I am trying to plan a trip to Frankfurt on the 30th Nov-02 Dec but all the hotel rates (for those that are available) are outragous. I would like to visit FKK Palace...

One option if you have a little layover at FRA. The airport Sheraton. The lobby bar. Starting around 22: 00 or so. I'd give her looks a 8. 5.
One suggestion is to ask the bartender. He's been there for years and knows the game. He's from Sardenia. A tall thin gent. He can give you advice over beer.
Another option. Catch the city train to the city center a block away from the large Eros zone. Many buildings. Lots of Police at night. One For a few Euro head to the FKK.

.. the closest FKK club to the airport is the Aldi in Dietzenbach. Its a Red Carpet Club. I doubt, however, that it is open at 8 AM.
Taking you question not so literally, Palace (considered one of the Hessen Big Three) is accessible from the airport by public transport. It is in the city so take the train in to the Hauptbahnhof and then public transport or a cab. I'm also doubtful that it is open at 8 AM.
Palace opens at 10AM, and it won't really offer much action until nearer mid-day...But it is certainly the place to head to for relatively quick and easy access from the airport. Your best datyime options within close proximity lie there...in Palace...

Other options include the InterCity Hotel, which is much better than its name might sound, the Steigenberger just opposite the Mainstation is luxurious and good. In times of exhibitions and trade fairs, it´s tough, though to find something decent at a good price.

Indeed this is not the ideal time for that kind of lay over we are in, however the Club mentioned in Dietzenbach is by far not the closest to the airport and, due to its location difficult to reach by public transport.
One alternative could be to arrange for an incall, good source is www.ladies.de but you hardly would stay the entire time. FKK clubs in the region open between 10 and 12 am. Alternatively yo go to the RLD - even if I do not like this personally - action there starts (slowly) around 11 in the morning and you can spend some time in the hard core movies.

I would take a train to Bad Homburg and then take a cab from there. Burgholzhausen is a small Dorf.

1) Station area: I visited it twice.
I’d say about 1/4 or less of the doors were open.
- Thursday (18.30 –20.00)
If you like german and EE ladies (like me), basically only 3 eros centers have them, that is Taunusstrasse 34, Taunusstrasse 36, and Elbestrasse 53LK (see the map). In E53LK there are good-looking girls for all tastes and it is the biggest one (a kind of maze to me). Second is T34 (Rotehaus), both for looks and dimensions.
I ideally avoided german girls because of the possible rip offs but I did talk with a german girl with a 8-9/10 body in E53LK (by the way the entrance says KOMM then there is written Leierkasten inside, mah …).
She said 50 euro. I asked what it included, she said fuck and suck. The rates of hotels in Frankfurt vary greatly. Very expensive when a big Trade fair is on, The last time I visited, I stayed in the Holiday Inn in Neu-Isenburg. It was ridiculously cheap, about $44, if I remember correctly,
I usually stay at the Kaiserhof on Kaiserstrasse, about half a block from the train station; however, last year they wanted about twice the normal rate. I'm pretty sure the book fair was taking place at that time.
Neu Isenburg isn't terribly convenient, but I could take the bus to the train station in the village or to Frankfurt Sud and get to Frankfurt resonable quickly.
I just did a Google search after the Kaiserhof crew told me they wanted $120-odd and looked for the best deal.
If you're not up to a bus ride, you can still buy a lot of cab fare for $80. Or better still, just rent a car..

Try the Steigenberger at Unterschweinstiege (they offer bus transfer). They are absolutely recomendable. I do think, they have excellent food. And it´s the nearest option apart from the restaurants in the airport, including the Sheraton. Can´t tell you about the food in the Sheraton, though, but you can reach it by foot. It´ll take you 3-5 minutes to go there (Steigenberger) by taxi, so they will probably hate you but go there, nonetheless :-)

... but be aware that the rip off factor is rather high particularly if you speak no German or very bad German and you send off a newbie vibe.

The alternative is to visit the Frankfurter RLD. It is dangerous and incredibly sleazy and you also can get ripped off but hey, life is too short and why not experience everything it has to offer?

There are numerous cheap hotels available near the train station especially over the weekend- Frankfurt is a commercial business city and its hotels basically empty out Fri.- Mon. But, why waste your money on a hotel room when the same money can buy you half an hour with a lovely lass.
After landing leave your luggage at the luggage storage counter on the ground floor of terminal 1A. Take the train to Oase which has less newbie scams (go to the Oase thread to get travel instructions) and do an all-nighter. You can even take naps in the Kino to sustain you.
3. What would you recommend doing during the next day before my flight at 5pm. I assume I need to be at the airport by 3pm or so. Can I get in a day at FKK?
The clubs open at 10 a.m., so conceivably you could spend 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Oase or Palace but be aware that those are not peak hours in terms of offer variety and atmosphere/ambience.
An alternative, if you've spent the previous night FKKing, is to go to one of the big public baths/ sauna and spend your day ogling naked women of all sizes and shapes while you sweat. There's an excellent one in Bad Homburg which is a few minutes drive from Oase and a couple of them in Frankfurt, including Rebstock which is just a few minutes from Palace.

I agree that Palace can have the potential for bad servce a/k/a ripoff and that at Oase it is much less likely to happen. I prefer Oase ten times over The Palace but I thought you might be more comfortable being closer to the city , U-Bahn (train) and airport while at at Palace. If you are comfortable taking the 20 minute train ride out of the city to Oase then most definetly go to Oase. Will be there myself Jan 14 for a couple of days.

I had to make the same decisions last month. I ended up extending a 2 day trip to a 4 day trip. I was deciding between Palace/Oase/World/RLD. For your timing, I would go to Oase. It takes a little longer to get to than Palace, but is very easy(S5 from main station to Bad Homburg, then taxi), service is reliable and selection is good. Palace is the easiest to get to, but the chance of getting below average service is much higher there than at Oase. World is too far away and a little harder to get to.
For a hotel, you could go to www.hrs.de and get something cheap by the station, maybe like Excelsior, but you should stay in the FKK all night, catch the morning train, then sleep from 6-10AM. I don't think it would be worth it to go to an FKK early Sunday morning. You could check out the RLD just for the experience, but compared to an FKK, there won't be much to look at.
If it's hard to pick between Oase/Palace, you could go to one first, and if it doesn't suit you, you can taxi to the other, though it's a little expensive.

FKKs in Frankfurt: I still don't see that at Palace getting below average service is much higher there than at Oase. So I would recommend Palace, despite the 75 EUR entrance fee, as this will be eaten up by getting to Oase.

Well, buddy please do not go in these clubs! Never ever! Especially when they have some aggressive men and woman standing outside the door.
They live from some individual drunken tourists that they manage to pull out several thousand euro's per night! They will immmediately try to do the same with you, once you go in there.
The only strip clubs you can try in the RLD are the american style table dance clubs like for example Stardust. Here they have a fair selection of EE girls and you are able to watch the show. The girls will ask you if you invite them for a drink 65 Euro and for this they will sit and talk with you for 15 minutes or so. Stupid thing to pay 65 Euro for a little small talk but once in a while there is one of these knock out bodies where the brain drops into the pents. :.)

I was two days in Frankfurt in mid December, and with all the debate on the RDL, whether it is dangerous, intimidating, risk of getting ripped of. Well, my 2 cents is that I was like a kid in a candy store. I am in no way a balls-to-the-walls mongerer, but I had a lot of fun here, and at no point did I feel unsafe. The place is great.
In my view, there are three types of businesses of monger interest in the RDL 1) sex stores, where all sorts of toys can be bought. Selection is massive "If we don’t have it, you don’t want it". 2) strip clubs, I didn’t enter as they IMHO have "rip off" written all over them. I cannot comprehend why anyone would enter into such a place, when the eros centres are all over. You get a lot more for a lot less money, and far lesser risk of getting ripped of. 3) eros centres, as amply described. Basically five-storey buildings with a group of small rooms, each with a tenant offering her services. According to the chicas, they pay 80-150 € per day for the room, depending on location.
I spent both evenings walking all of the centres. If you do not get your poison, at least you will get your exercise. That’s a lot of stairs. And slightly odd as you will encounter lots of guys trodding stairs out of breath on your way up and down. I was touring the RDL between 8 p. M. And midnight, I don’t know what the place is like after midnight.
I am exclusively into the latinas; I think they are better looking, have better personalities, provide better service and it’s a chance for me to speak spanish. If you smile, share some laughs with them and communicate in their own language, your chances for a good service increase greatly.
Ok, so having scanned the terrain I made my pick for the first night. I think this was Taunusstrasse 39, top floor. Her name was Mercedez, from Dominican Republic, age late 30’s. I needed a hotel with early check-in on this trip. I found Hotel Apadana on Stuttgarter Strasse offering a 9 a.m. check-in on hrs.de and booked it for 35 Euros. I visit Frankfurt couple of times a year, I've been doing that for the past 10 years or so. I could say there are five alternatives available to make your hunt:
1- Redlight district next to the main station: Quality vary, girls change continuously, prices relatively cheap, good for ST, nothing close to GFE.

Well, I'm only offering my opinions here, not facts.
There's something very fucking cool about these Eros places. Ok, so it's supposedly the low end, but I just liked the whole setup. I thought it was really exciting and thrilling to check out.
What I liked about it, is that from what I could tell, you see a complete cross section of the male population going in and out of these places at all times; young guys, old guys, fat guys, thin guys, rich and poor, groups of friends, loners, the works AND what is great about it, is that nobody gives a fucking shit. Nobody looks at you going in or coming out like you are a pervert. It just seems really normal, healthy and accepted.
This society is really advanced.
I think that Roteshaus at Taunusstrasse 34 has the prettiest girls by far of all in the area.
Some things that I allways do is the following:
1. I allways are very clear in my questions to the girl before I'll go into the room regarding what I will get for the money so to speak, so there is no unclear about wish service I will get when where in the room.
2. If you'll see a pretty girl that looks nice try her and don't worry about running up and down in all the stairs in all the houses. (because you'll just gonna get tired in the legs etc.

Roteshaus.com is at Taunusstr. right at the railway station`s redlight district. Terribly easy to miss as everything looks nearly the same. Just mentioning it because it was the only brothel (I noticed in that area) which had many east europeans & a few gypsi hookers. I tried Angela on the 3rd Floor. Although I am adamantly against Eros Centers and In-town FKK's here is my advice:
From the Arabella Sheraton you are about 500 Yards away from the eros Centers on the breite Gasse. Go out the main entrance turn right walk 60 yards to Zeil (Konstabler Wache), cross the street (to the C&A) wal about another 140 yards, then on your right hand side is the Brite Gasse and there are about 4 or 5 Eros Centers. Never been to one of those, but read mixed reviews, if you like Latinas and Thai's you should do fine.
The much larger RLD is around the train station. From where you are it is about a 25 minute walk, but from the Konstabler Wache you can take almost any train to Hauptbahnhof (takes about 4 minutes), and from there there are literally hundreds of girls in the various Eros Centers.
Tips to Eros Centers is be very specific about what you want and what you will pay before entering the room. Make sure you say, " yout take all your clothes off and I wil take all my clothes off and I expect BBBJ followed by sex in multiple positions and I can touch you everywhere and so and so..." and we agree to a price of 50€ for 30 minutes or until I am finished. Here it is also important to mention that you expect BBBJ without using her hands and where you can see her face.

I was recently in Frankfort for the first time. (Well, I had been in the airport a few times before for connecting flights, but this was the first time in the city.)
I was in Germany on a work trip, staying in a town about 40 km south of Frankfurt. I do not speak German and I did not have a car, so I knew I would be dependant on public transportation (or taxis) to get around. Offenbach is quite close to some FKKs. FKK Palace in Frankfurt is not far, and you can get to Frankfurt directly by S-Bahn/U-Bahn (or indeed the main railway itself) from Offenbach main station. Check the Frankfurt transport maps. And FKK Oase in Bad Homburg is also easily reachable, especially if you had a car.
The other way is Hanau, where there is FKK Atlantik. It's smaller than the Frankfurt three, but has its fans. I've not been to Atlantik.
And again not far is FKK Dietzenbach in Dietzenbach (south of Offenbach if memory serves). Not been there either. I've heard they have a German-only policy, but I'm not 100% sure on that. If so, it's probably more to keep Turks and Balkans out, and if you have German I think you'd be OK. Certainly if you are not white-skinned, you might not be allowed in. I mention this non-judgmentally only to save you embarrassment or a wasted journey.

I've never been to Amsterdam but I have seen pictures of how it works. Well the Frankfurt redlight district is not like that. There are no window girls. In the Frankfurt rld there are several buildings. It is almost like window shopping like Amsterdam except the women are at the door of their rooms waiting for you to come to them. You talk to the women, get a price, go inside, and do your business. Average cost from the times I have been there is starting as low as 20 eur up to whatever the girls is able to suck out of you. So, these buildings (noramlly stating "Girls" with a "->") have up to 6 stories, and maybe between 4 to 20 girls on a floor. One walks through the building and checks out the girls. Each girl has her small room with a bathroom/WC. Prices are incredibly low, i.e. 30 to 50 Euros for full intercourse, BJ (always condom), position changing and stuff. The answer to the first question is, IMHO, no. Why do the RLD when there are FKK clubs around which are safer and where services are guaranteed (d. h., there is no upsell).
What is FKK Frankfurt? The Hessen 3 (the main clubs in this area) are Palace, Oase and World.

I don't know how well you negotiate but knowing how to deal with the women and their upsell is the key. You might stumble upon a gem but most folks don't use the words "RLD" and "good value" in the same sentence.
Also, there is a hidden but very ready "security" force in the background which would have no qualms about taking you out. They are usually thugs from the former Yugoslavia if not from somewhere in the Balkans.
As to where to go, just go wander around. The buildings are all laid out in a labyrinth and certain women of certain ethnic groups work on certain floors. There is so much turnover it makes absolutely no sense to try to give you specific addresses/rooms to look up specific women.

I am traveling to Frankfurt(for the first time) between December 26th and December 31st to experience the RLD there. I know this is not the best time for the census of available "room girls" but I have no other option.

This is as simple as falling out of bed.
You come out of the Hauptbahnhof and walk in the direction of town. If you turn to the left on those side streets and poke around those buildings you will inevitably find what you are looking for.
There is at least one German language forum dedicated to just the FRA RLD. I can't recall the name of it though. It will have detailed maps, etc..

Directions from Continental Hotel: Out of hotel entrance turn right and walk straight until you reach Taunnusstrasse, which is opposite the N side of the Hbf, more or less where the McDonalds is. Turn right onto Taunusstr and continue for two blocks. Now you are in the heart of the FFM RLD.
Btw: If you are so strapped for cash and so budget oriented: Why are you staying at the shitty over-priced Continental Hotel? You could get better quality and lower price by staying elsewhere in the area, you know? That might give you more cash to visit a place like Palace where you will absloutely get what you seek, although I don't know about the day 25/12....

I have to hand it to you: You certainly have found unusually cheap prices. Almost unbelievable for a 3 or 4-star hotel located in central FFM! Do tell: which Internet hotel booking site produced those low prices? Is there some kind of outrageous deal going on during these holiday days? I mean I've done a search for hotels during those dates on a pretty reliable hotel bookings site and the cheapest I find is in the 40sEuro for 1-star and 2-star places. 3-star and 4-stars are in the 50s/60sEuro per night. I've never seen prices in the 20sEuro the way you have produced. So bravo, yes I would definitely contract you as my travel agent, at least for hotel booking.
Can you reveal precisely how you got those prices? That would benefit the community at large quite a bit.

If on a budget, I recommend you go to Taunusstrasse 27 which at the moment seems to be the place to find exactly what you may wish for.
Avoid the gypsy floor, though, but apart from that you will find a very good selection of WG from Thailand and DR with excellent looks and good value for money.
Prices for regular (covered) action: oral, sex in different positions, in clean environment start at 25 Euros.
Thais in 1st floor are fine, 4th floor latinas recommended.
Laidy (tis is the name ;-)) in room 45 in Taunus 27 is an excellent recommendation if you are into pure BJ. generally, affordable accomodation can be found in IBIS hotels. Check out the accor hotels homepage to find something nearby. I personally like them, as they offer reasonable quality, cleanliness and you can even shut out the light using a blind if you need darkness in the morning hours.
There is one at the Messe, from which you can easily get to the RLD. Other options are Esprix and Motel One. If all else fails you, check the "Garni" type of location instead, which are usually small privately owned locations somewhere between hotel and B&B quality.

Advantages of the "tourist RLD" is usually that there are a larger number, younger, more attractive(strickly a subjective opinion, of course!) providers and more English is spoken. Disadvantages are the providers are more expensive and less likely to bargain.
But I am always looking for an alternative if, for no other reason, I am a consumate "sexual explorer" type monger.

You might want to try the "Breite Gasse". You will find it at the end of the famous pedestrian street "Zeil". From Hauptbahnhof you can take the Metro to Konstablerwache. This will bring you within something like 800 m of the Breite Gasse.

Tickets to AMS were $800USD where I can fly into FRA (non-stop) for $350. With only a couple of days available, I am not interested in eating it up in travel status. Thanks for all the advice. But I have decided to go to the LOS. I decided to take a few extra days off, enough to make the trip across the Pacific worthwhile. Frequent flier miles to LAX then reasonable airfare direct to Bangkok. I miss LOS and just wasn't in the mood to freeze and possibly find many of the WG's in FRA had gone home for the holidays. Am well aware that things are full-tilt between Xmas and New Years in BKK and Pattaya!

when i am renting a car for longer than three days, i book my rental through kemwel. the promise to give you a discount on any car rental via any other agency. this is an american agency and you prepay your rental with a credit card in dollars. don't forget to bring your voucher with you to present to the rental agency there.
i first search the major rental firms: hertz, avis, etc.. and book a rental through them. then taking this information i find the same class of car on kemwel and book that too.
the key word here is "same class of car". don't expect them to match the rates if you have an apples versus oranges issue.
then i get on the kemwel site and say i've found a rental which is cheaper than what they offer (they will check this). they will then give you a 10% discount on that rate.
if you avoid picking up a car at the airport or a train station, you can save money too. i always book my car rental at a location other than the airport or train station. there are airport and train station surcharges which you avoid if you do this.
i go to pick the car up using public transport (don't know if you'll be able to figure this out but i turn it into a kind of game: how do i get from here to there via the train/bus/etc...)
what clubs are you visiting? some of them don't require you have a car and since the car will basically sit in the club's parking lot for most of the time you are there, you can avoid this expense if you can rely entirely on public transport.
watch out for speed limits on the autobahn. contrary to popular belief, there are limits on certain segments.
want to drive without any speed limits at all? go visit the nurbuergring and go crazy on a closed circuit. you will have to pay per lap.
I have probably rented cars in Germany something like 50-100 times the last few years so I have pretty good hang of things. Here goes:
If you want a nice German car, forget Sixti. Sixti is the low cost arm of Sixt and the cars are basic economical cars. If I remember right, the best you can do there is Ford Focus. The price is ok, but not if you want to drive more than just within the city since there is restriction on km. If I remember rigth, it is 100 km per day and after that you will have to pay extra for each km. Trip to f.ex to World and back to Frankfurt will have you exceed the daily limit.
Instead check out Sixt

When you book through Nova and are going to Frankfurt, you will usually end up with a car from Alamo. When you book through economyCarRental, there is a high probability that you will end up with a car from Sixt.
The location charges for airports and train stations are true if you rent direct from the company. If you go through an agent, these charges are usually waived, but instead you are paying a comission.
Then there are Hertz and Europcar that usually have the best deals, but to get the best deals, you will have to go through the German websites (like you were a local). For example use www.hertz.de instead of www.hertz.com. In the small print it will say that it is only for people with permanent residency in Germany (and sometimes Austria), but I have never had any problems booking through there and never has the clerk at the counter made any remarks (they know as soon as I hand over my drivers license I am not German). In the last couple of years I have found Hertz to have the best "local" weekend deals, specially if it is a long weekend as some deals they have will allow you to pick up the car on Thursday afternoon or return it on Tuesday morning.
The car rental companies discriminate depending on where you are from. I don't want to go into lengths explaining that, just google it and you will figure out what it is all about. This is not only in Germany, it is all over the world. Locals will always get better deals since they are not as "brand aware" on their local market and have more resources to price shop. The term "tourist trap" is an economical fact.
Exception to the above rule are indeed both Sixt and Sixti. They have the same price no matter where you are coming from.

If you go to the German sites of f.ex. Hertz, Europcar etc. Look for an menuitem called either "top angebote" or "local angebote" to see the best weekend offers

Most (if not all) other will have CDW included by default (and many even do not allow you to skip it). At Sixt you will have to mark it specifically that you want CDW (exception are some special deals where they have it included).

henio gives some good advise but beware of the price of gas--over 8 dollars a gallon. cruising on the autobahn at high speeds get old unless you are in a hurry. expect to get 15-20 mpg when traveling at high speed. you can easily spend almost 80 dollars each way going from fra to nrw.

yes, driving at high speeds is interesting but also stressful. the max i've be at is 230 kph but that was at like 5 am when there have been no cars on the road and it was only for a few minutes.

my memory is a bit foggy i can't give you names and where they were.
there is an fkk in the eros center, but i wouldn't recommend it. its cheaper than oase and palace, but those places are worth the extra expense over trying to save a few euro at fkk miami.
i used the eros center whenever i was bored and horny at the only hostel in frankfurt.
i highly recommend you venture to palace, which you can catch from the metro in the main train station.
you can also take the slower ice train about 1/2 way to oase which is located onside the town center and then take a taxi from there, i recommend that too.
don't worry about the short time, the express ice runs near top speed back to frankfurt airport. just get all your tickets and passes in advance.
takes roughly 15 mins from main train station back to the airport on the express train.
do fkk oase and palace and you'll thank me later, better selection, not much more overall and better service, think gfe...

As I had mentioned when I first requested RLD info that I knew up-front that the "room girl" census would be low as I went at the worse time of the year(Christmas-New Year) but I had no choice as this was the only time I could go.
All of the location/description information I received was appreciated but the providers mentioned were not available(i.e.-gone away for the holidays).
I had four "wham-bam, thank you mam" sessions that were highly forgetable I and not worth posting about. Let's just say they served to "scratch my itch" and served their purpose. No providers to recommend/not recommend that would be of any value as transiency seems to be the "word of the day".
OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS
Was it worth it? Yes it was(for myself and my EXTREMELY limited budget) as I did not get ripped off. I bargained and was able to drop the price from twenty-five to twenty euros with two ladies but that may have been the result of the their sex appeal(less attractive and/or older), the time of the year, the weather(cold/rainy), and desperation factors. Even the better-looking/younger ladies asked for twenty-five euros(the max requested from the ladies I asked was thirty euros-a "stunner")but were less-likely to bargain(in retrospect, why should they as no margin to work with?) than the older ladies but a MILF may be your bag("there's no accounting for taste").
Wear comfortable shoes(preferably of the hiking variety)and be prepared to walk stairs, lots of stairs. It helps to be fit(which I am not). But then, in retrospect, if I wasn't overweight, older, un-monied, and had a chic-magnet personality, I probably would'nt have to pay for sex, would I?
If you can get there in the day(before 18:00/"quitting time"), do so, as the census of "room girls" may be not as high as later in the day but is more than off-set by less of the "looky lu" traffic(very annoying) and, I believe, less "pricey".
I ALWAYS asked "where are you from?" If the answer was on the "unfavored nation" list, I walked(see warnings of nationalities from other mongers responding to my previous posts).
Latinas' seem to be the "best bang for the buck", all factors considered(looks, price, sexual technique, etc.) and they also seemed to be in the majority during the day.

Hmmm, that's what I was told. As you know Hostels tend to get crowded on the weekend and they turned many a person away on Friday and Saturday Nights when I was there and they mentioned they were the only Hostel in town. I was told there was another hotel near buy that has reasonable rates.
