I am reading this wonderful forum con satisfacción. I speak a good spanish.
In July I'd like to reach Peru and I will have 10 working days and 10 holiday days.
In different countries of South America I have get lucky in the smal towns. In small towns I have found wonderful girls and so easy to fuck.
I don't know if I spent my holiday in Lima or at a smaller town like Piura or Trujillo.
What is your opinion? Where is it easier to fuck regular girls .... in Piura or Lima?

I had a hard time getting used to Lima the first week. It’s a big city and hard to get to know, but once I lost my US attitude I was able to get my groove on and meet a lot of people. But I’ll never, ever go there again this time of year. My mood is real susceptible to weather, and the total lack of sun in Lima was almost intolerable. But I’ll be back for sure in the summer!
Well, I think I’ve rambled on long enough. I just want to close by thanking all you old-timers here on the forum for being so helpful. It was a real pleasure meeting some of you.

DocDoc - you were a month early. I got there 16 December and it literally got warmer everyday!
As a member of various boards, I have seen the bickering and name calling that often happens between certain members. I myself got involved in one several years ago. I just wish that everyone would treat the others with respect and courtesy as one wants to be treated himself. It is not a hard thing to do and we would benefit greatly from it. I´ve noticed that many times after a flame war, one or both sides will stop posting or participating in providing valuable information that everyone would benefit from having. It is a shame that a majority will suffer from the actions of just a few inconsiderate persons.
Periodically this name pops here though the majority of the local members do not go here. It is basically a curiosity for first time visitors and I certainly feel everyone should experience it at least once (preferably in the warmer months).
That being said those of us with cars will pop by for a BJ when we happen to be in the area. A couple of weeks ago I happened to be in Callao about 9 pm. I knew before hand that I would be there albeit a bit earlier as it closes at 10pm and really should not be visited after 7 or so.
I was about 7 mins away when I got a phone call from a ISG´r, who happened to be in town and wanted to get together for a drink. I did not have enough time to stop at the Troc and get back all the way cross town to Miraflores.
It took me 45 mins in the traffic around La Marina, but I made it back and enjoyed a few whiskey´s before he left. Now being 12 pm I did not want to go home, so I left my car and took a walk along the stroll. Stopped by a few places but no one was out and about and so I headed back to the car. Along the way I ran into a girl who I had seen and talked to on a few occasions.
We talked for a few minutes and she asked me where I was going. I told her I was going to pick up my car and she asked for a lift home, telling me she lived in Barranco with her Dad but he was away working and I could come by. I got a little suspicous but she assured me she was 18. I really did not mind driving her home but did not want to go in her house and did not want to settle for a BJ while driving, so I brought her up to the Penthouse as a friend was staying there but up in Cusco for a few nights.
She gets undressed on the terrace and disappointment sets in as she is sporting the smallest hardest bolt-ons I have ever seen or touched. i just sit here at the swimming pool, scratching my head and trying to remember when i posted private details of somebody... i remember that private details about me were posted one time, and they are still not removed from the thread. but that i posted some private infos of somebody would surprise me - it would definitely kill my business here in bangkok.
anyway - i wrote lots of reports, and was involved in some flame wars, and when i got the right to moderate my own forum i was not very experienced in dealing with a forum of that size - there were for sure some mistakes i made when i was still young :):) . and may be i was just making a mistake to get involved in this discussion.
generally i find it not acceptable to post any pms or private information, under what circumstances ever. if there are serious private issues to be clarified between members they should do this under 4 eyes/ears outside the forum.
as i mentioned before - i don't know the peru forum. i read a bit now, and i find it very difficult to make up my mind how to proceed. this is why i also did not vote up to now.
the facts i see:
- the forum was running quietly and smoothly some times ago, some real quality reports can be found in here,
- one of the opponents writes a lot now, and even moderates the forum moderator. i know this kind of posters from the thailand forum,
- another opponent writes emotionally, attacks others, publishes pms. though i can understand situations in which things get emotional - it is not the best way to avoid problems and clarify issues,
- a third party is obviously involved in the background, not mentioned in the survey directly,
- the ongoing discussion about an **** issue - i know this from the thailand board, and this issue nearly killed the forum some years ago. i can only recommed to immediately stop this discussion.
it is time to remind everybody about the purpose of this forum: supporting each other to find women for sex. may be everybody should stop posting for a day or two, calm down, and then return to normal.

I don´t read the Peru board that often enough to know full details on how this bickering started but all parties involved should take a break from going at each other´s throats. I've never been to Peru but putting a trip together at the end of Febuary with a friend. I have been reading the report but still need some info on where I should stay. I like apartments but it seems the guys here that rent them have them sold out. Here is what I would like to accomplish while in Peru. I would like to be close to bars and shopping in miraflores (unless someone has a better idea). I like reguar bars and really not much into p4p other than maybe slipping in a bar for a drink when bored and telling the girls they charge too much in an attempt to better the prices for you guys that frequent these establishments. I like tennis and I like to surf or anything with being outside during the day that involves breaking a sweat. I guess I should see Machu Picchu while there so how does one get there from Lima? I read somewhere that there are some cool little beach towns south of Lima for surfing and partying, does anyone have any names. Also if anyone wants to take us on a tour or get together for a drink please don't hesitate to pm me. Oh; yes I do speak spanish and I will continue reading the report. How about a cheat sheet for a newbie?

I got your PM and will respond asap on the Penthouse availability. I know the Miraflores bachelor Pad is booked all summer except for dates she posted as open on the Lima hotel forum page. You can also check out Flyingaces new apartment reservation site posted recently in the same thread. Alternatively A lot of apartments are listed on www.travel-library.com and they appear on other sites as well.
For outdoor activities look for a place close by Malecon Cisnero´s in Miraflores. I can hook you up with Tennis at a nearby private club. Also have a buddy that is a licenced pilot if you are into para-sailing.
As Cat mentioned Manuel is my driver and surfing instructor and can show you the best breaks south of here. (Punta Hermosa,San Bartolo,punta rocas,etc..
alternatively there are several famous surfing schools here that will take you out on day trips. Also if you are a young dude, get to know the surfing gang that hangs every evening at Addios Chow and grab a philly cheese steak.
Most of the regular bars are either in Larco Mar,Calle Pizzas or on San Martin which are where my places are. Each one has certain nights when they are best and also different age groups. When you get here the Lima crew can point you in the right direction.
Macchu Picchu- Is going to be a problem in February as they experience torrential rains and Cusco is a ghost town then. You can do as you want but probably read the Cusco thread and post your questions on www.tripadvisor.com.
If you are into the non-pro scene then you will be back to Lima frequently and can do Cusco on another trip. For planning purposes give your self at least 3-4 days for that trip.

This guy is the least controversial, most sex-focused poster on this forum. For that alone he should be commended. But he isn't that alone. I went to my second of Sly's sex parties last night and the guy outdoes himself every time. This one was in Sly's new huge apartment with a hottub, sweeping views, an orgy room and toys, condoms and lube all for use.
Yes, he does charge a fee to attend, which this time was $80. I challenged him on this since it was considerably higher than last time. After he ran down all his costs, plus that he pays the girls a few bucks, it was clear that not only does he not make a profit from these parties but he doesn't even get reimbursed for his time. I agree with LB re: the noise in Lima. Been to lots of places: BK, Jakarta, Saigon, BA etc.. and Lima can take the cake. Speaking of course mainly in the Downtown area. Constant, incessant horn-honking; when the traffic is at a total standstill as if the honking was going to help. The diesel engines and loud music; it can be very stressful. Of course you can avoid DT...
That being said; Lima is a great place with some of the best food and most interesting people and needs to visited by the consummate traveler.

I was in Lima last week and had a good time. I stayed in Miraflores in the Larco Suites, which are GF. No problem bringing women up to my room, and the desk people are very friendly and helpful. I had a large sitting room, decent bathroom (no tub) and a big bedroom for $50 per night. No AC, which might be an issue as the weather heats up now, but was no problem while I was there. Not luxury, but good for the money, and aintained very clean.
I took one woman off the street for S/100. She was a 6 or 7, friendly good conversation, okay sex. I took one woman home from a house (date arranged for her day off at the house). She was great sex, good conversation, and we had a lot of fun for two dates. Total $100 US.
I got in a rut at 326 Pedro Conde (Just off of Petit Thouars), trying out three different women in three days. Price varied from woman to woman, from S 160 for an hour to S100 for half an hour. That was for a massage, sex, etc. With woman naked. You can also pay S 30 for a massage and HJ with woman fully clothed for 30 minutes.
I tried out the Finnish Sauna which is around the corner and one block down from Pedro Conde (towards Miraflores. Sorry I forgot to write down the street name, but it is in the paper every day). Entry includes only use of the facilities and a massage for S 35. If you want more you pay the woman what you negotiate. I found the prices pretty high for the services (quoted $100 for sex total, but declined that). I couldn't get the woman to come down, so settled for HJ at S 60 because I was horney. The women were nice, but maybe thought I would pay more because I am such a gringo.
The Finnish Sauna has nice facilities, and the staff were friendy although somewhat aloof.
There is a major crime war going on between some drug mafias, and a couple guys got shot down in the middle of the day right in front of the cop shop downtown. The rest of the violence is the typical domestic type squabbles with guys cutting up their women and vice versa. Not really stranger on stranger or victimizing tourists.
I do not find the Limenos to be rude. Quite the contrary. Most people react very friendly if you are courteous. However, the city is a big dirty palce, and they are polluting the heck out of the environment, like most other poor countries.
The dollar is not as good as it was, so prices are creeping up. But the women for hire are usually very good about providing value for the buck once you agree on a price. The women in the houses are not knockout babes, but will f: k your brains out if you treat them nice.

In my experience the best rate is if you just withdraw cash soles from the ATM. Some of this depends, however, on what fees, if any, your bank or credit card will charge you for the transaction. It's always a good idea to check first and even to open up an account before you leave with a no-fee credit card.
I have never used the street changers, but I hear they're the next best thing. I'm just not comfortable transacting that kind of cash in the middle of the street, especially when I'm walking away alone.

I just landed in Lima and boy did I get a raw deal. I visited tequilla rock and after hanging aroung for about an hour decided on the chica I wanted. She initially quoted me $100 then managed to bring it down to about $70. Thereafter it went downhill. The chica comes over says she doesn't wanna have sex blah blah blah and then starts sleeping. So I figure maybe after she wakes up then I'll get some action. Boy was I wrong. When she woke up, she said she already spent 4 hours with me and that she needed to go we argued for a while. Now I don't speak spanish well and I figured that its not worth it to continue arguing, in case she starts causing a scene, so I eventually let her go.

Ver Van, I realize that there has recently been a lot of unhelpful posting on the Lima thread, but if you go back a month or so, you will find the information you are looking for. For example, my opinion has always been that TR should be a last choice as far as mongering alternatives go. The fact that it is a "shooting fish in a barrel" kind of place, makes it attractive for guys who don´t do their homework by reading the forum. Rule number one in Peru, especially in TR: NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE.

Difference with the other towns in Peru with Lima is that there are much smaller:
About 9 milions people live in Lima with Callao. The second town (Trujillo or Arequipa, I don't know) only around 600 000.
So I would say that Trujillo, Chiclayo, Arequipa, Huanchaco or Cusco are interesting towns to meet non pros. You have to do the work first on Internet, to meet them on dating websites, then you can meet in the real life once you are there.
You can also try to chat up any girls in the street or in a shop, girls that doesn't seem in a hurry. You surely will have much more luck than in your own country. However it depends on your ability of talking in Spanish.
I would even add other towns like Piura or any towns with more than 100 000 people....But the problem will be, how you will feel there....Because you will perhaps be the ONLY TOURIST....and that's a strange feeling....All eyes will know right away that you are a foreigner....
You can meet non pros everywhere in Lima.
Just take one of the small bus or have a meal in a cheap Peruvian restaurant and you can talk with the waitress. Spanish will help you a lot.

With all the young Russian and German tourists in town the ratio of Chica's/Chico's is actually down from a month ago. The EU-LAC conference means many more tourists, businessmen, officials in Miraflores, suggest you concentrate off the ¨Gringo path¨.

Unfortunately, my trip to Peru came at a bad time as the locals in Cuzco went on a strike. The Cuzco airport was closed and I missed Macchu Pichu. I guess I'll have to go back sometime.
I managed to spend a night in Lima and visited TR. I thought the selection was decent. Took a girl back to the hotel for $80 which I realize is a little too high. I thought she was the best in the club and, to my surprise, her performance was very good. Normally, the hotter ones don't perform as well for me.
I hope to come back again to see Macchu Pichu and to explore more of Lima. I have heard TR get trashed here but I thought it was a decent place, although I had to fight to keep the cost below USD$100. I saw a few streetwalkers just outside Pizza Alley as I walked to TR. One was very doable but I passed on her and went to TR.
My trip included Peru, Rio, and Buenos Aires. Macchu Pichu was shut down while I was in Peru and TR closed closed a few days after I left. A girl I pulled on a Wednesday from Help in Rio told me it was Help's last Wednesday as they would be closing any day now. When I got to BA, Cafe Exedra closed while I was in town. What the hell is going on here? Am I a jinx?

I like the freelance disco or bar scene, with the closing of Tequila Rock is that no longer an option in Lima? While it may not be for everyone, I like to party while I am mongering. While I have experience the gamut of mongering in Lima, the convenience of having the option late night takeout always available on the way back to hotel after a night on the town was one of the pluses of Lima. That and a pretty decent non-pro scene. The cheap short term action pales in comparison to Bogota and the night clubs/strip clubs has always been a last resort for me.
They closed Tequilla Rock? Why? I liked that place. It was nice to party and dance before picking a chica to take home. Is there any place that has replaced it?

The majority of guys coming down here feel the same way! Usually the routine is R&V1,2,3 in the mid afternoon followed by drinks, Steak dinner, Casino with date/friends. From 12pm -2pm favorite bar/lounge and then TR about 1:30-2am when it starts to hop.
There is a strong possibility TR Miraflores will re-open in the next month and I will report it here. In the meantime you will find some girls at the TR in S.I., A few at the Canadian Club, Cubata and the Old Pub. Downtown is another sure bet but it is hard to tell the players if you are not a regular. I have run into a few having Lunch/Dinner together on Pizza Street and have also seen them dining with clients. TR girls in general are interested in a week long gig as the general rule of thumb is only 25% of the girls get a gig on any given night.
This holds true in the night clubs as well, So you can score some top talent for the price of a drink, by just getting their digits.
Some of the other guys in the Lima Gang can hook you up with phone #´s if you know the girls name. I have heard that some of the Colombianas have already headed to Panama and one ISG´r recently ran in to one in a club there.

I'm not letting a night pass by and go to wast wast. I was thinking about taking a night out in Lima. Any one got some good tips? Were to go what to expect or if any one wants to meet up let me know. I just got hired as a pilot in an airline and just want to relax after all the work. Also to try out the flight benefits: D. I know nothing around Lima so anything tips well help alot.

ThanksYou are in luck! Wednesday is the start of the weekend in Lima. Etheria has long been the #1 pickup club on Wednesday or Voce in Lince, assuming you are late 20´s early 30´s. For a older,hipper crowd Huaringa is great on Wednesday as well.
Strip clubs- Emmanuelle, 69, Suites de Barranco will all be in full swing with TR closed.
Banos- Kings spa in Lince is open 24 hours, if all else fails.
Huaringa and the strip clubs will work out well for you as Limenas are all suckers for a man in a uniform!

MA - rumor has it that most of the clubs will be almost devoid of chicas as many are going to the playa or home. Some are not working at all this week, over the Easter break and into the week beyond. I think it would be better going to the pick-up spots and save a boat load of money. Results in either place are uncertain - we are talking about scale now!!

Last night I walked by TR at 10:00 pm and saw about 10 City Hall police men right in front of the entrance trying to discourage patrons from entering the place. The city hall's closing-seal had been removed, the lights were on and it looked like it was business as usual.
I asked one of the people who was watching the whole spectacle and he said that apparently TR's lawyers had used some legal means to reopen the place thru the judicial system and the city had 8 days to respond. Supposedly, the city did not respond within the appeal time and legally TR could reopen.
TR lawyers had a discussion with city hall police at the door and explained their legal right to reopen. The city did not agreed and they blocked the door. Still, I saw a couple of folks get thru.
Tonight I walked by again and the city Hall seal had been placed back on the door again.
In the mean while, all the chicas have moved to TR's in San Isidro, (Republic of Panama 2 blocks before the Golden Dragon casino) a smaller but cozier place until the whole mess is resolved.

Warning: This is a long post I’m know for long post: See Costa Rica and Macau
I’m new to the international scene but not new to the USA domestic scene that Jackson has. I will break down this report in several different topic areas to help you all get to the interesting areas based on your needs and desires.
Background: A lot of people told me to visit Peru for many reasons such as the nightlife, the food, the Inca Ruins. I went from March 15th – March 21st. I will share with you my stories and successes and lessons learned. One Warning: I was linking up with some buddies that are not aware of mongering life style so I had to be in covert mode and also I wanted to visit Machu Picchu so my time was limited.
Arrival at Lima Airport: on Saturday Night at 1100PM: I had no problems. I got through immigration in less than 15 minutes; however, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my luggage. My only regret was not getting a cell phone. I did exchange half of my money at the airport. I was told to avoid the street money changers due to "bad bills". I learned people would accept cut, ripped, worn, or mutilated money. Some people actually smelled the money and looked at for several minutes. My buddies arrived Sunday Night and it took them 1 hour to get through immigration. They said only 5 people were working and two of them were working the diplomat counters. WTF? There were eight people working the counters Saturday night with only one at the diplomat station.
Places to Stay: I stated in Miraflores at the Hotel called La Casa De Los Sanchez which is next to a Middle Eastern restaurant and few stores down from Starbucks. This is a family owned placed with 40 rooms. I recommend room 204 or 304. You can over look Av Diagonal and watch ladies walk right under you. 304 is known as the honeymoon suite. This is not a 5 star place. Probably 3 ½ star but rates from $30. 00 to $60. 00. Why complain? The water pressure and temperature sucked. I was considering staying at the Sheraton and the JW Marriott. Here is my view on the Sheraton. Don’t Stay There. There is construction going in front of the hotel. They are building super bus terminal also the Sheraton is on a very busy highway. There is nothing there. Also, the JW Marriott is not "on the beach" this is misleading. The beach is not a real beach. The real beach is 3 hours away or maybe 1 hour away for similar real beach. The biggest thing JW Marriott has is a superior bilingual staff and nice facilities. The place is across the street from LarcoMar which is a nice park and a nice shopping centers with retails, food places such as Hooters, Tony Ribs, and many authentic places to include Dim Sum Chinese and Peru Foods. I would recommend staying close to Pizza Alley or in central Miraflores so you can be close to the people and the action.
Miraflores: I was approached by many SWs but I was not interested due to age, size, or shape. They were grabbing on me and telling BS about I love black men. Pizza Alley had many food places and these food places had many clubs/disco tech places. I went into all of them. Most of them had the under 25 crowd. Some of them had some 30+ crowd. Most people were traveling in packs so it was hard for me to separate chicas from the crowd or packs. Recommend traveling with a wing man to these clubs. Some of the servers were hitting on me perhaps for tips but not take out? I never pushed the issue. I was looking at getting a hold of David33 or Slyone. I chose slyone because I never been to a sex party.
Slyone Sex Party: Well as mentioned earlier, I have never been to a sex party or orgy. I contacted Slyone and told him my time constraints due to some buddies hanging out with me that were more into sightseeing than mongering. Slyone informed me when the next party was which I couldn’t make. He suggested a private party for $20. 00 more. I said yes. So, I went to the Sly One Private party Sunday Afternoon. He is a stone throw away from the JW Marriott and lives in penthouse at the top floor and has a Jacuzzi among other things. There were 5 girls there at first then two more arrive within the next hour. This was amazing experience for me for twenty reasons:
1). I was not rushed
2). The girls were into it; it was not fake; they love the action; they had smiles;
3). Toys were included
4). Almost everything was on the menu
5). Take out was available i.e. Dating
6). I was feed dinner, drinks,

Getting around: The cabs are 3 soles to 7 soles depending on where you go. For the most part expect to pay 5 soles unless it is late you may have to argue the cab driver down to 7 soles from 10 soles. There are no meters to price is negotiable 24 hours a day. I paid $20. 00 US for the ride from the airport one way. This was arranged service so I’m not sure how much a street hire would be. Many of the streets don’t have lights or stop signs so be prepared for some crazy driving.
Cusco: Yes, I live a boring life and went to Cusco the Ruins. First thing I learned, anytime you leave an airport in Peru. You pay a tax. I had to pay a $6. 50 US tax to fly from Lima to Cusco and pay it again flying back. I also had to pay $31. 50 US when flying back home. More on this later. Please be advised, Cusco is very different from Lima. I would say it is more rustic, more dirty, more cold, I mean very cold. Take a jacket! I had to buy a fall jacket for my 2 ½ days there. I stayed at the Mabey Hotel which was about 12 blocks from the square but okay. People party until 6AM in the morning. There are several clubs in Cusco. As a Tourist/Non-Resident don’t pay! Just walk in and be honest with them that you are not from there. You will get in free. In fact, if you arrive after 1AM, you should be able to get free drink coupons from the club promoters. I only liked three clubs but again mainly under 25 crowd. I dance briefly with some girls. I went back to a hostel with two girls from Lima. They were very drunk and wanted to party in their room. One girl was with her exboyfriend from Ireland and the other girl "liked black man". We cuddle in the bed and she feel asleep on me. She slept hard. So I was a good boy and slept in her arms for about 3 hours and then left. During this trip I went to the Machu Picchu Ruins. A must see and do but this is an all day event. Bus, Train, Bus, Cab. You actually will have about 4-5 hours of sight seeing time. The place is a big tourist trap but the little village by the train station is every interesting and some nice eye candy. I didn’t try to meet any one. The train ride sucked. I was on the backpacker. Note: Don’t go a week before or after Easter. Very busy. Many places were closed on Friday (Passover). I want to the strip club Casanova. It was okay. Normal set up buy a girl at $20. 00 US Drink and she give you company. Takeout was $100. 00. I was not too sure about this because the only girl that I liked knew no English and my Spanglish sucked that night. I passed up the services. I thought 4 hours with six girls or 45 minutes with 1 girl $100. 00 what is the better deal. Damn, SlyOne why did you do this to me? Back to Miraflores: I used Lan Airlines from Lima to Cusco and back. They serve a nice Snack Meal. The flight attendants are beautiful! We had a good dinner and went back to my place for 30 minutes of awesome body action. I had a smile on my face all way home on my flight on Spirit Airlines. Leaving Peru: There is a departure fee that must be paid in Soles or US Dollars before you leave. I purchased some Inca Cola and some bottled water because Spirit charges for all beverages and snacks on the airplane. Warning: You are not allowed to take any liquids on the airplanes even if you purchased the soda, water, etc next to the gate pass security. This pissed me off so I had to drink my IncaCola and Water in one big gulp before I entered the airplane. Slyone, send IncaCola, Por Favor.
Conclusion: Next time, I will travel to Peru alone give myself two weeks for more sex parties with Slyone, find David33, and find better looking SWs in Miraflores Pizza Alley. I will try to use this board to find a fellow monger to have a wingman or at least back up. I would probably stay at Sanchez again. The staff were really cool. The breakfast did suck. I went to Café Café three times – loved it. I went to Atlantic City Casino and also the Casino in JW Marriott and won. At AC I made $120 US off of $20. 00 and $80. 00 US off of $10. 00 at the JW Marriott. I stopped, perhaps, I could have been a millionaire. Who knows? There was a beautiful chica named Carla as serve at Atlantic City. I wished I had more time. We had trouble comminicating but she kept coming back to me. No Novia No Children. Hmm, oh well. I know some of these things are a repeat I’m just sharing with you all they are true and do exist as of last week. Again, this is my experience as a first timer to Lima &Cusco. If someone can learn from my mistakes, I think this report is good. If I’m just a repeat of other posts, I still think this is good because it will be a recent post. Lastly, I had an opportunity to visit a strip club that was halfway between the airport and Miraflores. I declined because it was far off the beaten path for me. I will consider next time when I return. I’m not sure how I would rate this to Costa Rica or Macau. Perhaps, a three way tie. However, I still have to do Thailand this summer. How much do you want to spend, because if money isn´t that important (if you were considering wasting it in TR it must not be), than just go to a night club.
Day after day and post after post it becomes clearer that many mongers need a "shooting fish in a barrel" alternative, no problem if the girls are sharks and the service usually sub-par. I imagine that sooner or later the law of supply and demand will function and a new "TR" will appear in Miraflores.
OK, if Tequila Rocks is closed, what other options are nearby? I prefer a place where I can relax with a cerveza for a while and pick out my evening entertainment to take back to my hotel. Since I will be at the Maria Luisa, I was hoping to find something nearby. Suggestions?
The TR in Miraflores was unique as the girls were all independent and you had the occasional semi-pro. Most of the action is centered in and around San Isidro with its numerous strip clubs and nearby BT´s.
If you are not willing to venture out of Miraflores than your options are a few BT´s or sipping your beer along Pizza Street (Old Pub or Rustica) and hoping your favorite flavor comes by.
While TR´s was a favorite watering hole of locals and a ¨no-brainer¨ for newbies, things are changing with APEC2008 and may or may not ever be the same.
If you want outcall there are many websites that have been posted. In the past I had a lot of success with Placeres Del Peru, If you use one of these services, report back here as there is not much info in that regard since Cat left.

Prices- The S/.200 price still prevails although at a 2.65 exchange is less attractive then just a few months ago.
Ambiance- At less than half the size of the ¨Original¨ it has a different feel and while you can still dance, cruising the three bars or getting that coveted corner in the back is out! For those that have never been ¨the corner¨was where the girls would display their wares, trade gropes or the occasional BJ all while being entertained with Polvo´s famous fire eating show!
Yes, gone are those days of merriment to the wee hours of the afternoon, but one upside is COUCHES! Yes, couches were you can snuggle,kiss and cop a feel!
Fun Factor- We can´t forget Polvo´s fun factor by which all other clubs were judged. I will have to deduct one point for the hassle of not being in walking distance of my apartments.
Overall- This is in a lousy location ¨three blocks from nowhere¨although taxi´s are cheap (s/.7) and prevalent. If it was along Navarette, near by Eclispe,peppers,Emmanuelle´s or allowed walking to it after dinner at La Carrettas it could be a winner and I would think seriously about moving the Penthouse and Bachelor Pad a few blocks away!
Downtown San Isidro is not Miraflores but has a good feel to it.

1. When will TR Miraflores reopen?
I talked to an insider today and he told me ¨things look pretty difficult¨ for TR or another group to reopen that locale.
2. Where did all the girls go?
We have all seen the increased activity on the streets, but by and large the girls are at the new locale opened in San Isidro.
Tequila Rocks San Isidro- first report.
As you may have heard TR´s barmen are different and they are desperate for Gringo´s so have for now waived the cover charge. Polvo and other´s will be happy to learn that the somber Lesbian security guard will still massage your package, but with a warm welcoming smile on her face.
The Girls- YES! there are alot of familiar faces here and a slew of younger newer models eager for your test drive. It would appear that the change of venue has broken up the LCN for now and allowed some fresher talent into the gene pool.
Prices- The S/.200 price still prevails although at a 2.65 exchange is less attractive then just a few months ago.
Ambiance- At less than half the size of the ¨Original¨ it has a different feel and while you can still dance, cruising the three bars or getting that coveted corner in the back is out! For those that have never been ¨the corner¨was where the girls would display their wares, trade gropes or the occasional BJ all while being entertained with Polvo´s famous fire eating show!
Yes, gone are those days of merriment to the wee hours of the afternoon, but one upside is COUCHES! Yes, couches were you can snuggle,kiss and cop a feel!
Fun Factor- We can´t forget Polvo´s fun factor by which all other clubs were judged. I will have to deduct one point for the hassle of not being in walking distance of my apartments.
Overall- This is in a lousy location ¨three blocks from nowhere¨although taxi´s are cheap (s/.7) and prevalent. If it was along Navarette, near by Eclispe,peppers,Emmanuelle´s or allowed walking to it after dinner at La Carrettas it could be a winner and I would think seriously about moving the Penthouse and Bachelor Pad a few blocks away!
Downtown San Isidro is not Miraflores but has a good feel to it.

No disrespect to the forum but jockey 16 doesn't really need to sign up. He has roots in lima and is very well informed. He helped me a great deal the last time I was there.
Hopefully he will continue to provide valuable information. He is a stand up guy. I've mongered with him a few times. He has a way of talking to the ladies that extends a normal 30 minutes session at las cucardas into a 45 minute session. I was impressed.

Have been to MPs there and Chongos in Quito also, but just not my bag. Don't care for the rip off strip clubs either. I guess I'll try out that new TR location in San Isidro. Any nearby hotels you can recommend?
The TR in Miraflores was unique as the girls were all independent and you had the occasional semi-pro. Most of the action is centered in and around San Isidro with its numerous strip clubs and nearby BT´s.
If you are not willing to venture out of Miraflores than your options are a few BT´s or sipping your beer along Pizza Street (Old Pub or Rustica) and hoping your favorite flavor comes by.
While TR´s was a favorite watering hole of locals and a ¨no-brainer¨ for newbies, things are changing with APEC2008 and may or may not ever be the same.
If you want outcall there are many websites that have been posted. In the past I had a lot of success with Placeres Del Peru, If you use one of these services, report back here as there is not much info in that regard since Cat left.

Mr Enternational, if you look down a few posts you will see the explanation. But to save you having to move your mouse, I will tell you that since April 5, another 9 has been added to Lima and Callao cell phone numbers. Just stick another 9 in front of the numbers in your agenda. It gets more complicated for cell phones outside of the Lima area. If some of your friends live outside Lima, like in Iquitos or Arequipa, you have to make changes of 3 digits. Check the websites of the cell operators for details.

I have to tell you if the Blue Marlin is your thing, you are wasting your vacation on Lima. Even when TR was in Miraflores, it was just one option among many and everybody knows it was only good after 1:30am.
TR S.I. is all by itself and no reason to stay in the area. I would choose an area that had daytime activities that you liked to do, to kill the time in between.
All in all, I recommend you rethink it!

You certainly ¨hit the nail on the head¨ and obviously you know both scenes quite well! While there are some readers who will be unhappy about your letting the ¨Cat out of the bag¨ in regard to ¨69¨, I and others share your view that it is amazing.
A couple of things I should add as May is shaping up to be a busy month with regular Lima crew.
Tequilas- S.I. - You reminded me that Semi-Pro can not get into the San Isidro location. Had a girl ask me last week if my friends would bring her in.
Tequilas-Miraflores- Fri & Sat unusual activity outside both nights and some TR girls said the word is a reopen on Mon or Tue of this week. I will of course update all as soon as I can confirm it.
R&V- You probably are aware but for the sake of others there are three locations all with different girls/same service and R&V 2 is open from 5pm-12pm or 2 hours later than the others. All locations are within Santa Catalina.
Forgot where I saw it but the administrator from R&V 3 (Margaret?) who once tongue-fucked Sauve Gato has opened her own joint closer to Miraflores with the same pricing and service.

I will be there for 5 days or so.
I am looking for a high end hotel that is relatively guest friendly and most importantly I need internet access to my laptop so the people back in the USA think I am working in my home office.
I am willing to pay $100+.
Also now that TR is closed, and I here negative things about the street situation... is it a requirement to stay in Miraflores?
Okay, I get the picture. I had the impression that TR was a lot like Blue Marlin, or at least like Key Largo. Evidently not. I will be going to Peru on other business with just a two-day stopover in Lima, so will need to adjust to the mongering climate as it is.

Between Club 69 and Emmanuelle. Which one would you recommend as the least "rip-off" of the two. Which one is the least pushy/expensive on girl drinks?
As for the talent, usually I find you cannot generalize, as it depends on the night and takes some time to test the waters. I usually can find a gem most anywhere but the really cheapo places. Just like BM, you have to take your time, talk it up a bit in Spanish and not be influenced by just the looks of the book's cover.

RyV is not full service as to admit otherwise puts the girls in jeapordy. If you are new to Lima then Emmanuelles is the place to go as 69 is difficult to find and is very definetly not in a good 'hood. The other alternative is the Suites of Barranco and given the recent cost reports of the other alternatives I would strongly recommend there. Close to Miraflores, safe, great fun and not cost prohibitive with very hot girls.
Or, talk with David33......
If you are adventurous there is always Scarletts but you should go with a wingman.

Salma Vida in Paseo Colon San Jose CR is also not FS. I took a drag but I never inhaled. I have no idea what that white stuff is on her skirt. This is a YMMV situation.
I have had guys tell me that RyV was not FS for them but no one has told me that they were disappointed with and RyV session. I am sure that there have been a few disappointing RyV sessions but I suspect the percentage of disappointing session at RyV is lower than at ZB, NF or IDEM in CR .... that is how good RyV is ... or at least it was a year ago. Don't let the no FS talk keep you from visiting RyV. Give RyV a try and, if you don't mind, give us a report.

Here is an excerpt from a report I wrote over a year ago. "I have written before about how upscale clubs in San Jose -- Tango India, Atlantis ... are often rip-offs. To discover that the upscale clubs in Lima are considerably different was a pleasant surprise. On the second night I was planning to go to Scarlet's with E from LA but given the hour we decide to go to club 69 http://www.clubsesentaynueve.net/. As we entered we were approached by several chicas. E ended quickly on the couch with a partner. I took some time but finally spotted a petite innocent and called her over. What Fun! I bought her a 50 soles ($15) chica drink -- and said no rapido. I never bought more than one chica drink a night. You can go to the room locally or you can take out 2 hours for 50 soles ($15) to the house. These clubs are not cheep but you may find them a good value. There were gorgeous chicas dancing in some fairly classy shows. What a deal you get to meet and party with top tier chicas in a fun place, and you get the added security of them knowing that you can trace them back to their place of work all for about $25 in drinks and cover for both you and her and a $15 take out fee. Of course if you want to repeat you can probably get their phone. The first and subsequent performances were outstanding. One regret I had was that I didn't go to 69s sister club Emmanuelle http://www.emmanuelleclub.net/index1.html. The drivers pushed it all the time saying this is where you want to be -- it is the best ( I read kick back). Had I not had the bad taste from the upscale clubs in San Jose I am sure I would have gone."

The TR in Miraflores is/was very much like the Key Largo without the windows and the live band but Miraflores is a better area than downtown SJO. TR Miraflores is about the same size as the KL and it is/was a fun place with more GFEs than the KL. I haven't been to the TR in San Isidro.

I don't regard any of them as a ripoff, but they are not a "cheap" alternative either. The prices have gone up to between $120 - $160 per chica, chica drinks are about the same - provided you clamp down on the "Red Bull" scam - which is actually an extra drink. Entrada now is between S/.50 and S/.80 depending on if you get out of the taxi before the club entrance, and salidas are now about S/.70. And the exchange rate now officially sucks!!
For pure entertainment, including an outside private courtyard with barbie and High Def TV, the Suites is a great experience. But I think the chicas at Emmanuelles are hotter.
Others on the board gasp in horror at these numbers as there are much cheaper options around. But I believe one is a free man. (Unless chained to a chica!!)
BTW TR in San Isidro is about 1/3 or less the size of Miraflores.

No, it is not required San Isidro is upscale as well! Another hotel is the Marriott and some of the local mongers belong to the gym their. It was not available before but If you want to rent the Penthouse for those five days, I can kick out the no-good monger currently there and let you have it for $99.00 a night! I appreciate the reminder, since we already had this conversation and you have been so helpful in providing vitamin "V" twice while I stayed at ML.
My case is a temporary resistance to the charge to a great and informative site but nevertheless a sister to the free local site. I know I'll eventually succumb to the desire to be in contact, other that via their personal emails, with some of the great contributors such as yourself, artystyp and others.
Acknowledging my limited rights, I have limited myself to providing useful information to our fellow mongers. I am at ML with a few mongers and will stay in wonderful Lima for a few more weeks.
Sorry Artystp is not around, nevertheless I am trying to have a great time without the benefit of his energy and experience in getting to the most hidden and incredible places I would have never visited without his leadership.

As I mentioned previously, there is a couple´s swinger´s group here in Lima. They have just organized a club with jacuzzi, sauna and stripper pole as well as different rooms for getting it on. Who knows? This is a first for Peru. I expect that things will be difficult, but not impossible. Getting around will probably be tough, roadblocks all over the place. Might be able to waste your time and money in TR, down the road...if it is open. Incall from websites is very very ify.

I was in Santiago Chile, last November, when they had the same gathering and the only problem we initially had was to book hotel rooms but we finally managed to get them and in good price.
Everything was working normally there except some road blocks creating some delays during certain times when they move from one place to another.
Also security issues on the hotels, usually 5*, that they are using.
All cafes con piernas and night clubs were working as usual.

David, I like and respect you. I think you know that. While I know that you really feel the need to disparage TR, I would submit that those with good negotiating skills and the ablity to spot the sharks (yes, about half or more of the girls there), one can do very well there. I have been with about 10 girls form TR, and most have been great..YMMV, and it does depend on your skills at choising...I don't only rely on TR, as you know, I find women in many ways...Some of us, however, like the fantasty of a pick up bar, and the dancefloor..half the fun..

Doesn't change my opinion of him. He's been a very upfront guy, at least on the board, and his posts were one of the main reasons that I decided to check out the monger scene in Lima over 3-4 yrs ago. And even back then, he didn't recommend TR. He's been consistent. LOL!!!
Anyway, I enjoy hanging in the shark tank (TR), primarily because it's all an illusion, and I don't fool myself when I walk down those stairs. I like the nightclub scene. I like being able to dance when I want, and to pull up to the bar, when I want. And I like calling girls over to shoot the shit. And I hate paying salidas to a bar.
I don't mind the sharks. I know how to say NO. In fact, I've been cool with several of them over the years. I know what my price point is, and I let them know my level of interest. I just let them know that early, and if they are still around when I'm ready to leave, we come to an understanding on price for TLN. If not, I'm okay with going home alone, even though that rarely happens. Some of the sharks will sometimes even come back to the hotel for free. It happens, depends on the nights and how you've treated them.

It was easy to say, but hard for her to accept. I was at a TR-like establishment in Panama City (Habanos) the other day. Not sure if this is a tactic to be used intentionally at TR or if it would even work if I tried it intentionally, but you never know. It works. Rule number 1 always be prepared to walk away. One of things that has helped me in TR is because of my demeanor, while not intentional, is that I come across as the least interested guy in the place. Pros or not, they are still women and their egos sometimes get the best of them.
I understand why some guys don't care much for TR. If your goal is go in and negiotate a session and leave it can be a crapshoot. A lesson I learnt on my first trip to Lima. Had I done TR when I was new to game I would have hated it. I started out in Rio back in the days where a lot the girls aimed for repeat business and with that aim in mind they provided good service in hopes of you coming back. GFE and TLN wasn't something you negotiated they were a given. I took those same expectations to Colombia and was in for a rude awakening when the girls didn't automatically pretend you were the best they ever had and fell in love with you, for a price. My running line in Rio was "I love you, how much? "
In TR, it is buyer beware, and proper vetting is required. If a monger isn't inclined to play the game or doesn't speak decent Spanish then it can be just annoying. While I enjoy the place and am glad it is back in business I think it is important to let those less inclined that they may be happier elsewhere. It isn't a matter of being a newbie or a skilled monger rather a matter of preference when it comes to the monger experience. My first TR experience was spectacular, my second not so much. I have made the place work for me but as in many places that attract hustlers, with help of this board, I have learnt to play game.

I am new to posting on ISG, but feel it is time to do my share. I am 61 years old. Just got back from Lima.
I have been to Lima 6 times in the last 14 months. I also have been to Costa Rica and Cali.
I always travel with a wing man and on this trip I also met Jockey who took me to meet David 33. We had a great lunch at Tanta in MF.
I always stay at the ML in Lima and they have upped the rates 10 Soles. David hooked me up with a really sweet girl. She was 21 and as we had trouble getting into the ML since she did not have her ID I took her to the Atlantic City Casino for Ice cream till a different person was at the desk who I knew would look the other way. I was in contact with Tabu2777 earlier today and he informed me that for some reason he is not allowed to post, even though he wished to provide help for those who have requested it. ie (Samu Ray).
I have no reason to believe he is anything other than what he claims to be. We are planning to meet soon and I will post back here after I have had a chance to do so.
He was upfront about telling me that one of the girls who he referred to as 20, had only turned 18 recently. I have attached a file that shows the streets of Miraflores. You will find Ave. Alcanfores near Larcomar (the green area near the beach). It is about 2-3 blocks N/E from Larcomar. Actually Larcomar is a good shopping center where many pepole shop and congregate. Most of the action in Miraflores is near Kennedy Park which is also the business center of Miraflores. You are about 7-8 blocks away from Kennedy Park. Take a look directly north of Larcomar and you will see the green areas of PQ. Kennedy and PQ Central. Remember that taxis are very inexpensive and you can get places quickly and cheaply.

ATM at airport or Cusco will probably be the same rate. If you are changing physical dollars then you will get about 5 centavos less at the FX desk.

Everything turned out OK this weekend and this bodes well for APEC in November. Fri nite they shut down central Miraflores to traffic and there were at least 200,000 people in the streets. Everything was open till about 5 am and they had a series of concerts that started at midnight. Restaurants and bars were jammed.
On another note, hearing a lot of rough Colombian types have been hanging at TR, Don't know if this is the same crew reported to be in 69!

Always ranked amongst the top clubs in Peru, A few of us ventured there after a great dinner and drinks at Trattoria!
I have always found they have great facilities and that has certainly not changed. Due to rampant road construction the drive up is horrible and ruins the ambiance of driving into your own private playground.
They no longer have a entrance fee instead they have a minimum of S/.100 which they due not deem to enforce.
We arrived around 12pm and the place was dead (given it is Sat night) and by 1:30 only two other guys came in.
The selection of girls was horrible and was limited to 8-10 at most. A friend was dancing with a few of them and they appeared to be on something!
I will certainly not go back until things change drastically!

For those who have visited Lima, some of the the posts I will be making should be old news, however, I'd like to share my experiences during my recent 2 month stay. I have found a wide range of options that goes from the fairly expensive night clubs like Suites of Barranco (up to $500 for admission, drinks, take out fee, room and cost for the girl), to the Trocadero, with a $4. 72 entrance fee and $7. 27 for 20 minutes with the girl of your choice, which in some cases may include anal.
This time I'd like to share my take on Las Cucardas, a step up to The Trocadero and in a rough part of town.
A good 40 minutes in a s/15. 00 cab ride from Miraflores which you should take with a friend. For your return, it is less expensive to wait for an arriving cab rather that hoping in one of the cabs waiting for customers at the door.
After paying the entrance fee of s/20. 00, which comes along with a condom, and a ticket which you have to give to the lady of your choice, you are'treated to a small "Pisco Sour" which you can drink while you are padded down. They don't allow cell phones, cameras or if you are carrying a piece, you have to leave it at the entrance.
Las Cucardas has two corridors with small rooms on each side where the ladys show their assets in lingerie or brief bikinis.
My first this time was impression was. WOW there are a number of 8. 5's to 9. 5's here, so went through the place until I had checked at least all of the ones who had their door opened and found that there is a little of everything for everybody.
At the end of the right corridor there is a bar and a stage where every 15. 30 minutes, one of the girls goes up and does a great strip tease.
Apparently, there is choreographer who teaches the girls the latest moves. Moves they are! I pulled out a piece of paper and in no time I had 5 names of chicas I had to have.
Were they the same girls I had just the seen in the corridors? . Somehow you can see a dimension in them that is not evident outside the stage.
Part of the strip tease includes audience participation where the girls will jump on the customers and mimic all sorts moves not recommended for the faint at heart, which culminates a with a snatch attack on your face moving to the beat of the music and obstructing your nose in a delightful asphyxiation attempt. If anyone has to go. This is the way to go!
When you wake up and decide on a girl you give her the ticket, you were given at the door, and her s/50. 00 soles.
Somehow the girls on stage create the illusion that they are dancing for you and that their sensuality will continue in her room. Unfortunately this is not true as the rule, with some exceptions of course. Mostly, once in their room, you are treated to a fairly mechanical and closely watched 20 minutes where they will do anything in their power to make you reach your goal.
Somehow, shampoo is the accepted means of washing your family jewels. Thank goodness, a conditioner doesn't follow.
There is however, a change or improvement in the girls attitude when you become a repeater and they recognize you.
In conclusion. Las Cucardas has a bunch of beautiful girls that you can have for very little where GFE is a concept as foreign as China.

I agree that it is not that common in Larco Mar, but it makes sense from a time management sense, I mean what girl wouldn't want to shop and work at the same time!

Help me out here but why does one group of mongers feel the need to commment on another group's preferred style of mongering. If a particular monger is having problems with his particular choice then by all means show him the light. However, there seems this need on this board for people to one up each other. How I do my thing is my business, my dick and my money. I have explored most aspects of the lima scene and speak very good spanish (near fluent) and over time I have settled on a routine that works best for me based on my priorities. I have been to King Spa and Gold Spa, but if you want a real massage sin extras, the best spa experience in Lima is the Windsor in S.I. It´s the favorite
of the ex-pat crowd. Great food and wifi as well.
If you want the R&V exp, then R&V2 is open till 12 pm but you have to forgo the hot water.

While researching Lima online I ran across a youtube link (I think I did a search "Lima Sucks" in youtube). Anyway, the guy shows pictures of a recent earthquake and in the comments he basically says he hates Peru. He is there now and has a Peruvian wife and they are trying to get to the states. He wrote that Lima is full of people that don't respect themselves, it is ridden with drugs and is the most polluted place on earth and the water at the beaches are toxic and finally Peruvians are extremely rude! Is this true? He also mentioned he has been robbed at gun point 2x. I am used to South American cities and just returned from Bogotá weeks ago. Is Lima any different?Runner Up. How was Lima? I have never been to Lima, but I am an avid scuba-diver and fisherman. Do you know of any good places for that around Lima?

So, Diablito and I do lunch after R Y V. A great little seafood restaurant like you can find all over Lima. Easy to eat really well for 10 bucks a day, if you want, world class meals for under 30 a day. Really great food.
So, it is after Diablito's first R y V session. He is blow away. The girl was so wonderful, so spontaneous, so lovely, he is just certain that this girl was madly in love with him (not really, but you get the picture).
So, I tell him that I will describe his session, move by move, blow by blow, so to speak. Maybe he will chime in, but I was close to 90% accurate with even the most subtle feature of his session. The “training program” they have there must be just sensational. In face, in an alternative universe or next life, I want to be the R y V practice is dumber. Shit, over the last couple of years I have had maybe 40 sessions there- I practically am!

The lead you into the main room, and all the girls to attention (some might be in the back, chatting, ect). At this point, they all great you with a kiss, tell you their names, and if they are not busy, will sit down to chat with you. If you have not been there, they will try to get to know you. Spanish helps the quality of conversation- it can be a bit tense, I have seen, without it. Some girls do speak English- many work on it.
The one thing they need to work on is the sense of rush, at least at the Interbank branch, as I described, the vibe of Nicolas Areola is very good at night, but no spa facilities (save for one steam bath).

Hey, I pay hookers what I deem the market rate. I get that based on asking information gathered in conversations with the native guys there. It works wonders in each country, speaking the language and getting a general pricing baseline. I don't include expat prices in that, as they can be all over the board. I don't knock dudes for whatever they pay. Not my business, nor will it change my market rate. I might get generous if the chick is cool and we get along well, but that's left to my discretion, not her expectations nor her looks.
Guys never wonder where the concept of hookers EXPECTING tips came from. Yet it's as silly to the native guys as it gets. Paying for a taxi is one thing. Tipping on top of paying the going rate??? Ridiculous.

WTF is going on in Lima these days?
The same thing that Went on in Sosua, San Jose, Panama City, Cartagena, Medellin, and countless other places but actually at a higher rate due to the seemingly unlimited funds that some guys that come down here seem to have. Lima has quickly in a short period become either a second tier pro place or a notaputa place. The high end pro action has become stifled and ugly, at least for the seasoned monger. The hit and run..point and shoot guys are loving it, as are the pro girls.
Along these lines, a whole tribe of La dulce vida girls sniffed this out and along with a contingent from medellin have moved from Colombia to Lima and are inhabiting Tequila Rocks. Nice to see some familiar faces ( I have stories!) Tequila rocks has splintered into a Peru vs Colombia, westside/eastside thing. The peruvian girls player hate on the colombians, and the colombians turn their nose up at the 'ugly' pervian girls. It is a riot to talk to the girls about!

It has been two years since I had the time to take a trip to Latin America. My last trips (plural is correct) were to Sao Paulo – where I almost married a young Paulista lawyer who looks like the long-lost identical twin of lovely Zeina Heart. Suffice it to say, I was hoping that this viaje to Peru would be more focused on pleasure without strings attached. Srta. Brazilian-Zeina Heart and I are still on good terms, but I had my heart on pure Limena GFE.
I did not plan too extensively for this trip; I had been to Lima four years ago and was looking forward to returning to this GFE-friendly land which offers an amazing culture, top-notch cuisine, and rich history. I contacted (the very helpful) David_33 for some chica contacts prior to the trip, booked the double suite at La Paz Apart Hotel in Miraflores, and – against my better judgment - made a couple contacts via amigos.com and latinamericancupid.com; with these dating sites, I was able to accrue quite a few numbers for way too short a trip. With the fact that I’m more interested in p4p, I understood that it would likely be better to save these chicas their time and either not contact them or show them to a pleasant time/meal (if I were to see one or more of them) when my leche-bullets have already been spent. In retrospect, the wonderful offers to pick me up at the airport on arrival, live with me for the entire 4 days, and messages of love (from women who only know my scriven thoughts and blurry photos) were likely too good to be true! Wouldn’t you agree? For all their professed love for me, I’d have to admit that I cannot even love myself half as much.

Personal notes and some basics on going to Lima in June and in general (here’s where I state the obvious that you already know):
-Average temperature is 16-18 C; it’s winter here.
-It’s well-documented on this board, but it is true that Miraflores and San Isidro are the areas for tourists and that’s where you should stay.
-If you have an unlocked GSM phone, you can buy a sim-card from Claro. If you don’t have a phone, you can rent a phone from them for a reasonable price.
-U.S. Dollar:Nuevo Sol exchange rate = 1:2.9 (at this time – it was 3.4 about 4 years ago, and had dipped to 2.5/2.6 a few months ago)
-Your trip will be greatly enhanced (chica success, GFE, tourist viewing, shopping, et cetera) by having a strong handle of the Spanish language.
-I do not particularly like the club scene (call me a wallflower), so a place such as Tequila Rocks is not on my prime radar; thus, keep that in mind when reading my report.
-I speak near-fluent Spanish.
-$ = US dollars; NS = Peruvian nuevo soles
-I rarely take photos of these women and will not likely have photos for you in this (or any) report. With that said, I hope that you still enjoy my report.

[Monday]:
The overnight flight on LAN was uneventful. Once on the airplane, I marveled at the stature of the Chilena stewardesses who pleasantly ensured all bags had a place to stay. Don’t miss out; I thought that it was on-par with (if not better than) restaurants such as Nobu, Indochine, Olives, and Mr. K’s.
The remainder of the night comprised of mindless wandering in Miraflores. I walked through Pizza Alley and Parque de Kennedy, and made occasional eye contact with some unexceptional women. Without much leche (and strength) left in my tank, I decided to return to my room a bit early. Everyone I introduced him to said good things about him and it is nice to see someone really appreciating the good things that Lima has to offer: unbelievable food and a bunch of GFE cuties. Just got back from my 3 week trip in Peru, mostly business in the Iquitos and Tarapoto areas, but with a little time for mongering activity as well. It was my first time in Peru. Got in to Lima about midnight and the "official" taxis inside the airport wanted an astonishing $50 US to take me to Miraflores. I went outside and tried to bargain there but the best I got was $20 US. After a wild ride along the coastal road I got to Hotel Maria Luisa about 1:30 AM. I had a junior suite there and I would say it was only passable. In my opinion.
I walked down to see what the famous Tequila Rocks was like. What I found after paying their S. /30 entrada was a very smoky and loud disco with a few well experienced pros standing around the dance floor. The place is much smaller than I had expected, and so loud that my half-ass Spanish would not stand a chance of starting a decent conversation with a chica. I drank a S. /10 Cusqueña then left. Not my kind of place at all!
I then walked around Parque Kennedy and up and down Pizza Alley. The SW's there were pretty rough looking, and it was nearly 3 AM so I just walked back to the Maria Luisa and saved my leche for Iquitos the next night.
The Maria Luisa got me a taxi back to the airport the next day for only S. /30. So I guess I really got ripped off on the way in.

I found prices to be almost equal on the budget side of things. I would assume higher end prices in Medellin run the gamut of $70 US and above. Lima would fall into the same category more or less.
Both are rough and somewhat dangerous (minus Poblado and Miraflores) in my book. Medellin has a huge drug problem that is out in the open.
IMHO there is way more to do in Lima, way better food, better prices for non pfp activities better rates on hotels.
