I have been looking for the same for some time. Seems all the decent hotels are going to either block (more than one) chicas or have an additional per chica charge. I'd take one in any decent neighborhood in Medellin. I want a comfortable bed, AC, an in room safe box, reliable high speed wifi and a safe neighborhood preferably Poblado or Laureles. I'd say 3 stars or better with 4 stars being ideal would be perfect for me.
I have been to the mansion multiple times and I have a trip all booked and they just called and said I got bumped due to construction. So they said I can go to M2, which I really don't want to do or they will refund my money. Problem is, I already spent a lot of money booking the flight and still want to go. Is there a hotel in Parque LLeras that is nice, safe, clean, breakfast and won't give me issues with bringing a girl back?

Took World Traveler69 list and hit the casa area of El Centro hard in June. I was able to hook up with another member and we tried to cover most all the casa right in El Centro and to the NE of Avenida Oriental.
Was a real hit and miss this time in Medellin. (June) We headed out on a Sat. Morning and it was a terrible line up everywhere. Guess the ugly chicas don't party on Friday nights. Line ups improved as the afternoon went on.
Weekdays had a much better line up in the casa say after 11:00 am. Prices in June were pretty much up to date on the list. Maybe a few COP higher but nothing big. Casa's seem to very in quality from visit to visit in Medellin anymore.
Huge numbers of Venezuelan girls in all the casa's. Actually only talked to just a hand full of Colombianas. I have had some good times with the girls from next store but normally prefer the attitude of local girls better. Looking forward to my up coming trip to Cali.

Maybe it's just me, but the Venezuelans stand out. The guys who spend all their time walking the streets in El Centro probably pick up on this easier. The Colombian girls are a natural part of the environment. They blend in.
The Venezuelans don't blend. They're out of place, they don't move smoothly through the plaza. They walk faster and talk louder. At least to me, they seem out of place.My first visit to Venezuela was in 1975, I remember being absolutely blown away by the women in Caracas. The only comparisons to having been impressed by the beauties to that extent have been on visits to Italy and Argentina. I have never mongered in Caracas but for decades have had it on my bucket list.
Now to turn to comparisons of P$P women and average women in the streets. In Germany, for example, I find that the women who work in FKKs are just as alluring as the attractive women one would see on the streets there. Turning to Medellin I find that the attractive women one sees on the streets are way more attractive than the P$P women. Consequently, in El Centro the women one sees plying their wares in the street walker areas are significantly less attractive than the ordinary women one would see in the shopping centers and the streets surrounding them. As far as I am concerned even the best looking ladies in the casas are no where as striking as the best looking girls one would see in the Centro malls and streets surrounding them or in Poblado.
My disadvantage with respect to the Centro mongers is that I stay in Poblado and go to El Centro only for poontang. I actually treat the street walker areas as one huge open air casa which I may visit during my casa hopping expeditions. If I see anything to my liking on the streets I partake same as in the casas. So far my sessions have been over 90% in the casas.
Just a thought what if, like Germany, the P$P girls in Medellin were as lovely as the gorgeous girls one sees in the malls in Poblado? What a destination this would be!

I arrived at Rio Negro Airport at 2 pm Medellin time and took the bus to Centro and I can tell you this, there were so many gringo's in the immigration line that it took me about an hour and a half to clear customs. No more filling out custom papers unless you bring vegetables and more than $10,000 USD. So don't be surprised if you see an influx of gringos in Poblado, because that's where I heard them say that they would be staying. I arrived at my room and everything I requested was already in my room so I unpacked and called a friend and she was there within 15 minutes. She's about 4'7" tall with a 42" butt. She's from centro and I have been seeing her about 2 yrs now, so we have a plan worked out. She is available and depending on your budget and likes, she is available, I cannot see all of the girls everyday and most of them need to see clients daily to make ends meet.
About an hour later, I walked down to Parque Botero to see the talent through the park and my oh my, the talent was lovely and many girls were out, so I grabbed a few girls and took them back to my room and session with them for the SW centro price, about $120,000 pesos for short time. Friday August 23rd, 2019.
I had a dental appointment at 1:00 pm, so I started to monger early, like at 6:30 am, which it is day light and lit already. Great thing that I did come so early, I began to exercise and take a look at all of the talent that was lining up to come and take their position in the park. I walked and made conversation and asked a few names and talked to a few girls and kept exercising and running my walking numbers up, but paying attention to everyone in the park. It's a small process, like a 30-45 minute wait, but when you have 30 days to be here, it doesn't bother you that much. Nounce and I retrieved my money and we were off walking again, back to parque Botero to sit and observe. We saw girls come and go and few who were actually receiving Citas, not many, but many of the girls were out flocking their feathers and showing what they had to offer.
Here's another tip, one that you must pay close attention to because Nounce asked me about it and I had to make him aware that I was sure of many of the girls age. I reminded him, with the police presence so high in the park right now, if the girl not have a cedula, she wouldn't be around the church or standing near the police. The police ask these girls to show their cedulas and passports often, as I saw the police checking them many times while I was sitting in the park. Don't be shy to talk to the girls just because they look young, many of them are 18 yrs old and doing what they can to help the family. Friday August 23rd, 2019 –Part 2.
I returned from the dentist and let me tell you, I am in for more than I bargained for, but I am here in Medellin now for the next 27-28 days. Found out that I have 5 Doctors working on my mouth versus only one. I had to get some panoramic Xrays and compared to the amount I was charged for 2 root canals and a tooth repair, the panoramic Xray was expensive in comparison. I paid $369,000 pesos for 2 root canals and a repaired tooth. The panoramic Xray alone was $400,000 pesos, not expensive per se, but expensive in comparison. I also found out that it would take the 5 doctors to repair all of my teeth and leave me with a Hollywood smile, but it is very necessary for my line of work. Long story short, 2 root canals and a repaired tooth took about 3. 5 hours so, around 5 pm, I was back in Centro and I called Nounce to see if he wanted to go to parque Botero and check out the talent.
I was back in Parque Botero and shortly thereafter Nounce showed up. We sat on the bench and just check out the talent. There was a really pretty Vennie that was walking around and Nounce told me he kind of liked her look, so I went over and I asked her how much for rato? And she replied for both? And I said, Yes? She replied 250 mil, so I told her no thank you, as I was really just feeling her out. Truth is she was very pretty and Nounce was really trying to get the lay of the land. This is my second trip. Planning started a few months back with getting tickets and cultivating FB chicas. I decided to do away with Mansion and stick with airbnb and hotels. Also, I felt Laureles had some mongering scene and is more convenient than poblado area for trips to centro.
Unfortunately, lack of Spanish keeps hampering my trip. Here is the trip story- Landed at the airport in the afternoon but took the white taxi, did not remember that they don't go to the city. The guy dropped me at main estancion bus station. I had to take another yellow one from there to Laureles. Also, evening traffic is horrible.

I arrived at Rio Negro Airport at 2 pm Medellin time and took the bus to Centro and I can tell you this, there were so many gringo's in the immigration line that it took me about an hour and a half to clear customs. So don't be surprised if you see an influx of gringos in Poblado, because that's where I heard them say that they would be staying. There is like five times more tourism to Medellin since just 2015 and also the growth in expats and much of this new growth has been to Laureles.".It is amazing how much tourism has increased, I can remember over ten years ago when tourism didn't exist, period. There were no currency exchange places, and to exchange USD to Pesos required filling out multiple forms in a bank, being fingerprinted, and the being hit with a heavy surcharge / percentage, and a terrible exchange rate. The tourism is good for the Country, but as pointed out by others, it has affected a slice of our hobby (casa's / strip clubs, Facebook, etc.) with the hordes of gringos showing up at least in Medellin.
In my opinion though, even with the tourism and gringos that have followed, it has had little effect on the SW venues frequented by the locals in Medellin, and other Cities throughout the country. I am in Cucuta right now, and have yet to see a gringo, let alone any tourists.

Here's a few Do's and Don'ts in Centro.
As of today, $30,000 pesos is $8. 72 cents USD and $50,000 pesos is $14.50 cents USD. If you cannot afford to spend $15 USD for an incredible session, please be careful in Centro. Many of these girls have male companions and boyfriends and husbands that are nearby to keep them safe. Many of the girls have told me that the Americans are getting cheaper and cheaper and expecting more and more service for less money. Drank bottled water & salads / lettucevegtables in the restaurants and. Not a bit of problems. I always drink bottled water but never think about this when brushing in the morning. So again, no problems with the water in SMR.
I did however, get the symptoms you describe while on a trip to MDE but I wouldn't / didn't discourage anyone else from going to the MDE based on an isolated incident.

I usually don't hang around Parque Lleras unless I want to see lots of gringos and pay tourist prices for everything from girls to guaro. I listen for a minute and tell him let's work something out. Said I had 100 mil, then he counters with 200 mil. That fucker already looked through my wallet and had an idea how much money was in it. I said 150 mil, and he took it. Then I kindly asked for my baggie back. That mofo gave back my stash and then took off with his buddy cop, no doubt looking for their next victims.
The whole confrontation lasted less than 5 minutes. We were in a small and empty street corner so no one really saw what was happening. I doubt they would've done that in a crowded area or right on the park. We get to the car and my girl asked me how much I gave, I said 150 mil. She said, 50 mil woulda been enough LOL. Even the driver said my 100 mil offer was more than enough. Well, 150 mil is better than a Colombian jail cell haha. Lesson learned, not going to Lleras or anywhere touristy with any baggies, but if I do, going to hide it in my sock LOL.
Much better to hang out in la 45 in Manrique where you can huff, puff, and snort at the clubs like everyone else and you won't see any gringos within a 10 mile radius. I suggest clubs Praga or Zenith for anyone interested, but make sure you go with a girl you know. Interesting how some locals stay away from Manrique due to perceived danger and its lower estrata. Now I can tell them I feel safer there than in Lleras because at least I won't get shaken down by corrupt cops.

My first visit to Venezuela was in 1975, I remember being absolutely blown away by the women in Caracas. The only comparisons to having been impressed by the beauties to that extent have been on visits to Italy and Argentina. I have never mongered in Caracas but for decades have had it on my bucket list.

Rooms are small and clean with Air conditioning and hot water. Can't remember the price, but it was reasonable.
Walking from Laureles to El Centro is a bit of a hike. There's only a narrow curb to walk on when crossing the bridge over the Autopista. I've done the walk a few times, including once after dark.
Easier way is to take the metro. From your hotel, if I'm understanding you, just walk north to the Estadio Metro station. Get on the train going to San Antonio. San Antonio is the last stop. From there you can either go down and get on the train to Niquia or just walk. Parque Berrio is the next station north and most convenient for the casas.
The metro is safe. I've had people warn me that my phone was sticking out of my pocket, that my backpack was unzipped and that my shoes were untied. I even fainted once, due to a blood sugar problem. The other passengers ran to get help, kept the train from leaving and helped me up.
I've also walked from Belen back to Laureles, at night. There are a few blocks that might make you nervous, at night, but nobody bothered me.
If you decide to go to Belen and you're in El Centro, get on the Metro going towards La Estrella and go to Industriales station. Follow the signs for the L1 and L2 bus line. Hop on the bus going to you de M. These are dedicated bus lanes similar to the Transmilenio in Bogota.

El Mechanico.I went to Santa Marta twice, the first time no upset tummy. Second time I got a Parasite infection. The water and sanitation is an issue there. During my two visits I stayed away from anything that wasn't either cooked or could be peeled. Yes of course you need to drink bottled water there and brush your teeth with it. But eating salads and uncooked vegetables / fruits is another matter, as they don't use purified water to wash things.
When I got the parasite infection, the Doctor in Medellin who diagnosed what I had explained to me there lot's and lots of people who get parasite infections in that region. As careful as I was, I still got sick. If you read the Santa Marta board you will read similar stories to mine, however there are a few who have had no problems there. But more people had problems than didn't.
I am not discouraging people from going there. You can get excellent seafood there, and there is an abundant amount of Chicas available!
One thing I didn't tell the woman Doctor I saw was that I had munched on a Santa Marta Chica, maybe that's how I got the Parasite infection.

It is amazing how much tourism has increased, I can remember over ten years ago when tourism didn't exist, period. September 1st 2019.
I've been getting my 10 miles a day in and probably eating once a day or snacking very lightly. I hooked up with Nounce, Almotu, and Trifreak. I've been getting my 10 miles a day in and probably eating once a day or snacking very lightly. I hooked up with Nounce, Almotu, and Trifreak. Trifeak is like me, nearly the same age and we both are latinos, so the language barrier is no problem. I finally convinced him to come to Centro and hang out with me and man, he was here by 9 am on Saturday. I had been awake since 4:30 am and had already put in 5 miles walking around Centro. I left Poblado today from Calle 10 and the Poblado Metro Station at 6:30 AM and arrived at the Airport terminal at 7:00 AM. Only thirty minutes and there are actually two tunnels. The first one is about a kilometer long above Tesoro and after exiting you you drive a few miles on a long bridge constructed on the side of a mountain. You then come up to the toll booths and then enter the next tunnel which is 8 kilometers long and supposedly the longest in South America. The tunnel is open between the hours of 4:30 AM and 9:00 PM, so if you have flight departing after or before these hours plan accordingly. The route is so much nicer not having to wind around the side of the hills and dealing with so much traffic and very quick.

So this than only applied to foreigners and not locals? I am only aware of a two tier system of pricing that exists for entering some of the National Parks in Colombia, specifically Parque Tyrona. You also seemed to miss the sign that discloses the fee for those who do not purchase a drink, though I can see how someone could miss it on their first visit. I have lived in Medellin for some time and should have posted this a while ago but better late than never.
Last Friday I went to two strip bars Barra Ejecutiva and Luna Lunera. Barra Ejecutiva is in el centro and is pretty cheap compared to clubs like fase dos. You don't pay to get in and half a bottle of rum is 80 k, not sure how much other drinks are but a small beer (called a costenita, just google it for an idea of what it looks like) and a double baileys are 15 k and 25 k when you buy them for the chicas. By comparison fase dos is 20 k to enter and 25 k for a beer for you and bottles start at around 150 k. Girls will come and talk to you in Barra Ejecutiva if you have a bottle and you can talk to a few and enjoy the girls dancing on the catwalk. Last year it was 80 k to go upstairs for half an hour but this seems to have increased to 90 k minimum with a couple of girls asking 100 k to 120 k. My experience and that of many of my friends is that Facebook girls are extraordinarily unreliable. Part of this is just Colombian culture where punctuality a normative value.

Well let's see, I've been going since about 1999 and my last visit was last week............What a surprise!
For your next photo shoot in El Centro you should consider the following if you have the balls to do it. You could go down to the Veracruz Church and get a photo of the Transvestites that stand on the South / East corner of the Church. You would have to take the photo somehow without them knowing. If they noticed you, they would gang up and kick the shit out of you right on the spot and smash your phone and perhaps carve you up a bit. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't even contemplate doing this. They are a bunch of aggressive nasty dudes to be stayed away from. When I walk by this area I have no interaction with them, however sometimes I stand directly opposite from them on the other side of the walkway with the SW's looking at the talent walking up and down the walkway. Some of the Transvestites have some cute SW friends that they talk with probably gossiping about make-up or something like that.
You could also get some photo's of the glue sniffers (Sacaleros). What used to be "Sacalero Row" along the South side of the Museum used to have several zonked out Chicas huffing glue from small plastic bags, but the Police have cleaned that passageway up due to Tourism. But around three years ago before the Venezuelans showed up, there used to be some fucking hot glue sniffers lined up along there to be sampled, but those days are gone, maybe to return, or now exist in other parts of town unknown to me. Last Friday I went to two strip bars Barra Ejecutiva and Luna Lunera. Barra Ejecutiva is in el centro and is pretty cheap compared to clubs like fase dos. You don't pay to get in and half a bottle of rum is 80 k, not sure how much other drinks are but a small beer (called a costenita, just google it for an idea of what it looks like) and a double baileys are 15 k and 25 k when you buy them for the chicas. By comparison fase dos is 20 k to enter and 25 k for a beer for you and bottles start at around 150 k. Girls will come and talk to you in Barra Ejecutiva if you have a bottle and you can talk to a few and enjoy the girls dancing on the catwalk. Last year it was 80 k to go upstairs for half an hour but this seems to have increased to 90 k minimum with a couple of girls asking 100 k to 120 k. I like this place, its cheap and you can find a couple of really nice girls for decent prices, although it does get pretty busy and there aren't many gringos so it could be intimidating, but I like the vibe. If you want to see one outside they are all too keen to give you their whatsapp but they usually don't finish work until 4 am..
My experience and that of many of my friends is that Facebook girls are extraordinarily unreliable. Part of this is just Colombian culture where punctuality a normative value.
If you set a cita for 2 PM understand the chica may show anytime between 1:30 PM and 4 PM or later. You have about a 15% chance of an absolute no show.Yes, Latino culture doesn't place the same priority on timeliness. That is indeed a cultural difference. But there are some things you can do to improve your results (that is, of course, if timeliness means a lot to you).
The first thing I would recommend is try staying somewhere else other than El Poblado. Poblado is in the corner pocket of Medellin and there aren't any freeways that loop around the city. Girls coming from Bello are going.
To be late as hell and traffic will be bad. My first trip to Medellin, I stayed in a nice little hotel in Poblado. Every Facebook date arrived late, later, or latest. Now you would think that these girls would have made that trip.
By taxi a hundred times and would have a sense of how long it would take but you would be wrong. They are messaging friends and other potential dates and they don't even notice how long it takes.
So, why do I think this? The next couple of trips to Medellin, I stayed in Laureles on or close to La Setenta which is a pretty busy commercial street. How did my arrival times compare at those locations? The girls were universally on time or only a few minutes late. I think the latest one was 1/2 hour late and she apologized saying here baby sitter didn't arrive on time. You will find that the traffic is much less congested from the NW barrios to Laureles.
Another thing you could do is use the phrase "a tiempo" which means "on time" with emphasis. They don't use terms like 3:00 o'clock sharp or on the dot or anything like that.
My last suggestion is what seems to be a standard method for getting things done in SA. Bribe Them!! Tell your girly that if she gets there within 15 minutes before or after the date time you're going to add 20 mil to her pay.
Tell her it won't matter to you if the cab gets lost or he took a wrong turn or there was an accident the bonus only counts if she arrives +/- 15 minutes.
Now as to 'ghosting', most girls will not do that. They want to give you an excuse and maybe reschedule the date. Why would they do that? Well, it won't be the excuse they give you "Oh, amor, my mother broke a nail and I have to stay with her through it all" it will most likely be that you offered her 150 mil and cabfare and while she was getting ready someone else offered her 200 mil and cabfare. Or maybe it was her regular from Florida just got in and he wants her for toda la noche. So she is going to make an excuse and try to get you on a different day. Completely no showing happens (of course) but most girls realize that burns the bridge and there won't be a later date after that.

Thought I would try a new place today so I went to Barcelona the viewing fee is now 5000 pesos it is 50,000 for half an hour 70,000 an hour. There were 5 or 6 chicks half were ok looking. Luna Lunera is very different. It's 10 k to get in and the half bottles start at 100 k. Generally more girls will come over and talk to you hear but they are always asking for 25 k cocktails which is a bit annoying. Prices start at around 160 k for half an hour but the rooms are really clean and spacious. In general LunaLunera has a more intimate vibe and is a more relaxed place to hang out but it's not cheap. You can uber to and from Maracaibo and Barra Ejecutiva no problem. Action picks up beginning 7 pm. It's a 15 minute or so walk from Plaza Botero / Veracruz if you want to check that out from 3 pm to 6 pm or so. After 3 the sun is low enough that girls aren't hiding in the shady spots and it gets dark around 6 pm, which makes it a good time to make your way to the strip bars. Grab a beer at one of the cafeterias on Maracaibo (53St) and watch the civilian girls until 7 or so. You can also watch the strip club employees arriving.
