I have reviewed before the Optasia Lounge out in Stellingen. While in Hamburg last week I visited again. Rules have changed somewhat. There are two pricings – one for 2 hours (sorry I did not recall that price) and the other until closing time (4 am) (120 Euro). BUT you are now limited to six sex sessions instead of it being unlimited as it used to be.
Girls were largely mixture of Bulgarian and Rumanian as usual. The day I was there were 10 girls. Some slim, some a little chunky, but most with good attitudes considering their job! Developing a bit of rapport with the girls will pay off.
They still have the so called "gangbangs" every 2 hours and these don't count in your six sessions. As I mentioned in my recent overview I have not been active in the FKK segment, but have ready some comments in German boards:
FKK Babylon is. As far as I know. The only FKK located centrally which of course is a big plus. Girls are as beautiful as in other clubs by the sounds of it, but as pointed out by Hoss prices are higher than at the competition, I believe this is true both for entry and particularly for service.

Here are my comments:
1. The Reeperbahn is far away from the Langenhorner Chausse. You can find many Thai prostitutes at the Reeperbahn. I cannot recommend any of them nor have I read any good reports in local forums ever.

It's a self serve kind of place as opposed to a fast food restaurant.
