It does include calling & texting, but you get it with 600 FT credit only, which means you need to top it off. Yes, you can sign a short term contract & get a SIM card that includes calling, texting & internet (you can choose how much megs or gigs you will have on it for internet). For that you have to go to one of the official shops of Telecom (I suggest the one at West End shopping mall at Nyugati). For that of course, you have to show your ID. Yes, I have done threesomes. I've been getting personal messages asking for advice on Budapest and requests to meet for a beer and advice. Unfortunately, I don't live in BP. I visit a few times for work and I don't know when my next visit will be.
I am happy to post reviews and general advice on here. If you follow my instructions as directed you should have results with little or no side effects, but as usual, YMMV.
1. Get an apartment, not a hotel. There's no issues with smirking or disapproving receptionists and security. They're also often cheaper and you have more space.
One downside is that they won't have a safe and so you need to find a good hiding place for your wallet phone etc when girls visit. Most of the girls are not thieves but why take the chance? The only other potential downside is if the owner lives in apartment in the same block. This happened to me once with airbnb. The owner lived across the courtyard and could see exactly who was coming and going, so I had to go to the girls' apartments! Shit happens.
2. Get a place in or close to the center V & VI districts. This puts you at center of the transport network, making it easier to use the public transit system if you are going to the girls places. Budapest public transit is usually efficient, safe and cheap.
If the thought of getting on a subway train or tram is just too much for you and you want a taxi, NEVER hail a taxi on the street. The Lonely Planet book has a section on this. If you want a taxi call a reputable company like fotaxi.hu. They won't rip you off.

It costs 2500 HUF (8-9 euros) if using Vodafone, they have great friendly English speaking shop just in middle of tourist area in near Dek Ferenc * Metro-station. There is no reason to call Il Drago a pimp. That is offensive and implies that he is profiting from what you pay the girls and is involved in coercion of girls into the trade. I was in Budapest for a few days a couple of years ago and checked out the scene thoroughly while there. There are lots of possibilities and at reasonable value if you put in the leg work but there are plenty of clip joints and overpriced venues catering for stag partied and the like.
First night I went to Vaci Ulta and had a walk around to check my bearings. This is a pedestrian street in the city center and there are a few options in the vicinity. Travel is easy around the city on the metro and very cheap. I felt safe enough most of the time but after midnight its a bit more risky. They were going to a conference the next day on needlework and hand crafts. They were looking for a pub they had heard about to get a drink. Unfortunately they could not find it on the map but then inquired about me and if I would like to join them in any pub near by for a drink. That was my limit as I knew their game and made my excuses and left. When they get you to the pub they order drinks and then shock horror they are closing and the price list has been switched. They can't take credit cards so a big burly bouncer escorts you to the ATM so you can get the cash (usually €1000) That was the first of at least 100 such scam approaches I would receive during my short visit. A couple of days later I saw two girls leading an unsuspecting man towards their bar and tried to warn him but was told by him to mind my own business, I'd have paid money to see his face as he was dragged to the ATM, you just can't help some people but be warned folks!
Further down Vaci Ulta a girl approached me and brought me to a Thai Massage upstairs over a shop, FS was on offer for €70 but the only girl offering that service was a 3 at best so I passed.
I found Asia Massage on Parizsi Street and decided to give it a try. I was brought upstairs to a sort of mezzanine loft and it was very open plan with only curtains separating the cubicles which is usually a bad sign. The only girls who quote prices in Euros are the ones with the rip off prices. Usually they are older, English speaking cold pros. Their business is to overprice / rip off foreigners. My advice? Stay away from them. If you pay for 1 hour you are entitled to pop 2 times. But, with these rip off cold pros you can expect anything. I am not saying they will try to rip you off about that too, but they might. So, stay away from them.
