we finished, so afterwards I took another brief look around the place before walking back to the food counter to order some fried chicken. They didn't have menus, I had to ask what they had and tell them after hearing what they said was available.

Sonya came over to hang with me a little while longer while I was eating and brought me a coke. I thought of heading over to Ilusion, so I asked Sonya if it was a long walk and she said it wasn't. After finishing my meal, I walked around one last time, saying hi to an attractive lady named Paloma. I left the lot and turned right onto the very poorly lit Juan Pablo Duarte.

As I was walking, I thought to myself that assuming I made it back OK, I should recommend in my writeup that other gentlemen do not partake in this walk. While the walk itself was only about 15 minutes, the road is very poorly lit at night and there are no sidewalks. Brush and bushes also offered many places for unsavory types to hide.

There are gates on both sides of a guard room at Ilusion. Both were closed, so I had to get the attention of the security guard to open one up for me. He motioned me over to the left side gate where I entered once it opened. I walked past the large lot to the entrance where they had a number of guard/attendants and a metal screener. After checking me for weapons, they allowed me into the club.

Ilusion is a much larger club than Casa Blanca. Just past the front doors is a small lobby room. A second set of doors leads to the main room with a dance floor in the center. Lots of seating form a circle around the dance floor. Parts of the floor were slightly lowered, so you need to watch your step while walking through the place. Directly back from the entrance is a doorway leading to a restaurant outside. The restrooms are to the left of the door and a DJ booth and the bar are to the right.

There weren't a large number of ladies around, especially given the size of the place, but those that were there looked really cute in sexy little Santa outfits they were wearing. There weren't really a lot of options, so I smiled to an attractive blond that was standing close and bought her a beer. She was friendly and well within my range and quoted a good price of 1500 pesos to come with me to my hotel, but she was older than I had thought once I saw her close up and she didn't make much of a close to try to get me to take her out. On top of that, a young redhead appeared. She was much more attractive in terms of face and body and succeeded in distracting me. I spent a little more time with the older blond to give her a chance to close the deal, but she didn't, so I excused myself.

I walked outside to check out the restaurant. The door led to a very small room with an entrance to the DJ booth on the right. Another set of doors led outside. A dining area was directly ahead after walking outside with a small window near the back while was apparently for the kitchen, but I never did see anyone that appeared to be working. A path to the left of the doors led to short-time rooms and I believe residences for the ladies.

I walked back in and approached the redhead who introduced herself as Chandra. She was a little on the skinny side and had only average sized breasts, but her petite body was otherwise well shaped and her face was very attractive. She looked much more like an upperclass mallrat from the US than a Dominican prostitute. It didn't take much conversation for me to determine she was a princess that was stuck on herself. I considered going with her for a trophy session, but decided against it with her attitude and 2500 quote for a short time session. She was obviously displeased when I turned her down, but still asked me to give her money for her to eat and fix her hair the next day. She seemed more upset and surprised when I turned that down. I found it amusing that she expected so much from out 10 minutes together.

Afterwards, I spoke with a pretty young blond named Natalie. She seemed interested but got shy when I approached. Since she wasn't talking much nor selling herself, I walked back outside. I saw a very attractive dark lady with an exquisite body. She looked very much like what Cindy Crawford would look like if she were black. Unfortunately, this Cindy seemed to be moody and uninterested in talking to anyone, so I returned inside.

The older blond was now occupied and Natalie still looked shy. Chandra was avaiable and tempting with her looks, but the attitude kept me away, so I walked back outside to check out the tall dark lady again.

A small crowd was now gathered around a gentleman holding up a lady that appeared to be on drugs. Within moments, she suddenly screamed and flailed away from the man, falling over chairs to the ground. She was quickly grabbed and assisted by two other ladies and others that came closer to help. I wasn't able to see much as the circle of people tightened, but she didn't appear to hurt by the fall, but still completely out of it for some unknown reason. They got her to a chair where they held her down. She looked like she was on some kind of bad acid trip.

I went back inside where the already small number of guests and staff appeared to be dying down, so I decided to take another stab at Natalie. Her quote was 1800 pesos for short time, and only 2000 to leave with me. Taking her to my room seemed the obvious better deal, but as I thought, she would have to change and I really wanted pics of her in the adorable Santa outfit. I decided that I'd sleep better anyways, so we paid the money at the bar and walked to a short time room from the outside.

I mentioned the lady that appeared to be on drugs to Natalie. She told me that it was a possession by an evil spirit. I wasn't really sure how to respond to that.

Natalie was a natural model once the camera came out, effortlessly moving it various poses that showed off her body. In truth her body wasn't as nice as it appeared once the clothes came off. She was nicely shaved, but her breasts were sagging and she had many stretch marks from the pregnancy.

The session was excellent, she was one of the more passionate kissers with lots of DFK and gave one of the best blowjobs which was unfortunately too short. I probably should have asked for more of that, but instead I just went with her flow. When we started the sex, she was a little cold at first, but eventually I heated her up and we ended up having a passionate go. We showered up afterward and I gave her a kiss goodbye.

There were very few people left when I returned from the short time room. Chandra was still there but had no customer to go home with. I walked outside to find a cab to take me back to the hotel. I gave him 100 pesos which he was happy with.

There was no one in the lobby when I got back. I knocked on a door to ask about using a computer outside, but there was no answer. I thought it was unusual and risky as I appeared to have easy access to the desk and anything I could find back there if I wanted. I went to take the elevator upstairs and ended up having to use the laminated sheet to trigger the sensor.

Up in my room I cleaned up thinking I would probably spend the rest of my stay in Santiago.

What's up guys,

Hey Vladimir, you're right, those are the best places to pick up female Riverside. Iluciones Night club, Casablanca and Passion are the best. Go If you are going to be visiting Santiago you have to go this places. Santiago has the most beutifull girls
in the Dominican Rep, or you can go to San Fransisco, which is right next to Santiago, and go to Caribe Night Club. Oh god, pretty girl there.

That is my hang out spot in Santiago and San Fransisco.

"Somebody please give me some info on chica friendly hotels in Santiago."

Sammon-

Just got back from Santiago yesterday. Stayed at Hotel Aloha Sol for 1600 pesos. You have to call them (809) 583-0090 to book reservations. Very friendly staff, very helpful with passing along nightlife details, and telling the cabbies to look out for you. The area is very safe, was able to walk around at night in the dark streets without feeling any danger.

Probably about a 3 star, by US standards, but well worth the stay. Has an on-site restaurant/bar. Located around the corner from Hotelpa Centro Plaza, which has a restaurant as well, but also a very happening-with-the-locals weekend discoteca.

Santiago is loaded with beautiful regular chicas, and this hotel location has you two blocks away from ground central, esp. on a Santurday afternoon. It's in the local shopping district

There's a cambio one block away. There's a Pizza Hut up the street to the right of the hotel one block away, and a McDonalds two blocks to the left in the shopping district. There are a couple of 24 hr ATMs within 2 blocks, each with armed guards for your protection, as well as the banks. Incredibly, Citibank, located two doors down from the hotel and in front of Hotelpa Centro Plaza, has no ATM available.

Cab rides to Illusions and Casa Blanca were 100-150 pesos. Again, fairly priced. From one of these locations to Ambi One (regular merengue nightclub with loads of regular available chicas), taxi cost 150-200 pesos.

Finally, very chica friendly. They may make the chica sign in, may not. I experienced both. Not a problem with the chicas at all, so long as she's reasonable dressed (meaning not bra and panties only), which is understandable since there is a business class as well as couples that stay here.

Hope this helps.

Just booked my ticket, $450.00 on Continental coming out of Newark on 3/17. I'll be at the Palace for a few and then I'm off to Santiago. Looking forward to a much needed vacation.

Jet blue gives you 24 points a RT to DR from NYC and 48 points from LA and requires 100 for a free trip. Goodby American Airlines. Taxi to Sosua, $20-$24. Seems there might be a few of us hanging around Santiago every week. Good thing there are only a few hotels so we can all car pool together.

Its a great deal.

Thank you WSG for the opportunity to share my personal experiences in the DR on this forum. This is my first posting to this site, but this is not my first time in the DR. I just returned to the states on March 23, after spending a wonderful weekend in the capital, santiago then Boca Chica. I arrived in the capital friday night and had a brief stop over at a friends house before heading up to santiago. Based upon the information that was posted here, I decided to hit some of the hot spots in santiago. I was accompanied by three other of my friends in two different cars. Our first stop was at club passion. Club passion is located down a side road east of the major highway, across from Helios cabanas (near power station). After taking parking lessons from a parking attendent who didn't speak or understand english, I was ready to get my party on. There was a brief security checkpoint at the front door checking for weapons and any other contraband. Once inside, I had realized that my 1700 mile trip was all worth what I was told it would be. There was approximately 30-40 women of all shapes, colors and sizes, who were all dress in formal gowns, short pants, or nothing at all. With the help of 100 pecos we were immediately directed to a table and chairs at the foot of the dance floor. Everyone on the dance floor was having a blast, dancing to the latin music and grinding bodies together as if there was no one else present. Out of the corner of my eye, I have noticed that there was alot of young chicas with older men, who I know wouldn't have a chance in their lives to be with if it wasn't for the old mighty dollar. We ordered 2 bottles of Dewars and had our waiter motion some of the attractions our way. although I don't speak spanish, it didn't require much talking for the chica to know what I was looking for. One thing that I have noticed between dominican and american women is that dominican women knows how to make her man feel as if he was a king. Most of them will cuddle you in public and feed you at restaurants, and at times compliment you in broken english on how nice you look today. You get bathe from head to toe, then wrapped in a towel before being guided to a bed for lotioning and grooming. After the full body massage and the happy ending, dinner will be waiting for you along with a pretty smile from across the table. This is just part of my first night and next day in the Santiago area. I will continue this at another time, since I do have a job to report to. But before I leave, I just want to say it gets much better than this.

The chica who I hooked up with at club passion was short, blonde with green eyes and hot! We stayed at the Helios cabana and had a wonderful night, repeatedly. She wanted to take control, which I gladly complied.

The next morning as I was reaching for my pants to cover her taxi ride home, I felt stiff and sore as if I rode a horse without a saddle. I said my goodbyes and went back to bed. Thoughout the night, there was a need for me to call on my bilingual friend Raphael, who worked at the cabana twenty four hours straight for 35 dollars US. After tipping him lovely upon check out, I somehow felt that he wanted to come and work for me on a full time basis.

The next day started with a late lunch at a restaurant with a western theme, located directly across from the monument in santiago. The waiters spoke english and the food was good. Although I had the cravings for fried rice with chicken and pork (which wasn't listed on the menu), they were more than happy to create this dish for me with no problem.

After lunch I wanted to visit another hot spot that I heard about via this forum, so we drove around until we came upon a carwash with a restaurant in front and a beauty salon across the driveway. Here I felt as if I died and gone to heaven. There was approximately 25 latin honies who were in and out of the salon, preparing themselves for the evening. My buddy who is jamaican had decided to go to the salon for a manicure and hang out with some of the chicas, while the rest of us stayed at the restaurant drinking Presidentes and Dewars. It wasn't long before I joined him along with another friend of mine. There had to have been 50 chicas who were parading in and out of this establishment all day. They were getting their hair done, adjusting their clothes in the mirror and applying tons of make up. I settled for a manicure and a 15 minute back rub by a young chica who worked there.

After several hours of drinking, eating and fooling around with the chicas. We decided to check back in the cabanas to prepare for the evening with some of the ladies. The Helios cabana is probably the nicest place that you can go and get laid and feel that you are in paradise. We had decided to get four of the best rooms in the house, which my room alone (Presidential suite) cost six thousand pecos for one night. The cabana was about 1500 sq ft/ with two levels. The floors were made of marble and the walls and ceiling of mahogany. there was an aquirium with exotic fish and a jacuzzi for four down stairs. there was strobe lights for a disco near the jacuzzi and a walk around bar. Beneath the wide marbled staircase, I believe there is a waterfall that is out of order. As you climb the massive stairs, you cannot miss the large crystal chanderlair and six foot painting of a couple embrace with each other. The bed was kingsize that required a running start to get up on and the bathroom was magnificent with dual sinks and a table and chair to relax.

After returning to the carwash, it was apparent that the many hours spent ther by the chicas had paid off. It was like a runway of latin models stampeding around attempting to gain your attention. There was also alot of guys hanging out trying to influence the chicas with little or no pecos. We grabbed a table outside and ordered dinner and was approached by six chicas who sat at our table and started in by stating how much they loved us and wanted to only be with us (hmm). There was a lot of beneath the table action as well as hugs and kisses(cheek only baby). I locked eyes onto one of the chicas that I met earlier at the salon, who only knows how to say "fuck you" in english. She was young, attractive and physically abusive. It started off with just a hit to the shoulder here and there and ended up with her teeth marks on my chest. It was unfortunate that she didn't understand english, because I called her every ***** in the book as well as reminding her that I keep my pimp hand strong! She had cocked block every chica that came my way, by way of eye stares and threatening words. She was fine, young and sassy. I would say she was around 19-20 yrs old. The nicest little ass that I've seen in a long time. My buddies decided enough was enough and it was time to blow the scene with the chicas. My chica (crazy girl) was my choice, but I had to wait until 12 o'clock for her to get off. Somehow due to lack of communication and too much Dewars, my buddies (and I use this word loosely) had took both cars and left me behind to await the mental queen. I jumped in a taxi and paid for me and my chica to get back to cabana.

To Be Continued.

Upon our arrival at the cabana, I had to reassure my tiger turn kitten that her friends was nearby and I wasn't some sought of pervert who was trying to set her up. I invited one of my friends along with her amigo to my pad for some drinks and conversation. I motioned to her to turn on the Jacuzzi so that we can get in once the company had left. She had danced around the idea by stating that she was hungry and thirsty. Without hesitation I ordered food and drinks for my chica. My company had decided to leave and I figured that this was going to be my chance to spend a night with one of the most beautiful girls that the DR had to offer, but instead this was heading south and fast. First my chica had laid on the couch and opened her arms for me to lay down on top of her (fully clothed) and for us to just hold each other. It wasn't long before I had sucumbed to a long day and fell asleep on top of her. I figured I was asleep no longer than one hour, when I decided to leave the babysitter on the couch and for me to go upstairs to bed and call it a night. I fell asleep in my bed and was awoken to this chica in my bed next to be fully clothed and sleeping. I started shaking this chick to tell her either shit or get off the pot, she instead repeated that she loved me and wanted to just cuddle. I decided that this ***** was as useful as a car with four flats, so I just rolled over and went back to sleep. Throughout the night I kept getting up because I wasn't comfortable sleeping with beauty queen with locked legs, so I shook her and told her get to steppin'. She just shook off my orders and went back to sleep. Believe me I'm shaking this ***** as if I was trying to retrieve apples from a tree, while yelling go, go now, call taxi. She claimed she didn't understand until I called my buddy who spoke spanish and told him to tell this sleeping beauty to get going. She finally got up and to my surprise, this chica spoke the queens english when asking for money for a taxi.
I gave her two hundred pecos and sent her on her happy way. I want to remind you that this is the same chica who had chased away any chances of me being with someone else. She is also the crazy chica who I wear a shirt to bed at nights, so that my girlfriend doesn't see the bite marks that tattoo me till this day.

Well folks, another day of sunshine and high expectations. I been bitching all morning to my amigos about how I was robbed of a day in the DR by some chick who forgot to take her NoDoz. We packed up all of our things and began some sightseeing around the area. If you have never been to the monument in Santiago, you have to add this to your agenda if in the area. The monument is centralized in the city and is the highest point where you have 360 degree views of the mountains and city. they provide a telescope for about 5, 10 pecos so you can focus in on some historic landmarks from the christopher columbus error. There are peddlers that hang out there selling all kinds of items, from beer to balloons and bracelets. We took some pictures and decided to head back to the capital. I was driving in the lead car with the windows down and cruising at mock one. There were street vendors throughout our route as well as hot chicas standing roadside awaiting public transportation. I believe by the time I get my rental back, they will have to change the brake pads from the frequent sudden stops when I observe large breasteses approaching my windshield quickly. My amigo had asked me to do a u-turn so that we can get some roadside country food from an older lady that he sees when in the area. I agreed and pulled right up to a pig (food) that has been hanging from its support for a couple of days, slowly roasting. I don't know about you guys, but pig intestines is by no means on my list of experiencing different foods from other cultures. But I have to say that the fried pig skin was out of this world, washed down with a cold Presidente. We continued on before coming upon a traffic jam caused by demostrators out on a nice day to support their choice for President for the upcoming elections in May. We managed to get around the traffic in a matter of minutes and continued south into Santo Domingo. As we approached the city limits, I noticed a sign that directed traffic towards the airport. At this point, I had recalled an earlier journey that I have made back in january where a hotel attendent had showed me a massage parlor 3:00 o'clock one morning where several chicas got out of their beds to model for me in their skimpy outfits. The attendent had brokered a deal where I had to pay 1500 pecos for a full body massage with a happy ending, in which I complied. I immediately changed courses and headed to Boca Chica with my amigos in tow. To be continued....

Oh baby, NY Traveler is back in business. On my last posting I left off heading towards Boca Chica, where i have visited several times before. When we arrived in Boca Chica, the first place we were looking for was a massage palor that I was at before. After alittle bit of site seeing, we stopped by the massage parlor who specializes in happy endings. There were several chicas hanging out in the front yard playing dominoes and having a blast at it. (I guess it was a way for them to relieve the stress from the nights prior with international mongers). As we we approached the doorway, I guess it was routine for the girls to line up inside, strutting their stuff to win the playa for the night, I had my eyes set on a chica who had a nice body, but more importantanly, perfect lips. Without any hesitation, I told my chica to hop in the ride for a night she won't forget. I made a registration at the hamaca hotel and paid the additional cost for my chica. My buddies had did the same since they preferred not to hang out at the massage parlor for their activities. I believe that DR women are fed up with their men since it only took minor spoiling for them to be appreciative of me and my amigos. We had some drinks on the beach along with some jokes and grabbing. I eventually ended up in a room my chica, and believe me the sex was all that. At first she dissappointed me by applying a condem to me for the head job, but it wasn't long before I noticed that it didn't matter since she had the perfect lips and skills to fulfill my pleasures. I mounted this babe and started pumping her with maximum force. She couldn't deal with what I had to offer, so she rolled me over and straddled me and continued on without fail. After around forty minutes or so, I got up and decided that since this is my last night, I wanted to hit the local disco for one last fling. I went to club cosmos on the main strip ajacent to the beach and hooked up with the bartender who took care of me during my last visit. She was excellent. She did not hold back one bit when I got on top and started to T-bag her repeatedly until I blew up inside of her awaiting mouthpiece. For all of you guys who are on the fence and haven't decided to hit the DR, get going. You won't regret it at all unless your wife or girlfriend finds out what you were up to. Final words: Wrap it up and don't raise the cost of fun for all of us by showboating. It doesn't cost much for your fantasy to come true, however, it shouldn't be at the expense of others. Be firm and precise on what you want, and do not back off. there are plenty of chicas to negotiate with, so don't settle for the first one who seems to be stubborn. New club called the Americana, where I heard anything goes after hours. Check it out. Peace out and be safe!

ATL Dennis,
A cheap place and the best deal for the money is the Aloha Sol in Santiago, it is less than 35US a night. It is in the heart of Santiago. More expensive places are Hotel Colonial and Gran Almirante. Ask a cab about Cabanas because I have never stayed in one in Santiago and they will know where they are. I don't go to carwashes and don't frequent places like Passions, etc for me they are overpriced and I can speak enough Spanish to get around comfortably. I have normal girls that I see regularly in the DR and I only pay for play in beach towns such as Boca Chica, Sosua, because there are not many normal Dominicanas at all. I am sorry, I won't tell my favorite normal places to go because I like to be the only tourist in these bars and work my game on normal girls. In one day it will be hard to pick up a normal girl especially if you are in a group. I would stick to the clubs on your 1st trip. My definition of a normal girl isn't a girl that works a little on the side (beeper girls, etc that can be found attending college in the DR, etc) but girls that give it up because they like you and no money is intended. You just take them out: movies, drinks, meals, dancing, etc but money is never discussed. In Santiago a girl may talk with you and flirt but won't give it up. Santo Domingo is better to try to pick up normal girls that you can bang your 1st/2nd time of spending time with them. A must to pick up normal girls is some knowledge of Spanish, good natured, lot of compliments, and knowing how to dance: you will have a very big advantage over others. Have fun and stay at the Aloha Sol unless you want to stay at a Cabana.

Does anyone know of the safety in the Dominican Republic? I heard it was so unsafe that Americans actually had to be off the streets by five in the afternoon, is this true? I am planning a trip to Santiago and Santo Domingo in a few weeks so this information would be extremely helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Absolutely not true. At least not in Sosua and not in Santiago, based on my experience. A friend has visited the country five times by himself w/o incident. The thing you have to consider is to be smart and you'll be safe. Use your head, not your head. Dont get drunk and out of control, otherwise you'll learn the hard way.

Hello guys, I'm a Dominican born citizen living in California, work in technology and love PUSSY! I was just in La Vega, it's about 20 min from Santiago. I have lots of family in La Vega /Santiago. Lots of Cousins and they each had at least 5 girlfriends . I would not recommend Passions they are on the way to Santiago from La VEga(the only highway) they are extremely overpriced, I can't beleive they are still in business. There is one place right off the highway on the left after a few hotels, forgot the name but i'ts big and you can't miss it heading from La Vega to Santiago, you go in and theirs plenty of girls, 6-9's 40 dollars max for the night plus a 5 dollar exit fee and another 15 dollars for the hotel and your set, I went to that place everynight I stayed in La Vega had 3 different threesomes great time. Planning to returen soon after summer.

Hey NY Traveler,

Hamaca is a great All-Inclusive Resort I spent my vacation there too. But one thing I never did is bring my date back to the hotel. For one they want you to register them and pay like $70. I wasnt about to do that, would be no sense to come all the way to DR and spend that much cash. I used the hotel right by hamaca for like $25 to $30 was more affordable.

I was going to go to passions on my last trip but my driver said the the placed was overpriced as you previously stated. But I did go to Kelvins car was which was very enjoyable they, they had about 15 girls there last thursday at around 2 pm, I can only imigaine what is in store when night falls, On my next trip to the island I will spend at least 2 days in Santiago, I will try and approach some "off the clock" women, because santiago was loaded with chicas lindas. About the club near la vega? was it called Casablanca? I would like to know (I'm already planning the next trip). The Island is a dream, I went on a weekend with nonstop rain and I still had one of my best eperiences abroad.

Do you remember the name of that place from La Vega to Santiago (you mentioned that Passions was overpriced, but it also is on the way to Santiago as well.) Was it a disco, club, bar, etc. Any information would be appreciated. I will be in Santaigo on Sept. 21st and would like to hang out with someone like yourself who is knowledgeable and experienced. Thanks for all your help

I am going to Sosua for 2 days this weekend and then heading to Santiago to close it out on Saturday and Sunday. I have a friend that lives in Santiago, so he pretty much drives us anywhere we'd like to go but I'm open to suggestion.

Last time we went to a car wash, dont remember which one but it was to the right when you pulled in and the music was too damn loud. There was also tables across the driveway from the bar area. I have no idea what the name of it was!

Hi,

A question for all you Santiago veterans: What is the proportion of lighter skinned chicas to darker skinned chicas in Santiago vs Santo Domingo? Is it 60/40 in Santiago vs 40/60 in Santo Domingo? Would love to know. B/c from Miss DR contests, you'd think the whole country was light skinned latina!

Myself,

I was fortunate enough to have a hook at the Hamaca to pay a very reasonable price for the chica to stay. But you're right not to waste money in the DR, otherwise you might as well stay home.

NY Traveler,

By any chance you can tell me what the reasonable rate was? I am going back to Hamaca in September (when its raining here in NYC I'll be there on the beach).
Was it more or less than the hotel rates I mentioned in my previous post?

Myself,

I don't wan't to expose my hook since it was only limited to just a few, but I would offer this invaluable advise to you. There are two set rates at most hotels in the DR to accomodate tourist who has it, and for locals who don't. You can have a (trustworthy) local make the registration for you and your crew and save between $50. and $100 US per night. They can say its for them, however you take the room. There are several downsides to doing this including that person showing up when you're not there and cleaning you out, but its a gamble like everything else on the island. Once you obtain someone to negotiate for you prior to your arrival, you might want to keep it under wraps, unless they don't object to it. Keep in mind that the country is poor and most likely the person you're going to use. Hit him/her off with a little something for the inconvienance.

Good Luck

Myself

NY Traveler,

Thanks for the advice. Should have figured it out that rates for locals would be a bit cheaper than for tourists. But I was just curious. Like I said, I use the small hotel thats right next to Hamaca and paying $25 for the night there is very reasonable. Even though its a shit hole, still its good enough to do the Good Deed. Plus to be honest I am really not comfortable having guests in my room with all my stuff everywhere. But its something to keep in mind for my next trip in case I get lazy.

hi all,

will be in santiago in the next few days and will appreciate any tips on hotels (i.e. guest friendly), normal prices for st & lt, and where to find the chicas.

i am thinking about hunting in the university (done it several times in differnt countries and it has worked out prerfectly). i do not believe that i have seen or heard anything about any activity in this area.
my thinking is that if you want to meet a non pro, that is educated, enlightened and also one that is readyto have fun (sometimes not for the money. i can feel the guys ready to pounce on me with the nothing is free speech) i believe the university is a good place to try.
i also believe that there are a lot of people who are trying their best to make it through school and some cash on the side will not hurt
i do not speak very much spanish but i am willing to try. i'll definately post my findings when i am back.

any opinions, ideas, suggestions or comments will be appreciated.

D Life,

The absence of being able to talk to them will make the idea of them hanging out as non-pros and you getting laid, maybe at a discount as a pretty unreliable plan.

There are strip clubs in Santiago and girls in the Cibao valey are great looking but don't get your hopes up. Nelson at Camp David (a great hotel if you want one) used to bring college girls up there for the night since it is so far from the town itself, but he's either quit or died.

D Life,

Santiago is loaded with some of the finest chicas on the island. IMO, Santiago chicas trumps SDQ, pound for pound in looks and quantity of very beautiful chicas. I'm not alone in that opinion. The taxi drivers in different cities on the island concur.

You need to speak Spanish, if even bungled Spanish. Just enough to be understood. To them, it's cute that you're trying and they will try out their English on you.

Many of these chicas are available, but not in the Sosua sense of available. You gotta put in work (dates), not dollars. Remember this: the chicas here are much more educated than the Sosua bunch. Therefore, you need time there.

You must look the part. Not talking about physical features, but dress. Shorts are not worn here, even by the many teenager hip-hop dudes. If you really want to stand out, have at it. You'll get noticed, but it won't be so positive. Wear business casual, or after-hour casual. Nice button-up short sleeve, with slacks. Doesn't have to be overly-stylish, but just decent enough.

Check out Francifol, Ahi Bar, Boomerangs, Ambi One, etc. for the regular chicks. On the weekends, the monument has parties around. You could catch a cab there and just hang out and meet people.

There's also an internet cafe on Calle de Sol that many chicas use. Stumble in there and sit next to one who's stumbling with her English (hint: look for the book dictionary in front of her). Make small conversation, try to set something up for later or the next day. Again, probably no sex in that 1st meeting, but who knows? Maybe the 2nd or 3rd.

For cheap chicas who might be available, check out Kelvin's Car Wash or Gomez Diaz Car Wash.

Also check out Hotel Lima around happy hour. The quality varies. I missed out on a 8 in looks there once, and had to settle for a 6.5. Cost me RD$400 for 3 hours in my hotel.

For discoteca take-out, there's Illusions & Casa Blanca. Costs about RD$2500 to RD$4500 TLN, depends on your negotiating skills and if the chica likes you that much. Both of these placs have good reputations with the locals as does the managament.

Pasions is loaded with sexy chicas, but I had a very bad experience there this past weekend and wouldn't recommend it. The management went along with the scam, even though I showed them proof.

When something like that goes on at Casa Blanca or Illusions, the girl is unceremoniously shown the door. Remember dudes there are very macho. I witnessed one episode.

Hope some of this helps your hunt. If anything, remember only this - in front of McDonalds on Calle de Sol between 5-7 p.m.

Hoof Hunter,

Great report and some great ideas about picking up some non-pros. I will be there in Sept. with a friend from Calif. and he was born in the DR. We will take your advice and try to hit up some locals and see what happens. But if you got someone for $400 pesos for 3 hours - that was a great bargin. Where did you pick her up from and what was her name!! (get her number?)

Thanks for posting.

I'll be in La Vega July 15-17 during the night and doing stuff in the jungle during the day. Been to the DR many times and looking to meet up with some others that are looking to hang out and go pick up chicks. I prefer the "normal" scene as I can speak reasonable spanish.

Prof10,

I caught the chick in Hotel Lima. There's a cabaret inside the hotel, in the back behind curtains. The chicks back there work. Again, it's hit or miss. There was a sexy 19 yo chick that worked there, but she wasn't around when I went back.

I have no info on the chick I did for RD$400. It was RD$200 for her, and RD$200 salida. It was a short-time thing, and wasn't expecting a return visit from her. Didn't exchange numbers, names, or even fotos.

There are plenty of little spots like this around. Just ask a cab driver. There was another a few blocks down the hill from Hotel Lima, but the name escapes me now.

As a warning, watch your stuff with these chicks in the low end spots. I was warned they can be quick to snatch and run.

Leaving out tomorrow (July 15) for five days of fun. I plan on staying in Boca Chica my first night since my flight doesn't arrive until 1:00am. I am planning on driving to santiago on friday so that my buddy can hook up with this chica that he met and fell in love with during our last visit. I am planning on hanging out at the carwash about 5 minutes from Casablanca with the hope of picking up at least two nice ones for the night. Sunday we are planning on making our way out to Punta Cana to hang out at this club that has a swimming pool out front and many chicas. It is right down the road from Avis and across from a shopping plaza. I will provide this site with a post trip review upon my return. If time allows, I will hit some internet cafes to post any interesting events as they occur.

Peace!

NT Traveler,

Have enjoyed reading your posts - let us know how this trip goes - especially an "talent" around the car washes. If you do hook up a threesome, let me know their names. I will be there in Sept. and am dying to get two hot chicks for a threesome as well.

Names and maybe a cell # would be helpful. Let them know a "rich" asian merchant is coming down and will take "real good care" of them. So long as they take "real good care" of YOU!! Maybe you can hook up a discount, because you will be bringing them so more business in Sept. when the mongering is in a "slow season."

Regarding the "spots" to hit in Santiago, just ask any cab driver. The names have been posted here before.

I will warn you that although there are some sexy ladies at Pasions, it's a clip joint. Be careful! YMMV, but I know a few folks who had bad experiences there, including myself.

Another tip, guess I'm feeling generous, if you do go to Gomez Diaz carwash at night, which I do recommend, be sure to either have your cabbie wait for you, or get his cellular number for him to return to get you. It's in the middle of nowhere.

It shouldn't cost you more than R$200 to go to anywhere in this city, excpet the airport which is R$300-400 into centro.

The cabbies here are much more honest than the rest of the country. I would still ask for the price beforehand.

Well folks another fine trip to paradise island. If any of you haven't taken advantage of flying jetblue, I highly recommend this airline for the comfort and open seating. I'm six feet tall and had enough leg room to relax. There was two downsides to my flight to the DR. The first being no food served on the airplane just snacks, and crying children who kept hitting the back of my seat. Other than these two problems, the flight was great. I arrived at the airport with one of my buddies and had to wait another 30-40 minutes for my other buddy who was arriving on AA. We took a cab to Boca Chica for about $18.US and stayed at this small beachfront hotel called Don Emillio Boutigue. It has regular rooms that cost about $40 US a night. Only downside to this place is that it has four or five floors with no elevator, other than that no problem. We quickly put our bags away then proceeded down Duarte Ave towards Cosimos night club. As many of you know, they close off the streets at a certain time so that pedestrians can dine and party in the streets. As we approached the blocked off streets, there was our first chica sitting on a baricade awaiting as we appoached. She immedietly grabbed one of my buddies by the arm and walked along with us as we approached the crowd. After a brief hand and wan check at the entrance to Cosimos we were in like flint. There were about 30 women throughout the club dancing, talking and doing everything and anything to get our attention as well as our committment to spend the evening with them. I don't believe that I am about to say this, but at one point the chicas became so aggressive and annoying that I walked over to the cashiers and started BS with them. We (my buddies) decided that it was time to go, so I grabbed two nice looking chicas, one 20 and the other 23 for myself. My other buddy took two as well, while the third left with just one. When we got to the hotel we had to show id for each chica as well as paying an extra charge for the chicas to enter the rooms. After negotiating a price for anything goes, it went off without any problems. It was an allnighter with each one of them experiencing their first lesbian experience. I can attest to this since they spent more time trying to simulate eating each other, as well as putting condoms on their tongues before going down. They stayed all night with one on each side of me, for me to tag the next one for another round of pleasure.

To be continued.....

Hi,

This is just a suggestion, so please don't take it the wrong way.

I appreciate the details in your report, but I know from experience that a lot of people find it very difficult to read a report that is written as one long block of text. It's kind of like trying to eat an entire steak in one bite.

I know how this happens: You're banging away at the keyboard, putting your thoughts into the report as fast as you can write them. However, if you could hit the return key every few sentences while you're writing, and thus break your report into smaller paragraphs, your report would be much easier to read, which would certainly be appreciated by your fellow Forum Members.

Thanks,

Jackson

If you are only staying for one night and are travelling light why not stay at one of the cabaņas?

Get a fancy one like Horus or Zeus.

Just tell the cabbie to take you to Horus and to Zeus then choose the one you like best.

All the cabanas run about 990 pesos for the night, say 9pm to early in the morning.

I prefer Horus since each room has its own theme, like victorian, amazon, etc.

I think it is eclipse that has the rooms with mirrors all over the place. Perfect to take a ***** to. Neon lights, mirrors, etc.

Horus is more soft and romantic in my mind.

Check em out. They are all close to one another and are about a 15 minute taxi ride to all the action.

This is a mini report regarding Santiago. A more complete report will follow when I return to the United States. First , when you arrive at Santiago Airport and go through customs excetera you can get a taxi outside that will take you to Santiago. It will cost you 15$ . If you need a nice place with hot showers ,cable tv and air conditioning; I recommend the Hotel Platino.

The Hotel is like new with a Spanish style tiles and will only cost you 30-35$ per day. They speak English well and you can have guests if you desire. It's also close to Pasions and Ilusiones that is you can just mention it to the taxi drivers and they will know.

The room I chose was small because that's all that I need. If you require a larger one they have those too.

If you're here for more than a coulpe of days you must go to Santo Domingo. It's about 2 hrs by bus 150 pesos or 7$ you can take El Caribe or Metro. Either one is ok and both have air conditioning that is very good.

1. 10$ to 15$ is reasonable

2. My girlfriend arranged 100rd to return me to the airport.

3. Pasions and Ilusions are close to Hotel Platino (nearly impossible to find if you never been there before)

4. Same goes for the Carwashes Kelvin and especially Gomez.

5. It helps to have a phone up there.

I don't believe Hotel Platino is new at all, but a nice place to stay. Here's the number and e-mail: (809) 721-7576, e-mail hotelplatino@verizon.net.do. I paid about RD$1489/nite w/o reservation.

In addition to be near Pasions, etc., there's also Casino Diamonte very near, where some semi-pros pop in.

Taxi from the airport should run you no more than RD$300-400, probably less. Before leaving the USA, contact ServiTaxi (809-581-0000) and ask them to send a taxi for you. Get a price quote and tell them when you're arriving. Usually do this the day before, or the day of. Never had a problem with them, and they don't try to take advantage of you.

Going back to the airport, either arrange the same thing, or get cool with a cabbie in town and pay him less (RD$200) off the books. I had a daytime cabbie, and a nighttime cabbie. Both gave me great rates around town, and appreciated the steady business.

Santiago

This is my first complete report for Santiago. I was there from 9/10 to 9/15. Unlike most of the folks on this board I come from the west coast. I was able to arrange round trip air fare to Santiago for 125$. I wanted to do Santo Domingo but less flights were availaible. I did not attain regular member status until after I arrived to Santiago.

On my First day, I arrived in Santiago at 9:30am and went to the Hotel Platino. It's not Renaissance Jaragua but it's very clean and they have several cuties who work there. They flirted with me throughout my stay i.e (we're gonna miss you and when are you coming back?). Anyway, I checked into a room which has mini fridge stocked with several El Presidentes' , 7-up , Pepsi, Whiskey , Vodka; you name it. They also have toiletries mouthwash and toothpaste if you need it. It will be added on your bill if you use it.

Later that evening,I went to to a place and brought a woman back. As we walked through the lobby the girl I brought in knew the hotel clerk. At first, I was embarrassed but the folks there were cool. Like if they were cheering me on. When we got in the room the fee 3mil plus exit fee (sounds steep) we had DFK, BBBJ, CFS and Russian. It was nice but the girl was quite pushy. I sent her away. Next day is Santo Domingo. (brief description is in Santo Domingo area).

I took Sunday off. On this day there isn't much to do most of the shops close down . (This might be a good day to arrange a date since not much happens) On Monday, the lady at the front counter asks me where is here friend? I thought about it and gave her another shot. She came over that morning another 3mil and it was excellent. After we were done she cleaned my room and took all of my dirty clothes home with her and cleaned them. She came back with the clothes and then we "hit the sheets" again. After that, we went out for dinner a place called "Markula" or something it's like a cowboy Steakhouse. It's quite good 900 pesos for 2 people.

While we were talking (she doesn't speak English) she tapped my shoulder and showed me her hands she was simulating me (you know) and then she pointed to her mouth. We went back to the hotel. I will spare you the rest.

I am going back big time!

For our friends who live on the east coast there's no reason for you to waste time in Tijuana. Only if you have to come to San Diego then it would make sense. Otherwise, you will be wasting time and money.

This was my first trip and made many mistakes but there is a learning curve and on my next trip I will be better prepared.

Lastly, it has been said that there is no racism in DR but that really isn't true. It's quite complex and those you haven't been there you can PM me I can my" experience" on that matter.

Try Hotelpa Gran Almirante (Estrella Sadhala Avenue
Santiago Do 1492). Don't have a tel # for it.

It's the most expensive hotel in Santiago, but covers some of your criteria.

Not even close to Blackbeards with talent lying around. More like a US business class hotel with a casino.

You may have to recruit some chicas and take them to a cabana.

Here is a posting that I just made on DR1.

At first I would like to say hello to everyone and thank DR1 for this forum to express our views and allow for us to share our encounters in the DR. On October 23, 2004 (last night) I arrived at STI for my Jetblue flight #426, back to JFK airport in New York, after having a fabolous five days in the DR.

After passing through customs I was stopped by a young security screener who had directed me to place all metal objects in the bin, which I complied. After placing my watch in the bowl that was provided for change and smaller objects, he immediatly took a liking to my watch then took it back out of the bowl to inspect. I would like to say that I have been to the DR many times in the past year, and dealt with the constant requests for change and offers to provide various deeds for little money to get by. But in this instance, I found myself standing in front of this young screener and his comrades (some of whom were armed) as he took my watch then placed it on his wrist then gave me his walmart special (watch) for me to have.

Unfortunately for me I don't speak good spanish and was running alittle late for this flight, so I didn't say much, not knowing exactly where this whole episode was taking me. I then proceeded through the metal detector to another security guard who wanted to check my bags, so I complied. As he was checking my bags, I had noticed that the same guy was watching as well as several other officers. Fearing for my life and liberty I just stood there and said nothing. by this time this officer had retrieved my cologne from my bag and sprayed it and said that he liked this and if he could have it, I said in english (if he could understand it or not) that it wasn't mine, so i guess he somehow understood what I was saying because he placed it back in my bag, then said when you come back to my country you bring me a small one, okay. So I said okay.

Thinking that this was all over, the same security officer then asked me if I had money for him and that he can take Dominican pesos if I have. I told him no, because I just took a taxi to airport and didn't have any money. He then pressured me to give him something, so I did, the same cheap watch that his buddy gave to me earlier. He was happy, however his buddy wasn't who was watching every bit of what was taking place. I then walked off without looking back towards the boarding area. I sat down next to a Dominican woman who was waiting to board the same flight and spoke alittle english. I told her what just happened to me at the checkpoint, and without any hesitation she jumped right up out of her seat to report the incident to jetblue. I asked her not too, either out of fear of retaliation or missing this flight due to what happened. I was tired and just wanted to get back to the states where I felt it would be in my best interest. She complied with my wishes, but expressed how embarrass she was for her country.

Once in flight, I had mentioned this to another passenger, who had stated that they had tried to shake him down for money, but he claimed not to understand and kept walking. I have since reported this to one of the flight attendants who gave me a name and e-mail address of the security director of jetblue and sent jetblue an e-mail requesting them to have one of the administrators call me at once. I will post their response here once I hear back from them. In addition, I would like to hear your response as too what I did wrong, or how you would have dealt with the situation if it had happened to you. Sorry for the long post, but I felt I had to share this with someone else who travels abroad.

NY traveler. . . .that sucks! The number one thing anybody can do to have a better time in the DR is to learn as much spanish as possible. I have NEVER had a customs or immigration guy try and shake me down. In fact sort of the opposite.

FRom time to time I would pack up some electronic gadget or another to bring to the DR, such as DVD player, VHS deck, and one time a Mcakie mixer. Now that all bags get x rayed at SDQ, they usually discover the "goods" and tell me I have to pay customs on it. I immediately hit the offensive.

For example the VHS vcr, was actually an older one but was SVHS and I probably paid 500 bucks for it a few years earlier. The minute the guy told me I had to pay, I handed it to him. I said, "throw it out", "take it home", "give it to your wife for christmas" etc etc etc. I told him in spanish that I had not seen my son in 4 months and he was waiting outside with my wife. . . .I am neither married or have any kids, but my novia was waiting ;-)

I tld him the VCR was old and was not worth anything. He said he had to call a supervisor. I ranted that it took me over an hour for my bags to show up and I wanted out of that airport immediately. I agina told him to keep the VCR and started closing my suitcase. He freaked and quickly called a manger over. The manager cam over and before he said a word, I launched into my rant that the guy was not listening to me, I don't want the piece of crap VCR, I just want to go see my son, and picked up th VCR and handed it to the manager! He was shocked, refused the VCR, and told the other guy. . ."let him go, he's a gringo, what is the problem"?

Works every time! I am really good at getting out of traffic stops by police as well. Dominicans will back down every time to a good bluff.

If an airport guy was trying to steal my watch, I'd pull out a cell phone and tell him I was calling my buddy, who's father in law was a general in the Police, and tell him I was being robbed. . . .I'd have my watch back in 2 seconds, and probably could get his watch or spare change as well!

I will be putting up a website soon with all sorts of useful travel info onthe DR and particularly santo domingo to help tourists stop getting ripped off etc. Plus I'll have all the scoop on where the "action is".

That is really bold to take someone watch place it on your wrist and steal it. I have been to DR 9 times this year and only got shook down once by the police. I notice I am a target because Budget and Payless car rentals place bumper stickers with their name plastered on your vehicle. Who can afford rental vehicles in DR?????? Gringos.

Thanks to Prtyr2 good advice, he helped me out with police stops. That American Embassy bluff worked. Thanks again Prtyr2.

I was stopped last Christmas by customs in Santo Domingo. The agent wanted $10.00. I told him I don't speak Spanish and showed him my tourist card. He got frustrated and waived me on.

One time, I was departing and the screener supervisor lady tried to take my rechargeable batteries. I told her I was not leaving without my batteries, after five minutes of me talking to her in English & Spanish she got frustrated and gave me the batteries. The screeners did get for two bottles of Dominican wine once.

I didn’t know you are only allowed to take four bottles through DR customs. Now I take four bottles through customs and five in my carry on. These days, I leave my carry on in the rental car, check-in my luggage and return the rental after check-in and board with no problems. It works for me.

Like Prtyr2 wrote "Dominicans will back down every time to a good bluff." They do, just work out some scenarios in your head before you arrive in DR, because they will try you.

Never ever give in to the customs officials unless you are carrying contraband articles. Stand your ground and ask to see the supervisor.

If you give in ,they will think they can shake down anybody.

Whenever I travel to DR I usually wear cheap watch not so much scared of the customs people but the chicas who might steal or I may get drunk and somebody might take it from me.

The following day(Oct 24), I received a message from a Jet blue rep. advising me that they have conducted an investigation into the theft of my watch and similar problems that have been occurring at that airport. I have since received a call from a security agent of jetblue who called me from Santo Domingo and assured me that he will be meeting with a high ranking military official who oversees the security at the airport, and will make sure that the individuals involved are dealt with swiftly. I will keep you posted as to what the final outcome will be.

To New York Traveler,

For what it's worth I thought that my trip to DR would involve problems with customs but to my surprise it ran real smooth. I made it a point of not bringing anything that would give them an excuse to harass me. No electrical items (laptops, radios, etc.), no jewelry, and I even restrained myself from bringing some small scissors to trim my mustache for fear that they would take it away from me. Whatever I needed to bring with me that might have caused problems, If possible, I placed in the bag that would go under the plane, to cargo. I carried a fanny bag around my waist and when it came time to place all my stuff in the plastic basket I took my keys, wallet (with money), passport, and other what nots and placed it all in my fanny bag. In other words, anybody who wanted to check my stuff had to open the bag up. Second, I would not forget I left anything in the basket since everything was in the bag. Third, out of sight is out of mind. They cannot steal what they do not see. Surely they are not going to stop all the passengers just to harass one guy. Also, when I arrived in DR I was wearing jeans and a tie dye t shirt. No use dressing like a million bucks. I looked like a regular traveler. I happen to speak Spanish and made them aware of that. Also, even if you do not speak Spanish I am sure that there were alot of passengers who were bilingual and who would not have minded helping you out. Instead of bringing large sums of money just use traveler's checks. The rate exchange, I heard, is not so hot though. Or you can use you ATM card and withdraw money (as long as the card is not blocked or limited in how much you can withdraw). It is all a learning experience. I made many mistakes myself whiel in DR but as long as they do not occur again I figure that I got something out of the experience.

There is no reasons to fear the cops or customs in the airport.

The problem with these guy is that they are very badly paid and as they are working at the airport have some kind of prestige and level to maintain. Because it is a good job and others dominicans think that's well paid.

So they try all they can to scam you.Knowing that some travellers may have something to hide they put the pressure upon you but if you stand up you have nothing to fear. Do you really think they would have use their weapons or put in jail if you have refuse to give your watch?

Dominican Republic is a country where you have to be a MAN !

According to me the young guy was just joking with you and was probably very very surprised to see that you play the game. He is certainly still laughing.

That all that I can say because I'm quite voiceless, and I don't want to put the blame on you.

I must say Santiago has the best Airport for a monger it takes no time to get in and out compare to SD and PP plus no one asks for pay offs. My friend met me at the airport and took me to the New hotel that I requested. I could have stayed with him, but would have had to use a hotel or cabana for girls for he has 3 kids. O' kay I get my room for about 40us with a mini bar in the Ice box, AC, Cable but no sex channel and accross the street from the College. Time to change money and the rate sucks 29.5 was the best for an US dollar. We went to 10 places and most were 28 to 29dr for a Dollar. Santiago is not the town for the monger who want easy picking. There is no beach and most girls don't speak enlish. The PRO spots suck there are 3 of them ( Casa Blanca, Passion and Illusion ) all 3 suck half of the girls were 4s and the 8 and 9s wanted 4000dr about $150us. Thier were some there who would have took 2000dr but they were 4s and too old for my taste. The carwashs were nice we went to about 10 of them; girls were O'kay some work for the spots other freelance. Its a nice town if you speak spanish for a non pro. A chica who only has sex with locals for free. There very few girls in DR who are Virgins unless you go way up in the Mountian on foot for thier are no road up there. There was another club call Macombos (check spelling) a local joint with about 10 girls who were 1s and 2s. Thier rate was 2000dr but they would take 1500 or 1000dr. Half of them were fat as hell and the only one who was about 7 in face and 9 in body open her mouth and it smell like hot garbage. Now the mall was dead on friday but jumping on SaT to bad I had a girl with me. If you know some spanish you can pick up the college girls and or girls at the mall. If you want to enjoy yourself find a native from the states and belive me you will have a ball. My friend took me to clubs where I was the only guy not from DR. I hung out in the slums and met nice girls who just want to eat and meet a nice guy from the US. I went to a little town where the DR girls look have asian then up in the Moutians when the girls look like thier from Europe. I had 7 girls in 4 nights and the food is cheap. The only bad thing was the hotel at checkout they charge me 2000dr for bringing in a girl each night. Thats almost an extra $100us. Boycott this hotel. The name is Hotel Plantio (check spelling) Native pay $25 a night for a couple and gringo now pay $40us for a single plus more for a girl. My friend and I told them about thier selfs me in enlish him in spanish. It a good thing I saved on the chicas the most I paid was 600dr for them to give to thier kids of mother. Any one who want my friend number pm me and can someone tell jackson to fixed the senior upgrade. I filled out 5 form for nothing.

Thanks,

Jackson

Can anyone tell me how to get from Santiago to Soaua and back? I mean by cab / taxi or public transportation (I am a non-driver). [I've also posted this inquiry in the Sosua forum].

Thanks.

Sure. Take a bus. Caribe Tours or Metro Tours. I have never taken metro tours but have taken Caribe tours many times. Nice clean buses with blasting AC and the price is certainly right. From Santo Domingo to Santiago was less than 150 pesos, so I would assume even less from Santiago to Sosua.

While recently in Santiago, I had no interest in hitting Passions and Illusions as they are played out and over priced. I checked out Macombs which is mentioned here. It was seedy, but was worth a visit for a beer or two.

A taxi driver that picked me up fro Macombs mentioned Zoila. It was very late and there were not many people in Zoila. I just sat at the bar and to be honest probably had too many beers to pay close enough attention to make this post worthwhile.

After a beer or two a somewhat cute petite girl came over and asked why I was sitting alone. She was not the first to ask, but the first one that was cute enough for me to buy a beer. She sat down and flirted, groped, grinded for a bit.

She then asked if I wanted to take her to my hotel. I asked how much. She said 3,000 pesos. I laughed. I said if I wanted to spend that much I'd be at Passions. . . .she laughed as well.

After a few more minutes of mutual groping she said, pay the bar my 250 peso salida and give me 1000 pesos in the morning. . . . .check please.

Honestly I was drinking all day and don't remember all the details but she gets an a for effort and when I woke up in the morning she was getting dressed. I did a quick check to make sure nothing was missing, and nothing was missing. I gave her 1,000 pesos and she told me to come get her again that night, which I didn't.

I guess for santiago it was a bit of a bargain, and I would definitely check out zoila again even if just to see it in a more sober condition!

I'd love to tell you where it is. . . . .but have NO idea. I'll do better next time. . . .I promise.

I take it that you're arriving late on Jet Blue. They will be adding day flights in the near future. In the meantime, you will probably have to spend the night in Santiago and catch the bus (80 pesos) to Sosua the next day. For many reasons taking a cab out there (Sosua) at that hour is too risky. Good Luck!

If you want to take a cab to Sosua at that time, as a gringo expect to pay around $60 US -- I've done it 10+ times (though I'm latino and lived in the DR and thus paid much less), and you should have no trouble, I'm not sure what the other gentlemen means by 'it's not safe at the hour'. Is it because of wreckless driving?? Because that's anytime in the DR.

It all depends on what you are going there for. If you have never been to sosua go there and you will have the time of your life. Santiago is also nice just a little more expensive with the pros and you will need some spanish and investment of time and some game to get the non pros.
If mongering is what you are going for then sosua is the place to go. Read up and have fun.

I stay at a "very basic" called Colonial. I say a "very basic" place because it does not have any of the fancy furniture like at the more expensive places in town and name brand hotels. No mahogany furniture, No waterfalls, No jacuzzis, etc.

I along with many others do stay at Hotel Colonial. Right next to a telephone and internet center too. It's about 520 pesos a night with A/c. The rooms are clean and each have private bathroom, and TV. No problem with guests. It is a quick walk away from the main strip of stores where you can find Mcdonalds, clothing stores, exchange banks, Citibank, etc.

Who shops at these stores? CHICAS!!!

It's worth a shot or two. You'll never know unless you try.

I got a quote of 3,000 pesos from nidnight until noon.

Are car washes set up like a separate bar/lounge next to the actual carwash area? Would it be unusual to arrive at these by foot or taxi, without an actual car to wash?Side by side and no problem without a car. But don't think it is always a sure thing with a gal unless you broach the subject of leaving with her at some point. Often you can just waste a lot time there getting soused to find out the really cute honey will not leave with you. Often there is slim pickens at a carwash and mostly a lot of guys.

With all due respect to all other opinions (and I do mean respect), I rarely find the really pretty Santiagueras available in Santiago and especially not at Casa Blanca or Passion. Most there are too chunky/worn/professional and not from the area.

The babes from Santiago, and there are many, who work usually go a very long distance from the city: Santo Domigo, La Romana etc. so not to ruin reputations at home.

How do I know? I will admit investing in a number of relationships with the local beuaties to find out later they were/are working at carwashes and casas elsewhere on the island. The sad thing for me is they really are quite nice women - as some of you who are probably having them already know.

We search long and hard for TpC girls b/c it's important for everyone out there to understand that we are not searching for quantity, we are searching for QUALITY. I have found the nicest looking girls in Santiago in comparison to many other places but most of the real exquisite drop dead types are hidden and if they are here they moved here from deep in the depths of nowhere. However being here creates many opportunities for The Platinum Castle.

Here is how it works.

We have TpC parties from the time you get here until the time you leave. We plan out the entire stay for each guest based on what types of things we have available and what they dream of doing most. We only take up to 3 guests at a time as you can understand the time needed to prepare for each guest is extensive. We are nothing like anyone or any business in the DR...We are American and this an American establishment based in the DR. There is alot of bullshit here in 99% of the people so we built The Platinum Castle around enjoying the benefits and leaving the bullshit for those outside the Castle.

We start off with picking you up from the Airport of course, then go back to the castle where there will be the girl of your choice or similar or a few depending on how big your appetite is. Everything is all inclusive, you get drinks, food, we have 2 maids, 65" flatscreen, xbox, PS2, poker table, full bar, companionship of course 24/7, wireless internet, free US Phone line to use, a small deposit gets you a DR cell phone all you do is put minutes and we have a car and driver on call 24/7. We have different events where we go to the beach, rent a house with a pool in Sosua or go to the beach in Boca Chica...we might go to the waterfalls in the mountains or go jetski on the lake. You never know what could happen at The Platinum Castle but you can believe you won't be on your own, you'll hang with me personally the entire time, we have personal security for all the guests and me and my people. Safety and comfort are essential in this organization.

You have to have a Platinum Status ID to come to the Castle but it's only 7.95 a month or 89.95 a year and it give you access to all the girls in the castle, and you can come to any of the parties we have, just let us know.

Unfortunately we don't have a pool at this Castle but there is another Castle opening soon that will have a huge pool and take up to 5-6 guests at a time.

Costs are the same all the time.

3 days - $750
4 days - $1000
5 days - $1250
6 days - $1500

This includes everything I mentioned and 1 companion per day. We love to gamble here at anything. I am a big ass kid and I think all men are and life doesn't let us enjoy that part of us, well here is your chance. This is the executive gentlemens party spot to kick and be themselves and relax without a care in the world and a beautiful girl at his side treating him like a King as long as you want her! This is a Castle and living like a King is only fit for a Castle, am I right?

I couldn't tell you how many girls we have, there is alot but I am always getting more, women are a pain in the ass to deal with especially in this fuckin country so I always have many to choose from.

There are many photos and video of girls to choose from and when the site is finished it will be even better.

I can't put the name of the site up b/c it's a paid for site but it's not hard to figure out. It is what it is!

Thanks Wet Nose and let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey fam,

What's good wit y'all out there. This is The Platinum Castle in Santiago doing da damn thang. There are some choice women in this country if you stay long enough, or I guess if you come to the Castle. I have to get more pix of what's going on but I still have many.

I have been taken it easy since we just got everything out of customs and I am waiting on the upgrades on the site to be finished. In the meantime I been hangin with my bad ass lil mama I got. Many of these girls don't mind if you have a wife or girl and many of aren't regular ho's that work the streets or the club....They are coming looking for that man that they can treat like a King forever but are "having fun" til they find him I guess. Who gives a fuck, can anyone out there say HELL YEA for Latina Mami's cuz they drive me fuckin nutz with the curves and the sexual essence that surrounds them 24/7. The most sexiest creature on the planet is a Latin women.....NO SHIT!

Here are some pics with one of the clients came and stayed 2 weeks!

I have been living in the DR for a while now and I would have to say that I agree with CS69 all day. And then some. Now I am a bit more blunt and I really don't give a shit what people think. I only say what is real and this country is it's own worst fuckin enemy. It's a very nonproductive place to try and call home be/see if you have money everyone is trying to take it. And being broke is something The Platinum Castle won't stand for.

The problems are simple, people have no idea how to be clean, responsible, successful, independent, or use their brain in any way shape or form. This crazy ass dude I paid like 20k pesos for a queen size bed for one of the rooms this mutha fucka brings a queen size mattress and a full size frame and says. "it's suppose to hang off like that". YOU KNOW HE GOT CUSSED OUT LIKE HE STOLE SOMETHING. Point is it doesn't matter how stupid what they do is they will make up a reason for it to be so stupid and try to make you feel like your an idiot for saying something about it.

The real problem is:

The men of this country don't mean what they say and they don't say what the fuck they mean. They don’t back up what comes out of there mouth. These people are not a third world country by accident, it's there own fault. They believe in things like every man in the country or caribbean is suppose to where long pants and a collared button down shirt and its 200 degrees outside, or they don't take you seriously is what one person that lives here said, I don't know about you but why t if it's 200 degrees anywhere in the world I am going to be as close to butt nekkid all the time that I can. Doing business, eating at a restaurant, shopping or whatever. The people of this country are only interested in how things look to other people and what they will say about it. Honestly who gives a fuck but that is all they do.

They will lie for no good damn reason

Case in point:

The electricity was off for like 3 days and me and the neighbors were all coming outside, inversor’s stopped working and the whole works, so me and my assistant see the 2 guys that work for the electric company come and start working on a pole. We go ask them if they are fixing the light and they say no, they don’t have anything to do with the part that is broken. They then say they called in and have a confirmation number on this ripped piece of newspaper and they are on the way. So an hour goes by and I ask my asst. If it felt like he was blowing smoke up our ass or what be/see my butt cheeks got tight. Out only baby, I have enough smoke of my own to blow up my own ass, so when someone else does my butt cheeks get tight. Anyway I told my asst. To call and find out.

Here is the real story, the electric dude never called and never told anyone and they had no idea anything was wrong, they then made a confirmation number and were there within a half hour and fixed the transformer which had blown out one night. My point is there was no reason for these 2 dumbass dudes who work for Ednorton or however you spell the electric company's name to tell that fuckin story. None whatsoever but they do it anyway. So I just cuss everyone here out when they fuck up and try to fuck me and then they run away scared be/see everyone here only says what will make the other person shut up. That doesn't get anything done. I don't give a shit what they think, how they do things or anything because their whole outlook on everything is ASSHOLE BACKWARDS so when they try to tell you some shit like they have to much blood and that’s why they give so much, ask them who told them that or whether they cam e up with it all by themselves be/see most of the shit that comes out of people s mouth here is shit they thought up on there own. My maid my food that was nasty and said it was my tongue. Then everyone in my girls family commenced to dumping the food in the garbage and hour later when they came over. They have excuses people. Don't put up with them.

The excuses and lazy ass attitude is the cause of them being so damn broke, they want me to understand and accept there fucked up ass ways which I have and they don't want to be open to anything from someone who is and always has been successful. American’s! Nor teach their next generation of young men how to be anything but a lazy piece of shit that gets over on everyone. They are just happy being dumb!

I went to Francifold or some shit like that, I guess it's where the fuckin snobs hang out or whatever, they told me I couldn’t' come in because I had diamond earring s in both of my ears. Not just any diamonds, these are the real shit you bling bling with, you know how we Americans like to shine. Needless to say they asked me to take them out, and I told them in the most non insultive way I could, I won't be back to this piece of shit and each of my diamonds represent my daughters. Therefore I was livid. I haven't been back and won't go and the other place I think is Tribeca told me I couldn't come in with Timberlands on. I would be willing to bet that I had more money in my pocket then anyone in the club and they said I couldn't come in be/see I look like I don’t. I had no problem with that either be/see they are both the same owner.

I did go to the IE bar downtown and the owner treated my like a celebrity. I really appreciated that and even though it’s a ritzy place, you can't put a price on being treated well.

Very few people in this country get it and it starts with the men. They are full of shit and they are dumb as fuckin a bag of rocks. They beat the shit out of their women, don't work, make the women go sell there ass to feed them and their kids and then go fuck other women like they are the shit. What they don't know is all of this shit is caused by them. They are completely ok with dirt and sharing germs and not being hygienic. They have no appreciation for anything at all. My advice is stay the fuck away from the men be/see they are not men at all, they all need their fuckin ass beat. They are teaching the other children to be pieces of shit too and they try to talk bad about me be/see I won't conform to their dumbass ways of living.

Honestly I think we should put all the men of this country in the corner with a pointy hat that that says I am a dumbass on it. You will see it soon be/see I am recording all this stupid ass shit over here and when the rest of the world see's it and says they are stupid maybe they will make a change for the better be/see this way does not work in any way shape or form.

The country is disappointing to say the least but what makes me cool here over everything is the women are just the opposite of the men if you treat them right but they have no faith in anything be/see all they see is backwards ass bullshit from there leaders and kings. So if you want a GREAT woman, come to DR be/see they are just that and then some if you treat them right and mold them they can be (and I mean everyone of them) have it in them to be Queens.

I am ciphering through the shit to get to the diamonds and wow what a find when I turn over some of the rocks I come across. Anyways, the Platinum Castle doesn't have time for this country's bullshit so we don't participate in anything but the benefits of the country. The women! Everything else is invisible and doesn't get into the Castle.

One more thing I found out, is the reason everyone only does the bachata here is be/see they are afraid they will look stupid trying salsa or any other latin dance or hip hop for that matter. The craziest shit I ever saw in life is a whole club doing the same dance for 6 hours. That shit made me sick so we have our own club in the Castle where we play everything including hip hop especially hip hop and you can be and do any fuckin dance you make up in your head and we will be doing the same.

I have one more. This is the last one. I went to Ochoa to buy a pool for the roof. I bought 2 small pools and I get home to fill it up and one of them has a hole in it, I then take it back to Ochoa. These mutha fucka 's tell me I have mucho problemos. I told them I just bought the piece of shit an hour ago. They said ooooooh no, you have mucho problemos. They then put a patch on it that of course didn't work then I came home to find out that the other one had a hole also. Ain't this a *****? . One big fuckin loss. These fuckin people trip me out with this type of bullshit but it let me further understand that nothing in this country is new and the rest of the world takes a big dump of all the shit that don't work and sends it here. So never buy anything from here. Ever, ever, ever. Get it from the states.

Thanks for listening and hope this info was helpful. And remember Tpc always keeps it real!

CS hit me up, let s have a drink sometime.

So it's bright and early on Monday morning and TpC is back again. Off to the gym to see how good of shape I can stay in.

I need to know what everyone that comes to Santiago or Sosua is looking for when they come to this sight. What do you want to know? What do you want to see? When you come out here is there anything in particular that your looking for besides pussy because that is always available. At TpC we cater to the foreigner coming thru Santiago where the finest girls like to party.

We are still making huge leaps because that's just how we do it but I need some feedback on what you want out of a private getaway in the Caribbean.

I am currently looking for another Castle with a pool so if anyone has any connects with or knows of anyone with a big ass empty Platinum Style Castle and wants a piece of the action....hit us up. We are expanding quickly and want to include all the people that love to party that we can.

So the water is off which is a pain in the ass because I just got back from the gym so I have be stank until I get water. Or else I might take my ass to a cabana.

We have big things coming up, TpC is growing bigger everyday! The girls are putting together some big shit because they are more then just pussy. These bangin ass girls can get there bounce on too. Love to see a Latin mami do her thing like you know latin women do.

Anyways. I been thinking about the belief's and things they have in this city or country or whatever and it all makes sense now! When a whole country believes that it's ok to tell a lie as long as they don't know if it hurts somebody has definitely changed my opinion of the people in a good way and a really bad way.

The bad is the obvious. Lying just to lie is never a good thing. The good is these people never stress anything. Everything is tambien no problemo. Bullshit. They are so full of shit it scares me but they live longer or something right?

Anyways theres a few party's coming up soon at the Castle! So make sure that your stay on top of the current events because we are moving quickly and swiftly to give you what you need!

Why would anyone want to go to Platinum Castle and pay $750 to $1500 for bigscreen tv, xbox, and to get laid, when you can get girls yourself for much less, and watch tv and play video games anywhere there, and have that money in your pocket? don't make any sense to me, but I guess theres alot of people out there that enjoy getting ripped off.

thanks for the feedback, very much appreciated. in response to your quote, the reason is this. i am not interested in cheap ass, piece of shit, disease carrying $1500 or $2000 pesos a girl bitches or people who want them. this is only for quality not for 200 idiots to come to the castle, fuck it up, not appreciate shit, think your gonna fuck my dimes and leave for $2000 pesos.

the prices you quoted were for 3 days to 6 days, which includes airport pickup/dropoff, dr cell phone, girl 24/7, a different girl each day if you like, all the food and drinks you can handle, we have a full bar, and it's a private club not a passion or carwash. you won't find a ***** from any place like that here. my girls will be representing the platinum castle worldwide. this is just the first platinum spot. there is alot more coming just consider yourself lucky to know about it now. the games and all that are bonus type shit that you don't find much of in the dr and the only place i have seen places like this one are not in the dr.

since i only allow 3 guests in each castle at a time, the fact that you pay 250 an hour in new york and your paying 250 a day and i am taking away all responsibility of dealing with the bullshit. however everyone has there own opinion and yours is as valuable as everyone elses. i guess. i really don't know but i have gotten very few notes like this one, and 1000's from people who "don't mind getting ripped off".

here is my request, if your going to say that i am ripping people off, then make sure you know every aspect of what's going on or you will look like an idiot because your talking about shit you know nothing about. also tpc will always keep it real with you and my main objective is for everyone to understand is that "i just don't give a fuck" and if you can dish it i can take it, but make sure you can take it when it comes back and smaks the shit out of you and you can't get in because you want a skank ***** that your daddy probably hit when he came. i am not ripping off anyone, just check with the p. status peeps that have come. because it's evident that you aren't one of them.

quality not quantity. if your looking for quantity. there are plenty of women! i live here i know, but 70% of these nasty fuckin stank bitches couldn't step in my fuckin house. this ***** spit on my floor like 6 months ago. that is some nasty fuckin shit.

anyways, the castle is doing well. we are getting another castle with a pool by the beach soon, this castle is complete and when we are done in sosua or puerta plata we are off to costa rica.

big shit is going on with video and the site, we have some sci fi porn coming up with one of my girls. we are doing an entire story line around her being captive in a palace. that's all you get. to know the rest you have watch. will be out in a few months.

also the party spot is going to be jumpin off soon also. there so much going on it's hard to hold it in but i have been asked to have some restraint. therefore all i can do is talk shit on this site right now, but soon. tpc is going world wide baby. !

if tpc is to expensive for any of you or you don't want to spend the money to come or whatever the fuck you come up, do me a favor and keep it to yourself, i don't give a fuck if you don't come in the least. i really would rather put my attention to the 4000 emails i have and 30 phone calls i get a day of people who are interested.

however if you do decide to give me your opinions on money or whatever, then from this point on expect to get cussed out because that is more fun then trying to be nice to someone who is putting my business down. i don't care if it's too much for you, by all means go where you have been going. or find out from the people who have been here but if your only concern is money or whatever then this isn't the spot for you anyway. all my p. status peeps hang with me personally and they get all of my attention and the attention of my staff and girls. ok that's all. i'm done now. thanks for reading.

Thats ok, everyone has a right to say what they think. You can keep up with your 4000 emails which I doubt because you would not have time to keep advertising on this site, and you can have your own opinion on what kind of women I have been with, so called skanks, but I bet the women you have there has been with every Tom, Dick, and Harry out there. So thanks but no thanks, I will keep my money and have fun with the ladies that are just as safe as yours. I have been around enough to know whats going on. I won't be reading anymore of your reports, so don't bother answering. Good luck and take care of the castle.

I have been to the Platinum Castle and it was worth every penny, first off, when you are a guest there, you have the whole run of the house, Liquor, Food, Entertainment, Driver, and especially Afternoon Sex. For newbies to the Santiago area who don't speak spanish or have connections, they allways have to wait till the late night to buy pussy from one of the car washes or Passions, Casas, or Illusions. These girls will charge a newbie $4,500RD($150) for an all-nighter and she's gone first thing in the morning. Not counting the over-priced drinks you are buying, car-fare and cabana rates. Now for $250, I can drink, eat, and fuck all day & night long, plus I am not stuck in a tiny hotel room with a TV and a Fridge.

I am not a newbie to the Santiago area, I can speak fluent spanish and have a lot of connections in that region, including my female friends who attend PUCMM & UTESA and they have other gorgeous friends. But I stayed at the Platinum Castle to pretty much check it out, I was curious because nobody ever tried this in a Santiago neighborhood.

When I go there DR. I almosy never watch TV. Too inconvenient! No one lets you touch their TV. Why would they you would not let someone touch yours! Its not like here t. V. S cost too much there there is a import tax and another tax on top of that. You buy a 400us tv here there is 700. And a trip to the store by cab. It looks like you really know your way around. You can't watch shit in that country unless you have tv in your room or at a friends house or in a bar restaurant video who you kidding go follow some kid with one of those things in his hands and borrow it. How many times have I gone to bed because I thought the chick was comin only to find out the next day over apologies and excuses she said she will be there tonite. Well tonite I won't be there for her. I'll probably be playing videos anywhere. Walking around looking for a kid to share his pocket video that he won't share with anyone?

If you look into yourself and wonder why you don't do some things its because you can't afford it. I always wonder about that myself do I really like old bikes or is it because I can't afford the ones I really want. Of course you have inexpensive pussy in DR. And it is evan cheaper in bankcock but it is a much different trip no? You say ripped off and where have you been ripped off in d. Are? / you want to get ripped off just go to jamaica W.I. Go to the beach like Sosua Negril you will get fukin ripped there I find it hard to understand how a person who has probably gone down the cheapest path is worried about someone else having a great time and it only costs a little bit more than you have to spend! Is your cock in your puppet have you ever been to a nice private club that was my first time and I havent used the term ripped off since college days and I always tell all I meet to come to the DR. Hey guys,
Have been to Puerto Plata and Sosua on previous trips and now have to return to Santiago on business. Question #1 does anyone have a suggested hotel? One that has e-mail or an website would be best. A hotel that has Internet access even better. Also, does anyone have a suggested driver? I have to go to La Vega and then Santo Domingo. Anyone that has an idea of the cost involved or if I should take some AC bus, please chime in. The only recent activity on this board seems to be with that of The Platinum Castle which I will reserve judgement on. I actually PM'd the castle 5 days ago with some questions and no response. Keeping this in mind are the old locations discussed on this forum still valid? Would best route go by finding and then asking a good driver? I'm 33yo and speak reasonable Spanish should I just chexk a few discos? Does anyone know of a casino in Santiago?

Thanks in advance,
Ender

I'm 33yo and speak reasonable Spanish should I just chexk a few discos? Does anyone know of a casino in Santiago?

Thanks in advance,

EnderA driver can easily run you upwards of $70+ one way, I suggest you take caribe tours, which is a nice air-conditioned bus that has routes from Santiago to The Capital with several stops including La Vega. Just google caribe tours for their website.

For casinos there is the Matum and Gran Almirante, also taxis will take you to all parts of Santiago for RD$200 tops.

[QUOTE=Ender]Hey guys,

Thanks in advance,

I met a driver with a nice diesel van that seemed more than reasonable to me I always try to remember that cars and fuel are more expen$I've there but he was always willing to be adjustable and on time with appointments. He also got me a nice chick once and some dogs the other times I told him he wasted hid time and he was not happy but he was the next nite. I will try to look or find his taxi # if you can afford it business payibg hire a car and driver so you have unrestricted movement. Maybe a little guide or translator. Nothing like getting off at a terminal in a city and not knowing where to go. Call the platinum the monument on Thursday Friday sat is wild I think let me know if you want

Why would anyone want to go to Platinum Castle and pay $750 to $1500 for bigscreen tv, xbox, and to get laid, when you can get girls yourself for much less, and watch tv and play video games anywhere there, and have that money in your pocket? don't make any sense to me, but I guess theres alot of people out there that enjoy getting ripped off.You can't tell me where to go watch tv in DR in answer to your question because you are getting all those things and if you stay in a nice house in Sosua and where is the remote when you want to watch no go down to the german bar and watch football great deal rubble.

If you leave after the 19th in September you can get from JFK to Santiago for $99 each way. With taxes I got the trip for $315! With the fuel surcharges these days that's one hell of a deal. FYI

Those of you that know me from this board or TSM (does anyone remember TSM?) will know that the thing I hate most is punters paying too much for tang and spoiling it for the rest of us. In my opinion why travel anywhere if it is not at least 1/5 the cost of what you get in the states. This being said I am returning to the DR for business which brings me into Santiago. When I was in Puerto Plata I visited Blackbeards for 2 days but spent the rest of the time at the Palace in Sosua. As reported (see PP section) I thought they did Blackbeard's well and if you want a safe and clean place where you don't have to do any work, I thought it was done well. Difference here with The Platinum Castle (TPC) is that the owner is younger, less experienced and has less cash on hand. This does not mean that it's not worth a try. I do find the prices about $100 more than they should be per day, but we will see. So I'm going to take one for the team and see what it has to offer. I don't think he should have posted here till complete with construction, but that may simply be because of his limited knowlege of the board and business experience. I spoke with him on the phone and he seems like he really wants to please the customer. He's also taken some well deserved knocks with some grace, so we'll see what it's all about. I will be there on Sep 20th and heading to SD so if any newbies want to tag along PM me and I'll see what's up. I'll also be doing the Casa thing and hit a few carwashes, patrol the barrios for non-pro action etc. etc.

EnderI have the same deal in October.

In an earlier post you asked about getting to Santo Domingo from STI.

I was in the DR for New Year's Eve 2005 for the first time. Flew into STI on JetBlue, took CaribeTours bus to Santo Domingo and back for the return flight. No problem at all. Since the inbound flight arrived STI at 3:00am I pre-arranged p/u at airport and VERY cheap hotel in Santiago for remainder of night - did not want to wander around strange airport or city or country first visit.

I will do same this trip, except for the cheap hotel.

I am reasonably fluent in Spanish, 4 yrs recently at college level plus some day to day conversations.

Does anybody have any updates from Santiago? Ender, did you ever get to TPC and, if so, what's your assessment. Do you have contact info (e-mail and phone number) for the owner who's been posting on this board?

What's going on with the clubs? The early closing hours seem to be having an impact as reportedly Ambis I has closed for good.

some things expected, others not. let me start my description of the castle by stating that the person who is going to make it or break this place is the main owner/operator. that being said drexel (those of you who remember the movie true romance will understand the reference)puts the im in pimp. he is one of the most personable guys i have met, and truely believes in what he is trying to create. he also has a teriffic business mind. a dr. jekyl / mr. hyde? yes, in every sence of the word.

what is the platinum castle? very much as described, the platinum castle is a bed & breakfast style destination for mongers. ever wanted to know what it is like to be a well heeled foreigner in a city of angels? your experience at the castle will give you exact insight of what it is like to live in santiago, both positive and negative. you will experience young sweet women who love to hang and party, you will experience power outages on a daily basis. (drexel has a battery backup system in the house). it is an experience of staying with a friend in country and not having to worry about anything. hang out during the day or go your own way, eat on site or eat where you want. have a guide for a day or find the ways yourself. watch sunday night football with the guys or catch up on some work using the high speed wireless internet.

the current location of the platinum castle is a good one, but the house itself is not up to par with the idea that drexel is trying to create. the three greatest lacking features of the house are that there is no hot water, no air conditioning and no pool. the things that have been done right, the place is spotless with great maids, televisions in every room and a huge sony in the livingroom, cheap international calls and high speed wireless through the house.

while i was there i had the opportunity to see the most likely future destination of the platinum castle. this will most likely be complete in 30-60 days from now. let me say that drexel knows what is needed and this new location will blow your mind. secure parking for 10 cars, huge pool and outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor dance/bar area, central air, hot water and a huge master suite. this move will make the castle the perfect destination and truely a worldclass option for mongers regardless of destination. it's just a matter of getting the place ready and going through the legal work, which in santiago is one giant pain in the ass. so i can say with confidence that with a new "castle", the platinum castle will be the only destination in santiago. members on this board are more experienced, for those that are, drexel will provide barebones packages to those that would like them. for those newbies, you'll have a great time with your stay and with the services provided.

lets discuss cost.. $75 per day for the room is reasonable considering that you would spend between $50-$100 on a hotel. i do not know of a hotel with wifi in santiago so that alone was worth the price of the room. with the new location you will have an almost private vila in the heart of santaigo, with a huge pool and a great atmosphere. in summary, the cost of the room is not an issue at all. i believe that an additional $60 would be for a driver which is a fairly standard rate and reasonable especially since the driver speaks very good english. i did not take that option and drove myself, the choice is yours but i would suggest a gps if you are not familiar with santiago. i believe it is $50 / day for meals/drinks again, you will have to ask drexel about this because i did not go this route but considering that i consumed 75 beers in 6 days it might have been a better option. which brings us to the last point

chicas. i'm a particular guy that has been nearly everywhere mongering. the chicas of santiago are far better looking than their counterparts in puerto plata and sosua. that said, the pros want more money than their counterparts in other areas. 3000 per night is the average going rate. some are being quoted higher, some lower. i think you could haggle down to 2000 if you speak some spanish which i do. you should talk with drexel about what you are looking for, he has a stable of about 100 chicas whom he can call, possibly more although much to my dissapointment, he keeps the best 20 or so for himself! point being that i did not discuss my tastes with him prior to arriving in santiago. thus my tight schedule and certain girls being unavailable made trips to the local tallent sources a frequent and fun diversion. he does not make any money off of the chicas so if you get them on your own or through him it's all about your powers of closing the deal or letting him do it. drink your beers at the castle because they are new york prices when you go to the clubs.

casa blanca. located on the main highway between santo domingo and puerto plata, casa blanca was an interesting destination. some fine chicas and some horiffic ones. however, had the best night of the trip here on friday night when they had a free nude review. check the chicas skills and body out before you get home! a fantastic time about 40 chicas every night i was there.

illusions. for some reason this was my favorite spot although i would say that casa blanca was almost as good some nights we were there. some hot chicas just down the block from casa blanca. looks like passions has a bar in the back left but also has an outside area if you want to get out into the hot air or grab a smoke. a little more high pressure and poorly lit than casa blanca with about the same number of women the time i was there.

passions. a disco type atmosphere lots of locals and some hot but slightly high pressure chicas. not lit well so it was a little hard to see the tallent. about 40 when i was there but the area smelled like shit. my least favorite of the three, but the women were fine so it is worth a look.

in summary, as it stands now the castle and management are on the right road to a sure thing in santiago. are they there, no will they be there? most likely. once the new place is set in place, i think this will be the perfect destination for any hungry monger. drexel can start to focus his efforts less on building a business and more on running one. more research into semipro chicas etc. etc. this place will succeed in no small part to drexel who will provide you with top notch customer service. he will try hard to make you happy, just let him know what you want.

now, in response to your question if the new 12am closing time is having any effect on the business? it is most likely hurting the clubs, but with the chicas leaving earlier that means you can steal them for their off hours rates and most likely get better deals than before. average chica wants 3000 or that is what they told me, depending on the girl i had no problem getting them down to 2500 and some to 2000. i had a great time at casa blanca and saturdays and fridays with the free show were the most fun of any club i went to. hope the info helps.

Thanks for the update on the casas. Are these places adhering to the same early closing hours as the rest of Santiago? Did these places actually close at midnight on weeknights? Are there any action spots after closing hours?

Does the long-term (all night) pricing you quoted (3000 average, 2000-2500 achievable with some Spanish & negotiating skills) apply to all 3 of these clubs or did it differ among them? Is there a salida (takeout fee) paid to the clubs and was it included in the prices you quoted. If extra, how much more?

Any special dos and don'ts at these places?

Thanks in advance for your follow-up response.

VGYes, all of the casas are adhering to the same early closing hours as the rest of the clubs in Santiago, midnight (Sun-Thu) & 2am (Fri-Sat)

The prices of 3000RD is generally the asking for all three clubs, it can go as high as $4000 for newbies who don't know any better.

The salida is included in the 3000RD asking price, the owners get a cut from the girls.

Do's and Don'ts, try not to buy girls alot of drinks when you're there, only buy for girls you're interested in taking home or out back in the cabanas. Do attend some of the carwashes before hand and try hooking up with them there, many of these girls work in the clubs after they leave the carwash, the asking price will be cheaper.

For the experienced chica chasers who know Santiago well, I have questions concerning the less-discussed avenues for scoring with them.

Car Washes - These have been discussed to some extent, but not a lot of detail has been provided. The ones most frequently mentioned are Gomez Diaz, Kelvin's and Korona. Which of these is best? What are the going prices? What is the best time to go so as to avoid a long wait for leaving with a selected chica?

Bars and Clubs - Which Santiago venues offer the best possibilities for leaving with a hottie ... whether she's P4P or a non-pro? Specific club names and even best nights of the week would be helpful.

Beeper Chicas - Infrequently mentioned, this slice of the Santiago P4P market lies largely below the radar. Does anybody have contacts, leads or even general info for tapping into this market?

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help.Car Washes - Gomez Diaz has the best talent amongst the car washes, you will notice that many chicas will start off at Gomez and when Gomez closes around 11 or 12, they move on to Passions, which is the best out of the three casas and the largest. Kelvin's is more suited for the locals in Las Colinas and the quality is ok but not as good as Gomez, but you can dance there, no bailando en Gomez Diaz. A good thing about Kelvin's is that your an ear shot from regular hangout spots, (Rancho Tipico, Rancho Merengue, Patron Burger, etc.) Girls usually goes for about $2000 more or less, in regards to the girls, if they like you, and how you can negotiate. The best time is near closing, also if you have a cell phone, you can arrange something later.

Bars and Clubs - If you have game and can speak spanish any of the major discos and lounges like Biu Pub, baja, Montezumas, Monte Bar. Also, One Way Bar, which is off Las Carreras towards the Monument is always packed. Since you are not a local, it may be hard to know who is who.

Beeper Chicas - local hot university girls who's waiting for your phone call, spanish language is a must, many hang out with their girlfriends in the Mall (Plaza International) or the local bars around PUCMM and UTESA. Technically, any phone number you get will be your eventual beeper chica, including the chicas in car washes and casas who make a little extra on the side. Go to One Way Bar or the other jumping bars around the monument, befriend one of the workers and he'll point them out to you.

Good Luck

Car Washes - ... Girls usually goes for about $2000 more or less, in regards to the girls, if they like you, and how you can negotiate. ... if you have a cell phone, you can arrange something later. Is RD$2000 the price for toda la noche? Or are you talking about a few hours for that price? Also, where can you rent a cell phone for a week and what's a reasonable price?

Bars and Clubs - Biu Pub, baja, Montezumas, Monte Bar. Also, One Way Bar, which is off Las Carreras towards the Monument Do you have any addresses for these places? I know the taxistas will know, but it helps to know, even the neighborhood, for planning purposes.

Also, where can you rent a cell phone for a week and what's a reasonable price?Usually its for the night, but its up to the girl and what time you pick her up and whether if she is affiliated with the casas like Passions. The later, the better and with the new curfews, it will be hard for her to hustle back to the casas to pull an extra trick. I don't rent cell phones when I am down there, you should just use your current cell phone, go to the Orange shop and get a pre-paid sim card for your phone, its quick, cheap(RD$350-locked phones) and easy. Once activated, you just buy RD$100, RD$200, etc.. pesos cards and your connected.

Do you have any addresses for these places? I know the taxistas will know, but it helps to know, even the neighborhood, for planning purposes.BiU Pub - close to the Monument and under Hollywood Cinema, right off of Duarte highway. Very Big Disco like Ambis(RIP)
Montezuma - Across the street from the Monument right next to Kukuramakara (sp?) on the corner, can't miss it.
Monte Bar - Las Colinas, Santiago, on 27 de febrero (it's in between Kelvin's Car Wash & Patron Burger, plus its directly behind Rancho Tipico)
One Way - On the corner of Las Carreras & Tolentino(three blocks from the Monument)

Plaza International has been mentioned to me. Again, can you provide cross streets or at least the neighborhood name? Plus, they should have just completed the Las Colinas Mall, which is large.

Plus, I would like to add if you go to the Casinos, like the Matum, alot of action with Pros and Semi-Pros. Matum is down the block from the Monument, can't miss it, they have a huge rotating sign.

Have fun

I vistited the Car Wash, Gomez Diez, at 3 pm Saturday. It did not have much in quality. Sound system was blaring so loud I could not talk to the bartender and order a drink without shouting in his ear.

The 4-5 girls hanging around there were 2s to 4s. Gorditas. There was one doable girl, turned out she was an american on vacation with an attitude. Told me she was not working.

I hope the Platinum Castle has good luck with their new move to another house with a pool and air conditioning. I could not take the lack of air conditioning at the house, so I checked into the just opended Marriott, by the airport, for $99 a night including breakfast.

On my first night at the Castle, I enjoyed Melissa, a slim sexy girl with 3 kids, my first night at the Castle. Agreed to pay her $100 for all night, but she was typical, complained about not being able to sleep and started talking on her phone to a girlfriend, complaining to me, then took off after midnight. So much whining and complaining I just wanted her to get the fuck out. You practically need to chain the girls to the bed from the DR to get todo las noches.

Saturday I visited the Gomez Diez Car Wash and the mall Plaza International(unsuccessfully) and hung out with an attractive divorcee I met at the hotel, I did not get any pussy, but I have to rest Mr. happy once in a while and save up my leche for my next fuck, it should be oozing out her ears tonight.

I think the Castle has a long, long way to go to get to the status of its website, or the Medellin Mansion or Blackbeards, but Andre is a decent guy and I wish him luck against the odds. He is struggling, but I admire his dedication and hope he can make a go of it.

Hi,

I am fairly young compared to most on the board (23yrs). I am supposed to go to Santiago for a year. Santiago seems like the place for me since it seems like a good NON-PRO destination and I hear it also has lighter-skinned women (I prefer them light) I dont know however if it is true. But how much game is a guy going to need? I bought the mysterymethod from mysterymethod.com and doubleyourdating.com so I can push up my game before I move to the Dominican republic for a year. I have also started brushing up on my spanish. Any information will be helpful.

Thank you.

Thank you.If you are clean cut, can speak spanish and have some sort of game in your own country, you'll be fine, with most of the girls in Santiago. If you have money and you have serious game, dress in the latest chic fashions, i.e. Citizens of Humanity Jeans, Juicy Couture shirts, latest footware, etc.. You can hob nob with the upper echelon in Francifol, Tribeca, and a couple of others in the Capital when you are there. Go to Bonche .com on the internet for photos. These chicks are the finest in the country period, because they have money. But, Spanish is the key!! Oh yeah, hip-hop fashion is frowned upon by the upper-class dominicans, you'll be labeled as a "Tigre" and probably refused entry to high-end clubs and restaurants.

Good Luck, Have Fun!

Hi gents,

I've been working in Santo Domingo for a few days and just found out I'll be being driven to the Marriott Courtyard about 9 km S of the Santiago monument this (Sun) afternoon, staying overnight, working (shit) tomorrow ant being driven right back to SDQ. If I recall, this Marriott is in the middle of nowhere. Any suggestions for puss?

Also, is there a new Marriott near the Santiago airport? Better pickings there? Maybe I can change my reservation.

Thanks,

Does anyone know what club Frisco is referring to in this post?

Not Passions - I mean the other one he mentions, near La Vega:

Terry,

one needs to make reservations here??? I am planning to stay a week or so in Santiago area next month..(have an amiga there).
I am also not very keen on paying 100 bucks for a night in a non chica friendly presumido hotel...;-)
Just need a place were it's safe,clean...and (if possible) not too loud.

great info man!!

Johan

Yes, its recommended, because once in a while you'll get large groups booking many rooms, so I would call a week in advance to make sure. Also, the owner is constructing another hotel next door, so if you don't want to be wakened up at the crack of dawn by the sound of machinery, request a room that is not facing the parking lot. Other than that, its cheap, clean and safe.

I am headed for Santiago next month and have been reading the forum. I am a little confused about Car Washes, which seem to be a fruitful source of young and pretty chicas in Santiago. Can someone give me a description of these places, ie, how they work? Are there really cars involved?

Yes, you can actually wash your car there, but they also have a bar and sitting area where girls can sit with the patrons and ply their trade, the car wash Gomez Diaz will have girls acting like waitresses and when the place closes around 11 or 12, they work in Pasions or head over to the Casino. You go there and pick a waitress who's not sitting with anyone, call her over, have a drink with her and negotiate a time and price. Kelvin car wash is more open to this and allow dancing.

Oh yeah, if you go to the Matum and see any girl sitting by herself playing nickel slots, is a hooker. Ask her name, if she's waiting for someone, and buy her a drink. Then you'll be off to the races.

Last time I was in Santiago, probably September 2006, I visited Gomez Car wash one afternoon, hoping to get some pussy.

First of all, the music was blaring so loud you could not even hear yourself think, much less talk to the girls.

There were some girls there working, but they were about 4s or 5s, mostly chubby.

There was a hot looking chica, I tried to talk to her twice, she was sitting at a table inside the bar area, finally she said, "I'm not interested in you, I'm american!" Stuck up little bit ch!

So I went back in my taxi cab to the hotel by myself and visited Passions that night.

Passions had a very good selection, mostly 7-8.5s. But all the girls were hustlers, clock watchers, give me propina, you know the routine. If you go to Passions you are asking to be ripped off by girls who know the routine much better than you!

They put the hustle in the big apple, these Dominicanas!

I have to admit that Santiago is not Monger-friendly, you have to know the terrain to be successful in Santiago. Because if you don't, you'll be stuck going to those expensive clubs, to monger in Santiago, you have to speak spanish and be able to pick out a puta when you see one. I personally had success screwing the waitresses at small tipicos and billards around the monument. Maybe check out casa blancas or Illusions or Kelvin Car Wash. It's good to befriend a young local cab driver who could take you around in the areas and bag some nice young semi-pro. Oh yeah, don't go to the car washes when its still daylight, too early. These putas wake up late and hang out in the malls till 7 or 8.

Santiago is also meant to be a good place for non-pro activity if you have the money and the time.

I hear that the women are the best looking on the whole island, Boca chica being second.

Ofcourse this is all subjective. I will be able to tell you guys when I travel tomorrow. I am going to Cartagena, Colombia and then to the DR to monger.

Will bring lots of pics and maybe a video

Cheers

Sorry, the women in Santiago are no more better looking than anywhere else. This is a tall tale, mostly from men who recommend it. Some say the girls there are more cream colored than black. This could be true, but there are so many mixtures in the Dominican Republic, you can see all different types in the Capitol, Santo Domingo.

Actually I recommend Santo Domingo for the best girls. Boca Chica has alot of skanks that need a shower from hanging outside all day.

Sosua has alot of pure black girls.

Good luck, to a certain extent, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And if they dance well and pay attention to you, that also helps.

I've read over this thread a few dozen pages back (which quickly takes you to 2004!) and I can't seem to find any mention of any decent massage places in Santiago. I'm looking for something similar to the massage places in Sosua, 1000 pesos for a massage and BJ, no FS necessary.

Since my flight arrives first thing in the morning, I'll be looking for some daytime relaxation. If none exists, I might just head directly to PoP/Sosua and save my non-pro mongering attempts for the end of the trip.

Does anyone have any experience with the Gran Almirante? Will they let you take a girl back up to your room? Or is it like Jaragua's in SantoDomingo?

Also, how is the selection of girls in the casino after midnight on a Saturday night? Thanks F

They'll let you take a girl back if you show discretion and friendly with the staff. The quality of the girls vary at the casino, but after curfew they pile up inside the disco, since they close later than all the other clubs in santiago.

Colonial is on Salvador Cucurullo near the corner of Treinta de Marzo. It's located in the central area of Santiago near all of the shopping on Calle del Sol and Las Carreras, which is the main strip. On calle del sol, there is a McDonalds, Pizza Hut, large supermarket, numerous banks, phone companies, flea markets, and clothing stores. On the corner of the Hotel, there's a taxi stand with taxis waiting all times of the day and night. Across the street there is a bus stand with guaguas that will take you practically anywhere in the cibao region. The corner of Salvador Cucurullo, you'll find low level hookers hanging out in the chinese restaurant or the Hotel Lima's disco in the back and if you have to or want to screw one of them, I would bring them through the back and up the stairs of Hotel Lima, pay $RD100 for the room, real quick and quiet. There's also a nice place to drink and scout for some non-pro action around the corner off of treinta de marzo, facing the firehouse, to drink and catch a nice chica working there for tips. Also, straight down the block past treinta de marzo there is a new colmado, which plays music and have some decent local action. Plus, further down the block across calle de Lopez (sp?), there is a Billiard spot with some cute girls working there, its right on the corner (easy spot to pick up non-pros)

Please note, be careful walking up the other direction up Salvador Cucurullo towards San Luis & Sanchez, it's a ghetto and you might stand out.

Local places to eat, the restaurant in Hotel Aloha Sol is decent and you can eat like a Dominican on the second floor of El Encanton(sp?), on Restaucion about three blocks from the Colonial, it is also a large supermarket. A tip, late at night after a evening of dancing, drinking, and whoring, hahaha. Go to Machena's on Estrella Sadhala, it's a nice 24 hour restaurant or you can eat like a Local and go to food truck across from Monte Bar in Las Colinas (27 de Febrero). Most restaurants have to close early because of the liqour curfew.

Buen Suerte,

Nice clean hotel, cable, air, one bed, fan, refrigerator (prefilled), small table $64.00 (2010.00 RDs), be prepared to pay a fee if your girl stays the night. Mine came by 3 or for times but didn't stay the night and I didn't get hassled as I told the manager she would be visiting but not staying. I don't know the guest charge.

There is an attached casino that has the usual games, it does not have a craps table. There is also a chinese restaurant attached to the casino.

Next to Hotel Lima on the corner of 30 de marzo and Salvador Cucurullo, 1 block down from the corner of 30 de marzo and 27 de febrero, near the intersection of the cemeterio muncipal.

Basic, almost clean, tv, cable single bed, fan, a/c is extra (2.50US).

There is a guaga/taxi/bus stand right on the corner and you can get anywhere from here. Parking a car was difficult. There area during the day is working class. At night it changes, be aware.

Price with air was 630.39 RD (543.44 w/o air) exchange rate around 3 to 1.

The breakfast car photo comes about as I was out having a morning coffee, I say a crowd gathered around the trunk of this car and a abuelo putting plates together. I asked her to please show me what she had and she had a virtual smorgasboard of food. One of the best breakfasts I have had in the DR for 40 pesos.

No one spoke english while I was there, so your mileage may vary.

I visit Santiago all the time and if you think Santiago is anti-monger land YOU ARE WRONG.

Santiago is different than POP or Sosua as that you have to know someone to have a great time there. Yes you can go to Passions and get a girl for the night but, she is ready to leave as soon as you spray one on her face and that becomes a pain in the ass and is s a waste of time and money.

Someone else mentioned that you can ask a cab driver to take you around but, you are putting your life in your own hands.

Now when I go to Santiago I go see my man Deni. He is a young American guy that is plugged into the network down there. Him and his friend Endy take me around and introduce me to local girls from Santiago who are looking to have fun and are adventurous. These dudes really make it fun.

Now don't get me wrong. They know plenty of Santiago Putas but, they also know girls that have regular jobs and might be looking for husbands. Hell, I even met a virgin at a party they had. (However, if you run into a virgin down there and you are not serious about taking care of her for the rest of her life I would leave her alone.)

Besides doing Santiago they are also plugged into Puerto Plata and Sosua.

So please, stop making it seem as if Santiago is not for mongers. If you want to have a great time there let me know and I will turn you on to my guys and then you can see what Santiago is all about.

I am missing how this makes a report of distinction. Where are the details that can actually be used in meeting the lasses? Contact my buddies and they will hook you up? I have been to Santiago twice, I will be again. The hook up is different (more difficult) than the hold your hand Americanized tourist areas. You know why? Because you have to speak spanish. If you could provide me with local club, chica hang outs, or information that I can grow, learn or evolve with in this dance of life, then I welcome it and look forward to the information that I can actually use.

Hi N562,

What's the going rate for your buddy Deny's girls? Went to Santiago back in 03 and would love to hit it again...All depends what you are looking for. They are not his girls per say. They are girls that he knows that need money. The average price seems to range range from $1000 to 2000 pesos. The good thing about these dudes is they know where the girls are all the time. If you want some morning pussy, it can be arranged. Afternoon pussy, it can be arranged. Evening pussy, it can be arranged. Todo Los Noches, it can be arranged. Plus, you can go and party with these guys and pick up your own girls at some of the hottest night spots in Santiago.

Hello everyone,

I want to go to Sosua from the 19th - 21st of January, but I land in Santiago on the 19th. I don't want to wait for a slow but, I'm willing to pay someone to drive me, but I'm concerned about safety and I don't want to overpay the right price for a personal driver.

Does anyone know what this costs and the best way to arrange? If you are going from Satiago to Sosua the best way to go is catch the Caribe Tours bus. It only costs $100 peso and it drops you off right in Sosua. If you want a driver it will probably cost you $75 to $100 dollars (depending on how good your Spanish is.) Caribe Tours is your best bet.

Is it advisable to make a day trip to Santiago? I fly into Santo Domingo, spend the night there, drive to BBs in Costambar/Puerto Plata the next day. Hope to do Friday evening, night in Sosua, then the BBs Bikini Contest.

Is it worth it to try for a day trip to Santiago? All of the best looking women I've seen in DR are from Santiago, so, I'd like to visit the motherland first-hand. Would a newbie to the area (with appropriate research) be able to score a 9/10 with minimal effort and on probably a 4 hr time crunch? I know the area isn't as plentiful as say, Sosua, but, what are the odds of coming up successful. Possibly even bringing a girl back for the night.

Thanks.
