I'd say the best way to go is add some Haitian girls on Facebook or other social media and just ask for their phone numbers. The "pros" are overpriced and not much to write home about. But the "regular girls" can be just as easy and very good. Only thing is, I've noticed a lot of the ones on Facebook will add you then immediately send a private message asking if you can put minutes on their phone. But that's an easy way to get their number and a cheap way to set up some action if planning to go there. More and more know some English now, but still can't hurt to know at least some French, maybe Spanish (of course Creole, but I understand that for most foreigners that can be more of a challenge).

First stop tonight was Barak at 8 p. Pretty dead as far as ladies went. But struck up a convo with the manager who is a Haitian American from Cali. Had a few beers there and since it was slow he hooked me up with a moto driver he trusts and sent me off to Saxo. I picked a girl, 22 from Santiago named Lis. Cute spinner. Paid $150 up front, the girl stays with you until noon. We spent a little extra on party favors ($15/ gram) and had a pretty good time time till she left at noon. I should point out that once the sun goes down, street walkers were out everywhere in P-ville. Very cheap from what I gather, maybe 500-1000 gourdes ($8-$15). I didn't partake so can't comment on safety, quality, etc. But if you are adventurous and can speak the language, I could see one having fun this way on a budget.

I moved to Marriott hotel in PaP. Much nicer hotel, very new. Pool is great, breakfast is included but transfers are not. I swiped right on Tinder and connected with a few. One was down to come to the hotel, she showed up around 3 p and we had a drink in my room and hit the pool. She was okay, spoke passable English. Treated her to dinner. Which came out to $40 pp. Went back to the room, she gave me a BBBJ+CIM. Didn't have a condom so no sex. Gave her about $13 usd and sent her on her way around 8 p. Too tired to go out that night so fell asleep.

Following and last full day, Saturday, I shot a text to a tour guide and arranged a city tour. He picked me up at 9 a and along with two others from my hotel we toured some sites including Fort Jacques, Observatorie, the market at the port and a local church. Stopped in between for a great lunch at Quartier Latin, $10 for three courses, the fettuccine was really great. Tour ended around 4 p. I hit the pool, had 3-4 beers. I ended up calling Lis from Saxo over- it was pricey but I was lazy and didn't have a game plan to pick up local girls without a wingman / translator. $150 for the take out, another $15 for the ride over, another $50 for party favors, plus another $60 I gave her for extras like anal, WS, etc. Fortunately I don't have a tight budget.

Anyway. That's about it. Haiti is the closest thing one can get to Africa on this side of the hemisphere. Unlike nearly every other Caribbean country, I can't say there is anything beautiful or outstanding about it. The people are nice enough, if somewhat indifferent to foreigners because of many false promises I'm sure. The poverty is abject. All that being said, if you are a foreigner, you will have a very easy time picking up local girls. Pro or non pro, and it will be cheap. It's also not fair to rank Haiti-this side of Hispaniola has suffered such bad fates that if you consider yourself to be a widely traveler you should really should spend a few nights here. This country can certainly use the tourist dollars.

Also important to note about the currency. The currency is called gourdes but you will frequently hear folks refer to Haitian dollars, although there is no physical bill. It is a concept only (to maybe psychologically feel the currency is stronger than it is?

10 Haitian dollars = 50 gourdes.

I'll be there for work near the end of the month for about one week. Reading the latest posts, it looks like Petionville is the place to go for semi-pros or pros, is that correct? Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks. You're right, Petionville is the place to be. To start the night go to Muncheez right in the centre of Petionville. It is a first floor restaurant with a great view to watch the world go by. To get to and from take a moto (they are everywhere). Later in the night head up to Jet Set disco until 2 am when the scene moves down the hill to Barak. During the day head to any bar you see- one bar I remember is in the centre of the square where the huge outdoor market is situated (cannot remember name of bar or town square) and is great to stay there to escape the Caribbean sun and drink a few prestige beers whilst listening to kompa music. A good choice to stay is the Gala Guest House (rue 2, route de freres, Port au Prince) - however don't expect 5 star comforts.

If you want to get out of Port au Prince get down to Jacmel, a fascinating city and close to the famous Basin Blu waterfall. I also get to a voodoo ceremony close to Cayes Jacmel. Haiti is fabulous and most foreigners are too frightened to go by the chaos but for some of us it was the chaos that attracted us there in the first place. Culturally it is far more interesting than the Dominican Republic. In my opinion it is the closest you will get to Africa outside of Africa. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about Haiti.

Will be in Petionville for two weeks in October. Interested to know any recent reconnaissance. All I have to say is wow! If you're a white guy, getting a super-fine woman in Haiti is pa gen pwoblem! (no problem).

After reading the forum, I picked out the Royal Oasis, which is a nice hotel, and you can bring up ladies with no problem. I set up Tinder and Badoo (try to do it while in the USA because it's quicker with the text message verification. If not use the email verification). I started swiping the ones I liked and on the first night had about 15 responses. The picture I took was pretty bad, too. In the last couple of years I got chubby, and I made sure the pics showed how chubby I was. It didn't matter. The next day while I was working, I had over 30 responses, and was favorited a bunch of times.

Some were pros. Straight up asking for money for sex. Some were semi-pros, which after beating around the Bush, they hinted the same. However, about 70% were legitimate women looking for dates with a foreign man. I took the legitimate date route, and kept the pros on hold, in case I didn't get lucky. So after narrowing it down to about 10 different ladies that wanted to go on a real date, chatting with them and looking at pictures, I picked out one the first day, and whoao did I pick the right one. She's a 9/10, we spent the whole week together, had sex 2-4 times per night. Hell, even when I thought I was all done, she was able to get me up again with ease; she was that fine. No gifts, no payment. I did pay for dinners, drinks and dancing, but that's it. A girl that looks like her in Miami would have cost thousands for multiple overnights and MSOG. Of course if you don't want to go that route, you can hire at will. Oasis is down the street from some obvious places where the girls sell it. I passed a few of them driving around, and it's super-obvious.

So you can get what you're looking for there, whatever it is. Pros, semi-pros, or a real girlfriend. It was ridiculously easy. Just put Tinder and Badoo on your phone and have at it.

Well. I'm not white, so I didn't get a lot of tinder hits like Rg. Not hating, but it is what it is. Here is my observation. I stayed in the Best Western Petionville, which is a nice hotel. Drawback is the food and drinks are pricey. My first night there was an OK Haitian woman with a petite body who offered to take me to the club Barack. I should have said no thanks, but got suckered into it. She was clinging to me all night. I took back to the room and popped off a few, and sent her on her way with $30. The next day I met this beautiful sexy petite woman on tinder. We met at the hotel for drinks and said that she won't go to my room because "it's inappropriate. " Sure. I said. After couple of rum, she thought it best to spend the night as she waits for a better opportunity to get a ride back home. And let me tell you, that girl rocked my world. I am in love. For now. Next day I went to the famous Saxo Club, I had to because everyone was telling me about it. When I walked in it was quite awkward. I came in early also. All the women were sitting down staring into nothingness out of boredom. They all looked at me at the same time as if I was their nights meal. Intimidating for second--thought of the vampire move "From Dusk Till Dawn. " Ended up taking this chica home and it was below average. Her look was nice, but annoying that they don't speak any english--at all. And she stole my sunglasses. Only stayed for 4 days. But learned quite a bit. Definitely get tinder while you are down there. And if you're white, you're alright. Haitians equated whiteness with money. Overall a good experience and a nice atmosphere. Besides the crazy driving and constant people everywhere, Haiti is a must for a great affordable time.

It did satisfy my quech for a tall thin black Hatian girl so no need to visit this desperate country.

I am glad the UN and so called helpers are leaving or left Haiti. I have been off here for sometime. I found a babe a few years ago and boy did I score. I have been married four times but this one has been super special. I have not had one minute where I regretted it. We have a beautiful and extremely smart 3 year old that has made my life worth hanging on. We are slowly but surely building the hotel you guys will love. It will not be as outspoken as in the past but will be a special place for you mongers to hang out. And security is no problem. I will try to keep you posted. And guys just because your wallet holds more money than some of the other guys don't flaunt it. Trust me, it is not necessary. If you have to spend more than 2000 gourdes, dump her and grab another one. It is roughly 65 gourdes to the dollar now.

Have a nice day (And night).

I just want to do a reality check with the collective wisdom here.

First time in Haiti. Headed out to Saxo Club this evening. Got talking to a hot little chica (she's from the Dominican Republic).

So I asked what I must pay the club to take her back to my hotel for the night.

The answer was USD150, firm – no negotiation. WFT, I thought! What crazy part of the third world is this??

(I don't care if that included her fee or not, I am not used to paying anything like such prices in such a country as Haiti).

So guys – was that a crazy price, or must I adjust my expectations?

Further information:

- she did offer to give me a blow job, but for USD25.

- I walked from and back to my hotel (Royal Oasis) and saw no street walkers – this was between 9 pm and 11 pm.

- stopped at a couple of bars – no action in either.

- I was the only guy in Saxo (arrived at 10 pm on a Tuesday night); lots of girls but only one to my liking (most were quite fair skinned, I came her for black girls); and some were downright fat!

I was in Haiti when it was full of self-important UN. Even then, I could find a non-pro and a have a far better experience than with a pro. The worst thing about Haiti was that the UN Holes were everywhere. They were seriously STUPID! And they ran up costs MORE than 10 X for everything. They didn't help anyone but themselves.

This is common wherever you go: Regardless of what credentials you think you have from other countries, you said something that made them think you are a hardcore John or you did something that made them recognize you are a rube. No offense. Likely both. Either way, $150 it is. No negotiation.

Thanks for the feedback Slowalk.

Like you, I got myself a 'freebie' girl. Through Badoo.

Very nice, good-looking 25 yo student.

She stayed with me for three nights and two days (most of the days were spent in bed too).

She took a fancy to my old Bluetooth speaker, so I gave her that.

And gave her a bit of pocket money when we separated (about 3000 HTG).

Other than that. I fed and watered her for the time we were together.

Sadly, on our last night together, her period started. I was thinking of inviting her to Cap Hatien with me.

So, in the end I did enjoy my time in PAP.

Arrived in Cap Haitien yesterday evening.

I will report if I have any success here. (Nothing much showing up on badoo though).

Gentlemen, If you go to Baraks or Jet Set you are getting the hard core working girls. You are much better off to walk around during the day and when you see just a normal girl walking on the street try to pick up a conversation with them. Get their numbers and tell them you would like to meet them for dinner. If you spend more than $50 you are a fool. Also the ones at Baraks or Jet Set will probably steal everything they can get their hands on. Trust me, there are plenty and the typical HAitian girl loves sex. Treat them nice and you will have a good time without emptying your pockets.

150 dollars in Haiti? That sounds down right criminal!! Quick question. Unless you are going to Haiti for work, why not just go to Sosua and get all the haitian girls you want for 40 bucks (ALL NIGHT)?

I originally had thought about making a side trip into Haiti but as you say it is just not needed.

I'll be in Haiti December 1-8 if anyone who's been thinking of visiting but hasn't drummed up the courage. Been going since 2010, have had several second homes there and will have a car this trip. Come see a little Africa an hour off the coast of Miami. DM me.

Have a nice day (And night).Sounds great. Any update.

Unless you are going to Haiti for work, why not just go to Sosua and get all the haitian girls you want for 40 bucks (ALL NIGHT)?It probably means $150 US in the fancy clubs, but elsewhere if a girl or anyone gives an amount in dollars they may mean "Haitian dollars" which is not a special currency, it's just a convention. A Haitian dollar is 5 gourdes. One US dollar is now about 70 gourdes or 14 Haitian dollars. 150 Haitian dollars is a bit more than $10 US.

If a girl outside fancy clubs asks for 500 dollars she probably means Haitian dollars.

Can anyone give me a good suggestion?

Thanks.Contact your hotel by e-mail and arrange to be picked-up by their driver at the airport when you arrive. If they don't offer that service, you can likely get a taxi from the airport to your hotel. To know how much you should pay (and any other details about Haiti), be sure to pick up the Bradt Haiti guidebook through Amazon.

Have a great trip and be sure to contribute to this forum if you monger.

No Hotel an hour and a half outside of PAP will come pick you up unless it's Decameron.

"Taxi's" as you know them are non existent Drivers can be found just after you walk around the corner from Customs. Expect to pay $150 at least for that far.

Hotel bars in Haiti are not necessarily the best places, in fact in 9 years of living and coming and going in Haiti I've never pulled a girl out of one because most of the time they are middle class working Haitians that don't need to. There are regular clubs like Fubar and Barrak that you can meet girls just out looking for fun. Otherwise, you meet them everywhere. Grocery store, breakfast or on the street. In Haiti you do have to play the game a bit and make eye contact and some small talk. Most will give you their number and want to meet or go out. There are street hookers but why would you need one when regular girls are everywhere. Street hookers, or "WG" as they call them are on a few corners in PV but don't worry they will find you and haggle you in you are a foreigner.

Any recent boots on the ground reports?

I am back and forth a lot. This recent manifestation is the largest and longest one I've seen in 9 years. While you can get in and to your hotel finding grocery stores and restaurants that are open will be hit and miss. There is also gas some days and others not if you have a car. You're better off waiting a couple of weeks to see where things go. Just staying in and around PV is probably not a problem but still would wait this next week or two out. At least wait for the embassy's to return their staff.

Not trying to troll or insult you or pick a fight. It's just that the vast majority of your posts here on ISG are you asking for help (and even pictures) in the Bangkok forum with extremely few meaningful trip reports written to thank people for the help you were given. I'm sure you've got plenty of information about your time in Haiti that you can share with us (girls sessioned, prices paid, etc). 1) If you read the BKK forum you'll find a few reports with photos from my visit and details of outings with another popular monger there.

2) For Haiti also search my previous handle ProAM.

3) I practically live in Haiti so I cannot report my every encounter but have always provided thoughts and even hosted mongers at my guest house.

4) Share your frustration over the fact that some of us cannot pay our ISG membership anymore due to the fact that they don't accept American credit cards. Hopefully the site will get that fixed soon. So for now if someone needs Haiti information I guess you'll have to ask here.

As for information on girls in Haiti. I've said this many times, the action in Haiti is non-pro. You only need to walk down the street, eat breakfast, go to dinner, go to a club and you will meet girls. Yes there are pro's on the street but few. The average price for a girl is dinner and drinks if you get what I mean. If you just want to meet one in a club that is semi-pro you can give her 2-3,000 gourds in the morning. Most regular girls will not ask you for the money. They just expect that you will help them a little. There are no "sessions" in Haiti. Just encounters. In Haiti you are not paying the girl to come with you. You are paying her to leave in a couple of hours or the next morning. It's that simple. Attached a few photos for you chocolate lovers. However, most Haitian girls are not keen on you taking their photo. They again, have a lot of pride in Haiti and want to be treated with respect. And as a blan (white visitor) you would be wise not to cross them.

So for a tall white gringo is it safe to travel? If so to which city do you recommend? And I would love to meet some non-pros on a walk around town, is this the most effective way?

The Tall Man.I'm sure BlanLocal (thanks for the trip report, BlanLocal) will give you a response. In the meantime, allow me to give you some advice on Haiti. If it will be your first time in Haiti, consider Cap-Haitien, as I was there in 2014 and had a great time. While it's still Haiti, it's smaller than Port-au-Prince and is a lot more manageable as a first timer (probably safer, too). If I remember correctly from your past ISG reports, you like to do the tourist thing while you're in a country, and there are a lot of things like that to do in Cap-Haitien and the surrounding area. American Airlines flies direct to the city from Miami, too.

If you're interested in learning more, send me a PM and I will tell you the hotel where you should stay and the name of a guy who works / owns the hotel and can likely help you in the mongering aspect of the city.

The Tall Man.As a white man you will be as safe as traveling in any other third world country. You just have to stay aware and avoid drawing to much attention to yourself other than the fact that your already a walking ATM.

I like Au Cap but to be honest there have been a lot of foreigners there for a long time and the people don't hassle or notice you as much as they do in PAP. This can be good and bad, if you want girls to notice you. That being said there are plenty who will either way. I just think the action is greater in PAP simply due to the supply.

In PAP, Petionville (PV) go sit at Epidor for breakfast or lunch and make eye contact and smile. You will make a friend. There is an Epidor down Delmas too. Epidor is the closet thing to a fast food restaurant in Haiti. Also in PV are bars like Barrack and Kokoye that also serve food. Kokoye is more of a restaurant with a bar but has some good live music and people. Barrack is a bar night club that will have some pros but you will know. Still shy but more aggressive than others. Also try Harry's and Muncheez. Muncheez is good people watching, some music and you can really get to know the waitresses there too.

In what language do you guys communicate? You heard French Creole. If you speak French, you can go anywhere in Haiti. I get by speaking just English.

Jamaicans speak an English Creole version and West Africans (Nigerians) speak Pidgin English. They all speak and understand English, generally. I believe its the same with French.

Showdown. You might want to consider a different location. For weeks, Haiti has been embroiled in protests, some of which have turned violent. They started due to rising gasoline prices, but now have morphed into an attempt to get rid of an unpopular president. And just a couple of weeks ago, a couple from France was killed in a botched robbery attempt in Port-au-Prince. They were in the country not for tourism, but to adopt a child.

I have a friend who was living in Cap-Haitien but recently moved to France with his new wife and three-month-old son. He was a staunch supporter and defender of Haiti, but moved because he said Haiti was a "dead duck" and that it was going to take years to fix the current problems in Haiti.

If you're hell bent on banging Haitian girls, you might want to try Sosua in the Dominican Republic, as there has always been an ample supply of those girls in that town. Finally, for your first (tourism) stop in Haiti, consider Cap-Haitian, as there are tons of old forts in the area (Citadelle Laferriere, for example) and a nice beach (Cormier Plage) not too far away.

Hope this helps.

Showdown.Been in Haiti 10 years now. It always has its moments. Last few weeks have been ok. Problem with Haiti is you just never know when things might get exciting. For me it just means a few days laying low. But I've had plenty of girls just walking by the hotel and have always managed to find action.

If you only have a few days your best bet in PAP and stay in the heart of PV. I like Tropical be&be which you can find on AirBNB. In Haiti the scene is non pro for the most part. All you need to do is make and eye contact and be nice. There are a couple of clubs within walking distance but the night scene is not for the faint of heart if you're new to Haiti. It's like any other third world country, you just need to be smart but not be a smart ass.

Beach time is about 2-3 hours away and this is where it can be challenging because you just never know if a road will be blocked.

I am in and out of Haiti a lot. Back again in a couple of weeks. Anyone want to meet up just DM me.

They are kidnapping a lot here so definitely don"t monger on the streets at night. There are lots of hotties still running around looking for some business. I have been married now 8 years and have not regretted it for one minute. I have a beautiful 5 year old girl that will be six in may. Smarter than I ever was. If you are looking for a woman that will treat you like a man, this is the place. If you are just looking for some no attached nookie, this is the place. We could all use an update! There really is nothing of substance here since 2020!I flew to Port au Prince from Santo Domingo and stayed in Petionville for a week. It was horrible. You are told not to leave the hotel and walk on the streets. I decided to see for myself and walked a flew blocks to the main road. Turned around and walked right back to hotel. You will stick out like a sore thumb.

No taxis. Have to find a driver yourself, hotel provides no help. Expensive to hire driver for night. Had a friend of a friend show me a couple spots. There's not much. Very inconvenient. Expensive. It's not the DR. Do not recommend.

No Idea about the going rates in 2022. I'the also love to hear some fresh reports! I love Haiti and would love to return someday when political stability has returned and gang chaos has calmed down.

Well unless I have at least basic recent & relevant info in the thread, there won't be much to share as you might guess.

Yes Barak and the streets around are pretty busy but I don't know the rates. I went to Wilfrid (or Wilfried, can't remember) club, it was cool inside (to my liking), be aware of the loud music volume. But the girls have a lot of energy inside, you call them and they dance for you (you will have to buy them a drink or discuss the tip with them). They have pretty nice attitude, but honestly don't expect the finest in term of body, there are a few that actually are really well packed, a minority. There a similar club, just accross the way, the line up is so so. But the same apply there. Be carefull of you belongings and check the money they return as they tend to forget or miscount.

I went to Barak, but that was not my type. I believe there were professional dancers yesterday when I went, they were kind of performing on the dancefloor, but it really did not look like any kind of mongering. This place is expensive.
