More importantly what are the rules?

What covid testing is acceptable to go in with? How recent should the test be? Will I be quarantined upon arrival? How will I be monitored if quarantine is necessary? Do I need a covid test when I want to leave? Am I allowed visitors if there are quarantine rules?

If someone knows a link to these questions please provide it. Please no opinions just facts at this point would be appreciated by all.

And I'm going to have to assume that you come every time as well, correct? Could you give us a break on all this silly nonsense you come up with please, albeit it's entertaining, but it's getting old. We have posters claiming there doing 6 girls a day, but 12.Surfer, he also thinks there are 50 hours in a day, so his 12 is really 6 when you account for the fact that there are only 24 hours in one day. BUT, I guess if you do enough hard drugs, one day can be 72 hours or even longer.

It is getting old and I wish he would stop. Bro, just book a flight when you know its open. Why you have booked 17 flights and been cancelled on every time is beyond me. It's not like you're going to get blocked from going. Flying to Florida and waiting there makes no sense either, what are you gaining by doing that, its not like there's a shortage of flights to Florida. When it's open, go, you don't need to update us on every single step.

"Today I booked another flight that was cancelled, then I brushed my teeth, and then I took a shit, then I booked another flight, it was also cancelled. Then I thought about shipping myself in a box through Fedex to Colombia, how long do you think I could survive in a box with no food and water? It would probably work? Right guys?

Next comment:

Uh. Something's not adding up here.

Brazil is on my to do list. But I am thinking this is the wrong time because of the virus. Share with me sensible reasons to come when the rate of infection is so high..True, it may be the wrong time for you.

As for me, I know Rio and Sao Paulo very well, for about 15 years now.

I'll follow standard protocols for virus prevention, though I've already had it and recovered relatively easy.

I may even have immunity, T-cells, etc depending on who you ask / believe.

Life goes on, might as well enjoy it.

Surfer, he also thinks there are 50 hours in a day, so his 12 is really 6 when you account for the fact that there are only 24 hours in one day. BUT, I guess if you do enough hard drugs, one day can be 72 hours or even longer. There is a misunderstanding here. I already replied to Surfer's initial reply. I will put things in simpler terms next time so people don't get confused.

Then I thought about shipping myself in a box through Fedex to Colombia, how long do you think I could survive in a box with no food and water? It would probably work? Right guys?Flying to Florida is necessary, there is only one early spirit flights per day out of FLL, and viva only fly once per day out of Miami. Have you ever traveled from California to the east coast? Do you have any idea how long it takes? You obviously are not badly wanting to go back to Medellin, the situation is quit dynamic, booking 7 times this month is because the supposed opening date / city changed many times.

As for the usefulness of my posts, I have two things to say, and a recommendation.

1. In my opinion, at the moment, in terms of Medellin-mongering related activities, the only useful thing to do for mongers who have been locked out of Medellin is to get back in. I offer real information and share the best source I can find on this topic. I believe these information is far more useful than the opinions expressed on the board regarding to the seriousness and herd immunity of the virus.

2. I have to admit, this board is a place for me to find connections to the naughty side of Medellin, I was cut off by this China virus right at my prime; In late February, I was 4 months into the mongering scene in Medellin, I've established solid connections with a set of wonderful girls, I was in love with the weather, the food and the people of Medellin. I'm aware sometimes my posts are a bit excessive, a side affect of covid; but this brings me to the recommendation.

3. In my experience, life is much more enjoyable if one avoids to complain on things that are totally irrelevant to them. If you are not interested in going to Medellin or what other people has to say, why not just ignore their post? I think you will be much more productive if you ignore things that are irrelevant to you and only focus on things that matters to you, spend your energy there. This is exactly what I'm doing, getting into Medellin is what matters to me, I going to put all my energy into it.

Had a rather nice encounter here. They display the girls on the 3rd floor but it seems they occupy the whole building. The lineup was about 14 girls with about 4 standouts. I chose Jimena. A 6'11" venny mulato beauty with shoulder length hair. The sheer enthusiasm, friendly attitude and sexual prowess blew me away. The charge is 60 k for an hour but I had to tip her extra for an outstanding performance. That's 1 inch short of seven feet. Are you sure? In August last year I banged a tall Vennie mulata in NL named Coral, she was about 5' 11". Nice session.

Flights TO Miami from CTG resume on the 19th on Spirit, but no flights approved to go into Colombia as of yet. Video said that no testing or quarantine would be required.

A chica of mine showed me an article that Viva is pushing hard to reopen flights particularly the Miami MDE route. We will see though.

I know you did not ask me but I will throw my two cents in here. When you say "penthouse" it makes me think that you will be in a secure building with a door man or some type of security. Then you just tell them you are not home when said girls come. Most will call about any guest anyway but I doubt they are going to stalk your building or anything. My most pressing concern if I was buying a condo there would be whether I could get a chica up to my apartment if the buildings have some restrictions like most of the buildings rentals are in. Another thing to be damn careful about is this: you love the eighteen year olds, I assume because they are young and fresh looking (I do not have anything against them either) but you have to be damn careful about checking their cedulas because if she happens to be seventeen years and 363 days old, and say some neighbor calls the police (which from my understanding has happened before) even if she swears to the authorities that you did not have sex and they do not give you 14 years in prison, they will take your apartment in a heartbeat with no compensation. I have thought this through because I dabble with the ideal of someday retiring there myself and it would pay to have security but at the same time it just has to be a tolerant building for our hobby.

Outside of those concerns you also have to worry about getting charged "gringo prices", but I am not sure you can avoid that if you are buying a penthouse in Provenza. As a property owner versus a renter, and being a foreigner, you will be under the microscope where you live until you gain the respect of the Portero's, building administrators, and other residents where you reside. Each building will have a written set of rules that all owners and their renters must adhere to. Perception is everything, and most Colombians are very religious and don't tolerate our hobby well. For a guy owning a Penthouse meaning on the top floor (s) of the building with security, checking of Cedulas by the Porteros of Chicas visiting is not going to happen nor be tolerated by the building administrator. As far as buying property, just because someone is a gringo doesn't mean they are going to be paying gringo prices if they are an experienced investor meaning they understand the market and the process associated with purchasing real estate in Colombia.

Well, I have a masters and PhD (not from a diploma mill) and I am in academia, teaching in a fairly practice disciplined. As bright as my colleagues are in their chosen fields, so many of them have zero common sense and struggle to live in the real world. I am so often perplexed regarding their view of the world. This often holds true for PhDs who work in non-academic settings also, based on my experience.

Years ago I saw a summary of an article from a journal on personality disorders. The article talked about the incidence of mental illness in PhDs and, at least in some fields, the proportion of PhDs with some personality disorder or mental illness was fairly significant. This was especially true in the arts and humanities, but also in the sciences. I wish I could find that article and cite specifics.

At any rate, clearly one's formal education has little to do with common sense or the ability to monger.

Is that healthy, good question. Can somebody sustain that day in and day out, another good question. Is the guy going to come every time, no I don't think so. I can imagine doing 12 a day even being way older than SJobs, but it would entail an intavenous drip of viagra, so I can see getting hard, being able to penetrate a Chica every two hours, but it might actually be torture. A good day for me is four times a day and coming each time. Very doable and pleasurable. But I'm an old fart and suppose a young stud with a Harem could be pulling it off.

Imagine hundreds of years ago when rulers had Concubines and Harems, can you imagine being reincarnated and living in a palace with rooms full of young women at your beck and call. This is what SJobs is craving for, and I'm with him on this, albeit it will be on a much smaller scale than the Sultans of a bygone era.Dang to each his own but for me, as some of you may know, I have 2 Vennies (18 and 19 yo) that I took into my apartment 6 months ago when this China virus started.

For the first month and a half they would sleep with me but since then they have their own respective bedrooms and I choose which bedroom I want to visit and when, seriously great passionate sex on call, last night I took door #2 and took simply started massaging her back then 5 minutes later started what would become an hour long sex, passion off the charts, I pulled out my trusty bag of vibrators and pleased her and myself at the same time.

I can't make this stuff up.

Now I need to be mindful of the 18 yo as she needs attention which I will give her maybe this afternoon.

Imagine a truly civie girl, white skin, no baby's, perfect teeth and smile with dimples, no damn disgusting tattoos, no smoke, no drugs, drinks a little, has those perfect teenage be cup titties which I grab and suck on almost daily, and dresses like a model for Ambercrombie and Fitch and jumps around the apartment like a kid, damn cute. She is door #1. I feel like Monty Hall, hehehe.

No shit this does not get old and the sex and passion is even more intense than where it started 6 months ago. I also have had a few favorite paisa chicas over, no 3-some but rather for me to see every so often. The girls are fine with this and they actually get along well with them.

I do not pay them one peso but do give them room and food and take care of things they need like toothpaste and just yesterday my 18 yo wanted a haircut so I took her down to centro and she had a great cut for 20 mil.

Aside from this I do got out to centro often and also hit up a few of my ATF so things never get boring around here.

This morning the girl from door #2 cooked us all breakfast then the girl from door#1 cleaned the kitchen.

My door #1 girl is on PS4 right now sitting about 6 feet from me and I just sit and watch how those firm titties bounce around as she is playing Call of Duty, again you can't make this shit up.

I have about 100 Tinder girls that need some attention too, and from this group I have selected a half dozen who are primed and ready for my call. Just don't think I will ever need it. I have a few others, early 20's girls, cute and sweet as they come, almost begging with me to invite them over.

I took my girls to Jumbo yesterday for groceries, I am on the next isle over and they get guys coming up to them wanting their attention, they give them not the time of day as they both know that Daddy takes good care of them, which I do and as a reward I gave each a gift from Jumbo, door #1 girl wanted a special imported chocolate and my door #2 girl wanted a new hair brush. They both dress so cute and sexy but not overboard as they know that Daddy likes the natural look.

And this is from a guy who lives in a very modest apartment outside of Medellin who does not throw money around at these bitches and putas but rather is simply a good nice guy, my gawd I have done something right in life, have treated people with kindness to deserve these blessed days, heheheheh.

Much love and respect to all!

The Tall Man.

There are good humble conservative religious people That many people like. But the arrogant judgmental Religious people that are often accusing good citizens of "Being agents of Satan" Are Looked down upon by a lot of Colombians. The Bible preaches forgiveness and not to judge your brothers. So some crazy rude idiot passing judgment is only pretending to be conservative and religious. These "pretenders" get a lot of hate in the media, online forms, cinema, etc For their irrational behavior.

Plus in this specific case the pretenders do not have the upper ground on morality. What is wrong with these people they like to say "you cannot do this" "you cannot do that. " But look what happens as a result of their policies. It is widely known that many priests who cannot get married or be with women have sexual relationships with men and often engage in illegal pedophilia with kids who work at the church. So obviously "the no sex policy" had some horrible consequences for the people that follow those guidelines. So why should anyone listen to these arrogant "pretenders"? They only smear the image of religion.

Take the example of Martin Luther he was a priest and he said "I can get married if I want" and he got married and he still priest.

Did someone "Affiliated" with religionsay not to use condoms? Would the world be a better place if no one used condoms?

At any rate, clearly one's formal education has little to do with common sense or the ability to monger.PhD in engineering may be good in mathematics. But there are other skills that for the most part are not taught in school or university.

A lot of things are meant to be learned outside of the education system. For example interpersonal communication skills, leadership skills, teamwork skills, creative problem skills, etiquette In business in everyday life, negotiation skills, Mental health awareness.

Does a PhD degree include the book that teaches you how to get what you want in the social arena without Generating conflict and also making sure the people around you are happy? Probably not checked the curriculum of electrical engineering doesn't include this type of knowledge.

In case you missed it, the president has already decided that Colombia will open for international flights in September.Having international flights in place is necessary condition for people to travel there, but largely not sufficient. Many countries have international flights, but do not allow people to enter unless for "essential travel" and with quarantine. I understand both conditions are not a stop for you, and I wish you it will be enough. Keep us posted when you make it.

While a lot of Colombians may be fairly religious, they also accept that people want to fuck around. It's expected that a man wants sex and will sometimes pay for it (prostitution is legal afterall). BUT, they also prefer it to be low-key. They don't like young, sleazily-dressed chicas being paraded in their faces (or in the hallways of their building).

On one of the previous trips, I hooked up with an instagram chicka in Medellin. She has a banging bod and a cute face, but the sex was not great. She was dead fish. I still follow her on Instagram, and have seen her photos without makeup. At least to me she looks fugly without makeup. Anyone had similar experiences?

I began to develop my "x-ray vision " for make-up as an early adult. Its crucial in my opinion. Gaining experience seeing individual women, of different ethnicities and skin types, with and without make -up will really build your analysis skills. Furthermore, their trickery is magnified greatly in the realm of photos and video. The most beautiful women are alluring without make-up. When you see a woman in a lot of make-up, your first question is "what is she hiding, and why?" proceed with suspicion from there. Sometimes its just insecurity, often more than that though.

A woman looking quite different without make-up should never be a surprise.. "expect the expected"

Why are so many strip clubs so damned dimly lit? Well, I think you know the answer.

Now, don't get me started on the geometric illusions of tall shoes/heels. I'll just say this, if you find a girl who looks hot in very flat shoes... strongly consider keeping her.

Most girls don't look as good without makeup, and especially when it's a photo. In person, frequently the difference isn't as stark. But photos can be cruel and capture things you don't notice when you're in person.

After boning hundreds of pros in the last 20+ years (and 100's of non-pros in the preceding 20 years), I have concluded there's no correlation between looks and performance. Some chicas are just beasts in the bedroom and some are just dead fish. That said, pros in Colombia are usually on point. Pros in Brasil are even more on point.

Back to the fooled-by-photos/make-up thing. To me the biggest thing a chica can do to cover up undesirable qualities is what she has over her lower abdomen. It's always a let down to be with a hot-looking girl and then you pull down her pants to uncover really ugly baby damage. That's the great thing about the FKKs where you see them walking around completely naked.

IMO if not for booze and make up most women would never have sex.

And without dim lighting most strip clubs wouldn't last 2 minutes.

BTW I don't drink alcohol LOL.

Can you imagine what all those webcam girls look like in the morning.

Dang to each his own but for me, as some of you may know, I have 2 Vennies (18 and 19 yo) that I took into my apartment 6 months ago when this China virus started.

The Tall Man.I'm not sure if you should be referred to as the "Big Kahuna" or the "Sultan" of Medellin in this moment of time, at least until SJobs makes it back into town, but I suppose you deserve to rein as both for the time being!

I can just see you in Jumbo walking the aisles. This 60 something Grandpa in tow with his two 20 something tarts in tow.

And the local Colombian guys in the store sniffing around, wanting some of it, and probably not imagining that Grandpa may be bare-backing and cream pie-ing these tarts.

It doesn't get much better than this, enjoy it while it lasts!

And if they do then I have a gang of make-up wipes and send them to the bathroom to take it off. I like a natural looking woman. A couple of board members I know are the complete opposite. They get upset if a woman shows up not looking like she is headed to an awards show.

Don't get me started on those damn shoes. I do not understand the purpose of them. Those shits look so goofy to me. I will never pick a chick that has those shoes on so that automatically extremely narrows the pool for me when I am at a fuck club.

I have overnighted with girls and seen them without makeup, and few blemishes of the skin tone etc. Don't bother me. The chick I am talking about, really jarred me because, she really has a banging body with the most firm ass and tits, and a flat tummy. Her face without makeup is without eyebrows or eyelashes, her nose bridge is much broader and the cheekbones and not as defined. The shape of the eyes is totally different. That sum total made her look fugly. Now, seeing her again with makeup, I can see how she is able to change her features.

As for as the shoes, I think they wear the heals to make their ass and calf muscles look more toned.

That's the great thing about the FKKs where you see them walking around completely naked.I expect some difference without makeup, but this one time, the change was waay too much.

About the tummy baby damage, I think some of it is due to the see-section delivery. In USA, the surgical line is parallel to the ground, runs under the fold or in the crease of the tummy. In Mexico and Colombia, they seem cut vertically from the navel to the top of the mound of venus. That leaves a very visible scar.

Also, some girls are naturally shy about their abdomen area. I was with a girl who had a banging body with fantastic tits and ass. Probably one of the most perfect pairs of naturals I have seen. She has a very slight bulge in her lower abdomen. She would never get completely naked for me. She would always cover her her abdomen with a towel etc. Thinking of her, she has one of the best BJ skills, she would literally suck me dry multiple times till I can't take it. Also, once she is turned on she gets a bit rough and starts deep kissing and biting my lip etc. God, I miss her. Her number went dark during the shutdown. Hopefully, I will reconnect with her.

Anyway, I have to make do with memories till I can get back to the land of these dreams LOL.

I'm absolutely thinking about buying a penthouse in Provenza, the main concern for me is long term security. I don't want to have a permanent place in Medellin where all the girls can definitively find me. Every year, I will have to retire a good amount of 21 year-olds who turn 22, if they knew where I permanently live, then it create a whole host of issues. What's your thought on that? ... All very valid points, I'm thinking about the same thing. I will most likely be renting and moving around for awhile. I don't want to start buying properties in Medellin until I figure out how to handle retired chicas, regardless how attractive the offer is.SJobs, I didn't really consider this. There are two views: 1) the portero / security gives you a nice layer of protection, or 2) no portero is stopping some chica and 3 sicarios from getting by him to come ransack your place, rough you up, or worse. I've never used a love motel in Medellin, but that could be in the cards if I were to buy a place, here. It's a catch-22. You'd want to lure some hotties to your nice penthouse, but you've got to be careful about potentially untrustworthy people knowing too much about you. Imagine how easy it would be for a girl to make a long-term play, become tight with you, get a spare key made somehow, you're following each other on social media, she knows when you're out of the country, and you come back to an empty apartment. Of course, that would be much better than another scenario of you being in the penthouse when they arrive. This won't scare me away, but it does help me take a different view in an attempt to be as safe as possible.

Not a bad time to be putting in a lowball offer. My contractor guy talked to the lady that owns the penthouse, and told me to just offer her 850 million why ya! 100 million discount. I said, ya that's great, but maybe her asking price of 950 should be 650, then how does my discount look?! I'm going to try to get some lists from realtors to see if I can gauge the market. I'm thinking a penthouse for 800 million + 200 million in furnishing, facelift, etc. Is a decent price for what I'd be getting. I think 3 months a year of rental could be about 12 k USD, as the times I would be likely to rent coincide with the tourism high-seasons, here.

Has anyone obtained a Resident Visa by way of purchasing real estate?

There must be a reason if all local men, including single, bring their lovers and paid girlfriends to short-time hotels and never at home. Right? This is a veteran point.

The Peso / Inch cost here is fantastic!

I think 3 months a year of rental could be about 12 k USD, as the times I would be likely to rent coincide with the tourism high-seasons, here. While people are making plans here's an idea: either solo or together:

Just buy a whole building with 40 or so apartments in it. Live in the top floor penthouse and rent out the other units with gap days in between when they are empty. Then bring the girls back to the other apartments when those aren't being rented. And let the chicas think you are renting the apartment you session in while you secretly live on another floor in the place you own. If oyu see a chica more than once-in different apartments-just tell her there was a problem so the owners moved you (technically, not a lie: the problem is you don't trust hookers and you are the owner-so, you moved you).

You can rig the elevator to not even show access or that there even is the secret floor you actually live on.

You can then hire your own security to take care of things and protect you.

The girls who figure out something is up would have to follow you outside the property to do something to you.

This can happen anyway.

You can make a ton of money managing the rental units in your building.

One day you can sell the building for a huge profit.

Call your building the Gringo Hotel. Rent some apartments on the even # floors to hot sexy girls who get paid to play and rent the odd numbered floors out to BMs and gringos. -Put a bar on the bottom floor. And build the Mansion on steroids but done right with the girls living on site, the guys on site, and you have a secret floor nobody knows about. Just go all the way!

Perception is everything, and most Colombians are very religious and don't tolerate our hobby well..Agree that for most Colombians perception is everything and yes they are religious at face value, heck even Escobar and just about every hit man were very religious, did the sign of the cross, attended mass, had certain saints that they gave offerings to so they would be protected as they went out to murder, yes all very religious indeed. There is a marked difference between being religious and being spiritual.

Now your next statement can not be so far from the mark, agreed that in public when they are with family and close friends and in the family gatherings they appear to be religiously devoted to their families and kids and keeping up with the appearance of being morally right but when that is removed they are dogs worse than most of the horniest mongers that you could find on these boards, myself included.

It has been reported that 80% of every woman in Colombia has accepted money / gifts for sex (prostitution) at some point in their life. I believe this statistic. Next, look at the statistic of the age that girls have sex, alarming and the result is that Colombia has about the youngest age for pregnant single mothers. Throughout just the past 10 years I have met dozens of single mothers with children whom they gave birth at when they were 12 to 15 years old, just normal life here.

The rate of adultery for both men and woman is also about the highest in South America. Why do you think that the word grilla has taken on such a profound meaning? It is normal for a 20 to 45 year old woman to have many men at the same time. These are facts, I don't judge them as it is just the way it is.

Now don't get me started on the number of incest victims from these religious fathers, step-fathers, uncles and others here in Colombia. I have first hand knowledge of the depth and extent of this horrible crime and rarely ever gets talked about, again keeping the appearance of a very religious community and country.

So yes in order to keep with the perception buildings have policy's. I respect these policys as I too have these in place in my apartment however we never know what goes on behind closed doors!

Just my rant for the day as NO ONE wants to stay on the topic of pussy, hehehehe.

Much love and respect to all.

There are numerous websites like FINCARAIZ and others which will have most of the properties for sale in town and all of the SM costs, etc. Buying real estate in Colombia is like the wild west. The sellers will have multiple agents trying to sell their properties and at different listed prices, you will will even see the same properties on different websites with varying prices. Another issue is that there are no escrow companies, this is all handled by attorneys. Lots of gringo's get burnt as a result of not having a good attorney to do all the due diligence, and bringing USD into Colombia is another issue as well.

Haven't felt much of a need, nor saw much value, to speculating to the broader group here as to when that might happen or how many chicas I'm going to make acquaintances with. Once I land, that'll be a different story. Anyways, I've been looking at properties online, mostly on Casacol, to potentially purchase. This was an incredibly helpful bit of information. In about five minutes, I found two properties on each of Casacol and FINCARAIZ with materially different prices (4400 million vs 4035 million, and 2650 million vs 2350 milllion). There are others I recognize on FINCARAIZ, I just didn't immediately find them on Casacol (or LIV or Life Afar). It has given me additional perspective on the purchase situation in Colombia and how I need to be vigilant. Thanks for this, Surfer.

You are a well navigated man, with years of experience in both Asia and Colombia and Latin America. You are not married. You do not live with family nearby. You enjoy your spare time.

Then, Mr. E. , should you live your regular life in Medellin for at least one year if not longer, would YOU take your uninterrupted flow of paid girls, from all barrios of Greater Medellin, TO YOUR OWN HOME APARTMENT??

I bet you would not, even should you own all the condo and nobody else would live there. You are too intelligent and experienced to need me to explain why. It would be just crazy.

These have been very informative posts. My thought has been leasing a place for a year. I don't plan to be there year round but I would like a place in the laureles estadio area with security. The girls don't have to know I have it for the year This way when I leave to go back to the USA there is no issue. As far as they are concerned I left which is true. When I get back and I want to see them I just tell them I am at the same place again. They don't need to know your personal schedule. I have been working remotely since March. I probably will be doing so for the foreseeable future so as long as I have good WiFi In a safe area I am in heaven.

Does anyone have shareable intel? I tend to stick to Poblado but even a little further south in Envigado might be worth checking out.

Sidenote: I've had zero issues bringing visitors to my room while staying at several hotels in Poblado (Intercontinental, Affinity, BH, Holiday Inn, Binn).

Lots of gringo's get burnt as a result of not having a good attorney to do all the due diligence, and bringing USD into Colombia is another issue as well. This is definitely a concern of mine. Comparing it to my Vegas condo, this deal is fantastic. Maybe 60 k USD less, 3 more bedrooms, same quality view, similar amenities (although the gym and pool in Vegas are much better / bigger), monthly rental income should be double, or more, here. I had a realtor in my current rental, today, telling me 2 billion pesos for what I'm looking for. Made me smile about this other deal I'm in on. When I explained it to her, she asked if she could come see it with me. She was obviously trying to weasel in, somehow.

I checked out the penthouse, today, in-depth. Took a contractor over and a couple friends. The owner wants to sell quickly, and even explained she could lower the "sale price" to help with the taxes, then I could give her cash. She's a tax attorney, so maybe it's worth looking into. It would take a lot of work to make this place a combination of a home and a great gringo penthouse rental. I think we had some great ideas, today, though.

Anyhow, if anyone has purchased property here, I'd love to get a PM and discuss. I can do all the research on Google, but it's always nice to hear it from some one else that has the experience. My friend who is very artistic came over and said she couldn't live there because it's too elegant, but she thinks it would be a paradise for renters. That kind of hit home, and I will need to put some thought into how to make it comfortable, without taking away from the rental potential. No shared walls, two-stories with the huge new jacuzzi upstairs. It really is a renter's paradise. I have a feeling SJobs and I will be coordinating our calendars at some point in the future.

Tall Man, I fucking LOVE the anticipation of when you will drop the Abercrombie & Fitch reference in your posts. You're killing it! Such a great setup, and I'm sure you'll be telling stories of 2020 for years to come.

1. I try my best to stay away from giving advice about marriage or real estate unless it's urgent. Please slapshot, please do your best to forget about your Vegas condo and condos anywhere beyond greater Medellin when you are negotiating real estate deals in Medellin.

2. +1 about the Abercrombie & Fitch references. They would not resonate with me even back in the early 1990's when I lived in America. They are easier me to ignore than continuous repetition that "she is white". It is veering well past the personal preference / obsession range into the disappointing and problematic Grand Wizard zone. I don't doubt there is a cohort of Stormfront and 8 chan lurkers on here but they co-exist peacefully by staying on topic.

I think we had some great ideas, today, though..

Then, Mr. E. , should you live your regular life in Medellin for at least one year if not longer, would YOU take your uninterrupted flow of paid girls, from all barrios of Greater Medellin, TO YOUR OWN HOME APARTMENT??

I bet you would not, even should you own all the condo and nobody else would live there. You are too intelligent and experienced to need me to explain why. It would be just crazy. When I say it out loud and common sense tells me it is a dumb idea. But experience tells me there is no problem with it. I do it in Thailand and I did it when I was in Rio. The vast majority of my friends in mongering destinations do it. I can count on one hand the guys I know that live somewhere without a significant other that only take chicks to motels. And nobody has a bad story about it yet. My best friend in Medellin brings them 2 at a time to his place.

Funny that I would not do it at my place in the States where I have security cameras (even pointed at my bed) and tons of guns, but I would do it overseas where the only protection I have is an electronic security door. Make that make sense.

I'm trying to get a feel for which buildings (with AirBnb listings) in Medellin with porteros tend to be more permissive (read: lax) about allowing numerous random visitors without making too much of a headache for us. Does anyone have shareable intel? I tend to stick to Poblado but even a little further south in Envigado might be worth checking out.

Sidenote: I've had zero issues bringing visitors to my room while staying at several hotels in Poblado (Intercontinental, Affinity, BH, Holiday Inn, Binn).I think it's the owners that make the rules. Porteros will handle it how the owner wants.

Most of the airbnb's that I have stayed in in Medellin were not guest friendly. In fact, all that I have actually booked through Airbnb have been guest "unfriendly".

If I'd have considered buying a condo out of capital I can walk away from at any time, then maybe do it through a Panamanian corp. Never tell anyone you own this corp, just say you lease the condo. Girls go to motels only, do as locals in LA do. Please decouple this decision from a visa, you don't need a visa anyway. An honest answer why do you need to purchase real estate is a must, better in writing with numbers attached, and once you do it, usually the purchase makes no sense, you get illiquid property, pesos instead of dollars etc.

An investor visa, which is far less in terms of the capital amount, has certain restrictions such as the inability to leave the country for more than a 6-month period. In case of an emergency at home, or all out chaos in Colombia, I would prefer the 2-year window. It also converts to citizenship after 5 years, which has the amazing benefit of going to Russia without a visa! Ok, I haven't really considered the benefits of dual citizenship, yet.

The illiquidity, pesos, etc., makes sense. However, if I'm living here, and can make a 2-3% ROI while living in the unit 9 months a year (more if I was flexible about leaving any time I got a good offer), it would be ok. Then, add in potential appreciation, strengthening of the peso, added value in the remodel, etc. And maybe it makes a bit more sense. I don't know. It's definitely going to take some more thought and planning, but on the surface it seems to be a good deal.

If it turned into simply an investment, and was making $18-20 k per year, it would be solid. Of course, getting the money out in a pinch would be a hassle.

I appreciate the thoughts. I'm soaking it all in, for now, as I go through my due diligence.

I've also stayed at San Peter, and as I didn't book through Airbnb I didn't consider it one of my Airbnb stays. It is certainly visitor friendly. I also have stayed at cheaper Airbnb places in Laureles - 3 or 4, and other parts of the city and these are the ones that are not visitor friendly. But, if you're booking condo apartments, etc. Your chances are better. It is just that you need to confirm before hand whether you can have visitors. And lots of them have a section in their rules section about it (on the Airbnb listing). That's the place to start, and if needed follow it up with an enquiry to the owner before you book.

It's hard to be a successful airbnb host without someone to assist you locally during your absence. Even the most self sufficient customers have repair and logistical issues they can't always resolve on their own. You need someone local you can trust with access to the unit, which brings us back to the discussion about love motels and long game crime scams.

Ok, I haven't really considered the benefits of dual citizenship, yet.The best visa to obtain is the Resident Visa which requires about a $ 150,000 USD investment, no restrictions as to coming and going, and is good indefinitely except having to renew your Cedula every five years. As far as automatic citizenship, that does not automatically happen for any of the Visa's issued, albeit after five years you can apply for citizenship, and if your under 65, you will have to take some tests similar to the USA citizenship testing. You are correct though about not needing a visa to go to Russia (currently) though as a Colombian Citizen. As far as dual citizenship, well you mentioned all out chaos in Colombia, how about in the USA?

The standard airbnb language now includes a general prohibition of "group events". This was in response to growing blowback about house parties at airbnb rentals during the pandemic. The prohibition was not unusual among ads even before it was standardized by airbnb. Within the spectrum of what "visitors" means most would agree house parties are the upper extreme and the lower extreme is of course no one enters the unit except the renter. The extremes are not reasonable. Based on whatever familiarity I may have with Colombia and Colombians, my impression is activity that approaches the mid point between those extremes is not going to fly except in punter club houses like the San Peter et al. See Lugnut's post history for a guide to what will and what will not generally work and how far you can push the envelope. The Reader's Digest version is up to to or three girls a day is feasible if they arrive in modest attire and if they carry themselves with decency. Punters who appear on camera (you don't want to live in a building that does not have security cameras), or are seen in the neighborhood, escorting them in and out will hear about it and possibly face ejection.

Apologies, I missed your point completely. I thought you were somehow comparing the value and amenities of the Las Vegas condo to condos in Medellin. I am relieved you were not and that you know better. As for leasing the Vegas condo, everyone's situation is different but I would lean toward leasing it to focus on Medellin which you seem to rather enjoy. Storage for personal belongings can be expensive so your lease fees would need to cover that. If you can't be in Medellin full time perhaps renting is the better option.

Good summary below but the reality is that many mixed use Airbnb buildings are using the pandemic as an excuse to stop visitors all together. Even ladies that dress well were never encouraged in residential family buildings and have always been frowned upon but the law could not stop them. Now many buildings have passed laws prohibiting visitors. Three out of four that I typically rent from told me that I can't have visitors during my October trip. I am going to stay a girl friendly hotel this time.

You need a tourism license to rent short term (less than 30 days) and the building covenant should allow it.

Tourism license is easy to get but that also gets you on the police radar. Police keep track of all units with tourism license in all buildings. The biggest issue is when poolside get called for whatever reason, you pray that the girl is legal. If not, the property is seized and that starts a long drawn out legal battle or massive bribes. Believe me when I say that all of this happens and no exaggeration. I used to own multiple apartments in MDE. Sold them all. Just too much hassle.

There is a marked difference between being religious and being spiritual.TM,

You and I see eye to eye so much it is ridiculous. When I actually read the Bible myself and what Jesus said, it was so different than what today is being preached. In Biblical times, if your wife could not get pregnant, you fucked your slave which meant both polygamy and slavery were accepted.

With regards to the Catholic church, it ran brothels, working girls were registered with the church, and popes would brag about how much money they made. What changed all that was the introduction of syphilis into the old world from the new in 1494. Apparently, the Spanish conquistadors loved fucking the syphilis ridden natives. The Spanish in turn gave the new world folks small pox.

Syphilis is what AIDS was supposed to be. Sex with the wrong person and you could have you brain turn to goo in a year's time. The solution to the epidemic was burn all the working girls and implement monogamy. Monogamy was first promoted by the Anglican church in 1550 when they included the phrase "forsaking all others" in the marriage vows.

I had to learn all this to explain my whoring ways. I knew that I was a good person but was convinced that the lust I had was put into me by God himself. I was being shamed by my Bible toting ex-wife.

It is a fact that most male mammals get a thrill and come to orgasm more quickly when presented with new pussy. The chemical reward is there. It is the mechanism we have to survive and reproduce. There are no monogamous mammals but some are more monogamous than others, and the lack of reward for the less monogamous mammals is what makes them less mongerish. Despite the rhetoric with STDs, the people who engage in sex more frequently live longer.

It has been reported that 80% of every woman in Colombia has accepted money / gifts for sex (prostitution) at some point in their life. I believe this statistic. When scientists trained Capuchin monkeys to use coins, the researchers saw those monkeys engage in the EXACT same kind of behavior as humans did even with regards to prostitution. The liberal scientists discouraged this behavior though. LOL.

Did you know that only 1% of women who are millionaires are self made? 99 in 100 have gotten it through marriage, inheritance, lawsuits, or divorce. When you watch a USA TV show with women as the target audience, at least half the ads are from lawyers.

Maybe guys have daughters here and do not want to believe it. The 20% who do not take it IMO would have to be independently rich, gay or so unattractive no men would want to pay them. There seems to be this weird thing with men about working girls and women who are not working girls.

It has gotten to the point that I think all men who do not think all women are working girls are fools. I have seen women come right out and ask, "What do you have to offer me?" "I won't date a man without a job or who makes six figures. " Maybe they have daughters but if it is all about monogamous love, a concept invented to replace polygamy because of syphilis, then shouldn't you as a father be thrilled when your 18 year old daughter meets a 25 year old unemployed poor as shit but nice guy that she "loves"?

In my father's middle eastern culture, families arrange marriages and the divorce rate is 1% or so. When a friend of mine in that culture met the daughter of a family his family was friends with, he asked his father if he could date this attractive daughter. The daughter was a virgin, and his father responded to him, "Son, you do not have enough money to date her". In that culture, there is honestly about money, sex, and love. LOL. It is subtle but it is there.

Now don't get me started on the number of incest victims from these religious fathers, step-fathers, uncles and others here in Colombia. I have first hand knowledge of the depth and extent of this horrible crime and rarely ever gets talked about, again keeping the appearance of a very religious community and country.I cannot believe how common this is in the USA as well. That one in three college women get raped line is bullshit, but the amount of women who are victims of incest may be as high as one in three or higher. The problem with this is that many of these women who were abused strike out at a surrogate when they get older. That cannot blame their father or step father as it destroys the family but they can accuse the poor schlep who advances himself and does not get told no.

In the sex prison that is the people's republic of California, things have gotten so bad that if a woman regrets sex the next day, she can accuse you of rape. In fact, advancing without her saying no is rape. You supposedly have to ask permission with every thrust and now there are no statue of limitations on rape. I do not think I would have sex in California now unless I could video tape the whole fucking thing.

Just my rant for the day as NO ONE wants to stay on the topic of pussy, hehehehe. With regards to Colombia, I wish I could contribute. The women I have talking to me there are poor, depressed from the lock down, and horny. What I have waiting is unreal. I just had two more from Bogota reach out to me which makes three waiting on me there. That means three each in Bogota and Medellin. I have my beauty queen in Cartagena and my supposed virgin wanting to meet me in Santa Marta. Some want more, some less, and the amount varies but I am sending about $1000 to $1500 per month to keep them all happy. There are two that stand out though.

The Cartagena BQ got a job and was working so much on that, school, and her foundation, she admitted to me that she would not have much time to see me. I got pissed at her for putting her work before her studies and sent her $200. She told me that she loved me and hated me at the same time. She is a keeper.

The physical therapy student in Medellin has been doing her damnedest not to ask for anything. She is determined to be a normal GF even when I told her that I cannot commit to her unless we see each other on a daily basis. She is a member of the upper middle class of Colombia, is a great lover, more cute than hot, but she has a 10 personality.

Finally, I have spent time in Mexico where things are open, and I didn't expect much. Now I have a 27 year old lawyer who does not want a dime, would cause everyone's jaw here to drop, and is a nympho. Still, there is just something off about her. She seems to be great to have fun with but I am not wanting her as a GF despite her wanting to. No one would believe this if they saw us but it is true.

And I have a 26 year old Vennie in Mexico who is a literal super model and has been all over the world modeling. We are going to Cancun shortly. I have had to decide to take her to Cancun or to hold out for Colombia to open, and I cannot hold out any longer.

Thing is that she had been aloof. She found the lawyer's hair in the shower, but turned out to be a good thing as at first I denied it and then told her the truth about the lawyer. She was stunned when I said of the lawyer, "No, I do not pay her anything. " I explained to the Vennie supermodel that this may have been my last time with her because I felt like she was just about the money and not me. I offered her an option. Clearly, you just want to see me for money so let us just do a pay per meet deal. Obviously, you do not want to be my SB / GF / Novia.

I was stunned when she denied seeing any other guy, and she said and I quote, "No, I want to be your novia." She admitted to me being stressed about her family in Venezuela near the Colombian border and how she had trouble sending them money. I sent $150 to them via Western Union to Colombia right then. She showed her appreciation and now all of a sudden she has been much better about texting, responding, and asking how things are going. Still, I think it was seeing the other hot woman that sealed it. Nothing gets a woman to perform better than a little competition. He he.

I read every sentence and agree. You know we two can hijack this thread which should be about Medellin pussy and explore these thoughts and opine on every last detail, hehehehe Our philological ideas maybe a motivator for others to learn and grow.

We must share the same line of thinking and reasoning because perhaps our upbringing was similar and our experiences in life along with seeing clearly why and how things just are they way they are.

I was born and raised in LA California by 2 great parents but they had their flaws, many flaws, yet they taught me two things in life, the first to love travel by seeing how other cultures and people live and secondly always have an open mind, never judge as that is not our job rather just accept things as I see them and for what they are.

Yes it seems like another life but I too was in the rats race in my professional career back in California and now being in Medellin for the past 4 years I just now have found the ability to relax my mind and slow down my body from always feeling that I must be doing something, keeping busy and achieving some objective. What a pleasure I get just waking up in the morning and fresh from a nights sleep seeing what the new day has in store.

Truth be told I was married for 14 years to a Russian model and if I did not get anything else out of that relationship I got to really understand the Russian soul.

We are all searching for something, we get into relationships for one of mainly 3 reasons, either for a Reason, a Season or for Life. I have learned some hard (and very expensive) lessons with the Reason equation being we / I am forced to learn something from the relationship and my god I did.

And what shit the religions of the world have brought to mankind, a quick look at the history and we see that the modern day ideals are the result of war and money and greed and trying to keep everyone in conformance to something. You mentioned a few points about the Catholic church and STD and monogamy, all very poignant and true.

And yes people may take offense to the thought that 80% of Colombian women have at least dabbled in sex for money at some point in their life but truth be told the percentage is probably higher. Again I don't judge but my gawd take the rose colored glasses off and see reality, unplug from the Matrix machine and you just may see reality as it is.

Case in point just yesterday walking out of my apartment I ran into the married guy who lives upstairs, it was his first opportunity to discreetly explain to me that his wife and she has friends who can provide sex is available for me or / and for my gringo friends. He gave me his wife's number with a nod and wink that it's OK.

I need to run an errand right now. We will continue our discussion further.

Much love and respect to all!

That is A hefty sum 1500 US dollar Given by generous man. What exactly will the women give in return for this very nice present. The woman will probably be very generous. For that much She could probably stay over at the guys house for most Of the month.

I have a tripped planned in November. (Obviously if Colombia opens up their borders) I wanted to know what clubs are open at the moment? La Isla, Energy, New Life, Faze Dos, Luna Lunera, Loutron, Conejitas, club amigas, San Diego? Also how is the scene in Parque Lleras? Just curious on what to expect if I am able to get I to Colombia! Thanks.

That is A hefty sum 1500 US dollar Given by generous man. What exactly will the women give in return for this very nice present. The woman will probably be very generous. For that much She could probably stay over at the guys house for most Of the month.Several times what the average Colombian earns in a month -- just for waiting for him. They should be willing to swallow his cum day and night!

You are paying money as a retainer? For me, that kind of ruins it. But to each his own.Nah, I pay them when they ask and sometimes tell them no. I try to focus on their needs not their wants. One begged for an elliptical because the lockdown was making her fat. She has a wonderfully flat stomach, maybe her best feature, and she was sad about it. I gave her 70% of the money for it.

One had her mother washing clothes by hand because their washing machine broke, so I got her a machine. Another wanted an older Iphone for her birthday. Another begged for a dog out of loneliness. Then there was college tuition, groceries, medical help for their families, dental work.

In the USA, if I gave money for these things, I would expect said money to go right up the women's nose, but every time, the women showed me what they have bought without my asking. The one tonight just showed me the elliptical she got and she was beaming.

If a woman is getting too pushy, I say that I feel like I am paying like a man pays a hooker, and they get so upset and say, "Oh, no baby, keep your money, I do not want you to feel like that."

And of course, they are probably not really waiting either.I met these women on seeking.com not as working girls. One is a teacher, and the rest are students who have had part time jobs. I can track if they have gotten back on the site or not. I also follow their social media so I can see a lot about what is going on with their lives. The two I have not met in real life still go on the site, and I cannot blame them as they have not met me in person.

I did catch one I have met in real life getting back on the site. She lied about it and denied it, but she did not do it again.

I also have a profile that I do not pay for where I monitor if a girl deletes her profile and comes up with a new one.

I really do not care about monogamy as much as the passion monogamy instills in a woman from the sexual deprivation. I had a stunning sugar baby once and every time she had a BF, she was not as good in bed as when she was single.

When I do get to Colombia though, I expect these women to fuck me as if I were the last man on earth and to do whatever I want sexually, and if they do not, then I will focus on the ones who do. Keeping six women was never realistic but when you have a shot at a beauty queen, a hot young virgin, and several college cheerleader types, well, I felt like I had to go for it.

Normally, I would never pay in advance, but these are not normal times.

This is not bad at all, I will be posting from Medellin as early as this Saturday. There is a viva flight from Miami to Medellin on the 19th, it is still not canceled and I called the airline today, they told me it is still on. If this one falls through I got ticket for the 21st flight to Cartagena out of FLL. Either way, the wait is almost over, I look forward to the day I can resume posting banging 18-year-olds, where my only headache is to decide which pair of 19-year-old to bang in the afternoon.

I really enjoyed most everything about this post except this. You are paying money as a retainer? For me, that kind of ruins it. But to each his own. And of course, they are probably not really waiting either. They told him that in order to fuck them when he gets there, he has to send them money when he is not there. Sounds a bit like the dude that sent the chick in Barranquilla all that money, then once he arrived she did not fuck him (well at least not in a sexual way.) Cash On Delivery is where I stand on this one.

Your not going to make a 2-3% ROI on a three month a year rental property in Medellin, not even close given the fixed costs / taxes associated with the property.I would add to this some things that I have been told about buying apartments in Medellin. I think most people know that housing in Medellin (Colombia in general) is classified economically as estratos or strata and given a number according to their expense and / or quality of living. Estatos run from 1 to 6 with 6 being the best and 1 being the worst. So 1-2 are poverty to low wage working neighborhoods, 3 and 4 are considered middle class, 5 is upper middle class to wealthy and 6 is straight up luxury. Caveats about this information are these, besides the fact that this is pre-coronavirus information, meaning how the economic impact of the lockdown effects things is an unkown. The following is what I have gathered from people who live in Medellin but this is only two sources and that does not make it golden information, in fact they do not have direct experience buying and selling expensive real estate so it could just be their opinion but I did hear this from two different people.

Most if not all Apartments in El Poblado are going to be 5 or 6. Therefore these factors come into play when buying at this level. The fact that they are upper upper middle class and wealthy is going to shrink the market for these apartments (this is a smaller segment of the population in Colombia) to the upper upper middle class and wealthy colombians or gringos / extranjeros. Outstanding mortgages in Colombia only represent about 7. 3% of the GDP in the country; compared to outstanding mortgages in the USA Representing about 79% of the GDP in the USA Which means that when you go to sell your apartment you may have to find a cash buyer with that kind of money. There are always new apartments being built, in the greater El Poblado areas that attract upper upper class Colombians such as El Tesoro, LOS Balsos. And that is what you compete against when you go to sell and that is why your apartment may not even actually appreciate the way you think it might.

When I first visited El Poblado I wondered why in the hell these people wanted to live up on the side of a mountain where the walkability sucks and there is no real feeling of community when you do walk down the street, even in Most of the boroughs of New York, Chicago, in most neighborhoods in L. A. You can walk around and see people milling about looking in store windows, eating al fresco etc, But El Poblado is like a thousand fortresses (outside the Parque Lleras and Parque Poblado areas) secured and sequestered apartment buildings and small gated housing developments etc but then I was reminded of what Medellin was like in the 80's and 90's and the murder, the terror and the mayhem. So people started moving into the secure buildings going up in El Poblado (probably built with the cocaine money that caused the terror) I would want a fortress to raise my kids in also.

I was told that before all the hell and chaos started Laureles was where the estrato 5 - 6 lived. That is when La 70 was legendary and Parque Lleras was not. Now Laureles is estrato 3-4 middle class, La 70 is still happening but by far it is mostly locals. It is safe and there are some nice areas to live there and very affordable if you are buying, and it has a better chance to hold its value than a 5-6. I think there is a market for the Airbnb, a lot of people look for that local flavor / native vibe, walkability, etc.

And there are a fair share of international and nice restaurants in Laureles, for example over on Transversal 39B running through the Circulars ( a type of street like Carrera and Calle but that have a arced shape so are called Circular) starting about where the Carulla supermarket is on Circular 73 going northeast this section of Transversal 39B runs between a quarter of a mile and a half mile crossing through Circular 74, Circular 74A, Circular 74B through past Circular 76 (the last Circular) still heading northwest to where Transversal 39 b crosses Carrera 79 - this stretch has places for ribs, pizza, sushi, hamburgers, wings, etc., Crepes and Waffles is on this stretch and I could eat there everyday. The corner of Transversal 39 b and Avenida 74 B on Google maps (Circular 79 b and Avenida 74 B on different street signs on the ground) caddy corner from a Starbucks are two upscale restaurants Milagros is upscale Mexican with a great reputation, Delirio Exquisito, also upscale Mexican food with a lean toward seafood. This is just one stretch of an area that is over a quarter mile long and offers varieties of nice places and is walkable.

I am sure that the guys who stay at San Peter can attest to the restaurant scene on the Circulars 1 thru 5 between Carrera 73 and Carrera 69 fanning north due northeast from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, which I would actually be interested to hear myself because I have not made it there yet.

Anyway this is my reason for why if I was going to "buy" in Medellin for investment and mongering purposes I think I would have to look around in Laureles area and see what the overall ROI looked like.

Damn this turned into a long post, I hope there is some useful information here.

Lazy typing. That was not to say it would happen. It could go the other way, of course. I just meant to say it is a possibility that could have a positive (or negative) effect on the value.This.

Care to elaborate on this? My point was the equity sitting in Las Vegas for a place I'm not at full-time, and can only rent out with a 12-mo lease, could easily be moved into this penthouse. You can use the income from the US rental to rent a place in Medellin without the added risk. You can always trade your condo with another place in US without the added risks of buying Colombia properties.

Personally, I have not observed the Colombia properties appreciate in value anywhere close to area in US like California. They just don't earn that much on average to support the market. In many California cities, when the market is hot, you pretty much have to bid on a property. My friend just sold his house, but he is in limbo now because he lost bid on another house that costs about 2 millions a few days ago. There are also areas that you simply can't time to sell a property thinking you can buy it back at a lower price.

Was thick as ever yesterday Tuesday Sept 15th, chicas everywhere but I am really picky nowadays in the park as most every girl or retired girl who's sells candy know who I am. I have been taking them away from the park and banging them at a short term hotel close to Parque Berrios. I rarely leave the house more than twice a week so this week has been nice because my girl wanted to do a little shopping and site seeing in Centro. Since I know many chics, I have them stationed near the Parque Berrios area and I run off for an hour or so while the girlfriend is shopping. I have had some very nice chics that slide to the short term hotel with me this week. I can't lie, Tall Man is correct, a 100 mil will get you a few hours of fun with nearly any 18-20 yr old who frequents the park. Soon they may open up international travel and many BMs can enjoy some of the fun too. I am so tired of cancelling flights that I will not book another flight until I see other foreigners entering into the country. Pollo Negro is out!

Damn this turned into a long post, I hope there is some useful information here.Great summary of those two areas. There certainly are lots of great places in Laureles, restaurants, bars, etc. And it seems like it would be a better place to actually live than in most of Poblado. I have walked a lot of it and stayed in probably 5 different Airbnb's in Laureles.

As far as ROI. A lot of unknowns. It would be a harder spot to get gringos to stay, if that is your target market. And as much as in Poblado the other residents of any particular building would probably not want to find out that there are tourists involved in the sex tourism in their building. As much as I hate to say it, as it is hypocritical, but if I had an Airbnb in Colombia I would also have rules about visitors. I might choose to ignore them sometimes, but when I had any complaints at least I could point to my rules as a defense. And if I just rented without the tourism license I would restrict it to people I know, or had some direct information about. I would not be going for a lot of turnover, so probably would not do short term rentals.

Damn this turned into a long post, I hope there is some useful information here.Excellent post and some general comments about your remarks regarding apartments in Medellin which I have learn't and observed over the past four years. Colombians don't care much about the views from an apartment versus gringos and are into modern apartments. Of the new apartments being built, the quality of the construction can be downright terrible, and typically the monthly administration charges can be very high compared to older buildings.

I've looked at several dozen apartments, and being a contractor, the older apartments are far superior construction wise in most cases with real wood doors / cabinets versus all the plastic stuff. In regards to Laureles, it is a great area, flat with no hills, and plenty of good places to eat, but for an investor, at least up until the Pandemic, the best area to buy an apartment in is within no more than a one mile radius of Parque Lleras. For somebody looking for an apartment for themselves to live in, Laureles is ideal. In regards to property appreciation, I have noticed prices for properties, specifically within a one mile radius of Parque Lleras up until the Pandemic had increased easily 10% a year over the past three years. As far as finding a property which will have a good ROI, that will be a challenge because unless it's a Penthouse with great amenities being location, outdoor terraza / balcony's, views, etc. Than getting a decent rental amount is going to be very tough, let alone finding tenants because there are hundreds of apartments for rent and unless your property is unique it's going to be a challenge to rent and manage. And finding a property that fits the criteria I have layed out, well they are out there on the market, but the prices are so high, they will never pencil out. In my opinion, based on my personal experience, the time to have bought properties in Medellin was four years ago and prior to this time. And right now as a result of the Pandemic, yet it won't be as good as five years ago.

Most properties in Colombia are purchased on a cash basis with very few loans being taken out, and if so for a very minor amount. In the USA the appreciation has been high as a result of the very low mortgage rates, whereas in Colombia this is not a factor. Appreciation of properties in certain areas of Poblado up until the Pandemic had been averaging at about 10% a year.

I have thought on and off about buying an apartment in Medellin since I visit so often. Any rental income would be gravy. I just need to really sit down and compare what I'm paying for all of my trips (rentals) vs. What I would pay to buy and pay taxes, services, and HOA (and have the hassle of dealing with these folks).

Two things I've observed:

1) Prices mean nothing. I have real concerns about being ripped off, given the lack of information available on comps.

2) Need to pay cash, which ties up your money into something that may or may not provide a return.

3) Your investment is extremely illiquid. I have seen some apartments that have been listed for a year or more without a buyer. So if you want or need to get out, it will take time.

Unless I decide to live there for 1/2 of the year, I'll probably just continue to rent for now.

Spirit's website now shows that there is no flight on that date. In addition, you cannot book that same flight to Cartagena on Sept 23 (suggesting either full or cancelled). First date you can book now is Sept 25.

Still, that is a lot, I bought one girls kid some 90 mil COP worth of school supplies and that made me fell like a schlep. LOL maybe I am a true cheepie charlie!Nah, we have different goals. My dream is to bring two of the best women back to the USA. A lawyer friend suggested a way to do it that may work out. Visas have been hard to come by. I was going to use a fiance visa on a super hot Vennie and it fell through thank God. I can probably make it to Colombia once every month or two, but I can make it to Mexico once every two weeks. Meeting the women in Mexico is my next goal, and it is really important that the women trust me and I make it worth their while.

You would think traveling to Cancun or Cabo is something Colombian women would jump at, and they are very interested but about half the time I have scheduled trips with all women, they either bail at the last minute or have other issues. I have tried 3 X to get Colombian women to Mexico and only succeeded once. I have learned the hard way what to do then. I asked a lot of Mexicans for help on the issue. I was told Do not fly them into Mexico City, have an event that they are going to in Mexico, have a friend or at least a friend they can name in the city that they are flying into, make sure they have at least $500 on them, and I was told going through Panama versus coming in directly from Colombia works out better.

Of the two who did not make it, one could not get by Colombian customs and the other was terrorized in a kind of jail in the Mexico City airport. She had her shoes stolen, luggage broken ETC. It was the worst experience of her life.

Maybe my plans fail, and I have to just suck it up and commute to Colombia, but I have pretty much run out of things to do in Bogota so really the only thing for me to do there is to fuck, work out when the gyms open, and eat. Maybe there is more to do in Cartagena and Medellin, but in comparison, I have been to Cancun like 7 or 8 X and there is still a month's worth of stuff that I want to see and do, and I have not been to Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, or Cabo yet.

I was talking with a Brazilian about going to Mexico, and she was excited, but the flight got cancelled. I finally realized the best way to see her was for me to travel to Brazil, and she said "But everything sucks in Brazil. " And I have to admit that once I took the women out of the picture, I really had no desire to return to Brazil.

I am not sure if the same is going to be true of Colombia yet, but I have a feeling it will be. Take out the women and how badly would you want to go to Colombia?

Unless I decide to live there for 1/2 of the year, I'll probably just continue to rent for now.A couple of things for you and others to consider who are contemplating purchasing an apartment. Observation number 1, If you can find the property on your own versus somebody looking for you and have a good attorney getting ripped off should not be a concern. There is a wealth of comp information available on the real estate websites, but just knowing square meter prices etc is not as important as to the location and amenities of the property and the intended end use. Observation number 2, yes you pay in cash and this gives you an edge as a foreign buyer as Colombians struggle with this so you can be in a position to pay very rapidly which is huge in negotiating a purchase. Also, for those looking to retire or become an investor, an approximate $ 150,000 USD purchase will get you a residency visa, basically the equivalent of a green card in the USA. Observation number 3, yes properties will languish on the market for long periods of time, but that is solely a function of the price and if the apartment is undesirable. So what's the takeaway from this, if your going to buy something, find something unique with rental potential, however this can be very challenging and take a while.

Still, that is a lot, I bought one girls kid some 90 mil COP worth of school supplies and that made me fell like a schlep. LOL maybe I am a true cheepie charlie!Listen, I never criticize anyone on how much money they give a girl. Everything is relative, one mans floor is anothers ceiling. However I guess if push came to shove I'd prefer monger who is more conservative with how much money they give a girl. One story comes to mind when I met a UTR chick in Bogota who wanted $400 for a few hours. Said she was with an American last week who gave her $400 so now that's is what she wants from all gringos. So paying stupid money just creates problems for all of us down the road. Unless she is your compańera constante, After her mom lost her job I started to pay my girls facturas in the house and buy the food. $200 a month the water the gas the administration fee for the vigilance, and electric is another all totaled 300,000 cop max, so for less than $300 a month I'm supporting her, her mom why younger brother. $1500 a month I could probably support the whole damn building jajaj Elvis, just keep in mind 60% of all Colombians make minimum wage, and that was just raised to about 730,000 a month, slight more than $200 a month to work 5 and a half days a week for 30 days so now you get a perspective to how much your giving these girls. I'm sure they are going to be fighting over you when you get there. Jajaj But remember there is a difference between helping these girls in a very desperate time and being a Pendejo.

Did Spirit cancel your flight (#859) on Sept 21 from FLL to Cartagena? Spirit's website now shows that there is no flight on that date. In addition, you cannot book that same flight to Cartagena on Sept 23 (suggesting either full or cancelled). First date you can book now is Sept 25.

Those of us dying to get Colombia are highly interested in monitoring when exactly you get there and how difficult the journey was.I booked my flights earlier in the month, after they canceled my 9/1, 9/7, 9/10, and 9/17 flight. I just checked spirit website, there are still tickets on 9/21 #859. The flights on the 23rd is sold out, but I do have a ticket. If I make it over on Saturday, I will return both tickets, they might resell it. Stay tuned.

You really can't compare appreciation of properties in California to Medellin. Most properties in Colombia are purchased on a cash basis with very few loans being taken out, and if so for a very minor amount. In the USA the appreciation has been high as a result of the very low mortgage rates, whereas in Colombia this is not a factor. Appreciation of properties in certain areas of Poblado up until the Pandemic had been averaging at about 10% a year.Yes, that is why buying a rental property in US and use the rental income to rent apartment in Medellin is better than buying property in Medellin for part time living and renting.

There is an expression that many must hear and learn, you may shrug this off but just allow it to marinate for a while as you come to understand how true and encompassing it is:

"The only honest woman is a prostitute".

The Tall Man.If you are going to retreat to that one, "all women are prostitutes," then the same principle applies to you. What will you do for $? Use your imagination. But yea there are plenty of homes where the man and woman are both bread earners. And there are a lot of women that support their bum boyfriends. There are women who do guys they are heavily attracted to simply because they are horny. It might make you feel better about your practice of buying it to assume that all or 80% of the women in a certain country are selling it, but there's no evidence to support that. File it under "monger myths."

It is around $200 per month per woman, which is about what you are giving that one chica. As you said, that is just to get by. When I have a woman who has her father who has lost her job say, "I do not what we are going to do for groceries. " I send her $70, and she shows me a cart full of groceries, what I am supposed to think, that she is bullshitting me? She could be, but I do not think so. Most of the time generosity does not get you shit. The women think they are great hustlers and can just go onto another guy, but these are not normal times.

Thing is I was seeing hot women on seeking.com and could not get them to pay attention to me. So to separate myself from the pack, I said, "Hey, I know times are tough. Do you need a little to get by? And I would send them $30 or $40" I knew that 95% of the responses on seeking.com that women get are guys trying to fuck them and pay nothing, so this separated me from the others, and the hottest women stunningly all responded to me.

The funny thing is one, who may have been the hottest one, was in Medellin. I gave her $40 twice, told about a trip to Mexico, and she bitched that I was bragging about this trip while she was miserable and stuck in her house. We actually had decent chemistry before that. Anyway, I told her that given that she was going to be miserable no matter what I gave her, I told her that I would give her nothing from then on and blew her off. I had similar come to Jesus moments with the two women I see in Mexico. The best looking women rarely have men discipline them and when they do, the men usually are not fair about it. So we are done right? Nope, she has been frequently checking out my profile on seeking. I suspect when I get to Medellin I will see her and I will have no problem telling her that I expect her to act like and perform like a good companion and if she is only interested in complaining, she can sit her ass at home.

And you guys are missing the most important part. You have the best sex with women when it is not just about the money. All of these women have said "Te amo" or "Te quiero" to me, and sometimes I reciprocate and sometimes I do not if I do not feel it is genuine. These hot women get hundreds of texts and calls a day right with every kind of offer imaginable. But when I text or call them, they respond and quickly. In fact, they ***** when I do not call or text them enough.

Take out the women and how badly would you want to go to Colombia? The women in Colombia are attractive just like women are attractive anywhere else. When people say it's heaven in Colombia sounds like an exaggeration. The downside is there is no variety like you'll never find a hot Asian girl in CL. The pricing is favorable, but only for those who come from the outside.

One story comes to mind when I met a UTR chick in Bogota who wanted $400 for a few hours. Said she was with an American last week who gave her $400 so now that's is what she wants from all gringos.

This girl seems very rude. Up charging someone just because of their place of residence or their appearance. Not the kind of woman that men would like to date. Plus a North American has $400 to spare probably because he has to pay $2500 rent. For example did you see in YouTube girl from medellin that moved to Toronto she says in Colombia she had a car and she bought apartmentWhen she moved to Toronto she lives in a one room basement with her husband and her 2 dogs. Basements don't even have proper Windows. So, 400 Whatever. Was she in some way a better deal than the Standard woman that can be found in bogota?

As much as I hate to say it, as it is hypocritical, but if I had an Airbnb in Colombia I would also have rules about visitors. It is not hypocritical. One is your hobby the other is business. No one would expect anyone to ruin their business to stay true to the people that share their hobby.

Thanks, CL, it is a lot for Colombia, and thank God Mexico has been open to me. I tried seeking.com here in the sex prison. One woman wanted $1000 just for a day. I told a male friend about that and he laughed and said, "For that much money, I will let you fuck me."This literally made me laugh aloud.

It has been reported that 80% of every woman in Colombia has accepted money / gifts for sex (prostitution) at some point in their life. This spring, I met and chatted with a very nice young lady after a class at UBP. Later in the day, I met her again at Ashia, unfortunately a victim of the virus. Had a great session, and she has been one of my regulars during the lockdown. Great lady! She is working her way through college.

I really hope my flight next Wednesday actually happens. We will see.

At any rate, I've been impressed with the quality of chicas on Tinder these days.

And today I started talking to a chica who has 19 years, but who is in 11th grade. Something sexy about banging a HS girl (as long as she's legal). This would be my third. I still see another girl who is 18 and is finishing high school this fall. SJOBS would be pleased. But I'm a little different in that I also enjoy a girl in her later 20's. I find those girls are more experienced at sex and enjoy it more. Which is a turn-one.

I have another girl who is 22. She's a gym rat. Geez, I like her. She wanted to video chat tonight. Not sure of her angle (has not asked for money, does not seem to be a prepago), but I hope to see her and find out.

That's a good sign that the nightlife in Parque Llares could be back eventually. I reached out to a few of my bar girls at Chic Boom and Parque Llares and haven't heard back yet. Staying optimistic but safe to say there is now a pulse. This is too good to be true hahaha and just think I I'm flying to El Paso Tx today because I was going crazy and took drastic measures without my Colombian women hahaha. I wonder if BMs who try and go to Colombia have a plan for if they get the virus while there. What if they have a bad / strong reaction to Covid?

Is there fear of hooking up with chicks who may or may not have the virus? Do you fear making out and eating pussy when the girl can be asymptomatic?

Have many things opened up in Medellin for people to do outside of wherever they are sleeping?

Whats you plan for when they close the. Air space back up within weeks of opening--like almost al nations have had to do since travel creates virus spikes.

I really hope my flight next Wednesday actually happens. We will see.You and others (also SJobs) seem to fully ignore that one thing is having a ticket for flight that is scheduled and takes off on time, another is being allowed to board and enter a country. Did you get such permission?

I am happy to hear that on Sep 21 some international flights to Colombia will resume, from LA and even from USA, but where is it written that foreign citizens will be allowed to enter Colombia? And to what purpose?

There is a number of people who really need such flights, beginning with Colombia citizens stuck abroad or foreign citizens stuck in Colombia who desperately want to go back home, but regular travellers for tourism are not allowed.

The last official announcement from the Ministerio was made at the end of August (Decreto 1168 del 25 de agosto de 2020) and stated that borders will be kept closed at least until 1st October.

FYI, some flights between Bogota / Cartagena and Europe (Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, London) have been scheduled already from 15 to 30 September, to serve those in need of "essential travel". This does not mean that I can board and go to Colombia.

Certainly, I wish you will succeed, but I am really curious to know how do you plan to ask the authorization to travel, what kind of "essential travel" could be mentioned to Embassy.

There is a number of people who really need such flights, beginning with Colombia citizens stuck abroad or foreign citizens stuck in Colombia who desperately want to go back home, but regular travellers for tourism are not allowed.Maybe there are stranded Colombians, but I listed I was an American and was sold a ticket. I have not seen ANY information where tourists are not allowed. Again, show me the links to back up what you are saying. The articles I have read says the government is opening up beaches for tourism and discouraging vendors from bugging beach patrons. That is a move that seems squarely aimed at pleasing tourists.

Please post links that says that travel to Colombia has to be essential after September 21.

This was the lead story on Zero hedge today: https://www.zerohedge.com/medical/nashville-authorities-concealed-evidence-hardly-any-covid-19-cases-contracted-bars-and.

It is not that Corona is a hoax. Corona being spread is a huge issue at construction sites, meat packing plants, prisons, and among families. The hoax is where it is not spreading and commonly thought to be: restaurants, bars, airplanes, hair salons.

Someone posted restricting movement was the key to stopping Corona. If that is the case, then why is corona such a huge issue in nursing homes and prisons?

I am not here to debate Corona. I was just wishing that Colombian health authorities saw through the BS, and they have. Banning international travel did nothing for Colombia except hurt its economy. They are doing the CYA political thing with their mask policy and requiring a negative Covid test. Someone posted in the Bogota forum that businesses were screaming at the Bogota mayor to open up the airport for travel, and she has backed way, way down.

I am just describing why it is confusing.I appreciate that, Nounce. I am booked for the 23rd on Spirit to Bogota from FLL and later on Viva to Medellin from Miami that same day. They were both around $150 and I booked the Spirit ticket just two days ago, and it let me book it from FLL but not other cities. The CTG flights were in the $400+ range, so I passed on them even though it seems CTG seems the most receptive to international flights right now.

One of my chicas wanted to go from Barranquilla to Medellin. She was scared of my booking her on Viva air due to frequent cancellations but it was the cheapest and only direct flight to MDE (there was one to EOH? In Medellin), and she got on the plane and to MDE no problem. That tells me the airports are functional now.

This form needs to be filled out prior to going: https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf.

I tried to fill out but I could not as of yet. Maybe I can tomorrow and say I am on the Spirit flight to CTG that is leaving on the 19th and see if there really is a move to block those of us not engaging in "essential travel". I have not seen that anywhere though, and I seriously doubt that such an order is in effect.

On the Medellin guru site post here,https://medellinguru.com/international-flights/ this is what I read, Colombia plans to resume international flights to Colombia starting in September with flights planed to resume over a period of three months starting with a pilot in September and a return to "normalization" with tourists in November.

I take that to mean Colombian officials do not expect a lot of tourists given how few flights there are not that tourists are banned from going. We shall see.

I know the airline doesn't represent the official authority, but it is looking good. This official government source clearly stated the two flights on the 19th are the first two inauguration international in and out of Colombia, https://mintransporte.gov.co/publicaciones/8965/gobierno-nacional-reactiva-de-manera-gradual-la-operacion-de-vuelos-internacionales-a-partir-del-proximo-21-de-septiembre/. The proper term for permission to enter a country is called a visa, with a US passport, you don't need a visa to enter Colombia. As far as I know, they have not changed this.

Man, what would it take to convince people that I placed the right bet? In the scientific world we have a say, when you first propose an idea, people will immediately say you are wrong, then after some facts indicating you are likely to be correct, people will say its trivial, finally, when all the facts confirmed you are completely correct, people will say you are not the first one who come up with the idea.

Worrying about getting Covid while mongering is like a solider worrying about getting hit by lightning while dodging bullets on the battlefield.

Disclaimer, I'm in my 30's and very healthy; I run marathons and I get the flu once every five years (I never take the flu shot), so the chance of me having a serious reaction from covid is very low, it's a waste of time to worry about it. I will do my best to respect the safety protocols laid out by the officials, I will not actively trying to spread Covid by hosting or participating in large gatherings. But I will continue mongering, people who worry about to getting infected from mongering should stop monger.

I also decided to see what Avianca had available, and no flights from the USA to Colombia as of yet.

So this is all peculiar in that only Spirit is the way into the Country for the time being? And Spirit of course does fly into Medellin. Almost sounds political somehow with CTG being the first gateway City into the Country. Or perhaps it's because of the higher tourism there.

As far as tourists versus foreigners being allowed into the Country, I highly doubt migracion is going to barring anyone with the PCR test and requisite paperwork on the first "commercial flight" back into the Country. And the airlines will not be allowing any one to board unless all the required paperwork is in order.

So we will all just have to wait until the 21st for the BM's booked on this flight to report back. I suspect we may all be making a mountain out of a mole hill on all this as it's just more paperwork, etc. To travel besides all the security stuff.

I really don't care, as long as she knows how to fuck. Quality solely relates to looks as I'm describing it. I also hope for quality skills.

But Mr. E, seriously, you have been around long enough to know that there are reasons why some of these girls do not graduate on time. Maybe they started late. Maybe they missed a year of school because of their home situation. Maybe the girl was sick at one point. I did not ask her. But I'm not ready to judge her intelligence only by the fact she's finishing HS this fall. Think of how many chicas in CO never finish school or end up going back to school at 22,23, or later to finish.

So you really have a thing for chicks that get held back 3 times? In my day they used to call that retarded. I guess by quality you do not mean intelligence. LOL.

Amazingly irresponsible and dangerous to whom?

As for me, I could get COVID here or there. I try to be careful, but there is no guarantee. But while I am cautious, I am not going to be like some who are paralyzed with fear (e. G. , Howard Stearn). I do not want to live life this way. I stand as much chance of getting COVID from one of my students at the university as with a Colombiana I know well. At least in my opinion.

It is amazingly irresponsible and dangerous. We shall see.

The proper term for permission to enter a country is called a visa, with a US passport, you don't need a visa to enter Colombia. As far as I know, they have not changedYou still miss what I say. So I give you examples. Regular immigration rules have not been valid in the last 6 months.

US citizens do not need a visa to enter Europe, but still they cannot enter Europe without 14 days quarantine.

European citizens do not need a visa to enter Indonesia or Singapore, but still they CANNOT enter there without a special authorisation (permission) granted upon providing sound explanation of the reason of the essential travel. In Singapore, in case permission is granted, 14 days quarantine at traveller expense is enforced. I may enumerate many such examples in the world.

You might take advantage of the lack of coordination in Colombia, and I wish you good luck, but I still did not see an official statement about the rules to grant permission to enter Colombia. I suggest to check with the Colombia Embassy in USA. Also, I understand that being allowed to return to USA easily or not for you is not an issue.

Good luck is what I can tell you! (but be careful).

I called Viva airline, they assured me the 19th flight from Miami to Medellin is definitely on, and with a US passport I can get on it. I'm on the inauguration flight to Medellin! The two "inauguration" flights you speak of as related to the official source are both associated with Cartegena, not Medellin.

"For that day on Saturday, September 19, the first flight of the Spirit company is scheduled to arrive, from Fort Lauderdale, in the United States, which will arrive at the Rafael Núńez airport in the city of Cartagena at 12:37 pm The second flight, operated by the Colombian company Viva Air, it will leave the same terminal bound for Miami at 11:40 am".

That said your Medellin flight might still be good. Good luck.

Shit, it is more like the first penguins to jump into a sea loaded with the most tasty fish in the world. Tall Man and others have been going on about how great it is, and I just cannot get over how many people still fear so easily what the media tells them to. In a few months, everybody is going to be pretending that they said what I said about Covid.

Steve, there are a few other things. With Covid, while I appreciate your sense of adventure, Covid is very real, and while it probably would not kill you, it can hurt you and possibly permanently. Thing about people with Covid is, and I know this may surprise you, but they actually look sick. You have a girl that is coughing, running a fever, bloodshot eyes, then stay away. Somehow this bullshit has been spread that people with Covid may not know they have it and can give it to you. That is just so rare as to almost not be true. You do not have to get into any of the symptoms unless you want to. If the girl does not look sick, then have your fun. Worrying about an asymptomatic woman giving you Covid is like worrying about getting struck by lightning.

Also, if you could, tell me where you are staying and if they have an open gym. I am probably going to be staying at the Marriott and I am going to call them and see if the gym there is open. I do not think the free standing gyms in Colombia are open (someone correct me if I am wrong), but I know the gym at the Marriott in Santa Marta is open, and I think the one in Medellin has an open gym as well. That is important to me, and the chicas I know are dying to get a chance to work out.

Like many BM have said multiple times, there are a ton of much more dangerous things with much higher likelihood of occurrence associated with mongering.

As invincible as you think you are, you are not, and there are other mongers like myself that have concerns about being exposed to COVID, and for me personally being an El Centro street rat I believe my exposure level will be much higher because of the way I roll.

Regardless, and damn the torpedos, I'm thinking of returning next month, albeit I'm going to curtail / change how I roll and just shack up with a few girls versus shooting fish in a barrel every day in El Centro.

Another thing for those who will be returning, it would be good to make sure you have health insurance. Just in case, I'm looking at a travellers policy thru Blue Cross / Blue Shield which is associated with nine Hospitals in Medellin, including Tobon which is the best in town.

Pay close attention when using Tinder. Some of these trans guys look as good or better than the rest of the "real" chicas. And sometimes the type-off is very subtle.

One time I was not paying attention and I swiped right. And at least the guy said "did you read my profile carefully?" I am glad he asked! Yikes!

I think what confuses me about this thread is why would someone coming from a country that only India exceeds for coronavirus infections and deaths is worried about plans for dealing with an infection in Colombia. Public health officials agree that on the whole the probability for getting infected is far higher in the United States than it is in Colombia. Does it really take a pandemic to understand no one should travel. Or stay home. Without health insurance of some kind?

Advice: If you ever see a person and have any questions / doubts, you walk away. You read something that gave you questions / doubts. So walk away.

I noticed a lot of trans people on tinder (because I just auto swipe right on everything) in Colombia.

However, in Brazil tinder, the amount of trans profiles was exponentially higher.

I actually met a 'girl' at the mall here in the USA, who was visiting from Brazil. She was 5'10, skinny, bunda, and fake tits.

I didn't realize till several months later, after talking to her on Instagram and planning a trip to go visit her (she explained she was a post-op tranny. Obviously that ended my vacation plans). All of my friends thought she was a female when they saw her Insta, also.

Out of the last 300 posts I think there are maybe 39 posts that are useful. So 261 useless posts in my estimation. They are unique tits. Big and dark. I like them and she is thin.

It is amazing you so many guys rarely call out all the endless BS told here. But real stuff that can be proven and helpful is what gets called out. If a girl is not your cup of tea then simply shut the hell up because the next one might be your type but you will never know because he will not post any more pictures. He might. I know I won't.

Immigration bulletin: for those planning to enter Colombia.

The Director General of Migration Colombia, Juan Francisco Espinosa Palacios, announced the non-requirement of a PCR COVID-19 test for those travelers who arrive in the country on humanitarian or commercial flights before September 30.

Espinosa Palacios clarified that although the requirement for PCR COVID-19 tests will not be made before September 30, travelers who enter from abroad before that date are obliged to take the test once they are in Colombia and must comply with a mandatory isolation measure for fourteen (14) days, which will be supervised by the health authorities of each municipality.

The head of the Colombian immigration authority recalled the importance of filling out the Check-Mig application by travelers to streamline the immigration control process, as well as the obligation to report health status through the Coronapp application, prior to the trip and during the 14 days after it.

You're a guy that wants to dress like a girl fine. You like ladyboys fine. Have at it. Theres lots of them out there. What irritates the f out of me is having to filter out all the ladyboys on tinder. Completely ruins the whole platform for me. I wish there would be some acknowledgement that a ladyboy is not a lady and should be in its own category. There should be a ladyboy selection on the drop down where you select male or female and you should be able to select what you are looking for male, female, trans, whatever and not be shown others.

I'm sure trans people get a kick out of "fooling" us heterosexual guys into swiping right, but like you said, that's a recipe for disaster in the long run. I've never met a guy or heard of any hetero guy who found out later that his date has a penis and said to himself 'hey that's kinda cool!

Neither does the announcement say the corona app is a requirement. It describes it as recommended to facilitate travel. That app is not new by the way. Daniel Quintero, the mayor of Medellin, has been pushing it hard since April. I guess it's easy for me to say but it is not something I would be willing to use, at least not as intended. Don't know what quarantine you are referring to. Nothing says you have to quarantine on arrival. I guess if you are in contact with someone that has it you would. That could be triggered on the app you need to use.

Those expat groups are full of posts that promote real estate and legal services from Colombian providers. As always, I encourage everyone to consult the official sources to make travel decisions and leave the interpretations and second links via expat groups in the entertainment zone. In this case the second hand report is largely accurate although the use of the coronapp is not explicitly required on the Colombian Immigration website or the Ministry of Transportation web site.We need clarification on the Corona App business as the flyer from migration that Mr. E posted shows registration with the Corona App, IE. It's very simple to put it on a smartphone that you leave powered up in your apartment. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. It's just that I don't see a benefit in giving away personal data when you don't have to.The link that was provided seems clear. The app is required. You download it when you do the pre-flight report, and then you report through it as necessary for 14 days it appears.

You download it when you do the pre-flight report, and then you report through it as necessary for 14 days it appears.Seem clear as mud, I guess nobody seems to really know what will be required and what you will have to do for the 14 days they mention. What happens if somebody doesn't have a smart phone like a child or someone who doesn't have one, are they denied entry.

It's a real an invasion of privacy having them being able to track you, etc. Albeit my smartphone stays locked up in my apartment and I carry a burner phone with me. What I do know is they tried the Corona App at three malls in Medellin earlier this year to enter, and it was abandoned after a while. A boner killer for sure to enter a mall, yet in China you almost don't even get to take a piss without using their APP. I don't like the way things are headed with all of this!

Anyways, we all may be stuck with having to utilize the Corona App to get into the Country, and I guess will find out from SJobs and others as they go thru the process.

I valuated a few alternatives, especially Uganda, but then I decided for Medellin. I bought the tickets. I should fly in October, if they do not cancel the flights. I will stay for a couple of weeks.

- Which are the best places to stay? I mean, which zones of the city I should consider for my accommodation?

- Can I use Uber in Medellin?

- Can I buy a local SIM card?

- Prices on prepagos are the same you get when you go in a brothel or you negotiate with a girl you meet on Tinder?

- Is it possible negotiate the prices I see on prepagos? I want to get the most of what I pay for.

- Do all the girls usually do GFE, FK (deep) and OWO?

- I have seen many prepagos girls do incall, which is the additional cost for outcall? Should I go to their place or should I take them to my place?

- How much is usually Uber for a 20 minutes trip?

- Which are the zones I should completely avoid or I should avoid just during the night?

- Where I can find the most beautiful girls?

- Is it a good practice pass by a girl on a street and speak to her? Which approach should I use in this case? Should I go straight to the point and offer her money?

- Which are the best places for nightlife?

- I have seen the temperature can drop till 17şsee in September. Should I take some jeans with me, or can I stay in Bermuda all the time? Would I need a jumper? I want to travel light.

I am learning via this thread that I have led a much more sheltered life than I realized.

Yes, be on the look out for broad shoulders, masculine facial features, etc. Plus a lot of the trans people already have had their junk chopped off.

It's not like that. When the shopping malls first opened you had to use an app as a condition of entry. That has since gone away. Step 3 is described in the announcement as "important" and "a way for authorities to make decisions and track health". I did not understand that it is mandatory but I will re-read the announcement. Conspicuous in its absence for me is information about what will the procedures and rules be for people who arrive after September 30.

I believe part of the process requires you, step # 3 on what Mr. E posted that you download the Corona App onto your smartphone besides the PCR test beforehand, and then report the status of your health or something like that. We need more details on this part, maybe the App sends you notifications or something you need to respond to.

"Big Brother" will be with you, and you will be tracked and they will know your whereabouts. It will almost be like being in China, before you know it, anywhere you want to go you will have to have your phone with you to get in and out of places!

I can help clarify the announcement. The announcement uses this language (translated): Are you thinking of traveling to Colombia? Keep the following recommendations in mind. Note the use of the word "recommendations" instead of "requirements" or other language. The announcement states a single (e. G. Only one) requirement. It states it will be demanded by both the airline and by Colombian immigration. That requirement is the PCR test result that is no more than 96 hours old. It is listed as #1. Those who are planning to take flights should probably confirm whether the airlines will in fact require the test result as a condition of boarding.

#2 - Fill out a landing card on the Colombia immigration web site up to 24 hours before your flight and at least 1 hour before your flight. The announcement goes on to say it will make your immigration control process "much faster and safer". My interpretation of this is the online landing card is not a requirement but it will shorten your time in the immigration area which also makes it a safer process because it reduces the time the area will be crowded with passengers. That form has been on the immigration web site since mid March by the way.

#3 - The announcement recommends (as distinct from requires as a condition of entry or a condition of remaining in Colombia) you download the Coronapp and use it to report your health status before your flight and for 14 days after your flight. It goes on to say "In Colombia we worry about your health". There is no mention of the Orwellian surveillance, deportation and entry ban threats, and other nightmare scenarios.

#4 - Wear a mask and wash your hands is the final recommendation.

The link that was provided seems clear. The app is required. You download it when you do the pre-flight report, and then you report through it as necessary for 14 days it appears.

Neither the link nor the screenshot of it that you attached make any mention of a 14 day quarantine. It does mention that is recommended that passengers download the Coronapp and use it to report their health status "before" (it does not specify for what period before) their flight and for 14 days after their flight. It is very misleading to suggest the government has announced visitors will be subject to a quarantine. That may yet happen but it has not happened so far.

Well that is exactly what the link he posted says. If you arrive on a humanitarian flight or your trip is before Sep 30 then you must arrive with the negative test or do a 14 day quarantine that is supervised by the health authorities.

The app has your incoming flight recorded. If anyone gets the virus that was on board with you they know you were on the same flight and subsequently have you go on quarantine. Has far as people complaining about having to go on the app then just don't go to Colombia.

I am here living on and off for many years, always using two ATM cards from the same US bank in order to get cash. Usually hitting Davivienda and Bancolombia. Every month I take out about USD $500-$700. Every year during Sep-Oct I take out an additional $500 every other week since I am paying my rent for the year all in one shot.

Starting this past June my two ATM cards (same bank) no longer work. I get Error Formato Red or transaccion anulado. My bank tells me there is no attempt on their side for an ATM withdrawal.

So I opened a new account with Cap1 360 and received a new ATM card (a different bank), letting them know that I travel all the time and will be using the ATM here in Colombia starting last week.

Same error.

Thanks for any info provided! My research turned up a very helpful website: www.rapidtesttravel.com. After you type in your US state and select PCR as the test, crowd-sourced data from travelers then gives you a list of places that can give you a test result in 48 or 24 hours.

As for Florida in the Ft Lauderdale. Miami area, the consensus from another travel forum where they are discussing this PCR test issue at length is to get your test at the Lab Doctor, which is very close to the Ft Lauderdale airport. The clinic give you a result within 24 hours at a cost of $179. Here are their contact details:

Thanks, SJobs, and hey when you fill out that form here that is required to be filled out before you go, https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf, can you let us all know if there are any surprises? I doubt there is, but I would just like to know..Just filled out the form, it automatically detected my flight, I guess that's a good sign about my Medellin flight. You will have a chance to upload your Covid test result. A bunch of standard questions about whether you are feeling sick or have been quarantined before. If you don't mind me asking, how much is the traveler's policy? What you described sounds better than the EPS inclusions.I had a GeoBlue Trekker policy which was good for stays of up to 60 days in any Country but not an expat policy which expired in April and cost under $ 300 a year. With the Pandemic, I don't know what the current policy fees are / or the new limitations.

I don't know what the EPS (Colombian) insurance covers, but this plan had like $ 500,000 medical evacuation and basically like a $ 50 deductible if you go to one of their associated Hospitals such as Pablo Tobon Uribe, Clinica Las Vegas, etc. And the best part is you don't pay out of pocket and the coverages are not going to be an issue as they were quite high.

For those looking for insurance in the USA that includes overseas coverage, Blue Cross Blue Shield has policy's that will cover you in Colombia and most other parts of the world. They have a network of Hospitals in Medellin that include nine Hospitals which have direct billing arrangements just as though you were in the USA including the ones I mentioned.

Starting in January I will be obtaining this coverage and will no longer have the Trekker policy as basically it offers the same, and COVID is covered.

I think anyone travelling these days out of Country should have insurance, imagine getting in an accident, or whatever, and showing up at a Hospital. It could be a mess, at least with the coverage I'm looking at it should be easier, and hopefully I will never have to use it.

Is anyone having issues with their US based ATM cards in Colombia? This is really odd what you are reporting. I would suggest the following based on my personal experience withdrawing monies from ATM's over the past four years in Colombia up until March of this year.

1. I don't know which banks ATM cards you were having problems with, but I have two ATM cards from different banks, those being Bank of America and Wells Fargo. I had problems from time to time with the be of A card, but it was typically resolved via text message and related to security and had very few problems with the WF card. The takeway here is it's best to have two different banks cards in case there's a problem with one of the cards.

2. As far as which banks to withdraw from, the best versus the ones your using are Scotiabank.

Hopefully you will get your issues resolved.

Maybe to be taken with a pinch of salt but my driver today was telling me that starting this weekend bars and restaurants are able to serve alcohol up until midnight. Here are the boots on the ground stats:

Spent 7 hours in and around centro yesterday, Friday Sept 18th and the selection of chicas was as good as before the China virus. I had one great session and my buddy had 2 great sessions with new cute slender and great attitude chicas. The average we paid combined was about 50 mil.

As it approached 8 PM we headed over to the bars around raudal and de grief area, probably 35% are opened but very discreetly with hidden doors to enter, kid you not this is like what prohibition must have been like back in the US in the 1930's.

At about 9 PM we headed over to Maracaibo in centro, yes another hidden wall with secret door to crawl through to get into the make shift club. About 16 to 20 chicas but none to special but so damn glad to see things getting opened. Yes they are serving alcohol. Had a beer and watched a few strip dances then left.

NOW while in bar Maracaibo they inform us that this next Wednesday Barra Executivo next door will have a grand opening. We will check it out!

Lots of life, lots of pussy, lots of activity in the bars behind the Vera.

Now to end the night I drove over to San Diego, the calf area street walkers, wow, even despite the light rain easily spotted a half dozen very cute slender cuties that The Tall Man would love to poke.

The best thing about living in Medellin is that night or day you can find everything you need and at reasonable cost.

Now I just spoke to my wing man and we are headed back to the pussy ground central so were doing this all over again today. Remember ground hog day, the movie, this is what it is like living here.

Much love and respect to all!

Fine.

BLAKMAN WAS WRONG!

Humanitarian flights (US) were scheduled through Sep 23, at least. Now, the first commercial flight will be Sep 19.

Today is a good day. Suck it, Blakman! .

La 70 has been buzzing, the last couple days. I went out for some drinks, and there is a good energy. It's going to be one hell of a trip for those of you arriving soon!

Just filled out the form, it automatically detected my flight, I guess that's a good sign about my Medellin flight. You will have a chance to upload your Covid test result. A bunch of standard questions about whether you are feeling sick or have been quarantined before. I got my negative Covid PCR test result, downloaded the corona app, getting ready to board my flight in the afternoon. Tussi ordered and 18-year-olds lined up. Will report back after I land.Looking forward to the epic report matching slapshot. Good luck man and have fun for the rest of us till we get there one by one.

I have been reading this board over the past couple of months since it's been pretty much been centered around your relentless pursuit to get back into MDE. Can yo do us, and yourself a favor, and stop promoting drug use on this board. Do you understand how easily it would be for authorities to figure out who you are as a result of the limited number of flights into MDE? The whole premise of what we do is to NOT draw attention to ourselves.

Some things are best left unsaid.

Good luck,

Judd.

Can you tell us a little bit more about your Covid test results?

What kind of Covid test was it?

Where did you get the test?

What was the turn around time?

What was the time printed on the covid test?

Does 96 hours just mean 4 days? Do they check the exact minute of the test against the time of the flight?

Did you have a connecting flight? If so, did they ask for your test on the initial domestic leg?

A picture of the test results would be great, with personal information blurred out would be great. I've never seen one.

Sorry for all the questions.

I think you want the type of test that takes sample from your nose or throat. It should contain word PCR on the report. The other words like "nucleic acid" should also help.

Does anyone know which tests are acceptable? PCR, RT-PCR, RAPID PCR?I saw a RT-PCR report. It does not have the word PCR on the report and only has emergency authorization in US. I think it should be avoided. RT stands for real time. I will avoid RAPID as well unless you are sure it has the word PCR on the report.

From the RCN web site:

In an interview with RCN News, the Vice Minister of Transportation, Olga Ramírez, spoke about the reactivation of international flights in Colombia and that they would take place, initially, in Cartagena.

When will the final protocol be approved and what does it contain?

We are waiting for health to issue the resolution, but basically they are measures like the ones we already knew, but adding new components such as the test that we have already said will be requested, which is the PCR, with about 48 hours in advance.

There are many passengers being turned away at the airport daily because of the reports are not accepted.

The point is do you think the airline will let you board the plane if the word "PCR" is not on the report? That is the reason I caution again that test brand name.

I only saw one report so I am not saying all RT-PCR tests produce the same report

It's not a question of whether to get a bud light or a coors. It's simply get a beer and you'll be okay. You're confusing the different types of tests, antigen, antibody and PCR. PCR is beer, antigen is vodka and antibody is whiskey. Don't get vodka or whiskey.

Please don't hit on random girls walking down the street assuming they're prostitutes. This reflects badly on gringos that do that. That is unless you are in a zone known for this such as el Centro.

First of all, thank you everyone took his time to answer my questions before. I appreciate it.

- I have seen the temperature can drop till 17see in September. Should I take some jeans with me, or can I stay in Bermuda all the time? Would I need a jumper? I want to travel light.

To share with others besides all the cream pies you deposited in your 18 year olds and all the Tussi that went up your nose during the first 24 hours, what exactly was the Corona App requirement for entry if any. The questions are as follows:

1. Did you need to be registered meaning having the App on your smartphone as a requirement for entry?

2. And if so, are there any reporting requirements such as checking in or receiving messages from them, etc. As to your status.

3. Do you know if your under a tracking requirement somehow?

And again congratulations, I'm waiting on your first reported four some, and will probably be down next month to rape and pillage in El Centro.

Your successful arrival is good news for all and the next or second wave in Colombia won't be COVID, but mongers stampeding from all corners of the world to get in while most of the rest of the World is shutdown. I dispelled that myth about 5 years ago. I went around Medellin taking pictures of locals with shorts, sneakers, and ballcaps on and posted them here. There is a way to wear shorts, sneakers and ballcaps and another way. If I am a gringo, wearing in that way I stand up as a tourist, regardless there are Colombians who can wear same items.

Personally, I suggest to dress as the average most common person in the street, which is not with shorts and flip-flops, and to aim at being as much as possible invisible. Based on all your posts, I know you never tried to blend in and be invisible, but what worked for you it may not necessarily work for anyone. I did a lot of things in Medellin which I would not recommend to the average BM here, and yes I enjoyed all of them.

Anyone with recent boots on ground know if ayenda botero aka hotel btero has not shutdown? It's the hotel behind nutibarra across from yakusas, recently whatsappd the # that sent me reservation nfo last time & service person replied noting Ayenda is no longer carrying hotel btero in their Ayenda ownership, so concerned the very reliable great ground0 hotel changed ownership or closed, I see booking dot com & other sites show data not known unlike last March, would be bummed finding it closed if arriving next few months so to prepare, info appreciated. Are most of the centro decent hotels closed besides the short time motels?

Planning trip for reopening, not sure if October being wettest month in Medellin means if street action will be getting rained out, I went my 1st time this March 12-19 before the 23rd when lockdown began, trip posted here July where I reported 32 chicas /7 d, also have been researching GDL mx, looks very promising with the strip clubs open, esteticas (casas), sw and on fire escort scene, not that higher than mde peso wise & chica quality seems high considered best in mx, learned quite bit but it has made me not consider Tijuana anymore, it's either Medellin or GDL from RTFF, even considering both before year ends.

Shout out to Tallman & the on ground reports, anyone with info on what to expect October weather, rain & knows if hotels are sparse right now, much appreciated, looking fwd to provide future reports like my last 2 , mde and Tijuana. -dcg69.

Believing white sneakers make you a target is ridiculous. This one of the most idiotic statements I have ever heard. Only Trump has you beat. I see if you said do not wear expensive items then your dick ass would make sense LOL. Shorts are worn in the gyms, tennis courts, parks, riding bicycles. Places of fitness. So you could be coming from any of these events. Colombia is a very health conscious country. Theres many mongering spots other than sleezy botero, where people are as equal in status. United states fashion is one of the most mimicked in foreign countries since cable and social media. So colombians, especially young Colombians wear very similar attire, accessories. Again better you say do not wear flashy, expensive, or appearingly expensive items. But shorts, flip flops, white sneakers, target. How they say it on espn. Cmon!

Easily identifiable to pan-handlers, pick-pockets, sharks, unsolicited "touts" and "guides" , locals who dislike foreigners.. etc. It screams "I'm here on vacation or a pension with money to burn" "I'm clueless about what's gong on around me'" "I have no support network". "I probably can't go to the police for much because I don't speak the language and they don't give shit about foreigners' problems anyway. "

Colombians can wear what ever they want, they are Colombians, they don't have to make an effort to 'fit-in'.. they're already in.

Peace. There's a substantial amount of misinformation in forums such as this. Thanks for correcting it.
