As for Hungarian SIM cards. Do not buy Vodafone or Telenor (they are not good choice for foreigners who do not come often to Budapest). Buy T Mobile or Telekom as it is called now instead. Once you top it off with 3500 Ft, it will still be active if you return within a year. Do not buy SIM cards at the airport or fancy shopping malls. Instead, buy them at one of numerous phone shops that are all over the city center. You will not need to present your ID or your passport & more importantly you will pay less. T Mobile or Telekom is the best.
There's a small Vodafone shop in the airport where you can buy a SIMcard when you arrive. If you return within 3 months you can use it again, just need to top it up. You need to present your ID- or passport.
But notice, it's an exaggerated statement that the girls don't answer international numbers. Lot's of girls do, especially if you call them at the right time. The best time is when they are online, you can check that on both roszzlanyok and beszamolok.
I have experienced a higher answer rate when using a Hungarian SIMcard, but it's definitely not a requirement. Be prepared for the call to be closed when you start talking English, and just call the next on your list.
IMO, the whole idea that Budapest requires lots of hard work for sealing the deals with girls is totally exaggerated! Budapest is one of the easiest and cheapest cities in Europe for fucking lots of beautiful girls, no matter if you speak the language or not. Just read the ads careful, and follow the advise in this thread.

This is a way-overdue report about a singularly enjoyable 24 hours in Budapest under Il Drago's guidance two weeks ago. I will try not to repeat the facts that have already been stated on this forum. Getting in touch with Il Drago was a breeze via PM. He replied quickly and clearly, explained what he can do (as well as the terms and conditions) in painstakingly detailed terms, and showed up on time at my centrally located hotel in Pest. We sat down to do research on my laptop going through dozens of listings on the two main websites so that I could give a good visual idea of what I prefer in terms of physical appearance. His expertise was valuable because he knows who the dependable, high-quality providers are, whose quality of service has been decreasing over time, and who is capable of delivering the specifics that I was after (vs. Who is using fake pics, and who is an uncertain newbie with only a day-old ad on the website). AlexI have been trough this myself in my own way, so I thought I would give some advice, I will not provide any links but just general info. I do not know your budget or reason for choosing Budapest. But in general I would go for a an experienced escort as you say, also do not go for the cheapest option.
My suggestion is to find a well known independent escort in the higher end segment, good English skills or another language you speak is paramount, communication is key. I was in Budapest around New Years and ended up going to Pesti Massage near Ferenciek Tere. Took Kate and 2 hour massage program. The massage was very good and the happy ending terrific. However, as I was leaving, I discovered my wallet was missing. I notified Kate who took my phone # and said she would call if it was found. I thought maybe I left in my hotel room but it wasn't there. I went back the next day and the manager had my wallet. But $80 was missing. I believe Kate or another masseuse / staff member took the money while I was in the shower. Guys, while the massage was very good, I recommend if you go here to guard your valuables, take them with you to the shower room or use a luggage lock. Or skip this place entirely and go to Massage666.
