You have right, it is not only a location. The nearest Andiamo with mostly the same clientete suffered a decline. Few monthes ago they became as Funpalast.

I wholeheartedly apologize for ever having defended Funpalast, the place is awful. The lineup is substandard, so many fat girls, probably like FKK World nowadays. I also don't think that people will "move" to FP because those 2 clubs are not mutually exclusive. It will probably be much ado about nothing. 10 more is really nothing in the bigger scheme of things.

Positives:
40 rooms of which 90% were occupied by girls.
Save and clean.
Rooms were ok but not as good as in zollgasse 3.
Negatives:
The website mentions services that are not performed by the girls.
Some girls not answering the phones even if they are free.
Experience:
My first choice was Izabella and tried to call her many times but she was answering.

I don't see a big change in Fresh Sauna but some locals say that it has improved over course of the last year. Personally when I am there on occasion I usually have a very hard time finding a girl that suits me. However the price is really cheap, even cheaper than the vey cheap FP, so you can always try it. But if you value your time it's a hit and miss kind of scenario. It's really not guaranteed that you find a good selection.

Wellcum is the winner of every comparison doesn't matter how you spin the wheel. It is the best run place I personally have seen and worth every visit. Arguably Wellcum is the best FKK club in all of the German speaking countries which includes Switzerland and hence also beats FKK Globe in some ways. Half an hour is 70 (as it is in GT Vienna now as well) and BBBJ is definitely included and no upsells expected for it. They'll might want to upsell other things of course but not that. If you want to spend the night there, the Wellcum hotel is pretty good and very convenient.
As of November 2019 all smoking is prohibited in all bars, clubs, coffeeshops, restaurants, everywhere. That unfortunately even included shishabars and most likely FP and GT Linz will discontinue serving Shisha to the customers. They better because the fines are exorbitant.

I would just like to add to the reply, I agree with our distinguished Vienna expert here of course. I wanted to add some details because in the past many contributers said that GT Linz was notorious for upselling. I visited the place last August and my experiences were exactly as described here, upselling was not really a problem. The lineup was not as good as GT Vienna, but a quarter of the girls were comparable to the top half at GT Vienna.
Sometimes my experiences concur with the most common reports here, especially about German clubs, but in Austrian clubs they tend to differ more. GT Linz, I was there just once and could have been lucky has been a pleasant surprise for me. Also there were many negative reports about Circolo Passion in Innsbruck in the beginning and I have had many positive experiences there and only one bad one.
For this reason I am planning to visit Paradise in Graz sometime this Spring to see how it is, I might like it a lot, I would not however ever venture into Fresh based upon the overwhelming body of negative reports. Those other clubs had not had many reports written about them.
I do also want to see Graz since I have been to every other major city in Austria besides Graz, so I do have two motives.

I will make it short because it is not scientific and just my opinion as regular from last weekend.
But it wasn't greatat all and in my experience one can have hope it is just seasonal.
Fresh is on and off and has a bunch of new girls frequently that never stay longer until they get the chance to move up. This has been that way for the last 3 years and chances are that it won't be any different this year. Last week during the week the lineup I saw was not good and I couldn't spend my ticket. Not a huge bummer, it can conveniently be used another time. Big plus over FP which forces you to use it on the same day. Shouldn't be a problem but.
Funpalast lineup was also not good so it is getting increasingly harder to find what you are looking for. On a larger scale the same of what I wrote about Fresh applies to FP, too. FP is like Fresh larger with the factor X3. 3 times the clients, girls, size of club but it is not anymore a club that meets the standards of regular FKK lovers. Looking for a brothel on a budget? Knock yourself out by all means. Fresh and FP are both the right choices for you. You will save money and will not be disappointed by the amount you will spend. The rest of the truth is in the pudding and YMMV big time. Both places are not good to go to early. The later you go, the more ladies will come. If you have favorite girls who know you, it is no problem to get great service from them as a regular. No problem at all. As a stranger girls will relentlessly try to make premiums for whatever and that is established in Fresh and FP. There are exceptions to this rule but don't be surprised if OWO and or kissing won't usually be included in the ticket price.
GT is doing great, they have the clients and all the girls they'll ever need despite the constant flak they are taking and the highest price of the 3 FKKs. A solid company like this won't easily lose considerable business even with unpopular decisions ahead and behind us. Last weekend they were massive for a January day. Please understand that January is like the worst month that the clubs will ever have each year. Vienna is in deep REM sleep in January. Even in REM sleep GT eats FP and Fresh for breakfast in terms of overall performance. Lineup is real good and big. Not the best they ever had but it's January and a lineup that big is actually oversized. Sadly I must report that the new prices for half a full hour have not had the effect that management wished it would. Girls will upsell, overcharge and don't really ever give you GFEs for 70 in half an hour. OWO for 100 otherwise please go away is what many new girls will say without those many words. Let me remind you that the higher prices were installed to avoid exactly that. Today this has failed. Maybe it'll work tomorrow as a figurative measure of speaking. I trust GT management will launch another attempt sometime later this year when they have more leverage and more clients, etc.
Maxim do not play a role in the FKK competition at all. They couldn't care less, they do their thing and it works. At one moment in time you enter the club and it is dull and boring and just half an hour later they are in business and sometimes big. Their lineup is too big for January as it seems to me but for the clients it is more than interesting. One year ago Maxim was closed and its future seemed not that bright and who knew when they would open again. On Sunday Maxim was once again discovered by the whales in town and Champagne was literally flowing. The girls know how to rise to the occassion and Christmas comes but once a year. Only complaint I heard from the old girls there was something along those lines that "they are too many girls" and they "constantly take new ones and when will that ever stop?
It's a nice problem to have.
Babylon had a slow start with only a handful girls visible at times but we know that we don't know what is behind the curtains and usually in the case of Babylon it means big business going on that people don't need to see. Lineup is not easy to rate as we saw really just a handful of girls but that is an anecdote, merely a moment in time last week. This'll get bigger, stronger and better the more the year progresses. Babylon ladies prefer to be here when the money is expected to flow and as I said before, that can't be expected in Januray.

For SEO purposes they renamed themselves Vienna Gentlemen Club a while ago but it is mostly known as Exzess. "Night club atmosphere with pros" not really. It is a small sexbar like so many others on the Gürtel. But they are doing better than most and are well managed. So much so that in the period of last year when Maxim was closed a few of the Maxim girls worked there until Maxim opened again. They always had a Sauna inside so I guess they can call themselved even a Saunaclub but it's not typically what you would expect when you hear the term FKK or Saunaclub. The club is legit and can absolutely be checked out but it is not among the better places even though they are giving their best and are good people. It's also not expensive. In general it is like Maxim, but with girls that are far less pretty in a much smaller club and more focus on the drinking Champagne and Sekt. 25-30% cheaper, too.
Then there is Natasha's Gentlemen Club in Lieblgasse in the 22nd district which is quite far out. A pretty location run by an Austrian couple. The club's for sale, though (has been for a while) but now it can be taken for a bargain of a price. Despite the fact that nothing at all is wrong with this place, I didn't manage to visit for years and I even almost forgot that it exists.
To sum it up. Both clubs are legit and deserve a visit if you have time to spare. I wouldn't ever go there if I had just 1 or 2 nights in town which I need to make the best of.
My work in Vienna so far has been all-consuming but I'ce made plans to be "busy" for the next couple of days. I came across "Simply Top" (https://www.simplytop.at/en/) which looks pretty good. As of today, April 14th 2020, small shops with less than 400 m2 in size may open again. This does NOT include bars, restaurants or anything of the food & drink industry. Beginning of May, hopefully all shops will open and then we can expect weekly changes in either direction depending on how the numbers grow or decrease. Brothels are expected to be shut down until at least the middle of May but likely for longer than that.

Nobody wants to relax things in a hurry.

Well, many brothels in Austria work with foreign citizens, or at least they have a big income from them. And Austria may want to close borders for many months. In general until 2021 at least we will travel less (a lot less) than before, especially for fun, and we will rather choose fun and tourism in our own country.
So, talking about Wien: at one point around late spring some brothels may open, but maybe they won't, just because there will be less clients. I'm not an expert about sex market, but I think that for FKKs that will be a huge loss, maybe for small studios it will be better since many of their clients are Austrian or immigrants that live in Austria. My opinion is that until the end of the year there will be too many sex services in Wien in relation to potential customers. I'm not sure what this will mean, maybe it will be a Paradise for cheap sex, maybe it will ruin the market.
But I hope I can come back soon to Wien, I miss so much the atmosphere you find in the red light areas.

I feel sorry for the Romanian girls tbh many of them have debts to pay back to their pimp boyfriends and the majority of them come from poor and humble backgrounds. This current situation must be devastating. Since prostitution is legal in Austria, Germany and Switzerland I hope the governments bail out plans for economic assistance will also include help for sex workers.
Vienna is my favourite city in the world after Istanbul. I have considered buying an apartment there as a shag pad. How easy is it for EU citizens to buy property in Vienna? I'the love an apartment near the Staatsoper.

Once everything is back to normal, that should be easy enough. And I believe there will be no travelling lockdowns. They are already loosening everything to make it easier for people coming in as it seems.
Of course governments all over the world will want to encourage citizens to not travel and spend money only locally but they won't be able to stop you if you really want to travel and be able to prove that you don't have Covid19 or had it but antibodies are there, you will be good, I think.
There will be a lot of technicalities coming our way determining how we can lead a normal life again but we will eventually and probably sooner than we thought just a few weeks ago.
Austria's numbers are now much better than expected, I think pressure of all closed businesses will become overwhelming soon and openings are hopefully inevitable. Even openings of brothels. But of course there is still considerable waiting time ahead. I wouldn't be too perssimistic, though. If our numbers stay this good, they'll run out of ideas as to why brothels or night entertainment should be a bigger problem than other services that involve body contact, etc.

No vaccination? Then you must turn around and go back to where you came from, at your own expense.
