Hey, I've read on-line that Brazil and Peru have the highest Asian populations in Latin America. And, of course, that makes perfect sense in Peru, with Fujimori.
But do you see the Asian demo reflected much in massage stores or working girls?

No you don´t.
Alas, there few or no Asians in the hobby in Lima. A few have been sighted years ago in a few spas but I found none now. There used to be a beautiful chinita from Venezuela at Cucardas a year ago but she has not come back. There are also a few that advertise through some agencies but I don't trust them to be the real thing. Most likely they are jungle girls or mixed ancestry.

I've only been gone a week and troca goes to shit... all sorts of stuff happening (read up on perutops)
Short story is... that cartel that increased the price to S/ 30 caused a huge decline in patronage. they needed someone to blame so they blamed it on all the foreigners, so they all got kicked out. Theres a monger boycott till the price and entry goes down.
Only if we had such a sensitivity to price rises (remember its only a price rise of $3) - price goes up $50 and we hardly bat an eyelid.
I won't be back till the end of the year so I hope all this shit is cleared up by then.

Indeed they do! What a funny place. A little more expensive than I remember it last, but nevertheless, I had fun. Didn't leave with anyone, but there are a pretty good amount of lookers, and a bunch of oinkers as well. Something for everybody!
On the other hand, went to R&V (#1) and had a great time. Spent time with a girl named Tatiana, and she was sweet and cute and pretty and affectionate and all of those nice things. My advice to those who are skeptical or sitting on the sideline. Plan your trip and get down to Lima at your earliest. These days things change fast. E.g: I used to know another member from this forum who was also equally helpful. Then suddenly he moved to a different country due to his work. Well that was the end of all tips and help he provided.
I only wish his friends spoke some english. My spanish is terrible. While I did managed to communicate to his friends through the use of the pocket dictionary and sign languages, I suppose life would have been much easier had his friends spoke some english.
David_33 has never asked me for money or anything in return for his assistance and guidance. I guess there are really good people out there who help others out of the goodness of their heart.
Unfortunately, he was not in town and I did not meet him. Next time I am in town, I want to buy him dinner. Hopefully he will accept my invitation.

Perhaps it would be more appropriate to say life would have been easier if you spoke some Spanish? It is a Spanish-speaking country, after all. It's one of the easiest languages to learn since the pronunciation rules are very consistent. It does have a lot of tenses (compared to English) but just learning the simple present tense will take care of the vast majority of situations.

The nicest place (facilities) in Miraflores is "Adan" on Calle Arica across from "Britannia" which has the worst facilities in Miraflores.

SIM CARD
Anyone who reads this forum knows there are shitloads of places on Larco where you can buy a sim card for your cell. What you might not know is that on Sunday everything is closed except maybe a couple of places such as Metro supermarket and some stand at a bank which name I don’t recall. And then Murphy law kicks in, and the sales clerks in both places will be on lunch which can last for hours.
Me (in horrific Castellano): Excuse me, when is the Claro girl coming back?
Another female clerk: An hour.
Me: You sure?
She: Maybe two hours?
I go on a city bus tour: still without a working cell and on arrival to Centro I manage to buy a fucking chip. But guess what: the chip guys don’t sell phone cards, so now I have a working phone without the ability to make calls. I check other stores nearby, but no one there sells them. I only managed to buy a phone card in Larcomar, upon return to Miraflores, so the whole process took about 8 hours.
So if you have to buy a Sim card or a phone on Sunday, head straight to Metro and avoid lunch hours.

About 20-25 minute walk from my apartment. It’s a very good place to relax and kill a few hours. Has steam and dry, a small pool, a Jacuzzi, and TV rooms upstairs with very comfortable recliners, where you can order drinks and some basic food. I liked the facilities, but did not partake in anything there. $80 soles for a half body massage and $200 soles for a short session with a pro. No thanks, though the programma girls were very attractive! The admission was cheap, but the girl on the reception tried to pad the bill.
CITY OF LIMA
People love comparing Lima to Rio. Well, it’s just ridiculous. First, comparing Lima to Rio is fundamentally unfair. Rio doesn’t have Humboldt. I think with the cards Lima was dealt she did great. Miraflores is beautiful. The food is to die for. I enjoyed just walking all over the place. Would’ve enjoyed even more if not for insane pollution, but still… The center of the city is worth exploring, too. Nice streets, markets, outdoor cafes. Needless to say, I didn’t even scratch the surface.
TAXIS
The traffic is truly chaotic. Most cars are totally beat up, and they drive like lunatics without cutting the slightest slack to each other. Plenty of Russian cars from the 80s and 90s. I owned one of those back in the 80s (I’m from Russia originally) and it was like meeting old friends, LOL.
Lima is the only place in the world I’ve been to, where I was truly scared for my life riding in a cab. I’m not really a timid driver; but I kid you not: those guys are real hardcore. On the other hand, they seem to be more courteous to pedestrians than each other. In Rio, drivers play cat and mouse with pedestrians. Seriously.
Another thing about Lima cabbies: they don’t know shit about where they are going. Give them an exact address, give them a street cross, a local landmark, and they still get lost. For fuck’s sake: I’m not asking for GPS, but one-time investment in a good map wouldn’t be such a bad idea, considering the size of that city. Another thing that annoyed me to no end was that you have to beg them to ask pedestrians for directions: they prefer just driving around, burning very expensive gas and hoping to hit a jackpot! Jesus!
Despite that annoyance, we took taxis everywhere, so cheap they are. Granted, we split the cost, but still: with the gas as expensive as in the States, taxis are probably the best bargain in Lima. I had only 2 bad experiences. One was with the Taxi Green from the airport, who couldn’t find our building and started yelling at us like it was our fault. No problem: all it took was to yell back at that asshole.
Another one we grabbed early morning for the airport. When we negotiated he told us that he was not allowed to enter the airport, but I didn’t catch that at the moment. So he brings us to the airport and tells us to get out. We are bewildered, and then it downs on me what he was babbling about earlier. Since we have plenty of baggage, we are not particularly happy to walk with all that shit. Luckily, there is another cab standing at the gates, who kindly agreed to take us to the terminal for whopping 5 soles. A rip off, yes, but still less than 2 bucks.
Just for the future references: what’s the deal with all that? Since cabs are not regulated in Lima, how do they know which ones are “worthy” of admission?
FOOD
Oh, man! In one week in Lima, I only had one boring meal at Roma or something in Larcomar. Not bad, but dull. Restaurants I especially liked are: Tanta, Astrid and Garson, Haiti, a seaside place in Larcomar (don’t remember) and Beirut, though I suspect that it was a shrimp cocktail in Beirut that gave me really bad shit runs for the next 10 days.
HEALTH ISSUES
On the 6th day in Lima, I caught a bug: intense diarrhea, fever, and really bad muscle pain. That night, I probably slept about 30 minutes, but we’d already bought bus tickets to Paracas the day before, so next morning we went for a trip to Ballestos Islands. Just heed my warning and DON’T GO! It’s a genuine tourist trap. After a bumpy boat ride which turned my ass into a fucking drum, I felt really bad, so I found a small hostal and paid them 30 soles to sleep a few hours before our bus ride back to Lima. I couldn’t eat anything at all. Next morning we flew to Cusco and then caught a train to Machu Picchu. The condition eased up a little but nevertheless, it lasted for several days. A few days later when we got to Olyanta, I came to the local clinic and they gave me an antibiotic, I think, Amixicilina or something, which I took for the next several days. I thought it fixed the problem, but after I came back home, the diarrhea returned with the vengeance. I came to the hospital, and they told me it would clear out on its own, and it did! They also told me that it was a virus and I shouldn’t have taken antibiotic to begin with. Go figure!
All in all: will I come back? Certainly! I did miss termas and beaches of Rio, but come on: Lima is in a league of its own. It has a lot to offer, and it’s still very affordable. I only hope that David will extend his generosity for my next trip. Cheers!
Went back again, when all was said and done, in spite of the help from Sly. It ended up being easier for me as I was short on time, and not in possession of the map that was indicated to me. Again, thank you for all the help, Sly.
I returned with hope of meeting up with Tatiana again, but alas, Wednesday was her day off. So, I briefly spoke with 2 girls who I had talked the previous Friday, but one was not very attractive to me, and the other was a little too thin for my liking, though very cute, and a nice memory. I would probably give her a try some other time under other circumstances.
Ended up chatting up Belen, who speaks a fair amount of English, really, through classes, movies, and music. She was a sweetie who liked to talk, and was soft but not thick in any way. She had nice breasts, and she was generally very nice. Quite intelligent, a product of an Argentine father and a Limeña.
She did a nice job, though when I left, I was wishing that Tatiana had not had the day off. There was something about her -- naivete? Not in it for the long haul? Belen seemed a bit harder, even though she was sweet, really.
R&V is just very nice as far as their attention to you goes. Everybody is nice there, right down to the jizzmoppers! I think it's a place I will need to stop every time I go back. Hopefully Tatiana will be there the next time I go to Lima, though who knows when that will be.
Also went by TR, by the way. Mostly a good time, but it sure seemed pricier than the last time I was there. Didn't leave with anyone, but boy is there a mixed bag of possibilities there! Something for everybody's pleasure.

Sorry, I beg to differ. Airport taxis are a ripoff. Save yourself some shells by trying to locate a street taxi dropping off a passenger. There is supposed to be a law that street taxis can only drop off, but I almost always find one willing to pickup! I never pay more than S/23-25 to get to Miraflores. Considering most of the taxi service companies charge S/40-50 and sometimes in DOLLARS, you'd be nuts to pay these prices. I'd rather tip a girl (or pay a little extra) for good service(s) rather than some taxi driver.
Also many hotels have a transfer shuttle or service that is not advertised. Often much cheaper (and safer if that is your concern). Ask at your hotel.

You are VERY vulnerable at this time because it is or should be the only time during your trip when you have all of your belongings and valuables with you in one place basically. If you get rolled by a ladrone taxi driver coming out of the airport you are really,really screwed.

It's been covered many times. It's dangerous and the service is questionable. There have been some members that have had some success but I don't recommend it. The same quality and price can be found in other venues that are more user friendly.

It brings back Memories of me waking up in my hotel in miraflores eating cerviche mixto for breakfast, taking a fews shots of pisco, grabing my 50mg sindafil pills, and getting ready to spend the whole day at Las Cucardas, Saying to myself, I'm going to fuck every chick there!
P.S. My mentality has changed, no longer do I want fuck the whole city. A decade of mongering has takin it toll on my body. I'm in my mid 30's and last trip to Peru back in March17, 2010 prove that all I need is one a day, anymore than that is just pure work!

I arrived into Lima on Saturday night about 40 minutes late, but no big deal. It was around midnight when I finally got to my hotel and checked in. The descriptions of my hotel- Suites Apart Hotel (Miraflores) have been pretty accurate. Certain rooms are better than others and this particular room was just ok. It was on the 7th floor and there were some quirks. I attempted to get one of the rooms that David recommend, but the hotel was having a problem with the water and so the water didn’t work my first night or into the following late-morning.(More on the rooms at Suites Apart Hotel later as I liked my 2nd room better).I was considering going to Tequila Rock due to the late time, but I chose Lions Spa as it seemed like a nice end to a long day.
Lions Spa
Its about a 10-15 minute cab ride (7-10 soles) from Miraflores. I had written down the address on a card and the taxi driver found it with little trouble. I gave the front desk attendant my wallet and phone and she gave me my key which was fashioned into a handy bracelet (like in the termas of Rio). I put on my towel and headed to the right of the locker room which has reclining pool-like chairs, showers, a steam room, and a dry sauna. I hit up the dry sauna and saw a couple of cuties through the window. They were both dressed in lingerie with thongs and their asses looked great from my perspective. I chose “J” who is fairly petite, has long, dark, and somewhat wavy hair, a cute dimple or two when she smiles, and perky B-cupped breasts. Once you choose your gal, you meet them upstairs in one of the rooms where you sign a slip that has your room number on it. I had a decent massage and then very good sexo. The bj was covered, but did feature some lower shaft and ball-licking prior to the condom being put on. Some nice, deep-kissing too. I would rate the session as an 8. Afterwards, I went to the other side and sat in the bar area. They have a big screen tv with a bunch of lazyboys staggered behind it next to the bar. I went back to Lions Spa 3 more times during my trip. I sessioned with J twice and K twice. Both sessions included CBJ, DFK, several different positions, and I was never told to "hurry and finish" or anything of that nature. The rooms in Lions Spa are small, but clean and are decorated with stuffed animals, have full-length mirrors on one or more sides of the room, and are somewhat darkly lit. The clientele was respectful and courteous in my experience and the staff was as well.

After meeting some friends that I had met in Barranco for drinks, I headed back to my room for some pre-partying and then over to Tequila Rock. It was a Friday night at about midnight. There were more people here this particular night. I saw my favorite cocktail waitress and went over and sat at a booth in her section. She is gorgeous! I knew it would be difficult to get anywhere with her, so I just flirted with her and checked out that great ass of hers in those tight red pants that they wear there. I talked to a few chicas, but wasn't interested in any of them until G came up and sat next to me. G had a very pretty face and a girl next door kind of look to her. She was sweet and not aggressive. We talked for awhile and had a couple drinks. We kissed a bit and then started to negotiate. I didn't want a TLN, so I was looking for a 1-2 hour session. We agreed on 300 for 2 hours. We went back to my hotel and kissed some more. She had a very nice body! Restaurants
I woke up with a bit of a headache from doing some drinking on the plane and in the various airports throughout the previous day. I grabbed a coffee at Café Z which is a 5 minute walk from my hotel toward Parque Kennedy. I walked around for awhile and tried to establish my bearings. There was a mist in the air along with a cloud covering that lasted most of the day. I took a backpack with me so that I could shower and change at a local gym where I hold a membership (the water still didn’t work at the hotel). I decided to checkout “El Bolivariano” in Pueblo Libre as they have a famous Sunday brunch there.
"El Bolivariano"-(Pueblo Libre)
It took about 20 minutes to get there and cost about 12 soles. They had all kinds of options including ceviche mixto, salads, chicharones, mariscos with rice, papa rellena, tamales, traditional Peruvian dishes in clay pots, fruits, and several types of desserts. It was 49 soles for the buffet. I believe a pisco sour and my purple corn drink were included in the price. Quite a few possibilities on hand there and the overall culinary experience was quite good! The building is very large and there was a flute player playing some tunes while I was there which added to the ambience.
"Punto Azul"-(Miraflores)
I met a woman at Punto Azul in Miraflores one day for lunch. It was quite busy at 1:00 and we waited for about 15 minutes. Nice ambience and very attentive waiters here. The portions are very large and their specialty is ceviche. We had a fantastic appetizer that featured three different types of potatoes stuffed with crab, ceviche, and shrimp. For the main course, we had a red pepper ceviche that was very flavorful. It was about 80 soles for our meals including some pisco sours and waters. I would highly recommend this lunch spot!
"Las Tejas"-(Miraflores)
This restaurant is located just off the street of Diez Cansceco and is only a short walk from Parque Kennedy. They have a nice, big menu that specialized in Peruvian fare. It is moderately priced I would say. I had a delicious lomo saltado there which has slices of pork sautéed with tomatoes and onions and served over fried potatoes. Along with a large beer, it cost about 55 soles. Good service there.
La Rosa Náutica- (Miraflores)
Located on a pier just off the coast of Miralfores (near Makaha beach) is this upscale restaurant. I wanted to go somewhere with a nice view for my last dinner and chose here. They have a great array of seafood options here. I hadn't had any seafood soup so far this trip, so I got that as an appetizer. It was very good, but not the best. I ordered a version of scallops rockafeller for my main course. The scallops were fantastic, but the sauce was too salty in my opinion. It mas partly my fault for choosing that particular sauce as there were many options. I had a couple of glasses of the house white wine too and my bill came to about 100 soles. I would come back here, but order different items next time. Its kind of a snobby atmosphere, but its nice for a special occasion, a large party, or a special place to take a date.
I visited a few smaller restaurants as well including Bembos of course (I had to try the Royal which is a burger with an egg on it), La Glorietta in Calle Pizza (have their signature pizza- its very good), and a couple whole in the walls in El Centro. I didn't have a bad meal my entire trip.
Suites Apart Hotel
I liked my 2nd room at this hotel much more. It had a better layout and a better overall look. It was quite spacious and had a cool wet bar area. I like the location of the hotel as its a 5-10 minute walk to Parque Kennedy, casinos, or supermarkets. Its about a 15 minute walk to the Larcomar. I enjoy walking, so it was cool with me. The rooms are dated and there is a musty smell to the rooms (which seems to originate from where the drawers and dresser are located). The staff was very helpful, very courteous, and I had no problems at all with any guests that I had over. There was always someone at the front desk and they were very accomodating to all of my needs. I had laundry done one day and their service did a fine job. They pick up the laundry in the early to mid afternoon and have it back around the same time the next day. Taking a taxi to the airport through the hotel cost $15 USD. Getting a taxi from the airport cost more (either $20 or $25-not sure, because I went the green taxi route).
Summary
I had a very enjoyable first time visit to Lima. I have had mongering experiences in San Jose (CR), Medellin, and Rio in the past. I liked Lima more than San Jose, but less than Medellin or Rio. I found the women to be more attractive in Medellin and Rio as compared to Lima. I would like to visit Lima again in Dec-Feb, when the sun is out more and it is more lively. The cuisine in Lima could hang with just about anywhere that I have traveled though! I have only experienced GFE sessions like the ones that I had in Lima in places like FKK clubs, termas, and with girls that I have established relationships over time in Medellin and San Jose. I didn't have one bad session the entire time that I was in Lima. I have had plenty of bad sessions in Costa Rica and Medellin.
I took a side trip to Cusco, Aguas Calientes, and Machu Picchu during my trip. It was amazing to see Machu Picchu and I would recommend this experience to anyone that has the time and the means. I only had a week, so I spent 5 nights in Lima, with 2 nights split between Aguas Calients (Machu Picchu early in the morning and afternoon) and Cusco. It would have been nice to have at least 10 days in Peru, so that I could have staggered my time in each place a little more. Not much mongering options in Cusco, etc. though (best option is to hit on the touristas which isn't my thing- why go to Peru to hook up with Caucasian women? I can do that at home).
I found the people of Lima to be very friendly and courteous. If you show them some respect, they do the same. If you attempt to speak to them in Spanish, they will chat with you and are interested in learning about where you come from. My Spanish is limited, but it wasn't a huge issue. I would highly recommend contacting David if you do go to Lima. He will definitely enhance your experience! If you aren't looking for "10's", but you are looking for GFE's- then come to Lima "The Land of the GFE" my friends.

Artisttyp is giving very good advise here. Almost all airport taxis are a ripoff wherever you travel and I begrudge them with a passion but this is not the time for a monger to try to save money in my opinion.
You are VERY vulnerable at this time because it is or should be the only time during your trip when you have all of your belongings and valuables with you in one place basically. If you get rolled by a ladrone taxi driver coming out of the airport you are really,really screwed.
I have a guy who picks me up from the airport and takes me wherever I need to go, and is on call. I'm sure other frequent travelers to Lima have similar arrangements.

I don't know. We grabbed a Green Taxi for, I think, $45 soles and didn't have any problems, apart from the fact he was an idiot and began screaming when he couldn't find the building at first. Screaming back calmed him down just fine, though. In any case, I can't imagine that grabbing an official taxi from the airport could be too much of a risk.
Coming back, however, you better make sure they have the permit (or something) to enter the airport if you don't want to howl your bags from the entrance.

He has been living in SEA for the past few years, until his father in Aruba passed away last year.
There is a lot of misinformation going around about this piece of shit.
First, he not a Gringo, he's Dutch. He had a reputation of preying on young American tourist girls and providing them with drugs,etc. while they were vacationing in Aruba.
The incident involving Natalee Hollaway, took place five years ago in Aruba. Van der Sloot was a 17 year old Dutch national who had been living with his family at the time of the girl's disappearance. His father , an attorney was in training to become an Aruban judge. Van der Sloot was arrested and held for questioning several times, but the justices never indicted him so he could be tried. Neither were two Arubans that were also identified as having been with them that night ever indicted and tried.
Natalee Hollaway was from Alabama. She was in Aruba celebrating graduation from High School with several classmates. By all accounts she was partying very hard. It was established via video evidence, that van der Sloot was with her the night she disappeared, but a body has never turned up, and there was little or no forensic evidence linking him to her after they left the casino.
He went to Holland and went to a University over there and made some headlines periodically about the Hollaway case. He was supposedly the target of a sting by a Dutch investigating journalist and video was published .
Extortion charges in the United States
On June 3, 2010, van der Sloot was charged in the U S District Court of Northern Alabama ,with extortion for trying to get $250,000.00 in exchange for the location of Natalee Holloway's body. According to NBC affiliate WFSA, the criminal complaint filed with the court reveals that an advance amount of $15,000 had been wired from Alabama to the Netherlands on May 10, 2010. Supposedly, Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty contacted the FBI and that the money was used by van der Sloot to finance his trip to Peru
There have been a lot of twists and turns in this case in the last five years, but Aruba has a funky legal system compared to what we are accustomed to in the USA.
One thing is certain: His worst fucking nightmare would be to spend years in a Peruvian prison. It might also be the only justice the Hollaways get for their daughter.

Apparently, this girl Stephanie Flores, whom Van der Sloot supposedly killed, had won big at the casino that night, and Van der Sloot stole over $5000 of her cash winnings from her, according to the Chilean authorities that arrested him.
Another interesting tidbit, it had been rumored that one reason the Aruban justice system never closed in on him was that his father used his influence as a high powered attorney in Aruba, who was on track to become a judge in Aruba, to get him cut slack that the average suspect would not have been able to there and also had coached up his son on how to handle his interrogations in Aruba. But Van der Sloot's father dropped dead of a heart attack while playing tennis in February of this year, while Van der Sloot had been in the Netherlands attending school. So he has also lost much of the legal expertise and influence that kept him from getting indicted in Aruba.

Unfortunately in the screwed up justice system here, he probably won´t get life. More likely 30 years or so, and he gets a bunch of benefits for good behavior, so he could get out in 7 years. However, given who his victim was, I think that it is extremely likely that he will have an unfortunate and painful fatal "accident" before he is released.

The trip did not start as well as I expected. My flight arrived shortly before 9 pm and I was supposed to meet girl #1 later that same night. While shopping for some supplies (vodka, juice, beer, water, etc.), I have received a call around 11 pm that she won't be able to make it. Oh, well

I chose to rent a 3-bedroom apartment on the Malecon not far from Larcomar (thanks, David, for your help with choosing this place). Not the cheapest way to stay in Lima but the building was very secure (almost too much – my first visitor had a really hard time getting to my apartment; after that the security guys knew what to do with my guests), I had a panoramic view of the ocean and the coast, and all the girls seemed to have liked it.

I used Taxi Lima Peru (http://www.Taxilimaperu.com/) for both my airport runs. I submitted a reservation request over their web site while still at home. Renato called me on my US phone to confirm the whole arrangement, and again later on my local Lima phone to confirm my trip back to the airport. At $19 each way I spent a bit more but I felt secure and I did not have to worry about possibly missing my flight.

My Claro phone number remained valid since my March trip but it did not work until I managed to get it re-registered (I had to give them my name, passport number and the phone number, and they took care of it). I did that at the Claro store right at the airport next to the departures upstairs. The store seems to be open either very late or maybe even 24 hours and the whole process took approximately 15 minutes. And surprisingly I kept my leftover credit from my previous trip.

I left my "program" up to David. He asked me what I wanted to do and when, he warned me that having a late night session was not such a good idea, but then he went ahead and arranged it anyway when I would not listen. And when it blew up in my face, he was able to arrange a "replacement date" for me. I realize there are some other places available in Lima (TR, Pizza Alley, Las Cucardas, Trocadero, etc.) and that some of them might be quite a bit cheaper, but his friends are simply amazing. Jaimito is correct, he wouldn't be extradited to the US because he never broke a US law on US soil. Even though it was an American citizen the US has no direct power over this case.

In any case, there is now a charge under U.S. Jurisdiction - the alleged extortion by Van der Sloot against the Holloway family. But no doubt that is a secondary issue to the homicide in Peru, and, were Aruba to charge him, a homicide in Aruba.

Gamarra refused to provide details of the confession/. Nor would the chief of Peru's criminal police, Gen. Cesar Guardia, when the AP reached him by telephone. Guardia said only police director Gen. Miguel Hidalgo could authorize the information to be divulged. Hidalgo's cell phone rang unanswered.
Asked about the Van der Sloot confession, a brother of the victim, Enrique Flores, told the AP "we are not going to make any comment. This is in the hands of the police, of the justice system."
Van der Sloot's confession came on his third full day in Peruvian police custody, on the eve of a planned trip to the hotel in which he was to participate in a reconstruction of the events leading to Flores' slaying, Gamarra said."No doubt he will spend the next 15-20 years or so being someones ***** in a Peruvian Jail.

Sometimes you can find something on calle de pizzas for around $30/35 US. Often times there is nothing but keep looking...things do pop up if you know what to look for.
Otherwise with your budget it's chongo city..most places are listed in the "lima list" thread. These are local brothels. The crowds are working class locals.
I advise you to become a senior member so that members can pm you when you are there. Otherwise lima can be a very lonely city if you don't have any contacts.

I was in Lima for 4 days in late May, I haven't seen any black girls, pretty or not. The only black people I saw were in Barranco and they seemed destitute. I am Black, BTW. I would loved to have met any black Peruvian girls.

Good budget mongering alternatives...looked like Ave. Cailloma y La Colmena to me, not Wilson, but there are chicas around that area. Don´t expect much for your 26 soles and if you don´t speak Spanish I wouldn´t advise hanging around that area. although i have traveled to many south american countries and accessed the board countless times, i have always felt reluctant to write a trip report. partly because some users felt it necessary to share the sites stories and pictures with the women they encounter. why do some men do this, i will never understand. also because i never felt that i had anything to share. it's basically the same old story told a million times plus one. so why am i writing this trip report? why am i breaking from my tradition? the truth is that lima peru is now my new favorite spot and i have to share my experience. this was my third trip to lima and now i think i get it. places like the dominican republic, panama, costa rica is like shooting fish in a barrel. you can't miss. it's tooooo easy to find women, and i lost some of my skills that work in regards to meeting all types of women, not just pros. there is a different skill set when working with pros vs. non-pros.
before i arrived in lima, i researched the board and obtained a lot of good advice. i was torn from staying at an apartment in miraflores or staying at a hotel. since my trip was going to be a quick escape to recharge my batteries, i decided to stay at a hotel. the suites apart hotel was nice. it's located on ave grau 466 in miraflores. i paid $50 a day for a suite with two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a nice size bedroom. breakfast was included and internet access is free. unfortunately the breakfast was disgusting and they do not have wifi. you have to connect your laptop with a short cable that is located in the room. the rooms are a little worn out, but they never bothered me in regard to how many guests i brought in. here are a list of hotels that i accessed and researched:

my second task was to find talent. once again, thanks again for the all of the great advice. i accessed sites like mundoanuncio.com, relaxperu.com. i had a list of who i definitely wanted to see due to looks and ratings from the peru forum. i also contacted david 33 and sly one and told them i was going to be in town. first i would like to apologize to david. i wasn't able to contact david due to me whoring around. i did, however, attend sly's party and i will touch on that later in the report.
my first full day in lima, i met women from the sites mention and i had a great time. in total i was with five girls that day and i wanted some more. i even went to lions spa in lince. that place is amazing. massage plus extras. as i reflect i should of stayed away from the gorgeous female that approached me within 15 seconds of me leaving the changing room. she was aggressive and that should of raised a warning flag. but what can you do when a beautiful girl is stroking your johnson and kissing your neck. it was a nice experience but i wanted so much more. i paid 175 soles, not the 150 soles mentioned. i was given some lame excuses and i paid it. i had to meet a waitress from one of the restaurants in miraflores, and i didn't want to be mess that up by being late. one quick note, everyone is late in peru. there is no need to rush anything. she was a fire cracker and i definitely will keep her info. sorry i can't tell you more about her but i'm greedy. lol. i would say that i met a lot of women who were not pros and they wanted to have fun. basically dancing, drinks, and sex.
i had to go into tequila rock again because i had to do some research. although the women inside are beautiful, but who in the hell will pay $100. i did see this really cool guy from the states having a great time. he had two girls around him all the time. they were dancing, drinking, laughing, touching and enjoying the moment. he finally took both of the girls with him and the other females looked pissed. that guy probably spent at least $350 that night. my motto is have fun and enjoy life. if that's what he felt comfortable spending than enjoy it. i won't do it, but i'm not him. i feel that the women at tequila rock ruined their own game. they are beautiful but there are a lot of beautiful women in lima that will be with you for a lot less and people know it. horrible service for $100 bucks, they are crazy. they must all have side jobs or people supporting them. one hustle a week can not be a good salary. i know in ecuador that all of the girls work at the $10- $20 dollar spots in the morning and afternoon and than they work at the $80-$100 spots at night.
my second day i decided to take it easy. i met two females that i hooked up with the the day before. same great service. i paid between 60-120 soles for the pros. is that a lot? maybe, probably. but i did have a wonderful time. i spent more money with the non-pro(drinks and food for 2) than i did with some of the pros.
once i convinced myself that i was going to sly's party, i had to prepare myself mentally. i read all of the reports, but i didn't believe them entirely. i believed that they all played with the truth. truthfully speaking, i didn't know what to expect. i had a range of crazy thoughts of me getting robbed, raped, killed, kidnapped, drugged, etc. why would a total stranger do this for people?
first i would like to say, "thank you sly! ". that was a crazy party. i never participated in an event like that in my life. there were about 8 girls and 7 guys. all of the women were pretty, funny, and they all wanted to please you. unfortunately do to my nervousness i was not able to perform. i think this one girl got lock jaw from giving me head for a long time. i felt bad for her. my mental state was not were it was supposed to be. it didn't bother me to much. just being around that type of environment opened my eyes. i'm now planning all my trips to lima around his sly's party. the things i saw and tried to do were amazing. i have a new plan of attack for my 2nd party. thanks again sly.

i hope this report helped a little bit. i had a lot of highlights on this trip. sly's party is a must do. lions club is also a plus. try to meet non pros when you have a chance. it may take a little work but the payoffs are great.

June 9 – Wednesday - 1st night
Late evening flight into Lima on Continental. Got to my rented apartment (used InnPeru.com) by 11pm. By the time, I was settled in it was well past 1am. Decided to call it a night. Would have been great if I could arrange for a chica to greet me at the airport and then spend the night for my entertainment. Something I plan to make happen one of these days.
June 10 – Thursday
Met up with RTGooch near one of his favorite casinos. Ran some errands and headed out to check out some places in the Lince neighborhood. Next stop was Kilate, a lower end place. I would compare this to Executivo on Calle 53 in Medellin. There was a central stage area for the strip shows with booths around on 3 sides. There were about 10 girls here. The level of the strip shows were not as good as 69 but several of the strippers were very do-able. Unfortunately, they seem bored and came off stage only to curl up in a booth in a dark corner of the club napping until their next show. RT told me that there are rooms in an attached building where you can take a chica to session.
Our last stop was Emmanuelle. RT had mentioned that the place was owned by the same owners as 69 and that girls were more aggressive. Nonsense. In my younger, better conditioned days, I rode with a group of other bicyclists across trail ridge road in Colorado - 12,180 feet. Without bottled oxygen. People can certainly go to altitudes around 20,000 feet without a bottled air supply, depending upon how well acclimated they are to the altitude.

The price in May was the same as before. 200 Sol (plus 20 Sol for a taxi) and a bit more, payable in US$, for the English-speaking girl. She is definitely worth the extra fee. If she decides to show up and you really get to meet her. But check with David. These prices are almost two months old.
I give them a bit more when I feel it is justified. If they stay with me longer, if they try to do whatever it takes to make me satisfied, for late evening dates, etc. They never ask for anything extra. It has always been up to me. You are absolutely correct. It would seem like lima would be a great place for SW action but it's not. If you read spanish you can look at the local forums and read for yourselves what happens to peruvian men. A lot of these women are lesbians as well.

I agree, watch out for SWs. They rob you without knowing. If you have loose cash on your pockets be careful. Once i thought was prepared only taking needed cash and left everything else behind. I paid the SW first after we got in the room and before we got started. Then, after getting some decent action from the SW she left. I've been using the citibank atm next to macdonalds for years now. I used to take out 700 soles at a time. Yesterday the limit was 450 soles which is less than $200. Does anyone know of a better atm in miraflores?

I have done it at different ATM's, they all give the same amount. Also, you will be given $ 20 bills, all shitty looking bills. BTW, opened 2 accounts, one local and one US currency, minimum deposit was 25 USD each...

I do not take out multiple $200 withdrawal monthly , the fees are charged only when you SEND or RECEIVE the transfers, once the money is in your account the fees for withdrwal is pennies. If you take out in US$ and your account is US$ pennies in cost of withdrawal, if the account is in US$ and you take out soles then you get the crappy bank rate of exchange but the fees for taking out are also only pennies.
Best plan, open account in US$, Take money out in US$ wheather it is $200 or $2000 at a time., Obviously if you transfer very small amounts ($200 or $500) then this will not be good for you, but if you transfer let say $5000 per month or per transaction then it works very well.
If you only want small amounts, your US Bank card can be used in Peru at any ATM , and you can withdraw either US$ or Soles (converted by the Peru bank rate). Best to take the US$ cash and go to money exchanger on the street in Green Jacket or exchange offices.

Peruvians are incas and mexicans are aztecs/mayan. If you like indian features you will appreciate peru. If you are looking for the euro/mex mix that you find in mexico IMHO there will be very little of that.The high end clubs like tequila rocks would be your best bet.

I suspected there might be an even stronger Indian influence among the girls in Peru compared to the places I frequent in Mexico where I perceive a greater proportion of Morena, Mexican/European, and Mexican/Asian influence compared to the Native Indian influence.

But if your room is not heated you can get a very compact space heater for 90 soles at Saga Falabella at Ovallo Miraflores, go to the third floor and the appliances area. conclusion - don´t go through mexico city if you can help it.

latin flavor- another dinner option located catty corner to cafe cafe upstairs. located on the same block as haiti and the macdonalds...no atmosphere hardly any people. they will even offer you a magazine while you wait to keep yourself occupied. good home cooked food good deal.
miraflores chifa (parque kennedy) fuck em! they serve overpriced rep001 meals on par with trendy miraflores restaurants but chifa isn´t trendy. $6 meals in the past now cost at least $15.
hotels:
i have years at the maria luisa but the love affair is over. i dont like the new staff and i need to get out of miraflores. can you believe i did the walk of shame at the luisa ? i dont have the patience to train the new staff. one night i felt like my privacy was infringed upon. at 10:30 pm someone made a little tapping noise on my door. one of the male teenage cleaning boys invited himself in and was wandering around my room pretending to look for a sheet....bs i had a hunch he was just snooping on me. after all the window wouldnt be a good place to look for a sheet now would it ?

a typical dinner entree and a bottle of water was around $15. i dont mind paying $25 for a meal but it has to come correct. i felt like i was back in nyc here. even ready made food at the supermarket (vivanda) came out to $12 complete meal...but sometimes way better food!

la mayma (for lunch)- imho the best lunch menu in miraflores for 15 soles...high for lima but well worth it. located on larcomar a few doors up from the store la quinta upstairs...great food and great deal.
latin flavor- another dinner option located catty corner to cafe cafe upstairs. located on the same block as haiti and the macdonalds...no atmosphere hardly any people. they will even offer you a magazine while you wait to keep yourself occupied. good home cooked food good deal.
miraflores chifa (parque kennedy) fuck em! they serve overpriced rep001 meals on par with trendy miraflores restaurants but chifa isn´t trendy. $6 meals in the past now cost at least $15.

i'm pretty sure i will return to peru one day before i hang it up, but now you see why i prefer mayorista. lima was my first great mongering trip and between the tr of old and david's girls and my one time with sly, and r+ v ( many times till they rasied the price to 90 soles ) i must say lima was great. 3.15 soles per dollar also helped.
my last trip was in late oct 2009 and as you say the ml is not the same and the dollar is weak and it seemed the pollution was much worse this time. still beats most latin america countrys but imho not worth the extra miles and expense to get there.

This will be less applicable as the weather warms up, and actually by the end of last week cold wasn't much of a problem. But if your room is not heated you can get a very compact space heater for 90 soles at Saga Falabella at Ovallo Miraflores, go to the third floor and the appliances area. I went to Ripley first but they only had large units. This heater is not too powerful but works well enough to take some of the chill out, perhaps upping the temp from 64 to 67 degrees after running it for a few hours in a small to medium size bedroom. I got temps as high as 70 but the weather was warming up a bit anyway and my bedroom was fairly small.
The guys at apartmentclubperu are holding the one I bought, so if you rent from them and the apartment has no heat or supplied heater my heater may be available to you, just ask!I did the exact same thing. One interesting discovery for me was that if I put the heater in the bathroom with my clothes that were hanging up to dry after they were washed, the clothes would actually dry in a few hours. On the other hand, when the clothes were just hanging out in the open in front of an open window, they would not dry after a day and a half.
A small heater, for about s/ 100, absolutely did the trick for me. Just ride the escalators up to the third floor of Saga Falabala and you'll find what you need. They had a pretty good selection while I was in there.

This is absolutely 100% true. When in Lima David is my only contact. I have used and followed his advise many times and have never astray. Well, the prices upstairs is not been established clearly. Sometimes if you're lucky, they won't charge you for the room, this happen in the weekdays, but, not in weekends (Friday to Sunday). I just got this, from the the peruvian spanish forum (PeruTops): "25 entrada + 100 Polvo 2º Piso + 50 lucas del cuarto "VIP" = 175 maracas". I went to the second floor, just to check the "material" out. IS THE SAME AND WHY PAY THE EXTRA CASH?
Mongering in Peru is not a good deal anymore, very soon will be at the brazilian level.
