So first thanks to the many members of this forum who tried to help me on my one and only night in Prague. Toxteth in particular was very helpful in PMs.
Report is short and to the point. As advised, the clubs were not great BUT. They are not terrible. Started at Sexy Sauna as it was walking distance from Wenceslas Square. Asked to look around before paying my 2000 cz in. Had a look and seemed there were about 30 girls in. Enough. Paid and ventured in. Similar to FKKs in Germany. Girls with tits out all over the club but also a lot of pretty girls who only lapdance for around £15/20 euros (1000 Cz Krowns). Had some food. Really very good and much better than German standards. I've been to Prague about 5 times over the last 10 years. Here are some of my experiences.
I'll start with one of the biggest -.
1. Darlings Cabaret. - It's big, has many rooms and many stages. There are lots of girls dancing (fully nude) not just taking their panties off at the end of the song and quickly rushing off the stage. I've been to this club many times. You can get a lap dance, a private dance, BJ and FS if desired. I remember FS was about $150 US (expensive) for a CBJ and sex in multiple positions. The girls are pretty and you'll be able to find a girl you like.
2. Across the street is Atlas. Or used to be. It is a smaller cabaret with one stage. I'm not sure if the stage downstairs still exists. I haven't been in about 3 years and I heard they had a raid so not sure if FS is still on the menu. The girls aren't as pretty or young as Darlings but you can find girls that are good enough for FS. 3. K5 is another small strip club. Where the girls stand / sit around a small bar. Each one takes turns going up on stage and stripping. From what I remember, about 8 years ago they stripped fully nude for at least a few minutes. A few years ago I went top Prague again and they started just pulling panties off at the last minute. Maybe I was there on a bad night. Guys sit around at tables drinking and eating and when you see a girl you like dancing you have the manger call her over and if you like her you can take her to a room for whatever you want. I'm in Prague now and have been here for four nights. In this time I have visited four clubs; Faraon, Darling, Goldfinger and Hot Peppers. I just want to get some beers and perhaps some lap-dances, nothing more.
I will give you a short resume of the clubs based on my experience. Just remember it depends on what day of the week you visit and what time of the night. Wednesday. Sunday is the biggest night and the best show is often late at night.
Faraon: Small club, not the best quality of dancers. Do offer more than just lap-dance. 200 czk in entrance fee and I got 3 drinks for free. The drinks was small shots (2 CL?) of vodka mixed with something else. Small beer (0,3 l) was 100 czk. Lap-dance for 15 minutes is 1500 czk and 2000 czk with touching. I didn't try the lap-dance. After a short while I was the only guy there (and this was a Saturday) and I left after only one beer.
Goldfinger: Free entrance. Small beer is 190 czk and large beer (0,5 l) is 290 czk. One guy outside recognized me, although I had not been there before and I got free entrance and 5 small beers for 400 czk. If you wish to sit at the tables closes to the stage, you have to pay extra (500 czk?) Stage-show is OK. Most of them remove the panties just before leaving the stage. Private dance is 1500 czk for 6 minutes. Only some touching was allowed (legs, hips, back etc). I don't think they offer more. They have a happy hour every hour or so, where you get double time on the private shows. I tried the private dance with one girl (Queen) and it was the worst private dance I have ever gotten. It's not even private. Is a long couch which is divided into smaller sections. Other guys and dancers going to and from private dances kept walking by. You could also see some of the others in mirrors on the walk. I no not recommend.
Darling cabaret: I asked about the entrance fee and got this response: "Entrance till 20:00 costs 200,-CZK, after 20:00 you can buy it at the entrance for 690,-CZK or from our promoters for 350,-CZK. The ticket bought after 20:00 is valid for the whole night. You can leave and return later." I paid 350 czk at the door. Big club with several stages. I only spent my time at the main stage. To sit at the tables closest to the stage you have to pay extra. They don't got draft beer. Bottle (0,33 l) is 290 czk, but they had a daily special canned beer for 99 czk. Stage show is good. Mostly one girl on the stage. Here you get full nudity for a while. Late at night there was a lesbian show and an auto-erotic show (both involved dildos). Not every girls do stage shows. Some just dance, some offer private shows and some offer more. I did find some of the girls offering sex to be very aggressive and didn't take no for an answer. Early I saw a girl on stage I really liked and I wanted to get a private dance with her. 10 minutes private is 1500 czk (2000 with touching). Not a great private dance, but not bad either. She spent about half the time dance in front of me, and only half the time giving me a lap dance. It was a good night, but I will not return.

If you feel that something is off, don't do it. There are so many options in Prague, choose someone else.

The agency I used in the past is now defunct, but I just Google searched and came up with these two that list pornstars. You do pay quite a bit more over your average escort. If they don't deliver you a pornstar, just send them away.
You can bet that most every escort girl uses a fake photo as their profile picture. They do not want to show their real faces and bodies in their advertisments. If they do show their faces, then use Tin Eye to verify the photo. Knowing it is fake, send them an email and ask for the real photo. Checked out Prague for a few days this past week. In total I went to four strip clubs with talent: K5 Relax, AAA Exclusive Club, and ShowPark Davinci / Market.

Let me start with strip clubs; I first visited the place mid-week with my colleagues, it wasn't very crowded, the girls were OK and as we were five people decided to buy a bottle for a free table dance.
Last night I first stopped by Hot Peppers, a guy on the street gave me a free entrance bracelet and I managed to find a seat by the stage. Most of the girls dancing or offering lapdance are really stunning, they charge 100 czk for a glass of beer. I cannot answer all your questions, but I can make a few recommendations for your group. There is only one FKK style club in Prague, and that is Sexy Sauna Club. It is about the same cost for entry as a FKK, but there are far fewer girls that match up to the girls at a German FKK. There is a guy on the street that will allow you to take a sneak peek at the place before you pay your entrance fee. I did not like what I saw and left. Your group, without knowing the size of your group, may have a good time in that setting. Personally, I like privats (private apartment brothels). For a big group that may be impossible to schedule or coordinate. You could try calling them to see if the girls are willing to entertain your group in your apartment for a gangbang.
