Honestly, I think you do need prescription in the Czech Republic. I also did a lot of fruitless research regarding this matter. Not sure about your budget, but you and your wife can have a privat lap-dance at Hot Peppers with a girl where the girl will be topless and will play alittle with your wife if your lucky. It's quite amusing, but will set you back 3000czk for a 3 minute lap-dance (alternative 6 minute song just after the presentations every second hour). You can probable get an hour session in one of the privats for the same price so it's up to your budget.
You can also choose to just sit and watch the pole dancing at Hot Peppers or Goldfingers with your wife as a warm-up for the night. Entry is free, but beer is approx 90czk. Some of the dancers at these places are really good, and are fun to watch for both women and men.

Good info and I've done some investigation. Think we'll head to Hot Peppers and hang out there for a bit to get the juices flowing and maybe pick up some guys for the wife. If not we'll head to the swingers club as that looks great, and guaranteed action!

Cabrioca is not expensive, but also girls are actually not so hot. I had fun on stage with my friend, and working girls was soo rude because of it! But we was drinking some bottle of whiskey just for few money. Manager was really good and friendly when we had any problem. If they will change girl which working here or just will push them to take care of themself it will be perfect club.
Hot Peppers is really great! Soo much fun, really very, very hot girls, nice, funny when you talk with them, waitress was there everytimes we needed her, even club was full. And she was also good looking. For me only one small miss is that 90% of girls have silicones. But that 10% are just WOW! And this I can say as woman! And on begin, when I ask for non alcoholic drink weitress told immediately that this drink cost 400czk if its okay. And finally drink which wasn't just mix of juice for high price, mostly applied in night clubs (gentlemens club) where are sometimes girls just pushed to drink it with clients. Hot Peppers is definetely great place and I will come back again.

As long as she doesn't look like a bad prostitute (destroyed clothed, too much make up washed all over her face) you should not have a problem. Just meet her at the metro or at a corner outside and walk inside with her. I find they offer the most competitive rates which are very close to official exchange rates (tip: use their VIP promo voucher available off their website). Very good buy-back rate too. Credit cards usually charge exorbitant fees when one withdraws cash from an atm so I tend to avoid that route where possible.

Website only CZ but you can find address there still) near Clock Tower is pretty much only one tourist guides and people recommend using when changing money, that place is also recommended in Tripadvisor forums by ordinary Prague people. Other good choices are regular Czech banks or those ATM changing machines.
Just avoid those small kiosks what are all around Prague tourist areas, they usually gives worst possible rates you can get. And never change money with strangers in the streets that is well know tourist scam there!
I'm also just using cash everywhere and two trips to Prague that was best way to stay and shopping around anyway.

There are plenty of hotels in Prague, so just try the usual hotel booking sites. If you go with AAA taxi, which has a set price, then you can take a taxi to the airport if it is early in the morning. That taxi company is also at the airport, so you can book it there. Otherwise, you can get to the airport also within about 30 minutes from the center if you take the metro and then airport bus. The old town has a lot of tourists, but hotels are not all that expensive and then you are close to many of the tourist sites.

OK guys, just got back from a Central European swing—Prague, Krakow, Budapest, and Vienna, in that order. Read through a lot of the forums before I left, and I thought I would give my thoughts. Although I will give my opinions, it won't be what some would call a focused "field report," so I am posting it in the "General Info" section.
In Prague, the women are very pretty. Unfortunately all the venues are terrible. Don't bother with AAA Exclusive. Seriously, just don't. Its easy to get there by metro, but I can't recall the actual station name, and won't look it back up, simply because I can't recommend the place. My interactions there were so bad that they poisoned my attitude for the rest of the time in the city. I could have visited a Privat, but I didn't. In hindsight, I wished that I had just gone to the strip clubs to appreciate the gorgeous women for nothing more than a stack of small bills. (Actually, that's impossible. The one and two euro's are actually coins. But you get my drift.).
In that vein, if you are going on a Central European tour, definitely hit Krakow. I was most impressed with the Polish women. Czech women were as pretty as I expected, with that slight Ukranian facial beauty that we all like. But Polish women were almost universally blessed with the awesome figure. Compact round butts attached to unbeleivable straight long legs. Everyone in Krakow wore tight jeans or daisy duke shorts. And looked good in them. In Krakow, my head was constantly swiveling around admiring figures that eventually led up to faces that sometimes let you down. Its something about the nose. What a curse. Its like God's way of equalizing things. Its not that they are unattractive. Its just that they are not as pretty as their Czech and Hungarian counterparts. Although I would still rate Ukranian / Russian, French Canadian, and Japanese as the most beautiful women in the world, Polish women definitely get best figure.
Overall, I would agree with other's opinions that Central Europe, including Prague, is on the slide, and shifting quickly to the independent agent system. I guess with the internet and smartphones being what they are, this is inevitable. I think its bad for punters. Girls are better when they are accountable to someone, like they are at an FKK. Unfettered free market capitalism should theoretically mean that enterpeneurs who provide good services at a decent prices do well financially. If Melissa Rouge is for real, she would be a good example of that. But in reality, at least from the Man's perspective, I think it results in a flood of indistinguishable girls who don't get enough business, get bored and bitter, and provide a very poor experience.
I consider Prague and Krakow to be great places to have a mistress, but not for "in and out" holiday punting. Just go to the strip clubs I say.

We ended up staying in a hotel near Metro Krizikova in Praha 8. It was close enough to the entertainment only a couple of stops away. Last train is at midnight so a few times were lucky to catch the very last train. Once the gates to the metro station literally came down as soon as we walked out of the station. Looked into the taxi services to the airport that Melissa suggested but ended up going with AAA taxi after all. Their website lets you calculate the rate online to get the cost so the driver can't rip your off. This trip, we only tried out AAA Exclusive Club (no relation to the taxi) and Showpark. Next time we'll have to try the privats.

Maybe go to the strip clubs to watch the hot Czech girls dance in Prague, but other than that waste of money. Visited my first FKK today in Frankfurt (Manhattan) and saw more beautiful naked girls here walking around than in the clubs. And that were easily accessible for play and for very little euros.
IMHO there is no reason to go anywhere else unless you're limited by travel budget.

The only "German FKK style" club in Prague is the Sexy Sauna Club. It is easy to find. In fact, there will be hustlers on the street who will find you and lead you into the club. Take a peek, but in no way does it compare to the FKK clubs in Germany. I cannot comment about the current line ups in that club because it has been a few years since I visited this place. When I got there I was only guest and a big woman there who probably worked for the club but was introduced to me as a guest. Club is very small and not that clean I run within half an hour. I've tried a few different hotels in Prague and there has never been any problems taking girls to the room, some places you will need to go down and get the girl but other than that no problem. If it's for a longer stay (overnight or several days) the hotel usually want the girl to register as a guest. I guess it's for insurance issues.
I never had any problems wandering the streets of Prague, and I have no idea what's up with that language. If you stick to Prague 1 and Prague 2 you'll get as far as you need to go on English, all the store clerks and staff at restaurants that I've met have been speaking good English.
I hope you have a wonderful time there, I know I've had and hopefully will again this summer.

If you are worried, I'd suggest chatting with Melissa at CE. Let her know what you are planning and confirm the room time doesn't start until you get to the room. I don't imagine an issue. But nothing kills a great session like a misunderstanding.

If the worry is about hotel staff letting you have guests, what about trying an "apartment hotel"? From what I understand, there are several around the city. There is one that I've stayed in that's located in Prague 3 (next to the tower). The price is pretty good and the only time you ever see a staff member is when she meets you to let you in and give you the keys. There is no reception. So if you wanted to have a lady come over, it shouldn't be a problem. As far as language, many of the businesses in town speak great English.

There is only one exchange place what are always recommended to tourists (by locals and guide sites) for being fair and that is place called eXchange, located in Old Town (Praha 1), street address Kaprova 13, behind clock tower and about 200 m from Starometska metro station.
Website is exchange. Cz you get exactly the amount what is listed in their website and no hidden fees or anything scam like those ripoff places usually do. If you don't trust me go read websites like Tripadvisor Prague messageboard and there is literally hundreds questions "where to change money" and this is the answer forum regulars there give people.
Other 100% safe places to change money are regular banks of course, but they give slightly worst ratio for your money. And for ATM's they are safe too, but usually when you withdraw cash with those your own bank charges you some currency conversion fee, because your account is in Euros or Pounds or Dollars etc. My own case my bank takes 3,5% fee if I withdraw money from my account in Prague ATM, so that's why I always just bring Euros with me and change them here (Prague) for Czech Koruns.

I am not trying to be a smart ass. Everything you need to know is right there. I don't want to repeat myself again, but here are the basics so you don't get screwed.
1) Buy a Czech SIM card. O2 or Vodafone stores are all over the city. Use this to call the privats and escorts.
2) Read the reviews on Tapky dot info and Svetaci dot info. Build your list of contacts.
3) Study the map of Prague. Most of the action takes place in the center. Districts 1 and 2 are good starting points.
4) Load a taxi app on your phone. Bookmark the AAA Taxi website. It tells you the cost of a trip before you even step in the car, and you can order one from wherever you are in the city.
5) Deal only in Czech Crowns. You can withdraw money at most ATMs without problem. If not, carry a currency that is easily exchanged for Crowns. USD? Euros?
6) Go visit Show Park. I heard the girls there are mostly Romanian. They don't speak Czech either.

I'll be in Prague for a week in November on a business related trip and intend to sample the lovely Czech girls during this time. I exclusively go for a more sugarbaby type of girl and set-up, does anybody have any experience with the Czech sponsor site hledamsponzora. Cz or am I better off just sticking to seeking? I'm well acquainted with Seeking but the Czech site has a rather intrusive registration process that I don't want to unnecessarily submit to, problem is I can't look at the selection of girls without going through all the steps.

Is the vaccination card from the pharmacy proof enough to travel and enter Prague or some form of certificate is needed.

Effective April 9, 2022, the Czech Republic has suspended all COVID-19 related entry restrictions for travelers. Travelers to the Czech Republic are no longer required to complete a Passenger Locator Form, provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or prior infection, etc.
Now I need to go see if Germany is following suit.
