But more seriously one difference I've noticed lately is the influx of black American guys, maybe former DR guys, now coming to Medellin and speak zero Spanish. They are usually a group of several guys together. I believe they frequent New Life days and Gustos nights. So maybe those venues are having a "windfall". I haven't been to either place in a couple years. But I hear the guys talking about where they are going.I've noticed exactly what you have and have seen black American guys cruising around El Centro and on the Metro. Like I have posted, Colombia is wide open, albeit the DR is open, if this is where these guys are used to going, but much stricter curfews. And for the the guys used to the DR with little to no Spanish speaking skills, well they are going to have a touch time plying the streets.

It's not rocket science Lol.

TaxmetroInteresting, but all of the cab drivers pronounce it with a see in it, as TaxCimetro.

Based on the chicas in the youtubes I've seen I'd say it's Slapshot 3 and beer 0. Good job keeping a level head SS. The day you do it I predict you will be sorry LOLSo much for egging him on. He's seen some pretty one's he would do there, and he does pretty girls, but he just hasn't sealed the deal yet, and he eventually will, and I'm hopeful he has a good experience. Sounds like El Centro won't work for you which is usually the case if your basing your assessment of the Chicas on youtube videos.

The videos will give you an overview, but your not going to see much close up and personal as most videos are being taken secretly and your not going to get much close up footage.

No. I wouldn't recommend a Tinder type app, or to spend much time with the ladies trying to set something up.

I agree with Mojo Bandit, Tinder is about the worst source for girls in Medellin. It's also the source used by a few different nefarious groups to set up and rob gringos over the past few years.

Unless you're just silly with money and need some excuse to throw it away, spending time talking with the ladies, trying to set something up, unless it's within 36 hours, preferably within 6 hours, is a waste of time. Most of them will agree to almost anything, if they know it's not for the same day. The story is almost certain to change when you're ready to finalize the deal.

Speaking of stories, you'll probably hear a few of those while trying to set things up. It goes something like this:

Hello baby, how are you? Are you in Medellin? No? I'm okay but I'm sad.

When you ask why she's sad (or bored, or what she's sick of) you'll get a brief story about how she needs money and could you send her some. You might think it's only $20 or $30 and it's building goodwill and you'll be getting free sex with her when you arrive. However, the first $20 is followed by another and another and the free sex isn't likely to happen when you arrive..A lot of truth in this and other sentiments about Tinder in Medellin.

Just my experience with it.

During quarantine last April 2020 I received a promo offer from Tinder for a 6 month Gold subscription for $30 USD, then it automatically renewed for another 6 months for $30 but this ends mid next month.

Out of boredom during the 7 month quarantine I was playing with it but did not need it as I had 2 19 yo's Vennies I took in during the quarantine for 7 months, so had young fresh sweet pussy available anytime or day I wanted.

So in the past 11 months I would receive between 5 to 30 "likes" a day, I would look at the pics and connect with a few and dump the photo-shopped and barrio chics and right now I have 445 connections and out of these 445 I will communicate with about 300 but over the past 11 months.

I still have an on going discussion with about 10 of these but out of the whole bunch I have YET to meet even one in person! Why? Just too much of a hassle as I already have a great stable of fine young fresh pussy that is reliable, good attitudes and reasonable at about 80 to 130 mil for a few hours so Tinder is a crap shoot and just to play with.

Most of the girls on Tinder will ask for 300 mil and up and I have even gotten requests for 400 to 600 mil for A fricken hour! What a joke.

I have come across some barrio rats girls who I use to bang in those dive bars in centro for 30 mil a few years ago but now they show good photos on Tinder (along with FB) and I read where you guys are thrilled at their service and pricing of 150 to 200 mil for her and I was pounding her out 4 years ago when she was fresh and sweet hehehehehe.

Same with FaceBook.

Never forget that "She is not your girl rather she is only your turn".

Much love and respect to all!

In the FB and SA arena which I frequent I agree there is no "windfall" for the chicas with Colombia becoming the Thailand of the Americas. I think there's still not that many guys coming down with Covid tests required both directions. Or maybe these chicas keep messaging me because I'm such a nice guy and easy money LOL.

But more seriously one difference I've noticed lately is the influx of black American guys, maybe former DR guys, now coming to Medellin and speak zero Spanish. I haven't been to either place in a couple years. But I hear the guys talking about where they are going.I too have seen many more black mongers all around the city, in centro and the strip clubs and even the exito where I do my grocery shopping, all an uptick in the past 2 weeks.

Could be that they are the DR guys looking for their next spot to camp out at.

Much respect to the black mongers from the DR as they welcomed me into their groups when I went solo to the DR about 5 years back so I return the welcome to them.

I gave him the name and Whatsapp number of a Centro girl who is very similar in face and body as the one he showed a picture of. I speak zero Spanish but have so much fun with this girl. She understands dry humor and "reading between the lines". Always smiling and fun to give crap to because she gives it right back. She is not always at Centro. Maybe 2-3 days a week. Told him he is stupid not to at least do a 5-10 minute meet and greet. 5 days later he has not contacted her. He is stupid. He has no hunting skills what-so-ever. Sad really.Everybody rolls different, and for some, trolling and hunting for Chica's in the streets is not in their DNA. Some guys do very well in like a Gusto's, they dress, play the part, buy drinks, etc. And that's in their wheelhouse. I would be like a fish out of water in that environment. So just because someone doesn't roll like you or I do is not a reflection on them in any way at least in my book.

I am looking for a testing site where I can show up, get an Antigen test for travel back to the USA, and wait on Site and get a written report in my hands within a few hours versus electronically. Looking for a place near Poblado that is open early on a Monday morning, or even possibly a place open on Sundays anywhere in Medellin. I do not want to get tested at the Airport the day of my flight as I know that's an option.

Any help would be appreciated.

You also got all the Youtube clowns. https://youtu.be/5S7xpwXbRjo.Sad to see such an influx of guys like him. The gold chains, loud mouthed wannabe rapp stars. I cringe when I see them. Its only a matter of time that they fuck it up like the DR.

However, the first $20 is followed by another and another and the free sex isn't likely to happen when you arrive.I always do this:

When I get that sob story, I tell them that I am willing to help them out with money if she visits me when I am in town. Meaning: "You come and see me and I will put the money in your hand. Not before then."

The scammers will always try to press the issue that they need money right now because they are hungry, can't pay their cell phone bill (but are always posting photos to their stories on FB, LOL), etc. To that, I always say "I never send money to someone I have never met in person."

I am giving them the "hope" that if we become good friends I may send them money in the future (I never do). But ultimately it weeds out the chicas who are selling the fantasy that they will meet you once you are in town but never had any intentions to meet you ever.

Any chicas who don't like the "I never send money to someone I have never met in person" line usually end up blocking me on FB. But this is great because it helps me easily filter out the time wasters.

Any help would be appreciated.Go to Cendiatra (https://cendiatra.com/sede-medellin-aguacatala/) at Cra 48C #10, between EAFIT University and the Aquacatala metro station. They open at 6:30 am, and you can wait for the results, available in less than an hour. They also have a clinic just outside Laureles. I went there in February. The cost was 50 mil.

And for the the guys used to the DR with little to no Spanish speaking skills, well they are going to have a touch time plying the streets.I feel like I have to get this off my chest and this is no disrespect to you personally surfer as you are one of the few stand up guys here who I hope I can eventually buy a beer some day, but I feel there are far too many posts on here proclaiming imminent doom if you don't speak Spanish and how much of a hard time you are going to have.

Yes I know this topic has been discussed in depth and from personal experience I don't believe this to be the case, now I am not saying its going to be the same experience speaking little to no Spanish as compared to speaking fluently because that would be just silly but what I am saying, is that it is not as bad as some of the recent posts have been making out.

I was used to mongering in Thailand where I would say in my own way I was an expert, having spent over 3 years straight there all over the country and speaking and reading basic Thai. So on my first trip here I was going to be well out of my comfort zone and worried about what type of experience I would have because I just had words and phrases and when I landed I felt they were almost useless, because when someone spoke it went completely over my head and when I spoke my words and went over their head.

On my very first day in El centro and within the first 30 min of eventually finding ground zero I picked up my first chica and went to a $6000 cop room and had a great experience. Of course it will depend on the person and how they like to roll as well as their confidence level and what they are seeking to get out of the experience but as Blackman would say money is a universal language.

For me no matter what country I monger in and no matter what the language is, a lot will come down to the initial eye contact and using my own instinct on the type of experience I am likely to get from a puta.

Now this is specifically for the newbies coming to Colombia who speak little to no Spanish and have to resort to the translator for 95% of the conversation. There are 2 types of girls you will come across, those that will have no patience for your translator who will get frustrated and annoyed with you and those that will think its cute and will be happy to grab the phone and continue some sort of conversation and will even want to spend more time with you maybe even teaching you Spanish, those are the keepers.

Now I know what the regular experienced guys with years under their belt are thinking "Yes but you won't get the true genuine GF experience" again I disagree. From months of reading the forum prior to my trip I thought I would be only doing fuck and go girls and I never imagined I would have a similar experience to what I am used to in Thailand, that is a few regulars that like to hang out with me where they were happy with whatever money I gave them and then the fuck and go girls.

In fact I had one amazing regular that asked for absolutely nothing, even though I paid her $100,000 when she left. She stayed with me for days at a time, hand washed some of my clothes, had breakfast waiting for me every morning and fucked like a daemon. One day I gave her, her usual $100,000 and she kept shouting some word in Spanish at me, I had no clue whatsoever. Eventually I found it was sencillo which I now know to mean she wanted small bills. I always kept small bills to hand and gave her a mix of $2000's, $5,000's totalling around $20,000 and to my absolute shock she gave me the $100,000 back and off she went happy with her small bills after me banging her for 2 days straight.

Now I am not saying it was all plain sailing, I had my bumps in the road and some challenges but I worked it out thanks to some of the BM's here who were checking in on me on what's app and were happy to guide me so that everything came to in the end.

I know this has been a long post but I wanted to provide a detailed insight into mongering in Colombia for a first timer with little to no Spanish. Also it was my intention to do a long report on my first trip but instead I will do write ups like this on different aspects of my trip. My next report will be on my Colombia Cupid disaster where I thought I was going to be kidnapped.

Happy mongering everyone.

I think basically the "hard times" that someone may encounter not speaking any Spanish may occur when there is a misunderstanding, and far worse when a Chica is problematic. In these instances, speaking the language will help at least up front as to what may be agreed upon and subsequently if a Chica is not going to provide the services provided or intends to rip you off. I'm not saying speaking the language will avoid this, but in some instances things may be able to be diffused or avoided speaking the language. It's not all doom and gloom for the non-Spanish speakers, but more challenging for some versus others. Being able to speak the language is great, but as you mentioned, "unspoken" chemistry is just as important.

So I've had no luck with Colombian Cupid and am wondering how I could get one of those Chicas to kidnapp me!

Hey all, first post in a while.

Ill be likely heading back to Medellin in a couple months. Wanted to see if any of the guys that live there are interested in getting a beer. The Tall Man, we chatted briefly a couple years ago and apparently have similar tastes there. My love of the centro and san Diego areas are what bring me back. Not a regular here so not sure what the etiquette is involving meetups. I'm pretty fluent in Spanish, comfortable on the streets, and would love to share intel.

Peace.

If you're going to monger in a Latin American country, at least make an effort to respect the culture. If you can't or won't learn Spanish, download Google Translate onto your iphone. It's even got a speaker so you can punch a button and the friggin phone will say it for you. Don't be another of those pathetic, privileged, dar papaya gringos everyone loathes. Don't be that guy.Tourists are not expected and absolutely in no way obligated to learn the local language. The locals couldn't care less, so why do you care?

Tourists are not expected and absolutely in no way obligated to learn the local language. The locals couldn't care less, so why do you care? That's simply not true. The first rule of visiting any country is to be respectful of the culture, and having at least a bare minimum command of the language is essential. We're not talking about obligations, we're talking about not being a gringo dick. Pretty soon you won't be able to tell the difference between Russian and American tourists- what a low bar. Crawl back under your rock.

Happy mongering everyone. So your point is that you can figure out how to get El Centro, find a girl, get your nut, then hold out a fistful of paper and ask her to figure out how much you owe her? When you visit another country, regardless of your cash and privilege you're a GUEST. Act like it. At least try to communicate at a kindergarten level. It's not hard, just inconvenient- not to mention everyone you run into will give you a little more respect for the effort.

My point is that if you speak little to no Spanish it's not going to be the disaster that some posts are portraying. You're also jumping to a number of conclusions without facts. I did not pick up every girl I banged in El Centro. Also you are assuming I made little to no effort in trying to speak or learn Spanish and if you have read any of my previous posts you would have noticed that I hired an itaki teacher prior to my trip as well as making small talk with chica vendors in La Sentanta and I picked up at least one non working girl in a bar, so before making assumptions and asserting your authority over others do your homework first as you have no idea how I act in Colombia.

I feel like I have to get this off my chest and this is no disrespect to you personally surfer as you are one of the few stand up guys here who I hope I can eventually buy a beer some day, but I feel there are far too many posts on here proclaiming imminent doom if you don't speak Spanish and how much of a hard time you are going to have.He does not drink beer. He drinks Diet Coke. There was a brother in the Bogota forum the other day that does not speak Spanish, yet he made out better in Santa Fe than most folks that do. And he went at night time, when most mongers on this board are afraid to go.

My first time to Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Peru I spoke no Spanish. My first time to Brazil I spoke no Portuguese. My first time to Russia I spoke no Russian. My first time in Thailand I spoke no Thai. My first time to Vietnam I spoke no Vietnamese. I still had good times in those places.

So I've had no luck with Colombian Cupid and am wondering how I could get one of those Chicas to kidnapp me!Switch to Latinamericancupid and your problems will be solved.

I'm in Medellin now for my first visit and I'd love to meet up. It's hard to coordinate unless you get a subscription and we can I'm.

Peace.

Tourists are not expected and absolutely in no way obligated to learn the local language. The locals couldn't care less, so why do you care?Especially the locals who want to set up a non-Spanish speaking tourist.

I mean, why would a scammy chica you've just finished with at 1 am in the morning want you to understand her phone conversation as she tells her driver friend to bring the whole barrio to come and rob you, LOL!

Korea for me was fucked, what a bunch of assholes, and Japan was just a little better. Granted they speak a fair amount of English there, but even speaking the language would not of mattered.

China was okay though, as money talks there.

Interesting, but all of the cab drivers pronounce it with a see in it, as TaxCimetro. That's it!

Taxímetro (Not Taxmetro like this ISG word corrector changes it too 🤦*♂️ lol, but with the letter, i , between the syllables. (see the photo)

Pronounced just like you spelled it:

Taxsee'Metro. With an emphasis on the 'see'.

You're right!

Speaking Spanish not required.

Fun can certainly be had, just like you have.

Lots of other factors; personality, looks, chemistry, money of course, Lol.

Speaking Spanish, however, brings it to another level!

Pretty much common sense.

But yes.

Lots of other factors; personality, looks, chemistry.

These help.

But I can agree I've been to places where practically no one speaks English, that isn't very fun (Russia).

I was so pissed off I jumped on an unplanned flight and flew to BKK and had the time of my life, and yes almost all putas speak at least some English in BKK.

Go to Cendiatra (https://cendiatra.com/sede-medellin-aguacatala/) at Cra 48C #10, between EAFIT University and the Aquacatala metro station. They open at 6:30 am, and you can wait for the results, available in less than an hour. They also have a clinic just outside Laureles. I went there in February. The cost was 50 mil.I did mine at a local health center, called Idime. It is located across the Santa Fe mall, Poblado, fairly close to the Carulla. They charged 50 k cops and they give you the option to have a paper result or via email. However, they start doing antigen testing at 10 am. I was there at 10 but there were 2 people ahead of me, and I had to wait 45 min for my turn. I received my results in less than 2 hours.

So much for egging him on.

The videos will give you an overview, but your not going to see much close up and personal as most videos are being taken secretly and your not going to get much close up footage.Jaja well he's already promised it will happen just not sure when. So no egging on needed I was just giving my prediciton for the outcome. Probably it will feel very transactional compared to what he is used to. I love el centro for the casas, people watching and cheap food but no I've never found something to pull there on the streets. I read the tallman's posts in amazement wondering where he finds those hot chicas. Probably just a result of time invested. Good for him!

After hours of searching I believe I found the perfect airbnb jear "calle 70". I have yet to re search that on the forum but It stated its near many bars restaurants mall ect. How much cash does one usually bring I plan to stay for about 10 days to really experience Medellin and what it has to offer. If you're referring to the San Peter Apartments, it should work fine for you.

I usually bring about $200 of emergency cash. I use my ATM card for whatever cash I need. Usually you will get a better rate than a money exchange, depending on the fees your bank charges. I personally budget for spending $100 per day and plan for $150 daily. Of course it depends on how you roll, but anyone except for the highest rollers can experience all they can handle for under $300 including lodging.

God, what a fool I was to think this. Learning Spanish these 5 years has been worth it. Report from my first trip in Jan. So I did a lot of ground work on CC and fb, big mistake. No preplanning with these chicas is required. Just rock up and contact as you go. Anyway I started talking regularly with a chica about 2 months prior to my trip, I had mixed feelings about her, especially as she broke the golden rule of asking me to send her money. Normally that is an instant red card but I thought it would be interesting to hit the ground running and meet someone I had been talking to for a while.

On route to Colombia overall I had bad vibes from this chica and my gut instinct which is usually right is telling me she is no good so on the plane I decide to block her. Then a few hours later while still travelling a chica source / guide that was recommended on here informs me there will be a lockdown / curfew and the girls are running for the hills, so I think damn I have to unblock CC girl.

After travelling for over 27 hours with little sleep and a number of delays my driver is still waiting and I have my first glimpse of Colombia, I am exhausted and tell my driver the only thing I need is water and a few beers. He stops the car and I am about to dash to the corner store and he tells that its safer if he goes and this makes me kinda concerned about saftey.

Fast forward to my 2nd or 3rd night after finally getting sleep and rest figuring out a few things I am in contact with CC girl and she is on her way to San Peter. I go down to reception and I am surprised that she looks more beautiful in real life but the moment I meet her in reception I get the bad vibes again.

In my apartment we simply don't connect and she's visibly frustrated that I don't speak Spanish. After trying to settle in with her with music food and drink she starts going on about weed. Now I don't do drugs of any kind and if a girl wants to smoke weed I would be fine with that but nothing else because I believe it's just asking for trouble. So she keeps going on about this weed and its starting to annoy me. She then says she has a friend on the way with weed and asks if I will pay for it, it wasn't so expensive and I think if this keeps her quiet for a while then ok.

Then she says she also needs rum and her friend is on the way. I now know its always good to have a bottle of rum in your gaff for chicas. A few minutes later she says we have to go, I am like where. She says her friend is almost here and we will have to go to pick up the rum and weed. I agree but then all kinds of scary things start running through my mind especially as there is a blacked out car downstairs waiting. I am new in Colombia, I am worried about safety, I don't know the city and I am about to get into random car around midnight with random people to go god knows where. Will I end up dead? Looking back I think this was a dumb move.

So we are in the car and she says we are going to Poblado. I read about Poblado and it seemed like we were driving away from the city and I was real nervous at this stage. So anyway we get to Poblado and we get to an apartment where a guy meets us, he turns out to be a cool guy from I think from Costa Rica with a little bit of English. She tells me to say we have been friends for years and the guy tells me in English he knows her from CC and she told him to also say they have been friends for years.

He was actually having a bit of a party with a few others and it turned out to be interesting but my chica was real distant we me and he also got annoyed with her as she kept turning the music up too loud.

To cut a long story short. We made it back to mine safely and then she complained she had no coke for the rum, after that was fixed she complained she had no lighter for her weed. I had already written this chica off long ago as she was a complete mood killer and slept without even smashing her, then kicked her out the next morning with a few thousand pesos so she could take the metro or whatever I didn't care.

Lesson learned, always listen to that little voice in your head.

This is a recurring forum theme. The other perennial conversations are ATMs (with sub-category Scwhab vs. The global fintech industry) and facebook / tinder / colombiacupid etc. If the circular conversations did not happen every few weeks I would suggest a separate thread be set up for them. It's not a valid suggestion because for some reason the forum stays in a cyclical focus on these three conversations.

Veering off those topics for a moment, I noticed yesterday what another poster mentioned about more police than usual around Plaza Botero. I'm guessing it is for reasons of Semana Santa and coronavirus restrictions enforcement. For what it's worth an uber drive told me he's been making frequent trips to and from the airport for the past week. So it seems it's true tourism is on the upswing.

If you're moving to Medellin and planning to spend the rest of your life there, get married and all that, there's no reason to start talking to girls before you get there. You'll find much better options every day.

If you're going to Medellin for a short vacation, there's no need to start talking to girls before you get there. You'll end up locked on to a few girls and you'll miss out on all the opportunities.

These girls can go from not knowing anything about you to wanting to marry you in less time than it takes to figure out why all of them are saying "mor."

It's not a valid suggestion because for some reason the forum stays in a cyclical focus on these three conversations..I went to Bellen today to swim laps and while riding in the cab in this Barrio to El Centro I saw the slender taller man walking on a side street and should of stopped to offer him a ride to ground zero, but apparently he wasn't headed there as I didn't seem him there in the afternoon.

It's been awhile since there's been a flood of Fayboo and casa posts from guys on the ground here. Perhaps there is a shift of mongering here at this point in time as it sure appears as though El Centro has been packed with gringos. I can spot them from a mile away, and have seen the same guys everyday, along with new ones. I can't wait until Asia opens back up, not only to go there myself, but also selfishly for less mongers to come here.

Palm Sunday in El Centro was slow as I showed up at 1 PM and left after blowing a load at 4 PM. To my dismay I unknowingly chatted up a civilian not knowing it and was politely told she wasn't working. I always look for someone I have never seen at ground zero before and she was tall and slender. I also approached a thin pretty Colombian who quoted me 25 K for a rato, but refused a BBBJ, so I passed on her, and an older dinky thing approached me to go to the room whom I have never seen before, and said it would only be 20 K and I could pay afterward, but was to aggressive so I told her no. I also was approached by a Chica I had been with about a year ago, and told her no, and after an hour I thought maybe I should of went with her, but she was than being bought some beers by some Colombians and I gave her the nod but she couldn't leave which was totally understandable.

Pretty slim pickings with lot's of beached whales, and some very desperate Chicas giving me the google eye. I was getting tired and after about two hours of taking laps one of my favorite deep throat BJ Chica's was hanging at the fountain, upon spotting her I gave her the nod and ten minutes later I was flat on my back getting the Hoover vacuum treatment.

As it was advised many times here before: please be careful EVERYWHERE and leave you EXPENSIVE phones at your hotel / AirBnB / home and never resist!Videos like this are scary to watch because it can happen to absolutely anybody, as you said you don't even need to be in centro. I have seen plenty of these types of videos where the victims comply and still get pumped full of lead like the guy robbing the bus in Colombia when he neutralised the old lady for no reason. They can easily kill you without mercy to show other victims they mean business for the sake of items worth a few dollars. I always watch these videos a numbers of times to analyse them and see what I can learn.

In this video they were clearly after the phones and the big mistake that was made was having phones on open display on the table. Now we don't know if the thieves would have still stopped on the moto for a shakedown if the phones were not on the table but I reckon most likely not as they seemed like opportunists looking for a quick grab so old guys clearly invited these thieves.

As the phones were on open display on the table one went directly for these items with his back to the other table with the ladies and they could have easily made an escape attempt which I probably would have done. Those ladies clearly gave themselves that opportunity by not having valuables on display and if those robbers had off displayed violence that could have saved their lives. We can even see one guy hide his phone in his pocket which the first guy missed and was about to leave without it only for the lookout tipped off his partner.

Thanks for posting this vid, although keeping your valuables discreet is obvious we can sometimes let our guard down when we feel comfortable like in a coffeeshop in a more trendy part of town.

Sad really.1) I contacted her.

2) Her photos didn't do it for me.

3) I saw her in Centro when I was making laps, and it reassured me I made the right choice FOR ME.

4) I'm glad you had a good time with her and appreciate the recommendation.

5) I spent all weekend with these two, only paying for food & drinks, so I'm doing ok. I "hunted" this waitress for a few weeks and now it's paying off. Although, maybe that's not hunting, and it's only a true hunt if I pay for something I don't want.

There is no need to be a gringo and monger in El Centro to be robbed. You could be Colombian senior citizen and spend time with friends in cafe in Envigado:

https://www.facebook.com/PrensaPaisaOficial/videos/735934343787428/

As it was advised many times here before: please be careful EVERYWHERE and leave you EXPENSIVE phones at your hotel / AirBnB / home and never resist!I've been pickpocketed and held up at gunpoint in Poblado, but never had a problem in El Centro. Moral of the story, don't ever let your guard down, because when you least expect it, wham you will bet robbed. End of story, plain and simple, it doesn't matter where you are, or whether your a foreigner or not as you have pointed out, the "ratero's and ladrones" are waiting in the wings everywhere! And this doesn't include the bad ass Chicas and the bullshit they can come up with to scam you as well.

Mongering in Colombia is so different than in the other parts of the world, of all the complaints I hear from other mongers, it's the "danger" component here versus in other venues.

I have a friend coming down in a few weeks to stay with me. He's been here before about three years ago, and had three incidents here. One of them occurred at a restaurant near Parque Poblado, a guy came in and stole is back-pack. In El Centro a guy made an attempted "knife slashing" at him out of the blue but was unsuccessful, and on another occasion 3 guys accosted him, with one of them wanting to go to the room with him, and he said no and they took off his glasses and stomped on them in front of him. He's an obvious gringo which was part of the problem, and the two incidents in El Centro occurred during the day when there was a diminished police presence than there is now.

Your advice cannot be proclaimed enough here.

I went to Bellen today to swim laps and while riding in the cab in this Barrio to El Centro I saw the slender taller man walking on a side street and should of stopped to offer him a ride to ground zero, but apparently he wasn't headed there as I didn't seem him there in the afternoon.

I also was approached by a Chica I had been with about a year ago, and told her no, and after an hour I thought maybe I should of went with her, but she was than being bought some beers by some Colombians and I gave her the nod but she couldn't leave which was totally understandable..True that about slim pickings and it was even much worse in the night, last night between 8 PM to 10:30 PM, as I had an itch so drove all around the Vera and radaul and over by the met church and then spent an hour plus seeing who was street walking in san Diego back streets, the worst selection I have probably seen in years.

I did see some decent enough chicas that I have had in past but like you wanted something new but nothing so drove home with the same few hundred mil in my wallet to spend another day, maybe today! Hehehe.

Sounds good, will do. I guess I'll have to buy a subscription to do that? BTW as an aside I know you spent some time in Tijuana. Any knowledge of any spots similar to Centro or San Diego areas in Medellin there? Much appreciated.Yes pay the what $30 bucks and get the subscription as most of the communication that I do and share, for years now, is never on these public forums rather is done via PM and I have helped hundreds of real guys looking for the real story and accepting suggestions with some humility unlike the know it all's that plague the public forums.

And true that I spent decades in the bars and strip clubs in Tijuana, 1997 through 2014 give or take, and the bars and strip clubs are similar to aditilas but you would be hard pressed to find the energy and vibe that the HK club delivers day in and day out, it is not worse and not necessarily better but rather just different however the smaller bars and strip clubs in centro Medellin are identical to that of the smaller clubs in the zone of tolerance in Tijuana.

So I have read you need a covid test to leave Colombia I bekive its a negative test within 96 hours. But how about entering the country do you also need a negative test result I would only say its right that you do.You don't need a covid test to leave Colombia. You do need one to enter the US. And you do need one to enter Colombia also.

You don't need a covid test to leave Colombia. You do need one to enter the US. And you do need one to enter Colombia also. That is not totally correct. You must have proof of a negative Covid test, or a statement from a medical professional stating you have had the virus and a positive test, before you board the aircraft in Colombia headed to the US. That test can be an antigen or PCR test. If you don't have one of those, you will not be able to leave Colombia if your destination is the US. You must have proof of a negative PCR test to enter Colombia. If you don't have that, you must quarantine for 14 days or until you get a negative result. I don't know what happens if you have had the virus, probably the same procedure as leaving the country.

There's an article in El Colombiano today about some type of measures to be taken for this coming weekend with no specific details, but sounds like a lockdown may be in the cards because the ICU's are at capacity with more information regarding the measures to be taken in the next few days.

This is not good, and if they instigate the lockdowns again, meaning your not allowed out on the weekends and / or during the week, I'm out of here and will be in tears.

Currently, you need a negative PCR test within 96 hours of your arrival in Colombia. If you don't have the test, you're required to quarantine for 14 days, or until you get a negative PCR test result. You also need to fill out the Migracion entry application within 24 hours of your departure from your country to Colombia. That application must also be filled out within 24 hours of leaving Colombia.

There are no testing requirements to leave Colombia, however, your destination country may require a test. At this time the US requires an antigen test within 72 hours.

Someone posted that he entered without a test and ignored the order to quarantine. He may regret that decision if he is asked to produce his PCR test results when he leaves. In my opinion it's not worth it. If you're unable to get test results before your arrival, or unable to get tested, there are inexpensive tests available in Medellin and you can have results back in a day.

By the time you read, or need this information, some or all of it may be outdated. You probably should check the Colombian Health and Immigration websites to get your answers.

How does Medellin do in that department?

Obviously, you have good and bad providers everywhere, however I'm talking about the mainstream.

I notice also that a lot of providers in Medellin are advertising 30 minute or 45 minute sessions. So are these girls getting a sick and tired after servicing one guy after another at that kind of pace??

You're assuming that the women have a line of men waiting their turn, that's not the case. Whether the girl is doing 30 minutes or 60 minutes per session, most of them have considerable downtime between customers.

https://www.elcolombiano.com/antioquia/restricciones-y-toque-de-queda-de-semana-santa-en-antioquia-CL14863133

here is what it says translated to English:

"Curfew and dry law hours are extended in Antioquia: The governor (e) of Antioquia, Luis Fernando Surez, confirmed that given the increase in covid-19 cases and the occupation of 90% of the ICU beds in the department, it was decided to reinforce the restrictive measures that will be in force in the coming days. After meeting with the Ministry of Health and the mayors of all Antioquia municipalities, the departmental president in charge indicated that:

"from Wednesday, March 31, there will be a curfew between 5:00 in the afternoon and 5:00 in the morning of the day following".

"This curfew will apply to the 125 municipalities of Antioquia in a generalized manner, it will start from tomorrow, Wednesday (March 31) and will go until Easter Monday, April 5, " explained the governor (e).

Even without the curfew that vast majority of girls will go home to go to church with their family this weekend- I"m guessing las weekend was pretty thin as well. I just returned from a short trip to MDE. It is my first trip back since I had my car accident in December and fractured two vertabrae. I am still not anywhere near 100%, but I was cleared to travel and I missed my honeypots. Given my health situation, I took with girls I already knew so they would work with me better on positions.

I arrived on Friday with food poisoning / stomach bug (that lasted until Saturday morning). The worst was Friday afternoon and things subsided enough (due to not eating) that I had one of my non-pros over. It was good to get back in the saddle. Figure out how to give good oral sex despite the neck having limited mobility. I love giving a chica an orgasm with my tongue.

Saturday I managed to see three chicas. Two FB girls who I have known for a while and another non-pro. One of the FB girls is fun for me because she is easy-going and give good service. She reminds me a little of Vale Garcia, for those who know her. The non-pro was sandwiched in the middle. She doesn't have a lot of experience and she has no boyfriend, but she loves oral sex and waits for me to come to give it to her followed by some sweet BBFS. My night girl was a FB girl who floats my boat. She's really into sex. Great time with her in the jacuzzi. Works hard on the BBBJ. Loves oral sex. BBFS. And just a fun girl.

Sunday is family day in Colombia. I was hoping to see a third non-pro, but it didn't work out, so saw my non-pro from Friday again. Just a sweet, easy going girl. A little shy, but loves her orgasms and enjoys fucking BB. Again, no boyfriend. I even message her mom on Whatsapp! Sunday night I was going to take it easy, but my FB pro from Saturday messaged me and asked if I wanted a trio with her sister. I don't do trios much, for a lot of reasons that have been discussed here, but knowing this girl's attitude about sex and fun, I was hoping the sister was fun. I was not really sure if it was really going to be her sister or just a cousin or friend she called her sister. So I said come on over!

They did not disappoint. Based on what I saw, I think the other girl is definitely her sister. She was only 18, so I wondered if she'd be shy or inexperienced. Ah, NO. This girl knew how to fuck. She was into it just like her sister. The sisters kissed, licking each other's pussies, sucked each others tits. The both blew me BB. They both fucked me BB. It was a great night. I will do it again.

Got my COVID test on Monday morning. I stay in Laureles so I went to a lab in nearby Laureles. I walked in about 9:30 am and no one was there. I got my test right away and got the results in about 30 minutes. I got there just in time, because as soon as I signed in, I'd say another 10 people showed up within the next 15 minutes. Back to the apartment to see my non-pro from Saturday. Repeat Saturday. I had the chance to see another (new) non-pro or a FB girl on Monday night, but decided it was better to take a good nap and then go to bed early as I had to leave for the airport at 3 am.

Never went out other than to the tienda once and to the ATM. Used Domocilios and Rappi for all food. Given curfew from 12-5 am, no real reason to try to go out.

Because of my injuries, I still tire easy and things can get uncomfortable if I move the wrong way. But I managed to give and receive oral sex and fuck, so I can't complain. And all of the girls got home before curfew.

Just a reminder. When you go to the airport. Have your COVID test and your Colombian migracion form done. Ready for a week in Medellin in April building up to a month in June.

I'm loving the internet age.

No chica leaves my place without me pushing her hard for what friends she has that fit my description of what I like and can see in a day or two. Usually they will pull up their cell phone and show me pics of all thier friends and/or their conocidos. At least that's how it is with Facebook chicas as many know each other.

Guys when I land in Bogota I have 2 hours and 20 min to catch my connecting flight to MDE. The last time that was not enough time as the immigration queue was crazy slow and I missed my flight. Does anyone know if they have an express immigration service that you can pay for in advance like some other airports? I checked on the airport website but couldn't see anything.

To kick off the new 5 PM curfew that starts this afternoon in Medellin I dedicate this post to AC / DC a "Whole Lotta Rosie", the perfect girl we are all searching for and just may not realize yet:

Want to tell you story.

About woman I know.

When it comes to lovin'.

She steals the show.

She ain't exactly pretty.

Ain't exactly small.

Fourt'two thirt'ninefiftysix.

You could say she's got it all.

Never had a woman.

Never had a woman like you.

Doing' all the things.

Doing' all the things you do.

Ain't no fairy story.

Ain't no skin and bones.

But you give it all you got.

Weighin' in at nineteen stone.

You're a whole lotta woman.

A whole lotta woman.

Whole lotta Rosie.

Whole lotta Rosie.

Whole lotta Rosie.

And you're a whole lotta woman.

The perfect woman, 42" - 39" - 56" and weighing in at 19 stones or 265 pounds!

She is out there waiting for us hehehe.

The Tall Man.

Streets are quiet again at night. My balcony overlooks Avenida 70 and when I first arrived 3 months ago I posted a foto at night showing not one person on the street. Then things normalized over the next few weeks to where it was almost like Pre-Covid, except everyone was wearing a mask. Now it feels like a giant step backwards. Usually I close my sliding glass door to sleep at night because of the noise coming off the Avenue. Not necessary last night. I am flying home in less than a week. I will return when most folks are vaccinated and the curfews are lifted.

The girls are coming and going from my hotel without interference. But if it is your first trip to Medellin I would not come now. A buddy of mine who knows Medellin just canceled. The good news is things should change for the better once mass vaccinations begin. And the time line for that I would expect to be sooner than later.

The good news is things should change for the better once mass vaccinations begin. And the time line for that I would expect to be sooner than later.I agree with some of what you have said and am trying to gauge how the way I roll will fit in with the new measures being instigated. Having the daytimes open is huge, versus being shuttered inside for the long weekends called "puentes" here. I have purchased using points with Jetblue for departure next Saturday, if I cancel, the points go back into my account and the taxes are refunded.

I may leave, or not leave. Not sure yet, and like you don't like what's happening, and the other board members who have been here since the onset of the Pandemic know the drill here. There's not much notice when the lockdowns are coming and they extend them on a moments notice. I suspect that by no later than next Thursday they will continue with the weekend lockdowns, and if that's the case I might fly out on Saturday and stay away a while until the curfews are lifted like you intend to do.

As far as most Colombians being vaccinated any time soon, along with the new strains, and the effectiveness of the vaccines, I don't see Colombia being able to vaccinate it's way out of the Pandemic if that's even possible given the vaccine availability for them. It's very concerning what's happening in Brazil as most people are aware of, and even Chile which has vaccinated approximately 14% of it's population almost on par with the USA is struggling, so the next wave may be a perfect storm, and I apologize to others who consider this a doomsday forecast, but it's just a thought and I hope I'm wrong.

As far as other board members coming down, and if they only have weekend lockdowns, but the daytimes are open all days, then this may be just be fine for some, and a no go for others depending on how they roll.

I also would not recommend anyone coming down here who hasn't been vaccinated. And my apologies to the other board members that might take offense to this but, it's just my opinion for what it's worth. I'm lucky that I've been vaccinated so I have been operating like I did here exactly like before the Pandemic and am on the METRO everyday. For guys who are here or are coming, if you haven't been vaccinated stay off the METRO and from riding the buses. What doesn't make sense is the situation with the main METRO line that runs North to South, for the past week they have reduced the trains in each direction to every 15 to 20 minutes, and now the cars are packed like sardines with social distancing being like six inches apart. So much for all the footprints painted on the floors, and the City besides regulating the flow into the METRO stations causing long waits should of been adding more cars versus reducing them. Doesn't make sense at all if they are trying to "reduce the spread".

So I'm not trying to scare anyone away, and I'm sure I will get some pushback on my thoughts, but am just trying to logically put things in perspective at least how I see them.

So on Tuesday afternoon I was set to meet my Tomboy in El Centro at 3 PM. I was meeting her there and we subsequently got in a yellow taxi at 4 PM and when she arrived I booked a room at the San Fernando Plaza Hotel in Poblado for $ 55 a night including breakfast. So different having a king size bed, flat screen TV, swimming pool and wet and dry saunas and a killer breakfast versus doing the deed at Zona Rosa where our romance blossomed. Sushi Light had two for one specials in Poblado on Tuesday night so since she had never had Sushi before it was interesting when she tried the Wasabi. I banged her three times, once after hitting the pools and Sauna, once before breakfast, and once again after breakfast.

Regardless, I have never taken my I phone 12 Pro to El Centro nor had credit cards in my pocket when I'm there but had to make an exception this time and honestly was a bit paranoid to do so while riding on the Metro and walking around El Centro so I just basically kept my hands in my pocket. Since the Tomboy was running late I decided to stand and observe the circus, and all of a sudden a brawl started with a guy going after another guy with a stick, and I was basically caught in the middle of it so decided to take pictures of it. It all ended peacefully and the Police didn't arrive to break it up, but it was almost like being at a boxing match with people scurrying over, hootering and hollering to witness the event. Who knows what the squabble was over, probably 2,000 Pesos.

So after the event, and feeling proud of myself after successfully capturing the Mayhem, I decided to take some photos in and around the area with my camera coming out for a few seconds and then put back in my pocket. As usual, and very near to the entrance of Zona Rosa there is a tall beautiful Vennie wearing a pink top. She always gives me the nod, but I never respond, and am waiting for Slapshot to take her arriba, but she is always in the company of her Vennie sister's who are mostly ugly and disgustingly fat. And there are so many fat Vennies, I think when they get to Colombia the land of plentiful and cheap food, they pig out. I see so many fat Chicas, both Vennies and Colombians in El Centro, so disgusting, and am perplexed how they are always there and rarely see them go with anyone. Maybe I'm missing something here, seems like there's more fat Chicas versus normal and / or thin Chicas. So is it a combination of low price and service (s) whatever that may be. I've seen very few posts here of guy's extolling how good the beached whales are.

Never a dull moment in El Centro!

Pinky took her family to Guatape, today, so I took it upon myself to heed the advice of WorldTraveler69...

I found the wap number for Eros Spa on Mileroticos. I messaged, they said 60k and 25 girls working. It was about 15 minutes or so to walk there from near UPB. I went upstairs and they presented the lineup. I was forced to wear my mask while 20 Venezuelan heffers sweated their way into the room to stare at me. Ya? Ya. No gracias. Hoy no. I had to pay 10k for the viewing, and gladly handed over the money to get out of there. The girls were pissed they had to waddle back upstairs haha. I was kind of shocked. I'll chalk it up to Semana Santa, but it was the worst lineup I've seen in Medellin. Not a single girl even close to fuckable, in my opinion.

Then, I walked down to Avenida 33 and pretty much found anything between 80 and the Autopista is closed. Closed as in no longer there, unresponsive on wap. Off the top of my head, based on WT69's map, that includes: Dharma, Blue Room, Kassandra, another massage spot, and 1-2 places pinned as bars / discos (which, in fairness, would not be open at 1p).

Thankfully, Luna Lunera saved the day. There was ONE girl there, and she had just arrived as I did. When I left, there was another girl. The mamasan said they were waiting for me to leave to close until Monday. I paid 160k for a half hour (convenient because I brought 200k with me when I left my apartment). Had a much-needed shower, channeled my inner Blakman with a Spotify playlist, and we were off. Really cute face, operated stomach, natural tits, big firm ass that she said was no plastic. Started with a CBJ that was pretty good, then cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, then doggy, and standing doggy with her on the bed. Hair pulling, spanking, choking, restraining, the works as far as an expensive casa session is concerned. She had a good laugh at my Eros story. Note: this was my first Luna Lunera experience. The mamasan told me to come back after the quarantine when the girls are dancing and there is a good vibe. She also told me girls are allowed to enter both the club and the rooms. Not sure how they price would be affected. I'm assuming 2x the fee.

I got her Instagram and reached out to ask if she wants me to share her photos / name with gringos, but she hasn't replied. Anyway, she's the curvy blonde with the killer smile at Luna Lunera. Not platinum blonde, but blonde for Colombia. If she says yes, I'll share. For now, just about the only non-blurry photo from the session, with a little brightening edit, and another from her Instagram.

I found this El Colombiano article
https://www.elcolombiano.com/antioquia/restricciones-y-toque-de-queda-de-semana-santa-en-antioquia-CL14863133

here is what it says translated to English:

"Curfew and dry law hours are extended in Antioquia: The governor (e) of Antioquia, Luis Fernando Surez, confirmed that given the increase in covid-19 cases and the occupation of 90% of the ICU beds in the department, it was decided to reinforce the restrictive measures that will be in force in the coming days. After meeting with the Ministry of Health and the mayors of all Antioquia municipalities, the departmental president in charge indicated that:

"from Wednesday, March 31, there will be a curfew between 5:00 in the afternoon and 5:00 in the morning of the day following".

"This curfew will apply to the 125 municipalities of Antioquia in a generalized manner, it will start from tomorrow, Wednesday (March 31) and will go until Easter Monday, April 5, " explained the governor (e).In reality, what are the odds of that 90% ICU number moving much within that 6-day timeframe of the curfew?

Good chance this will be extended well past the April 5th date.

Thoughts?

I am offended. You listened to Worldtraveler69 but not to me. I told the sad story of the Eros fall from grace months ago. The Avenida 33 landscape of dystopia is equally sad but understandable given the last 6 month economy. The Luna girl is cute. I still have a soft spot for the place because I've met quite a few ladies there over the years I still see. Personally I miss their Los Colores apartment they started after cutting ties with Eros during the lockdown, but that is unlikely to re-appear.

Anyone think the curfew will actually be lifted on April 5th?This is unverified info, but seems consistent. The situation is fluid. I believe they use the ICU occupancy rate in the hospitals as the gauge for how much to tighten the screw on the curfew. I also believe that is an intelligent approach IF you accept the premise that we should curtail the spread and save as many lives as possible.

Random gratuitous foto from today of Soft Swirl. She packed on about 20# like a lot of chicas since Covid started but her body is still the bomb. I got a referral from Villainy and have a new chica scheduled tonight, in the midst of this curfew, so mongering is still viable, does not effect ingress and egress to hotels. First new girl I've booked in weeks. I hope she shows. I am planning an excursion to Pablo Escobar's Ranch and the tour bus leaves the hotel 5 AM (right when the daily curfew ends) with Cat Girl and her prima, Jewel. The natural sequence of events would be to end up back here at the hotel with them at the end of the day, but I don't like to use the word "plan" in this country, jajaja. Ostee Out.

So I'm usually a nighttime place kinda guy and I've frequented the usual spots Gusto, Fase, La Isla for the past week or so and it served it's purpose however. I miss that social vibe. I got a few numbers from my girls but not interested in repeating with any of them right now.

With that being said, does anyone know of any good daytime spots to find some girls? Preferably before 5 pm? I usually frequent Brazil and they have places for all hours of the day but never known of any good places in Colombia, let alone Medellin. Anyone have any recommendations or pointers or I'm pretty much SOL until this curfew blows over?

On a side note, anyone know of any good underground after hour spots or something after 5 pm? Figured it's a shot in the dark, but here goes nothing.

I actually STFF and saw the previous reports, but I figured Centro would be dead, and I felt like walking to Eros instead of taking a DiDi elsewhere.

So, BRENDA at Luna Lunera said not to share her phone number or Instagram, and not to show her face. She said gringos can go find her in Luna Lunera. She sent this pic to use for self-marketing (her best feature is her face, IMO)...

I wouldn't be surprised if this "stick fight" was something similar.

I don't think any mongering venue on the planet has been as active as Medellin / Colombia since the beginning of the Pandemic. I've been here since the end of February, and it's been business as usual, and even more so, as I have noticed more activity at least in El Centro than before the Pandemic. I believe the other board members who have been here since the Pandemic can confirm this, at least as far as street activity.

As far as which direction things are headed, will know more in the next few weeks. At least all of the airlines allow changes / cancellations at no cost so guys with travel plans for in the future should wait until the last minute to cancel their plans. I'm sitting on the fence, with a ticket for departure next Saturday and suspect like you that more restrictions are coming, only time will tell.

In the meantime I'm going to blow as many loads as possible!

Thoughts?Spot on. If the 90% ICU number is moving in the next few days, then only up. Even when places go into a hard lock down, it still takes a couple of weeks for the number of hospitalizations and deaths to go down. The people who will die in the ICU on April 5 are already infected today. Not trying to be negative, that's just how it is.

The occupation rate was 76% in March 16th. And I am somewhat dubious of the 90% figure. And don't forget that all of that is coronavirus that includes all the other cases as well. I really think this is the last spike and it makes since the shut things down for Easter weekend. But we'll see what happens next weekend. I'm just thinking they're going to open it up a little more don't forget all these lockdowns are hurting all the locals tremendously...... Just like in the US these people need to go get back to work and economy needs to get moving. More vaccine doses are coming both purchased in advance,. And wants the US gets itself inoculated there's going to be a lot of vaccine going around.

This article says on April 7, PCR tests will be required for International AND Domestic flights.

Anyone else want to hop on the Mexico train? I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, but I'll be tracking everything closely, as I have not yet purchased a return flight from Mexico. My buddy just took a long weekend in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and had a blast. He was super bummed to return to a curfew. Depending on your style of mongering, the curfew can be a speed bump or a road block. If you don't know which it is, for you, then I'd say change your travel plans. For those of you in Medellin, maybe it's a good time to consider a trip, if you aren't locked into a long-term lease, etc.

PCR test cost a little more and it takes a little bit longer. But it's also really accurate. Since the coronavirus statistics are really heavily skewed to the Bogata and Medellin until I can get the vaccine rolled out it does make some sense.

You ask where do they come up with this stuff, well I think their scared shitless and rightly so about what's happenning in other Countries, like Brazil, Chile, and the rest of the world and knowing they will never be able to vaccinate out of the Pandemic if that's even possible, hence they are taking every precaution they can to "reduce the spread" with the ICU's already at or near capacity.

The last thing anyone want's to hear in the news in any Country is that Doctors are having to make decisions as to whom gets an ICU bed with people being turned away.

I have no problem getting someone to stay with me overnight, or find Chicas during the daytime, yet I just don't like the idea, meaning the thought, that I am being sequestered and unable to be "legally" out after 5 PM if I want, even though I don't go out much at night anyways. I would of been climbing the walls here when there was a daytime lockdown and a shopping limitation every five days.

So for me, and I suspect for others, it's not only how you roll, but just the thought of being restricted that I am having a hard time with.

The bullshit that this is. So that means the flights are about to be empty. Last night I bought my ex girlfriend a ticket to come see me in Bogota from Cali, round trip $38 for layer this month. The PCR test costs more right? And she would have to take a test to go back home too? Not to mention I was planning on going to Barranquilla and Medelland as well. How are they coming up with this stuff.I do not think this is the case, my Spanish is not perfect but I see nowhere in that article where it explicitly states that there will be a testing requirement for domestic flights, all I see is that there was two different Administrative Acts that were combined into one, but each "Act" contained differing "recommendations" for domestic (feeding people in a way that persons sitting next to each other do not have to remove masks at same time. Disinfecting blankets etc) and for international (continuing required Covid-19 testing due to various new unpredictable strains in other countries like Brazil, United Kingdom, and South Africa). Sounds to me like they had two lists of shit and before issuing it as an "act" they just combined the lists into one lists.

Here is what the article states:

"Due to the pandemic, we had had several administrative acts on domestic flights that were updated and also two on international flights. We are now merging into one, with specific recommendations.

That take effect on April 7, 2021.

It never even states anything about Covid testing and domestic flights in the same sentence. I can't be positive because my Spanish skills are not perfect but if you read the other articles they do not say anything specifically about requiring testing for domestic flights, being that this would be a big deal I would think it would be stated explicitly. I also took a look at Avianca and LATAM websites, they make no mention of this.

Here are other articles discussing the same announcement and they do not mention anything about testing for domestic flights.

Now that I have gotten a chance to read the article it only says that Fernandez has recommended people that have had covid in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone suspected to have it not be able to fly.

In reality, what are the odds of that 90% ICU number moving much within that 6-day timeframe of the curfew?

Good chance this will be extended well past the April 5th date.

Thoughts?I'd be very surprised if any curfew was extended past April 5 until the next 3 day weekend. That has been the pattern. Latinos believe a 3 day weekend means to gather in groups of 20 to 50 and party without regard to anything else. Their government is trying to tell them it's not reccommened at this time. Tough through it and enjoy normal life again next week, imo. Until the next 3 day weekend.

WorldTravel69, thank you very much for your work: it really helps!

Small correction: it's 70 K for 1 hour (2 shots), it will be 100 K if you choose additional 30 K for BBBJ (the picture of pricelist is attached - December 2020).

Another nice feature: they accept credit cards and PayPal, so if you ran out of pesos and want some additional services you can use PayPal. Never used it and just noticed it now while posting a picture, but I know for sure that some BMs had to return to AirBnB / hotels in the middle of the day when they wanted to continue the game, but run out of pesos in the pocket.

Hi colleagues,

If all go well with massive vaccination I'm planing to visit Medellin around mid year.

I do not want go in black by this I just open a SA account, but also wanted to find FB girls previous the trip. Any advise on that will be great. I'm trying to find on FB but not sure how to identify it the right ones.

Have a great day.

I am currently staying at ground zero surrounded by foreigners. I thought everything was open until 5:00 pm and then everything was closed after 5:00 pm (except Rappi). Oops. Only essential businesses are open until 5:00 pm then everything is closed after 5:00 pm.

Day before lock down the thieves were busy trying to get some money. Four thefts in the daylight hours. Pretty busy out so I think most were caught.

Day one of the lock down the place was packed. No thefts that I saw because so packed that there was no where to run. 95% of everyone cleared off the streets by 6:00 pm.

Day two and half the street girls never showed up for work. The late shift girls either did not get the memo or are just stupid and did not bother to come early. They showed up at 3:00 pm as is habit for them. They may have been thinking the police would run most people off but leave them mostly alone as they walk around the block as if they are leaving. Nope. I also assumed the police would not be enforcing this lock down too tightly but was wrong. 95% of people cleared by 5:30 pm.

Day three and 80% of the street girls did not show up for work. There was a good rain for an hour. Many restaurants that could open are closed. But I feel more because holiday rather than the lock down. Stupid thief in his mid 20's steals a phone from another mid 20 year old with no accomplices to block the victim. When the thief runs away the victim is less than a meter behind him. This idiot steals the phone at the corner of the church when the police are clearing the streets and are at every corner. He runs towards Park Berrio Station where there is always a few police present. He ran past the first group of police but was caught of course. I know he got a good beating for making the police run after him. 95% of street cleared by 5:00. They started clearing at 4:30 pm and formed a line of 5+ across.

All in all very happy but you also get girls who want a real relationship if you want to go the 90 day fiancé route.

Most people don't have 50-100 k people passing through their homes every day, unless they live next to the Jehovah's Witnesses.

Thanks for the update the whole thing sounds so stupid I mean the people going to go home where all the virus is passed around inside. It appears the dry law, no alcohol sales from 6 pm to 5 am, will continue at least until Friday in Medellin, along with Pico why Cedula. After that who knows. Medellin ICU usage is at 95% and the department of Antioquía is at 90%. They've already started transferring patients out of Medellin to cities with more ICU availability.

My opinion is that they will continue with the restrictions for at least 3 more weeks, possibly into May. Meanwhile the Dominican Republic is advertising heavily that they're wide open for business.

Thanks for the update the whole thing sounds so stupid I mean the people going to go home where all the virus is passed around inside. The aim is to stay inside with their own households, the people who they are inside with regularly anyway. Also to keep people off the streets and away from operative public transit to make it more difficult to move around and congregate in large numbers in private residences. And of course night clubs and other indoor venues where people tend to congregate are closed. This all serves a legit purpose and is motivated by the need to keep ICU units from overflowing.

Yesterday one of my girls in Peru told me that she is still getting over covid. I asked how she got it because she is a school teacher and they have been doing classes over the internet so she has not been going anywhere. She said that her brothers work outside though and one of them picked it up and brought it home.

I also assumed the police would not be enforcing this lock down too tightly but was wrong. 95% of people cleared by 5:30 pm..I, like you, have been at ground zero visiting in the daytime on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and it was very slow indeed which I don't attribute to the lockdown but rather it being Semana Santa as you have speculated, with the two primary "holidays' being Thursday and Friday, with Friday the worst with primarily Venezuelans being out most of whom are transplants without family in Medellin. On Thursday it was so bad that I didn't even a take a girl upstairs, and I had to dig dip into my rolodex and found one of my regulars who came and met me in EL Centro at noon on Good Friday and we spent three hours together.

On Saturday I arrived at ground zero at 9 AM and by 10 AM it was starting to fill up with girls. Hence after the primary holidays they were back out at work to make some money.

With the continuation of the lockdown now with it beginning at 6 PM, all of the working girls, even those who typically show up in the afternoons will all start to show up earlier, so I suspect it's going to be very busy mid-day now at ground zero, versus between the hours of between 4 and 6 PM when there used to be a shift change.

As far as what you witnessed at 5 PM, I have always been gone before than, but have been told that they have like ten busses in El Centro, and if your out after the curfew without a valid excuse they stick you in the bus, take you somewhere, and lock you up for 36 hours and charge you something like 90,000 Pesos, that's at least what one of my regulars told me.

On Good Friday I also noticed a lot of street people sleeping around ground zero on benches, stoops, all over the place and have never seen so many, or maybe they've always been there but they didn't stick out in the past because the streets were so deserted.

Also, in November 2019, you said this in this forum:

Hi friends,

Next week will be my first time in Medellin, I will be grateful with advises and recommendations about where can I get sexy paisas (strip clubs, massage salons, escorts pages).Did you actually go to Medellin? If so, why didn't you contribute a trip report? Not trying to troll or insult you. It's just that guys like you who ask questions and beg for help, but who then don't write trip reports afterwards, are frequently ignored in the ISG forums.

Happy mongering, and we look forward to reading your trip reports.

Curfew question. I assume that a 5 pm curfew means that you can't be out in public on foot. Can you be in a taxi on your way home? In other words, can a girl come over at 4 and stay till 7, then go home?

TIA.

Is it possible to get around the Pico and Cedula restrictions if your passport ends in an even number, and your driver's license ends in an odd number?

Can you carry the passport on the even days, and just your driver's license on the odd days?

No major dramas en route apart from the check in girl inisiting I need proof of accommodation and wanting to see a lease LOL. In polite terms I told her it's total BS as none of the official info states this requirement. She starts calling head office in Amsterdam saying I don't have proof of accommodation while admitting on the phone its not listed as a requirement on the official site KLM use (Travel Doc? And advise passengers to use. I think they must have told her to stop being silly as she dropped the phone and accepted defeat but she did worry me a bit.

At surfer. On the last lockdown within the last hour the roads and traffic became insanely busy. I was with a chica and it was almost impossible to get a taxi, I wouldn't even attempt to get on the metro as I'm sure there would be a mass exodus. A street urchin was trying to get taxis for people and I got panicky that I would be stuck.

This time I will stay max 2 hours before lockdown hits as I want to be well out of there as comfortably as possible not standing on the roadside for nearly an hour in a sea of people trying to get out.

If anyone wants to meet for a beer, swap stories and roam centro shoot me a PM.

Second best choice in this area after the Nutibara which is not girl friendly. On previous visit, some girls were let in no problem. For others, they made me pay a fee (a small one). The criteria was vague, they make a judgement call based on her attire and who knows what else. One thing is due to covid they may not be fully open: last month I walked in and they said no vacancy. For Centro hotels, do not book in advance: turn up and inspect as you can't hear street noise on a hotel booking website.

For pulling girls either make a date with a day street / Casa girl or at night hit the Centro strip clubs (the hotel is only a few blocks from Barra Ejectiva strip club with Maracaibo right next door) and either make a date for when the girl gets off work or pay the club the exit fee (50 k I think) to have the girl leave right away. And of course make a deal with the girl for TLN. Toda La Noche. 250 k is what I have offered which usually works.

Appreciate all the posts, I just finished a two week trip most in Medellin but some in Cali, I'll type up some reports but to start I didn't get the chance to check out El Centro. Facebook is easy, websites are easy, Poblado is easy, Tinder is easy but not worth it for a short trip. When the curfew was midnight, there is a club you can go to that was open to 3 am. When the curfew hit 5 pm there wasn't much you just had to hit up girls you already had digits for. I would not recommend going down right now, I would wait until at least mid to end of April. I had a great time, probably fucked 17 girls in the two weeks with some of them having repeat performances and I'll be back Memorial Day weekend if anyone is there.

I was so disappointed when I stayed there last time. The only thing I would say in it's favor is the patios, which allow killer views of the city- or a place to cash it all in, as there's nothing more than a wall about 18" high around it. It ended up kinda freaking me out.

With a criteria of minimal to no street noise (and not windowless), I've found the options in Centro extremely limited to non-existent. At least with the Nuti, you get quiet enough (7th floor) and there's food restaurants and drink onsite. I'd be glad to learn of any better finds.

The Nutibara Annex hotel across the street has gone to monthly only rentals (about $300/ month).

How far is the hotel from the Veracruz church?. I really enjoyed hanging around Botero Park / museum area. One drawback is me trying to figure out what is in walking distance 3 or 4 minutes away in terms of restaurants / food from the hotel at nighttime? I am trying to figure out will I be a prisoner at night in the hotel with absolutely nothing to do as I hear of the dangers of the city at night or is it possible to find a really close restaurant for coffee / drink etc.

If anybody is looking for an good, cheap, unlocked cell phone, look at the Samsung Galaxy A02. I just bought a new one on Ebay from a US seller for $130. In past trips, I was using a Motorola that I bought in MDE for 300 k which is slow and when scrolling is not very smooth, and this one comes in 2 models (one has 4 GB RAM, and the other 3). I bought the one with 3 GB RAM and it's 10 x better than my Motorola, smooth scrolling, the apps load fast, pics / videos load fast, and it's got a 6.5" screen.

I tested it with a sim to make sure it's unlocked and it seemed to work (unless it's locked to AT&T because that's the SIM that I tried). I will use this on my trip later this month. I can give you a link to the seller that I used. I have no stake in this, just trying to help a brotha out.

Yes, you can use a driver's license or any other official or official looking government issued ID.

Is it possible to get around the Pico and Cedula restrictions if your passport ends in an even number, and your driver's license ends in an odd number?

Can you carry the passport on the even days, and just your driver's license on the odd days?

I bought one at Ktronix in Poblado a couple months ago. I don't know the specs but price was 370 mil pesos so less than $110. Same size and not a lot different from my Google Pixel 3 home phone. One advantage of buying it in Medellin is the imei number gets registered automatically in Colombia so you don't have to worry about it getting locked out after 60 or 90 days. If you are bringing your own phone to Colombia be sure to get your imei number registered. Don't ask me how.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll see what happens. The price looks very cheap at around 32 bucks a night. How far is the hotel from the Veracruz church?. I really enjoyed hanging around Botero Park / museum area. One drawback is me trying to figure out what is in walking distance 3 or 4 minutes away in terms of restaurants / food from the hotel at nighttime? I am trying to figure out will I be a prisoner at night in the hotel with absolutely nothing to do as I hear of the dangers of the city at night or is it possible to find a really close restaurant for coffee / drink etc.It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Botero Park. I have also stayed at Nutibara which is a little more expensive. The Nutibara's wi fi was better. If both hotel's wifi were similar I would prefer Le Gran.

Curfew extension to April 9.

https://www.elcolombiano.com/antioquia/las-nuevas-medidas-restrictivas-en-antioquia-por-covid-19-BK14873651They just extended the curfew now until the 19th, with outlying cities having an 8 PM to 5 AM curfew, and 6 PM to 5 AM curfew in Medellin.

I went to a laboratory in Aquacatla this morning and arrived at 6:15 AM and walked out less than 45 minutes later with a copy of the Antigen test result (negative), came back to my apartment and booked a flight for tomorrow, registered with Migracion, so am getting out of here for a while. Since last Wednesday evening I've been hitting EL Centro during the days, and then watch everything turn into a ghost town at 5 PM. Although you can get out during the day, and I'm not out much in the evenings, the situation really bothers me personally. And it's downer in the sense that they are needing to do this, not that I disagree, it's just depressing.

The good news is my Tomboy is in route to spend the next 24 hours with me, so I will be leaving tomorrow with my saddlebags empty, and hopefully things will blow over by the end of the month and I'll be back to pillage in El Centro once again!

In reality, what are the odds of that 90% ICU number moving much within that 6-day timeframe of the curfew?

Good chance this will be extended well past the April 5th date.

Thoughts?I called it first.

It's probably going to continue to get extended until at least mid-May.

But I'm out. Was going down for two and a half weeks, but the 6 pm curfew and the Pico y Cedula is a double-whammy.

I am also curious. Can you be in a taxi after 5 pm, or is it complete lockdown? Can chicas arrive in taxi at say 8 pm and leave in taxi at 12 pm?Taxis available all hours. Your question is a little open ended because it depends where you are going or coming from that matters, not that you are in a taxi. We unloaded a full taxi from Exito with a ton of groceries after 5 P in front of two Policia standing within 20 feet of us and they did not say a word. Uber is not showing up on my search when I look for one during curfew hours. Chicas coming and going from my hotel at all hours. Domicilio is booming (food delivery to where you are staying, everyone uses the Rappi app).

Cat Girl and I have opposite ID numbers, I am even and she is odd. She told me not to worry both times we went out on her odd days and I was skeptical. After initially refusing my entry, she said a few sentences to the guard at the door in Spanish por supuesto and got me in each time at Exito, Jumbo, and Western Union. She told them we were traveling together and leaving the next day and could not come back on my odd day. The other time I told them (in Spanish) that I needed my money right away and could not wait and they let in Western Union. I am not saying count on it, I am saying it can be done, being polite and respectful surely would not decrease your chances of getting in on an off-day and probably if I was alone without a local girl, it would not work.

Ostee Out.

I am also curious. Can you be in a taxi after 5 pm, or is it complete lockdown? Can chicas arrive in taxi at say 8 pm and leave in taxi at 12 pm?Last week, I had two chicas visit me during evening curfew. In each case, I gave them the option of coming earlier in the day if they felt more comfortable getting home before the 5 pm witching hour.

That said, I don't think you're supposed to be in a taxi unless you have a good reason, so probably some (albeit, quite small) risk of being stopped by a cop and possibly getting a fine. Should that happen, perhaps your WhatsApp exchange, (documenting that she's on her way to your place to provide professional services) would satisfy the policia. (JeJeJe).

Fly out tomorrow. Last Hurrah, a guided tour to Pablo Escobar's old hacienda that the government took over and turned into the country's largest tourist attracion named Hacienda Napoles. Few hour bus ride one-way from Medellin, not sure exactly how long, bus left at 4:30 AM and returned by 8 PM, slept a lot both ways. The tour bus picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Free breakfast. Went with Cat Girl and her prima Jewel. They are the ones in the string bikinis on the yellow steps and under the Felinos sign. The other two chicas joined our small group aafter we got there, they did not know each other or us before that day. I spent the day with 4 really cute chicas, but was only bangin' 2 of them, jeje. I felt a vibe from the tall skinny one, but I was with my novia Cat Girl and she did the expected cock-blocking or I would have been on that new chica like white on rice. Best man-made waterfall I have ever seen at a pool. The only reasons there are hippos in the wild in Colombia is they escaped from here, jaja. The butterfly is about 50 feet across. Great day. Don't want to leave Medellin but have to, will be back ASAP and after the curfew shit eases up. Higly recommend a visit to Hacienda Napoles and suggest a guided tour if it is your first visit there.

You are not supposed to be allowed to use your driver's license but the people checking at the entrances are sometimes one or two French fries Short of a Happy Meal. To wit, I also know of someone who got in using his Visa credit card which ended in the needed par or impar digit, telling the security guard that was his "Visa. Ruddock1 El Gran Hotel.

I bet the pool is closed. You better check. Too far to walk girls. Most will want (demand) taxi.

SlapShot10.

Hmm. She said you never contacted her.

Centro / Botero Park.

Day four (Saturday) and all businesses, tourists, and street girls back to normal. 4:30 and police start getting people to go home. Less police so took until 7:00 to get to the 95% emptiness level.

Day five (Sunday) everything back to normal. Saw a truck that looked like it was to be used to haul away people roaming the streets but nobody was put in it as it slowly drove past the church.

Day six (Monday) Knife fight at 7:45 pm in the pouring rain. Two on two which is really odd. One walked away limping but he could have fallen down on the slippery stones. I have nearly fallen down several times simply walking.

As far as what you witnessed at 5 PM, I have always been gone before than, but have been told that they have like ten busses in El Centro, and if your out after the curfew without a valid excuse they stick you in the bus, take you somewhere, and lock you up for 36 hours and charge you something like 90,000 Pesos, that's at least what one of my regulars told me.Strongly doubt that. I can not see the main streets, only the front and side of the church. I never saw one person being taken away or escorted by police. Several girls keep doing figure 8's around the blocks so they are not scared which tells me no truck hauling people away. I also saw 3 gringos I know walking around most days until 5:45 pm. I am afraid to go out because they may fine me but a much bigger issue is if they deny my 90 day extension or refuse to let me return to their country for breaking their laws. Walking around after curfew as a gringo is stupid. The Slim Man with the court jesters. It was some of the jesters. I met most of them and moved out of the hotel that housed 2 of them and do not talk with them. They are super stupid.

Backpacker.

Saw a backpacker with a thin blanket rolled up and hanging over his backpack, around his neck, and hanging over his shoulders so he looked like he was camping outside. He looked stupid and he was propositioning one of the street girls. Failed. Walks 5 meters away and tries another girl. Failed. Moves 7 meters further and tries the next one. Failed. He is now mid block in front of but opposite the Premier Plaza Hotel. Starts trying to get a lone girl walking the sidewalk with 2 bags. Bothers her all the way to the corner (half a block away). The poor girl was clearly not a player, just out shopping. Failed. Next he goes into Tostao. I see a guy I know outside Tostao and I tell him all about this stupid piece of. So the packpacker guy walks out with no food or drink in his hand so I assume he just used their bathroom. He hears me and the other guy speaking English so he stops and says sorry to interrupt and tells us how he got his stuff lost or stolen. I told him I only help girls with big tits. He kept trying. Then I told him it would suck to be you with no family or friends. He left agitated. Hate foreigners traveling to other countries begging!

Then a short girl walks past us. We both notice and mention she is a new girl. He is drinking coffee so I go chase her down. Find her at that yellow restaurant behind the church on the corner. She starts at 50,000 (red flag) but she quickly agreed to 40,000. But she demands to use her hotel. Surprise surprise. I swear all the girls in front of that restaurant get immediate training on bad service. Several days prior I saw a semi-new girl from there and she walked around the block alone. I caught her away from her group of friends and hoped for the best. I got her to my hotel but at the 15 minute mark complained of pain and never finished. That is 6 girls total between my last trip and this trip I have tried with almost universal results. One guy I knew tried the Bogota transfer girl who would not take her top off that I remembered from last year. He had the same results. If you must have one of the girls in front of that restaurant. Negotiate shirt and bra off and sucking tits first and tell her as soon as she enters the hotel room she has to take her top off. If she does not take her shirt and bra off immediately then quickly walk out the room and the hotel. They tried locking me in last time. This information is for the new guys. This is not for the know-it-alls that have all the girls perform for them like porn stars, stay forever until they are kicked out, and are so awesome that the girls actually pay them.

Restaurant.

Across from the church. First floor Mor Dis because. Third floor Govindas vegie restaurant (burrito fake meat tastes like sausage, great view. Try it). Second floor is currently being worked on to open a new restaurant. Keep your fingers crossed it is something other than another Colombian food place.

I am a loser!

I had a play date set with a 33 year old Botero girl. Not a 18-23 year old, 33. She did it two days in a row. It gets worse. She is 2 floors above me in the same hotel. That is roughly a 2 minute walk if she was to get a bit lost on the way. My ego burst in flames. I buried it two days later and have been reborn with no moral compass. But I keep telling myself it was because she was real busy before she moved to Bogota the next day.

As far as the busing away of the people after 5 PM, I can easily see the police not enforcing this until at least an hour after curfews actually begin. It's not like people get off work at 4:30 PM and are going to have plenty of time to get home before the curfew begins. There have been lots of lines and waiting for transport as always in the late afternoons, and the Police know this. Your smart not to get caught violating the rules', especially being a foreigner here, as it it's typically a no win situation for the foreigner.

Yes, you can use a driver's license or any other official or official looking government issued ID.In reality, most of the stores could care less and I've walked into Exito and Carulla on odd days while my ID is even, "pare" and sometimes they don't even bother checking at the entrances. As far as Tienda 1 and Justo / Bueno, there so short staffed they just post who is allowed in on that day by having a placard with even or odd numbers on it. Nobody should be concerned about all this, there are Mom / Pop stores all over the place not enforcing this.

Agree that the Vera restaurant and the chicas who stand right around there are all spoiled almost useless, they are nothing more than 20 mil stick it in their twats for 5 minutes dump and leave. They all hang around with their sister putas and think they have made their throne on the back side of the Vera hehehehe.

On another note. Since the curfew has been extended to April 19 here in Medellin my whatsapp has lite up like a Christmas tree lighting ceremony yesterday, so many chicas are desperate.

I got into MDE right at the start of the quarantine late at night. There were no cars on the road due to the lockdown, and I did a double take at google maps on my phone when it said it was 20 minutes to Poblado. Taxi driver was going like a bat out of hell, and it seemed like we made it to Poblado from MDE airport in 15 minutes, only 25 on the way back but it was raining buckets. Again, I went after curfew.

For the most part, I have had my battles with men on this forum about trusting the women and if I lived in MDE, I get why. The flake rate was off the charts. For every woman, I had show up, two cancelled. Earliest one showed up was an hour late. Thing is the women I did have were drop dead gorgeous, horny as shit, and great in the sack.

The funniest encounter was with a seeking girl who has a legit job in real estate. She insisted on a PPM, short term arrangement. I thought she was going to be your typical blow and go ho, but she stayed around after we were done and we talked. I enjoyed what she had to say. I asked about taking her and a girl I met early on for a threesome to a Colombia beach town and she said, "Oh, I will have a 3 some but no way am I going on a trip with a girl from MDE. " Say what? I asked if she would like to take a trip and she said fine. She had such a negative opinion of the women in MDE.

La Isla is closed now, but I got three numbers of the women who work there. I got three numbers from women I was interested in from there. I texted all three. One could not make it, one wanted 600 k, and the other wanted 300 k for an hour. Given the huge flake rate with seeking, if you are interested in fucking a 10, to me this is how you do it. I know casas and centro are cheaper but it was after curfew hours and I had just gotten into town and was horny. The La Isla girl came over stoned on Tussi, but she gave great head and was good in the sack to boot.

The best and one I repeated with the most was a stunning blonde I met on seeking who is a cam girl. She was really smart, fun, and fucked the living shit out of me. At the hotel, she was playing with my cock in the elevator and fucked me in the pool. I stayed at Hotel Haven, and they had no issues with guests as long as you only had one woman in at the time. No fucking guest fees! You would think other hotels would get a clue because manager, a really nice guy, told me that they had a full house, way better than Energy Living. You would think as busy as EL and Haven were though the other hotels would get a clue about guest fees.

My cam girl fucked me bare the first day and then had nightmares about it. LOL. She went to the studio where she does her cam thing, saw all the hos there and freaked out. I really liked the Today Ultrasensitive in the green box and it felt like I had nothing on so I was okay with not going bare after that.

She makes enough doing the cam thing to pay her rent and bills but she wanted more. Still, she did not push me financially and never set a price. Still, as hot as she was and as good as she was in bed, and she danced better than most of the women at La Isla, she did not have a healthy glow about it. I asked her if she did drugs, and she admitted to smoking pot every day, and it showed in her looks and skin.

The only other encounter I had was at a Sports massage for men studio about two blocks from Hotel Haven on the way to Parque Lleras. I pay 120 k for a non-sexual message for an hour, and they had one doable woman of the four there. I am not sure if it is a happy ending place but if you do fuck, it is on a massage table, and I can never recall having great sex on a massage table. You are not supposed to get the phone numbers from the women but. Anyway, talking to the masseuse there was the same unhealthy glow, anxiety, and treatment of anxiety with pot.

I got sick of the rain, sick of the lockdown, and sick of the flakes so I am in Cali now. I will see what this place has to offer. So far I like the climate and vibe but the women are not MDE quality.

Maybe because it is because my sugar baby wife is in Medellin that I did not have the opinion of it I have. The SB wife bends over backwards to show she is not about money, and I get why because that is what most women there are like, and fortunately for me, she was out of town.

So now I get why the guys from MDE are the way they are. The women are stunning. I hurt my neck checking out all the hot women. And the women are pleasant and good in bed, but they are flaky as shit, materialistic as hell per according to everyone I talked to, and a ton of them are on drugs. IMO Medellin is the land of coke working girls, and I can see why guys would be so leery of getting into a committed relationship with any of them. I can see why so many guys got burned by the women of MDE.

What are the odd of that? One in 64 to be exact, jaja. FTW, my social security number is even, too, jajjajajajaa.

Photo is of he only new chica I banged in the past six weeks and she did not disappoint. She was a referral from a fellow mongerer, super cute, above average blow job skills, and most important, sweet & willing personality. There is a big difference between a referral for a prepago already advertising on Facebook (I don't have) like her, and a regular or special girl who you know and with whom you may have spent a lot of time, energy and effort cultivating that first time to fuck. Even with this chica, I would not give out her info unless I first discussed it with my fellow mongered and referral source. He and I already have that agreement and there are many times he would be the only mongerer and friend to whom I would refer a chica.

I am not suggesting this is how anyone else should roll. Do what you want. In these types of examples, "cast your pearls before swine" and see what happens, jajaja.

Ill make a couple of concise reports. No mongering for the first fews days as my chica was with me and I needed to sort my apartment and Spanish school.

Yesterday mileroticas girl disappointing performance, damage 130, online prepares are a bit hit and miss. Called over a cute tiny spinner called Lucy to my apartment from Avenida de grill as I never got to smash her in the club and I have been talking to her over the last couple of months, I am sure tall man will know her.

She says she wants 100 for 2 - 3 hours, no problem with that. I tell her to take a taxi which I will pay for. She gets here and a chica taking a taxi means her friend will take her and they will rinse you on the price, from the club to Laureles she wants 20,00.

Once here I love her little body but the whole time she is on her phone and her novio keeps calling. Every time he calls she cranks up the volume on the music to max so he thinks she is still working and he wants her home, this happens about 3 times and the whole phone thing and the calls completely kills the mood for me, I could tell from the first second she was not relaxed.

After about 2 hours we finally go to the room but the vibe was dead and I just rush through it. I try to get her an uber and she insists she wants her own taxi costing 25,000 which of course is not even a taxi. Note to self, always clarify the taxi situation beforehand.

I give her the 145,000 and she looks at the 100 and says dollars, at this point I panic and think this is going to get ugly especially as she has a friend parked outside. I see red and tell her to show me on the chat where it says dollars and she just leaves. I think the dumb hooker realised it was stupid to pull this trick as I was always more than generous to her in the club for nothing in return and overall she would not gain from this stunt. Especially as she spent 90% of the time on the phone and rest in the room, how can she her right mind expect $100.

Tuesday was not a great day.

Today Wednesday after school excited to hit ground zero El Centro around 2 pm. Quite a few chicas around and a few real spinners as well as few well under age. Sometimes the ones you like will be hanging with guys or in a deep conversation on their phone. I drank some orange stuff I saw on YouTube that is supposed to make you potent. A drink on the strip then I return to a spot where a looker gave me the nod but she was gone. I continue up by Zona Rosa and there is tallish black venny Camilla, nice attitude but a bit bulky for my taste but attitude carries a lot of weight. She wants 25,000 or 30,000 to have her back door smashed. Lets go to Zona Rosa.

In the room great attitude, naughty, no rush. No problem with me playing with both holes and jerking off during the session. I would repeat and I reckon she would be even better after a few training sessions. I gave her 40 k.

Back to the strip and I take a drink in the black and red bar next to the restaurant. These bars look rough and ready but the staff and the girls are usually friendly and fun. A girl is eyeing me, she is a bit flabby but smiley. I have no wing man and my Spanish is poor. She sits nexts to me. I like when girls use their initiative and approach. A bit of basic small talk and I buy her a drink, I understand everything in the convo and I relax a bit.

For the price of a couple of drinks I get to practice Spanish and meet a friendly face. A few real lookers walk by the bar and I really want another round but its close to 4 and my limit is 2 hours before curfew then I go, so I make my way home. Total at the bar 20 k. Overall better than yesterday and I like the vibe in Centro.

Side note. When you ask girl how much and she says 100,200 or 300 and when you give her the pesos and she then wants dollars this is an outright scam in my opinion. We don't use dollars here, I don't carry dollars and if a chica wants dollars she should clearly specify she wants US dollars in the same way that I don't expect to pay in Euros or GBP while I'm in Colombia. I think mongers need to be aware of this as I have heard of this in a few other reports.

Quick question. I have heard that some of the chicas who work at Haven (staff) can be had on the side. Did you find this to be true?Everything is negotiable, but I didn't notice them offering when I stayed there. Tbf I wasn't trying to shit where I sleep either. But, when I have in the past they are very careful to avoid the hotel cause its a huge problem for them. Haven and Dix are both great. They both have similar policies.

What a shame some of the BS, like thinking it was for dollars, that these putas come up with and yes she wanted to scam you, my gawd and I too hate the cell phone shit that these putas pull. If I am paying you the only time your lips should be moving is when it is sucking on my door knob hehehehe.

But all in all the pricing is fair in these bars, last week I spent an hour and a half and was buying drinks for a girl I was sitting with and her sister and even the bar tender and I had a few beers, well when it came time to settle the bar tab it was, no shit, like 28 mil.

I am really really careful any more deciding to bring a girl back to my apartment. I use to take more risks in years back but now I just don't have any patience for dealing with their possible scam and BS so now I may have a new untested chica over once about every other month and only before I do my due diligence.

Good report.

Yes have been up those stairs behind her and up the stairs on the other corner too. And the Raudal strip has less girls but usually more mature hotter ones then the VeraCruz strip. But they will ask for more then the 30 k the VeraCruz girls are asking, 50 k+.

With these two:Hi there, how do you approach the girls on raudal street?

Looking at 1:30 of this video there are like 20 dudes just standing around, how do you make the approach with all those dudes hanging about?

How is the San Peter restaurant? Hours? Menu? Prices?

TIA.It's closed.

When you step out the door of San Peter, across the street and to the right is Full Arabe, a Lebanese restaurant. Food is excellent, but a bit pricey. Some of the dishes are over 20 k. Just past it is a little Colombian restaurant, decent cheap lunch, about 11 k.

My favorite in the area is Salud Pan. It's a bakery and restaurant. Around 15 k. They have regular, vegetarian and vegan options on the menu of the day. It's about 2 blocks south of San Peter. There's also a Mondongos nearby.

Quick question. I have heard that some of the chicas who work at Haven (staff) can be had on the side. Did you find this to be true?I did not try it. Women working there are cute not stunning but they were dressed professionally. Well, there is one that could have been really attractive if not in professional clothing. Thing is within a 5 minute walk you have at least one massage parlor and all of Parque Lleras.

Routard wrote epic pieces on Bogota and he emphasized not all Colombian women are hookers. Thing is when I went to a bar in Ochos Rios, Jamaica once ALL the women were hookers. The paradox with women and seeking.com I have learned is that women want to be paid for sex but not feel like hookers. With Medellin, the cultural shame of taking money for sex IMO is low so honestly if the women working Haven did not take money for sex I would be surprised.

The Tall Man.Agreed, that's what I like about here. I've been to bars and strip clubs with others with drinks flowing and the bar tab is usually pennies especially compared to somewhere like Thailand. I feel like I'm always respectful and generous with certain girls so it's disappointing when they try to pull a stroke.

When I was here for a few weeks for my first visit I wanted to bring anything and everything back to my apartment. Now that I'm settled into a nice apartment for a few months at least I feel like I do not want trouble or lunatics here so I'm going to be very selective with who I bring back.

When I was here for a few weeks for my first visit I wanted to bring anything and everything back to my apartment. Now that I'm settled into a nice apartment for a few months at least I feel like I do not want trouble or lunatics here so I'm going to be very selective with who I bring back.Yes, it cannot be emphasized enough to clearly vet a Chica before bringing her back to your apartment. I don't allow anyone in my place that I haven't been with at least a couple of times with before in a Love Motel. The vetting process can be tricky, as lots of these Chicas are players, and at times there can be some telltale signs, and other times trouble / lunatics totally out of the blue.

By going with them a few times somehere besides your apartment, versus the first time at your apartment, you will find out whether the Chica fits your sexual needs / desires. That for me is the first thing I look for, if it's bad sexually the first time, I don't want to find that out at my place.

The second thing I look for is how well we can communicate, for some it may be totally verbal, or non verbal, or both, meaning some type of "connection", however you want to describe it, I guess Chemistry. If your with a Chica in a Love Motel and she is glued to her cell phone, imagine what that might be like in your apartment.

I also like to find out how they respond relative to compensation, meaning did they provide and do everything you wanted for what you agreed to, or did they beg or demand more.

Again, there can be pitfalls when bringing someone back to your place, even if you think you vetted them.

But if you find a winner, it sure beats a Love Motel compared to a nice apartment.

I know you know all this, and am looking forward to an entertaining post with a "happy ending" when you find a nice Chica.

Trying to figure out what makes a "killer arepa"? Except the ones stuffed with eggs and chorizo I've never been too impressed. For me, Arepas can be like hockey pucks, dry and tasteless.

It's interesting though as to how many selections there are of them. In Exito they have like a 30 foot long open refrigerator of them with all kinds of varietes, and the only one I like is the yellow corn ones, they kind of resemble Mexican yellow corn tortillas, yet are much thicker. For breakfast I like toasting them and putting either butter or cooked eggs and cheese on them. But typically the Arepas that are served with most Colombian meals resemble hockey pucks, dry, and tasteless. I can't speak for Venezuelan Arepas though, and do know they differ than the Colombian varieties.

You know the deal, many girls won't want to travel by taxi, others will. Valle de Aburra ICU occupancy is 100%, the worst it has been during the pandemic. There is a good chance that the government will extend the curfew beyond Monday. I actually like the arepas in Colombian when done right. The Medellin arepas tend to be the small ones, which can be good if fresh, but can be hard and nasty if not. In Bogota, you tend to find the larger ones. The arepas my ex-wife and ex-MIL make are great. Sometimes plain, sometimes stuffed with cheese. I like the plain ones. I get bad looks, however, because I like to put butter and grape or mora jelly on mine. There used to be a lady who had a street arepa stand near my ex-wife's house in Bogota. She made all kinds of arepas. One I liked was one stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese.

I like empanadas also, but am picky. First, they must be hot / fresh. Second, I like the fried ones (but only when cooked in hot, fresh oil), not the ones in what I consider pie shell. I love beef with potato or beef with rice the best.

Returned to my house in the USA from MDE without any hassles. Notice I did not write "home" because I consider Medellin my new home, or at least it will be once I get my visa sorted out.

I showed a paper copy of my negative COVID test results at check-in at the Rio Negro (MDE) airport at American Airlines. I had paper and pdf copies in my phone of my COVID lab results and my Migracion form. I was never asked to show my Migracion form. Here is the link to the Migracion form https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf.

I was highly satisfied with the service at Cendiatra labs for my pre-flight COVID-19 testing. There are two labs in Medellin. I was staying on Avenida 70 and the Uber ride to their La America office, Carrera 80 # 44 be-91, was less then two dollars. Their other office is in Medellin is in Aguacatala, Cra 48 see # 10's-04. Note: ISG's stupid autoeditor alters the address to look it up on the Web site.

The Web page for the lab I used to get my COVID testing is https://cendiatra.com/. Cat Girl and I were there when their door opened at 6 AM. Within 10 minutes there were ten people behind us. They offer 3 kinds of COVID tests. For returning to the USA from Medellin you only need the confirmatory covid antigen test-19 collected by nasophayngeal swab (no blood needed). I charged the test on my AmEx, cost was $21 and change. I had the printed results in my hand in 20 minutes. The results on pdf were in my E-mail by the time I arrived back at my hotel. The staff was friendly, but they did not speak English. I would bring a Spanish speaking friend with you if you do not speak Spanish but you could get through it with pointing fingers and a little Google Translate if you need to. Ostee Out.

People posting but not listing sources. Not good. Go to Colombia / Travel Coronavirus Updates. I posted what the USA Embassy sent me.

Day seven (Tuesday) 7:30 the police had the truck parked and I saw 4 people in it plus some guy they arrested sitting on the fountain in front of the church. Truck was moved to the corner of the museum and was parked for about an hour. Looked like more people were put in it. But could not figure out rhyme or reason of who they were taking. There were some people still walking around. After that it was the least amount of people I have seen out late at night since the curfew started.

Day eight (Wednesday) No truck taking people away. Street girls figured it out and the few out after curfew are going home a bit earlier. 6:30 pm some local guy got robbed. Nobody said or did a thing. He tried following the thief and yelling "Police" but his 2-3 buddies got between them to block his get-a-way. One had a long stick. Next up was a 50+ year old. One guy came up behind him and put a chock hold on him and took him down while the other ran up punching and picking his pockets. All got away.

Dangerous.

So much is talked about which cities are more dangerous using statistics and comparing the cities overall crime rate. Stupid. You have to compare foreigner prostitute street or bar scene in one city / country to foreigner prostitute street or bar scene in the other city / country. My game is street and I am always alone.

Thailand. Pattaya 6 weeks taking street girls off Beach Road and Walking Street. Maybe 3 fights between drunks on Walking Street. Safe 24/7 in the street girl area.

Philippines. Angeles City 3+ years, Cebu 6 months, Illigan 1 month, Dumaguette 2 weeks, General Santos 1 week, Cagayan de Oro 2 weeks. Saw a few drunks get robbed on the side streets. Mostly drunks fallen over passed out and guys were going through the guys pockets and a few fights. Mostly safe 24/7.

Medellin (Botero) 7 months. I saw more fights, pick pockets, and physical robberies in my first 2 months than in Thailand and Philippines combined (4 years). By 8:00 pm you need to get home. Most the girls out after 7:00 are not trying to make some extra money. Most are hard core trouble.

Wait for it. There will be an idiot that posts that Park Lleras or The Mansion are safe which is not an apples to apples comparison or the super stud that can go anywhere at anytime because he is such a bad at $$.

Stupid Girls.

Girl texts me using Whatsapp. So I tell her let us meet tomorrow. I ask her if she has ID. She replies with hearts and kisses. I ask again and no reply. Oops she replied 15 minutes later.

Next girl is in my hotel (yes another one). I have had her twice and told her I wanted to try her friend (room mate) next time. Tonight she texts me to meet. I tell her I wanted to try her friend this time. She tells me her friend wants tomorrow but I can have her tonight. I cancel. Either her friend does not want to be with me (which I seriously doubt) or she is trying to keep all the money to herself. She is a lesbian with some fat street seller so I know she is not jealous of me having her friend. I will approach her friend out on Botero some time.

Unfortunately it's sad to hear that more and more girls are trying to scam mongers now with the USD versus Peso bullshit.

It's a sign of the times, more and more mongers are coming to Colombia and the girls are becoming more aware of how to scam guys, especially newbies here.I really don't blame them for trying to scam us. Some guys make it so easy, it's got to be hard to pass up. And for every guy that reports getting scammed, it saves 30 others from the same fate.

One of my favorites hit me up today. She was upset that I couldn't see her in November because of my illness. She's one of the dependable ones. Hits me up every few months to see how I'm doing and when I'll be back. Never hits me with a sob story or asks for money and she remembers my birthday.

That last one is pretty easy, since her birthday is the day before mine. Last year I was supposed to be there to celebrate with her, but Covid cancelled my trip. I was planning on being there in 2 weeks, but with the curfew and everything, combined with being shorthanded at work means I'll have to postpone again.

Speaking of Venezuelan arepas brings back great memories of hitting the 24 hour areperias in Caracas after a night of fun.

Arepas of all kinds! Nothing like the Colombian hockey pucks at these places, Lol.

I tell the Vennies the 2 things I love from their country:

Las mujeres y las arepas!

I love beef with potato or beef with rice the best.I agree that most arepas in Colombia are "meh" but their used to be this joint on the main drag of Bocagrande in Cartagena that stayed open late with a walkup window and tables outside. They made these arepas stuffed with ground beef, onions, spices and cheese that were awesome. I can also eat arepas with butter and honey of they hot and fresh.

I'm considering staying at the mansion but would it be better to stay near El Centro in order to be within walking distance? Otherwise, what are the nicest areas for hotels in the area if I'm just taking ubers?

What's been your experience?A better question is, what's been your experience?

There are 3 areas where guys usually stay, Poblado, Laureles and El Centro. The Mansion is in Poblado. Poblado is also home to Parque Lleras and the club Gusto.

Poblado is the upper class area of the city. You'll find better restaurants, better hotels, more gringos and higher prices. If you're planning on going in the near future, your best bet is probably the Mansion. With the curfew in place you'll have an easier time getting what you want there, as a newbie to Medellin.

If you decide to stay in a hotel in Poblado, be certain of their guest policy. Some won't allow guests, others charge a high fee for each one.

Laureles is more of a middle class area. Prices are lower and the hotels aren't quite as nice. It's a nice area to stay in and it's closer and quicker to get to El Centro from there. There are also a few casas in the area, so there are mongering options.

El Centro is the original heart of the city. It's where you'll find the lowest prices for everything. Expect crowded sidewalks, noise, and passed out glue sniffers. It can be intimidating, downright scary to some.

What's been your experience? Which area is best depends on you. There are guys who decided to stay in El Centro and after 1 night caught a taxi to Poblado because they were afraid to leave their room. There are guys who can't understand why anyone would pay Poblado prices when El Centro is so accessible and affordable.

The choice depends on your comfort zone.

So what does this mean? Are restaurants open or only takeout / domcillios. I have heard that taxis are fine to get girls to your place? Can anyone in MDE NOW help me understand. I fly out Friday morning on Spirit. My biggest fear is being stuck in MDE.I was in Medellin in January during full weekend lock down and indeed during that time the things are quite boring as you are confined in your apartment or hotel and do not have activity. You will not have problems in bringing girls to your place if you have made any contacts on FB, SA or CC. But the centro, casas and strip clubs will be closed where there is action. All restaurants, bars, clubs will closed and streets empty. Only way to find food is through during curfew is through Rappy app. If you fly out on Friday, then you will be in curfew for 3 nights and 3 days by Monday things will be normal for another 4 days. Good luck.

El Colombiano is reporting a complete lockdown, from 8 pm Thursday to 5 am Monday.A week ago on last Wednesday for Semana Santa the first lockdown / curfew within the last couple of months started with a 5 PM until 5 AM nightly curfew to last thru Sunday. Then it was announced over the past weekend that there would be a daily curfew from 6 PM until 5 AM thru the 19th of April, and now yesterday the announcement that there will be a complete lockdown until Monday as you mention.

To put things in perspective, I arrived in Medellin on February 25th and had been tracking every week the cases of COVID being reported, and what has been happening in the surrounding Countries, notably in Chile and Brazil, along with other Countries and started to get "spooked" as Medellin had now become the epicenter in the Country and I was debating to either stay or leave.

Upon entering into the lockdown last Wednesday evening, things basically became a ghost town after 5 PM, yet during the day I was able to go out, hit the pool in Bellen, and then go to EL Centro in the afternoon, so it wasn't that bad, except I didn't like being "confined" in the evenings.

Then on last Sunday I heard that Bogota was talking about a total weekend shutdown for the coming weekend just like in Medellin, and I started to get concerned in that I could not imagine being confined 24/7 in my apartment. And yes, I could get company to stay with me, but being confined, or just the thought of it wasn't going to work for me. So on Monday morning at 6:15 AM I went to Aqucatala, got tested, and then booked a flight home Tuesday evening, arrived Wednesday morning, and now, low and behold, a complete lockdown, but the handwriting was on the wall.

I know there are board members who live here permanently, so the lockdown drills are not new to them.

However I can see this as very challenging for others who are just visiting, as I suspect given the gravity of the situation with COVID, that the "new normal" as mentioned by others might be total weekend lockdowns for a while, and who knows, maybe something more drastic like before.

For guys visiting, I hope things work out for you, as this is a very sad thing that is occurring right now.

My final lockdown in Medellin began at 10:30 AM on Monday, and lasted until 10:30 AM on Tuesday this week when I departed Medellin, and it wasn't a Government mandated lockdown, but a self imposed lockdown of debauchery.

My Tomboy and I spent 24 hours together, and it was like being on another planet, and going back in time on a time machine.

I felt as though I was over forty years younger than I am, and being with someone so sensous and loving at my age cannot be described with words.

The experience is etched in my mind, being totally priceless, and something I will always remember as long as I live.

I've never been clear on what are the boundaries of Raudal. I've walked down on DeGrief many times a few blocks further than Conejitas. Down by where Bar Hilton is. Is that DeGrief?Basically the NW and NE corners of Car 54 & Calle 53 (DeGreiff) with some more chicks going and up Car 54 on the left.

The author (Jeff) responded to a comment about going to the grocery store and the vet here on Medellin Guru:

"Hello Jeff. I am a Patreon member. I have 2 questions concerning the lockdown April 8-12.

1. I assume we will not be able to go to the grocery store. Will restaurants still deliver via Rappi, etc.?

2. I have a dog. I assume I will be able to walk my dog during the lockdown. Is there any maximum distance I must remain within my apartment area (i.e., within 1 or 5 km, etc.)?

Jeff: No leaving the home for grocery store.

Confirmed deliveries are permitted, taking pets to vet. Also, airports will remain open with passengers able to travel to / from airports from this source. https://www.elcolombiano.com/antioquia/excepciones-del-toque-de-queda-en-antioquia-BF14885325".

I'm heading back to MDE in about 2 weeks armed and ready to purchase a Bello apartment. I have done tons of research and retained the services of a reputable bilingual real estate lawyer. My Spanish is fluent, but not when it comes to Colombian real estate law and fine print. I'm giving myself about 2 months to get this done and will be looking at apartment complexes with pool / gym that are less than 5 years old or brand new construction projects that are move in ready within a year.

I'll be staying in Niquia and Las Cabanas neighborhoods the whole time. There's a reason lots of hot girls come from Bello and I'll be in the thick of it. Just remember, Bello is dangerous so don't come out here haha. Don't worry, I'll post chica stories to make my posts more entertaining. BTW, couple of the properties I'm looking at are below, less than 10 minute walk from mall and metro station. Around $80 k USD for brand new 3 bed /2 ba. Used and under 5 yrs old could be had for $70 k USD. Curfew or no curfew won't affect my mongering activities in Bello. Hope I can literarily own a piece of paradise! Wish me luck!

To be fair your experience, my experiences, don't happen often, I should say they don't happen often enough but when they do I am like "damn I am one lucking dude."

Probably about once maybe twice a year is when I find this zone of surreal sensuality and being totally connected with a chica on every level, but funny thing is later on I try to create this experience with the same gal again and well it just never can compare with the first awesome off the charts surreal experience. Go figure.

Just my rambling thoughts laid out this Thursday late afternoon a few hours before we go into full lock down here in Medellin.

I am all set for the next 4 days, have enough food and drinks in my fridge to feed a small army for a month and also some sweethearts arriving or I should say that will be sneaking their way to my apartment over the weekend.

Much love and respect to all!

The Tall Man.

Rice Rocket: You've given me something to think about. I have gone back and forth about buying or renting in Medellin. I am going to pass a month in Poblado in June, not because I would likely want to live in Poblado, but because I got a good deal on a monthly rental and want to see how I do passing a whole month away from my current home.

But the options you show are nice and the price is great. For me, spending that kind of money to buy a place would be reasonable, without any expectation of ever renting it out. I appreciate you sending along the videos. They both look nice and they are in the safer barios of Bello. It sure would be nice to be near the mall, to the bus state that takes you to Barbosa and other places, and to the hot chicas in Bello an in nearby barrios in Medellin. Let us know how it turn out. Maybe Ill PM you to inquire about the lawyer you found.

To be honest, it never occurred to me about buying an apartment in Medellin even though I've been going there 2-3 a times a year for the past 8 years. I'm not retiring anytime soon (just turned 40 this year), but after staying in Colombia for 3 months from Nov /2020-Feb /2021, I could definitely imagine myself living there full time. I have 2 passports so I can make use of 180 days each without needing a visa or becoming a tax resident. If all things go well, it'll just give me extra motivation to work harder and retire earlier.

I'll definitely keep you posted about how things turn out. At worst case, I'll still be in paradise for 2 months with or without succeeding in property purchase. And I'm not buying to get extra rental income because nobody fucking chicas in my place except for me haha.

Why would you be giving money to chicks that are not hookers? You will be more ripped off trying to use foreign currency. That is why the gringo spots are fucked up these days. Guys have I guess thought the same as you and started an ugly trend.

Whenever you travel use local currency. Prime example 2 days ago in Mexico a chick asked me for $25. I said I only have pesos. She said 300 pesos. 300 pesos is less than $15. If you had paid in dollars then you would have paid almost twice as much as me using that pay in dollars theory. You are not on vacation to please chicks; you are on vacation for chicks to please you.

Its disappointing but I just came to the realization that each time will be different and satisfying in its own way even if its not as mind blowing or toe curling.Never try to hook up with a prepago 2 nights in a row. No matter how mind-blowing the first session was, trying to repeat the experience, especially too soon, has ALWAYS been a disappointment. I have posted here before about my single most mind-blowing encounter with a pay-for-play chica on six continents (there is no mongering pe se in Antarctica, trust me) was in Medellin with a well known often mentioned chica here who can be found on FaceBook.

One night all the planets and stars aligned and we had a three-hour session that was better than any porn movie I have ever seen. I lost track of the number of orgasms she had, over 20, and there was a lot of max strength wrestling going on. The session ended when she either passed out or had a brief seizure, not sure to this day. I was with her many times before and since and nothing even came close, physically, although we have grown closer as friends. She usually does not have any orgasms when we meet. She is still one of my faves. I asked her one time about that session for the ages and she said, "Sometimes when a girl lets her guard down, that will happen."

She and I know each others bodies so well that our sessions are always satisfactory. Like most of my prepagos with whom I have repeat business, I tell them what I will pay upfront, and that they can "leave when they want. " She stayed for four hours last time for what would be considered a standard one-hour rate, albeit the first 90 minutes of it was watching an animated movie. We were both laughing our asses off and that was still fun as hell. Usually, I get my value from the time spent together instead of worrying about nickel and diming them over what I will pay. I would only suggest using that payment technique with girls you know well and who you believe actually enjoy being with you somewhat. Obviously, if you say that to some El Centro skank you brought back to your hotel she is going to want to leave after 15 minutes, jaja.

Couple of gratuitous fotos of Secret's amazing clamshell tight pussy, and the pearl inside, jeje, from the last time we fucked before I left on Wednesday. Physically, I miss her the most. Hardcore, drug dealer, dangerous, from Bello, considers herself a gangster and I would not argue that point. I sometimes wonder what would happen if I got on her wrong side but she seems to dig me and the excitement has been worth the risk. As the saying goes, it's all fun and games until someone puts an eye out, jajajaja. Catgirl and I are closer than ever. I am still moving to Medellin permanently but for me, I had an amazing three months, and now is not the time to be there.

I've been on LAC and have a bunch of girls lined up also some that want to show me around and hopefully can turn into a fun time I am set to leave on the 18th and I am renting a air bnb.A very bad idea. As Mr E said, most think in pesos, and their day to day life is in pesos, its the dumb Gringos that train them in dollars. If a chica quotes $ its already a red flag, whether you redirect or drop them is your call. But a gringo doing it is as dumb as it gets.

As the saying goes, I'd rather be lucky than good. The shutdown started the day after I left. I had a great three months but it was time to leave. I accomplished most of my goals, went to the mountaintop and saw the casa being built for Catgirl and I by her family. That was a great cross cultural experience that I will never forget, staying with her family in a small pueblo barely accessible by 4 WD that sustained itself by growing coffee on the mountainside.

My ranked line-up served me well during whatever curfews and quarantines came our way. I added two spectacular girls, Secret and Silky, who were both accepting of their Numeros 7 & 6 starting positions, respectively. Scarlet moved way up in position as I probably spent more time with her than any chica this trip. The last three fotos are of Secret, Scarlet, and Silky, for an even ten.

My last day in MDE I got a taste for something a little wilder so I went down to Ground Zero in El Centro and picked up these two street walkers shown in the first foto.

Kidding! That is mi novia Catgirl and her novia, Haz. I took them shopping on my last day, and it was Haz's birthday yesterday. Yes! She is finally 18, yet another great reason to return to Medellin, jaja. There is a saying in Medellin, When your girlfriend cheats on you, usually it is with another girl. Thank gawd, this is true. Those of you who follow my story line may recall Haz knocking the mango out of the tree at Parque Norte. She is incredible and my favorite novia of Catgirl's to date. Catgirl is worse than a guy, she usually ditches her novias after a month but Haz seems to have staying power. I love the contrast between the short and chubby Catgirl and the tall and flaca Haz, although I did lay down the law and tell Catgirl she needs to get some of the Covid quarantine fat off her ass, then she has as close to a purrfekt figure I can imagine.

I could not believe how cheap it was to get Haz's nose pierced, including the hardware, 5. 000 COP or $1. 38. I thought my Spanish was failing me and I kept asking if that was the correct price, jaja.

Two of the fotos are at my favorite El Centro bar which is actually a street corner one block over in between San Antonio and Parque Berrio metro stations. My man Montanero has been on that same street corner serving shots of tequila for about 12 years, he tells me. Catgirl and Haz just about to smooch in the other foto.

Medellin is where my heart is and I am back in the states taking all the necessary steps to move there permanently. I assume most of us will be vaccinated by then.

Ostee Out.

The reality is that USD are totally worthless in Medellin, as nobody accepts them for payment and when exchanging them to Pesos at either a bank or exchange house the rate of exchange sucks. The higher end providers and non-pros, those with Passports who have travelled internationally are the ones that would be happy with USD, but there won't be many of them around that you will encounter.

Leave your Benjamin Franklins at home and bring your ATM cards.

I'll be in Medellin for the first time in September. I will try this with a girl I meet in Gustos or La Isla (After I'm finished day mongering in El Centro of course jajajajaja).

A chica asked me to pay her in dollars once and she was willing to take a discount mainly because I did not want what she was selling and I told her I didn't have the pesos. If you are not giving her more than the standard exchange rate, what difference does it make? For convenience I use pesos of course, but this one time the chica was willing to take a discount for dollars and go down to Iberas and exchange them on the street, no skin off my nose. With that said, I pay in pesos and always negotiate in pesos. I really don't want to be calculating exchange rates and doing math for a sex encounter jajaja. As far as labeling it dumb, that depends on your math ability, I guess, jajaja.

But I must warn you YMMV.

Absolutely not! Never! I would rather just give the girl my ATM card and tell her to go withdraw how much she wants.

1. It doesn't matter how pleased she will be, because you pay her after she's finished and ready to leave.

2. The exchange rate is always changing. The price of pussy is fairly stable. Are you planning on checking the current rate each time, doing the math and pulling out your small change? Or were you thinking a $100 bill would make her happy? It should, because you'll be overpaying by 80-350%.

3. It sounds like you're wanting to impress the girls. If you want to impress them, give them a handful of gummi worms or other cheap candy and eat their pussy. You'll save a lot of money and you're more likely to succeed.

Having a bunch of girls lined up before you get to Medellin is like having a bunch of birdies lined up before you get on the first tee. You're not going to hit all the holes you think you will.

Your enthusiasm is great and will probably be expensive.

You'll be in Colombia. Pay in Colombian pesos.

I know nobody thinks about a divorce when they are getting married but won't it be a pain in the butt to sell the apartment in Bello when it comes the time for it?

If so, you will have had to properly brought the money into the Country to begin with, meaning the moneys used to purchase the property were properly identified and recorded, or you will never get your money out of the Country.

This is why your argument will fall on deaf ears: you missed the part where he said "My thought was maybe they would be more pleased seeing that USD."

So this guy already knows that everything should be in the local currency, but he somehow things he's going to receive extra brownie-points from chicas by paying in USD.
I don't think they would be pleased to have to go exchange the dollars into pesos for a number of reasons besides the inconvenience.Never ever ever pay or even suggest to pay in USD, never. Heck these putas, the ones that are not total scammers, the vast majority of them have never even held a USD in their hand let alone any thought as to the exchange rate, these are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

They would look at them receiving payment in USD as a problem, they would think what the hell am I to do with this, they would be lost. Now the the other hand you pull out a nice crisp 50 mil peso note and they will suck and fuck to your hearts delight as they know exactly what that 50 mil note gives them.

In my 30 fucking years of travel to Colombia, with 11 of those in Medellin and now living in Medellin for 4 years, maybe close to 1,000 chicas both pros and non-pros and civies and I have never paid in USD and I never will.

I will try this with a girl I meet in Gustos or La Isla (After I'm finished day mongering in El Centro of course jajajajaja). You are not going by where you picked up the chica, but rather how well she knows you and likes you. I wouldn't recommend trying it the FIRST time with any chica no matter where I found her. After you get to know each other a bit, and assuming you have a good vibe (or why would you be seeing her over and over to begin with), then you can say, "All I can pay is XXX, including taxi and tip, and you can leave whenever you want. " My average visit with my regular girls is 2+ hours for this and often much longer. The more they like you, the longer they know you, and depending on how busy they are, the less pesos they will take and / or the longer they will stay.

Random Gratuitous Fotos from my most recent visit to MDE, five different chicas, all regulars, except for the first one, lost track of her but she was a looker and would do just about anything for some of the pink stuff. But I get nervous with chicas who are willing to trade sex for drugs which is probably why she was a one-and-done, with condom of course. Two of them don't charge me (but we all pay one way or another in the end). Secret and her sister on the bed. Catgirl in the crouch. Sexy Dexy ass. Purrfekt Piel on the balcony.

Yes, it's a definite must to legally record and register all international wire transfers coming into Colombia, so in the future I can repatriate the money back to the USA if needed. If not done properly, the money can never be taken out of Colombia and fines can be levied on the wire transfers. I plan to keep the money in Colombia anyways, but it's always good to have an exit strategy just in case. The dollar is pretty strong right now against the peso, hope it hits 3700 when I get there.

he will not lose any money when he moves on, but actually probably make money when he's done! Maybe not lose money in COP term but it is difficult to say when the money is converted back to USD. I looked it up and COP has depreciated more than 40% in the last 10 years.

Personally, I prefer to buy income property in US and spend the income in Colombia.

Big problem a buddy that bought apartments in Rio during the good old days is having right now. If you can't repatriate the money then..Very true, most of these countries currency is not fully convertible. Which means that Major world currencies can be exchanged to their currency, but you cannot exchange their currency with Major world currency. When I was leaving Rio for USA, I had approx. 200 dollar worth of local Brazilian currency, but the exchange place at the airport could not exchange for USD. I have to spend all the money at the airport buying things unnecessary. Surprisingly Dominican Republic and Mexico currency is convertible but not India or Brazil whose economy is much better.

You can always bring your money back to USA and there are currency brokers who will charge you a handsome fees. Or maybe you will be lucky to find US, Canadian or European buyer for your apartment.

Basing how you handle business transactions on "well this one time it worked" is a bad idea.

First, there's the whole idea of pleasing the girl. She's a prostitute. You're paying her to please you. You're not paying her to make her happy.

Next, what are most of the girls going to do with dollars in Medellin? How are they going to exchange it to pesos at 2 am in order to pay a taxi? No matter what the deal, they're going to get screwed on the exchange rate.

Finally, how much change, in dollars, are you traveling with? 100 k right now is $27.33. No matter what the girls are charging, you're going to have a difficult time coming up with the correct change.

If you want to pay for pussy in dollars go to Ecuador or stay home.

Appreciate all the insight and jabs on being a newbie COP it is now to read back and see what a standard price is I've read 150-200 mil.Yes, and as you read back, note the conversations where chicas will try to pull the "150" or "200" without adding the "k" or "mil".

If a chica tries to tell you she means (150) USD, she's not expecting you to pull out a Benjamin, two Jacksons, and a Hamilton: she's saying she wants COP 548, 562 k, which is beyond absurd.
