Well, the Hotel "3 Magos" at the praia do artistas is the best hotel for men like us, last time (2 yrs. ago) they did not mention how many girls you take with you. In front of the hotel there were crowds of garotas.
On the other beaches there is silence and expensive hotels!
Maybe I return this dec., so let me know is somethings has changed.

Natal / Ponta Negra extract from my full report, in the General info board (http://www.wsgforum.com/vforum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=555).

Place: Ponta Negra - Natal (RN)
Pousada: Bella Napoli Praia Hotel
Address: Av. Erivan Franca, 3188 - Ponta Negra (Natal)
Phone: (0xx84) 219.2666
Web: http://www.pousadabellanapoli.com.br/
Girl friendly? Yes
Price: r$60 (double room, AC, Frigo)
Day 1: It was a Monday, and the action in Ponta Negra was at the Baraonda Disco Bar. Entrance was r$10, inside you could find tons of pro and semi-pro girls, from 5 to 9, with even some true stunners! You need some (really basic) approaching skills, eg. dance (even bad) with the girl, chatting or something like that. Almost every girl there is availabe for sex, price is around r$150, easy negotiable. Maybe stunners ask more.
Day 2: Tuesday. Baraonda closed. Action in Ponta Negra was at Cucaracha Disco. Same Baraonda girls, same prices. Easy to lower price to 100r$ TLN, at the end of the night you can lower the price up to 70r$ for a good looking (a 7) girl. Went to the Taberna, too, near to Baraonda. No action at all, there, strictly enforced. R$20 entrance, don't give them if you are looking for action.
Day 3: Wednesday. Baraonda was open, Cucaracha closed down. I went to the "Ilha de Fantasia" nigt club, you can't miss it, is near Taberna e Cucaracha, not on the praia. Ask any cab, if you're in Ponta Negra it cost max r$5 to get there.
Entrance was r$20, only if you don't go with a girls. 30-40 Girls, 6 to 9. Good shows. Lady drink was r$20. Not a rip-off. They have clean room inside, you can have one room for r$40, or you can "barfine" the girl, it will cost r$50.
A morena offered herself to me for r$100 outside, but she was a 6, and I spotted so many better ones. Another girl, a loira rated at least 8, as soon as she finished her show offered herself to me for r$100 inside, r$200 outside. I opted for the "in club" option. Good experience. If you are in Ponta Negra, and was not able to catch one of the stunners at Baraonda or Cucaracha, go there.

Natal has a pretty easy scene to navigate. I'm sure most of you could figure out everything I'm going to say here in about 1 hour.

The place to stay is definitely Ponta Negra. Don't stay in Centro or in Praia dos Artistes. The former is boring and the latter is dead (or has been replaced (killed) by Ponta Negra).

Ponta Negra is a little strip of beach about 25 minutes via taxi from the bus station. Don't know about the airport.

There are basically two clubs in Ponta Negra that the garotas rotate between on odd-even nights. The first, "Cucarracha," is happening on Mon., Weds., etc. The seconda, "Baraonda," is alternatively busy on Tues., etc.

These guidelines are not hard and fast, though. Praia dos Artistes only real dance club, "Chaplin," becomes the hang-out of choice for all the girls two nights a week. I know Thursday is definitely one of those night. I think Sat. is the other. Not sure. Just ask a taxi driver, etc.

Cucarracha is a little ways down the main street just above the Ponta Negra strip. Baraonda is on the stip itself. Chaplin, as I've said, is about 15 min. via taxi in Praia dos Artistes.

None of these places are sex venues. They're clubs where the girls go to dance and score. Take them back to your hotel, or to Ponta Negra's only quick-time motel, "Oklahoma."

During the day, many of the girls (though not as many as you might think) can be found hanging out along the beach or in the many bars that front it. Just go up and talk to them.

Prices were around the 50-100R range. Everything's negotiable. I found the attitude and service here to generally quite good. Everyhing's pretty relaxed and many of the girls are quite good looking -- there's certainly no shortage of talent.

Regarding Ilha do Fantasia, I didn't go. Sorry. Didn't find it necessary. It can be found, however, on top of the hill that first leads down to Ponta Negra. Can't miss it. 5 minute (though very steep) walk from the beach strip.

I'm sure there's more action in a city the size of Natal. Centro, for instance, must have a few clubs. But the action in Ponta Negra is so good, I never found a reason to go searching for alternatives.

Happy Hunting (and thanks to ItalyOnTheRoad for his excellent primer),

I have just finished my trip to South America, and this is the first of my reports and intend to post on other cities and countries round South America.

I spent about 4 days in Ponta Negra, around second week of October, and generally agree with what JWadd and Italy on the Road have to say on the subject.

Generally nothing starts till after 11 PM. Sunday night, Cucacaracha was the place to be, while Moday night was Baroanda. Nothing much seemed to be happening on the Disco scene on Tuesday nights and a Cabbie took me to a strip club (with ladies available) called Sensua (I think). This seemed to be much closer to the city of Natal (definetly not a walk).

Early in my stay I got picked up by a 26 y.o. garota (who I purposely have not named) in a restaurant called 'Tropicana', I think (Sorry for being vague). I will refer to this Mulatta garota as Garota No 1. She had stared at me like I was from Mars, and I was dazzled by her smile and the fact that she seemed to speak a little English, which is extremely rare north of Salvador Bahia. She told me I was very beautiful (I hope she meant handsome, but then I seem to hear this throughout Brazil) It seemed like the GFE!!! We ended up at the disco downstairs at Cucacaracha (Monday night)where there were plenty of garotas for the taking. I stayed with the garota no1 however, and paid for all drinks etc.

The garota came back to my hotel for the night and rejoined me later the next day. Money was not discussed, and I was thinking this was the GFE so did not raise it as an issue (a big mistake).

During dinner I came to the conclusion that what was happening was a mistake on my part and that I did not want to go further with this charade, and wanted to go to the disco that night Baronda solo. I gave her ID back to her (she had insisted on giving it to me,as she had done the previous night claiming she had nowhere to hold it (Newbies, beware this ploy) and advised her that we were fim (finished).

Let me tell you, this was no happy camper. All of a sudden money was demanded (something in the order of 600 real). Out of principle I refused to pay her anything, she followed me and tried to get me to take her to the disco, but I refused, she then threatened to make trouble for me. I should have known then that I should have secured all valuables in my hotels saftey box and I nearly went back to my hotel but didn't.

I carried on to Baroanda where there were dozens of hot young and not so young) girls. I got picked up by a hot little blonde latina with attitude (and a thirst for expensive drinks). By the end she and her enterarge(sic) had left me with quite a bar tab.

The hottie didn't speak English but her (not so hot) sister did, and she offered herself as double with her hot sister. I declined this offer but resolved to take the hottie back to my hotel. I also assured the hottie that I had finished with Garotta No 1 (she had seen me with Garotta No 1 at Cucharaca the previous night).

When I arrived back at my hotel after 4 PM the place seemed closed which seemed strange. Eventually I found a way in and discovered that my key was not at the front desk (Immediately I knew this could only mean that someone was in my room and I could guess who that someone was)!

The concierge had appeared/arisen by this time and I quickly explained to him what the situation was and went upstairs and knocked on the door of my room and entered (the door was unlocked). Sure enough there was garota no 1(I never did find out the circumstances under which she obtained the key) on my bed stark naked. I asked her to leave and she claimed it was her hotel room and seemed surprised when I told her that I had another girl with me. This merely sent her into demanding to speak to the other girl. She then got dressed and went downstairs where I had hoped she would get escorted off the premises by the concierge. However after much raised voices I went down to find out what had happend to poor hottie.

A 'taxi' driver had shown up and hottie was being shown to the taxi, I went down and apologised to her for what Garota number 1 was doing (and she replied in tears that Garota No 1 wasn't the problem but the concierge did not like the taxi driver). She and the cabbie left. The concierge (who was the son of the owner) said that the taxi driver had been to prison and had previously caused great trouble at the hotel and that any assosiate of his (including hottie) must be avoided for my own good. Meanwhile Garota 1 tried to take credit for steering me away from hotie.

I then went back to my hotel room and Garota No 1 finally left the premises sometime later (I could hear her for sometime after).

A cursory check did not reveal anything amiss, but a more thorough check of my hotel room followed the next day after I went to take a photo only to discover that the nearly finished film had been removed from my camera! Some $US175 was also missing (half of the $US that I was carying). It could have been a lot worse but this did mess the rest of my time in Ponta Negra, which I cut short (which I guess is what vindictive Garota No 1 set out to achieve). I lost some great photos.

I have purposely not named the Garota or the hotel where this occurred (Do make use of the saftey deposit box if you are going to be absent from your room) but hope that Mongers will take note that while many of these girls seem fresh that business is business not the GFE you wishfully think you are getting.

I'm going to Natal and staying at the Piramide Palace at Parque das Dunas.

Is there any action on those beaches or is there a good club nearby?

Please post any recent findings in this area in Natal, approximately 6km away from Ponte Negra (which has been talked about in earlier trip reports).

I only speak English and was hoping there was something nearby.

Thanks and I will post a report on my return.

Gonzobiz,

It sounds like you will be staying in no mans land.

I would advise you to take a cab to the restaurants discos/nightclubs Ponta Negra or Chaplins at Artistas Beach depending on the night (refer to other reports).

There is a new disco/bar, called Mambo in Ponta Negra, located about 2 blocks from Baraonda. Many of the garotas and gringos are now gavitating towards Mambo as it is open 7 days a week.

There is a R$5 entrance fee and the drinks are cheap and will run anywhere between R$2 to R$5. The music is mainly techno with live Brasilian bands playing at times.

It is a decent enough club and has a good atmosphere, with a view overlooking the beach and the night barrahcas down on the street below. Many of the same garotas from Baraonda, Cucaracha and Chaplins (Thursdays) are there.

With regards to Chaplins, Saturdays is not a good mongering night as I found out. It seems the ladies must pay R$16 entrance/consumption fee. Hence there wasn't too many garotas that I could see. Thursday night still remains the night for mongering at Chaplins as this is ladies night and "gratis" for them.

Does anyone know if Maria Boa's is still open? It was a Brothel/Bar with rooms that openned sometime during WWII. I was just wondering since I had a few good times there, but it was 15-20 years ago. The problem with the place was that the quality of the girls was not always very good.

I did my first 3-some there. I'd been drinking at barraccas on the beach near Chaplins (which was brand new at the time) all day and on my way back to my hotel (Residencia), I changed my mind and told the cab driver to take me to Maria Boa's. When I got there, I paid the cover (2 drink minimum) and while drinking my first Gin & Tonic, I pretty much decided that after my second, I would just head back to sleep it off alone due to lack of available talent. When I got my second drink, a girl (not terribly attractive) approached me and said (in English) "I like you", to which I replied "of course you do, I'm the gringo with an ass pocket full of money". Then she said, "you see my freind? She likes you too". I responded "she likes me for the same reason". The friend was also a bit homely. Then she said "you don't understand, we like you at the same time" - suddenly it clicked, she got through my alcohol addeled brain & off we went to one of the rooms.

It started off pretty tame. They traded off giving me a bj (everything was bareback in those days). Then I started in on one of the girls missionary while the other carressed/massaged me. This girls vagina was huge, she must have had at least half a dozen children. She realized that nothing was happenning, so she said something to the other girl, who laid down on the bed with her legs spread, then she started eating her out. I thought this was great & didn't really mind not getting off at that point, I was being treated to a lesbian show, after all - but the chick that was daty'ing the other chick grabbed my member, spit on its head and shoved it right up her rectum. So I wound up doing this one chick in the ass, while she was eating the other out - I lasted about 15 seconds! She took me to the sink, cleaned me up then got back in bed with the other girl.

I was still primed and ready to go again, so they switched positions, this time I lasted a bit longer than 15 seconds, but Girl 2 was the same as Girl 1 - huge vagina!, so anal it was while she daty'ed Girl 1.

Not all the girls at this place were unattractive, I went there 4 or 5 times, but only partook on 3 occassions and only once could I say the girl I wound up with was above a 7. The other two times (once was the 3-some), the other time was with a Brasillian buddies ex-wife (they were married when they were really young - 13 or 14 - and got divorced when they were in their late teens or early 20's) - he set me up with her & said she gives the best bj in the world - he was almost right, she was damned good, but I've had one or two better. For some reason, my buddies always seemed to wind up with more attractive girls there than I did, but I always had a lot of fun while I was there.

I went to Natal last August for six days during a tour of the NE.

I arrived in Natal after a pretty mad few days in Recife and, to be honest, I was looking to recover from the excesses that are Recife. I stayed in the Praia Mar - a hotel in Ponta Negra which catered mainly for Brazilians.

Very quickly i got to know the local characters - Guiseppe, a Brazilian guy who'd lived in Italy and works at the Italian restaurant near the big dune soon showed me around. I was there in low season and there was mainly Brazilian package tourists from the south on holiday. During the day there was v.little action, in the evenings there were obvious wg's in all the bars along Ponta Negra beach - esp. a large disco called Barronda (?), a restaurant called Tropicana's, another club one street back up the hill opposite the resaurant and Chaplins closer in to Natal centre.

However, I soon got to know a number of non-wg Brazilians on holiday from the south. On my second day I met a girl from Porto Alegre on a beach buggy trip to Parcas Dunas. Her name is Maurelio and she's a student. She is 20 yrs old, white, thin and about 5'7" tall - v.nice. The only problem was that she had very little English. I arranged to meet her later that evening in Chaplins. We had a good night and I spent the next 2 days with her - she was basically willing to do anything but had little experience - much more refreshing than doing a pro. Sometimes with a pro you feel like they're just going through the motions. Neither of our hotels would allow guests so we had to get a pousada in Ponta Negra, but this was only R$40/night. She introduced me to all of her friends (a mixed group of 10 students from Porto Alegre) - I could have got with a couple of them, but that would have been very rude !

I spent time in a few of the clubs which were fairly of wg's. The general standard was quite low (5/6) and the girls less friendly than in recife. They seemed to be more anxious to make money than Recife girls and were not so happy just to stand around, have a chat and a drink.

After the Maurelio episode Guiseppe introduced me to a friend of his called Isabelle. She's 36yrs old, a beautiful Brazilian women from Sao Paulo. She was on holiday, her son was also with her but she'd split up from her husband. After a few Caiprinha's in the afternoon it soon became clear that she was up for anything. So I rented another pousada room and spent the rest of the day with her. The next day we went down to Praia de Pipa (a lovely chilled beach south of Natal). We spent a couple of nights down there getting up to all sorts of naughtiness. The son stayed with their friends in Natal (thank god!). There was no question that there would be any charge here, Isabelle is a middle class Brazilian and inisisted on paying half for everything ! - I love Brazil !! When I got back to Natal I had to pack and leave to return to Recife.

Natal was great - more chilled than Recife, whilst the wg opportunities were less there was much more opportunity for being with non-pro holidaying Brazilians. The 2 girls I went with were middle class and educated. As such it was nice to spend time with girls without worrying how much it was going to cost, or what everyone else would think. Both girls were willing to go bareback which was also fun.

Please see Recife thread for other part of this adventure.

Went to Natal 2 yrs ago, got pulled by the police for doing a U turn, they wanted to fine me £400 in reials, scumbags, luckily my brasilian wife managed to bribe them for 50 reials, watch out for them on dune buggies. After I paid them he followed me and guess what drove passed me and pulled over another hire car, they must have had a field day.

Hello!

Finally I find the time to post about my days in Natal.

For the other post regarding my trip in Brazil, check the Recife section.

I stayed in Natal for about 11 days, starting in mid July, 2004.

First of all, the hotel: I stayed in Posada Bella Napoli, Ponta Negra Beach.

It's a just a decent place (air con, Tv without cable, private bathroom with electric shower, the room was small and very simple, but had sea view), it is cheap (70 Reais per night a double room with breakfast) and, most important, it's just in the middle of the day/night action and it's totally chica friendly.

The action of "meninas de programa" is everywhere in Ponta Negra beach, also during the day the local bars in front of the sea are packed with pros and semi-pros, just have a look and every girl smiling you she's a menina de programa of course.

Many of the girls come from the northern zone of Natal (Zona Norte, the poorest part of the city) and some arrive from other cities (Joao Pessoa, Recife) especially to pick up sex tourists from Europe who arrive there with charter flights every week.

The night scene in Ponta Negra changes on daily basis, but the most crowded places are always Mambo disco on the beach and Cucaracha bar/disco which is about 300 meters up in the road which leaves the beach to go to the center of Natal. When they play live music in these bars, this means that all the meninas (and the tourists) will go there that night.

Entrances (10 Reais) and drinks in Cucaracha and Mambo are reasonably priced.

About the girls: they are about 100 getting around, maybe there are more in the high touristic season (August and December to March).
The choice is good, a lot of variety: fat, slim, big ass, small ass, blacks, morenas, white skinned, blonds. I rate them from 4 to 8, there was a couple of 9 too. the pretty ones (above 7) are only the 10-15% of the total.

I arrived in Natal in a very rainy Tuesday night.

I left my luggage in the room, took a shower and rushed directly to Cucaracha to look for pussy, because I needed to feed the monkey that night: before leaving from Recife by plane I had spent the afternoon with a GF of mine, 19 yo student and serious girl. We went to the movies in Recife shopping mall and I had kissed and touched her for all the time, but we had no time for fucking because my plane was leaving, so I was still excited and my buddy was protesting...

Never be in a hurry for fucking, because you can have bad experiences as I had that night....

Entered in the Cucaracha I was happy to see so many girls together (about 60), I drank 2 very strong caipiroskas and noticed a nice petite blond, nice face, very long hair and slim body, teen type.

I started dancing close to her, but after I noticed that she was busy with a Norwegian guy.

After a while another girl arrived and started to chat with the blond one: the new girl was very similar to the other, too much similar, the only difference seemed to be the colour of the hairs, and there was a reason, she was the cousin of the blond.

As the girl started to dance in the typical Brazilian way moving her ass in front of me, as I was a little drunk and my buddy was still protesting since the afternoon in the movies, I made a big mistake and, without talking to her to know her better I asked how much was the programa. She told me 100 R$, and I told it was ok.

When we took a taxi (of course she wanted to take the taxi of her choice, the driver was a friend of her) I told her that I'm Italian and she was surprised because she thought I was Brazilian, but my Portuguese is now good and with the loud music of the disco she could not notice my foreign accent.

After knowing about my nationality she started to tell me that she had been married for 2 years with an Italian guy and now she was separated and so on.... And she started speaking me in Italian...

When I heard that, I started thinking that I was a stupid, 'cause usually all the Brazilian girls who had travelled/lived in Europe start to have a very bad attitude, they become smart and tricky.

When we arrived in the posada I saw her better in the light and noticed that she wasn't so pretty, her skin was damaged by acne and also her body was not so slim as I thought, she had a lot of signs of her past pregnancies.

But the worst thing was her attitude: she didn't want me to touch her breasts, she was colder than a refrigerator (yes, also in Brazil this kind of woman exist) and after 5 minutes that I was fucking her trying to think of my hot GF in Recife she protested and wanted me to pop-up...

I got angry, to avoid problems I asked her to make me cum with a blow job, but she didn't want and we ended with an hand-job.

Just 5 seconds after I was finished she dressed up and told that she had to get back to her fucking home and also asked 20 Reais for the taxi. I refused, gave her the 100 Reais she had asked in the Cucaracha and pissed her out of my room.

I wonder how it is possible that a dummy Italian guy had married a girl of this kind...

She pretends to be called Priscilla (false name, I saw her ID, she had another.)

Anyway the day after it was raining like in Bangladesh during the monsoon, so I was very sad, no way to go to the beach.

Sitting in a bar in front of the beach (named "do Suizo") 2 girls were drinking beer and invited me to join them. I thought they were meninas the programa and just wanted me to pay her drinks, but as I was very bored, the girls were nice and the beers on the table only 2, I accepted.

The conversation with the 2 morenas was nice (one called Paloma, half Brazilian and half Argentinean) the other called Eglebiana, from Natal.
These are their real names, I saw their IDs.

The 2 girls paid her drinks and Eglebiana told me that she would stay in the Mambo by late night, so I decided to go there that night.

I met her in the Mambo, very good conversation again, looked a lot her beautiful Brazilian round ass, and kissed her with passion and desire one hour later.

We went to my pousada.
She told me that she liked me but for her that was also a work, so I asked how much, and she told me "you give me what you want tomorrow". I trusted her, she looked very pro but also honest, so we started to have sex.

The sex was very good, I liked her body and especially her ass, I fucked her 3 times mostly in doggy style to look and touch her ass while doing, she appreciated a lot the position too.

The morning after when we woke up she wanted another doggy style session. I was exhausted. The conversation between the sessions was very nice and we had a lot of fun, she was an intelligent girl.

At 6 pm finally she left my room, I gave her 150 R$ and she smiled.

The 3 days after I spent almost all my time with her, going to the beach in the afternoon, dancing, drinking and fucking doggy style by night.

She also invited me to her home, cooked for me, made me a massage and a manicure and pedicure. Nice.

All the time I was offering her to drink or eat something she used to refuse. She didn't asked anymore money for fucking.

After almost 5 days together she changed a bit her attitude, she told me that she liked to be with me but needed to earn money.
I told her that I understood that, but as I felt that we were having a kind of GF/BF experience I was not very happy to pay, not for the money, but because I think it's stupid to pay a girl if she is happy to be and fuck with you.

Anyway, to thanks her for the good time spent together, I told her to stay with me one night more and that I would pay again.

The last night I felt that she was a bit cold with me, her pussy didn't become wet as usual, she didn't cum and she wanted to fuck only twice.

The morning after I gave her 150 R$ and said goodbye.

Finally I spent 300 R$ for 5-6 days of fucking and a good experience half GF style and half sex business style.

The very same day I met another girl in the beach, called Iza. I have noticed this girl already in the Mambo, as she was always staring me while I was with Eglebiana and I liked her especially because she had a nice slender body and beautiful eyes.

Iza asked me if I was still with Eglebiania and I told her that I was "free" again, so she left me her cell phone number and told me that she would go to Cucaracha disco bar by night.

Back to my posada I decided to call her and ask her to come to Ponta Negra beach by dinner time to eat something together and watch Brazil final soccer match for Copa America and then have sex of course. But when I called her she told me that she could not come so early to Ponta Negra (she lived in the zona norte of course) and eventually would go to Cucaracha after the end of the match, so we established an appointment for around 11 pm in Cucaracha.

When I arrived to Cucaracha Iza was not there, so I waited for about one hour, kindly refusing to chat with the other girls who were approaching me, but after having waited more than one hour, I decided to go down in the disco floor of Cucaracha, assuming that Iza was not coming that night.

In the disco floor I was looking for a nice morena who was always in the Cucaracha the other nights and that I rated a real 9.

I don't use to go with girls above 8, because usually they are more expensive and have very bad attitude (everybody wants to be with them) but in this case I thought that, if she wouldn't stay all night long for 150 R$ I could offer her 100 R$ for a 2 hours fuck and than let her go back to Cucaracha to pick up another customer, many girls do that.

While I was at the bar desk looking for the stunning morena one girl approached me speaking in Spanish.

Usually I don't like girls who insist to be with me, because I find them to aggressive or too much in the need for money, but that girl, a blond, was nice and really smiley, she was laughing all the time and looked very sweet, even if I rated her just a 6.

She told me that she was called Maria and she was 28 yo. She was very funny, she couldn't speak Italian, nor English, so I assumed she was not in the business since a long time in spite of her age. I asked her and she told me she was in the business since about 5 months. I guess this was the truth.

As a liked a lot the attitude of funny Maria I decided to be with her that night and asked how much it was for all the night, she told me that the programa with special discount for me was 100 R$ and I accepted of course, that's the price for a pizza with Coke in my fucking country!!!

I had a lot of fun with Maria. This was strange, because the girl was somewhere a bit ugly: if my rating in the disco was a 6 because she was wearing a nice dress, my rating of her body after having seen her naked was only a 4: too many signs of her past pregnancy, her body was a real battlefield, looked like a 40 yo woman body who had 4 sons.

But, as a person, Maria was so sweet, so nice, so honest, you could not dislike that girl, a 4 about beauty, but a real 10 about attitude.

And she liked so much to have sex (not uncommon in Brazil), but also during the intercourse she had something "naïf", she made love like an inexperienced teen, even if she's 28 yo, I would say she really made love, not just sex.

And, finally, she had the tightest pussy I had ever seen and felt in my life. Tighter than some real virgins I have fucked: the penetration was very difficult because of that, but after it was so good to fuck that small and tight pussy.

Maria stayed in my room until 3 pm of the next day and pretended to be fucked 3 times.
I gave her 100 R$ more 50 R$ for tip for the extra good service.

In the next 3 days I spent my time with her and it was great because I could talk with her like with an old friend and she told me a lot about her life and about the stories she knew between tourists and the meninas the programa in Ponta Negra.
She helped me to understand better the way of life and thinking of this curious girls gravitating around sex tourists in Natal. It's a real microcosm, it's interesting to know about it.

I went with her to the movies (this was the first time she went to the movies, can you believe it? Yes it's true in AD 2004 a 28 yo girl from the interior of Brazil had never gone to a cinema before, so funny) and she was so happy she obviously started to fuck with me for free the night after...

After 4 days spent together I gave her some more 150 R$ has a tip and I was a bit sad to go away.
When I left to Rio I really missed that girl, I missed her like you can miss your best friend, very strange to me...

One final point: in my 4 week holiday in Brazil, Natal was the only place where I fucked just "meninas the programa" and never had the possibility to fuck normal girls.

In the other places I went I fucked only "good girls" (Rio and Maceio) or both normal and working girls (Recife). This happened because the Ponta Negra beach is packed with pros and semi pros, so it's difficult to get in touch with normal girls, they are scared to be confused with working girls.

In Rio de Janeiro I spent my last 3 days in Brazil with one of my GF I have there. Of course the 3 days were mostly dedicated to fuck her intensively and to see once again that more you fuck a Brazilian girl more she wants to be fucked until you lose your final energies... And this time it was totally for free of course.

Now I'm back in Italy and I'm missing Brazil... You guess why...

Thank you for the report. But 150 reais for 5 days of being your "slave"? You are spreading the bad name of Italians being cheap and stingy. I think you should have given more. You can bet she won't do that again with any guy.

maybe 0019609 is just trying to compensate what Berlusconi and the italian state is robbing him by paying the "meninas" slightly less than a p.e. german or dutch tourist would d... ;) nothing bad about that.

cool that there are some guys giving us such detailed reports!

Hi,

I am currently in Recife and leaving back to Rio tonight. For mongering may be Recife but if you want to really enjoy the amuzements and the beaches than Natal. Natal is a paradise on this earth. Not for mongering too much in my opinion though. Just travelled by bus from Natal to Recife. Bus ride is 5 hours or so cost R$38 each way.

I visited Brazil 3 times but I don´t was in Natal.

I´m interested to go to Natal for mongering and to find lovely girls.

I believe that the 2 best places are Mambo Disco and Cucaracha.

I need more information about those places, specially I want to know if there are many girls available.

How much girls?. More than 50 perhaps?.

If the quantity is great, then I wish to go to Natal!!!

See you soon.

Are there buses running regularly between Natal and Fortaleza (and vice versa)?

How long does the trip take?

Does anyone know about any website with info about this (timetables, etc)?

Late answer and not a good one.

It's a bit poor with apt. rental in Natal. I tryed a cpl. of times to get one, even from the lokal papers (Tribuna do Norte, classificados) but they provide only a few and most not for sgl travellers. Cheked out 1 or 2, but didnt liked it too much. So I allways ended up with Pousadas.

I prefer Pousada Azzurra at Ponta Negra beach front (http://www.pousadaazzurra.com.br/hotel.htm), a few steps to Discoteka Mambo. Used to stay there the recent 2 times and have been pretty satisfied. Only a few yrs. old building, modern, very clean rooms and bath with working ! shower (not only the suspicious "electric showers"). Young, friendly and helpful stuff and - most important: GF, if you behave decent. Payed for and ocean view sgl/dbl 89 BRL/night, for the girl an extra 20 BRL (later on the receipt beside phone cost as "special services charge"). There are a few others at the strip, but Azzurra is IMHO the best deal.

Sorry, cant help you.

I stayed at the Quality Suites in Natal. The locals do not recognize the name Quality. If you are staying there say that you are staying at Natal Plaza. The hotel is up the hill from Punta Negra Beach and it is quite a steep hill. The Ilha Fantasia boate is next door. I had an incredible view from my eighteenth floor suite. Being high up was nice because it was cool enough to open the windows and allow the breeze into the room.

The hotel does not allow guests so I had to take my encounters to the Oklahoma motel.

I booked it through Orbitz . I paid $120 per night including in-room ethernet, in-room safe, laundry and breakfast.

The Quality Suites is nice place. According to one of the girls I met, the Novotel in Praia de Artiste is girl-friendly. The Novotel is part of the Accor chain. I recently stayed at a Parthenon in Rio and was charged a guest fee. I might also consider some of the resorts along Via Costeria although I do not know about girl friendliness there.

I loved Natal. The beaches are beautiful. It is a place that you can really relax. There are long stretches of beaches where you can walk or run to get back in shape. It is an upscale destination and you see some real beauties in Natal (If I only were younger and had game which I don’t. However from my observations the German tourists spread their legs faster than the Brazilians’)

I only scheduled three days there. I wish that I had stayed longer. Next time I might do more exploring such as scuba diving in Maracajau`. One negative thing is that there is very little English spoken and I did not run across any other English-speaking tourists.

It is definitely not a premier destination for board activities but you can find what you need there. There are two clearcut scenes including the Beach girls and the discos. The Beach girls were unimpressive to my taste. I did not frequent the discos because my hotel did not allow guests. Besides after a long day in the sun I was ready to bed down about midnight or so anyway. Here’s how I played the hand that I was dealt. I used the Internet escort service and the motel Oklahoma. I had a taxi take me to the motel and then I would call the girl with my room number. It took about twenty minutes for her to arrive. Total taxi costs were 40 reals for both the girl and I. The motel cost is about 25 reals for three hours depending on drinks and level of room. I rather like the motel because of the safety factor and the fact that it comes with a Jacuzzi. Also I used early evening as my hook up time.

I found the girls over the Internet at http://www.sexomais.com/. The one I was able to contact was Samilla. The pictures are her. Samilla introduced me to her friend and roommate Vanessa. They also work the disco Chaplins. I paid the listed price 200 reals although others have negotiated lower prices. However, and it brings up the point again, Vanessa told me that she expects more when she goes with foreign guys.

I only went with the two girls in my three days but had a very enjoyable time in Natal.

Click the local papers section, it opens for the world.

Since prostitution is legal just about everywhere, many papers accept their ads. Use the google translation tool to translate the entire page on your own PC. You may have to install the google controls if you don't have them.

I suck in five different languages, but it is enough to get me by. Reading in English solves half the problem. Even if the grammar is wrong, you can figure it out.

I have only been home for less than a week, but I’m already ready for going back. Ponta Negra where I’m stayed for one week has got a big girl scene. The action alternate between 2 my be 3 discos, but in addition you can pick up girls in bars and on the beach.

Unfortunately , many girls has begin to ask for 200 or more reals, and some is very eager to leave early in the morning but you can still be lucky and find some girls that are better GFE than other.

On my holyday I brought a dildo, and this was definitive a success. I had a young girl a couple of times during my stay and she made her self come using the dildo. Good fun and I gave her the dildo the last day before I went home.

The attachment show her using the dildo. Unfortunately she didn't allow picture of her face but she was definitive a good looking girl.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the update, but can you please elaborate a bit more?

What are the names of those discos or bars where you can pick up girls? In which part of Ponta Negra are they located?

Any recommendations about GF hotels or apartments? What's the accommodation cost?

Ponta negra is paradise for sun, beach, and looking girl.

The price are beetween 100 - 300 real for girl. If you looking handsome they really like you - you deal whit them. My last trip I stay whit a girl 12 days and she aks for gift - I give her 1000 R + entertaiment.

But bee carfuel some girl are rip of, and make problems if you not pay them.

You go bar street (salsabar) you will find many nice semi prof girls.

Monday - Thursday- Saturday = disco bye praia (mambo +) Friday - Sunday - Tuesday = disco La cocurraga Wednesday - Friday - Saturday = salsabar and amicia (very good)

I daytime you go beach near bar auqa marina and you will find alot of girls in the bar and on the beach -

Ther are some posuada /hotell they are GF - you have to ask but aqua marina hotel is one of them.

Price start from 70 R up to 150 R.

Most of the girl like to go motel for short time - girls knows what they like and take care of you. Taxi + motell 150 R.

Some of the best girl are very bussy and they have customer after beach and after they go disco to take more.

Ask in lobby them some places they are ok and charge you 15 - 30 R exstra.
But Aqua MArina hotel is GF and they take 120 - 170 R night.

Many posuada is GF and take from 75 R and up.

The going rate can alternate between 100 to 200 reals. It’s still possible to get girls staying TLN for 100 reals, but I think this is more possible for younger guys, and also if you have the girl for more than one night.

Name of the discos are Hollywood and Cocharacca. At the bar Aqua Marin you can meet girls in the afternoon.

Girl friendly accommodation can be a hassle, but many Posadas allow girls. I rented an apartment from a friend so here I’m a bit blank. Posadas can be rented from 80 reals and up in the top season.

Hello everyone

La Cucaracha beware ! The good part is the terrace and the bar in the entrance. The disco beneath is noisy and a rip-off. Men are charged just for going in , even if is empty.

Night life is booming but beware of scams involving girls under 18.

According to brazilian law you are not suppoused to fuck them.

The ***icipality is going to innstall cameras for surveillance in la Orla sometime soon.

Excellent restaurant in Roberto Freire: Tabua de Carne.

Avoid restaurant Botero in the Orla de Ponta Negra: a rip-off!

Enjoy!

This question about ID has been covered elsewhere. Check the Fortaleza thread a while back.

In summary, there are different opinions. Some say it's OK, others say it's not. You would probably be OK nearly every time with a notarized copy. As with everything in Brazil it depends on the person checking and on your attitude. Remember, the object of these ID checks is to hassle people who are in sex tourist spots.

If you are carrying a copy, it's recommended to:
- carry a copy of the ID and photo page, as well as the page with your current valid visa for Brazil.
- get it notarized at a cartorio somewhere in Brazil.

I was from last Saturday till yesterday in Ponta Negra and didn’t see any cops asking for passports at all, but, anyway, regarding passport checks, I’ve just spent 14 days between Fortaleza and Natal and the police raided the Bikini bar (in Fortaleza) one night, asking all guys to show their passports - the only occasion when I’ve been asked for it during the whole trip.

Obviously I didn’t carry my passport at any time because if I lose it or it’s stolen I’d be in deep shit, but I did carry an ID card (which is issued by some EU countries), so I showed the cop my ID card and it was OK.

Regarding police arresting tourists:

Yeah, let's all head down there right now.

In case you don't get it, even if today it is just a fine for not having your passport, what reasons will they dream up tomorrow?

The point being, if the police are targeting tourists, who wants to deal with that shit?

Now you gotta look out for the criminals and the police?

Sounds like just the place I want to be.

Let Natal find out how tough life is without tourists.

By arresting tourists, especially en masse, they have earned that right.

Natal, a city with a population of about 700,000 people, seems to be developing a thriving mongering scene thanks mainly to the increase in the number of direct flights from Europe.

Here is a good map of the city:

http://www.natal-brazil.com/maps/plant-of-natal.gif

Most tourists stay either in Via Costeira or Ponta Negra, but the monger epicentre is definitely in Ponta Negra, so that is the place to stay and hunt, that’s where most of the action takes place, and that’s where I spent 6 days (3 at the beginning and 3 at the end of my 2-week sexpedition) researching the ground.

The scene in Ponta Negra is dominated by freelancers who frequent discos, bars, the beach, etc.

From my experience, the going rates for good-looking freelancers are between 80-100 $R for ST (1-2 hrs) or 150-200 R$ for TLN after negotiations – the asking prices are usually higher, but they come down quickly: they expect you to negotiate.

Ponta Negra beach itself is about 3 km long, lined with restaurants, bars, hotels and shops, and is really good for sunbathing, chilling out, having a quick swim (but not too far due to the waves and currents), drinking a couple of beers and bird-watching.

There is a monger hotel right in the middle of the action on the beachfront called ‘Aquamarina Praia Hotel’, its address is: Av. Erivan Franca 22A and Av. Roberto Freire 22A (www.hotelaquamarina.com.br) - there are 2 streets names because you can access it from the beach road (Erivan Franca) where the Aquamarina bar is or, even better, from the road behind (Roberto Freire), where the reception is.

To each side of this hotel and within 5-10 min walk there are some cheaper accommodation options, called pousadas, such as Bella Napoli, Azurra, etc which are also GF, acceptable and relatively safe accommodation.

All these places require girls’ ID in order to allow them in, and all girls have ID so that’s no problem, and if she hasn’t got ID you should stay away from her as you don’t want to end up in a Brazilian jail. If she looks young you must always check yourself her ID and ensure that she is at least 18 yo.

The Aquamarina bar and surrounding area, including the beach in front of it, are the main hunting ground from mid morning till about midnight, when the crowd of hookers and mongers start hitting the disco(s). In the evening, after 8-9 pm, the number of hookers per square metre increases fast around this area and it becomes a hive of activity, a true meat market.

But that is only the beginning, because the scene continues picking up within the clubs and it usually reaches the peak at around 1-2 am, with an estimated population of hookers of a few hundreds during the rush hour. This pussy volume is sustained for a couple of hours and then the population start to decrease again, at about 3-4 am, either because the preys are hunted or because they get tired and go home empty handed; though there are usually remains, some times tasty remains, as late as 6-7 am.

In the interest of research, I visited all the 5 discos that were open during my stay in Natal, namely: Mambo, Hollywood, La Cucaracha, Amica and Salsa Bar. But not all of them open each night, normally there is only one open, or at most 2-3 of them, so the meat market usually gravitates around a single club each night, or maybe 2-3 at most.

Here is a brief description of each club:

Mambo: on the beach front, about 5-10 min walk from Aquamarina bar to the right. Cover charge of 15 R$, darkish inside but still OK if you haven’t drunk much. There is a big roof terrace with tables and chairs where the lighting is better for hunting and surveying potential preys. I went there on Wednesday.

Hollywood: also on the beach front, a couple of minutes walk further down from Mambo, 15 R$ entrance fee too. Dark inside so not very good to hunt safely due to the possibility of unpleasant surprises later on. Loud music. Opposite Hollywood there are some outdoors terraces where the crowd warms up before entering the club and cool down after exiting it, providing you are not going straight to your room with your trophy of the night. I went there on Thursday, Saturday and Monday, but Thursday was the busiest day.

La Cucaracha: not on the beach front but on a street reached after going uphill for some time, about 20 min walk from the Aquamarina bar or 5 R$ taxi ride. The first bar you come across upon entry has free entrance, but there is a cover charge of 15 R$ to Access the disco downstairs, which is darkish but has a well lit area outside where you can take your preys for further inspections. I went there on Tuesday and Sunday, both days were equally busy.

The crowd in the above 3 clubs was almost exclusively composed of mongers and hookers, that is they were proper meat markets.

Then there are the 2 other clubs:

Amica: on the same street as La Cucaracha, cover charge of 15-20 R$ (can’t remember exactly). There was a mixed crowd of mongers, hookers and mainstream package tourists (both male and female). Dark inside, but nice deco. I went there on Saturday.

Salsa Bar: entrance fee of 15-20 R$ (can’t remember either) and mixed crowd of hookers, semipros, mongers, mainstream tourists and ‘normal’ Brazilians. I went there on Saturday (yes, Saturday was a busy day!). It was busy at midnight but dead at about 2 am, so it seemed to be mostly a place to warm up, before hitting Hollywood or Amica.

All the hookers and semipros in the above discos are freelancers, so you simply negotiate her fees and that is it, they don’t work for the clubs. It is important when negotiating the fee to include the taxi fare in it as they always ask for it, I mean if you are offering 100 R$ for 2 hrs make quite clear to her that that figure includes her taxi money, so no extra money should be demanded for her taxi. Payment is always in arrears on completion of services.

Ponta Negra attracts pros/semipros not only from the rest of Natal, but also from surrounding cities/towns and even from distant areas of Brazil - I even met one girl from Salvador de Bahia with a solid Afro-Brazilian bum.

The police presence along the Ponta Negra strip is heavy so crime is rare, though the normal precautions, as usual, should be applied. In fact, one of the main hassles may be the police itself as they do regular passport checks among mongers, just to [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) them off from time to time, though it didn’t happen to me. Apart from that, just some minor annoyances such as low intensity hasslers, crap sellers or street children asking for a few reais.

Getting around Ponta Negra is easy and you can walk to most places, or if you are feeling lazy just take a taxi that will put the meter on request and will cost you 5-6 R$ to go from one place to the next within Ponta Negra. Taxi to/from the airport is about 25-30 R$ depending on negotiations, with meter it would be around 30 R$ anyway. Taxi to Natal city centre or Via Costeira, where there isn’t much of interest, apart from nonpros/semipros, would be around 20-25 R$, but there are also buses running.

Now that we are familiar with the Ponta Negra scene, let’s start examining in more detail its most reputable inhabitants: the girls.

Sperto,

Chaplins and Praia dos Artistas was on my to-do list, but I finally didn't go, however I did ask girls if it was still OK and they said it was business as usual over there - Thu seems to be still the strong day for Chaplins.

My plan for Thu was hitting Hollywood and later on Chaplins, but there were loads of girls in and around Hollywood, in the outdoors terraces opposite, to keep me busy all night long.

Most girls in Natal are young, in the range 18-25 yo I’d say, though there are also some older providers and even a handful of dinosaurs.

Many of them are darker skinned (morenas), due either to their mixed race origins or to the fact that they spend half their life on the beach under the sun, because actually some of those morenas have white tits, showing that they were white at birth but only the areas under their bikinis (not much to be honest) have kept their original white colour. Unfortunately, there are very few black or mulatto girls in Natal.

There are also a few white girls thrown in, including peroxide blondes.

As I mentioned before, you can find girls here from different parts of Brazil, so there is a good mix. I only missed not having more black girls around.

The hardcore index, as usual in all meat markets, is quite high: 80-90% of them are hardcores. So if you, like me, aren’t into hardcores very much, that leaves you with a 10-20% of the market to focus on.

Usually they let you be and don’t disturb you while you are having a drink and surveying the territory, though occasional interruptions do take place, often caused by ugly hardcores who feel the need to use more aggressive sales strategies in order to compete with the young and cute specimens.

Within the remaining 10-20% non-hardcore sector of the market, there is a wide spectrum of hookers: standard pros who simply get the job done, involved pros who go the extra mile and add some personalised level of service, good girls who are new to the trade, GFE’s, etc.

In Natal’s night ocean all species are present: from starfish to GFE’s, from dolphins to piranhas.

But maybe the best way to illustrate Natal’s female fauna is by describing briefly the performance of each of the 6 girls I chose.

As God revealed to John: ‘Many are called, but few are chosen’.

The chosen:

The Standard Pro: she was the first girl I hunted, just a few hours after landing, I went out with the intention of fucking the first fuckable thing I came across, I hunted her in La Cucaracha. She was cool and cute, mid 20’s, her most serious fault being that she only gave CBJ, but to make up for it she had good skills between the sheets and a comfortable pussy. Overall, a good experience.

The Coldfish: I found her in the darkness of Hollywood, she was a mulatta from Salvador, late 20’s, great body but turned out to be a coldfish. She did pass the attitude test in Hollywood, but her attitude started to cool down while we headed for my room, reaching freezing point when we finally hit the bed. BJ only covered. A forgettable experience.

Gladiator
04-09-06, 03:48
The Newbie: I found her in Mambo, she was 19 yo, fresh and young, new to the trade. Her main fault was that she talked too much. Her second major fault were some teeth during the BBBJ. I paid her 100 R$ for 2 hrs in 10 and 20 R$ notes and she didn’t know how to count them, she asked me how much that was. Mathematics wasn’t her greatest strength either. She also had a bad memory: she forgot her panties in my shower when she left. She was fun, anyway.

The Doll: I hunted her in Mambo too. She had good tits and was 20 yo. It was a standard fuck, nothing special. She was like a doll, a bit passive, she lacked initiative in the bed, looked a bit shy. BBBJ was good though and her pussy had the right grab.

Gladiator
04-09-06, 03:51
The Good Girl: 19 yo, I found her in La Cucaracha, she turned out to be a good, innocent girl, fun to be with and even more fun to fuck. Great BBBJ, with some original oral manoeuvres. She was relatively new, still unspoilt. A very good experience.

Gladiator
04-09-06, 03:53
The GFE: she was the second girl I hunted my first night in Natal, in La Cucaracha, and immediately became my official GFE because of her outstanding attitude, good looks and proficient skills. I repeated with her a number of times during my stay and even hung out with her on the beach some days. She was 20 yo, fresh and lively, the brightest star in my nights in Ponta Negra.

First I stayed at the Pousada Bella Napoli for 80 R$ per night for a double room, then I found the Hotel Aquamarina and moved as it was a much better room and just 20 R$ more expensive. These were low season rates, I think there are substantial seasonal variations in rates in Natal and Fortaleza.

Adding to the absolutely great info that Gladiator has provided and I'm going to contribute with info about this house which is the best one in town and now that the other one (Ilha da Fantasia) was closed it has no competition.

Senzala Casa Show

I was in Ponta Negra until June. Places to go in the night: Disco at the beach:

Hollywood (they tell: "Hollywoody"). A little bit up the hill: disco Cucaracha. Very good place to meet girls. On top is a bar with tables to sit at. Before going downstairs to the disco you can check the girls.

Opposite side of Cucaracha is the Amica Disco. Very loud and dark.

Check out, discos arent opened every day. Always one or two discos open one day, then the next day is open the other.

Prices: I could get some girls for about 100 Real, two of them stayed until next day, slept in my room.

Another wanted 150, she was so great, so that I also accepted 200 on another day.

I would just like to take the time o say that this is my first post to this great board. Been a member for a long time and have reviewed great information that has helped around the globe. I would just like to post a report on my adventures in Natal, Brazil.

I have to say that Natal is not the easiest place to get to; which is a shame. It’s an excellent destination for some R&R and very popular with the European tourists. It’s kind of a shame that it’s not available to more North Americans. I had absolutely no problem with any customs, police, etc... Also with no knowledge of Portuguese it was not at all difficult to get around with just English.

Natal is a nice city of around ¾ of a million people. I found it seemed semi-modern and old world at the same time. The beaches were incredible and the people the very best with no problem with anything. I stayed at one of the European hotels on the beach at the Hotel Parque da Costeira (www.parquedacosteira.com.br). This was a very nice hotel and guest friendly I might add! Never had a problem brining anyone back to the hotel and no extra charges, information, etc… was asked of me or my guests. It was a little further from the action than hotels in Ponta Negra but I enjoyed the distance and it was picked for me by a friend in Brazil. The cost from bars, mongering spots was about 30 R$ so not a big deal. Food and sightseeing were great and made a lot of new friends. Entertainment was high on my agenda and not so much on my friends at the time. However, I seemed to find exactly what I wanted time and time again.

First night we were out to dinner than decided to see what the Brazilian nightlife was all about. I must say that I have traveled considerable (mainly with family) and I have to say the women of Brazil are truly amazing to say the least. We did a few discos and bars then ended up at Senzala Casa Show. This place you get a card issued (like a credit card) when you arrive and it serves as your tab for your stay; you settle on the way out. We settled down and I watched some amazing dancers and consumed a few too many Johnnie Walker Black’s. My friend had another guy there on business from Europe and I thought he was going to go nuts. We decided to take a few girls back to our hotel for the rest of the night. Charge was about 150$R for the night. It was amazing I must say; no you really don’t need to speak the language! Everything was on the menu and we rocked until about 4:30am. Was up at 9:30 for breakfast and to meet the guys for some city touring.

I was supposed to be on vacation I found that I was quite busy during the day but always had time to play at night. Also visited Fantasia, Cucaracha and numerous other bars and disco’s around Ponte Negro area. The main mall was nice in the late afternoon to check out the civilian crowd however I never had the chance to hook up with anyone. Although I had take-out from Fantasia and the girl was very nice she was kind of a dead fish in the sack. I mostly frequented Senzala and had the most fun there. Also I found it safe to attend alone. All in all rates were from 125-175R$ from my experience and with talking to my friends. Although the girls are quoting 200-250R$ they soon come down. Had in total around 9 girls in 8 nights. Most were from other areas of Brazil than Natal so I guess I had a tasting of what is available.

Spent a day in Recife on business with my friend. Tickets were somewhere around 300R$ return the same day. This place had amazing women and a beautiful beach that was packed. I will have to make sure I stay here a night or two on my return trip.

Hopefully this report will help or be of use to the other readers. If you have any questions I’d be happy to help if I could.

Hi Beken,

I am planning to go to Natal soon and was encouraged by the fact that you say that you was able to get around with just English. Did you find that a lot of the non working girls (regular girls) also spoke some english?

Were they easy to talk to and given the time possibly easy to date with a potential for quick sex?

Did you see a nice mix of blonde girls as well as dark haired too?

I am looking to start a business in Brasil and I herd you mention business in your email so I was wondering if you had any thoughts of good business ideas in Brasil.?

I enjoyed reading your report and it was very informative.

Magic,

As far as finding girls that speak English I was actually quite amazed. There seems to be some new schooling in the area to teach English as a 2nd language. Natal also being a major tourist destination for Europeans the workers in those areas are exposed to English as well. I don't think if you target the middle/upper class society girls you should have no problem. The lower class are not; in my experience that exposed to English to learn it. However, if you speak a little Spanish this helps too. I never really had the opportunity to talk too much other than just some quick chatting but all are nice and I don't think you have too much trouble if your willing to put in a little time and get to know the lady.

As far as the quality of girls you can find anything and everything you are looking for and all price oriented based on what you want. For example a 5-6 might be 100R$ or less a stunner 8-9 175R$. There's enough around that you should have no problem finding something to match your taste.

Business wise I think Brazil is a sleeping tiger! I see lots of potential in most everything; agriculture, manufacturing, aquaculture, mining, tourists, condo's etc... There are some strick laws about hiring and firing and according to my friend its not a terrible problem to get capital in or out of the country. Be advised to do your homework first. Also of note a lot of country's have some degree of tariffs on certain products i.e. shrimp, lumber, etc.

Hope all this gives you a little bit more input on the area.

I am wondering that Fantasias was open.

I was in Ponta Negra in September 06 for the last time.

Do you mean Ilha de Fantasias near the Cucaracha, at the corner where the disco Amica is?

How is it inside, how are the prices?

About the language skills of the girls: I have another experience.

I speak portuguese, but whenever I asked for their english-knowledge, they said, they learned a little bit, but when I tested their english, I saw that they nearly could not speak.

It was not enough for a conversation.

My favourite place in September was the Azucar.

Entry is 25 Real and you get some included drinks, like 2 Cuba Libre.

A lot of girls and a really great atmosphere. Sometimes the girls are dancing on the long bar. Very funny.

I found girls mostly for 150 Real to take to my hotel. Mostly stayed about two hours. The foto is of a girl I took into the hotel in nov. 2005.

She looked sweet, was small, a little bit like an asian girl.

But no great passion, not worth a report.

I was in this area in Nov. 2005 the first time.

Had an hotel in Tibau do Sul, 80km from Natal, near the more known town of PIPA, a well known holidayplace for brazilians.

My hotel in Tibau was the Paraiso, but no monger place, no girl friendly, was difficult to get a girl into.

Only because I had friendship with the portero, who was from portugal, I could get in my girlfriend. She was the friend of his girlfriend, so it was possible.

The last two days I spent in Natal in Ponta Negra.

There I was lucky to meet Christiane, about21 year old girl. Met her before midnight in the HOLLYWOOD DISCO, at the beach road.

Nearly nobody inside, I wanted to go out, but she came on to me, we danced, kissed passionately and so I took her into my hotel.

I started filming her, what she liked. She undressed in a very sexually way for my camera, then we went into the shower, she made a hot masturbating show for me and the camera.

I think she loved it really. We also took some photos, I post two of them here.

It was very very late, so my little friend did not want as I wanted. First we slept an hour and then we fucked, not very long, because I really still was exhausted. She didn't give me her number, and I had to leave the other day.

When I came back in 2006, I couldn't find her at no time.

Has anyone seen her since then and has her telephone number? Would be nice to meet her the next time.

Not sure if we were to the correct spot or not. I was to a place my friends in Brazil kept calling Fantasy. I just assumed this was one and the same. The place was on a side street somewhere above Ponta Negra beach. It was a long evening and I was quite drunk so I might have miss understood. if le is after peodphiles, then the raids are good. something similar was happening in fortaleza a year or 2 back.

you know, they need to legal prostitution and then regulate it so the children are not of the scene.

w.b.it's good you let some steam off here but really these raids have nothing to do with **** sex. first of all there are no ****/children in discos and also no one takes a 8yo to disco for that matter. secondly, those into **** sex know the rules very well and won't be caught on simple id checks.

raiding discos and arresting hundreds of innocent tourist (probably some couples or from all inclusive resorts) and taking them to police station and demanding $$$ dollars fines will not solve anything and is just plain extortion.

may be you don't care much about natal tourist industry but without it a lot of businesses go bust and people loose their jobs and livelihood.

i’m all for curbing paedophiles but the way to do it is to make sure owners of hotels, bars and clubs do not let **** girls (or boys) in their establishment (with hefty fines to back it up) and then set up sting operations (this works very well here in the west, these bastards can’t resist an easy prey).

It seems that the new place which is a giant club turned into a giant brothel, Azucar, it's giving the old houses a run for their money.

A lot of prime qualiti girls form Senzala and other casas are going to Azucar since they have a more relaxed and more of a party atmosphere and the place is HUGE compare to the other houses.

Good place and a big amount pf girls to be found.

There's a chance I will be around Natal and/or Recife the beginning of December and have heard of the off-season-carnaval aka Carnatal. Anybody have any experiences they'd like to share? As with my February plans for Rio, I recognize Carnaval is not prime time for a gringo monger in Brasil but hey - that's when I will be there - and that's what I do.

Many have posted about Natal (in one place or another). Most of the posts I have seen were related to the crackdown by police on uderage prostitution. Natal (and Fortaleza) are popular with Europeans who seem to go after barely legal ones. If you are into women in their 20's, like most of us, then other cities may be better destinations than Natal.

If you stay on the beach of Ponta Negra, there are a couple of cafes that have gdp's from all over the northern portion of Brasil. Usually in the evenning hours. During the day, there are a few around the beach, but you have to have a good eye to pick them out. There is a gentleman who works on the sidewalk on the beach side who sells different tourist items. His name is Jetulho, and he wheres a straw hat, he has long hair, and loves to sing Tom Jones and Elvis P. songs out loud. Sounds nuts, but he really is cool. He knows the locals gdp's that are hanging out on the beach during the day.

Also, there is a night club called Hollywood at the other end of the strip, right across the street from the beach. All of the ladies there are gdp's.

Closer to the downtown area, there are a bunch of bars/restaurants that have a ton of single women, non-pros. Forgot the name of the neighborhood now. You need a taxi to get there, just a 10 minute ride.

There are also a few bars that have a mix of gdp's and non-pros, and one of them has a spanish name, sorry I can not remember the name now. There are plenty of gdps around, but when its all said and done, there is no comparison to Rio as for quantity or quality. A good pousada or hotel to stay where bringing women in will not be a problem, would be the Aquamarina hotel. Some gdp's also hangout there in the afternoon.

Also, the place is loaded with basically all european tourists ( as there are direct flights from europe to Natal) looking for pussy too. I spent two weeks there last year, and I got to know quite a few brasilians, as well a ton of europeans. I did not meet one american in my entire stay. Not at the mall, beach, bars, or anywhere for that matter. Definitely need to speak portuguese or at least some. Just my opinion.

By the way, Natal is a great place to learn how to surf if you always wanted to try it without to much risk. Its a very forgiving place to learn, then move on to Rio, fortaleza or ricife for the big time waves. A definite must are the dune buggy tours. Hope this info. helps. Have fun and stay safe.

there is also a club close to the by the border of puerto negro and natal centro, but i didn't get the name.

I am from holland and visit Fortaleza for a few times. Now the direct flights are full for the end of the week. I now maybe want to choose for Natal.

I want to know from people who visited Natal and Fortaleza what is the best for semi-putas, not the hardcore pro's.

@ Jabone:

Please allow some adjustment.

1. The place is called Ponta Negra, not "Puerto Negro".

2. Azucar ("Sugar") is the name of one of the most frequented discos / boites for mongering in Natal and lies in a neighborhood of a collection of bars and restaurants in "Alto de Ponta Negra" ("Upper Ponta Negra") . Although some other hot spots (La Cucaracha, Amiça and the (closed down) Ilha Fantasia) are a only few steps away, the other bars and restauraunts in this area are more like a party zone for Brazilians, with non-pro action.

3. The other club you mentioned might be "SaMSara", running by same owner of Azucar at Rua Doutor Manuel Augusto Bezerra de Araujo 141?

Or do you mean Chaplin's, Av. Café Filho 27 (Praia dos Artistas)?

@ Ganger24:

I dont have much experience in semi/non-pro action, since I prefer Pro's (call me stupid). It seems to me - after years - still slightly more difficult detecting the Piranhas along semi/non-pro's. After a few mistakes (good lessons to learn anyway) I found out that even many non/semi-pro brazilian girls are not only impessively flexible in their hips but also in the art of taking advantage of a situation and pulling as much money out ouf your pocket as they can get for the moment. There is nothing bad on it, they are just good in using opportunities and making the best of it - as they got teached it by their own life to survive.

For myself the rules in Pro/GDP-action are more clearly during a short term stay for vacation

But anyway, if you are looking for semi-pro's, you have to avoid the well known places for GDP-action as above mentioned. You may have more luck in Chaplin's with semi pro's. Otherwise check the bars and restaurants in Alto de Ponta Negra frequented mostly only brazilians where me and my friends allready have hooked up "normal" girls and tooked them for a nice weekend to Pipa, while we just had to pay for accomodation and food.

From time to time also there are open air concerts with brazilian music in downtown Natal - nice pick up's, knowledge of some portuguese phrases will help.

Waing for your report!

Pearldiver

In the period 2005-2007 the number of foreign tourists who visit Natal decreased by 25 percent. The decline appears to continue this year. According to Diario de Natal, in the course of the year's first five months, 40,133 foreign passengers at the airport in Natal, compared with 50,322 passengers in the same period last year.

Local newspaper Diario de Natal writes that the decline has led to more bars and hotels have had to be shut down.
Also in the property is struggling hard to get sold.

The State Secretariat of Tourism, Rio Grande do Norte, have the last month tried to establish new departures fra the US. They have talked to Continental, American Airlines, Delta og United Airlines. All of them with negative answers.

It seems that new US routes will go to other destinations, as Ceara (Fortaleza) and Pernambuco (Recife) are strong candidates to receive new flights for Delta.

Newspapers and television in Europe has swept up PF/MP's many actions in the "sex clubs" looking for minor prostitutes. If they found some are not that secure. But they sell well when they write that "15 Dutch, 7 Swedes, 3 Germans etc. are arrested in sex raids." Their real only "crime" was that the tourists not brought with them their passport.

After mass arrests of criminals Pakistani Norwegians in 2007, using Natal as a place for white washing illegal drug money, it has created an inaccurate picture of tourists in Natal to be either a criminal or a sex tourist.

This has unfortunately led to that some men do not dare admit that they travel on vacation to Brazil in general, Natal in particular.

I will spend a week in Natal in mid-November. I was wondering if anyone has any recent information regarding bars, or clubs, or crackdowns, or beaches, or hotels, transportation, local contacts etc. There haven't been many postings about this in the last few months. first of all natal 2008 is not what natal was in 2004 or 2005.

now it is much worse when it comes to prices and quality of nightlife.

natal is not an ideal mongering destination anymore; however it is a very good place for beach holidays and [CodeWord118] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord118), only 7 hours flying from lisbon and a good way to enter brazil.

the international tourism is down 50% from that time.

the tourists now are mainly fro italy, holland, portugal and spain. later on they expect some scandinavian but nothing like 3 years ago.

eur = 2,60 real

during this period, due to the financial turmoil, the eur was all the way up to 3,10 but the money changers (big bunch of crooks, you guessed it ) were only giving 2,80 at the most.

count on minus 5% when changing money.

this is a common practice and the second turn off for the tourist, the first one being the long queues at immigration upon arrival.

there are very few atms for international cards outside natal. cash is king

where the action is.

forget the action downtown; it is reserved for portuguese speaking experienced fuck.

the “orla” ( erivan franca st.) is dead.

the action is in the “salsa bar street”, 40 meters to the right south of natal plaza.
well, the salsa bar is gone forever, but everyone remembers it.

walk in there, pass the coco loco. this was an infamous bar with a lot of tourist scams with outrageous bills. now is completely empty; i guess people were realizing they were getting robbed.

100 meters down you arrive to fuso horario which is the center of the street and were everyone is. behind it you have a nice square with 7 or 10 bars. this is imho the best offer in this area; no fees , no hassle, no cards to keep during the night, no scams , open air and enough light to see the many beauties around.

prices are ok: 5 reais for a caipirinha. 3 reais for a beer. imported drinks are more expensive but still ok .

other places nearby:

azucar, ok disco but more expensive.

sancho pub: crazy disco, expensive, too noisy, better to be avoided. rip-offs reported

coco.loco: mentioned before, avoid the place

other places:

la cucaracha: famous temple of the night; open only on sundays and tuesdays. the terrace and bar are excellent and you get the best caipirinhas for only 3,5 reais. very good sevice.

however, due to the lack of tourists it was almost always empty.

casa senzala: beautiful foxes but a rip-off (count on 300 reais and upwards and poor service) watch out, a lot of mafia minded crooks in this brothel. avoid it.

ponta negra overall going rates: 150 reais.

attention ! depending of your age, looks and nationality some girls will ask for 200 or 250 reais. speaking portuguese is a very big advantage.

insist, the rate is 150. some you can even get for 100 for a quickie.

international mongers unite!

be nice to them. if they like you the will take very good care of you, and they will stay all night if you want then to.

where to go?

here we have a problem. the hotels do not allow guests, so the option is the motel.
count on 100 reais more for the taxies, tips, motel fee and drinks.

obviously the best solution is to have an apartment; then you are at home.

scams.

be very careful with minors; avoid them !!!! in brazil **** is under 18 !!!!
if in doubt walk away.

there are some shemales around but they are easy to spot and they will not bother you unless you show interest on them.

bars giving you a card “to record all your drinks” could give you a big bill if you miss it.

police are corrupted and could be bribed if you need to ( drunk driving, not having your papers and passport ), but be very careful if you do not speak portuguese.

best to have your passport with you; at night it is a must.

some rental cars are best to be avoided; one of them is pavel.

safety

ponta negra is safe, although you must not forget your common sense.

enjoy it!

First of all Natal 2008 is not what Natal was in 2004 or 2005...
Nice report.
That was good news that the tourism in Natal dropped by 50%. I stopped going there 1999, a couple of years after the city got invaded by hords of european chartertourists. Natal got ruined. In the early 90's it was a p***y-heaven.

I really enjoyed your report. Natal is not a place where you get much updated info about. I do have a couple of questions though:

Do you not speak enough Portuguese to venture downtown?
Did you prefer your hotel versus getting an apt.?
Did you get a better exchange rate from ATM's?
Is it worth a 2-3 day trip to try out Natal?

ryjerNATAL UPDATE , October 2008, 2nd part

1# ATMs will give you Reais; i.e. the currency rate will be applied by your bank at home.

Thus the rate and eventual fees are up to you bank.

Beware of ATMs; sometimes they do not have enough money and then they limit down the disposable amount.

2# I do speak Portuguese and I have ventured down town and outside the city to popular arrangements.

This week there is Carnatal and it is absolutely a must.

But beware of pickpockets. There, I would not bring my passport.

Behind Praia do Meio, parts of Alecrim and Northern Bernardo Vieira are dangerous at night. Keep out from there.

The beach is another good place to meet women.

3# I always stay in apts. I hate hotels there.

4# 2 or 3 days trip to Natal ? Depending of where you are. If you are in Fortaleza or Recife or even Rio, it is certainly worthy ( well , depending of the fare).

5# Girl friendly hotel in Ponta Negra?

I do not know now, but before, the PANORAMA HOTEL ( cheap hotel, very close to the action, Roberto Freire , 50 meters South of the intersection with “Salsa bar st.”, across the cemetery) used to be permissive.

It worked that way: you could rent a double room for a week explaining in a clear cut way your intentions and that you will be changing girls all the time, emphasizing that you intended to be very discrete.

But you had to clarify and agree this with the boss beforehand, during office hours.
Then at night, you had to leave the girls ID with them at the reception.
Much better and more practical that a motel.

Enjoy it!

Can you recommend apartments in Natal, no more than R100, and in or near Ponta Negra?Hi Henry,

Try this link with apartments for rent:

http://palmesus.no/ponta-negra_b314.html

The site is in Norwegian but I am sure you may write to them in English.
The apartments they provide are good, value for money, very closed to the Praia Shopping in Ponta Negra.

Otherwise you could try local real estate agents. However, even if Brazilians companies in Natal do have short time rentals, the red tape involved and the language makes it quite difficult.

Enjoy it !

i am in natal now. your report appears to be very accurate. rates are usually about r150 short time, which is 2 hrs in brazil. the new plaza on salsa bar street is where the action is. quality is pretty good, as far as looks go. and lots of european tourists. only problem here is it is difficult to find programa girls who will stay all nite.

As I mentioned in my last posting, I had a good time at the new Salsa Street bar complex that opened a month or two ago in Ponta Negra, Natal. Lots of good looking garotas, but lots of European tourists too. The surprising thing is that just about every girl would only do short time (in Brazil short time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours). All nite is almost impossible in Natal.

I went to Salvador later on and "todo la noche" was quite common. I was also in Fortaleza where some would do all nite and others would not, which was kind of in-between Natal and Salvador.

My question is, is there some kind of pattern where GDPs of certain cities only do short time and other cities are more flexible and we can find GDPs who do short time and others who do all nite? If so, why is there a difference? For example, what is it about Natal that makes all the programa girls avoid all nite long? And why is todo la noche so common in Salvador?

Henry R
12-15-08, 06:45
Why is Natal only short time? Thinking about it, maybe it is because the Ponta Negra area is so small, with only one bar complex? Not sure why that would cause short time only, but maybe it does for some reason. Or maybe it could be because of the guy to girl ratio. There were probably as many tourists as girls, so maybe the girls could be picky and do only short time, which gives them more money if they do two or three a nite. Maybe the ratio is not as good for the girls in other cities so they they are more willing to be flexible and do all nite in other cities.

These are only hunches, let me know if you have other ideas.

Not sure if this is the whole story but I noticed that many girls come into Ponta Negra from parts of Natal which are quite far away. What they were doing was five of them would split a cab (usually not an official cab but a friend with a car) and they'd all come into town and go back home together. They don't want to be arriving home in the morning / afternoon as it would be obvious to their neighbours what they are up to and going home at night with a fistful of cash is also treacherous! I found one of the questions to ask the girl is where she lives. If she is staying close by then you've got a better chance at a whole niter, if she's far then you need to ask a few more qualifying questions. While just sitting in Fuso Horario enjoying a drink on 'rest days', I did spot many girls who turn up early and are back again on Salsa Street within a few hours of leaving with someone, even though they don't appear to be sharing rides as they leave alone in a paid cab. I find if you stay observant you can weed out a these girls as its a relatively small scene and the same core collection of regular faces appears night after night.

So I tought Ponta negra would give a more rounded holiday party at night and more tourist things to keep you busy by day. But what it would really boil down too, is the action, which is best fort or natal?

Now, I'm not Henry, but this is my 5 cent:

Overall, Natal is a more tourist friendly town than Fortaleza. The Ponta negra beach is by far better (and cleaner) that praia futuro that you recognise from Fortaleza (I would not even thinking about going into the dirty water in the central parts of Fortaleza)

Natal is also smaller, and the tourist area (ponta negra) is a nice strip of restaurants, bars and clubs by the waterside.

So, If your main purpose is to swim, soak in the sun and have a comfortable time, Natal is your destination.

For girls, Fortaleza wins hands down. You can't even compare the two when it comes to this.

Some might say that Natal has more girls in the centro with it's bars and clubs, and that Fortaleza has nice tourist spots as well, but this is a general guide, that tells the diffrences of the two , so read between the lines and do your choice.

Me? - If I was in your shoes I would go to Natal just for the experience. (and also take a weekend trip to Recife on the same travel) That way I would have seen other parts of Brazil, and still be able to p4p.

If you are out on a short trip, and the only reason is p4p, then skip Natal and head to Fortaleza.

Good luck / Ken Apples

Which is better? Very tough question! In the past I would have said Fort easily, since it is a bigger place and has more going on. However, situation changed when I was there in November. The GDP presence in the early evening in the cafes across from McDonalds was down to almost none. Same with GDPs at the Praia de Futuro beaches during the daytime. I assume this was due to police crackdown or the female mayor or both. So the only action was late nite in Iracema. I must say though, that I was amazed at some of the knockouts at Del Mar bar.

Ponta Negra in Natal has one bar area on Salsa street, with about a half dozen bars, with lots of girls and Euro tourists. Many good looking girls. Only problem is, it was short time only. I really liked the atmosphere of the place, and so did my friend. We both actually enjoyed Natal better than Fort. But Ponta Negra in Natal is a smaller place, and natal has less to do than Fort. But my friend and I both thought the regular non-pros we saw in Natal were better looking than in other Brazilian cities. So Fort vs Natal is an individual decision.

Regarding swimming, beaches at both Praia de Futuro in Fortaleza and Ponta Negra in Natal have big waves and it is difficult to swim. This is true in a lot of Brazil, although there are exceptions. But I liked the beaches at Praia de Futuro a lot better when they had GDPs hanging out there daytime. Hopefully they will be allowed to return.

Ken:

The new Salsa Street bar area at Ponta Negra in Natal opened about 3 months ago. That is now the action place. You walk into a plaza, and there are about a half dozen bars with lots of girls and lots of tourists. (But much smaller than Iracema in Fortaleza). Not sure if you have been to Natal in the last three months, but this new area is supposed to have the most action in town now, not Centro.

Fellow mongers,

I am here yet again seeking your help. I am planning a trip to Natal for 5 days to a week around Xmas this year. As I will be going with girlfriend (2 couples, dull but such is life), I am trying to get some information on bars, nightclubs, restaurants and general touristic points of interest in Natal, as well as interesting resorts in its proximity (the Natal equivalents of Cumbuco, Jericoacoara, Canoa Quebrada). I will have a car whilst there. I would appreciate greatly any tips, or perhaps pointing me out to any online guides. I speak enough portuguese to get around and to read guides in portuguese.

Many thanks in advance.

http://www.brasil-natal.com.brSperto, I take your point and thank you for the link. The reason why I am submitting this off-topic question in this forum, is that, having planned both mongering and non-mongering expeditions of Fortaleza and of Rio, based almost exclusively on posts and reviews found in this site, I have come to trust the views of its participants, many of which also seek places where non-pro action can be found, I. E. The best bars and clubs in town. Also, I would appreciate advice on the best area of natal to rent a flat, the Leblon-Ipanema eqv in Rio, or beira-mar aldeota eqv in fortaleza.

Many thanks to all.

The only place in natal worth talking about is the salsa street, it got meny bars discos filded with girls, I been traveling to natal since 2002 and the place is not the same enymore, enyway it got lots of good looking girls but theres almost only pro's left not like some years ago. Just talk to the taxidriver and say salsa and they drive you there. There where some years ago lots of action daytime at the pontanegra beach but its rely slow there now. Its also 30% less tourist this last year so most of the traveling girls go to fortaleza insted.

But natal is a nice place.

When I travelled to Ponta Negra 5 years ago there was a circuit of happening discos/nightclubs depending on the night where it was possible to get gdp and semi pro action. Cucacaracha was one such venue. What is that scene like now, or is it just Salsa Street as alluded to in these reports?

I don't recall a Salsa St when I was there 5 years ago. If anyone can tell me what the current weekly schedule is I would most appreciate it. I will be in NE Brazil later this year and hope to return to Ponta Negra.

But natal is a nice place.I visited Natal for the first and only time in November 2008. I visited the Salsa Street bars in Ponta Negra. There was a new Salsa street bar complex which I had been told opened just a month before I got there.

It's a small complex with about a half dozen small bars and a small disco. This is where just about all the programa action was in Ponta Negra. Not much going on in the other salsa street bars outside that complex, except for one late nite disco. The girls in the complex were all independent programa girls or semi-pros who walked around the complex, going between bars. I really liked the atmosphere of the place, and liked having so many girls in one small area. Several were lookers. My only complaint is this was pretty much short time - very few did all nite.

Any update on what the action is like at that new Salsa Street complex now? Is it still the same as when I was there? I may be returning to Natal in November. (And I agree, Natal is a nice place.)

Just found some photos on a card, want to share this cute girl.

Saw her in the Cucaracha Disco, took her in my hotel two times.

She called herself Rosie.

She made me a hot striptease, very nice and friendly girl. But lost contact and I was very sad.

If anybody see her, please contact me.

I think she told me she was in Italy for a time.

But she seemed not very happy about this experience.

Photos are from 2006.

Quite dead here, no more new photos?

Nobody going to Natal?

Natal update June 2010

For some basic info and in order to put this information into context, I refer to my previous update October 2008 in this section.

It is sad to to say this, but the once booming nightlive of Natal is gone.

Moreover, due to currency issues, Brazil is becoming quite expensive when compared to 2 or 4 years ago.

Exchange rates during the period in the "Casas de Cambio":

1 EUR = 2, 10.2, 20

To make things worse, flying to Natal is much more expensive and complicated as well.

So, if you are considering going there for the noble art of mongering, think twice and do not waste your money and your time.

For the others who are due to be there, here is the information.

The famous Cucaracha is closed forever and this is a big loss indeed.

The little action to be found is in "the Salsa Bar street".

All the bars in the upper part of the street are gone and most of them are converted into parking lots with a tout asking 5 reais to see after you limo.

Well known places closed now: Azucar disco, Samsara, Amiça Disco, Coco Loco (Coco-crooks deserved it)

The only place where whorth visiting is "FUSO HORARIO square" (see description is the Oct. 2088 update).

There are fewer bars there now and much fewer girls. Sunday and Monday is simply dead.

Prices have not changed much; 3 reais for a beer and 5 for a caipirinha.

Not entrance fees, no scams, no problems, so the place is still OK.

The are very few stunning girls around, fewer than before for sure.

Most of them are below the Brazilian beauty average.

Standard fee is 150 reais, although some will ask you for more (always depending of your looks and nationality) and you might have to bargain.

Warning 1: bring your passport at night. Cops are eager to extort money from you if you do not have it. There are very few tourists there now and therefore the chances thy will stop just you are huge.

Warning 2: Avoid Casa Zensala; the damage could reach 500 reais and counting. The place is run by mafia related crooks.

Last but not least, Ponta Negra beach by day is a OK hunting ground, specially during weekends and if you manage a few sentences in Portuguese you might find company for the night.

But then again, this apply to any coastal city of Brazil.

Take care!

Was in Natal last month again for some R&R. Have a buddy that has a home there and was finally able to take him up on the offer of using it when he was away. Had lots of fun but noticed things slowing down quite a bit and everyone finding the economy slowing. The girls asking way too much now and just a very different scene from years ago.

Girls asking for insane amounts but just keep your price of what you think she's worth and it'll all work out.

Met this little lady, well about 5'11 and 118lbs at the beach in PN. Was there having some beers and seeing what was around. Hooked up for the day and evening. She was quite fun and amazing could drink for her size. Decided to ask her the next day if she wanted to hangout. I didn't expect the outcome though. Stayed with me for the next 4 weeks. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, great massage. Cost me a few bucks here and there and some shopping. Still managed to get away for some other excitement but this was a very nice surprise to find. Her ass was nice and firm like you could crack and egg on it!

Hate to say it but the best part of the trip was running in to her.

Too bad about Laroche's post that the Fuso Horario area - the newer bar complex on Salsa Street - has gone downhill. As I mentioned in my previous post, I was there in Nov 2008, a month after it opened. My friend and I both liked it - there were lots of girls. A shame it has gone downhill.
I wonder if the action is still almost all short time as when I was there. Also, are Sundays and Mondays completely dead, or are there a few girls?

The hotel I stayed at on the main street by the beach in Ponta Negra (I forgot the hotel's name but it is very popular) had programa girls hanging out sitting down at tables in the hotel's outdoor restaurant in the late afternoon and dinnertime. I wonder if they are still there.

I think the hotel I stayed at is called Aquamarina. I wonder if programa girls still sit at tables in the late afternoon and early evening in the outdoor bar and restaurant of that hotel.

This week I wrote to a Brazilian woman in Natal I met thru a dating service. I mentioned I was going to Natal this year. She warned me to beware because there are programa girls in lots of places in Natal. I know of the Salsa Street bars, but I wondered where else. I asked her where, but of course she didn't tell me. It looks like there may be more action in Natal than we think. Wish I knew where though.

Take care! Just back from trip to Brazil:

Visited Rio, Maceio, Natal and Fortaleza.

Natal is finished as a monger destination? Come on! Every Brazilian in northeast Brazil knows Natal has loads of programa girls. Local women I met in Natal will not go near Ponta Negra Beach in Natal for fear people will think they are programa girls.

The Fuso Horario bar and disco complex on Salsa Street in Ponta Negra, Natal, is so good, you don't really need anywhere else to go in Natal.

I am talking both quantity and quality of programa girls there, and also of the atmosphere of the place. Programa prices are generally R150, which is the minimum anywhere you go in Brazil.

Seems only the Italian tourists know about Natal. And they are keeping this info to themselves. And they are going to Natal in droves, for good reason.

Rio is not nearly the same without Help and Cafe Atlantico. (Although Balcony Bar is much better than it used to be, despite what you read on this forum, and picks up part of the slack).

Fortaleza is not quite the same as before either. Fortaleza's Iracema bar complex had 4 bars: Mombo, Cafe del Mar, Europa and the upstairs Bikini Club. The last two have shut down (but are looking for a buyer). That leaves only two discos left in the Iracema bar complex. Zipi Bar, the earlier place (10:30 to midnite) , a few blocks away, is still around, but the quality of the girls there seems to have gone down.

In my humble opinion, and I expect to hear an onslaught of criticism from the posters on this forum, Fuso Horario now has the best monger scene of the Brazilian cities I have visited on this last trip.

Better quality / scene in Natal right now than what is in Fortaleza? Any pictures from the Fuso Horario zone?

Were the girls all local and / or from environs Rio Grande do Norte? (sorry about the? S) Haven't been back since 2007 and if more Italian restaurants have opened then it's not all bad. And, give them credit for where it's due on holding the line on pricing.

"R$150 is the minimum anywhere you go in Brazil". No way. They might ASK for R$ 150, but in the North-East you should never pay more than MAXIMUM R$100. R$80 being a more normal price. R$50 for short-time.

Bars with GPs in the Iracema area. Forró & Mambo, Café del Mar, Armazem (wednesdays) , Zipi, Heineken Café, Kaipiras and at least two more GP-bars in the same crossing. Not overly exciting but also not that bad.

"Only the Italian tourists know about Natal. And they are keeping this info to themselves." Natal has been the major destination in charter tourism for hordes of Scandinavians since 1999.

Natal used to be a great destination. The discos in Praia dos Artistas, Sax & Sax and Muralha, where filled of a mixture of GPs and local non-pro's that jumped in bed with gringos. Lots of streetwalkers doing their job for a small fee. All this got cleaned up in 1999. Natal got ruined by the charter tourism. I do my best to avoid Natal.

BTW, I remember you asked a lot about how to reach Belissima, close to Iguatemi Shopping Center, in Fortaleza. Did you find it?

Yes, I went to Belissima, thanks for asking. As soon as I got there I realized this was the same place my friend and I visited on my previous trip in 2008. I just never knew the name of the place. Quality not so hot, better to go to Mambo.

Regarding other places in Fortaleza: Armazem on Wednesdays may have programa girls, but my impression in my visits on this trip and in 2008 is that they were not working those nites. It was their nite to party, not to work and do programas. There may be some exceptions, but I didn't see them.

Heinekin bar and the bar next to it (to the left of Heinekin as you enter) are pretty small and don't have many girls. I did get very lucky one night last month and met and took home a great and beautiful babe at that small bar next to Heinekin. I think she was just briefly stopping off there on the way to another bar or disco.

You mentioned charter tourism, but doesn't Fortaleza also have that? By the way, I did not see Scandinavian tourists at Fuso Horario, and I went there about 6 nights. I think almost every guy was speaking Italian. I usually ask programa girls I meet what languages they can speak. A lot of the girls at Fuso Horario mentioned they could speak a little Italian. None of the girls mentioned knowing any Swedish. Pretty odd since there are supposed to be so many Scandinavian tourists.

Prices: I did bargain and Natal prices were not more than anywhere else. I spoke to other tourists about prices and I never heard of a price as low as R50 or R80. Maybe the younger guys who speak good Portuguese have better luck, but R50 is still hard to believe. I think low prices of R50 are off the street for low class hard-core women.

Restaurants: I could not believe the restaurant prices in Rio. Then I went to Maceio and Natal, and they were worse! More expensive than restaurants in the US. And not just in the touristy areas. Even McDonalds was expensive. Fortaleza restaurants prices seemed a little lower than in the other 3 cities. These high prices are giving me second thoughts of returning soon to my favorite country. (Did you check out the incredibly high prices for TVs and other electronics? Not that I planned to buy any, but just to show the high prices there).

Regarding Fuso Horario in Natal : I stick with what I wrote. This place had great atmosphere, and lots of lookers.
Remember that good looking programa girls come to these places pretty late. That is true in Rio and Fortaleza too.
You can't go there 11:30 at nite and make a snap judgment. Another thing about Fuso Horario, very often when I saw 2 programa girls sitting together there, they right away asked if I wanted to party with both of them, without me even asking. That hardly happens to me anywhere else.

Hopefully no one believes me about Fuso Horario and this will keep the number of tourists down, and keep prices from escalating further. That will help the next time I visit Natal, which will probably not be for a few years, due to personal financial factors.

[QUOTE=Sperto; 1103217]Armazem on Wednesdays is the ho-night. The regular crowd of Iracema-GPs and once-a-week GPs who only do Armazem-wednesdays. Of course they are working.

The main reason I wrote this thread, and my first point, was that I was amazed people were claiming Natal is not a good place for mongers. Then I go there and I see hundreds of babes every nite at Fuso Horario, lots of them very hot, and prices no worse than anywhere else in Brazil. My friend and I both thought the atmosphere there was great also. I could not in good conscience just let these comments slide. There are posters who may believe there is no action in Natal from reading false info, and I felt I should let them know what is going on. After all, I received some good tips from this site so I should return the favor.

My second point was that I also mentioned that Rio and Fortaleza were going downhill because some clubs closed, and I felt that with them going downhill and with Natal having Fuso Horario, that Fuso Horario now puts Natal up there with the top mongering cities in Brazil. Anyone may disagree, and that is their right. (Sure Fuso Horario has lots of tourists, but Help disco was also full of tourists.) But my two main points got sidetracked with tangents about other clubs, and which countries the tourists were from, which is beside the point. (The fact that so many young guys are flying to Natal all the way from Europe indicates there is action there).

But while we are on a tangent, I had a question about Armazem which was not answered on the Fortaleza forum, so I am asking it here:

I went to Armazem twice, on Wednesday nites, once in Nov 2008 and once in Nov 2010, and I could not tell who the programa girls were. Girls at Armazem did not smile or make eye contact with me as they did at Zipi or Mambo club. I had thought they were mostly non-pros, or pros taking the nite off to just dance. I now am not doubting the posters who says most of the girls at Armazem on Wednesdays are programa girls who are working that nite. I will accept the word of other posters about this, since so many swear by it.

My question is, what is the best way to pick up programa girls at Armazem? I really could not tell who is a programa girl, since they were not giving any signals, and I didn't want to approach a non-pro and mistake her for a programa girl. That would be embarrassing! I do not live in Fortaleza and would not recognize who is a programa girl. It seemed to me a rather different scene than at Zipi or Mambo, where every girl is a programa girl and most are not subtle about it as they are in Armazem. The loud music also made it hard to hear, especially with my basic Portuguese, making it even more difficult to pick them up. Armazem seemed to me to be a much harder place to pick them up than at Mambo or Zipi or Cafe del Mar. Any advice about (1) who to approach at Armazem, and (2) what to say?

Any specific details about this would be greatly appreciated! Either here or you can PM me.

The reason why no tourist from Scandinavian comes to Natal is beqause no charterflight are heading there anymore from Scandinavia. Unfortunaly sad for us scandinavian who loved to go to Natal quite cheep sometimes.

I don't speak much portogues but here are my tricks:

1. Don't go for a girl how talks with the local mens.

2. See if she is there with her friends (the girls from the streets go with the other girls) They use to sit at Cafe Del Mar to warm up.

3. Just ask the girl if she wants something to drink. If she says yes and stay, you can ask for more.

Let me help you out Henry R. I agree with you about Natal. I have been to Natal many times since 2007 and fortaleza as well. I also speak portuguese. Natal is a great place to monger and your are 100% on point with fuso horario and the other places further back in that area on rua de salsa. The kicker is that there are better times or the year than others for mongering in natal. I have been there at the end of June and beginning of July when things have been a little slower and at other times when there has been more action. I do not have the best or worst months down and I apologize for that. Many of the hotels in natal are not ho friendly although there are some that are.

Let me help you out with your question about armazan in fortaleza. Wednesday night is ho night at armazan. I think some of the other ho places like mambo may even be closed and that may be the reason they flock to amarzon on wendesday. I apologize for not knowing the spelling. You will find a mixture of hos and normal chick in their on Wednesday, but all and all the brunt or majority of them are working girls or gp's (garotas de programa). I do not suggest like that other guy did in offering to buy drinks for any ho in these places unless you have already negotiated and are comfortable that you are going to hit that chick and take her home. What I recommend you do is just keep your eyes wide open. Generally speaking a normal chick may end up in a place where there are hos. However normal chicks will not usually associate with a ho in a place like armazan because a normal chick will not want to be confused with a ho by a monger or patron of the gps. Having said all of that what you want to do is watch what is happening about you and any potential girl of interest. If you have reservations about whether this one is a ho, watch her. See what type of other chicks are in her posse or crew. Usually hos where a certain type of clothing and shoes or pumps that say come fuck me and I am for sale. If you girl of interest has this type of clothing on, they she is likely a ho or gps and for sale. If she has more conservative or less revealing clothing that makes her appear as a normal chick look at her friends and see if they have similar convervative clothing on and if all her posse are dressed like normal brazilian chicks, she is more likely to be a normal girl and not a ho. If most of her friends or people with her are in ho wear or come fuck me wear it is unlikely that she is a normal chick and every one of her friends are hos. Other things you can do are make eye contact with a potential interest. Smile at the chick, normal chicks may smile back but are less eager even when interested in you. You tend to have to do more work for them whereas a ho is more likely to be eager as hell if you smile at her. Also take a look at how the chick responds to other dudes with interest in her if all are getting shut down, she is less likely to be a ho. You can always ask one of the people that work there, bar or waitress if the chick you have interest in comes often and leaves with people or if she is a garota de programa. You can ask her if she has ever been to mambo what is a good day to go to mambo. Mambo in fortaleza is like help was when it was up and running in Rio. Very seldom would you find a normal chick in help unless she was a tourist. Almost all chicks in help are hos as is the case in mambo. If you wanted to determine the status of a Rio chick meaning ho or not a ho, you could always say lets go to help and see her response. If she had no problem going to help in Rio, she is a ho. A normal chick would not want to go to help. Same thing with mambo in fortaleza. You could also try some other less obvious things like saying to her vc e o mais linda mulher que eu viu. Como eu posso sair com um mulher tao linda? Which means more or less you are the most beautiful women that I have seen. How can I go out with a woman so beautiful? Or say something similar that you find useful. As weird or cheezy as that may seem to you. It will do what you want it to do which is let you know if she is ho. If she is a ho she will respond eagerly in a manner consistent with heading down the path to what it costs to tag that ass. If she is a normal chick she may blush as any normal chick will do and respond with a thank you (a ho too will likely say thank you or obrigado). However with a normal chick the conversation will head in a different direction and the conversation will be the normal type she may even not have much to say if she is not interested or if interested you will have to do a little work where as a ho will be more eager and will make things easy for you and may or will likely get to the chase quickly as far as going home with you and for how much. A ho too usually will be looking to get you to buy her a drink. Often another easier way to size up hos are that hos often sit with no drinks and wait for a dude that is trying to take them home to bang them to buy them and their friends drinks. That is a dead give away, but again some hos may buy their own drinks. Normal chicks do not press a guy for drinks they will usually buy their own when with their friends but will accept drinks from guys if they are interested in the guy. Hos will down out ask you to buy drinks for them with no shame and they often ask for the expensive stuff. Friends of mine and I have coined the term for some of them as whiskey and red bull bitches. I hope this information was helpful to you. I don't hit the forum that often so if you respond back with a question in this thread for me, it could be a while for an answer but it is not that I am ignoring you. Good luck and happy mongering in fortaleza and natal two of my all time favorite places in brasil.

Hi.

Can anyone give some information about the good places to find girls and places to go with them.

Especially in Olinda, Natal (Ponta Negra) , Pipa or Jericaocaora.

Jerseyajc :

Your response of 1/19/11 (Post # 146) was like a breath of fresh air! Not the usual bull about there being no action in Natal and Fuso Horario sucks or has too many tourists.

Great to hear from someone who knows what they are talking about!

Also, Fortaleza and Natal are two of my favorite places, we agree on that.

I went to both towns in November 2008 and again in November 2010.

By the way, when I was in Fuso Horario in Natal I often would see 2 girls sitting together and many times they would ask me to do a double right away, even before I could bring it up. This never happens anyplace else.

I was curious about what you mentioned as there were other monger places past Fuso Horario on Salsa street. I wasn't aware of them. Can you name them?

I also liked your ideas about who to approach at Armazem in Fortaleza (I didn't want to confuse a non-pro with a pro). Comments on your ideas:

1) check the clothes and shoes:

I didn't notice some girls dressing sluttier than others, and I didn't check out the shoes at all. But I must admit I didn't check out the clothes carefully, but I will next time I go. And if she hangs around with a lot of other girls that are dressed pretty hot, and is not on a date with a local, then you're probably right. She probably is working.

2) See how she responds to others guys trying to hit on her. If she turns them all down, then she is a non-pro. The only problem is, if she is a ho and does not turn them down, then she will leave with one of them, and will not be available.

3) ask a waitress or bartender if the girl is a GDP. I didn't think of this, but it may be a good idea. Do you think they will tell me?

4) Asking her if she goes to Mambo is a great idea. She is a GDP if she goes there. But I would have to phrase this in a good way, because a non-pro might get offended. I might say something like "Armazem is a real good dance place. I also like to dance at Mambo. Do you go there?" How does that sound?

5) Asking her if I can go home with someone so beautiful.

"vc e o mais linda mulher que eu viu. Como eu posso sair com um mulher tao linda?"

That is a great idea Jerseyajc! Even a non-pro would be flattered, and a pro would probably come out and start dealing!

6) A ho will ask you to buy them drinks. That is definitely true. You are on the money again!

One other question on Armazem: The main dance floor and music is on the right as you enter. It's pretty noisy. But it's 10 times louder in that disco on the far left as you enter. It is impossible to talk to anyone there. What is the deal on the girls who go to that disco on the left. Are they pros? Can they be picked up despite the incredible noise?

Very great responses Jerseyajc! I really appreciate it!

One other question: When I was in Natal in 2008 (I went there in Nov 2008 a month after Fuso Horario opened in Oct 2008) I noticed all the girls I met at Fuso Horario only did short time. Afterwards I went to Salvador (Bahia) where all nite was no problem at all. Is this still true now? Is Fuso Horario still only short-time? Can you explain why the GDPs at the two places (Natal and Salvador) are so different?

I will be returning to Brazil within a couple of years. Please PM me if you want to travel together. (Are you from New Jersey?)

Reading the natal section was wondering if there are venues other than clubs to find pleasure. Is there a concept of private apartments in Natal or Forteleza. If so are they safe? What about terma type venue's? How are you supposed to fuck during the day if you have to wait till late evening and for the clubs to get going?

Not sure if the disco is open but Salsa Street was.

From what I understand it has toned down a bit but still worth the visit IMHO.

Quite a few bars, live music and a rodizio the mulher.

This was two years ago.

150 rs for the night, well worth it.

I think that place has been shut down for years.

Oh my god, what a pity. Anyone knows sure if Azucar is closed?

This was such a good place. I was there every evening in 2006.

And Cucaracha? The other disco nearby?

I am thinking of travelling again, but if all that good places are closed, I don't know what to do and where to go.

I appreciate every new information, thank you.

Hi,

They all closed, whats left off the once so alive street is only 2 or 3 bars that are not mentioned naming over here. The scene for tourist in ponta negra disappeared all. This is what the government did already for the big clean up for the world cup in 2014. Don t expect anything in natal or you got to know some portugeas an head in to the city but ponta negra is like a memory at the moment just like fortalezA. BUT I'm SO HAPPY TO HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS CITYS LIKE 5-10 years ago, back then they were great you had the most best looking girls for ridiuclous prices, but every since the exchange rate gut fucked, I haven't had a areason to go back to this places due to prices. You can nowadays find the same brasil experience elsewhere in SA for far lower perices than in BR.

Natal is not a mongering destination anymore.

When I wrote that 2 years ago the changes were allready very clear to me.

In 2004-2006 Natal was probably one of the best places in the World for the noble art of mongering.

That was then. 7 or 8 years ago. We are in 2012, so keep the memories and come back to reality.

Now it is even worse than in 2010.

Frankly do not waste your time if the purpose of your tripto Natal is just to chase working ladies.

The few girls you see around in the said street are some die-harders looking for an idiot of a gringo to pay a ridicolous price for a quick pop.

Take care.

LarocheThanks Laroche for the posts, do you have any options now instead of natal for the readers of this forum? Don't think Natal is dead, if you know you're way around it could still be fun but there is just nothing happening around Ponta Negra anymore, thats it. But if you go to the city there is still enough to do. Are you there now, I will be there next week, if you want I can show you some places.

it's not just brazil, or thailand, or colombia, or. (you get the idea)

i have taken the freedom to quote some members from jacksons forum (argentina private) where the buenos aires lovers vent their frustration.

quote:

the magic is gone.

i've been coming to ba for over a decade. the golden age was after the pesos was allowed to float. the quality was high and the price was low. there was a time when i had to throw girls out since they wouldn't leave on their own accord. 5 years ago, the quality was ok and so was the price. there were volume discounts. now, the price is high and the quality is low. i wouldn't even do many of the women there if they paid me.

recoleta used to be the epicenter. there were a string of clubs on that street before madahos. playwoman, solid gold and others i can no longer remember. they are all gone now. recoleta has gone from an epic nightspot with wall to wall people on a friday and saturday night to where the center of action is tgif. all the big clubs are gone. it's an american shopping mall now.

it's more than the girls. it's prices in general. the steak was great for 25 pesos. now 25 pesos won't even get a big mac meal at mcdonalds. grants is gone.

/

i'm sorry to say i agree.

unfortuneitly the majic is gone and replaced by substandard chica's and outrageous prices.

i remember the days that its was difficult to spend a $100 usd in a day. that included the best steak dinner in town, a bottle of wine and included mongering. taxi's in those days were almost free. you could hang out at cafe excedra all night "window shopping" and drink coffee for 4 peso's, now its 4 dollars, but excedra is closed.

top shelf chica's were not more that $150 peso's in the best clubs and if you fell in love and wanted tln it would run you $300 peso's. i remember when catto's raised their beer price from $10 peso's to $15 peso's and we all went nuts. now day go to the "triangle" and see what you pay.

the airfare was a third of what it is today.

its all sad, but true, even the service is not what it was.

end quote:

the full (4 pages) thread can be read here:

imho, the world is getting more and more fragmented (the girls use the internet maybe even more than we do, and prices and gossip travels with the speed of a keystroke)

new places is being overrun due to fast spread info on forums. followed by cheap package-deals travels and price inflation follows fast.

from my experience, today you have to chose: good beach or good prices (you can not have good beach and unspoiled, good prices like back in natal 2003-2004)

a south american destination that has not been overrun is asuncion, paraguay. but go there for the sex, as there will not be much else to do.

and take a sidetrip to buenos aires, not cheap by any means, but a beautiful city, and the steaks are still good, even that expensive.

for you guys intrested in a asuncion-buenos aires trip, i have written a asuncion guide you can find here:

good speed to you all, and good luck on your adventures.

Is the Fuso Horario bar complex on Salsa Street in Natal now closed? If it is open, are there still programa girls working there now? I NEED TO KNOW this because I am planning a trip to Brazil this Fall.

I last went there in the Fall of 2010 and found Fuso Horario to be a great place with lots of good looking programa girls. This was months AFTER I read posts on this forum that there was almost no action in Natal except for Fuso Horario, and that Fuso Horario was not very good. But my friend and I went to Natal anyway, despite the negative posts on this site. We were glad we went because we both loved the bars at Fuso Horario. The atmosphere was great and there were a lot of good looking programa girls. So I'm wondering if this place is now closed. if so, not sure if I will return to Natal unless a new bar area opens.

To my best knowledge Fuso HoráRio is still open. I'll confirm it with my buddies on the FDS board.

But in general, Natal is much cheaper than Rio, even with Italians and other europeans spoiling the local GDP's and inflating prices in Ponta Negra.

Least time I've been in Natal I went to a motel right across the street at Praia dos Artistas, payed R$ 30, 00 for the motel and R$ 80, 00 for the GDP FOR A WHOLE AFTERNOON!

Yesterday went there, at the happy hour.

Met a new mulatta, Kassandra. 1,67 m. ; nice face, big boobs, big ass, wild in sex, BBBJ and CIM, ANAL under request and arrangement! Extra R$ 40, 00 = BBBJ / CIM and R$ 60, 00 for ANAL.

I spent R$ 80, 00 + R$ 40, 00 one hour, two porps in her mouth. Did not do ANAL!

The place is under rebuilding, a new bathroom has been built and the floor refurbished, so that's a momentary incovenience.

House will be open this Sunday

On the other beaches there is silence and expensive hotels!

Maybe I return this dec, so let me know is somethings has changed. It's still a very good place to stay, but you have to have some Porto skills, this is not a gringo's habitat, but you can find exceptionally good GDP's for a fraction of the cost of Ponta Negra

At least it was one month ago. Very open.Glad Fuso Horario was open a month ago. I am planning to go to Natal and Fortaleza this October. I might skip Natal if Fuso Horario, which is on Salsa street in Ponta Negra, is closed. I was worried about it being closed because a poster named "GreenandYellow" wrote a post on this forum last June. He wrote that almost all the bars in Natal were closed. This got me nervous about Fuso Horario being closed. (He also wrote that most of Fortaleza's bars shut down too, but not sure if that is true.)

Anyway, this is part of what he wrote on this Natal forum last June 25:

"They all closed, whats left off the once so alive street is only 2 or 3 bars that are not mentioned naming over here. The scene for tourist in ponta negra disappeared all. This is what the government did already for the big clean up for the world cup in 2014.".

Anyone with contacts in Natal, please let me know if Fuso Horario is still open now, still has programa girls, and if the government is planning to close it soon because of World cup soccer.
I hope it is still open and swinging as before, when I arrive in October of this year.

(Fuso Horario is a bar complex with programa girls on Salsa Street, in the Ponta Negra section of Natal). Now is called Area Jardim and inside there are few bars, (Fuso Horario, Borboleta Preta.).

20R$ (I'm not sure exactly) of entrance fee and they put a yellow bracelet in your wrist. Sunday to Tuesday is bad, only 5-10 girls. From Wednesday to Saturday 20-30 girls at most. Most of the girls are asking 200R$ TLN.

The disco inside that are appears to be closed. There are plenty of gdp's there, although the quality does not seem to be the best. The entrance fee is 5R now.

Could not locate any gdp along the ponte negra beach stretch though.

Would appreciate any tips from the experienced members about other options in Natal.

Can somebody confirm how is the mongering action on this area?I was in Natal a couple of weeks ago and while the bars are still open, I wouldn't say that it's that good. On a Friday night, there were around 20-30 girls there at the peak and they were saying that it was busy. During the week, there may be 10 girls there. In the bar across the street are some girls and also some trannies. The quality overall wasn't that great either. It was my first time here but it definitely doesn't seem as good as some of the other posters described while reminiscing about the place 5 years ago. IMHO, if you are coming to Natal for action here, I don't think it's worth it. There is better in Fortaleza, Belém and Aracajú.

Thanks a lot,

MarcI e-mailed her a few months ago at that address but never got a reply. I wrote in Portuguese and English.

I would like to contact her for info about the scene on Salsa street, especially Fuso Horario. I may be going there in October. I don't want to find out there is no bar scene after I arrive.

By the way, I went to Fuso Horario in the Fall of 2008 (a month after if opened) , and again in the Fall of 2010. Both times, before I went, this board said there was almost no action on Salsa street. But when I went there was plenty of action at the bars in Fuso Horario, and lots of good looking girls. So I'm hoping the information about how bad it is now is incorrect, as it was on my last two trips. But you never know, it could be a case of the boy who cried wolf. Maybe the action really is bad this time. I'm just not sure what to believe.

I've been in Natal during last April and the mongering scene was good if you take the aproppiate strategy.

1) Fuso Horario (it calls "Jardim do Alah" actually). You must pay 5 BR Reales for entrance and you have Access to all the bars inside the complex, about 22. 30 hs the bars`s scene it`s ok and between midnight until 2 Am is the best time to make good deals with the girls (6 bars were open. 40/50 girls everynight and 10/15 were 7`s and some 8`s, prices starts at R200 but if you talk a bit and have a drink you can negotiate R150 for all night including dfk, BBBJ, cim and some of them includes anal.

Pay attention on the girls working as bartenders also (3 are really interesting). May be you can close a deal if you make a discret approach for a good time after they close around 3 am, money talks.

2) Sancho Discotheque. It`s located 200 meter from Fuso Horario (turning left from the next corner of the FH`s street) , entrance R30, but you can find a lot of beautiful girls having real brazilian fun (pro`s and semi pro`s, you`ll smell the differences) , and again, you can talk with them inviting drinks and so, making a good deal is up to you.

3) Senzala. It`s the top club where a lot of beaufitull girls offer ther services, prices are highest (starts at R300, but some beautifull and sexy gems there,) and also the quality, and it`s always the same, it depends on you if you the way to negotiate price / services / time wiht them (I suggest to say that you are working in Natal and have to be there for a long period of time, never say that it`s your first time and you leave the city tomorrow.)

4) Beach action. I didn`t see so many working girls in Ponta Negra beach but. If you are patient you can find something and talk with the guys working at the beachside`s barracas, they can take you some interesting options for the afternoon. I know what I`m talking about.

It`s very easy to pick up girls in Natal specifically and also in Brazilian`s NorthEast (Fortalez / Recife / Aracaju / Joao Pessoa, etc, it`s the same) you must think that a good salary there it`s about R 800, and all the girls like clothes, shoes, restaurants, go out, etc.

I hope that this info helps you.

Have a good time there!

Thanks a lot for the detailed report.

I have been to all the places that you have mentioned buy the main problem has been the language. I am trying to pick up some Portuguese but with English alone, it appears that one is rather handicapped.

If you have any suggestions in Natal for the English speaking crowd that would be most welcome.

DC (1) Thanks for the info Dr. C. I appreciate it. You are one of the few besides me to say there is action at Ponta Negra. The only 2 times I went, in 2008 and 2010, everyone on this forum was writing at the time that there was little or no action there. Yet I found lots of girls at what at the time was called Fuso Horario, a bar complex located on Salsa Street, which had many good looking girls available. They were all independents. And the atmosphere was great. A friend of mine was with me and said the same thing. (Even recent posts on this forum were saying that Salsa Street in Ponta Negra is dead).
By the way, when I was there on Salsa Street in 2008 and 2010, the Fuso Horario complex of bars had 2 small discos in the complex, plus many small bars. I hope the two discos are still there. It was fun dancing there.

(2) Could you tell me where this place Senzala is, and how to find it? I never heard of it. Would that price you mentioned of Senzala girls starting at R300, is that for all night?

(3) Regarding the location of Sancho Discotheque. If I am coming from the beach at Ponta Negra and walking on Salsa Street, do I go past Fuso Horaro (or Jardim do Alah if that is what it is now called) , and make a left on the next corner?

(4) I plan to be in Natal in early October for a week. I'll buy you a few drinks if you are there. Then I'll head for Fortaleza.

I don`t live in Natal (may be I`the like in the future, just a tourist like you.

1) The 2 small discos inside Jardim do Alah were preparing for the re-oppening during April, I don`t kow if they are working actually.

2) Senzala is located in Rua Neuza Farache 3562. Capim Macio. Natal. B3. (084) 742. 1997 (take a taxi from Ponta Negra, the drivers know the place)

The prize started at R300, generally for 2 hours (you must take the girl to a motel or to your place) , but. Depending the hour (later, obviously better) you can make a deal for all night.

3) Yes, perfect. Sancho is very well known for the locals.

4) Thank you but It would be better for me to read your future reports about the scene! Thank you in advanced.

Enjoy your time in Natal!

Hi, I'm brazilian and living in Natal.

I found this forum today, and I guess help you all.

I stay in Praia Azul Mar Hotel once. 3 years ago, and a really appreciate the price and comfort.

The daily start in R$ 149,00 for double room.

The Sensala (just say Sensala, for the taxi driver) stills open, and every day. You can find women for all prices, depends of her.

The entry is R$ 30,00 and the girl round the R$ 250,00, but for tourists they rise the prices (stay smart).

There's a site with some girls: "coelhinhasdobrasil com br", and have the informations about the language that spoke.

Sorry about my English.

I'm trying to help.

I was in Natal for a couple of days. Man this place is boring. I stayed a few blocks from "Salsa Street". There's practically nothing there in that little area that covers about 3-4 blocks except for a few restaurants. I didn't see any Coco Loco bar. It must be closed now. Sancho disco was closed. Praca Jardim is still there and they charge R$5 entry and open from 10 pm until 4 am. Inside this little square are about 4 or 5 little bars where GDP freelancers hang out. There are about 30 girls on any given night. I went there 2 nights in a row and only saw about 2 girls above an 8, the rest were around 6's. The 2 or so very attractive girls were always occupied, so I talked to a few other girls and the going price is around R$200 for 2 hours or even all night.

It's hard to believe Natal used to be mongering heaven, at least from what I've heard. It must have been eons ago.

Last time I was at Fuso Horario in 2010 (now called Praca Jardim) it really started hopping about 1AM, with lots of lookers at that time.

I wonder if you were there too early. Otherwise, I wonder why there is less action now than before.

Is there some kind of crackdown?

Note - having some problems writing at this internet cafe. It shows sentences ending with a period
when they are really part of the next sentence. Hope you don´t get confused.

Spent the first week of October in Natal. Aquamarina Hotel is still opened. Surprised it is the only guest friendly hotel on the beach (per the previous poster).

Regarding ATMs: I used ATM machines from ITAU bank. I heard they let you withdraw up to 1000R. I withdrew 700R with no problems.

Placa Jardim:

Placa Jardim on Salsa Street used to be called Fuso Horario. I went to Fuso Horario twice. In the Fall of 2008 and the Fall of 2010. It was a great place with.
(this is continued in the next sentence - computer problems with writing here):

Lots of tourists and programa girls, plus 2 small discos where people danced and had a great time. I loved it.

I went there a few times this past week. It is 5R to enter and they give you a small ticket if you want to go out and return.

It had about 1/3 the number of girls and tourists as before. Plus both discos have closed for good. So somewhat disappointing.

Girls ask for about R200 for 2 hours, about R400 all nite, but I suspect you can bargain them down.

A programa girl there told me she expects more girls and tourists in November. That may be true. Both times I was there in 2008 and 2010 were in.

November and there were a lot of girls and tourists. So I expect it to be better next month. But both discos are expected to stay closed, so.

It will lose some of the party atmosphere it used to have with the discos open.

But even now in October it's not a bad place, there are still at least a half dozen good looking and friendly programa girls available each time I went.

But not as good as in past trips.

Sancho Disco:

About a block away from Placa Jardim is Sancho Disco. It, s a dance place with live music. Supposed to have a lot of Programa girls.

I heard Sunday night is the big night there. I went there Friday nite. It had a R10 admission. (It's R20 on Sundays).

On Friday it was all non-pros, many with dates. I tried to make eye contact with some single girls but got no reponse. I think.

They were non-pros.

On Sunday nite I went to Placa Jardim and it was really empty. Hardly anyone there. I had heard Sunday nite.

Was the big nite at Sancho Disco, so I figured everyone went there, not to Placa Jardim. I asked some girls at Placa Jardim about it,

And they said Sunday night was the big nite at Sancho. I asked if some of the Placa Jardim girls went there that night, and they said yes.

So later on I walked to Sancho Disco. There were several girls dressed like HO's going in. Plus I recognized some.

Of the girls from Placa Jardim hanging out outside Sancho. I didn't go in to Sancho, but it looked to me.

That Sunday nite was the night to go there for Program girls, not Friday nite. And also, Sunday nite is the nite.

To avoid Placa Jardim.

There is a Forro dance place called Apaxia or something like that, next to Sancho Disco. There was one night during the week.

Where there was a line around the block going in there. It was much more quiet the other nites.

A program girl told me that this Forro place is mostly non-pros, but has a few pros.

I am in Ponta Negra in Natal. Anybody here to share infos or to meet and go out together. Here seem to be a new place called. Something with Jardim, I have to loook again. Is a place for garotas de programa, told me yesterday a nice girl standing in front. But I came from a long travel and was tired, I went to bed. In the cafe of my restaurant I met a cute girl. I hope we meet this evening, she is very funny and sexy. I will write.

Please see my previous post of October 8 which is the post before your post.

I wrote details about Placa Jardim.

A small correction: Not "Placa Jardim" (garden sign). It should be Praça Jardim.

Sorry, you are right, it is called Praca Jardim. Others call it still Fuso Horario. It is the same club. I was there several times, often there are up to 30 girls, some real nice ones. Going rate is 150 reais. Some stayed the whole night. Also the bar on the other side of the street there are the girls waiting before midnight. So you can find a nice girl there without waiting. The nightlive starts after midnight. Was a great time there, hope to be back soon.

Look at the beach kiosks and you always will find female company.

Just curious is anyone is there during this World Cup? You would think with the huge influx of tourists that the girls will be there to welcome them. I'll be there for a few days later in June for the tournament, so any tips would be appreciated.

Praca Jardim is your best bet. If you want telephone numbers of some girls, PM me.

MarcThanks Marc. It was a crazy crowded scene with the World Cup tonight, but Praça Jardim worked well. I hooked up with a gorgeous, classy, slightly older blonde who spoke excellent English. I am sure I overpaid at are $300 because I met a cute younger girl earlier willing to go for $R200. Even that is probably too much! This was for short time. But all I know is Southeast Asia and this is my first time in Brazil.

So far, my two experiences have been OK. In Sao Paulo and here, the girls have been very attractive, the classic perfect Brazilian asses, both with enhanced tits, and OK in performance. But with both there was enough fakeness in their enthusiasm that I don't get as often in Thailand, but I'm way more experienced there and can speak Thai fairly well and know all the ins and outs, so maybe it's not a fair comparison as here I am an obvious tourist.

I'm looking forward to more experiences though. Can you recommend a good follow up to Praça Jardim? Many thanks again.

I would be visiting Natal in early August and would appreciate any info for that area.

Thanks,

I was at Praca Jardim on Salsa street over a year ago.
At the time, they had closed the 2 small discos there.
I wonder if either ever reopened.
Those 2 small discos added a lot of fun and atmosphere.
We could dance with the garotas to pretty good DJ music.

Not much on the GP guia, just indy's.I visit Natal a few times a year, but only occasionally can I look for girls.

About six months ago, I visited the place which used to be called Fuso Horário, and is now Praça Jardim.

Entrance was cheap (R $ 5), beer was OK (about are $ 5 a can), many bars and many girls; starting price for girls is around are $ 200, I bargained to are $ 150.

Tourism in Natal is facing a crisis. Hotels which used to charge are $ 200 a day (the kind of hotel where I stay) now charge are $ 100. There are fewer tourists in town, even the Brazilians.

This makes it easy to bargain prices, but also results in fewer girls working.

I was told it is now a gay and lesbian bar.

Also most of the top notch girls go to São Paulo or even Europe to work.

Natal got screwed because of the World Cup. They built many things including a huge new airport that is 45 min away from Ponta Negra. A stadium they barely use. It's a nice place to visit still and the people are still pretty friendly. Just not too many hot girls GDP or non pro.

Went to Senzala which is a boite. 30 to enter includes drink. 50 to take girl out since they don't have rooms. Girls want 200-300 for 2 hours. Maybe 10 girls but place is big. Girls are 6-8. Suppose to be the best boite in town.

No programa girls there now for the tourists?

I was there a few times, the last maybe October 2013. How sad if that place is gone as a monger destination.

I never went to Senzala, but isn't that far away from Ponta Negra?

Without Fuso Horario/Praca Jardim, it seems like the action in Ponta Negra is pretty much gone.

Hope the action comes back, maybe the year after the 2016 Olympics.

Maybe then things can go back to normal. I hope so, because I really do like Natal.

Natal is a beautiful place, and the original Fuso Horario was a great place. Too bad they closed the

2 small discos inside Fuso Horario/Praca Jardim in 2013. They were a lot of fun.

When I was in Natal in 2013 there was a big dance place called Sancho Disco (R10 admission in 2013). It was about a block away and around the corner

from Fuso Horario/Praca Jardim. Sancho Disco had independent programa girls on Sunday nites, some of the same girls that were at Praca Jardim.

Is Sancho Disco still around, does it still have programa girls on Sunday nites, or maybe now other nights?
If not, and if Praca Jardim became gay and doesn't have programa girls, then Ponta Negra in Natal probably has very little action now for mongers.

As a local guy, I can tell that If you really want to have some nice time, then you have to go to the right places!

There's some Known brothels in Natal that have the most good looking / university girls there. Brothels name is Verus bar, located behind the Sam's Club Supermarket. Girls will be a bit expensive and the last time my friends went there, if you buy a Whiskeys bottle, then you will have a special price. It's probably the most known Brothel in the city and you have plenty of motels next to it.

If you're more into talking to the girls first and have some fun before the action, then you have a Bar in Ponta Negra Called "Bar the Cueca", located behind the Praia Shopping. There's plenty of girls looking for sex there but also a lot of guys.

There's also more places in Ponta Negra. If you're more into drinking and dancing, and in the end of the party you want to get some girls just for sex, then Go to Rastapé Bar or Chile Street. Chile street you may need to be cautious because police is there and they already know about the prostitution so if they suspect you're looking for sex then they may give you some hard time.

Chile Street (Ponta Negra) has a lot of bars but the most known is Rastapé which can get really crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. (Really crowded that you can't even walk).

There's a known Night Club in Natal called.

Best days are on Fridays or Saturdays.

If you're Looking for Cheap Hoes, then there's also known places for them! Praia do Meio / Praia dos Artistas around night. If you have Trouble with them, you can ask some Taxi driver to help you out. Taxi drivers around Praia do Meio / Praia dos Artistas and Ponta Negra Know the "girls". You can even make a deal with them to get you in the motel and after action, bring you back to the hotel for a " fixed price".

If you're looking for a place just to drink around Rich people or Wannabe Rich, then there's a bar in Lagoa Nova called "6 them Ponto", located next to the police. 100% sure you won't get robbed there and you will find Plent of Hot girls. If you go with a group of friends you can even invite girls to your table and drink together. Around Friday and Saturday, it will get Crowded specially if someone famous is singing there.

Most of people in Brazil don't speak a proper English, so don't expect to have a Easy time, But. I bet most of people who goes to 6 them ponto will speak English. Its a expensive bar.

Warning and cautious.

Don't walk alone on Praia do meio around night. IT may look safe but its not, specially if you look tourist. Behind the beach you will find 2 shanty Towns called "Mãe Luiza" and "Rua do Motor", Known for having problems with Drug Trafic. When they mug / steal / rob people on the beach, they run to the shanty towns to hide. After that, bye bye you won't have your objects anymore.

There's also a place you shouldn't go which is "Zona Norte"(North side) of the city. North Side of the city has the most violent neighbors of the city. There's a lot of poverty there and you will be a easy target if you go there.

I havn't been there since 2002. The clubs Sax & Sax and Muralha in Praia dos Artistas were great places where you could pick up new regular girls every evening. IMO Natal got ruined when the charter tourism from Europe started to get strong in Natal.

Hi,

I was asking myself if you are changing the name from Portuguese into English. The name of Bar the Cueca is not Porto, what is the original name? I plan to go to Ponta Negra in April and may. Was there last April and liked it a lot, its quiet and you can relax and I met some really nice girls, also before I came, I knew them in the internet.

Another question. Where is this Sams Supermarket, where I can find the bar. I have a plan of Natal and know some streets, so you can describe it to me. I met an Italian in Praca Jardim, are you that guy? I tried to send you a PM, but it seems its not possible. Maybe we can take a drink together when I am in Natal, would be fine.

Hello Carimba,

Of course I know Salsa Street. Although it is not the real name, the real name is very complicated and has the name Araujo in it. The only place I found with girls is the Praca Jardim, and before midnight the girls are waiting in the small Italian bar on the other side of the street. But that was in March and April 2014. So it is one year that I had to starve for my favourite city and the sweet girls. Hope to be there again in April and may. Maybe I see somebody from here. See you.

Thanks for the info about Natal, it's greatly appreciated. Glad to know there are still places to go.

Muito Obrigado!

I do want to repeat that I thought Praca Jardim on Salsa Street in Ponta Negra, had been a great place.

Especially in the past when it was called Fuso Horario.

There were lots of good looking girls. There were also 2 small discos.

At those 2 small discos you could dance with the girls to good dance music.

And it had bar areas where you could talk to the girls (if you knew Portuguese or maybe Italian).

So it also had great atmosphere, which is hard to describe here.

Praca Jardim / Fuso Horario had been my favorite place in Brazil after Help Disco in Rio closed.

My hope is Salsa street in Ponta Negra goes back to the old ways (lots of Programa girls) after the Olympics are finished.

What's the latest on Praca Jardim? Is it still open? Still have Programa girls? Is it gay? Or did it close?

I haven't been to Pipa for some years, but it used to be easy getting laid for free. Brazilian tourist girls or local girls. I can't recall I saw any GPs, but considering the growing tourism there should be some working-girls.

She is telling me a price that is more than 50% higher due of higher prices. But I know also the real has gone down and although I get about 3. 22 are for one Euro instead of 2.85 last year, the price for me is real high. Anyone knows a good place to stay in Ponta Negra that is girl friendly? Would be great to get some advice.

Sperto,

You are right, my first experience in Pipa was so astonishing for me. I went out in the evening to a bar, where people were dancing also. I saw a girl I liked, but I was too shy to speak with her. Later, when the bar closed, she sat on the street, I asked her, if there is another place to go. She replied yes, there is a Disco, we went in my car and she showed me the way out of Pipa in the direction of my small village some kilometers away from Pipa, where I lived in a bungalow in a hotel garden. She showed me the way into my hotel and stayed with me the whole night. Wow, this never happened to me so fast. But this happened eight years ago and I don't know how it is today.

Is that too much nowadays?
Of course, I would not go to Brazil in either 2014 or 2016 because hotel rates go through the roof during the World Cup and the Olympics. Prices may triple, from what I heard.
So my guess is you went the wrong time.

One year I went to Aquamarina and they were booked, so they sent me to an apartment they had across the street.
It was just for one night, until the next night when they had an opening at Aquamarina.

Heading to Natal this weekend. Any clinica's or someplace where a guy can visit for a couple hours and check out some nice girls? I don't speak porto, not sure if that makes it impossible or not.

Anyone know why Praca Jardim and some of these other bars closed? Any inside information? Is it the time of the year, or are they closed for good? If so, why?
Also, is Sancho Disco, around the corner from Praca Jardim, still open? It's a regular nightclub during the week, but has Programa Girls on Sunday nights. If Sancho Disco is still around, does it still have Programa girls on Sunday nights, or any nights?Regarding the report that several of these bars in Natal closed. Am wondering if these bars that closed, like Praca Jardim, will reopen after the Olympics are finished. Anyone know?

Its a long time I was in Natal. I would like to go now in about one week. Anybody has been there the last time? I wonder if Praca Jardim has reopened or another place with some nice girls? I would like to live in Kristie's flat again, but last year the wanted too much, so I canceled my plan.

I found an airline flying from Amsterdam to Natal, but they write the airport is: Internacional Governador Aluizio Alves, but I have heard the new airport of Natal is called: Sao Gonzalez do Amarante.

What is that? Is that the same airport with another name or another airport. I am so confused.

Yesterday I arrived in Natal after a long long tiring journey. Sleeping all day. So now is Saturday and I will leave to Salsa Street to see what is going on. Anybody here and has some experiences? A lot of people are here at the beach of Ponta Negra, it must be high season now. We will see.

I looked into Salsa Street and saw really a lot of girls, they hang out in Tukano and the street on the other side of Tukano has "El toro e siete vacas) the bull and seven cows. There are a lot of girls to find.

Update on Praia da Pipa.

* Praia da Pipa is south of Natal. It's one of Rio Grande do Nortes major tourist attractions. The city has changed a lot since my last visit. It has lost some of it's primitive charm, but it's still very pleasant.

* Beaches: Wonderful beaches like Praia de Madeiro, Praia dos Golfinhos, Praia do Porto and Praia do Amor. The first two beaches are good for watching dolphins and snorkeling. Praia do Porto is more crowded with people eating and drinking beer. Praia do Amor is beautiful and with fewer people, good place for beach-f*ck is at the end of the beach below Chapadão.

* Tourists: Mainly brazilian and argentinian tourists.

* Nightlife: The main street is full of people, lots of bars and restaurants. Bar Ágora is popular. There is boate Calangos which stays open all night on some weekdays. I didn't try it as I dislike electronic music.

* Pro's: I counted 6 pro's in Pipa. They are easy to spot. Just about doable. I didn't ask how much they charge.

* Non-pro's: Choose between local girls, brazilian tourist girls or argentinian girls. The latter are harder to score. Personally I prefer the local girls as I find them easier to score.
