When using public transport, the important thing here is that to stay within walking distance to Cologne Central Station as most places is to be reached by S-Bahn.
Most S-Bahn will originate from Cologne Hbf, so stay within walking distance from Cologne Hbf will mean you do not waste time to find trasnport coneection to the Central Station.
Most places such as Pascha, Samya, and Mondial can be reached by S-Bahn public transport. In majaority of cases a day travel card to cover Zone 1b for EUR 8.30 is sufficient.

It has been several years since I visited the Cologne / Dusseldorf area, so the clubs I knew are all gone. After reviewing reports (thanks!) I'm also an international traveler and I recently visited Samya and I had no problems: the "default language" used by the receptionist was English and girls spoke English too.

I want to share my experience from recent visit to Cologne (and surrounding clubs).
Day 1 - FKK Samya, Cologne (Saturday, around 21:00-2:00).
Entry 50 euro. Big lineup with good optics (60+). Mandatory moving with face mask around the club (except when sitting), plus they write down a locker number when you go to the room with a girl.
Food with no self-service as usual, decent food but no fruits and no sweets, no salads, before pandemic choice was much wider. Nice to see they renovated showers in the basement! But pity that doors to 'quiet zone' are still clunky, interrupting guests resting there.
Had 2 sessions:

So I've been traveling to Cologne a bit on business and in the past I've always stayed downtown and been a tad bored in the eves. Had never been to places like Pascha, Das Bordell or any of the FKK clubs. I started at Pascha which is about a 10 minute drive from downtown minimal traffic (would be the same time by taxi and a little longer by train). Went through all the floor and saw a few blonde hotties on the second floor but didn't go, we then went to Pascha for 5 E entry.

The next day my friends didn't want to go to Mondial and they didn't feel for Samya aswell. Which made me very disappointed, however we are friends trying to enjoy the evening. We decided to try Pascha again but during what should be "prime time" about 9 pm. This shit is still not so good and during this time it wasnt that many more girls imo. Still just running up and down through the floors meeting other men and when I decided to pick someone she quoted 100 E for 30 min. . Like wtf. She stood next to the bistro on second floor and had curly hair, petite about 1,60. I asked what happened to the 50 E and she replied that prices gone up.
Well fuck this, left Pascha and checked the free entry side before leaving the area. I find a few hot blondies and asked a petit blond with straight hair and sleeve on her left arm and she also quoted 100 E. Nope aint doing that, asked another one but brunette, I think second door to the left on second floor. Denise replied 50 E for standard service. I went with that and handed over the money which she puts in her locker. Off with clothes and the normal thing, asked for a standing doggy as final but she declined so I keep pumping her from behind til I came. Nothing great and probably nothing I will remember either. She was good looking though.
After this experience I will totaly leave out Pascha on my trips, imo not worth it. If you take taxi back and forth to Pascha from central with entry its about 35-40 E, add 20 E for entry and 10 for train you are welcomed to FKK Samya or FKK Mondial.

Baba.I haven't been to Acapulco Gold nor Babylon but you were missing Mondial. In Mondial there is already much info. There is more turks and arab in general. You can find beautiful girls and its cheaper there as in 30 E entry and should / was 30 E /20 min but last time I was there the girls said prices gone up to 40 E. When Mondial hits about 11 pm the males kinda gone drunk and start dancing as arabs do. Samya and Mondial is more club vibe, I don't know about Acapulco and Babylon. Acapulco is the cheapest of them? Babylon most expensive? I've never been to a FKK during day time but I don't think its good. If you go during day time its probably only a few girls and you are just going to run around doing nothing. Read my report about Samya.
If you are going to ask about which one is the best? Imo don't, we all have different preferences and you might like Mondial and some don't. Between Samya and Mondial I like Samya more.

Alas the internet now sees the globalisation of wanking & waste of time. In the old days you needed a local number / landline to call. It was expensive and a hassle but at least people picked up the phone most of the time. I wonder how bad it can still get.
