I have always preferred the Trocadero. Time limit agreed with chica, no knocking on the door. They are individual contrators and just pay for their rooms. Lots of variety. However best to go the first time with someone who is familiar with the situation. It is a fucked up drive from where I live, but if I have spare time I might go with you. I haven't been there in more than six months.Place kind of reminds of a prison the way it is laid out (maybe it was one once). Other than the fact that it is a cheap venue it has the advantage of you can talk to the girls first, and get a feel of the experience you may have with them. A fairly long ride from Miraflores, and on the way back the taxis like to charge more than on the way in.
All in all a must at least one time see for the Monger who wants to experience Lima.

You can read about it on Perutops.com . Slowly but surely the Troc has been filling up with Peruvians from the provinces who got the word. However without the competition from younger and cuter foreigners service has suffered and some of the better looking Peruvians have upped prices from the normal 30 soles to 40 or even in a couple of cases, to 50 soles. There are a couple of foreigners who have married locals for convenience. With Peruvian ID they can work without any problems. I heard that Tequila was raided some time ago, but I don't have any up to date information (I detest the place).

Surely you will not figure out in 5 days what it took him years to learn. RonaldI have gone through late at night from Canada twice. Once in 2014 and once in 2015. Both times were easy, even with two laptops. I do not know of any nude / strip bars, but that is not my thing. They may exist, I just do not know of them.
When coming from Canada, I have always been picked up by a driver arranged by my regular rental apartment, but for domestic flights I have used Green Taxi. Buy a ticket in the airport and they will take you to Miraflores for about 55 soles, if I remember correctly. If you search the board, you may find the exact rate. They are not expensive and seem reliable.
I went throught customs at Chavez airport about 15 times over the last decade. When they still had the green / red light system I got green 80% of the time, go figure. I never engaged in any real smuggling but I was always carrying certain items I should've declared according to the law (two handphones, some quantity of vitamin tablets, a computer monitor etc.). Only once did I get sent back to the clearing counter to pay a 50-dollar tax on computer spare parts. They asked me what the parts were worth and they accepted my assessment.
I wouldn't rate Lima customs as nasty by any standard but I would still avoid the most flashy items like double laptops. Two handphones should be ok, you can pass the new smuggled one as the one you're using and leave the "old" one in your lugggage, no one bothers with handphones that are no longer in demand.

Since I was offered advice on the hotels thread, I thought I owed a report even though my experiences in Lima were not really worth mentioning.
I was in town for business, not pleasure, so my daytimes were busy and any evening entertainment was an afterthought. I had planned to ask for help, but I never use my real name when mongering, and he understandably needed my name. So it was a non-starter. However, based on my experiences I'm relatively certain that he is the best option in Lima and he offers a valuable public service.
Since there have been some questions, a quick note about customs and immigration. I waited more than an hour to get through customs on a weekday evening after arriving around 10 pm. Closer to two hours really. Customs, on the other hand, was quick and easy. I handed my form to the customs agent and she waved me past without x-rays or anything (not that I had anything to hide, but I appreciated the efficiency). Took a green taxi to Miraflores for s /45. Expensive, but it was easy, fast and safe.
On my last trip to Lima I found my entertainment at Lion's Spa, a Banos Turcos not too far from Miraflores; at Emmanuelle and at Tequilla Rock. Well, that was 2009 or so, and since then the first two have closed and Tequilla Rock seems to have gone rapidly downhill.
On my first night, Wednesday, I decided to try Las Cucardas. After I left Miraflores I realized that I had no condoms, and I prefer to use brands I've heard of. So I had the taxi drop me at Plaza Castillo where I picked up a box of Durex. I walked the few blocks to Las Cucardas. Can't remember the entry fee but it was around s /20-30 I think. They take your phone and give you a claim ticket. On a Thursday evening there were lots of girls working. A few were ok, but honestly I found the quality very lacking, which I expected considering the price. There were a lot of girls who were overweight and / or had huge asses. And lots and lots of fake breasts, which I hate. Found maybe 2-3 girls who were acceptable, though barely. Picked a slim girl on the second floor. It's in an industrial area not all that far from the airport and Minka plaza. Entry was s /15. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's an interesting place that everyone should see for himself. It seems like something out of a post-apocalyptic film. But the smell of [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) wafting through the corridors quickly brings you back to reality.
I have no idea how many girls were there, but it was a lot. The place is huge. I arrived on the late side, around 20:00 due to my work schedule. There are some nasty girls there. On my few laps around the place, I found a small few who I would consider. I'm sure it's possible to find diamonds in the rough there, but when I was there, there were lines of guys by some of the doors where the better girls were working. I hung out for a while and checked out some of the girls who had lines of men waiting. They weren't all that great looking. If you're in Lima, you should check out the Trocadero. But it's certainly not worth traveling to Peru for it. It's more of an experience than a quality mongering venue in my opinion.
The next night I checked out some strip clubs in Centro. Can't remember where they were, but there are a few in the same neighborhood. Entry was cheap, but the girls were pretty nasty in the clubs I tried.
Finally, over the rest of my trip I checked out Tequilla Rock three times. The place has really gone downhill. I don't know what prices were being offered, because I never found even one girl I was interested in. Again, lots of overweight girls and the slim ones seemed to be really hardened pros. When I was in town last time, there were still some normal girls working there for extra cash. But it seems to have changed quite a bit. I am aware that I was in town at a bad time, It was a holiday week in Peru so that probably affected my experiences. But my trip was planned around my work schedule, as are all of my trips. I don't travel just for mongering.
I found the women (and all people) in Peru to be very kind and open. I met a few real girls who I'm sure I could have fostered relationships with, I think non-pros are the way to go in Lima and they're very friendly. But I was on a short trip, I didn't have much free time and gaming girls for freebies isn't really my thing. If you have the time to invest, and if you're friendly, at least somewhat attractive and speak some spanish, you'll have no problem meeting normal girls. I don't really have the time or motivation for that.
I gave up halfway through my trip as I met a 20-year-old Irish backpacker in Pizza Alley and I hooked up with her for a few nights for free. So the trip wasn't a total wash.
Lima is an interesting city but I'll only return if I need to for work. I'd rather go to Frankfurt, Manila, Rio or Sao Paulo. But that's just a personal opinion based on my situation and preferences.

Next time take the mini shuttle bus (combi) at the door, it leaves whenever it has enough people in, last stop is plaza 2 de mayo from there take a taxi or if you get there before 11 pm jump on the metropolitano.

So the solution is pay the exact amount or as close to it as you can and minimize your lose and make sure you remember the last 3 digits of the bill you paid with.
Sometimes the fuckers swap the Bill and claim you gave them a false bill.
Never ever swap or change money with a taxi driver or anyone you don't know.

It was off season and the apartment was only 105 bucks each night. There was 24 hour security and I had no problems bringing different women into the place. Spanish school:
I returned to the Spanish school Peruwayna. I took classes from 3-6 pm, Monday through Friday, for two weeks. I paid for 30 classes, which came out to be just over 10 US per hour. My maestro was great! Peruwayna also took my Visa card for the payment. Every day before class, I ate lunch at Manolo. The place is famous for its churros. Each day, I bought churros for the teachers and staff; simple gestures go a long way.
Miraflores:
What a great district! The place had a great vide, from the streets, to Locomar Mall, to Parque Kennedy. It was one of the safest cities I have been to in a while. But in August, there was very little sun to be found. The temperature ranged from 60 to 65 degrees, which seems nice, but the humidity was very high, so it felt a lot colder. I only needed a light jacket.

I ended up renting a condo in a high rise building on Ave 28 De Julio across from Tanta Restaurant. It was 2 to 3 blocks from anything you could need. Supermarkets, banks, gym, etc. I rented a unit on an upper floor with balcony views of the Pacific. The building had 24 hour security and a full service laundry on the first floor of the building. Only thing I would have done differently would be to request a unit facing away from the street. That would have been quieter. Even on an upper floor there always seemed to be some street noise.
I brought a unlocked smart phone and purchased a SIM card from the Movistar company store on my arrival. Most of my communications were via texts.
A friend set me up with introductions to four of his friends. They all found their way to my apartment without any problems and there were no issues with building access. Sometimes the ladies would come directly up to my door, other times the building doorman would call up first to make sure I was expecting a guest.
I kept the refrigerator fully stocked with beverages, food, chocolates which I shared with all of my guests as set spent time getting to know each other.
I speak some Spanish and can carry on limited conversations in Spanish which was helpful to as some of the ladies did not speak a lot of English.
A bit about the four Senoritas.
Senorita 1 Miss "L" energetic lady with a very pretty face who spoke excellent English. We probably spent 2 hours chatting over vino and chocolate while getting to know each other. They take a small fee but will process credit / debit cards quickly. Do an Internet search for "fundraising websites". Some may only do USA or just take dollars.

I was in Lima last week for work. I stayed at the Hilton Double tree in Mirafloris. The hotel is Guest friendly, the guest just needs to show ID.
Work kept me quite busy but on one day I was able to contact Miss K from this board with a View to using her services to showing me around and introducing me to her friends.
In the end we connected and had a few drinks and decided to spend the rest of the evening exploring each other in my hotel room.

I have been in Lima for a week in September, and even if not all went as planned, I had great fun.
Some weeks before departure I got advice about where to stay and rented an apartment in calle Alcanfores, Miraflores with InnPeru for 150 soles / night. Unfortunately this was the first thing that went wrong: a few hours before leaving for Madrid I received an email from the owner, saying that the elevator was broken, and won't be fixed in 10 days (I don't know what kind of problem can happen to an elevator that can't be fixed in 10 days. Perhaps they conducted antimatter experiments in it). I got my money back and again, I managed to get a room at Maria Luisa (Ibis Larco was sold out). Their standard rooms are below average, but for 180 soles / night I got the "suite" that was acceptable: it was clean, had enough space and a little room furnished with a table, chairs and fridge that was useful to chat and share a beer with the girls before action. The other thing that went wrong was food poisoning on the third day of my stay, that forced me to cancel the meeting with the girl that I had set up with that day.
I also would like to thank the forum member MissK: we met for some drinks in Miraflores and then went to my hotel. For the most part Peruanos are and have the the look as if they are descended from the native Inca. Some of them have a little European mixed in while others have a little African mixed in. The found 100's of child porn pictures and videos at what appears to be several houses / apartments he had. People saw what he was doing for years and now admit so but no one ever did anything or reported it. He also appears to have been having sex with minors there for year some of whom are now in custody with CPS and cooperating against him. He also is being accused of murder or party to murder of 2 kids who they say were kidnapped. Kelly was mentioned in today's news conference as arrested but I think she is not. They seem to be naming people who are part of this organization of Davids even those not yet arrested including Kelly. I originally said 20 k would get him out but the US govt was involved in the operation so even if he does get out in Peru which after all the press would be tough even for the Peruvians to explain. Anyway if he did get out he would then be smoked by the US. Kelly's part is still unclear according to the news. The general who did the press conference mentioned her and showed her picture which is not good news for her. I assume based on the other girls who were arrested as accomplices providing minors to David she is likely looking at the same thing. Keep in mind Peru corruption the last few presidents would have been arrested for embezzlement the day they left office and the current pres and wife are to be arrested soon when their term expires early next year. That said, if something of the details are true or "proven" to be true, it sounds like he is in big trouble. Here is the latest David is in serious trouble. The found 100's of child porn pictures and videos at what appears to be several houses / apartments he had. He also is being accused of murder or party to murder of 2 kids who they say were kidnapped. Kelly was mentioned in today's news conference as arrested but I think she is not. They seem to be naming people who are part of this organization of Davids even those not yet arrested including Kelly. I originally said 20 k would get him out but the US govt was involved in the operation so even if he does get out in Peru which after all the press would be tough even for the Peruvians to explain. Anyway if he did get out he would then be smoked by the US. Kelly's part is still unclear according to the news. The general who did the press conference mentioned her and showed her picture which is not good news for her. I assume based on the other girls who were arrested as accomplices providing minors to David she is likely looking at the same thing. Keep in mind Peru corruption the last few presidents would have been arrested for embezzlement the day they left office and the current pres and wife are to be arrested soon when their term expires early next year. The presidents get out of the country by going to friendly embassies. To make the point of how messed up this place is. Just saw a story on CNN about the arrest of Joshua David Brown. Guess his nom de plume came from his middle name. It was quite a lengthy story and had extensive video coverage of his arrest while in his apartment. I don't know about other countries but allowing video photographers or journalists at an arrest scene, unless these were police photographers, would not be allowed in the US as the defense could argue the evidence had been tainted. It also mentioned US authorities had a strong interest in the arrest. His face was clearly visible.
He was then shown arriving at the police station with a jacket over his head appearing quite aggravated once his face was revealed inside the station. In the apartment, he was said by the commentator to express his innocence and stated he was just setting up American friends for trysts with some of his friends. However, the reporter said the evidence says otherwise. Unlike the US, you are not innocent until proven guilty but the other way around here. Fortunately, I did not hear ISG mentioned as the conduit for his activities but it was clear that everyone knew this arrest was going down except for the 'perp'.

I have about two weeks left of my month long, mostly vanilla, trip to Peru and am having a great time so far. Now that my travel mates have flown home, I'm excited to explore the more adventurous sort of nightlife Peru has to offer. Tonight I am flying through Lima en route to Trujillo, but have a very unfortunate 8 hour layover from 2300 to 0730. Though I have been critical and sarcastic about David33 in the past, I also agree that everyone deserves a fair trial. Nevertheless, anyone who has ever lived in Peru know that 'fair trial' is a bit of an oxymoron in Peru so his attorney has his work cut out for him if he was framed.
His best option is to get extradited to the US and receive his trial there. What is disturbing is the US appears to be involved in his arrest in some capacity. I don't think they would bother with the time and expense unless the evidence and the nature of the crimes for which he is being accused was substantive, though it does not mean he is guilty of anything but providing board members assistance in meeting legal age appropriate women. Also, bear in mind that pimping in Peru is illegal so on the face of it, that would be a difficult charge to dodge.
Also, Paradise69, who started writing reports here only recently certainly is an odd one. What throws me for a loop, in the article linked above, Brown's attorney appears to say that Salazar's accusations are directed towards Larson, not towards Brown. In other words, I'm wondering if Larson, not Brown, was supposed to molest the 4 year old and the 7 year old. That's complete speculation though. While this would in no way absolve Brown from certain other things he allegedly did, Larson may have entrapped Brown by offering to pay him lots of money, more than the $12,000 that ended up with Salazar, to molest her two young children. Or maybe Larson made the offer directly to Salazar, bypassing Brown. My extreme praise for the informant may have been unjustified. My Lima friend is too busy and no longer a member of ISG and has no interest in rejoining the site; proxy or otherwise. He had encountered David33 a few times and did not have a favorable opinion of him. In fact, avoided him like the plague.

The way to enjoy Lima is through a monger network of local expats that will provide contact info for you. If you have some game you can work the internet dating sites prior to coming down and have dates already set up. I have always had a great time here. To clear a few things up, you can most definitely have sex in a massage place. You just need a little Spanish and a little game. Sometimes, you get a number and take the lady out on a date. A legitimate massage parlor is a place of work and most girls are not going to jeopardize their job to satisfy a tourist. If sex is the sole goal, then you go to an erotic massage parlor and you'll pay up to 300 soles and sex is on the menu. As for the strip clubs, I have never tried one here. Miraflores is quite safe, although you still need to pay attention or you could get robbed / mugged. In 11 months here, I have never been mugged, but did lose to a pickpocket once. Now I carry my cash differently.
SWs do exist in Pizza Alley. Not sure how Shamester missed them, but they are there. Occasionally there is even a super hot one. Myself, I prefer cruising in Old Pub or better yet, Sabor Peruano which is close to Old Pub. Tequila Rocks does charge a cover and there are usually lots of attractive women of all sizes and ethnicity there. I have pulled 2 all-nighters there at a cost between 220 and 400 soles, plus drinks. I would not even say that it is any safer or cleaner than anywhere else besides the hood barrios. I left Miraflores years ago. When I first started going to Lima my hotel in Miraflores was 89 soles. The last time I went through there to look it had doubled in price. For the last probably 5 years I have been staying in Lince. There I pay 80 soles during the week and 100 soles during the weekend. If I need to go to Miraflores for anything (which I usually don't) then it is only a 1 sol straight shot bus ride away down Avenida Arequipa. And if push comes to shove taxis are dirt cheap anyway. I pay 25 soles from the airport and 20 soles going back. To Las Cucardas is 13 soles and to Trocadero is 15 soles.
The 3 or 4 SW that you will find on Pizza Street are nothing to write home about and will 9 times out of 10 try to scam you by means of stealing your shit or demanding more money once you get them in your room. They will also employ tactics of trying to not fuck right and leaving before the agreed upon time. Also the clubs on Pizza Street want astronomical prices for drinks. And keep in mind when a Tequila Rock chick is asking you for 100 US dollars that the salary of a teacher is 500 soles/month.
