I've read 100's of pages in preparation for my first trip, lots of great info. But one question. When you get the girl for an hour is it one and done and then she's out? Or does this get negotiated beforehand?If you want a quick pop in the first five minutes, then you want her to still suck you off for another 55 minutes, make it clear to her you are paying for her time up front, jajaja. And don't expect to go one minute over unless you pay more. This also may depend on what kind of girl you are with and where you are doing the dirty deed. Are you with a streetwalker in a side hotel at Centro, or are you back in your hotel room with a Facebook Find? My experience is when you pay for an hour you get an hour and that should be understood ahead of time but 90% of the time my girls are coming to me and not watching the clock so you may want to listen to some El Centro Rats from here. It has been quiet and normal since I have been here. The only problem was the banks / ATMs being boarded. That said, I went to the Jumbo 65 today. All entrances are closed and boarded except for the main entrance. Inside it's business as usual and all of the ATM machines work.Thanks again!

I really enjoyed this report. I was in Centro yesterday evening. The police had most of the streets connecting to La Oriental between San Antonio and San Diego blocked as if they were expecting an assault on the police station next to the San Jose church. Nothing happened, maybe because rain showers broke out just after dark. Anyway, I cut it short and went home to beat the rain.
Had a pretty good day, which consisted of a morning session at Ground Zero, lap swimming around lunch time, another late afternoon session at Ground Zero, and back at the ranch for happy hour and dinner.
Today I met one of my regulars in El Centro at 10 AM and took her to Hotel Deseos across from the bus stop for the Airport. The Hotel is very old and very funky. I'm surprised the elevator works in this 8 story building and is so slow it's faster to just use the stairs. The place is at least fifty years old with lots of original wood doors and tile work. No plastic coated melamine doors or cabinets in this place. The rooms have TV's, fans, and are very large, yet with tiny bathrooms.
I've probably been in at least 20 different rooms there, and they all have windows to the outside, cloth drapes and very slippery floors when wet. Today I was lucky I got a room that actually had a showerhead on the shower. I typically take my street urchins to Zona Rosa, no issues, no recording of documents, and 13 K. I also use Premier Plaza but nobody gets in without an ID, and 16 K. And Deseos costs 18 K, the most expensive of the three, but no document checks, and most of the rooms have mirrors on the ceiling. If you like watching your Chica riding you or while she is blowing you, some guys might like this place, but again, it's old and funky like me so I'm right at home..

Yet I'd say few if any here are "worrying" about how others choose to roll. I'm certainly not. Yet we are here to provide useful information, and most of the readers here never post. The fact that someone can find girls from similar backgrounds, similar attractiveness, often fewer miles and less surgery in Centro venues like the casas and strip clubs at a fraction of the cost of popular venues in and near El Pablado is worth telling. Many may find this information useful, and keep in mind that most members here never post. And I personally know several from these venues that have moved up from these to "higher end" venues. But yes, just because someone may be happy with what they are doing and getting doesn't mean they can't be even happier. I was happy as hell with Costa Rica until I found Colombia. There's no reason to hold back useful information because it may agitate a handful of vocal posters.
Also if someone is scared of their own shadow in Centro it's possible they can get over it, by understanding the true risks and what to do and not to do. I once ran into a NYC cop at a daytime casa and he was scared to go in the strip joint Club Maracaibo at night, calling it "sketchy. " I convinced him the place was plenty safe, just cab it in and out at night and tip the guy out front hailing the cabs. We had traded numbers and he later told me that he went back and had a great time there. He was misinterpreting the place is all.
On the return plane ticket, some are under the impressive that getting a refund from airlines is a big deal, but that's far from my experience when dealing with Jetblue and Spirit for a cancellable return ticket. They must refund if you cancel with 24 hours, federal law. In fact the refund is likely all taken care of by a bot when cancellations are done in that time frame. This is useful information for Americans, even if someone who says differently or has had other experiences wants to bicker about it.

Many thanks for your intel.Well I don't get in my typical 5 to 6 swims a week while in Medellin, yet make up for it with all the time spent pounding the pavement in El Centro, and although I don't get as much upper body workout missing swimming or surfing everyday, my lower extremity takes and gives a pounding in lieu of this when I'm not getting wet!
For swimming you can go Estado the major sports complex and see what their hours are and which pools are open, I have been allowed to swim there for free at times, and at other times you can pay. The public sports complexes are administered by Inder I believe and you should go to their website for more information. Some of the pools at Estadio are very deep for diving.
I personally go to the sports complex in Bellen administered by Inder as well, it's called Unidad Deportes and they have two pools there. The pools are typically open between 8 AM and 4 PM everyday, but free swim I think is after 11 AM on the weekends due to swim school. Also best to avoid the pool between 12 and 1 PM on weekdays due to the swim groups / masters during lunch hour. You can swim there for free but have to have a lane line reservation thru their website which I can't figure out so I just pay the 8,500 COP which is expensive but just show up whenever I want.
Other pools include one at University EAFIT if your a student it's free and is not open to the public. There's also a water park near the local airport with pools but odd hours.
There are hot outdoor showers in Bellen, and they keep the water on the cool side just under 80 degrees which is perfect for swimming, and after about a 100 meters it feels great and is refreshing versus a warm pool. Probably very few board members can relate to this, but it's kind of like the difference between a wet and dry Chica!
I don't know where you hail from, but it might take you a day to acclimate to the altitude.
A good day in Medellin starts with blowing a load in the morning. Swimming laps mid-day, followed by blowing another load, and than happy hour, followed by a nice dinner.
That's my perfect day, and I try repeat this day in and day out but sometimes I get sidetracked.

All the hotties are way overrated. I was talking with a German guy in El Centro the other day and he was showing me pictures of two of his "hotties" and said one dumped him because she found a younger better looking guy, and the other kept asking for things and money all the time.

You will need a lycra bathing suit. And I think a cap though they may have waived it for me. It's been a while so you might want to check if that's right. Also if you swim in the big Olympic pool be warned that there are no ladders out. So for an old relic like me that can be a challenge. The locker situation was tricky also so make sure you don't take anything you don't want to lose. At least till you figure out the ropes.

I have been in Haven with my business team members including women and non monger friends. No one ever felt uncomfortable. The hotel events actually seem to cater to rich locals and there don't seem to be an issue. The rooms are not cheap so the crowd reflects that, which is nice. I also wrote about Provenza lofts, around the corner. More budget, lots of jacuzzi options but no views. Best wishes to all and I am thrilled that CO is open.

I was in Guadalajara few weeks ago. Stayed at RIU and Westin. The elevators there need a key card so the girl can't come up unless you go down. That is so annoying. Is there a website for Haven?I've never stayed at Haven hotel, however I've been to Hotel M. It appears the basic price is about the same. Judging from the website the rooms are nicer at Haven, although Hotel M has done some remodeling since I was there.
For a first time visitor I would recommend Hotel M over Haven. It will give you the opportunity to build up a list of girls and there will be Medellin vets to show you the ropes. For a return visit Haven looks like an excellent option to me. If I didn't have other plans I would probably be staying there a few days next week.
Makes complete sense to stay at hotel M for your first trip. I did too 8 years ago. Have a great time. You will have friendly mongers that will show you the ropes. Other hotels are for more independent mongers or for married mongers who need a legit tourist / business hotel address for people back home. He he. :-)

I thought that giving myself about 2 months on the ground, I'll come out owning a piece of Colombian paradise / real estate. I'm almost there! Haha. Within a week of landing in Medellin back in April, I picked out a brand new 3 bed /2 bath 28th floor apartment with amazing view for about $80 k USD or about 300 million pesos in Bello. Six weeks later, the only issue is a discrepancy in the registration papers of the storage utility space that comes with the apartment. A very minor issue, but I can't sign the deed until it's corrected. Apt purchase includes parking space that can fit a car or 2-3 motos. I gave power of attorney to my lawyers so they can sign any paperwork while I'm away for the next few weeks. Money from US to Colombia has been transferred, converted, and registered legally to a Colombian investment account. The law firm I hired were very prompt, professional, and proactive in requesting, checking and analyzing all the paper work pertaining to the apartment. Hope that when I get back in July, I'll have keys on hand and next steps would be to furnish the damn thing. I'll do my best to make it into a classy and comforting bachelor pad (wink, wink)z

Finally, writing this report after a month from my prior visit, I apologize that this is late. Before I get started I want to do a quick breakdown of what routes exist for mongering in Medellin, Colombia. I have to give a special Shoutout to Mojo Bandit and Pollonegro for helping me navigate this process. Quick background about me I am an AA, mid 20's, speak NO Spanish, average built and average looking. First ever mongering experience. When going to Medellin, there are mostly 3 routes to take. I will talk about each path and explain the benefits and downsides of each.
El Centro (also known as ground zero), this is basically downtown where chicas are hanging out at every corner, the process is simple you find a good-looking gal go to her and ask how much. Pricing is usually 50 k (from what I have heard) for an hour or 2. You also have to get a hotel (usually 9 k-15 k). Benefits to this path, hella cheap (70 k altogether), the girls here are not stuck up and are pros, so any fetish goes. The downside, mostly all of them speak Spanish, so you need to learn Spanish, even if it's a few phrases. This area can also be dangerous if you are a gringo. You also have to dress like a bum to fit in. The girls may be worn out since they are there for 8 hour shifts 4-5 times a week. You have to really look around to find a 9/10. I personally did not want to take this risk since riots were happening while I was there, I also did not want to learn Spanish since my trip was only for a few days and booked last min. LOL We speak good ole American over here. I am joking I respect every culture and language.
Casa's or mileroticos (website). The average cost varies a lot depending on location and girl. For Casa's I have heard 80 k and up for an hour. Girls at casa's are a lot more stuck up and upcharge on everything from kissing to BBBJ. For Milerotico, you usually have to go to the girl's place, but don't worry, most of these girls live in Laureles in a big apartment complexe with other working girls average price 70 k-120 k per hour, depending on the girl. Benefits security most of the casa's are safe, same with the mileroticos girls, just don't bring anything you don't want to be stolen. Downside since I did not take this path I would assume the pricing and no showers in casa's, no quality time all mechanical in and out.

What are the ATM limits?The lowest I have seen is 400.000 COP daily limit. The highest someone else can confirm because I have not tried it yet but I think it is 900.000 COP with 3 withdrawals allowed per day for a total of 2.7 million COP.
The point is, to get the best deal you have to look around at the different banks and their limits, exchange rates and service fees. Oh, and you can and should refuse the exchange rate offered at the ATM, that is simply an extra service fee being charged by that bank. 90% of the time your ATM withdrawal will continue if you refuse their exchange rate, although I have been to a couple of ATM's in Medellin where refusing would kick you out and end the transaction.
I used to not pay any attention to fees and then Villainy showed me the amount of money I was wasting per month was equal to over two free pepago encounters or about 300 mil COP. Once he broke it down into terms to which I could relate, I changed my habits, jajajajaja. Even timing your withdrawals when the exchange rate is more favorable adds up. Good luck.

Finally, writing this report after a month from my prior visit, I apologize that this is late. Before I get started I want to do a quick breakdown of what routes exist for mongering in Medellin, Colombia. I have to give a special Shoutout to Mojo Bandit and Pollonegro for helping me navigate this process. Quick background about me I am an AA, mid 20's, speak NO Spanish, average built and average looking. First ever mongering experience. When going to Medellin, there are mostly 3 routes to take. The downside, mostly all of them speak Spanish, so you need to learn Spanish, even if it's a few phrases. This area can also be dangerous if you are a gringo. You also have to dress like a bum to fit in. The girls may be worn out since they are there for 8 hour shifts 4-5 times a week. You have to really look around to find a 9/10. There is a 4th route that I myself always partake in and that's the Hotel M. On a trip I'll stay there for 3 nights and have the girls come to me. I've never stayed at Haven hotel, however I've been to Hotel M. It appears the basic price is about the same. Judging from the website the rooms are nicer at Haven, although Hotel M has done some remodeling since I was there.
For a first time visitor I would recommend Hotel M over Haven. It will give you the opportunity to build up a list of girls and there will be Medellin vets to show you the ropes. For a return visit Haven looks like an excellent option to me. If I didn't have other plans I would probably be staying there a few days next week.

I appreciate the encouragement. Hopefully we can meet up again, as once I get this property I'll be spending as much time as possible in Medellin without becoming a tax resident. I thought having 2 passports would be a loophole, but I consulted a lawyer and he said that it's not always the case. I have to do more research on that. I'm 40 right now and my Asian genes make me look early 30's, so I ain't waiting till I hit 60 to retire. I'm looking at 45 as my prime retirement age and that's my goal. As for furniture, I'm definitely going with quality because I know lots of the Airbnbs I've stayed in all over Medellin has some of nicest looking, but cheapest quality materials I've seen. It's great fun, good food, lots of bars and some awesome clubs, relatively safe, and most importantly hot chicks all over dressed up sexy or classy or slutty or all in one if that's possible. Manrique in la 45 is on another level in terms of how locals party and chill on a weekend. Pre-pandemic, I'll just say it was buck wild and I love it. If there was a decent airbnb in that barrio, I'll def stay there for a few days. I wouldn't recommend heading out there in Manrique for a newbie or someone with no Spanish skills or go at it alone.

My best experiences in casas have always come from picking the girl with the right attitude, instead of picking the right body or face. With Facebook girls, I've found most are willing to hang out. I would recommend dropping your max taxi charge. 20-25 k will get you from Bello to Poblado.

The lowest I have seen is 400.000 COP daily limit. The highest someone else can confirm because I have not tried it yet but I think it is 900.000 COP with 3 withdrawals allowed per day for a total of 2.7 million COP.
The point is, to get the best deal you have to look around at the different banks and their limits, exchange rates and service fees. Oh, and you can and should refuse the exchange rate offered at the ATM, that is simply an extra service fee being charged by that bank. 90% of the time your ATM withdrawal will continue if you refuse their exchange rate, although I have been to a couple of ATM's in Medellin where refusing would kick you out and end the transaction.
I used to not pay any attention to fees and then Villainy showed me the amount of money I was wasting per month was equal to over two free pepago encounters or about 300 mil COP. Once he broke it down into terms to which I could relate, I changed my habits, jajajajaja. Even timing your withdrawals when the exchange rate is more favorable adds up. Good luck.I used to use my chase debit for withdrawals and the fees would add up. Now I opened a Sofi account strictly for international trips.

My Trip.
Background info. I am in my mid 20's, AA, average looks, average built, NO Spanish at all, never mongered or paid for anything. I was in Medellin during the riots, so there were curfews every night after 10 pm as well as odds / evens ID dates (never enforced).
Before the trip decided:
After talking to some members and doing a lot of reading on the forum, I came to the conclusion that the Facebook route will be the best route for me. I was kind of late to the game, though because a lot of people mentioned that you need to start your facebook search 2-3 months ahead since I have only decided to go on this trip 2 weeks before, I had a lot of catching up to do. First thing I did was create a fake Facebook account. Then I went to the search button in the forum and searched "facebook" to try and find any throwaways, meaning anyone that mentioned a facebook chica by name (LOL I did not use those chicas tho because I feel like everyone on her prob used them, but I did add her friends). Once I have found the name I looked it up on facebook added them and looked through their friends' list. I kept adding any chica I saw that was from Medellin (side not a lot of them did no accept my request). So I continued this process until the day of my trip. I think I sent out over 200 friend requests and got accepted only by 20-30 chica. Out of that 20-30 chica, only 5-9 replied back to my DM's. So I took their whatsapp number and did not communicate with them until I got there. NO point in setting anything up, best thing to do is find these chica added them as friends, when you land post a story showing you are in Medellin and a lot of them with a message you. Or message them the day of and say I want to see you love. Simple as that do not overthink it and try talking to them weeks or even days before the trip. Not worth it.

Landed 2 pm, took cash out of the ATM at the airport (this I would recommend because it had the best exchange rates). Ubered to Park Lieras, got a nice 2 bedroom apartment, originally had only 1 bedroom but decided to change it last min. (the reason was I wanted to keep all my important personal belonging in one room so the girls do not steal, this worked miracles so I would strongly recommend.) Can you please give advice how the search in Facebook works? I am active on other social media platforms but I read that in Medellin Facebook girls are pretty good options. You can try these as a starting point to build your list. This is not recommendation for girls.I just want to elaborate a little in what Nounce is saying. What Nounce is doing for you by supplying links to those profiles is giving you the 'seeds' to start growing your list, you need to start searching those chicas friend list.
I have been building my lists for about two years now and I have over 2000 contacts in Medellin now. I got most of those in the first year and slowed down after that. Most of them are not attractive enough for me to want to have a cita with but I keep them as FB "friends" because FB algorithms will help you get more hot prepago chicas in your "people you may know" when you have more Medellin chicas already in your friends list, and also their friends that are prepago will spot you and send you friend request. If a girls looks like she is prepago I send her a friend request so I can see who her friends are, I never turn down a friend request from a female in Medellin or Colombia for that matter.
You cannot look at the FB page of all chicas that they are prostitutes and figure out for sure that they are. But for some there are clues that they are. Some chicas will have one photo buried in their profile that shows them in their underwear on their bed or standing in front of a mirror, some just have excessive bikini photos. I have also noticed that many prepagos will either have an image of silhouette of a woman with horns, or they will have a photo of themselves with horns somehow drawn or pasted to their head like the devil, they may also have the devil emoji stamped on an image (all these horns symbolize "horny".
Also some may have photos of cash money. Of course another sure sign that the chica that you are looking at is that she has male gringos in her friends list, especially of they have an obvious fake name, like Ralph G Medellin or some celebrities name, but not all do some have plain gringo names. These gringo profiles can be gold mines for prepago profiles as many of them are fake accounts who's only friends are prepagos and other gringo mongers. I post below some photos that are more creative that indicate she is a prepago. Prepagos often seem to have more 'friends' overall too, like at least 2000, not always but often. It is not a sure sign but it is a clue. If the profile you are looking at does not list their city.
The last thing I am going to mention is how to avoid what I will call here 'rabbit hole syndrome'. If a person is not somehow organized this is going to happen. I hear it all the time. A person can start looking the friends list of a chica, then start looking at friends list of one of her friends, then start looking at the friends list of one of her friends and get lost and forget where you started and have no real ideal of any progress. To avoid this I use the folder system in my browser bookmarks. I create folders to save the profiles that I want to search, then I have another folder to save profiles in while I work my way down the list I saved in the folder I am working on. To only quote part of the post you are replying to do this. Once you hit "reply with quote" the whole entire post of that person comes up and at the beginning will be a bracket with like the posters name and the word quote and brackets around that, at the end there may just be the world quote with a bracket around it. Never delete the brackets or anything within the brackets, but use left click on the mouse to highlight (same as if you were going to copy the text) and drag it across the text you want to delete and then hit delete or backspace. Be sure that whatever you type as a response is outside the quote brackets, When you go to post everything you left inside the brackets will be inside the blue quote box and your reply will be outside of it. And yes I have seen people screw this up to where it looked like they typed what the other person said.

This shows facebook that you might be a bot or just randomly adding people. I usually add 10-15 per day the first 2-3 days. Make 1-2 post a day (it can be something as simple as a picture of you and a nice caption, or a quote from your fav book wherever floats your boat), after the third day I start increasing my friend request to 30 per day and take a couple of days off then keep making posts about random shit (since there were riots happening I was talking about how I stand with Colombia in solidarity and stuff like that, a couple chicas liked that). But key point is do not go on a spree adding ever chica that is how you get deleted.

About a week ago I was at the Pasteur pharmacy near Ground Zero daydreaming on a bench around 11 am A couple of women and a group of 3 or 4 guys I did not recognize set up an old school three card monty game. I thought EAFIT were easily the best of a bad bunch of schools in MDE. I quite enjoyed their course. But I found one-on-one private lessons much better. I used a chica that used to charge 25 000 per hour. I see now she is more than dbl so other people must be appreciating her service too. .
As for learning as you age. I agree that it gets harder. At least from my own experience that I am sure applies to many people. The main issue I have is to actually pick out the words that people say. I can read and write excellently, but to hear first time what people say is very difficult. This is bcos my hearing is not as good as it was. I find it very difficult to distinguish small changes in frequency / pitch, which is essential when trying to decypher words in an alien tongue. One on one, I am not too bad. And masks are a nightmare too. Not being able to see mouth / lip shapes makes it very difficult and often people simply sound like they are mumbling.

You get the best deal with Ally Bank when using Colpatria / Scotia ATM withdrawals.But once you are using a card that does not charge any fees for foreign ATM transactions (that fee would come from the financial institution that issued your debit card in the USA), and has unlimited reimbursement for ATM fees levied by the foreign bank (that fee would come from the bank that owns the ATM you are using in Colombia) then the only possible difference between cards would be the actual exchange rate. But if both cards are a Visa debit card, then the exchange rate is set by Visa and would be the same. And Visa traditionally gives good exchange rates. The card I just described is the Visa debit card from Chucky Schwab. Maybe Ally matches that or if it is somehow better please let us know how.
Also, typically the exchange rate set by Visa is better than what you would get from a cash transfer service like Western Union. I just checked before posting this and the Visa exchange rate was 3590 pesos per dollar, while Western Fuck Union (WU) was 3282 pesos per dollar, a difference of 308 pesos per dollar, let's just say 300 for round numbers. For long term visitors, by timing your withdrawals when the exchange rates are most favorable you can count on an additional 5% without waiting too long between withdrawals which puts us almost at 7 million pesos advantage for the year.
Assumptions were made, exchange rates do fluctuate, but the spread is always there. Bottom line, the longer you stay, the more potential for savings, and in my example that came to almost $2000 per year, or easily over half a million pesos per month. Also, if you budget is higher say double, then you would save double the amount listed. That's a lot of extra fucking, jajajaja.

So I read up on the Sofi page. The free ATM's have to be in the Allpoint network and when I searched Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia, on the Sofi Website, I came up with zero results, zero ATMs.
Also, their other "benefits" are mostly (I didn't read in detail because they lost me at zero ATM's) linked to the user having direct deposit of paychecks. That cuts me out also, I haven't had a W-2 in years.
So, anywho, I would prefer to be wrong in this instance so you get what you signed up for, but I will be sticking with Chuck (Schwab) for now. If I am wrong, the edumucate me so other Users here can glean the benefit.

I would not classify it as being easy if you are afraid of needles to start with, I learned how to give shots in a clinical setting but its not rocket science. There are a few things you need to know.
First when your loading the medicine into the syringe barrel you have to keep air bubbles out. At first after you have pulled the liquid into the barrel the hold it to where the needle is pointing straight up pull the plunger back to let a little air into the top, this gives a space to allow in bubbles of air to escape into, and so if there are air bubbles in the main body of liquid in the barrel just keep flicking the side of the barrel until they rise up into the air at the top. Once all the air bubbles are out of the main body of liquid and the only air is at the very top then you slowly push the plunger to allow all that air to escape, pushing the plunger slowly until you see a free flow of liquid escaping the tip of the needle, just enough to be sure the air is gone so you do not waste too much of the medicine.
Next if you use darting action it will not hurt near as much because it pierces quickly. Darting action means flicking your wrist like throwing a dart to insert the needle instead of just pushing the needle. In school we practiced by flicking our wrist while giving shots to an orange. You know you have it down pat when it feels like there is no resistance from the orange peel and the needle goes in smoothly.
After the needle is in and before you push the plunger, you need to make sure that you have not hit a large blood vessel because you do not want the meds to go into that, you want them in the muscle so you aspirate (pull back slightly on the plunger) to be sure no blood flows back into the barrel (see video below). If no blood then slowly push that barrel. Testosterone can be thick liquid and it needs some time to be absorbed into the muscle tissue.
I would add to the information in the video that if you are using testosterone cypionate it is especially thick liquid I used to let the needle stay in about 30 seconds to a minute so the muscle can absorb it. I have had it come right back out the needle hole because the muscle did not absorb in quick enough. One last tip, try not to tense up as the needle is going in because the tighter the muscle the more it hurts.

The other option was to fly to Medellin, take a bus back to Bogota, stopping at the places I want to see and paying a taxi to take me around. Unfortunately, some of the locations don't have any taxis in the area, so I would be paying for driver services much longer than necessary.

Telemedicine options staffed by doctors and nurses are everywhere these days and some online providers specialize in men's health and sexuality. Fantasia Energy. Carrera 74 #101. ($130-150 k). - You get a massage with happy ending with some girls offering full service. This place is very clean and nice.
Luna Lunera. Avenida 33 #63 be 215. ($150 k on site). - Just another club, only visit if you have nothing else going on.

The other option was to fly to Medellin, take a bus back to Bogota, stopping at the places I want to see and paying a taxi to take me around. Unfortunately, some of the locations don't have any taxis in the area, so I would be paying for driver services much longer than necessary.
Since my ex-roommate's ex boyfriend used to make the Bogota to Medellin drive every other weekend and then drive around Medellin, often with her grandmother in-tow, I figure it's a nightmare I can handle. Especially since it's under 300 miles and I'm used to driving 600 miles per day.What is all the fuss, so many pansy type scared of the dark ohhhh that's too much of the unknown, why not get a car in Bogota and drive to Medellin, you only live once so why not experience life the good and the bad and the problems the 'heck I am never going to try that again or this is what I would do different next time', get out and live and don't be afraid of the unknown, my god we are talking about an 8 hour drive from Bogota to Medellin a drive that I have done dozens of times in the past 6 years.

However, that's in the past. I'll be arriving at Energy Living tomorrow morning and intend to set up the apartment a wee bit with electronics and all the rest, but then I hope to hit the ground running. Despite some of the excellent advice I've received here regarding Facebook, I've done exactly zero in that regard (I intend to start today, but we'll see). I'll be at Energy for roughly seven weeks, so I hope / assume I'll make some regulars -- just got to get over my nervousness with Spanish (I'm actually not a total newbie in that regard anymore, but I'm finding the accent REALLY difficult here in Bogota -- the masks don't help). I am just going to assume that you guys all know that Testosterone is not steroids.The real difference only comes down to dosage. If a person is taking straight up Dr proscribed dosage of testosterone then no it is not 'steroids' and its usually safe unless they have other medical issues like prostate issues but any responsible Dr giving testosterone is going to check for these.
If a person is taking 'supplemental' testosterone then they can have the same effects and negative side affects as steroids. Though some steroids are reworked synthetic testosterone some also come with growth hormones and other hormones that can cause some problems, all are based on testosterone. And too much testosterone that is a danger.
In my mis-spent youth years - 20's early3 Os I ran around and rode motorcycles with a crew of four bikers who were all ex WWF type wrestlers who had washed out do to 'behavior problems' (they started more fights off camera then they did on camera and of course the fights off camera were real), Anyway I met these guys when we were all in our late twenties. These guys were all using testosterone cypionate for bulking up because it was the cheapest of steroids. By the time I was forty years old all four of these guys were dead, One guy actually got shot by his girlfriend but the other three died heart and liver issues. On the second note. WTF? No FB preperation? LOL! My advice to you at this point is just start using the FB messenger, you can send out Friend request but the fastest thing is to use the FB messenger and start each message with "I am in Medellin and I want to see you" then if they respond you can start negotiating time and price.

I'm writing this post as a certifiable, unabashed Dirty Old Man and then some (just celebrated the big 80) in the expectation that any other mongers out there in my advanced age cohort may enjoy comparing experiences, and that this account may also prove of some interest to those of you relatively younger honchos who may be wondering how long you'll be able to keep it up (literally and figuratively). I'll be following this post up with another two that chronicle my experiences in Medellin in happy pursuit of the Pussy Paisa. (Perhaps this first post might better belong in a more general I. S. G. Thread, put I'm uploading it here because Medellin for now remains my monger destination of choice: I've just concluded a third, annual visit, and, for the most part, I limit my own I. S. G. Perusals to this Medellin thread.).
By way of preface, I'm someone fortunate to still be in relatively good physical / mental shape for an octogenarian: (no daily medications; regular exercise—mountain hiking, singles tennis; still working a bit part-time). In respect to my sex life: On getting divorced about 15 plus years ago after a three-decade plus (and faithful on my part; perhaps on hers) marriage to a much younger woman, I soon came to the realization that, on the one hand, I couldn't get turned on by the prospect of sex with a woman of "appropriate age" (I. E. Here's my first hit right off the bat do this: write down the address for the energy building on a piece of paper big enough to show Taxi drivers. If you used an app based transportation it is not necessarily a problem, but if you have little Spanish skills and like me have trouble even understanding the Colombian street address system then your just better off writing it down so if you jump in a taxi you can show it to them. Helps me, save time.

Main route is a toll road, with controlled access so impossible to get lost (or pick up hitchhikers). At the time we did it, there were way too many toll stops, and not far between. If the tolls have been automated, it'd be an improvement. Exit for visiting the major cities -- girls in them all, especially Perreira. Get your rental vehicle at airport in Medellin and you're off.
